Energy Update: Completing Karmic Binds/Codependency In Relationships

In pre-8/8 Lion’s Gateway window, supportive energies are coming in to illuminate dynamics within and with others that may be sticky, suffering, karmic, dark and off the radar in some ways. Your sense of being ‘done’ with certain energies and patterns in your relationships may be peaking and coming in with clarity for you now.

Karmic binds are particularly being highlighted and strained right now….what no longer serves your awakening soul is just not having an appeal anymore. What has been looping for many lifetimes is running out of ‘gas’. Parts of you may still be tied in through habit, routine, money/financial binds, codependence, vows (from other lifetimes) etc. That is where connecting with the part of you directly that is tied in and WHY they are can be a deep negotiation ground allowing for setting boundaries and/or taking space/completion that serves BOTH of you.

An interesting piece seems to be a misplaced loyalty to some of these 3D anchored souls that were ‘there for you’ when the dark nights came in, when the soul aspects/timelines were bleeding through, and they ‘helped’ in their own way. Often this help comes in the from of judging you, being ‘worried about you, wanting you to go get help that doesn’t align with your soul, etc.

There can be gratitude for what they provided that was probably a soul agreement anyway between you. Yet, to stay in relationship now and ongoingly, CAN be a shrink for you if you are needed to hide yourself, your spirituality, your light, your truth, your bigness….ANY aspects of yourself in order to keep them feeling comfortable with you.

Feeling gratitude and yet not being bound by the past fragilities and arising now into your strength, your truth, AND your side of the agreement to actually let them go. This is an interesting piece of it too….3D anchored souls NEED to choose on their own soul awakening during this bifurcation and Ascension process. Not under your influence, yet only by your inspired leadership that also can let them go and unattach so they can make their own choices now….as you make yours. This is actually a mercy to them as it is to you.

The emotional maturity it takes to navigate this way comes from feeling parts of you like your Inner Teenager who can grab and cling; or push away/ghost; be passive aggressive and withhold from the person your truth. Withholding ALWAYS leads to more hurt feelings, rather than sparing anyone anything…it is a backed up energy that just gets more charged within and over time.

The soul maturity it takes to navigate in this conscious way in relationship comes from the ongoing unplugging from the control Matrix/reincarnation grids and veils of amnesia that have kept us in these cycles with soul family members for so many lifetimes. Ancestral line healing, connecting with soul aspects directly, and working with your Gatekeeper allows for the soul field to open up and clear/dissolve/process these binds and unhook from them.

So much energy can be freed up from no longer going into this hiding with yourself and others…it takes a lot more energy to hide and withhold as you are ‘going against’ the current of Ascension that wants to bring humanity into pure and true transparency in ALL areas.

Now is a time to complete cycles that no longer serve your arising bigness. Now is a time to be honest, transparent, open and current inside yourself and with others. Now is a time to risk being judged and rejected by others in order to experience a deeper resonance and connection with soul family, soul mates and with the Divine.

ALL the courage you need to navigate this way is within your soul field, within even these parts of you that have been stuck in immaturity out of undigested wounding. You become it as you transact within you and with others.

The Call Of The New Earth Kings & Queens

The courageous Kings and Queens of New Earth are born from the flames of death and rebirth.

They are willing to admit to what hasn’t been working, to where they haven’t felt truly empowered or loved or like their love can go in, and to burn up old ground in their lives while they continue to let these experiences transform them.

They are sensitive feelers allowing space for all of the uncomfortable feelings to come forward. They want and need what has been kept in shadow to come up and be seen, heard, felt, and honoured in themselves and others. They want to keep cracking open, even if that means having manageable breakdowns at times or allowing their hearts to break for themselves and others… and, in order to allow space for this to happen and for these realizations that truly transmute them to come in, they are willing to ask for help from others who can actually see, get, and support them, while also inviting love in from the Divine.

In their sovereignty, they care deeply about having a robust Divine connection and to feel guidance moving through all of their choices – the difficult and the easy. They also choose transparency and feel empowered in their vulnerability, taking risks at times of being misunderstood or even judged for the sake of their own truth and love for their own growth and leadership development.

They want to overflow to others. To truly love themselves so much that this love can go out to all around them is the dream of service and of all relationships. You can call it an β€˜unconditional love’ if you wish, yet in their integrity, it’s not β€˜unconditional relationship’… meaning, this love flow that comes from deep within their own inner work expands their hearts to all beings, yet won’t enable them to stay in relationships which don’t ultimately resonate or truly feel like soul family.

They are willing to be reborn, over and over again, after being consumed by the fires of their β€˜no’s and β€˜no mores’. Choosing with love to end relationships of all kinds that don’t meet or nourish them or truly let them in.

They are not ok with playing in smallness, with hiding who they are and how they feel about things. They want their soul and heart bigness to dance and expand too, to be supported by resonant others while they support them in kind.

They want and need to be met by other Kings and Queens who also ache to be in their full-throttle co-creatorship with the Divine and with others who share these values, who have been willing to bravely walk β€˜alone’ at times in order to discover who they really are. They will do what it takes to leave room for those connections and relationships that won’t ask them to shrink or suppress their own truths, no matter the mess those truths may make.

Indeed, the true Kings and Queens are not β€˜lone wolves’ ultimately, and can be honest with themselves about what they truly want and need in conscious community and relationships especially. This includes their own relationship to life and love itself, to the Divine itself, and not only to other human beings.

They crave intimacy and long to experience what they are truly worth. They are not afraid to need, to desire, or to feel their despair around this, letting it all be an ongoing journey of healing, discovery, remembrance, and integration.

These Kings and Queens have the potential to arise in each and every one of us, when love’s flow and sometimes force too are truly allowed in to move and shape and burn away what does not align with their arising.

There is all the time in the world for this arising in one way, yet every single moment is another invitation to step more into these energies of a true King or Queen. The road to their embodiment is rocky at best, especially as the Matrix conditioning wants to push back against them, yet this push back can then become the springboard from which they learn to fly….

Celebrating Two Years In Portugal W/Golden Light Codes & Crystal Clear Waters | Checking in With Jelelle Awen Video Series

In this Checking in with Jelelle Awen video, I share about celebrating and honoring our two years here in Portugal and what it has meant for me and us as a community to be here with the supportive golden light codes and crystal clear waters. I immediately felt welcomed here to port-of-grail in body, heart and soul and the strong Marian/Divine Feminine energies, which continues to deepen to this day, esp now that we are gardening here and connecting to the fertile soil. I feel how our NuMu community vision can happen here in these grids that are already being energized by awakening ‘eco-immigrants’ from all over the world drawn to this region.

I also share about a soul aspect connection that has started opening out connected to a Lusitania timeline, which was the ancient Celtic tribal communities that made their home here in Central Portugal and other regions that we have been drawn to. My gatekeeper has been calling herself Lucia for the last year so a bridge was already being formed to this soul aspect which I am now getting more clarity about. Excited and curious to see where this connection with her takes me!

Connecting With Tender Needs Within: A Poem

Sometimes it feels 

As if the void,

A feeling of something

Or someone

Being β€˜missing’

Will always be there

For part of me

Who aches to let in love

So completely

That she would feel truly,

Irreversibly,

Complete herself.

I answer her questions

With one of my own,

β€œWhat is it you need

From me

Or even from the Divine

In order to truly feel loved

At all times?”

She answers me,

β€œKasha, 

I just really need this time with you,

This space from every trial

That we’ve recently experienced.

I really need to feel

Divine collaboration,

Like I’ve done nothing wrong

And our Divine parents

Support us unconditionally,

Want us to truly experience

And become love…

Want us to truly embody

Our own divinity together.”

I respond,

β€œAh, love…

I feel your heartache,

Those twinges

And tweaks

You so want answered

By reflections of all that you are,

The power you have,

And the love you have to give.

I feel your humble desire

To be able to open up 

And receive again

And again

And again

While surrendering deeply

To what life,

Love,

The Divine,

Is bringing you to feel into,

To inhabit,

To live into.

I love you

Right where and how you are.

I wouldn’t ever want to change you,

Just hold you,

Honour the bravery you’ve had 

All these years

To keep looking at yourself,

While learning how 

To hold, feel,

And respond to others.

I will never leave you.

Just keep letting me in.”

And together

We cry,

As we’ve done so many times before,

With needy hearts,

With a deep love exchange,

With appreciation

For this landing place we share

Within,

With the Divine,

And with beloved, resonant others.

Bringing love to every challenge,

Learning always to receive love 

Deeper,

Walking hand-in-hand

Towards the next sunrise

Where we will arise again

Anew,

In new completeness

Together.

β€” This is an example of the type of dialogue I had with a part of me just this morning as I checked in with her… it’s not always this easy to access a part’s needs or desires underneath their ache, angst, and protection at times, yet once they do open up to you and truly feel your heart’s intention to show up for them, be the voice and energy of the loving Divine for them, they really do respond. 

It takes so much consistency though in my experience of it, and sometimes you have to be with them through some very tough and even kicky moments as they begin to let you in. Once they do, they start to transform and truly transmute their pain.

Recognizing, Reconciling Our Kings & Queens Within: A Poem

You won’t always know
A King when you meet one,
For his legacy has been buried,
Hidden,
Sometimes denied,
And sometimes disowned
Out of confusion
Of what it truly means
To bear the crown
Of sovereignty
And surrender.

If you do meet a man
And you see his King
Deep within him,
He won’t always know
Or feel
Or see
Or understand
Exactly what that means for him.

He may struggle
To hold his bejeweled crown,
His heavy, velvet robes,
His long forgotten treasures
Within his courageous heart
That are meant to be shared,
To catalyze,
To penetrate,
While coming from a Matrix world
That has told him
To suppress his truth,
To hold back his righteous passion,
To either soften too much
Or not at all.

Within that struggle,
His longing for a Queen
Also rumbles and shifts,
Pressing him into explorations
As she also longs
To be wanted by him,
Remembered by his soul,
And offered passionate declarations
By his clearing
And enlivening heart.

You won’t always know
A Queen when you meet one,
For her legacy has been buried
Beneath patriarchal influences
That tell her
What she is and isn’t,
How she must dominate
In order to be seen and heard,
And how she must be in control
Though her nature is to lean,
Surrender,
And respond.

If you do meet a woman
And you see her Queen
Deep within her,
She won’t always know
Or feel
Or understand
What becoming her
Truly involves for her.

She may struggle
To understand
How to open and soften
After so many years
And lifetimes
Of suppression
By a Matrix world
That wants to keep her power
Hidden,
And tell her instead
In forms exaggerated
That she isn’t worthy of womanhood
Unless she looks,
Acts,
Or is perceived
A certain way.

Within that struggle
Her longing for a King
Moves with a current
Of desire to be met,
Wanted,
And treasured,
Inviting her into explorations
As he also longs
To be needed by her,
Remembered by her soul,
And offered a responsive heart
To hear and feel him
As his own heart
Opens more to her.

It’s the sacred awakenings
Of both the King and Queen,
That moves the inner union
Into openings of more love
While the outer union
Is drawn
Into this space made within
For all the karmic edges,
The loving softness,
The receiving of all dimensions
Of romantic reunion
And the places
It calls you
To explore.

It’s the reseeding
Of the King and Queen seeds within
That forge a new foundation
For a renewed experience
Of life
And love
And the Divine Beloved,
Bringing all beloveds
In soul family and soulmates
Together
Through paths
Sometimes brambly and challenging,
But always meant to be fulfilling,
Worth every moment,
And alive in every way imaginable.

May you feel even a moment
Of your King or Queen today,
Stirring within you,
Waking up again,
Realizing that today
They are invited to become
All of the love they came here
To embody
And the reunion of sacred union
That they ache for.

A Bigger Purpose For Your Healing: A Poem

The gift of your healing efforts
Is the revelation
Of your own healing gifts.

Those divine energies
That support you
Are also invited
To move through you to others.

What else could our healing be for
Besides nourishing ourselves enough,
Reuniting with our souls enough,
Embodying our divinity and humanity enough,
So that we can truly support others
To find that they too
Are β€˜enough’,
And arising together
In purer and purer
Heart frequencies?

Expressing our gifts
In an egoic,
False light,
False God way,
Tells us that β€˜enough’ doesn’t exist,
That perpetual suffering is β€˜normal’,
That in order to lead
We must be worthy,
We must be infallible,
We must be elevated
By projected perfection
And pictures of
β€˜Enlightenment’.

In all of this
Parts of us forget
That being humble,
Real,
Transparent,
Desirous of our true selves,
Needy for the Divine,
Hungry for pure love,
And messily striving
For more intimacy
And resonance
With others
Is the truest,
Deepest path
To healing
And
To offering healing
In all ways,
In all relationships,
While living into our capacity
To be that heart that others lean into
As they rediscover
And purify
Their own.

The wounded heart and soul
Within
Is meant to move
To softer, gentler
Landing places
Where love truly reigns
And the suffering you’ve felt
For oh, so long…
Can finally find its way
Back to the bliss
And blessed joy
That your soul remembers,
That your parts ache for,
That your Divine Self
Is anchoring
And wanting everything within
To ask for,
Need,
And let in.

Beloved,
This is your birthright…
To heal and let heal,
To love yourself
So you can truly love others,
And to expand
Your consciousness
As you wake up

The sleepy lullaby
Of the Matrix world…
Remembering

Healing Inner Punishment Through Currency and Love

Something has been shifting deep within me to a place I haven’t quite reached yet before. I’ve always struggled to access and allow the parts of me that have opinions, reactions or feelings that are judged inside of me. They were invalidated as too much, unnecessary, unfair, harsh, immature, unimportant and anything else you can imagine.

I’ve been working with this part of me called the Ursula who is very matriarchal and has been deeply hijacked by the matrix. On the other side of the coin is my inner punisher who shows up as a dark cloud to instil this feeling of dread, foreboding and shame. Their names are Octavia and Nimbus.

I first started connecting to Octavia, many months ago but much deeper the last few weeks, and realized that she was a large source of my power, discernment and truth as a woman. She would feel opinions or reactions to things and Nimbus would shut them down immediately and go straight to the logical and more docile response. For example, if someone said something to hurt my feelings and Octavia had a reaction to it, then Nimbus would set those feelings aside and jump to the knowing that β€œThey didn’t mean it that way” or that β€œIt came from a certain part of them for a reason”.

Now I’ve finally let in the fact that this strategy doesn’t allow for Octavia to be felt and often she is feeling something very valid and useful for the other person to hear. Allowing her to share her reaction would bring me a greater understanding of myself and of the other person. It would bring us closer and drop any walls that might still linger between us. But this was far too intimate and could lead to hurt in Nimbus’s eyes.

Over the last few weeks I’ve finally felt ready to release Octavia from this bind and let her speak her heart and mind when she needs to. I’ve shared some (albeit small but current) reactions with some of my beloveds in this community and honestly it couldn’t have gone better.

With Bianca we were able to understand each other on a deeper level and learn more about ourselves and the ways we have operated throughout our lives. With Kasha I was able to uncover a habit of mine that kept me from connecting with others more deeply. We ended up having deep tears about how much we love each other and how much we have been through together.

Each experience allowed me to validate whatever Octavia was feeling no matter how small or β€œtrivial” it might be judged as. Every reaction has a purpose whether it’s to understand more about yourself or to become more intimate with others. I finally understand what it feels like to be current and not hold back in the name of being polite, nice or easygoing. Those are all ideals that have kept me small and in a box of my own creation, not allowing all the flavours and colours of my being to show up and be seen.

Ever since this started I’ve felt this existential change in my being. Last night I imagined it like all my molecules have been thrown up in the air and are coming back down in a new arrangement. I am being changed by this and I can see and feel it in a way I never have before. I am claiming all that I deserve to feel inside and out and giving all the love I can give – inside and out.

Hopefully this sparks an inspiration in you to feel the parts of you that are judging any reactions you have and are preventing you from being current with those around you. Love is current and currency is love. β™₯️

The Year of the Sacred β€œYes”

I woke up into this new year feeling a palpable bittersweet-ness. For me, and perhaps many others, it has been a big year of letting go and then deeply grieving those losses. In a sense it has been a year of saying β€œno”. To tired patterns, old versions of ourselves, relationships, environments, tensions, and anything that brings a sense of unworthiness or heaviness.

The phase of saying no is SO sacred and tells all the precious parts of you that they are worthy of love and deserve all the desires and needs that live in their hearts. Letting go and deeply feeling the grief of it is something that not many are taught to do. We are taught to let go and forget or hold on for good. But to feel every inch of sadness, relief, confusion, heartbreak, or deep despair that comes up from letting go is so much more meaningful than letting it all sit underneath the surface.

Feeling the depths of these emotions allows more room for all everything you want to say β€œYES” to. That’s how I feel 2023 will unfold, the year of yes.

Yes to healing
Yes to love
Yes to the divine
Yes to transformational relationships
Yes to inner growth
Yes to opening out the heart again

Saying no to so many things can feel so depleting and disheartening. It’s hard to open yourself up again to the new possibilities that can fill the void that has been left. In the meantime, we can fill the void ourselves with our own inner relationships and inner growth. But soon we can open up again and let in the magic of the new.

Everything we’ve dreamed of is on the horizon just waiting for us to be ready for it. We can hide in the shadows in fear of hurting again, or open our hearts to love and loss knowing that we’ll always find our way back to love. I feel so much honouring of all that has been let go of this year, including an old layer of myself that is ready to move out. And now I welcome in more alchemy, flow and intimacy than ever before! Wishing a REAL New Year to you all β™₯️

Opening To Love With Every Part Of You

You keep opening your heart to love. You do, because it is WHY you are here. To open, to share, to risk….even, sometimes, to break. So it feels like…..your heart is breaking into pieces and the parts that seem shattered speak to you then, saying, β€˜This is me, all broken up. Will I ever come together again?’

These parts of you speak of hurt and loss that runs deep, much beyond this moment and even this present timeline and this current situation or circumstance. They flash you the slideshow scenes of previously forgotten pain that is now acutely aching again so you can understand it better, feel it, BE with it…..eventually help them be FREE from these frozen in fear moments.

These parts of you cry with you their tears that often weren’t allowed, permitted, or felt in the moment the pain was caused and harm received by others. These parts of you…..sometimes so, so young, precious, and innocent….can then be held by your and the Divine Mother’s forgiveness and compassion. They can become pure again under the light of your loving sun.

You keep holding the space for this process….being with what is real, allowing space to feel it ALL with ALL parts of you. You keep feeling because, on the other side of this pain, is the joy that is contained in every part of you.

On the other side of the fear…..is the love that is the essence of every part of you.

On the other side of the shame….is the innocence in every part of you.

On the other side of the judgement….is the acceptance of every part of you.

On the other side of the unworthiness….is the sense of your innate goodness as a reflection of the Divine.

Your Divine Self keeps finding support to trust this transmutational process. You trust it because it always moves to the other side eventually. Every movement offers the opportunity and possibility of moving on….even if it looks like ‘going in’ or looks like mourning.

You hear ‘it’s time to move on now and let it go’ and so parts of you do, your previously occupied heart now empty, vacated, and ready to be filled up again by love…

You keep feeling the love that life is bringing, holding, offering you and these parts do too until they become more and more whole and integrated.

You keep listening as Life says, “Keep opening UP, BEing with what is real and trusting the process. All that you desire and deserve is here……waiting until you are ready to receive it.”

The Inner Daughter Process Of Feeling Claimed & Loved

As women, we all want to be chosen, claimed, initiated, and above all, deeply loved.

Even if parts of us feel scorned and in pain and claim this is NOT the case… underneath the denial of these desires is the ache for more than what they’ve been given and for an answer to all they’ve felt unworthy of receiving, let alone dreaming of.

As women, we don’t just experience these desires in our ache for a masculine mate to meet us there. We also feel these desires in our ache to be claimed by our caregivers, authority figures, and most importantly, our mothers and fathers. 

Many of us did experience some kind of claim by our parents or guardians, yet it was so often mixed in with their own pain living in parts of them, of not being met in their own desires to be claimed by those who parented them. Or it was altogether an experience of being left abused, confused, neglected.

We weren’t shown that our aches could be met, or taught how to answer them within ourselves, or especially taught that these aches are really about a desire to return to a feeling of being claimed deeply by the Divine, as the sacred daughters we are… which our souls SO remember the experience of. 

Such sacred daughters are we in fact, that we have nothing to prove to earn this claiming. We have nothing to change about ourselves to be embraced by our Divine Parents. We have mirrors to look into, but with support and care, and those parts of us who have denied themselves access to true love can be felt as this process is offered us by our Divine Parents.Β 

Yet… our birth parents have often had no way to show us this, to overflow from their own realizations and embodiment of this truth. Instead, they overflow to us their embodied self-criticisms, their sense of unworthiness, their fears, and their longings that have never truly been answered.

Divine Mother especially has been so important for me to bring my parts to who have felt these missing pieces, these pains of not being truly claimed as a feminine daughter. Under Her loving gaze and in Her loving arms I feel the puzzle come together, the cob-webbed corners of my soul and gifts swept up and rediscovered in due time, the nectar of nourishment that only She can provide, even during the darkest times. 

Sometimes, She presses into my wounded places, bringing waves of intense inner processing with parts and soul aspects as I venture back into my shadowland to retrieve another long lost diamond. At other times, the intensity is dialed down and the love waves and balms are much easier to feel and let in. The Kundalini rushes up from the base of my spine and I feel at home in myself, in my feminine body, all in Her midst. I feel inspired, enlivened, and whole. I feel more solid in my reasons for being here, no matter the adversity, and I feel supported to keep FEELING it ALL.

Divine Father has been so vital to my sacred daughter inside as well, in order to feel a template of mateship claim on top of being claimed as a daughter. His arms have held my heart and my parts through so many difficult phases and His hands have guided me through some intense periods of awakening. His support of my feminine spine has been just as important as Mother’s, as has his watering of my feminine heart.

My Inner Daughter process has been vast, deep, and involved the necessary movement out of relationship with my own birth parents and family. It’s been necessary to let go of other forms of the β€˜false mother and father’ as well and to get very real about what is most nourishing for this essence within me and what simply isn’t. This is one of the most challenging truths to realize and reconcile with, as it can be a lonely road. Yet the void is filled up by the Divine when and if you and you parts feel ready to let in that energy and level of claim.
