Ah, these energies of dancing, loving and WARM union and rediscovery of the truly sacred masculine and feminine within… that always finds its way to overflow once it has been deeply and earnestly dived into. This is alchemy, this dance of one WITH the other, acknowledgment of the places both have taken inside of you and where their wounded expressions need to be felt and held space for. There is much that this dance of love in body, heart, soul and mind, ALL, want to bring to you, through you, with you.
I’ve been feeling strongly the connection of Magdalena and Christiel in the last couple of days. I have especially been feeling Magdalena energy coming in to be with me, bake with me in her frequencies that smell like sandalwood and lavender, and feel like a warm spring sun bringing food and life to the creations it shines on. She is a light in the heart of all women and men. She brings with her the true spirit of Tantra, the sensuality of a woman in love with herself in all ways, sharing her love body, her love soul, her love heart, her love mind with her mate. She expects no perfection, for the greatest works of art are the ones often not seen as ‘art’ at first. She teaches us of true feminine unity and healing. What it means to really go inward, to heal to the far reaches of your deepest heart pain, to TRULY let go of competition with or dislike of other women by feeling the layers of why these feelings have been needed. She advocates for the inward and outward phases, both, encouraging your overflow of self love to be shared.
I feel her imbibing my words and my energy these days, as I deepen my connection with her through my process, from the heart UP. I feel Christiel as well, as they are an intimate package to be with and one is never very far from the other, it seems. They offer that our deepest healing surprises come from feeling polarity dances of wounded yet perhaps healing masculine and feminine frequencies inside of each of us. Without counterpart vibrations consciously making music within our hearts and souls, the depths of potential healing stays only as potential.

“Beautiful beloved heart and soul, you are… so many of us say this to you through others who are channels for our messages and offer distortions at times too. Yet the positive comes through more often than not that is intended to make way for what is real to fill the space within. It is as important to FEEL now, as it has ever been! It is important to feel all of the aches, the desires, the clinging-on places where parts of you have been afraid to let go and eventually let in… there is so much unknown to trust, yes, and the Divine trusts your soul to navigate this, however it is meant to, in whatever timing it chooses. It is just so, in a simple way that also has many layers and explanations that actually reach far beyond words! To all of my woman hearts and souls… now is the time to deeply dive into your hearts. There is much you have learned and much you have yet to learn too. To simply be with the real, even if it feels messy, is the invitation now and always. For what is at stake is more about whether or not you would like to experience the deepest love you possibly can in this life, or if you would like to wait for another. No ‘loss’, though each may bring you sorrow, can possibly be a loss of your own forever and your own quest for and with love. When you create the space for the awakening within, your awakenings of slumbering alchemy in your life will have room to shake and quake the life you have known, bringing you, ultimately, to MORE of what you have most deeply desired.

You are consciousness. Everything outside of you is a reflection of you. Whether it is personal, global, or celestial. You are the past, present, and future in the Now. You are the Alpha and Omega. While we can let that in on a conceptual level and maybe some more viscerally than others, that feels like a tall order to our more limited way of feeling and seeing, especially when it is hard to just pay the damn bills!
You have wired up a special set of circumstances that are unique to your own personal journey of remembrance. You left breadcrumbs on the way back to source in the form of fractaled parts of you both this life and other lives. All of these create an infinite number of conditions that may be seen as obstacles as opposed to doorways. This is what your inner defense wants you to feel as the pain that was developed in response to this separation is much too hard for these parts to feel.
If you were humming on all heart cylinders you wouldn’t be seeking what it is that is keeping you from said hum. I know that is why I am here. I can feel my Higher Self in the room with me. There is a fluidity. A connection. A resounding of chords that are in balance and harmony. A deeply profound experience of Love that is so unknown to our daily consciousness. These moments occur more and more the more we focus on that reality. The more we feel the part and aspects of us that is keeping us from feeling and experiencing the full breadth of our essence in our body.
We are continuing to experience more gateways, upgrades, and downloads. More of our essence and shadow are being made available to heal and embody. These are key codes and they are meant to unlock the deep wounding in our emotional body. They are like confetti from a divine and galactic parade in our honor, yet they do invite us to feel some really hard stuff. Come to some sobering and honest reflections about who we are and what has been in our soul field. In SoulFullHeart you will find that the you that is reading this is not truly You at all…and that is the shedding of all the layers that we have needed to make it all okay to be in this separation. Separate from ourselves, our beloveds, our metasoul lives, and our galactic family.
So while this 3D life may feel like a burden to a part of you, it is also the pathway to your most highest expression and portal to love. It is the gateway to the expanded consciousness via your 4D protector that clears the way for more 5D sacred human expression. This is the mission of what we all came here to heal and become the vessels of Love Consciousness that lives in us all.

There are different life phases where a mourning process of some kind sets in. Parts of you can feel overwhelmed with grief… sometimes wanting to lash out, sometimes wanting to simply cocoon in until the storm passes, and maybe the two of these are combined in some moments too. Life can feel ‘cruel’ to parts, especially as it is often so hard to try and see the bigger picture holding the process you have found yourself immersed in, sometimes without much warning at all.
What I feel to invite now, is for all of us to feel it and be with it. Let it move into you, feeling it through, being in the tears. Parts of you need this ‘time’. They need to simply be held. The time for reframing for them and moving on from the suffering of it into more context and ultimately a deeper trust in love, life, self and the Divine too will emerge naturally, especially if the rawness is felt first. 3D reality has conditioned other parts of us to want to stymie the whole process of mourning and grief and they have deeply taken that in and held it as the only possibility. Even some spiritual practices encourage ‘letting go’ as the number one priority, yet ‘letting love’ is what comes first… letting love in to do its work, which comes into the heart, illuminates and presses on the bumps and bruises to allow the feeling to come in and flow out, which ultimately brings us the gift of deep healing and a naturally arising sense of joy and trust on the other side of it.
Ultimately, mourning of anything or anyone… any relationship, any life phase… is a process of alchemy. It is a process of creation and recreation in an extremely powerful way, as all movements within the heart truly are. It is an opportunity to allow in compassion as the mourning churns and moves and eventually fades, too. Compassion for the person or thing or perhaps beloved pet you are letting go of. Compassion for the life they led, the phases had with you, their needs for the next phase of life or death or anything in between that they now need to be with and live into. This is perhaps one of the most challenging things to feel for parts of us, yet it is the place where I feel we are ultimately guided to by pure love frequencies, as we feel everything that’s NOT compassion first, as well as the deep mourning and sense of loss in parts of us.
What truly moves us into our next phases and places is ‘e-motion’… our feelings rise and fall as they need to and this is what maps out the terrain of our next growth points and places of deeper inhabitation in our lives. It is often a very powerful sojourn into the unknown of life that launches us into our most profound awakenings and healing. This is what leads us, by the heart, into our Sacred Humanity and all that this new phase of humanity entails… ❤

I wrote this poem last year on this day… it represents so much to me, about the process of different parts of me, waiting and wanting to emerge, feeling hesitant to let me be in my bigness that includes their bigness too. I feel the ever-opening heart that only opens more with realness and vulnerable feelings of where, when and how it is hard to be open to love…
I am publishing this today, to feel and honour your process as well as mine. Maybe something in my words and energy here will invite you to feel your resonance with the process of opening up the heart that I am sharing about. ❤

I feel my heart’s openness
bloom and close
like a hesitant yet aching flower bud.
Yet so young though quite old
I find a solace somewhere in the unknown
and a restlessness too
that points out the grey
yet colours the night
with radiant rays of blue and gold.
The seeking of a heart that rumbles
and never really sleeps
nor needs to
for the other-dimensional sights and sounds
are the ones it is always tuned to
and the songs it always plays
on a heart-si-chord of gold and white light.
Perhaps the words flowing out
have still a place to land
in another hesitant flower bud
who also dreams to paint the sky
with the radiance of its very being
and its very courage of existence,
like a banner to all others
who long to be touched
by what they cannot see or understand
with a learned mentality
and years of seeking and not discovering.
This flower’s bud will soon find its aperture
that reflects its growing wholeness
and perfection
in the light of all that was once seen as grey
and all that was once felt
as the bleeding of a day
that simply refused to dawn.

And the palm facing upward must be full yet open, strong yet loose.
You cannot serve love with clouded lungs.
And the breath opening wide must come from the heart.
You cannot serve love with an uncurious heart.
And the curious heart must first be curious about itself.

It’s important to remember that in all there is a reflection. There is a reflection from the collective to the self, and back again. There is a backless window of seeing that is possible, if the threads are pulled back inside. To be able to vibe in with your own parts and soul aspects, 3D and well beyond, there is much information that can be gleaned, and much courage that can be mustered for the next steps… of letting go, letting in, or letting be.
The mutli-dimensional gifts within, are the ones belonging and springing from your human heart too. Your ability to feel is like none other yet witnessed in this galaxy and perhaps beyond too. Your ability to take in, even unconsciously, and have life flow through you is awe-inspiring for those in the ethers and the stars. It is time to be in wonder about yourself too, as they wonder at you. They template much for how to be in multiple dimensions at once, yet not from a human form, that offers more than it takes away. We have needed this dimension, this springboard so we can build all of the strength of heart necessary to continue moving upward, bringing it all with us, integrating all we have learned, all we have been given through growth phases and edges. Our consciousness is one of forgetfulness perhaps more so than remembering at this point… yet remembering we are, and through our hearts not our minds. Experiences offer us this in many ways, and all of the fires and healing waters we walk through are part of the great mosaic of all we are taking with us in this great circle of the service of love that IS us as much as it is offered by us.
There’s more here for us now than parts of us have been willing to believe, for the pain of not having it consciously can be too much for them to bear. Every bit of feeling that we don’t or won’t is the ticket to letting in that MORE and feeling it as a sacred human being arising… with curiosity, wonder, and awe.

It has always been important… but now it feels more important than ever to go inward, becoming curious about the self, not in a ‘hunt and peck’ energy, but with an invitation to the parts of you that have been hidden and buried, yet possibly very reactive and consistently operating under and within the conditioning they have held as the only truth for so long.
Going inside is the most important preparation for the upcoming transition periods between timelines here on Gaia. We’ve been in one for a long time now, yet everything is ramping up with more disclosures and mind-blowing revelations happening. In a way, none of it compares to the disclosures waiting in the wings of your own heart and soul, speaking of your origins, both dark and light and everything in-between, bringing you back to the reality of the love you’re made of…
There are more opportunities to feel what’s ‘true’ now. In the moment, there are different sources of information on the outside that can help us understand in one sense what’s going on in the world and why, and yet there is another source of information, filling up the deep well inside your heart and soul. Sometimes the only ‘information’ you need to be informed by is what’s stirring in your heart, telling you where you need to go next inside of you, exploring the growth edges that are there. Sometimes it’s a healthy mix of outside information and an internal digestion that you can hold with parts of you. No matter how informed you are of what’s happening on the outside, there is a groundwork to lay inside for making the transition emotionally, allowing in those growth points that WILL lead you into a deeper experience of the service of love, which is the ultimate calling and the ultimate unifier for us all. If there is no ground inside of you to be able to digest the potential trauma and craziness as well as the beauty of what’s on the other side of it all, then there are many missed opportunities for growth and expansion.
Though focusing inward can be so challenging given our conditioning and how deep it runs within each of us and our parts, it is the most important step towards embracing what’s coming and in many ways already here. It is the FIRST step before the ‘first step’ that expresses outwardly with logistical choices, offering grounding for new choices that are based in the heart in tandem with the mind for clarity as needed. Sometimes only the heart needs to lead here, yet of course this can be the toughest process to trust.
I feel how I am with you in it all, as I am with me in my all, feeling the steps for me personally and the steps we all must embrace and surrender to, with nothing to really ‘figure out’, but a ton to feel and let in… and even more after that too. ❤

There have been many ‘times’ we have danced to this tune
One that seemed to be missing a note we kept looking for in the other
But could never seem to find for it was always in our own hearts.

Love stories captivate us because we can feel so much of our own desires and reflections in them. They represent our deepest yearnings and lived-in experiences. They help us to feel what it is that lies underneath that which is underneath. We ache for connection so that we can see and feel ourselves in ways we have hard time seeing on our own. So the story is also about us. Our own desire to feel the love within us that is solely about us. As this is cultivated through much inner work, the story seeks to hear itself through the heart of another.
We live in a love story. We are writing it everyday. How we run from it, dampen it, hide it, surrender to it, and dance with it. There are parts of us that are working extra hard each and every moment to keep from really feeling it because of its capacity to change everything in an instant. The current stories we are living in other dimensions have a huge impact on how we are weaving this one together. Are we recapitulating some of the same themes over and over, or have we chosen to consciously rewrite the script to match what our highest timeline wants for us? What it is we ultimately want, but are too afraid to just ask for and pursue. There is a lot at stake for the part of us that has been keeping the story rolling just fine the way it is, even if it is suffering over it.
There is a timing of it all too. The Divine, I am learning, truly knows best even if we haven’t the faintest clue of the whys. It is the work of feeling our inner world, going into the depths of our story consciously to see why we wrote it the way we did and if that is the way we want to continue writing it. We see things when we need to see them and when something else in the plot has shifted first. Not a minute before or a minute after. It is all perfect and all we are doing is giving it a little boost along the way by choosing to participate in this actively and with the awareness that we are in a mystery.
I write this as I have found my heart in a state of joy after really letting in the woman that has been in my life for the last 5 years, Kalayna Colibri. We began as facilitants in SoulFullHeart, then had a few incarnations as mates, had months of non-contact, and then reemerged as close friends but always with that deep care that seemed to follow us where ever we were. We could not go back into another romance for our inner stories had not been ready for it. Other plot pieces needed to weave in and out, and we needed our own time to actively engage in healing the chapters of the “past”. As we began to feel more of our own uniqueness and our own self-love could we begin to see each other in a new way than before. We could feel how the love that was always there just needed to be put in a special place so other story lines could take their place.
I suppose the lesson in this for me is that you never really “know” what the Divine has in store for you or what blind spots you are given until it is time to be seen. What is true is that those blind spots are only removed as we continue to go into our own inner stories. As we begin to heal all the ways in which we continue to keep love at bay. It is through rereading our 3D story with all its cast of characters that allows us to really see what it is that we are truly needing to heal in order to let in more of the love that is sitting right in front of us. And for that I am infinitely grateful and amazed to be a part of this new chapter in our lives together.

Within most (if not each) of us, lies an heirloom that has been handed down over the generations. In a non-linear way of feeling it, this heirloom is a legacy, or a theme, that each soul of a blood family has chosen to work. This legacy is what keeps them bound, until at such point, one or more of the souls chooses to heal beyond it, and into a new legacy that is founded on growth and a deep transformative union with Love.
This legacy is a way most members of a family, through the generations, have chosen to view and relate to the world. It may all come out in different forms and functions, but there is a connector that seems to run underground, or in computer speak, run in the background. It can range from depression, to rage, to anxiety, to control. It can be subtle, or obvious. It can live in us and be expressed in different ways. Some may cover it over with busyness (business), religion, sex, and other pursuits of “happiness”, or others may be deeply steeped in the legacy trying to find answers, or a way “out”.
For either one, it is part of the way back to Self and Love. To Self-Love. It is a very core wound that is almost a secret in a way. The elephant in the family room, so to speak. When you get down deep enough it eventually leads to Fear and our separation from Source, but it has its own flavor and frequency. One that acts an anchor to 3D and keeps us coming back to heal what we came here to heal; that which we were born to love and let go of.
For me, I am unearthing a deep family wound that is rooted in self-punishment and a deep distrust in life itself. I can see and feel the family tree of this theme and it lies at its roots. Watered by the choices I made to keep the tree growing until it was time to leave the tree and be planted in different soil. Soil that is nourished with Love and not Fear. I have begun connecting with a part of me that is named after my grandfather. His name holds the legacy, so it is more than just him I am connecting with, but his spirit is also a part of it. You could also connect with a last name that anchors that frequency. It is a very powerful relationship to a very powerful conditioning.
This energy holds a key to our movement from 3D into 4D and beyond. It is a root anchor that can serve as a launching pad as we begin the inner work of connecting, caring, loving, and collaborating with it. At first it is a very intense frequency due to the amount of energy the collective family has put into it. But you wouldn’t have chosen to heal it if you weren’t big enough to handle it. For our 3D self, this is the biggest purpose it has in our ascension process.
Even though I chose to draw a boundary with my family years ago, this legacy continued to inform the way I related to my healing and relationships to others within community. It is a set of heart glasses that are almost permanently affixed until such time they are ready to be noticed and taken off to see and feel the world in a more truer way. It is a doorway into a whole new way of BEing and feeling myself that has many gifts in its wake. And for that I am feeling compassion and gratitude for what this heirloom has offered me. May it also serve to heal those that I grew up so intimately with in their pursuit of Real Love.
