This is the recording of a wonderful interview that we did last week on the Enlightened Loveheart & Soul Show with resonant host Crystalline Diamondloveheart. It is 90 minutes of interesting conversation about embracing rather than resisting your shadow aspects and difficult emotions. We talk about how in spirituality the shadow can be bypassed or try to be ‘cleared’ or seen as ‘negative’ and the gifts of embracing yours through conscious parts work process.

Ascension Energy Integration Teachings And Guided Meditation W/Raphael and Jelelle Awen (Video)

These high light energies in March and extending into April are recoding and rewiring us, our emotional bodies, our soul consciousness, the every living cell of our bodies….so much ACTivation in these frequencies to bring us up to a new consciousness level in everyday living experience! The INtegration of these activations is such an important phase of letting in, receiving, and allowing.

In our Unity Meditation call on Wednesday, Raphael and I offered teachings and perspective around integration and the CHOICE that this is to let in these codes/activations/energies/upgrading. We talked about the part of us, the Inner Protector, that can be resistant and fearful to letting them in and create blocks that limit, divert, keep you in suffering loops, etc. Read more here about parts and Metasoul aspects: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/parts

Then, we offered a YINtastic guided meditation that brought in frequencies of Divine Sophia, Mother Mary, and Gaia to ease you into a letting in place, to connect you with the codes that are just waiting for you in your soul field, and to begin bridging to your Inner Protector to allow more receptivity. It was difficult to stay awake for us during the meditation and it seemed that most on the call fell asleep or got VERY peaceful letting in the energies.

One beautiful soul who attended the call commented to us afterwards, “I feel this deep space in SoulFullHeart groups where everybody’s higher selves and divine parts are sitting in the room making a huge “space” for loving supportive energies to come through everyone… It’s like having the “best of” everyone’s gifts. Deepest gratitude again for what everyone showed up with. Activation Of Your Ascension Chakra Vortexes Guided Meditation W/Raphael and Jelelle Awen (Video)

Our Unity Meditation call on Wednesday was our largest one yet with 40+ souls signed up and 26 joining in on the energy exchange in the moment. It was palpable to me, this coming together in intention and connection to tap into the Equinox frequencies and New Earth…even with those souls who choose not to share that day or could only join us for a little while. I feel it amplified the energies that were available through Raphael Awen and I during the guided meditation. People shared a sense of high energy, being energized…..or, they fell into a peaceful sleep that lasted the whole time! I always trust these things as what can be let in at whatever levels of consciousness is….and through the filter/lens of the Protector self.

The results and experience of this unity meditation call inspired us to offer them about every ten days or coordinating to any major cosmic events, portal openings, Equinoxes/Solstices, etc. We will try to have different days/times to catch those in Australia, etc. and also serve those in Europe. We have scheduled two more for April….one on Wednesday, April 4th at 4:00pm CDT (4/4/4) and another on Saturday, April 14th at 11:11am CDT. These will remain free to join in, yet we always welcome donations too as we save up to make our relocation to the Glastonbury, England area this year. Join Us For A Free March Equinox NEW Earth Activations Unity Meditation Call

I keep getting over the last year this sense of a column, like a tree’s trunk, that feels like the framing of the 5D Sacred Human. It’s been called our ‘violetprint’…higher frequency than a blueprint. It runs along our spinal column…..with roots extending down deep into Mother Gaia….a primordial connection, a grounded foundation, an anchoring of comforting solidity. And then with branches extending, reaching out, into the stars, into the cosmos, into the Infinite possibilities of galaxies, wormholes, stargates, so many Star BEings….up into the angelic realms. In this reaching out we feel the VASTness of our BEing AND how we are part of this vast network of liveforms in so many interesting forms. In the going down, we ground into our home with Gaia, who offers ascension frequencies to us in a frequency we can most let in.

The torso or main ‘trunk’ of our sacred human tree is the bridge between these two and where we are living out day to day life, moving through this invitation to expand and stretch from roots to wings in every moment, moment by moment. The torso is our chakras vibrating higher and higher, merging together now into vortexes that eventually won’t be differentiated from each other. The root, the sacral, the naval, the heart, the throat, and the crown blending together in a swirl of crystalline frequencies of love and light.

Anchoring it ALL is the cosmic heart, Higher Heart, the Christ/Mary Consciousness heart, the beating pulse of connection to ONE and ALL with pulsing compassion for self and others. The Higher Heart forms the pulsing center for which our Merkabahs launch and vibrate. We are sitting in the ‘driver’s seat’ as our 5D Self and our Star Seed/Healed Inner Child is in our laps, powering our Merkabahs with frequencies of wonder, magic, innocence, and JOY.

During our group calls over the last year, as I have been co-leading the guided meditations, I can feel this circle forming between all of us in the ‘room’….linking us within the circle is the activation of our sacred human column in which we all ‘look’ like pure white shining, glistening trees with our cosmic hearts pulsing pink and green energies. Rays of light are coming from this pulsing energy and they join together between us, creating a ring moving in a clockwise direction. It is beautiful!! Each of us an individual soul spark of consciousness while connecting in a ring of Oneness through the Higher Heart center. A sense experience of sacred humanity!

It is this UNITY feeling, yet recognition of our individual soul uniqueness that is created during Unity Meditations where intentions align. The recent ascension energies seem to greatly support this kind of coming together. I am honored to co-host this experience of YOUR sacred humanity within community during the March Equinox corridor on March 21st. Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life- Spiritual Growth Process

In this video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman interviews SoulFullHeart Co-creator Raphael Awen about his personal journey through his spiritual growth and how it affected his practical life in regards to all other areas. His journey exemplifies the transition of each of the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves in relation to spirit uality.

As a young adult, Raphael deeply immersed himself into the Christian faith as his expression of divine service. As he began to see and feel a disintegrity among those he had so felt were leaders, there was a thinning out of all that a part of him had held as the infallible word of God. This led to a letting go of the religion but not to a deeper spirituality. He was also led to draw boundaries with those that were a deep part of his social circle along with a marriage and daughters that were not curious about this epic change of faith.

A new journey of spiritual and emotional awakening and expansion of consciousness ensued with his participation in a group called EBE where he met Jelelle Awen. This experience along with the departure from this group brought Raphael to feel a call to lead something new in co-creation with Jelelle that offered something completely unique to what other spiritualities offered. A new relationship to God within, along with an ever expanding universe of guides and metasouls that have inspired his continued spiritual growth, all mark a path that is dotted with practical sacred choices.  

I felt these words by Raphael really summed up what practical spiritual ascension means for us has human beings: “Life is duality and choice, and the drama and the stories are all about traction points. What do you feel about that? What is moving in you? Are you tempted to the stasis? Life is not about stasis. We can work really hard at maintaining it but life pops you out at the other end.”

Conscious Community And 5D Money – Day 30: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 30 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, my husband Raphael joins me (along with his Star Seed part named Andy as represented in a sweet stuffie….and our dog Koda.) Raphael talks about how our draw and our push away (from parts of us) is connected to gathering together around values resonance within community. Our first experience of community is our birth families, which we have both good and difficult experiences to digest in order to let in conscious community. I offer that in higher dimensional frequencies we are used to Unity Consciousness versus 3D living that is so separate and isolated.

We share our experience of living in community for the last few years and with sharing money within our small group, which has allowed for more immersion and intimacy between us as a group with very little conflict and much less tension and anxiety. We feel that money represents love to parts of us, so the sense of abundance or scarcity of ‘money’ is really about love. We share our experience of getting down to very little money and still feeling trust and Divine holding around it.

We define what we feel is ‘conscious community’, which is about bringing the emotional reality forward through parts work, leading with vulnerability, being transparent and authentic, and emphasizing relationality.

Letting In Joy That Comes From INtegration And INtimacy

Just feeling much joy in the moment, goodness about my life and where ALL this is headed….even when it is hard, dark, challenging, necessarily painful at times. THIS return to joy, the natural bubbling up of it that especially comes when you have gone in and through something difficult inside of yourself….it creates this sense of trust that it will be worth it to GO IN. To feel. To BE. To connect.

The veils continue to be so thin between other lifetimes that going in is doesn’t even seem optional at this point…esp. for those of us awakening. I have been in that inner process this week with a new Metasoul (‘past life’/other lifetime) aspect of mine from an ‘Ancient Greece’ timeline…that has been quite a bit to navigate at times. Feeling her tears and her fears…and in connection with a Metasoul counterpart from the same timeline of Raphael‘s which he shared about yesterday in his beautifully vulnerable posting about his process. These two Metasoul aspects had angst, power plays, are lovers and yet had little intimacy as they both tend to push it away. None of this feels like it is in the past or actually ‘ancient’ so these energies are strong and influential. As we bridged to them inside of ourselves, we then created a NEW bond between them….including beginning the process of changing a tragic outcome to their timeline.

The presence of these two Metasoul aspects of ours was around as we made love in the early morning, and I could feel them taking in the goodness, pleasure, heart connection, and soul connection that Raphael and I experience together. It is interesting to have Metasoul aspects ‘witness’ in this way, especially during love making, and it def. brings a wonderful, multidimensional frequency, a soul richness to it! And sometimes tears come as soul pain and karmic binds are washed out by love. It feels like such a blessing to have a partner go into these grounds with me, in the flesh, navigating all these dimensional realities and in life too.

The void can be an aspect of this process and may even be a necessary one for you, as I wrote about yesterday……yet, too, inviting self intimacy into your life with genuine joy and loving presence when you are ready then ALLOWS for intimacy to come with others in ways that are so nourishing, intimate, deep, and meaningful. These new textures of intimacy help wash away the trauma and pain from the previously dissatisfying experiences of relationships. Connecting with the parts of you that resist this intimacy, that want to protect you from getting hurt, that guard your heart, I feel is SO important to experiencing this intimate self relationship and with others too….it certainly has been for me and my Beloveds.
