Guided Meditation: Meet & Love Your Inner Punisher

One of the most difficult aspects of our healing can be coming to terms with our ‘Inner Punisher’ voice or what is frequently referred to as the ‘Inner Critic’. This voice is the one that keeps other parts of you in a state of guilt and smallness. There is a very good reason for it and it is usually used as a protection to keep you from getting hurt, as ironic as that may feel.

This part, when felt and given a sacred space to bring out its truth, can transform to a deep ally as your healthy discernment, truth-teller, and boundary-setter. This occurs over a back and forth relationship that develops and reveals over time.

This meditation, written by SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri and voiced by Gabriel Heartman, takes you to a hallway of doors where you get to meet and feel the presence of your ‘inner- punishing’ energy. Current Energies Support Emotional Swells, Encourage Taking Space To Feel

There may be much coming up, leaking through, wanting your love and attention right now. It is A LOT to feel, it is a lot hold, it is a lot to be curious about, especially during those times when your curiosity feels inaccessible. Sometimes the depths of the pain that wants and needs to surface feels like it’s going to swallow you whole. But what it really wants is to bring you back into your full wholeness. Yes, you are already whole in some ways, yet the fragmented self, the parts of you that need you, still need the space they need with YOUR open heart, to integrate into your being, to remember that they are not JUST the pain they feel or the scenes they are stuck in from this 3D lifetime or even from other soul timelines.

If pain is coming up, it’s because you’re ready for it to come up. You’ve done enough work now, that the pain and the parts that hold the pain in their reality now have the space inside your heart to make a home there. It may feel like a surprise to you, like a sudden surge of reactivity that you thought was gone and memories of what you’ve thought were timelines long gone by now too. This surprise comes as a gift… another doorway into your deeper caves within that need your exploration so that you can come out the other side even more in your bigness, with even more space in your being, in your heart, and even MORE capacity to serve love with others too.

The space you choose to take, away from social commitments, away from birth family ties, away from work perhaps too, is space that is needed for you and with you. It’s a choice to take care of what needs to be taken care of inside of you, even though your job, relationship, family may have supported you to stay above it somehow by helping you out in different ways in your life. It’s a choice to turn around and face what’s welling up, to cry the tears that are often suppressed, to feel the sometimes existential terror of being on this planet at this time. To feel into the reactions that have maybe even become normalized and expected. This is a time to be with YOU, to dedicate space to feel. And in the meantime, to lean into the Divine within and the Divine energies that want to hold you and love you up as you love yourself up from inside out.

It is not really “too much” to hold, if you just hold it all and discover it all too. Along with this comes gifts you have yet to imagine and healing at a depth you’ve yet to experience… and, the bringing back of dreams you’ve perhaps forgotten that you even had; of a life where this space for you and your parts is the ‘normal’ reality and the love flow you feel within and draw from resonant others outside of you is a part of your Heaven, your Golden/New Earth experience in the Now.

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: We Are Not A 3D Generation

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to talk about the different ways in which ‘Millennials’ as a large swathe of younger human beings have engaged with 3D reality and rebelled against it too.

There are many opinions out there about Millennials and how many of them don’t seem able to truly live in reality or find ‘success’ – at least the same sense of ‘success’ that previous generations have had for themselves. ‘Millennials’ is a term that’s usually used negatively. This happens in reverse too, with young people then dissecting the lives of older generations in order to prove something.This creates more of the battle and rebellion energy that was a necessary phase for a while but can be moved on from and healed now. This is what looking at 3D, 4D and 5D reality and the Millennial relationship to this dimensions offers.

On a soul level, what we call ‘Millennials’ are really groups of Indigo and Crystal souls. There could be some Rainbow souls in this group too, but they seem to still be young at this time and not really considered part of the Millennial category. When you look at them as Indigos and Crystals, which is really just another handy label to use for a while, you can feel how there are many reasons why these young human beings haven’t been able to inhabit 3D life the ways that older generations have been. They haven’t come into this life pre-wired for it, as they are supposed to be the leaders of new consciousness.

Many Millennials are entrepreneurial and highly creative. Many of them are naturally multi-dimensional and have little to no barriers to their soul gifts if they are nurtured and seen by those supporting them. There has been an intense generation gap for Millennials and Baby Boomers to navigate together and this has created tension on both sides. There’s a lot to feel about how this is happening on the inside of each individual, from part to part, and Metasoul Aspect to Metasoul Aspect too.

Millennials (or Indigos and Crystals) were never meant to be in 3D the same way that other generations have been and needed to be. Even just being with this realization helps to move something in the collective and we can all start to really appreciate who we have been, who we are now, and who we are meant to become.

It is 90 minutes of interesting conversation about embracing rather than resisting your shadow aspects and difficult emotions.
