Beyond Personality, Roles, Ego is the essence of YOU

Beyond personality, beyond ego, beyond conditioning, beyond what you have learned and been taught…..is the YOU that just IS. Your essence is this arising you have within. This YOU is your soul essence in expression through your human body, your ‘sacred human’ we can call it. Your higher self consciousness in embodied form. This YOU is without filters or barriers or limitations.

Beyond reactivity of emotional woundings, this YOU is free form energy blending and merging and responding and serving. Beyond the mind’s ideas and boxes and concepts, this YOU is beyond the mind yet in dance with the mental gifts you have and can offer to others. Using the mind rather than the mind using you.

Beyond the roles, beyond the duties, beyond the obligations, beyond the routines, beyond the usual, beyond the ordinary, beyond the boredom…there lives a YOU that is unknown to boredom and lives instead in the magical possibilities of every moment. SO MUCH can quell or dampen or squash or limit this magical expression, this magical experience, this magical relationship to life.

What is quelling this YOU? What have you created on your outside from your inside that is creating a shrink in this YOU? To move beyond the shrinking and quelling is to feel and identify what is causing it and what needs to be felt inside with parts of yourself to create a new reality outside.

Going inside out rather than outside in.

Beyond what you are experiencing as ‘outside’ of you is what is actually inside of you and starts THERE. Everything starts from THERE, inside first. Beyond the conditioning that outside is what matters (this is 3D conditioning) is the actual experience that ONLY inside matters because only from the inside can anything actually change on the outside. Inside is where your essence IS, where parts of you are, and the rest is formed on the outside of you.

Beyond the outside version of you is the inside, the essence, the core of who you are, which is not a you at all but love energy responding to other frequencies. Beyond the you version of fitting in is the YOU that cannot fit in because you only just fit inside of you and you ARE limitless without boxes or barriers….

This YOU is eager to be born, is ‘spring-loaded’ to express as it IS expression and yet beyond expression too. This YOU just IS and as it is embodied more and more, it is so much more natural than the conditioned you. It is so much more natural to BE this rather than what parts of you have form fitted to be.

This YOU arises, rather can conforms. This YOU responds, rather than reacts. This YOU connects, rather than is triggered.

Welcome this YOU into your world, let this YOU create a new world for you and ALL parts of you….made for love by love and with love.

A World Ascending: The Sorting Out Of Our Truest Courage

Timelines are shifting. Sorting. Colliding. Bleeding.

I could see this in my mind’s eye yesterday like large chunks of freeway making grand separations and connections. Concrete shrapnel flying through the air moving with the intense energy of these tectonic movements. The energy that came from this felt quite epic on an etheric plane. I immediately thought of scenes in the movie Inception where a full city was bending in on itself in a puzzle-type motion.

Lightning is striking in the hearts of many. Elucidating many difficult places to feel and choices that are in line to be made in order to move into a new ground of self-intimacy and soul growth. Where there is lightning there is thunder. It rumbles the current world order that has been created by a part’s need for safety and maybe even chaos, for even chaos can hide what needs and wants to be felt and healed.

These energies bring up visions of an almost apocalyptic nature. It is through the lens of our most defended places that it appears this way. The relationships both inside and out are being invited into a deep state of curiosity and compassion which may feel like interrogation and judgement. How to navigate these epic movements with courage of heart is what we are being guided to embody.

If we are ready to stand face to face with our deepest fears and hard to feel reflections, we are ready to birth into new territory of our being that leaves us changed forever. It leaves the old in the rear view while constructing the New in a step-by-step, moment-to-moment reality. It is created from the core of our own self-worth that can integrate the death of what was as we see the future that IS.

There is a container for this all held by our Higher Self, the Divine, and the BEings of multidimensional frequency that we can call upon and integrate. We can call upon those that are in the bliss and the mess of it all as guides and soul explorers. It is in direct connection and negotiation with our Inner Protector and community of Inner Family that brings us the courage we need to make our way through the other side of this sorting and into a world ascending. Energy Update: 1:11 Codes Initiate The Next Phases Of Your Ongoing Metamorphosis

1:11 is HERE and the ‘pregame’ show of energies leading up to the ‘main event’ has been intense, to say the least. The energies have been ramping up starting at the beginning of the year on January 1st and continuing on through today. I’ve been offered by my guides that January is going to a mega month of both activating AND integrating Ascension energies….completing with another Supermoon Divine Feminine illumination at the end of the month. These energies are impacting those of us who track them and are sensitive to them AND, also, it is bringing an accelerated pace of illumination to the ongoing disclosure process of hidden shadow for collective consciousness. All tracks and rates and paces are important and sacred right now for EVERY soul; none better than the others, even if some of us have chosen to be at the front of the wave and help lead the way.

One of the interesting things for me (and maybe for you too) is that the more amplified the energies are, the less my linear mind can track, my brain goes good kind of fuzzy, and ‘loose mind’ is the ‘disorder’ of the day. I have been drawn to the beach for the last four days and the more codes I take in through sunlight, the more this effect is amplified for me. It has been difficult for me to do ‘basic’ things such as count change or deal with money at all (cannot remember the exchange rate here even after three years!) as money is feeling less and less ‘real’; remember basic language, even English!; track what I have said or not said or who I have told what to; recall what happened yesterday or even earlier that day; track time in a linear way!

I have learned to surrender to this altered-ness as an important aspect of the process and what is actually more real to our multidimensional self, more true to our nature as sacred humans. I am blessed to be in a community where I can ‘lean in’ to those with more mental facilities at times and everyone is wonderfully patient with me! I enjoy these states, honestly, as parts of me trust the process that is going on and have let go in many of ways of any self image around ‘having it altogether’. Being in this place makes it challenging to track these energies though and then try to describe them in words to share!Β It is SO worth it to try right now to communicate though, because it IS an important time to share, to serve, and to lead for those of us called to do and BE so.

The Metamorphosis video series that I’ve been doing every day since January 1st has been interesting to engage with as such strong energies come in. I just ‘show up’ for it and words seem to flow out. I can feel those of you who are taking the videos in, even though it will be in a ‘future’ now from when I record them. Most days I forget what I even said during the videos and have to listen to the recording again in order to write the description at the end of the day! I am getting much help from the higher dimensions to deliver and show up for these every day, it feels like, and I am very grateful for it! Somehow I am also able to hold sessions because it is service; it is important, and my heart is leading and holding the space there with women that I feel honored to serve love with.

It is occurring to me in this moment that these 1:11 codes are Metamorphosis codes. These codes are being offered to wake up the caterpillars that are TIRED of crawling and WANT to transform; those that WANT to go into a surrendered cocoon state and then bust their way out of it; those that WANT to FLY and arise into the place of BEcoming a butterfly. Β In a recent video, I used the analogy of the caterpillar to describe the 3D self; the cocooning state to describe the 4D self (including the ‘breaking out’ stage); and the butterfly state to describe the 5D self (the higher self consciousness coming into and integrating into the physical body). These 1:11 codes wake up the caterpillars AND they also seem to be supporting those of you in lingering in the cocoon phase too. You may be discovering reNEWED desire and corresponding conviction to break free from the previous cozy caves and necessary void spaces. Parts of you may be feeling frustration at what before felt comforting. You are SEEING that the cocoon is there and it is starting to feel limiting. Oh, it felt safe and good for a time, especially when so much of the caterpillar 3D life was being given up and lost and completed.

That cocoon has been made of all the things you have learned; the lessons you have bravely walked out; the tears you have shed. That cocoon protected you at times from receiving even more judgement from others still anchored to 3D and the hurt and shame that can come up in parts of you in reaction to the rejection of your NEW you, your ideas, your visions, your inspirations. You became your own landing place for all this instead and baked in your own energies, developing and cultivating an inner support system to replace the 3D one that no longer served you.

Time to break out, bust out, come free of the cocoons…these 1:11 codes seem to vibrate to this frequency of break out. This is the phase then of rebirth, as it feels like 2018 will offer all of us. Being reborn and RISKING to move into the NEW you by being vulnerable and sharing again; by claiming again; by desiring again; by trusting others again; by revealing yourself again. This time, though, you don’t have to wear the masks that you used to need. You don’t have to hide your authentic feelings or soul gifts or sensitivities to everything. Also, you can find and draw and ‘hang out’ with other butterflies. You find your tribe. You call your pack. You claim your community.

This really in so many ways has been the process for 2017 too. 2018 seems to be taking it to another level of MORE in order to reach MORE. It is about actually LIVING the New Earth Now existence that your soul kNOWS is possible…in ALL areas of your life and in as many moments as is possible. To be real. To be authentic. To feel. To love. And to fly more…because your wings are ready and the skies are clear for taking off and UP!!

The Time Is Only Ever Now (A 1/11 Portal Poem)

Timelines may fall like ribbons in a parade of Divine goodness
Or they may burn up like rolls of film
In the darkroom of what we had been afraid to feel
Each one holding its own significance of grace and reverence
What is felt like an apocalypse one day is a graduation the next

The tired wrappings of your heart and soul’s protection
Are withering in the glow of the New Dawn arising in your direction
Turn and face the shadows
In order to see where the light is coming from
It is not an issue of too late, but a choice of β€˜not at all’
.
There is no time
There is only now.
Only the moment to decide even if you chose not to
Until the next moment you do

The myriad landscape of what lies right in front of us
Can only be hidden by our fear to see it
For to walk into that magical world is to say goodbye to that which denies it,confines it, and fantasizes it.

Walk into that new world with the soft yet powerful determination of the Elk or Gazelle

The Mindfulness Of Our HeartFULLness

β€œLeave your heart above your head and your eyes wide open.”- Zack Brown Band

These are words form a Β country band that I used to listen to in my β€˜past’ life. Or the life a part of me lived years ago. These words popped into my head as I was feeling into mindfulness with my guide Aris, who has a mix of greek philosopher and buddhist monk with angelic wings. The practice of mindfulness was a part of my spiritual journey earlier in my life that lead me to become aware of what was clearly an emotional disillusionment with my life at that time.

I had built a life on the foundations of what was reasonable and sensible for the typical citizen. A good career with a finger on the political pulse of the times. I was a well-loved member of a family and had close relationships to fill my days. But undergirding it all was a depression and a frustration. A need for something that I couldn’t quite put my finger on other than I was β€˜off-center” and misaligned in my passion and purpose.

This awareness led me to seek some form of help to change the course of what I was feeling but they were all mainly temporary band-aids. I could feel that there was something else I wanted access to inside myself. What was at the root of this underground well of heaviness?

The mindfulness practice turned into β€˜heartfulness’ practice when I began this journey with teh SoulFullHeart process. It led me to a fuller awareness of what was occurring in my emotional body through a multi-lensed frame of parts. This new mindfulness set in motion a slide into E-motion. I had so much backed up feeling that I had almost forgotten what feeling even was outside of anger, frustration, and depression.

From this actual real-time feeling space could I begin to access the core of my pain which became like a new sunset on my life’s possibilities. I began to see the ways in which I had kept myself small and hidden out of fear. Fear of actually being that which I was truly meant to be even in its uncertainty. I just knew what I was feeling wasn’t me. Mindfulness leading to heartfulness.

The rest of the story is one negotiated step at a time that continues to this day just on a different frequency and relational ground. It was the act of taking stock of WHAT I was feeling, WHY I was feeling it, and then actually feeling it in all its textures with the parts of me that held it. It was becoming aware of the conflict between one part to another that created a chaotic stasis. I was seeing and feeling myself in a ways that were both amazing and difficult. Truly a bliss mess. The becomes so much more understood once you journey into heartfulness.

I am grateful for the mindfulness that lead me to this new world of β€˜feeling what you are feeling as you are feeling it’. The next step beyond the awareness into the land of vulnerability and deep healing. It is the bridge between our humanity and our divinity. It is the clearing of our carbon into translucent crystal. It is the portal that connects us to the power of real love and soul expression. This is the way of SoulFullHeart.

Supermoon and Divine Feminine energies coming through beautifully today during Day Two of Metamorphosis, my 33 Day video series that started yesterday on January 1st and completing on February 2nd!

In this day two video, I invite you to connect with the Divine Feminine frequencies that are coming up and being offered through the Supermoon and throughout January with ANOTHER Supermoon at the end of the month, plus a lunar eclipse. These energies ARE personal, not just cosmic, and provide a mirror to you for feeling, exploring, and BEing. I share my awakening to Divine Feminine frequencies back in 2010, which came after becoming Reiki attuned. I experienced a deeply touching connection with four Divine Feminine forms of Kuan Yin, Magdalena, Mother Mary, and Dark Mother/Kali. My experience of Her energies since then has just deepened and expanded into a very personal and nurturing experience.

I then guide you in a meditation to connect with Divine Feminine/Mother energies through whitish-pink energies, sitting a circle, and letting in lots of love through the heart chakra. You may see and feel Divine Mother quite clearly, or get a sense of your Inner Protector – a masculine energy that guards and protects the feminine experience from both inside and out. The Making Of A New Year Is Up To You

β€œBut what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths.”

Our relationship to time is a fickle thing looking at it through a different lens. We create an β€˜other’ out of a year and tell it what we thought of it as it walks out of the door of the home we built together 365 days ago. Sometimes, I feel 2017 getting a collective kick in the ass and I feel for it. I feel for every year that gets wrapped up in expectation and then withers into discontent by March. (Yeah, that bully March. Just doesn’t know when it has something good.)

So much projection onto our time capsules. That which we have created to give us direction and a viewfinder for measurement. I have no ill will toward 2017. It was a noble servant of Love as it brought up so much of our collective shadow, and maybe that is what some of the reactions may be about. We are responding to what is unconsciously percolating on the inside. A disclosure of our enclosure.

We have our own personal relationship to 2017, each that was a story created by our individual and collective consciousnesses. There were some bumps in the road for me emotionally that were all perfectly laid for this new lift into leadership, romantic relationship, and inner ambassadorship. A part of me has looked back at moments with some questioning and remorse, but in hindsight it couldn’t have been any other way as I now find myself in a beautiful vantage point.

Each new year gets to be as we choose it to be, even as those choices create tension, reaction, and conflict. It is all a part of the ascension process. But what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths. It is also reunion. A re-unit-ing of all our suppressed and unfelt parts of us still in trauma or dischord as well as our soul aspects spread across time and space dimensions. The balm of this growth and the connective tissue of this reunion is Love.

Love is the guiding light of all our choices even when they don’t feel like love to a part of us. There is a way in which we have care-taken parts of us and others in the name of Love. When we get to the core of what we are truly feeling in our emotional body and compare it to where we want and need to be, the sacred path reveals itself. Holding space for those choices is what we are here to offer.

2018 feels like an epic year personally and collectively. How we relate to it is truly up to us in all the ups and downs it may bring, which is what we subscribed to even before it has hung up its clothes on its side of our closet. In this moment you can choose the INtention, breathe in the desire that is baking in the oven, and then let go of what actually comes out of the oven one year from now, β€œcuz it ain’t gonna be what you thought it might be”. None of us do.

What we can choose is to feel all of the edges of what we truly want and the fears that come up in response. We can walk through these together and create a New Earth Consciousness and authentic heart and soul resonance with transparency and vulnerability as the fuel of this merkabah we call SoulFullHeart. Β Many heartfelt wishes to you in this arising New You Year.

Energies Invite You To Open Up The ‘Love’ Spaces In Your Life

Opening up spaces… this is always our choice, how much space we want to take or give… be in or offer. So much can take up ‘space’, including parts of us that need us, relationships to people or anything really, space in our living spaces and even our bodies. In a way, there can never really be ’empty’ spaces, only pregnant pauses, as each moment of what seems or feels to parts of you like ‘nothing’ is actually chock-full of something.

We are being invited to open up more space, allow more air in, widen the aperture, lengthen and strengthenΒ the opportunity for MORE to come in, to fill us up in more spacious ways… no more cramping or cramming or cutting to fit. No more agony as parts of us twist themselves into human pretzels in order to fit into small, very specific expectations of culture, birth family, friendships, romances. Belonging fully to the self and finding a you-shaped space in the collective too in a healthy way, that allows still for air, breathing, BEing, envisioning, loving. And then, draws the relationships that fit and support this… to food, to soul family, to a Sacred UnionΒ mate/mates.

Yoga or other physical practices that extend beyond a self-image based focus on the body, invite more space into the body for the movement, healing, upgrading that is necessary and imminent. Consuming foods that support high vibrations of more light, love and air to enter and live in the body, is a way to nourish the spaces and indeed, create more space within the body. Meditation offers space for the parts that are stuck in the mind, in 3D and sometimes lower 4D churnings of trying to ‘figure it all out’. Breathing into your life, making space for money-making that doesn’t stress, strain or harm you or parts of you in any way, allowing for realization and development of your true soul-purpose path while having the space to go inward and continue healing… which is what truly brings it about and draws those who you need to serve and support into your life as well as who you need to support and reflect you to you in the interest of your own ongoing healing path.

Space within your heart is what is created when you choose feeling and BEing over doing. You create the space to feel and be with parts and Metasoul aspects of you so that you can then have and offer more space to others. This creates more space within your soul too, and allows for more conscious creation and being able to draw timelines you most desire.

‘Love heart,Β Love body, Love mind, Love soul, Love life’, as I have taken to saying recently. All the Love you need,Β all of the time, in ALL ways, coming from ALL of YOU. INspiring love, calling it into the spaces and crevices claimed and felt. Not consciously creating this space for yourself and your parts and Metasoul Aspects too asks life to create it for you, and often this can manifest in ways that are less than favorable. Life will press you back inward, as the ultimate facilitator of your healing. Life is love and love is life, and love wants you to have more love, be more love, serve more love WITH love. It has its own agenda, as does your soul, and your soul, like a magnet, wants to help you and every part of you, return to Love consciousness again.

Breathe into the spaces for more you to grow, see what’s there and what’s waiting for you while you are in the process of discovering and uncovering the you that you’re meant to BE. ❀

Leaving The Safety Of 3D Shore To Swim In Divine Waters

Standing on the shore of your previously anchored into 3D life, the waters of change and the unknown call to you. The waters of Divine love and embracement beckon you inward, onward, and upward. 3D parts of you have known more of the surface and its easily accessible stories. They have been schooled, bred, and taught the familiar and comfortable that remains seemingly unchangeable and unchanged.

The depths of the underneath and all the unexplored places represent the depths of YOU to still be plunged into and discovered. Your deep dives into your emotional body and Metasoul legacy invite the revelation of all sorts of wonderful ‘creatures’ that live in your shadows waiting for your light. Each dive down brings another piece of your soul’s puzzle into your awareness. Each dive down opens you up to what has previously been mysterious BEcoming known.

To begin this journey of inner exploration is to leave the safety of shore. To cross your own ocean is to be courageous and willing to lose sight of the shore. To BE with the parts of you that are afraid to let go and feel insecure, frightening, concerned, worried about what will happen. To hold their hearts in your heart as you invite them to let go of their gripping. To let the shore fade from your vision as you face forward into the seemingly empty horizon together. To trust that what is next and NEW will meet and greet you as you choose love, as you choose life, as you choose growth.

There may be other people on the shore that want to stay there. Friends, birth family, romantic mates that want you to stay with them. They have been BEloved to you and are still loved. Yet, parts of them want to remain in what is known and haven’t woken up yet to the soul’s capacity for Infinite Questing. Yet, you understand that you need to move on and away in order to grow. You realize that you need to venture out alone to discover and draw the resonance and intimacy, the GOODNESS, that you most want and deserve in relationships.

Negotiating with the part of you that protects and guards, your Inner Protector, can allow a smoother transition into the New. Often, the Inner Protector actually wants and aches for new explorations and discoveries. They often have a sense of your soul purpose mission here to serve love. They can offer you this inspiration and information once they feel safe to let go of the ‘care and feeding’ of all your other parts (such as the Inner Child, Inner Teenager) that they have been overly protective of and over. As they feel more YOU show up in your BEing to become head of your own household and loving parent to all parts of yourself, your Inner Protector can transmute to the frequencies of multidimensional Gatekeeper, guide and bridge to your Metasoul/other lifetimes. As you let go of the shore, the waters of LOVE embrace you and hold you. The currents of Divine guidance steer you. You are pulled by the undertow of a growing curiosity fueled by your soul and NEED to know and feel yourself. You are unanchored and free to float, to swim, to dive, to BEcome who you really ARE as Infinite Love. And, your sacred humanity rises up from within to meet and greet you as you land safely, always and over and over, onto the shores of your INNER home.

Supermoon Codes Offer Inner Illuminations, Timeline Activations, Sacred Union

As I felt and ‘saw’ the light codes coming in the early morning from the Supermoon today, they seemed to softly fall like snow or fairy dust upon my beloved and I, as we lay in bed. They looked like sparkling gold and though we weren’t outside, I could feel them come in through the windows and walls, finding their way to us. I hadn’t thought much about light codes coming from the moon and what they could mean or offer. In some ways, the moon hasn’t even been on my radar all that much, though of course, how could a Supermoon go unnoticed?!

They seem to be a sprinkling of something magical, that is also natural to arise now in this stage of Ascension. There is always an alchemical magic, though also a profound and often quite emotional process in letting go and letting in, which is something I’ve written about for the last few days as I have been walking out and feeling deeply my own process of doing just this very thing. So many others seem to be experiencing this too right now, as this IS the process of letting in higher timeline desires and possibilities too… the imminence and immediacy of claiming what we truly want yet also what and HOW our soul wants to serve LOVE, is something we are all invited to feel, feel, feel. It lights us up like a bright torch or beacon, calling us back to us, back to our sacred union within, and into deeper territory with a sacred union outside of us too, for those who have drawn that and for those who are likely about to draw that! It is the goodness of life and of love itself that we can feel now, even and sometimes especially through the painful moments of realizations and dawning truths. The pulsing, purging and pain lead to relief, revitalization, and release and a letting in, lighting up, loving OUT experience of ourselves and of life too.

Residual wounding, core wounding too, can all be held now by you, with the help of guides and this Supermoon fairy dust energy of light code sprinkles. Asking for the help, love and support you need is an invitation for all as the Ascension energies continue to move in and ramp up, amping up the anchors and moving parts of us into the spotlight held by Love. There is no end to the inner love flow that is available to be dipped into as you continue on your journey of healing inside, being with parts of you and soul Aspects too, bringing in and breathing in the energies that want to support not suppress and hold you through the next states and stages necessary for your inhabitation of new and next growth edges and places.
