Ah, these energies of dancing, loving and WARM union and rediscovery of the truly sacred masculine and feminine within… that always finds its way to overflow once it has been deeply and earnestly dived into. This is alchemy, this dance of one WITH the other, acknowledgment of the places both have taken inside of you and where their wounded expressions need to be felt and held space for. There is much that this dance of love in body, heart, soul and mind, ALL, want to bring to you, through you, with you.

I’ve been feeling strongly the connection of Magdalena and Christiel in the last couple of days. I have especially been feeling Magdalena energy coming in to be with me, bake with me in her frequencies that smell like sandalwood and lavender, and feel like a warm spring sun bringing food and life to the creations it shines on. She is a light in the heart of all women and men. She brings with her the true spirit of Tantra, the sensuality of a woman in love with herself in all ways, sharing her love body, her love soul, her love heart, her love mind with her mate. She expects no perfection, for the greatest works of art are the ones often not seen as ‘art’ at first. She teaches us of true feminine unity and healing. What it means to really go inward, to heal to the far reaches of your deepest heart pain, to TRULY let go of competition with or dislike of other women by feeling the layers of why these feelings have been needed. She advocates for the inward and outward phases, both, encouraging your overflow of self love to be shared.

I feel her imbibing my words and my energy these days, as I deepen my connection with her through my process, from the heart UP. I feel Christiel as well, as they are an intimate package to be with and one is never very far from the other, it seems. They offer that our deepest healing surprises come from feeling polarity dances of wounded yet perhaps healing masculine and feminine frequencies inside of each of us. Without counterpart vibrations consciously making music within our hearts and souls, the depths of potential healing stays only as potential.

I feel Magdalena offering directly,

“Beautiful beloved heart and soul, you are… so many of us say this to you through others who are channels for our messages and offer distortions at times too. Yet the positive comes through more often than not that is intended to make way for what is real to fill the space within. It is as important to FEEL now, as it has ever been! It is important to feel all of the aches, the desires, the clinging-on places where parts of you have been afraid to let go and eventually let in… there is so much unknown to trust, yes, and the Divine trusts your soul to navigate this, however it is meant to, in whatever timing it chooses. It is just so, in a simple way that also has many layers and explanations that actually reach far beyond words! To all of my woman hearts and souls… now is the time to deeply dive into your hearts. There is much you have learned and much you have yet to learn too. To simply be with the real, even if it feels messy, is the invitation now and always. For what is at stake is more about whether or not you would like to experience the deepest love you possibly can in this life, or if you would like to wait for another. No ‘loss’, though each may bring you sorrow, can possibly be a loss of your own forever and your own quest for and with love. When you create the space for the awakening within, your awakenings of slumbering alchemy in your life will have room to shake and quake the life you have known, bringing you, ultimately, to MORE of what you have most deeply desired.

If you are in a Sacred Union and can feel these energies with your partner, this is a phase to bring them sexually to each other. It is a time to create new timelines together through love making, bringing intentional space between you as the energies caress and exchange. Of course this can be done from you to you, as well, and for many of you, this is what’s necessary in this phase as you work to bring the healing opportunities that are moving you into your own highest timelines, possibly along with drawing a Sacred Union of your own. Engaging in this with Gabriel yesterday brought us both into a space of alchemy and heart-centeredness that is connecting us both to deeper places of healing within and strengthening our bond more and more as we embark on our new timeline together that is arising and emerging Now.

Supermoon Codes Offer Inner Illuminations, Timeline Activations, Sacred Union

As I felt and ‘saw’ the light codes coming in the early morning from the Supermoon today, they seemed to softly fall like snow or fairy dust upon my beloved and I, as we lay in bed. They looked like sparkling gold and though we weren’t outside, I could feel them come in through the windows and walls, finding their way to us. I hadn’t thought much about light codes coming from the moon and what they could mean or offer. In some ways, the moon hasn’t even been on my radar all that much, though of course, how could a Supermoon go unnoticed?!

They seem to be a sprinkling of something magical, that is also natural to arise now in this stage of Ascension. There is always an alchemical magic, though also a profound and often quite emotional process in letting go and letting in, which is something I’ve written about for the last few days as I have been walking out and feeling deeply my own process of doing just this very thing. So many others seem to be experiencing this too right now, as this IS the process of letting in higher timeline desires and possibilities too… the imminence and immediacy of claiming what we truly want yet also what and HOW our soul wants to serve LOVE, is something we are all invited to feel, feel, feel. It lights us up like a bright torch or beacon, calling us back to us, back to our sacred union within, and into deeper territory with a sacred union outside of us too, for those who have drawn that and for those who are likely about to draw that! It is the goodness of life and of love itself that we can feel now, even and sometimes especially through the painful moments of realizations and dawning truths. The pulsing, purging and pain lead to relief, revitalization, and release and a letting in, lighting up, loving OUT experience of ourselves and of life too.

Residual wounding, core wounding too, can all be held now by you, with the help of guides and this Supermoon fairy dust energy of light code sprinkles. Asking for the help, love and support you need is an invitation for all as the Ascension energies continue to move in and ramp up, amping up the anchors and moving parts of us into the spotlight held by Love. There is no end to the inner love flow that is available to be dipped into as you continue on your journey of healing inside, being with parts of you and soul Aspects too, bringing in and breathing in the energies that want to support not suppress and hold you through the next states and stages necessary for your inhabitation of new and next growth edges and places.

Allowing Your Mourning To Open Your Heart

There are different life phases where a mourning process of some kind sets in. Parts of you can feel overwhelmed with grief… sometimes wanting to lash out, sometimes wanting to simply cocoon in until the storm passes, and maybe the two of these are combined in some moments too. Life can feel ‘cruel’ to parts, especially as it is often so hard to try and see the bigger picture holding the process you have found yourself immersed in, sometimes without much warning at all.

What I feel to invite now, is for all of us to feel it and be with it. Let it move into you, feeling it through, being in the tears. Parts of you need this ‘time’. They need to simply be held. The time for reframing for them and moving on from the suffering of it into more context and ultimately a deeper trust in love, life, self and the Divine too will emerge naturally, especially if the rawness is felt first. 3D reality has conditioned other parts of us to want to stymie the whole process of mourning and grief and they have deeply taken that in and held it as the only possibility. Even some spiritual practices encourage ‘letting go’ as the number one priority, yet ‘letting love’ is what comes first… letting love in to do its work, which comes into the heart, illuminates and presses on the bumps and bruises to allow the feeling to come in and flow out, which ultimately brings us the gift of deep healing and a naturally arising sense of joy and trust on the other side of it.

Ultimately, mourning of anything or anyone… any relationship, any life phase… is a process of alchemy. It is a process of creation and recreation in an extremely powerful way, as all movements within the heart truly are. It is an opportunity to allow in compassion as the mourning churns and moves and eventually fades, too. Compassion for the person or thing or perhaps beloved pet you are letting go of. Compassion for the life they led, the phases had with you, their needs for the next phase of life or death or anything in between that they now need to be with and live into. This is perhaps one of the most challenging things to feel for parts of us, yet it is the place where I feel we are ultimately guided to by pure love frequencies, as we feel everything that’s NOT compassion first, as well as the deep mourning and sense of loss in parts of us.

What truly moves us into our next phases and places is ‘e-motion’… our feelings rise and fall as they need to and this is what maps out the terrain of our next growth points and places of deeper inhabitation in our lives. It is often a very powerful sojourn into the unknown of life that launches us into our most profound awakenings and healing. This is what leads us, by the heart, into our Sacred Humanity and all that this new phase of humanity entails… ❤

Energizing Desired Timelines And Letting Go During This 11/11 Gateway

By now you may have discovered and uncovered the timelines you most want and feel you are most meant to walk out in this life. Now comes the phase of energizing it, letting the pieces fall where they will. This can come in so many forms… some easy, some challenging.

Going inward and feeling all there is to feel as you let go, vacating aspects of different areas of your life that no longer ‘fit’. Even the process of feeling this vacating and willingly walking into some type of ‘void’ space is visceral and deep. Even THIS requires so much feeling and ‘me’ space, as well as space held with soul family/community beloveds, if you have drawn this experience to yourself, who can support and also mirror for you where your next places are to go within yourself and within themselves too, in order for all of you to not only imagine but start living into your own scale of Infinite Possibilities, incoming in the form of new and higher timelines.

As we continue walking through this 11/11 Gateway for another 12 days, this will be and is the process for many… cleaning house, feeling the letting go, getting ready for the letting in, and letting it ALL land equally in your heart of hearts and your soul of souls.

Your readiness is measured in some ways by the parts of you that you have gone inside to deeply feel in this process. Parts that aren’t ready and/or cannot feel a growing authentic YOU at the helm, will often sabotage the forward glide of your ship or draw circumstances that show up as choppy waters and stormy seas. There is nothing ‘wrong’ with this, as it all offers a mirror for where you have yet to go and what you have yet to feel. Indeed, there are NO mistakes on this terrain you’re traveling and it’s all exactly what you need, when you need it…

The Flower Bud Of The Opening And Healing Heart

I wrote this poem last year on this day… it represents so much to me, about the process of different parts of me, waiting and wanting to emerge, feeling hesitant to let me be in my bigness that includes their bigness too. I feel the ever-opening heart that only opens more with realness and vulnerable feelings of where, when and how it is hard to be open to love… 

I am publishing this today, to feel and honour your process as well as mine. Maybe something in my words and energy here will invite you to feel your resonance with the process of opening up the heart that I am sharing about. ❤

I feel my heart’s openness 
bloom and close
like a hesitant yet aching flower bud.
Yet so young though quite old
I find a solace somewhere in the unknown
and a restlessness too
that points out the grey
yet colours the night
with radiant rays of blue and gold.

The seeking of a heart that rumbles
and never really sleeps
nor needs to
for the other-dimensional sights and sounds
are the ones it is always tuned to
and the songs it always plays
on a heart-si-chord of gold and white light.

Perhaps the words flowing out
have still a place to land
in another hesitant flower bud
who also dreams to paint the sky
with the radiance of its very being
and its very courage of existence,
like a banner to all others
who long to be touched
by what they cannot see or understand
with a learned mentality
and years of seeking and not discovering.

This flower’s bud will soon find its aperture
that reflects its growing wholeness
and perfection
in the light of all that was once seen as grey
and all that was once felt
as the bleeding of a day
that simply refused to dawn.

Integrating And Discovering Your Personal Spirituality

There’s a strong picture right now, of many souls choosing to ‘shop around’. I feel and see this picture of ‘window shopping’ when it comes to dating and relationships, yet also spirituality and a healing process. To commit to a ‘process’ right now, does not seem to be on the agenda of many, as it’s hard to see many choosing to walk through the door of any one ‘store’ at the moment. In some ways, this is very understandable, considering that many of you may have only JUST realized that you COULD choose, either because you are moving into another vista of awakening now, and/or because something in your soul hasn’t been able to let in choice in this dimension of existence.

This choosing process feels to come out of a questioning of what YOUR personal spirituality looks and feels like, and if you honestly even feel one at all right now. How does YOUR spirituality express through you, that isn’t solely influenced by culture or your friends or birth family members? In a recent session I held with a facilitant, I felt the strong influence on her spirituality in her field from her birth family especially, and realized that in order to truly experience your own spirituality and what it’s made of, you need to go inside and feel it through your heart first. In other words, it can only really be accessed by way of your deepest humanity – your pain and your joys, both. This is what helps parts and soul aspects of you collapse into your arms and the loving arms of the Divine too.

Spiritual consciousness has a collective imprint. It has fads and trends, classes and courses you can attend. It has lineages and religious beliefs too. It has impact in so many ways, many of which are positive and yet many of which that feel negative too… not ‘wrong’, just more fear-based than love-based. But what of the matters of your own heart and what it has been through and experienced in this life and with this consciousness you have now? What of the matters of your ancient, likely star-being based soul, that reaches timelines yet untouched by any part or piece of you? This is all personal with the collective woven in. And your personal experience must be experienced through your person-ness, first, by your healing and growth and integration of shadow AND light.

Greater self-permission is dawning now, with more souls and hearts longing for a personal experience as well as nondual experiences and actually allowing them in at exponential rates too. This can pop for anyone at any moment, yet it is sweetest, in my experience, if tasted through the heart while in conscious relationship with your parts and metasoul aspects too. An amazing journey of realizing THROUGH experience, not just concepts and constructs that may or may not have been lived out by those teaching you or others, is what awaits now and is a timeline already here if one decides to reach out and touch it, asking for it, wanting it more and more.

The SoulFullHeart Way of Life is a committed process, being felt and lived out at deeper and deeper levels at all times by all who are on this path. It isn’t for everyone, but it is an answer to the question of how to explore and discover your own spirituality, where it comes from and where it could be leading you. It may mean the end of the ‘shopping around’ or ‘seeking’ timeline for you, as you embrace being a student of this path and also of yourself, or it may not. It is a challenging yet beloved journey of healing and growth that goes much deeper than you may imagine just yet! The Powerful Mirrors Of Holiday Gatherings

What you choose to show-up for, will always be a mirror for you… whether this is your personal healing process, your soul purpose work as you have felt it to be, a 3D job or career, or a relationship of any kind.
 
Tomorrow is American Thanksgiving… If we feel America as being a place of deep 3D conditioning yet also powerful opportunities for awakening, we can see how the two actually go hand-in-hand and how holidays like this one that takes place tomorrow are actually another opportunity for growth and healing, even though they may be rooted in 3D consciousness.
 
Choosing to be a part of any event with family or friends is a chance to look into a mirror, if you choose to do so. These relationships may be ones you have had all your life, or only for a short time so far. It is an opportunity to feel your awakenings and how they apply to your life as it is right now. It is a chance to play out these relationships and even your relationship to food too, to see what parts of you may be attached to certain conditions or aspects of these relationships. It is a chance to feel yourself in a different way, as all gatherings of any kind are.
 
Choosing to forgo this or any ‘holiday’ altogether can also be a mirror for you. Maybe you have been having many awakenings that have led you away from relationships, into a reboot and ‘lone wolf’ phase. If this is the case, feeling your loneliness and ache for relationships with those who would understand you and feel you and you, them. This feels so valuable, especially if you feel you are here to serve love… and is a powerful way to serve love to yourself, as you feel the parts of you and your sweet heart too.
 
Aches, desires and wishes are all major themes when it comes to holidays of any kind… feeling yours with parts of you is a way to boost your ascension and awakening journey, as you awaken inward more and more and begin to let more love in while doing so. Eventually, the need for ‘holidays’ as we have felt and held them becomes obsolete, as every arising moment with those you can be in deep soul and heart connection with,
including yourself first and foremost, is something that can last ALL year ’round. ❤

Serving Love From Your Human Heart

You cannot serve love with the back of your hand.

And the palm facing upward must be full yet open, strong yet loose.

You cannot serve love with clouded lungs.

And the breath opening wide must come from the heart.

You cannot serve love with an uncurious heart.

And the curious heart must first be curious about itself.

It’s important to remember that in all there is a reflection. There is a reflection from the collective to the self, and back again. There is a backless window of seeing that is possible, if the threads are pulled back inside. To be able to vibe in with your own parts and soul aspects, 3D and well beyond, there is much information that can be gleaned, and much courage that can be mustered for the next steps… of letting go, letting in, or letting be.

The mutli-dimensional gifts within, are the ones belonging and springing from your human heart too. Your ability to feel is like none other yet witnessed in this galaxy and perhaps beyond too. Your ability to take in, even unconsciously, and have life flow through you is awe-inspiring for those in the ethers and the stars. It is time to be in wonder about yourself too, as they wonder at you. They template much for how to be in multiple dimensions at once, yet not from a human form, that offers more than it takes away. We have needed this dimension, this springboard so we can build all of the strength of heart necessary to continue moving upward, bringing it all with us, integrating all we have learned, all we have been given through growth phases and edges. Our consciousness is one of forgetfulness perhaps more so than remembering at this point… yet remembering we are, and through our hearts not our minds. Experiences offer us this in many ways, and all of the fires and healing waters we walk through are part of the great mosaic of all we are taking with us in this great circle of the service of love that IS us as much as it is offered by us.

There’s more here for us now than parts of us have been willing to believe, for the pain of not having it consciously can be too much for them to bear. Every bit of feeling that we don’t or won’t is the ticket to letting in that MORE and feeling it as a sacred human being arising… with curiosity, wonder, and awe.

Energies Bring Rushes Of NEW Love Through The Body, Heart, Soul And Mind

That feeling of blood rushing back into your head after hanging upside down for a while on the monkey bars as a kid… this is the feeling as love rushes back into and through our veins, in ways parts of us have forgotten that it even could. Our soul remembers and allows this rush, as the parts working hard to block it begin to release their grip and heal. Namely the Gatekeeper, the one who protects you in different layers and is a fragment of your Higher Self, intended to keep your soul remembrances at bay until you are ready to download and feel them, is the one who needs the most from you before this rush can truly happen. It’s a feeling of light-headedness, dizziness now that many of you will likely feel. It is the sensation of downloads, of higher frequencies coming in, and the dam built against love within you breaking open once again. This is what happens, the more you let in the parts of you that need you. A similar feeling can be felt when trying to transcend beyond what you have already felt and you aren’t yet bringing it up with you. Some parts of you may be over-stretching themselves to try and move beyond what they feel, not realizing that there is a bridge in front of them that needs to be crossed first. This can cause a major physical strain on your brain and body, not to mention your heart that is so working to catch up to it all. This is also when life calamities can happen, not out of punishment or anything you have done ‘wrong’, but because there is more to notice inside of you and this is often the way this can be shaken up and put forward instead of buried yet again.

Doing the work, inhabiting the practice of being with yourself, being with beloveds who resonate with you on all grounds and who you choose to be around because your heart wants to be there, not out of duty or obligation… these are all a part of the formula for this rush of love renewal and replenishment, flowing from limb to limb, cell to cell, mind to heart to soul to body and back again. There is so much here, so much love, so much to embody and live into now and always… and it’s all beautiful, though dizzying at times too as we get used to the new frequencies and acclimate to the renewal of this lifeblood of love! Making love within a Sacred Union is a beautiful way to move these energies in and through… and make room for MORE. There is so much to discover, recover, with you.

As I am uncovered,

lover…

and uncover you too.

 

The defenses shake and shimmy their way

into a thousand streams of this fencepost and that wall…

yet love is there to undermine it all.

 

Our union breathes

and brings with it the tides of times

Ancient, current, steady.

 

I see the breezes of aeration

and timelines in meditation

waiting for our reach to hold

the ones we’ve been waiting for

all this time.

 

And together we remember

what these mountains of relationship

have always been called

by soul-times remembered

and lived out all at once.
