Ascension Energies Amplify And Support Inner Masculine Healing

This inner quest continues. The quest of the masculine to get to know itself. I use the pronoun “it” to denote an energy rather than a gender. This quest is fueled by curiosity and desire. Not a need to overcome, master, or fix. It wants to feel its power, its strength, and courage. It also knows there is the shadow to look at in response to that.

Recently there has been a mainstream appeal to what is being labeled as “traditional” or “toxic” masculinity and its effect on society. This is receiving praise as much as it is receiving ire. There is a masculine voice within some men that defends against a notion it is responsible for the ills of the world. It feels attacked and judged for the actions of certain individuals.

I can feel where this is true coming from a particular perspective, from this part I should say. As we are becoming more aware of what has been happening in the darkest parts of our collective, there is a rumbling that is occurring. There is a network of voices that are coming out to join forces against a very institutional, subtle, and not so subtle, part of our society. The wounded masculine is getting a light shined on it and it is very uncomfortable.

The reactions can come as far as saying that there is a war on men and that boys are going to be turned into weak and feckless adults. When I hear that all I can feel is this masculine’s judgment toward the feminine. Yes, I can see where boys and men are not inhabiting their power and are in need of heart-open initiation that offers them power WITH the feminine and not OVER the feminine. No, we are not all bad guys, but we have unconscious habits and perspectives that do need authentic and curious exploration if we are going to evolve as a society.

This rush to defense, to me, signifies a soul wound that is in deep protection. I think there is a legitimate caution to not create a generalization that takes us in some polarized reaction. I am not “one of those guys”, but I do know as part of the collective male/masculine psyche I do have things to feel into and uncover within myself. That is the next level for all of us to consider when we talk about ascension and healing. It is not a blame game, but a deep and serious look at what is at play underneath our hoods. This is equally true for women.

My desire is to create a healthy dialogue and personal invitation to what this exploration may reveal about ourselves and our nature as men. It is to take us into a new relationship with our masculinity AND our feminity. This is what I feel we are being offered by Love in all Its energy fluxes and activations. This is the year of the arising sacred masculine within all of us.

Energies Support Journey Into Deepest Wants & Needs

Feels like timelines are shifting around again now as more of what you don’t want comes to light and more of what you do actually enters your field, almost simultaneously, though this might be hard for parts of you to see. It’s not a time for over-focusing on results so much as being with the process of it all, step by step, feeling in each moment what you want and don’t want and the clarity of why and where these wants are coming from is showing up as well. Even starting to go here with parts of you may feel tense as admitting to wants, desires, and needs, especially those that aren’t being met currently, brings a rumble into every area of your life and parts of you that worked hard to keep the ground from rumbling are afraid of what the outcome could be.

It’s a lot for parts of you, especially parts that have worked diligently and tirelessly to keep you safe and protected, such as your Inner Protector, to admit that they too have wants and needs and cannot deny themselves these feelings any longer. If you’re starting to feel these sorts of rumblings, there’s an opportunity to build a heart-rail within, a fireplace for the fire that wants to create change and transformation in your inner and outer life and awareness. This is a time when you can choose to be with yourself, to give space for what’s arising and see what’s coming through, heeding the alchemy of it and the changes that are being invited into your life and healing process.

My Star Family is offering to me to share that this is all leading somewhere much more nourishing. As each intense phase of our Ascension comes through, we find ourselves in more scenarios where we need ourselves more than ever, where transcending how parts of us feel isn’t working anymore, and the new flow of love within becomes the life blood for changing our hearts, bodies, and souls over to the reality of less tolerance for anything that is not love while being willing to be in the messiness of feeling and navigating this. To continue to trust that this is all worth it is all we can ask of ourselves and work towards deepening with parts of us who feel overwhelmed by it all… this is the continued journey of maturation as a species on all levels.

There is so much support from Love to continue feeling and being, even when it’s necessary to take action and move into some further steps that often involve saying ‘no’ to some things and ‘yes’ to others while setting boundaries and feeling through what’s needed and wanted in each moment. Even moments of feeling lonely or as if something is missing or left-of-centre for you in any area of your life, there is a constant flow of alchemy that is asking you to feel this and let in this reality, to be courageous enough to be with it and have a relationship with it as it transmutes and ascends along with you into all of those desired higher-dimensional frequencies.

The Sanity Of Your INsanity

The thinning of the veil is elucidating your most hidden places. The ones you thought you had under control or weren’t even aware of. The contentedness is slowly losing its hold on your emotional reality. What I want to offer here is that there is a life-line. It is to actually go INsane. Which in this way means to go “into the healthy”. In our fear-based consciousness, we have turned away from going into the deep emotional as the Holy Grail of our greatest gift to ourselves.

These energies have been called our inner Demons. They have felt like a haunting to some. An intense barrage of thought and emotion that have been medicated by all sorts of prescriptions, whether drugs, or sex, or anything else that has aided as a distraction. Some may just be living with it trying to “get by” as best they can. I want to give a voice to these “demons”, for they are actually your unheard and unfelt angels. They have a message to deliver to you and you just haven’t had the means to be able to actually hear without being overwhelmed.

You are not crazy. You are becoming very sane. You are being gifted with your soul’s calling and the messengers of Love. You can choose what messages to take in and when, for you are the leader in this new world you will have created for yourself when you have taken the first step to go in and feel all the parts of you that have a voice, and that need you.

Feeling In Every Moment Changes Your Life

Sometimes there’s more to feel than there is to ‘do’. Actions born of your deepest feeling spaces are the ones most connected to your heart, parts, and self-care. They happen while you take yourself with you in all ways.

It feels so natural to me now to be in any situation in my life and be feeling my parts or Metasoul aspects while doing so. I love taking them all with me. It doesn’t feel crazy or weird to me anymore and it doesn’t feel overwhelming either. In fact, learning to feel myself in this way has helped so much with the overwhelm I used to feel in my daily life.

If you’re someone who identifies with anxiety or depression or anything like it, imagine a reality where you can feel these things as parts of you that need your love and attention. Imagine being in a social situation and feeling the activation of the social anxiety a part of you has, but not feeling like this anxiety IS you and instead is something you understand and are learning to love deeply. What if this anxiety comes because you’ve needed it, parts of you have needed it, as a reason to pull out of less-than-nourishing relationships, even for a brief time to collect yourself?

Having a deep consciousness and awareness of your emotional reality on a soul and heart level opens up whole new worlds of understanding your reality, why you’ve drawn what you’ve drawn, and how to start shifting it into health, balance, and more love within and outside of you too.

There’s an invitation and opportunity to dig in instead of accept what has always felt to simply be ‘true’ about you… and to give something brand new the chance to be birthed. Life and this ongoing Ascension process do not want the ailments, pain, and difficulty to endure or remain. Yet, it’s up to your sovereign choice whether or not you are ready to face and heal the trauma by feeling it deeply and giving it air and room to become something different.

When You Don’t Want To Go ‘There’, ‘There’ Is Where You Need To Go

When you don’t want to go ‘there’, ‘there’ is where you need to go.

There are times when you can feel that resistance inside. You could be talking with a friend, a loved one, or a healer, and the words “I don’t want to go there” or “I am not ready to go there” come streaming out. The question arises….where is the ‘there’ you don’t want to go to?

In my own process and in my sessions with others, there have been these very poignant moments. The ‘There’ is like a precipice. A cliff that looks down into what appears to be an abyss. The ‘There’ is a very sacred yet scary place. It represents a Pandora’s Box of so much pain and fear. The Higher Self brings us to these places as It knows that there is healing in those places. It lives on the other side of the other side.

The ‘There’ is different for every one of us in content. A relationship. An ownership. A responsibility. A choice. A feeling. An acceptance. A reflection. But what is the same is the resistance. It is so understandable and reasonable. “Who in their right mind would jump into that abyss?” That is the question of our protection.

The answer to that lies in our desire to really move into a new felt reality for ourselves. One where the fear is met with the courage of curiosity and the trust that Love is what holds It all together. The vision of a new way of seeing yourself and what you could create in your life that is a reflection of all the abundance of goodness that lies at the core of the fear and pain.

So when the time is ripe, you will no longer say that you can’t go there, but that ‘There’ is where you need to go bringing the resistance with you in love instead of being bound and defined by it.

‘New Lemuria’ Energies Supporting Prep For Disclosure, Ascension Through Emotional Healing, Maturation

The 1/11 gateway yesterday brought us some yummy ‘New Mu’ (New Lemuria) energies to feel and let in, as Jelelle Awen shared in her Day 11 ‘Deepen’ video yesterday: https://youtu.be/ClhBXTl112M

It was a day of feeling higher timeline possibilities and also digestion of what’s been rumbling lately. It was wonderful to feel the frequencies of New Lemuria coming through to support this exploration and the restfulness or restlessness, whichever was most needed to support the digestion, that moved through as well during this time. It feels like we are very organically reaching a new stratum of the overall Ascension process… yet, something important is being illuminated continually right now about our overall emotional maturity and ability to digest Ascension in a healthy, grounded way that also expands us out consciously/spiritually.

To fully embody the new Sacred Human BEings that we are in the process of BEcoming, we have a lot to look at. Fear-based teachings, spiritual and otherwise, that continually plant seeds of more fear and more support of emotional immaturity are still very popular. This is something that needs to run its course, it feels like, and it is. We see this reflected in the way so many still hold and relate to politics, change, ‘authority’ figures (including politicians, gurus, etc), and relationships of all kinds, especially and most importantly relationship to Self and parts of you as well as your soul.

To actually see and feel the immaturity can create punishment-shame spirals for parts of you, but really, this seeing of it is meant to help us ask for help and to discern what it is we most need to support a genuinely higher-vibe way of life and way of relating to life, Ascension, and Disclosure, that doesn’t try to find a work-around but instead is willing to walk into and through the sometimes dense forest within.

Everything we see and feel on a daily basis is connected. The way we choose to relate to or take in anything or anybody is the way we ultimately are choosing to relate to ourselves. I don’t see how we can possibly embrace Disclosure, for example, without feeling the fear of it and even the fear of healing the fear of it… parts of you may be putting out a welcome mat for the ways in which our lives as we know them will be turned upside down, but other parts of you are likely quite afraid of what will happen and even afraid of contact, of being initiated in Galactic Love Ambassadorship (which many of us are being called to do already).

The energy of ‘New Mu’ is here to help us ground into the body, into self-care and love, into a healthy sense of our oneness. It wants to help us move into new places of emotional consciousness and budding maturity that can facilitate our budding spiritual consciousness and maturity.
There’s so much to love and embrace about every nuance of feeling we have moving through and to really choose to feel this through is to step into a new phase of letting in what’s possible for us and the collective we are inextricably part of. ❤

This week we feature an energy update from SoulFullHeart Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri. In this piece, Kalayna offers that this past week there was an activation of our Personal Sun Chakras, located above our heads, and that this chakra is a portal to connection with Divine Mother/Father energies and the illumination they offer of the masculine/feminine energies within each of us:

In one of the videos, Jelelle and Raphael Awen talk about sacred union within and how this works in an outer sacred union, as they experience. They vulnerably share about their personal experience of this process and what they walked out very recently.

There is also video in which Jelelle and Kalayna discuss that difference between Divine Mother as they have experienced Her and the ‘Goddess’ picture that is alive in many spiritual paths. They also co-lead a guided meditation to connect with five different faces of the Divine Mother.

Each Moment As An Invitation To Self-Love

Each moment is an invitation to love yourself in a way that is beyond what a part of you has ever believed was possible or acceptable. The courage to get real with yourself is what leads to vulnerable choice points. The kinds that change the trajectory of your life to what this part of you ever felt worthy of.

It is the getting to the brass tacks of what we truly feel inside that offers us our next steps IF we choose to feel the fear, doubt, and impossibilities that undergirds each one. The trust that is needed is found in space between you and this fear of getting harmed on the other side.

Get to know and feel all your truths, even as they contradict themselves. Which ones are based in fear and which ones in love? There is really no confusion other than what we choose to be afraid of feeling. Feel that and there is only action on the other side. No longer stasis. Hurt may be a part of the equation but you are no longer the same. You are alive and living. You are becoming aware how much you missed yourself.

Energy Update: Invitation To Connect With Divine Mother/Father Through Personal Sun Chakra

Today I feel a mix of energies coming in via our Personal Sun chakras, an Ascension chakra located about a foot above our heads. When I feel and see this chakra, I feel warmth as if I am laying in the sun’s rays at the beach or in a park. I see it swirl with bright white-golden hues and other colours too. Today, it feels very bright and present, offering us downloads and activations but a way to BE with them too.

The masculine energies from Divine Father are grounding and warming today… they are offering illumination through this chakra and also a feeling of being held and protected, while also offering the wisdom of non-action unless necessary, of taking the time to be with each arising moment. This isn’t something I’ve been very good at personally, yet the desire even in my own masculine aspect named Kaius, is to be in each arising moment fully immersed and fully present in heart.

The feminine energies from Divine Mother are spacious and compassionate today… they are offering space to feel the courage and the fear that comes up too when truly seeing all possibilities for ourselves and our relationships, when truly committing to our next steps as they appear before us. She offers, as always, space to be, to feel, to let in love and let go of what isn’t love, and to begin to know the difference as experienced and expressed by our own hearts. I feel my feminine aspect, Kathleen, letting this in today. Her heart is still raw from experiencing a renewed connection with Kaius and the new possibilities for them both in relationship to each other. She is usually very oriented to my outer relationships, especially romantic ones, and she is learning to pull back inward and look to Kaius for what she would normally want from an outer romantic partner.

On that note of sharing about my inner masculine and feminine aspects, I feel how these frequencies from Divine Mother and Father today are also illuminating next steps for the inner sacred union, the one that is most important in our lives, the one that needs the most attention, compassion, and love as well as undying curiosity to keep feeling what’s happening within it. This is what shifts all outer relationships, which can feel scary but exciting, both. The possibilities for new alchemy too is strong once you feel how these two aspects are relating (or not relating) to one another.

Connecting with your own Personal Sun chakra today feels like the invitation… to feel what wants to download to you, what next steps you may need illuminated for your own inner healing process, and to just plain feel how loved you ARE, right here, right now. ❤️
