The Road To Lion’s Gate: Enlightening The Metasoul, Embodying Humanity

Enlightenment is not an achievement.

It is a process of a series of profound and sacred realizations none of which is meant to be an ending place. It is an unfolding of remembrance. A story that we are reading backward and at times you reach the beginning of a chapter. Then there is the space between the beginning and the end of the next one.

You are a process of being, not a state of being. Each state is merely a stepping stone to the next. Whether the state you find yourself in is bliss or despair. The over-attachment to bliss is very similar to an over-attachment to despair. There is a fear of what lies beyond or underneath each. How could an over-attachment to bliss possibly be a ‘bad’ thing?

Any state of bliss is really a deep experience of Self beyond the plot of our karma. This is a state where we are outside the story and if there is a lot of trauma it feels oh so damn good. Why would we ever go back into the story?! We go back because we have a free-willed destiny to bring that very bliss into the story. To recreate the pages with the love that we experience in those bliss moments.

Right now we are walking among the ‘dead’ and unborn. What we have previously thought of as the ‘past’ and ‘future’ is always ever Now. Our story lines, our Time Lines, are converging and merging. This is what we call our Metasoul. Our special story, both individually and collectively. We are in a time of Divine Opportunity to reconcile and bring love to the karma we created as a result of our forgetting. These timelines effect all of our parts whether 3D, 4D, or 5D. Your ‘this life’ wounding is intimately connected to ‘other life’ wounding and vice versa.

This healing is meant to bring more bliss and joy back into our grounded humanity as a fuel to lead us to the next unfolding and deepening. Love is on a joy ride and that doesn’t always mean things are in constant bliss or despair. It is just constantly real and sacred. There is a lot happening underneath our created veils, the protection we needed until it was time to let go, move on, and go IN.

Energy Update: Ramping Up To Heal 3D Wounding, Other Timeline/Lifetimes (Ancient Egypt)

These are the days and nights of near constant energetic influxes coming into Gaia’s atmosphere through Lunar/SOULar/planetary sources (that represent our inner cosmos and galaxies and star systems too.) There is a sense of ‘ramping up’ as we move into the total lunar eclipse tomorrow on Friday, July 27th and Lion’s Gateway on August 8th. This ramping up is personal to each of us, offering what we most need to see/feel/become aware of to move more into alignment with our highest timeline.

The ramping UP energies could be an illumination for you of more 3D-based and anchored woundings/traumas from this life, often held in parts of you such as your Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, etc. Life situations and relationships can come up to mirror these woundings and offer a way for you to become aware of them through getting to know the parts of you that hold them. Soft, compassionate, curious spaceholding toward these parts of you and becoming separate from the energy of them helps to emotionally digest these traumas.

Many 3D anchored parts of people are being triggered right now in response to these more intense energies….sometimes in sudden outbursts and conflicts or with strong emotions such as despair/depression, acute anxiety, rage/anger…..all coming up to be felt. This is the ‘trailing edge’ of your BEing, the deeper core wounded frequencies of your emotional body, that just want to be loved, bridged to, and integrated into your growing Divine Self.

The ramping up energies could be lifting more of the veil of amnesia for you to see/feel/remember other timelines/lifetimes in your Metasoul (your personal Higher Self soul source). These timelines can be strongly bleeding through right now, especially with whatever frequencies the Divine is amplifying for collective/personal healing. That seems to be the ‘ancient Egyptian’ timeline in the moment, especially as we head into the Lion’s Gateway. This timeline is not actually in the ‘past’ nor ‘ancient’, yet energizing in the Now and contains many dark/difficult/polarized frequencies in it. As we relate with these timelines in the current and feel their present day influence on us, it helps us to separate out from them.

I have been connecting the last week with my Metasoul aspect/sister from ‘Ancient Egypt’ named Ashme. She is not just a ‘past life’ and she is not ‘me’, yet rather she is a sister from the same soul source, a fractal (if you will) from the same source, that is alive in the Now. As we bond together, I feel her life in Egypt, where she belonged to a cult of Sekhmet (a form of Divine Feminine Goddess that has strong warrior/wounded masculine tones in its representation).

As I go into her timeline with her through meditative visits, I am able to help her heal the textures of patriarchal abuse and misuse of Divine Feminine magic/energy that she is needing relief from, along with a co-rescue from this timeline into a higher dimensional space (for my Metasoul, that is almost always to 4D Avalon). As Ashme lets go into my heart space and trusts more all of our Metasoul sisters that have awakened, she releases her gifts of higher dimensional consciousness to me.

It is this gift exchange between us and our Metasoul aspects that heals and releases karma on a quantum level as unification of the soul happens on a profound and deep level. This is also the work that we do in session space with people to connect with their Metasoul aspects and the timelines they are living in.

While karmic timelines can come forward, it is also possible right now to connect more fluidly to higher dimensional timelines such as Sirius frequencies. These are being activated with the Lion’s Gateway as the planet Sirius comes into its closest proximity to Gaia all year. ALL of this ramping UP is an opportunity to move more into embodiment of your higher self in your body and in your heart. It is an opportunity for sacred union within as the masculine and feminine relationship within you from parts/Metasoul aspects of you to each other is revealed and healed. It is an opportunity to BEcome service of love in an embodied way without transcending or bypassing your humanity.

Message From The Lyrans: You Are Part Of A Symbiotic Universe

Our Universe is symbiotic. We are moving through an intense phase in the moment with so much movement happening during this lunar eclipse and the upcoming Lion’s Gate portal. It’s for reasons that are occurring to us in small doses, at whatever level our consciousnesses, as they are right now, can handle and digest. We aren’t going through this alone and we aren’t going through this just for us, either.

I met with my Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect in meditation today. Her name is Ineerah and she is a humanoid Lioness/Tigress. She offered to me this important piece of universal symbiosis that she wanted me to share with you, as this is a bigger piece of Ascension and why it matters so much… why so many other groups of Star BEings are here to help us in whatever way they can and whatever ways we are willing and able at this time to let in.

“You are part of a cycle”, Ineerah offers. “A cycle amongst yourself as humans and a cycle in the Universe you’re a part of. You [humans] have moments of feeling insignificant and tired and other moments of feeling as if you are the very centre of the Universe in which you reside. This is understandable, as you came here in forgetfulness in order to remember more and more that you are a part of a larger Whole and that not everything is about YOU. When you are infants, you must make the world around you about you for your survival. This has been especially true in 3D. Yet, you are growing up now and realizing there is more to your world than you were ever taught. For some of you, this is sparking outrage within as parts of you react quite intensely to this information and are tugging at the Universe and even at more localized ‘authority figures’ for MORE truths. You already have the truth, though. This was never taken away from you, only veiled, and only for a phase. You chose to forget in order to remember. Why? You may never know the complete answer to that, yet a piece of it is certainly that it inspires humility, doesn’t it?

You aren’t human only for the reason of being fodder or something quite a bit lesser than you actually are for the sake of other ‘powerful beings’ in the Universe. You have played out this scenario over and over again for those you regard as ‘leaders’ in your world too. Perhaps the biggest piece of your forgetting passage has been that you have forgotten how big and important you actually are and that you are needed as much as you believe you also need us as ‘higher aspects’ of YOU.

Symbiosis… you are an important aspect of this Universe, just as we are. Without you finding your way home to yourselves, we don’t get to completely find our way home to ourselves either. We watch you and learn from you as much as you look to us for enlightenment and inspiration. You are the ones we desire to communicate and collaborate with. We do not hold ourselves as ‘higher’ so much as ‘ahead’. We’ve been on the ground you now tread and have come out the other side… mostly. Yes, we still have work to do! Is that surprising, beloved human? Nothing in this Universe is ever perfect, yet is always in pursuit of perfection, just approaching it and relating to it differently than perhaps you can right now with the state of your heart and soul consciousness healing trajectory. You are IN it and ON it, no matter how ‘far behind’ you (or parts of you) may feel in moments and that you cannot help, only be with as you continue moving on and forward.

This eclipse event and the fast-approaching Lion’s Gate portal event are creating a runway and launch pad for your reboot… a rediscovery of your Sacred Humanity, a reawakening into your larger purpose here and the truth of that too. There is much to feel for each of you, much left to discover about yourself as you also discover the Whole you are part. You get to have both, the individual you are and the Whole, and one serves the other in another expression of symbiosis. We, your Sirian-Lyran aspects, are here to assist you in this passageway which will be an intense experience for many of you. The intensity depends on the need to feel deeper still, what there is to heal, what there is to awaken to as your past-present-future timelines collide and in some cases, clash. If you find yourself in a mess, it is a sacred mess. We are here if you need guidance and we look forward to connecting with you as you walk through this. We cannot walk through it for you, as we have already done that ourselves, but we can offer you pictures and senses of the goodness that is coming as you courageously continue your ascent on all levels of your being.

Masculine Space Holding For Women

Lately, I have been holding session space for two amazing women as well as witnessing other women’s processes in our group calls. This has been an interesting experience for both myself and them, especially when there is masculine wounding in the emotional body due to abuse.

What I have been experiencing with these women is a deep and profound healing between the masculine and feminine within. As a space-holder, I represent and reflect something to the parts of a woman that are in trauma. This can be father, son, friend, and/or romantic partner. I become a symbol of the masculine himself, embodied in physical form.

As I have been in the process of healing my own inner masculine, as well as my feminine, I am able to be a new presence in the experience of these wounded aspects. All of this, of course, is only possible through my connection to the woman’s Inner Protector, her inner masculine that has been around a long time in response to the patriarchal dominion.

This connection and relationship helps to bridge a relationship between you, the feminine, and the Protector. He gets to be seen and felt as more than just a tired and dutiful guard. He gets to see how he has been relating to you, how he sees you as a being. Usually, at first, they may admit to seeing you as child-like, yet capable at the same time. An interesting dichotomy that creates confusion in their ‘role’. By having this inner masculine connect to another masculine energy seems to relieve something in them that permits more of the authentic feminine within to arise.

Through this relationship, you and I get to explore the ways in which the personal experience of the masculine has created pockets of pain hidden deep in the caverns of your heart. With an open and compassionate heart, we feel where this has MANifested on the inside both in wounded feminine and masculine parts and Metasoul lives still in deep suffering. Holding a different masculine frequency from the one that has been experienced, can bring up a lot of distrust and a lot of painful memories that get to be transmuted from you to you as you hold these parts of you close and dear.

The healing moments are tender, touching, and quantum. They create new experiences within yourself and help to draw more of what you really want, need, and deserve into your life. It is a service that has been an honor to participate in and serve. It has brought a lot of gifts and a deep sense of admiration for all that Woman as held and been through. There is no sense of duty in this for I am healing that wound from my own experience. There are boundaries and loving nudges along the way.

Healing Separation & Segregation Through Inner Unification

The separation and segregation of people starts INSIDE of everyone… the inner refugees of outer trauma and abuse “wars” are knocking on the door of your heart and soul. Parts and Metasoul Aspects from different timelines and life situations in this lifetime are longing for healing and unification and a great shift in the only realities they’ve ever known.

Parts of you have been separated and suppressed by Inner Punishers, Protectors, Matriarchs/Patriarchs, etc by the good/necessary intentions of these parts to keep them safe. Your Metasoul Aspects from oppressive and intense timelines have been suppressed by your Gatekeeper – the guardian of your soul, who has been waiting for you to become more ready to let these timelines through consciously and bring them into the healing/shifting and eventual unification with you and each other that they most need to experience. This is all a result of 3D conditioning and pain… habits that have been passed down through generations in your family, and supported/enabled by friends, teachers, confidants who also have these dynamics playing out inside of them. Authority figures of all kinds have this happening inside of them too and we see this play out on the world stage constantly.

All of these pieces and parts and aspects are meant to come WITH you as you ascend and especially as you engage deeper in the work of becoming who you are most meant to become.

To lead something different in this ascending world starts inside of you… where the real source of the outrage and pain always comes back to… the only place where you can really, truly, deeply ‘take action’ and make a difference, and the one refuge that you get to have any control over. You are the source of an inner-overflow of love that affects and impacts the world.

This process of going inward when parts of you would prefer to look and go outward inevitably brings you to more compassion too… towards yourself and others, even those you feel challenged to feel any compassion for right now. This challenge of feeling the inner dynamics that are co-creating the situation around you is the one that is the most worth seeing, feeling and being in, because it has the potential to bring the most change in the world and a genuine ascension into higher timelines and higher-dimensional experiences of LOVE.

The Magic Of The Metasoul

From the Soul’s perspective, you have seen and been through more than you can possibly let in at one time. It is a galaxy of experience that has been veiled for your protection and conscious integration. There is so much that lies in between you and Source. Each of our metasouls is like a planet unto itself. A light side and a shadow side. This planet is rich with emotive stories that live in our BEing. The scenes are playing out. Some searching for redemption, some forgiveness, and all for a connection. A connection to you and itself. You are the one you and they have been looking for to be found, witnessed, felt, and brought into the wholeness of your Divine Heart that lay at the center of that galaxy.

The Metasoul is a vibrating, pulsating conglomeration of individuated aspects that hold so many gifts for each of us. We are connected to different timelines for many different reasons be it past, present, or future. This dimension or the multitude of others. The scope of it is immense. Permitting the imagination to fly where it needs to intuitively, you can pick up on a particular consciousness/energy that is meant to be felt at that moment. It can be connected to a specific situation in your life or it can be a general theme that has pervaded over the years and has yet to find its ‘solution’.

There may be some dark and tragic pieces that are at the root of any karmic cycling. It is as if these aspects and parts are caught in a tumble dry. The part of a river that where nothing seems like it can escape for it hasn’t been able to get outside itself. In the course of my own personal process, there have been many of these ‘lives’ that I have come in contact with that seek a closure, a heart to land in, and a perspective to lean into that is not the one that has kept them stuck and in pain. Some have been known figures, but many are just known to us and our heart.

Whether any of this is ‘real’ or not really is beyond the scope of what matters most. How does it feel? Is it alive and breathing inside of you? Can you see it or sense it in your body? Does the pain feel real? Are the tears real? Then it is real as you need it to be to heal. When there is another heart for it to land in then it creates a space that is full of human heart-open lushness that is beyond words.

Set yourself on a path of selves-discovery. There is a treasure to integrate on the way back to Source even as we hold Source close to us in the process. It a value-add for the very reason why we chose these lives in the first place.

‘New Earth Now’ Energies Inviting Us Home

Inside each and every one of us is a need to belong. I don’t feel it is a desire, but a substantial need that comes from the depths of our essential Unity…our inescapable communion with Love Itself, as my metaphysical mentor Raphael Awen would say. We are infinity and eternally in communion with unity at our core. This is the conscious and unconscious draw to tribe, family, and community. We need it because we ARE it.

Even in your most isolated moments, the ones where a part of you could do without ever coming in contact with another living soul (and there is that part at times), that you can feel the ache underneath. It is just that inside of the emotional body there lies a wound. A pain. It can come in the form of rejection, abandonment, or physical trauma. As we go into the healing journey there are this-life wounds that keep the 3D self in a state of guard and defense. Or a part, such as the Protector, could even outwardly seek communal trauma to prove that intimacy with others is not what it is all cracked up to be. The birth family can be a big source of this proof in the pudding.

In the Metasoul, there can be lifetimes of this communal trauma either from human to human, human to God, or archetype to archetype. It is a huge source of existential pain, especially for the aspect of us we call the Gatekeeper. They have been in their own created isolation chambers, and as Gaia continues her upward flight, these walls are thinning and they are beginning to feel the ache of that separation, especially from the Divine. This is another piece to our communal healing.

As we begin to awaken to our Starseed nature, the feeling of separation from our Star Family is a layer that takes on profound significance as a sacred core wound of the need to belong. The wounded Starseed needs to be felt in this abandonment trauma to fully let in the depths of our galactic mission on this planet. It is one that many have inside whether it has been triggered consciously or not. Our relationship to our Star Self is the beginning of a whole new dimension to how we relate to each other as humans. The evolution of our Gaian 5D Self.

Ultimately, the communion begins within from you to you, you to your parts, you to your Metasoul, you to the Divine, you to your Star Family. That sets the ground for relational communion with Other. A sacred union mate, a deep resonant friendship, and profound soul family experience. This is what you came here for. Not to be sitting behind your computer getting your social needs met, but going IN to heal and then going OUT to find more resonance. It doesn’t mean you won’t get hurt, it just means that you will be able to relate to the hurt differently and learn more about yourself to draw those that most see you the way that you truly see yourself. To find those that will water your goodness and challenge you to become more than you ever thought possible.

Don’t Give Up, Just Go In: Claiming Your Multidimensional Reality

There are so many moments that can bring us to states of overwhelm, anxiety, frustration, and uncertainty. There may be no known conscious cause and it just is what it is. Letting that be what is real and true allows space for it bring to you what it is meant to.

It may be deep rest, a well-timed cry, or much-needed scream. It could be an indication that inner shit is hitting the fan and parts of you have had enough of this and that. It is timelines colliding, collapsing, and ready for reformation.

We are a superhighway of soul dimensions that can be hell for parts of us to be with if we haven’t felt ourselves as separate from them. Letting them move through you with compassion and self-care is a big step forward. It creates the ground for deeper exploration when the dust has settled. Claiming your multidimensional reality is a way to honor the largess of being and creative force that you are.

Ascension is only a bitch when we neglect this very thing. You are a part of a vast emotional and spiritual network of consciousness that flows in, through, and out of your current reality. Seeing yourself as the hub of this network, the ultimate center of power and love for these parts and multidimensional aspects, can you then open up to the gifts that these experiences, these moments have to offer.

Be kind and honest with yourself. Seek the guidance and stories from within as road signs to your next healing ground, your next catapult into truly feeling the hot shit star stuff you really are. Don’t give up, just go in.

Incoming Energies Support Coming Out Of Hiding In ALL Ways & Relationships

It continues to get harder and harder to compartmentalize, to hide, to avoid feeling all there is to feel. The parts of you that have worked so hard to keep certain things hidden, maybe especially your spirituality and consciousness, your real desires for your life, heart and soul too… these parts are finding that they’re getting tired and it’s just plain getting harder to stay closeted and under wraps. To avoid the necessary messes is becoming nearly impossible anymore as your soul makes choices for your growth and its deeper healing and openings that it can’t be steered away from any longer.

You may find yourself in conflicts that parts of you are feeling stumped by, wondering how they could have gotten here when they’ve worked so hard to keep your truth and perhaps the truths of others too in a sort of holding pattern.

This, it feels like, is the root of bigger Disclosure events and what Ascension constantly invites us into. Disclosure within and in all relationships you have is a process and one that has been ongoing for a while now too. It feels like this is ramping up more now too, where parts are even becoming a bit lax about hiding anything, feeling exhausted by how hard they’ve worked to maintain these veils for so long…

There’s so much that surfaces now, especially perhaps the harder more intense and dark feelings, not to be tortured by (though parts of you may feel it this way) but to be brought into your heart and held, finally, so the real vulnerability of the real fears and places of inner suffering can be transmuted with love.

It’s a process of one part or Metasoul Aspect at a time… to feel every nuance, every piece that is emerging and not just ‘release’ it, but to have a relationship with it that is built and held by love and can therefore be transmuted into more love within you.

It’s a process I have loved and fallen in love with over and over again… and it invites you to fall in love with you, with everything you’ve thought was only dark or dreary too, to claim every gift of who you are in this moment now, and every gift of who you are that you aren’t even aware of yet…

If what has been hidden remains hidden, the treasure deep within the dark caves and caverns would never be discovered… and the process of your healing and Ascension will have trouble finding it’s places of deepening, its ways to move beyond all suffering no matter how buried, and its way into a true experience of 5D and beyond.

Summer Solstice 2018: Deepen Your Healing — INtegrate Your Spirituality With Your Humanity

The consistently high energy LOVE waves coming in have felt like they’re bringing up heaviness… you may be feeling them physically like suddenly gravity is getting more intense and you could be experiencing headaches, body aches, tiredness around it too. On top of this, intense emotions seem to be bubbling up, memories of traumas that you thought you had already moved through and healed, which you probably DID move through and heal on some layer inside of you, are coming up to remind you that your journey isn’t over yet. There really is no finality to your healing journey — especially as these energies ramp up and invite you even deeper into integrating all you’re awakening to WITH your humanity and daily life.

Ascension is an invitation to be in our humanity, to remember its sacred role, to be with the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are bent on feeling that humanity is only a ‘slave race’, that we are the equivalent of ants in the Universe at large, that we are squashable victims that somehow have managed to persevere. This Solstice and its energies remind us all in different ways that we signed up to be here, to live into our humanity and access our spirituality and multi-dimensionality through the sacredness of that.

There are practical things to address in our daily lives and many decisions to make. If you are still living with a non-resonant romance or relationships of any kind, this especially may be highlighted for you now with unshakable feelings coming up that you deserve and are worth so much more. You may be feeling this about the spiritual paradigm you’ve been in too, feeling healthy doubts arise from parts of you that are realizing how abused they’ve been. Anything that doesn’t help you integrate, honour, and LOVE your humanity as well as your spirituality and help you actually WANT to be here on Gaia at this time is being mirrored to you by these incoming energies.

The process of seeing and feeling all of this is challenging, with so much to suddenly realize and feel and so much to navigate in life, that could leave you without much space at the moment for your etheric explorations. If you’re someone who has been very dedicated to your etheric and/or galactic healing space, you may find that right now there’s so much to suddenly be with in the physical, whether they are physical symptoms or some life changes you need to make step-by-step. Everything you’ve accessed by moving outside of your humanity for a time though is still there with you, cheering you on, helping and guiding you, and you may already be feeling and experiencing this.

However, you could also be someone who is just coming into their multi-dimensionality and spiritual experience of life so you may be experiencing the opposite of this too — that these energies are inviting you to connect to your divinity more and more and to be with the more practical or heavy parts of you that are resistant to doing THAT. Ultimately, love wants you to love all parts of yourself, to come into Sacred Union inside of you, which means that the human aspects of you, including what you may call the ‘ego’ wants and needs to come into that love space with you too and actually help you find your way in your body and life as it is right now.

Phew! OK, I wasn’t sure what would come out today as I started to write this, yet my heart feels you, feels these movements, and I am experiencing them in my own life as well. So many of your soul and heart gifts want to manifest in your present life, yet if there are still ways in which you haven’t been able to bring them into your daily, moment-to-moment experience of your life, then there is a process being invited forward to be with any resistance that may come up in parts of you to doing this and to begin feeling it ALL as sacred… as sacred as your beloved journeys into metaspace and just as deeply healing and nourishing.
