Lion’s Gate Offering Unity Abundance Activation With Archangel Metatron

Lion’s gate opening today 8-8 and it feels, on some level, like Christmas for those of us tracking and feeling the ascension energies. Christmas in the sense that something NEW and exciting is happening in this now on both the outer and inner cosmic levels. Christmas too in the awakening and expansion and BIRTHing on a deeper level of the higher heart, Cosmic Christ Consciousness Heart, inside of us and collectively.

You may be waking up this morning with a sense of anticipation and even can’t sleep because there is this feeling of goodness and CHANGE coming in. Feelings of GIFTS coming in from the Universe to enliven, enrich, and ultimately transform us all. These gifts, it seems, are being offered to those souls who MOST need them….whether long on the awakening path or just begun or haven’t awakened yet. For ALL of us, there is a BOOST of our desires, our alchemy, our passions, our clarities in the codes coming in.

As I tuned into the energy of this gateway and asked Archangel Metatron about it, the main piece I received was that it offers a ‘Unity Abundance activation.’ The Unity activation is from within primarily…an invitation to unity between each of our aspects and parts WITH each other. The unity within of masculine and feminine healthy frequencies to move out of wounded and congested expressions of the wounded matriarch and patriarch that have played out for so long. The unity offered as we become conscious of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and bridge to them ourselves and WITH each other. This bridging is what heals the polarity within our soul field and our emotional body. Polarity exists between opposing energies that have not yet found or discovered the unifying energy of LOVE that unites all things together.

Unity within is offering LOVE to yourself primarily and firstly to those parts of you that most NEED you. Some examples of inner, fear-based polarity that can create push-pull and suffering experience of life are between the Inner Punisher part and a corresponding shame part/reaction. The Punisher-Shame reaction INside can then be projected outside onto others and suffering loops firmly fixed in place as this runs on unconscious cycles. Another example is between Metasoul/other lifetime aspects that are working the same soul theme/CORE wound healing yet from seemingly opposite angles. An example is a Metasoul aspect that is deeply religious, such as a Priest or Nun aspect….and a Metasoul that is deeply connected to Goddess worship such as an Avalon Priestess, etc. Being a love ambassador to these aspects and ‘getting in between them’ allows for the opposing energies to find common ground within your heart. Activation of Unity frequencies as offered by the Lion’s Gate opening is also about connecting the ‘Me’ to the ‘We’. Even as you are engaged and focused on your own Me healing and transformation, so you are feeling the impact on the We collective. The Unity activation offers a deepening realization around the important of ‘healing the healer’ in order to serve love from overflow WITH others. Rather than offering from martyr or self sacrifice, you are serving from abundance that flows from within, self love currents and self worth flows that flood the banks of your emotional body. You are at a saturation point of love for which you will naturally turn within when something inside you needs your attention, trusting that the service outward will flow out from this when you are filled UP again.

The healing of the collective Metasoul line is coming into the now too as the veils thin and reveal more and more the fluidity of time. Timelines merging and unifying together brings in a unification of previously compartmentalized realities and civilizations such as ‘ancient Egypt’ and Lemuria….Atlantis and Egypt as well. The gifts of this integration are obvious as the ‘best’ of these civilizations can be offered and shared while the trailing edge woundings and shadow play outs can be healed.

Moving into 5D frequencies brings a sense of abundance on ALL levels…love overflow in the forms that most supports the service of love in the specific ways that we are each meant to serve it. Again, this is mainly an inner activation as love moves through and invites us to feel the lack and scarcity in our emotional bodies and in our Metasouls to come into FULLness again. It is from this fullness place that you can abundantly share with others your gifts and service of love. The angsts and frustrations move into trust and surrender.

Metatron is offering that you can bring these Unity Abundant codes into your BEing if you want to amplify the effect. Go within into meditative space. Visualize a space of pure, white light. Ask to connect with Archangel Metatron, who feels and looks like a ‘thin Santa’/father figure. Ask to receive the Lion’s Gate codes through your stellar gateway chakra/your ‘personal sun’ (about two feet above your head) from the Great Cosmic Sun/center of the Multiverses. Feel these energies move through all of your chakras, through your body’s every living cell, and ground out again into Gaia through your Earth Chakra (about a foot below your feet). Bring these energies in as many times as you feel that you want and need to. Hold space for any emotional reactions that are pushed UP from this, although, mostly you will probably feel rejuvenated, boosted, enlivened, and expanded OUT. You can draw these energies in anytime today and for the rest of the ‘month’ as it is especially strong, pulsing, available to ALL.

Metatron says also, “You are the LIGHT. You are the LOVE. You receive what feels like is from outside of you in these ‘cosmic energies’ what is actually already INside of you as your essence. These codes activate that arising of dormant love and light. You are Unity already too. It just feels like separation exists inside of you. Yet, you become unified again as you let love IN and you share love too with others. You feel how the abundance of love unifies you WITH other and you are no longer separate in those moments of love’s exchange and transaction. The more you transact in this unifying abundant energy from within, the more you can share it with others.”

Reconciling Our Soul Stories As We Heal and Grow

Being invited into more love. More goodness. More Self.  It is all right there for us to embrace and embody.  It is not some fairy tale that we live, in this moment, in abundant joy.  We ARE it.  Even when you feel less than it, you are in it.  Always. So how can that be if we feel less than that feeling of joy?

We have all been through much as souls this life and others.  We are coming to terms with all that we have experienced. For those that have chosen to partake in this grand ascension of humanity, we are being asked to balance the books, so to speak.  What in the shadow part of our ledger are we needing to reconcile? To feel? To forgive ourselves for? To let go of? Can we let in the light and love side with reverence and awe? I feel a grand accounting happening for us all.  It is not a “good” or “bad” reconciliation.  That feels too elementary to me.

We are being asked by our Divine parents to grow up and grow open. Leave the chains of suffering behind and fully inhabit our true gifts.  But to do that we need to take responsibility for what is real inside of us.  To own that we are the ultimate creators of our experience.  I have felt intense waves of thought patterns that translate into a lowered frequency.  I have felt fear and self-judgment wanting to find some way into my being.  Without having a conscious way of holding or releasing these energies, it can be so easy to project them onto something else outside of us and fuse to the din.

These energies are a part of a story.  My story.  The one that I am creating in this moment in multiple lives and dimensions.  I feel the Metasoul aspects of me that need to be integrated into my open human heart.  To be felt in their brokenness and weariness.  To change the timelines with them and invite them into greener pastures.  Into more light. This is the reconciliation.   The maturation of our hearts and souls into a new dimension of responsivity to what is moving through us in real time.  From this experience of our fractiled selves we pick up the pieces and bring them back into wholeness.  We remember the gifts that we had long forgotten were ours from the beginning.

All of this is accessed consciously through our imaginations. We have it all in our inner Akashic records.  The DNA of our souls experience.  I feel like a little pod floating around my inner galaxy ready to give love to all the carbon that has been there as a way to experience this dimension.  The crystal palaces within start to shine and glisten with new hope of a new human on a new Earth.  The joy starts to come back.  It starts to fill the empty spaces where there was once fear.  A hum starts to reemerge inside my body and I feel higher and lighter again.

The soldier of another life lets go of his orders, his need to march on, and his compulsion to strategize and  mentalize.  He is looking forward to going home.  To reunite with the love of his life in a paradisaical valley of evergreen and wildflowers.  The gift of persistence and dedication remain, but in a flow of choice and stillness.  An example of wounded masculine energy that finding his way out of the trenches and into the gentler and yet passionate lands of the sacred.  He has reconciled himself to this new life and will only come out for the pursuit and loyalty of Love.

Okay, so I had no idea where this was going and it all feels so perfect to me.  Writing from where my heart and soul is wanting to go.  This is new for me.  Not having a particular direction or certainty of what the heck I am writing about. I like that. Something arose for me and it is a beautiful example of what I experience in SoulFullHeart.  It is a magical world that has all the makings of an epic movie directed by you for an audience of you.  Oh…and you get to help heal the collective on top of that! Not bad for a day’s “work”.  🙂

BEing Real, Riding The Emotional Waves

I was feeling tiredness yesterday and today I am feeling in glow and flow….softer, surrendered, open. This is how the waves of energies seem to impact and invite us to ride our own inner waves of emotional body waters, especially in this now of August 2017 and Lion/Lioness/eclipse frequencies. I was with the tiredness that came from some recent situations (growing pains in the best way as our community grows) plus what was DEEP in the collective Metasoul (and mine too) from those of us choosing to lead in so many different expressions and ways in so many timelines and realities (as so many of you shared about yesterday too in resonance). We need to feel this bone and soul deep tiredness at times, be willing to BE with it because it is REAL and we serve ourselves immensely and the collective in our feeling of it.

It was fascinating to me yesterday that sharing from that tiredness, yet, also offering the ultimate choice of love (as being with that tiredness IS a choice of love), I then received probably the most response I have on any of my facebook posts in terms of the amount and volume of comments, likes, and sharings. I so appreciated the vulnerability in many of the comments and the PURE love and appreciation for me and what I am leading and sharing as well. It was overwhelming to be honest and I did some checking in with my guides and Metasoul aspects for support to hold it, let it in, and respond to it and to take my next steps into leadership….moving into the new for myself and away from experiences of the past with ‘crickets’ in the room and very little response. Because I have engaged in much egoic/false self deconstruction work through parts work process and many death/rebirth phases around offering my gifts, there doesn’t seem to be a self image-based version of me grabbing onto this attention, yet rather I feel a ‘beyond personality’ energy inside of me (the higher self coming into body) that responds to serving love…..AND trailing edges/echos of parts of myself that get kicked up and triggered at times too (although this is not much these days.)

It really struck me again how there is so little permission in our 3D culture to feel, to be real…and this seems to have translated to our spiritual/awakening culture as well, although I do feel there is an increasing waking up to this bypassing of emotional reality and the cost of it. The ultimate cost is in what then doesn’t get to feel the light of your love…..creating a shaky foundation for which MUCH energy is needed to keep it all intact to maintain the appearance of being shiny and bright.

I can only share and teach and lead and BE what is emotionally authentic for me…this has taken MANY years of feeling what is not authentic and the parts of me that create these not real frequencies and why. I cannot pretend to be light, high, and UP if I am not. Or spacious and kind if that is not what parts of me are feeling. That doesn’t mean that I get to kick out or abuse or project at others….I hold myself responsible for my emotional reality and its impact in a very deep way (probably more than most souls can even track and at micro levels after many years of parts work.) I don’t feel this realness disqualifies me from leading or teaching, yet, rather is the new grounds of qualification for leadership in New Earth….realness, vulnerability, self permission, NOT pretending to be strong and brave, NOT being a warrior who ‘toughs it out’ yet rather to be soft, open, and also REAL about what we are feeling when it isn’t soft and open. This New Earth leadership empowers every soul to BEcome a leader of themselves, inside, and most importantly at the emotional body level where there is often the most immaturity and unhealed woundings.

The permission I am offering here is what I feel the Divine is also offering us ALL. For so long parts of us have played in this 3D experiment of pretend and get by, worn our masks, and followed the rules. THIS is what is collapsing now as those of us in heart and soul resonance are rebelling against this control system and fake matrix. The rebellion phases can have a lot of RAGE pushed up in them, outrage and necessary advocacy as parts of you say ‘no’ to so much of what they were served and conditioned in.

Another phase seems to be surrender to the Divine yet still with DEEP commitment and sense of the New Earth vision and to living it out in the Now. Not as a future goal or when some grand event happens where everyone ascends at once….yet rather a commitment to the process of it, to the every moment of it, to the ups and downs, to the highs and lows, to the dark and the light. A commitment to the mess of it and to the beauty of it too…..the bliss mess of it. This commitment, really, is to yourself AND to the collective too and that you’ll stay with the process and ‘in the room’ as it all falls apart and is reborn again.

This commitment is to love and the ongoing service of it…NOT just in the good moments yet, rather, in ALL moments. This is a BIG commitment and I feel how so many of you take it seriously and your own processes first of all. Things ARE shifting, New Earth is here in the now, and our commitment to love is offering us the gifts of experiencing the returns of goodness more and more in our daily lives, as we are meant to.

A ReLOVEution To End Inner Violence And Violence-Based Choices

Our suffering so often comes from violent choices.

Violence is chosen when parts of us decide to bury themselves, to bury their pain, covering it up, numbing it out, putting makeup on it, pretending it either doesn’t exist, or in some cases hiding it in plain sight through sabotage of this relationship or that job or through self-harm in the form of addiction of any kind.

Violence is chosen when parts of us decide to see the world as personally oppressive, racking up reason after reason, building a case for their victimhood, making it inevitable that an intense push-away always becomes necessary and the world feels like ‘us’ against ‘them’. As we assuage the battles within, there ARE times sometimes when we receive violence and abuse or aggression from others and DO need to advocate, to turn away, to all-out walk away from what needs to collapse for the sake of our self-worth and also at times our survival. Sometimes this has a violent playout and fallout. If this situation lasts, there is likely some deeper violence still happening within, because this relationship on the outside represents a battle raging on the inside. It is a climate that your parts have gotten used to… and have not learned how to be or even imagined how to be anything different towards each other.

Violence is chosen when parts of us hold rigidly onto ways of seeing and feeling others. In some cases, parts don’t want to feel others’ perspectives, or, would prefer to feign compassion rather than be in the process that allows them to feel genuine compassion for the first time. This serves as a numbing of the self. It is a focus on keeping the victim inside alive and pushing away the budding King or Queen of heart and soul. It is also violent when we try to press our point of view on another who isn’t ready or doesn’t want to take it in. It is violent too, to use aggressive energy behind our words and point of view. These examples are another way to become numb to the needs of others and the ways in which they need to walk out what they are walking out, without name-calling or unfair readouts. This is a hard thing to avoid doing when we have so much tension inside from us to us and part to part… this does move over time though and is so important to keep feeling as it comes up.

Violence is chosen by choosing to eat foods that are violent to the planet and/or to our bodies. I don’t offer this as a piece to feel shame over, but rather something to just feel into. It does feel important to let this in and to make new choices, feeling the parts of you that have resistance to this along the way, so that they can come with you and not feel as if THEY are experiencing violence against THEM, as this dynamic can happen too…

Violence and revenge in different forms have become a strong underpinning in our cultures worldwide. It is a way to see war as an option, protests as the only means of revolution, and aggressive, ambitious efforts the only way to be ‘successful’.

A reLOVEution can be and IS so different than this… than even those subtle twinges of wanting to fight fire with fire in some way. There is a way that we can stand up for ourselves through boundaries and vulnerability that doesn’t need to result in withholding love in any way. We can find a way to teach ourselves new ways of being in life and in LOVE without committing any sort of violence, suppression or oppression inside.

This is as much an ongoing process for me as it likely is for you too. I have had many years inside of a process of peeling back the layers of inner violence and battles and even recently have felt a Metasoul aspect that still lives in the era of Women’s Suffrage in the UK. Really intense timeline, that one. Talk about fighting fire with fire! She and I have been able to feel that there IS an alternative to these violent means of ‘fighting’… feeling how bringing vulnerability is actually the key to deep inner and outer change. She is still being convinced of the truth of this, as she understandably lives in an intense time and hasn’t really seen this in action, but she is trying and that is enough for me to feel something MORE wanting to come and be inside of me and thus from me to others too. I actually feel her helping me write this piece today… it’s helping her digest her reality and new possibilities that are arising for her and for others.

A new, violence-less horizon is calling, wanting to help us end our personal and collective suffering… how deeply you are able to heed this call is a very personal choice and it feels like any healing of this on any level of your being is a fantastic start!

Energies Invite Us Into A New Kind Of ‘Strength’ From Within

Our self-doubts run deep within a river of rejection fears and wounds. This river rises more and more as these energies swirling around us come in to shake it up, bring it up, flush it out. Having days that feel like everything inside of you is against you is part of this process… there are parts of you that want you to feel them, finally, in their turmoil. They want to be loved in spite of their spiky armor and seen for more than just the pain they hold. They want you to show up for them, to show them that they have worth so that in your very being, you can feel this worth deeply, inhabit it, live by it, and never compromise it again. So much inside of you wants and aches for your advocacy from you to you, to stop the madness for each part of you and Metasoul aspect too.

The image of the ‘Heart Warrior’ is another superhero that parts of you want to lean into, yet it too is an archetype of invulnerability that pushes away love. Yes, there is a ‘hero’ inside of you that shows up somehow to feel YOU for the first time in the form of these precious parts of your being, heart, and soul, and yet the famed ferocity is for naught. It is only a picture of what is needed to cut through the din within, but not the sword of love. Love needs no sword. Love comes in anyway, sneaks under your fence posts, doesn’t need to shield itself and certainly doesn’t need a weapon. Love will win the wrestling match, even though parts of you try to prolong it for years, decades, centuries on end, pushing aside its mirrors, following only the habitual flow back into patterns of old that have yet to bring you the joy and fulfillment you’ve wanted.

There wouldn’t be a way to feel all there is to feel without a strengthening happening within – an energy that cannot be broken by any outside force and eventually no inside one either. It is a way to feel that all you’re feeling does have purpose and that the gauntlet you’re walking out is the training ground you need. This is a strong metaphor, yes, because this is what it feels like to truly be in process in these moments where so much is surfacing. It feels as tough as it is, as it has had to be. Parts of you have built walls to keep the flood waters of feeling out, yet here they are blowing apart your inner dams and bringing you to a new surface above it all where none of it is transcended, yet held, owned, taken responsibility for, and healed over different phases of life.

We are not only being cleared out by Ascension energies, but we are being strengthened, toned, given new legs to stand on too. What is moving needs to be replaced, not only by crystalline cells but also by a new stance, a brand new way of standing with a strength that doesn’t need battles to prove itself, only a continual advocacy for and with love. It’s an ongoing invitation to no longer seek and find reasons to go to war,  yet to feel and love the parts of you that want to and have become very good at it over the years.

It’s time to flow into the inner rivers of pain and wounding, to find yourself on a new shore, renewed and more alive than ever before. To let it all surface takes more strength than burying it and you can so trust that it’s all leading you somewhere safer, LOVElier, better.

The Turbulence Of Ascension

Turbulence.  That is what it has felt like the last few days, well maybe even weeks.   I have found myself feeling some pretty intense emotional energies that have felt very related to the passing through this gateway.  I have not been much into astrology this life but I am noticing emotional correlations to these particular phases.  I am moving through this which much curiosity and even some fusion to the energies.  A feeling that I have not been totally me.  Thoughts that have brought my vibration down to a gravitational pull.  It is like our consciousness is an airplane and when we have tasted the lighter frequencies of our spiritual essence, the contrast of dipping down into the tumult of our more denser unfelt emotional body can be quite a jarring experience.

Even in the thick of the energy I knew in my core something was happening WITH me and not TO me.  It took some lifting of the control wheel to get to that space.  Getting higher than the turbulence to get some context and space from it.  An influx of mind chatter that felt very rooted in a more programmed way, connected to the Archon or Reptilian brain.  But I can not play victim to that for this energy is an aspect of me on a more soul level.  It is tending to this aspect with love and compassion.  This is what turns the nose up into the higher atmosphere of Love’s expansion.

I could feel how this part of me, so rooted in the mental body matrix, it is having a hard time letting go to what it has been used to in the name of control and fear.  The fear that it will cease to exist and that it is dying.  And really, it is.  It is having to move on to a new place that it can exist in its own vibration for it no longer can do that inside of me, for I am changing, raising.  I am no longer choosing to be brought down anymore.  To be drawn back into the turbulence of a collective and personal purgatory.

It looks like one of those scenes in a movie where someone opens a door and there are thousands of souls woooshing around in a swirl with pained expressions and awful sounds coming from them. It is real. It is out in the aethers. I see it effecting so many people as they are disconnected from it unconsciously. It fuels so much of the painful actions in the world. To be able to have a relationship to it is a gift in which you can foster a new coarse that does not bypass it, but heals it with the light of love and compassion with grounded protection from guides and the experience of those that have been there.

I feel I have been gifted in some ways with going into this “hell” many times as I am to serve as a bridge from there to here.  A part of me used to suffer in it as a curse, but now I am feeling something different.  It is time to show up in a new way as way-shower out of the darkness and heaviness and into the lightness of being that can actually feel unbearable to our more 3D Self.  It is a sacred passageway into a death that moves us from fear consciousness to Pure Love.  From suffering to Joy.  From limitation to infinity.

My heart is with those of you that are experiencing intense times right now.  There is much to be learned and moved into as we mature through this death/rebirth canal.  Each one no more sacred than then next.

Listening To The Lion: Time To Lead With Feeling

The last few nights have been super intense emotionally for me.  I have had waves of doubt, self-punishment, and anxiety arise in my field that began to overwhelm me.  Hard to fall asleep with the intense energies and I needed to connect with the Divine energy to move through some of it.  Through my SoulFullHeart process I know they are not mine but coming from something within me that needs to be felt.

It has taken form of a MetaSoul aspect of mine that is living an Atlantean lifetime.  I had a beautiful group session with the help of Jelelle to feel this aspect and begin a more balanced relationship with him and his intensity.  Last night I began to feel energies that didn’t feel connected to him and could be another aspect of my soul coming through around anxiety.

What the heck is going on?

I felt to tap into my guides and intuition since I couldn’t sleep and was told that this is a very intense time for many.  I have known about the current lead up to the Lion’s Gate portal for a while now, and I am starting to piece some things together for myself around it.  What I received is that this is a time of great confluence.  Many energies are coming together that may feel like a squeeze to some.  It is thinning out veils and the gap between what is authentic and not.  It is bringing in codes that feel to be bubbling up old unhealed lower frequencies that are preventing us from moving into our next growth places.  These frequencies are held by parts of us as well as Metasoul aspects that are bleeding in at this Thinning.  It can be a crazy-making time if there isn’t a larger container to hold all of it in.

It may be advised to just ride out the wave and be kind and gentle to yourself.  I agree with being self-loving to yourself is key right now.  But I also feel there is great opportunity for growth and letting in more of the love we came here to experience.  It all brings up the unloved energies within us that are needing to be held and felt to make room for more.  It is like the altitude is changing and the old denser energies are needing to fall away.  But there is an invitation to actively participate in this process, and not just passively let it go by.  This is the leading edge of consciousness we are stepping into!

I feel that this is the message of the Lion.  He is inviting us to lead ourselves into a new relationship with our experience of life and Gaia as we have known it.  He is about finding our courage and strength and feeling all that we need to feel during this highly transformative time.  What wounds and pains, both this and other lives, are looking to be heard and felt at this time? What resistance is showing up inside of us that keeps us from fully inhabiting the largess and love sponges we are?  This is not an easy choice to make going INto the pain, not to suffer, but to heal.  To reveal. To discover.  It leads us into our jungle and arise as the king and queen of our truest dreams and inner knowing.

You may be pressed to make some difficult choices along the way.  We can not have things stay the same and expect them to be different.  Leading your way into your next emotional and spiritual growth terrain is what Leo is offering and guiding us toward. Healing your way to passion, purpose, and the remembrance of magic.  From denser energy to higher vibration. From care-taking to self-actualization.  From being alone to being in community and sacred passionate romance!

SoulFullHeart offers a pathway and a community that serves this growth and expansion of love.  We are here to lead this way of life into the world to those that it resonates with. The Lion is a huge totem for us and what we came here to do and be.  I am listening closely myself and feeling what it is that needs my attention to enter into more expression of Love and Serviceship.  We invite you to do the same.  Be kind and gentle with yourself during these days and months to come.  And we are here to serve all that is arising in you should you feel the call of the wild of heart and soul.

Timelines Merging And Veil Is Thinning So We Can BE With Aspects From Other Lifetimes

Timelines merging, veil is SO thin, and what has been called ‘past lives’ is NOT past, yet these energies are in the now. There is so much bleed through of other lifetimes that then triggers our emotional body reactivity and ‘hidden’ woundings. It creates a ricochet effect that can be confusing and intense. These eras and legacies and civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria, Avalon, etc.) are energizing and ALIVE in the now. The mind (and part of you) might want to make them the ‘past’ so that they don’t have as much impact and influence as they actually seem to on your experience of reality and your emotional reactivity and outward manifestation.

Our definition of what is ‘real’ and ‘reality’ is being hugely altered, shifted, and turning upside down from what 3D has said and taught that it is. Our hearts ‘get’ it as they are not linear and they feel every moment as the now….they get stuck sometimes in a moment or scene and need us to help them move beyond it again, to become fluid again…to free up the flow of love, compassion, gratitude, and goodness. Our hearts are what is needed in this now, with so much crazy making (this is a TRUE mind fu*k! reality) realigning of our realities.

Energies of Atlantis are coming in and offering us a storyline to go down that comes alive with our openness to feel and heal it with the aspects of us that are living it out. The ‘fall of Atlantis’ is a wound in our personal and collective consciousness. We are experiencing this in deeply personal ways in our processes in SoulFullHeart, and Raphael and I too in our relationship. There is the Raphael-Jelelle timeline of usness experience and there is the others, the counterpart matings and pair bondings that span planets, species, and timelines. The Atlantis ones seems to be the most intense with themes of sovereignty, separation, power struggles, matriarchy vs. patriarchy playing out. Sorting through what is what through the terrain of the heart with the higher mind helping too (yes, I believe there is a higher vibrational frequency of thought and that the mind is not bad, just can vibrate at different levels of consciousness). This can be a tricky process with self love and compassion AND for other needed to hold the space.

This can feel like a ‘soup’ to navigate yet the process of parts work and metasoul aspects helps in such a huge way. It provides a life line and a heart line too….and a soul line too actually. It is the way we live our lives and what we offer others too, and how we led yesterday during an all day group session with some very touching and important and DEEP process happening for all that were there!

Be open right now to what has previously been labeled as ‘impossible.’ Be open to letting in energies of what you may have felt were not ‘relevant’ or ‘in the past’. Open your heart to all the aspects that need you…..even if (and especially if) they exist in another timeline. As you are open to this and curious, you become more able to ride the waves, experience the gift of them, and integrate it ALL into your wholeness expression.

Your Heaven Is Within: Message From Lemuria

“Your heaven is within. Mine is here too, in this now, in my heart, in my body, in my soul. I can share it with you and, as I do, we ARE heaven together and creating this as our experience together of life.

Life doesn’t create the experience yet, rather, you create your experience of life. Isn’t this wonderful that you can dial this in to BEcome this more? It is easy to forget this in the world you live in, that you choose to experience fuzzy signal INside of your inner heaven so that you would focus outside you.

As you return to your Heaven within frequency, you experience heaven on the outside. The two vibrate in unity rather than in dissonance. This is the natural way….the animals live and know this, you can learn from them in this. Dolphins ride the waves and the waters ride them too….they are in synch and the water is not ‘doing anything to them’ other than BEing with them in synergy and flow.

You are more like the dolphin then you realize sometimes and in your ‘with each other’ consciousness too can you become more like a pod of dolphins swimming together….without words, without contentions, in harmony together as you glide in the waters of life and community.

Your heaven is within. Seek it there and you will find it, discover it, and can never really ‘lose it’. Share this heaven within and others get to join you as they find theirs from within too.”

This is a message from Lemuria…Mu…BEloved Mother Land….feels like the most wonderful tropical vacation EVER to be there. Access to Mu is available in the Now, as it is not an ‘ancient civilization’ yet rather a vibrational frequency that is currently accessible. Going there could be a part of your journey to feel your heaven within. Ask your guides to ‘take you there’ during meditation and see what you feel and discover.

There is so much trust in the Lemurian people…… even as they ‘know’ that their world as they know it is on a collapsing timeline. Connecting with my Mu aspect named Rae-Na (wise woman to her people), I am imbibed with the frequencies of this trust….just complete relaxation into the unknown, even if it brings necessary death.

Mu offers us a template for a civilization that is in profound transition and how to respond to that with love and trust. Rae-Na also offered to me that they are creating vast cities underground to ‘go’ when the surface world collapses. This is their alchemical response to change….and all are coming together to ‘make’ this happen.

I believe there is a wonderful template here for us in this now age as we navigate the same kind of potentially life shifting transitions from 3D to 5D with potential collapse or at least dramatic shiftings in our industrial infrastructures. It seems that this is why Lemuria is coming through so much stronger for so many right now and why the veils are thinning in our visceral feeling of it as being in the ‘now’ and not in the past.

Beyond Redemption: The Search For Self-Forgiveness

What if we are never redeemed? What if we are already redeemed?

These are words spoken at the end of the movie Wild that I watched last night, from the book authored by Cheryl Strayed.  They were words that seemed to go into me on a soul level as I have felt redemption being a strong theme in multiple lives.  When I was in my 20s an intuitive woman had said she told me I was living a life of  “redemptive suffering”. It all just made so much sense.  I could turn anything into a suffering loop.  A way to keep me from fully inhabiting the joys of life as if they were not permitted for me to have as much as I longed for them.

Through the process of accessing other Metasoul lives, I have been able to piece together a tapestry of lives seemed to revolve around this theme.  Choices that led to experiences that caused pain to others and taking that on as a personal cross to bear.  Then returning that pain upon myself in order to be redeemed in the eyes of a God that would accept me when the suffering was acceptable enough.  All the while not understanding the God I was asking for forgiveness from was ultimately me.

This idea of redemption and persecution is one that spans so many lives and souls.  It is one that can be a core wound for many.  The root of many of our personal unconscious choices.  A plot arch for many of our current soul playouts.  When we begin to become conscious of our Metasoul wounding do we begin to gain an understanding of who we are and what we would rather choose to be.  That we no longer have to unconsciously fuse to this karmic cycle.  We can connect to a larger story that is infinite in its possibilities.  But first we must feel the tug of the wound from these soul siblings and help to heal them into the largess of our own hearts.

As we start to feel these lives and access the gift they are presenting to us we can begin to see ourselves in a much different light.  We become more Light in fact.  We start to let go of the heavy emotional ties to those lives and hold them with the love of forgiveness they haven’t been able to give themselves.  The redemption was already bought and paid for. We were never “wrong”.  We were, or ARE, a part of a huge experiential learning ground where we lost track of that.  Got lost in the wild so we could find ourselves again with a new and larger vision of what we forgot we were.  The redemption aspects of us have been looking for already exist inside of us.

This may be a big part as to why some continue to stay in life situations that are not fully serving their greatest good.  This unconscious need to be less than in order to cash in on our soul IOUs.  It is becoming time to let go of that old story.  To go into the wilderness of our “history” and forgive ourselves for what has been serving fear and heal it into service of love.  For ourselves and others.  You have access to all of it inside that creative arena called your imagination.  It just needs to be negotiated with the part of you that guards this access.

Through this process a new world will open up to connect the dots you may currently may be unaware of.  The stories and timelines that have yet to be let go.  From there you can begin to unfurl the true gift of your inner Joy that is waiting to be remembered back into your heart and soul, remember where it was you actually came from, and what your true purpose is here on this glorious New Earth.
