How The 3D/4D/5D Self Experiences Love

Each dimension of our ‘self’ feels and experiences love in different ways. The many parts of us that have formed in order to navigate and be in life as we’ve known it so far, each have their own relationship to love. As we continue to awaken and heal, their perspectives shift and heal too, especially as the growing authentic you that holds and feels them, lets in more and more real, pure love and learns to trust it and what it wants to offer you in every sacred moment of your life.

The 3D self, says, “Love, I don’t trust you and I want to control you, though I also feel you get the better of me and we are constantly at odds. I feel like I will never get what I want, though sometimes I can’t even feel what I truly want… and am pretty afraid to find out. I don’t feel I deserve you in any form and I conspire to push you away. What I have known to be ‘love’ is not something I find very appealing or gratifying in any way.”

The 4D self, says, “Love, I want to trust you more and don’t always get how. I feel you offer more than I have ever thought or felt possible. I feel I want to serve you and be with you and flow more easily with you, though sometimes this feels so frustrating and hard too… this world I live in mostly seems not to have caught up to the reality of YOU yet and what YOU really offer all of us and beyond… I get somehow, or am starting to let in, that you are something very different than what I’ve been conditioned to think you are. I feel something different about you, though I’m not sure what that is exactly.”

The 5D ‘self’, says, “Love… this is what ‘I’ am. And as ‘I am’, ‘I’ serve love in constant, unending flow. The container is ‘me’ as the container is NOT ‘me’… the ‘me’ of before, that related to love as not my very substance, has been healing and tastes of higher dimensions where it all simply is in is-ness… this is REALity. Love is the only real. Life-giving, ever-flowing, always showing us the way inward and back out again. Love melts all ‘I’s’ into oblivion and heat-warmth, in the sweetest way, though the storms of love’s lightning flashes of where it cannot flow within must also be weathered. Love dies not, withers away not… only IS, only ever loves. ‘I’ trust love above all else. ‘I’ can hold the truth of this unendingly, without the need to transcend any doubts of this in parts of ‘me’ that remain in lower dimensional frequencies still. ‘I’ can’t always see the bigger picture, as ‘I’ also control none of it, but ‘I’ can feel it, hold it, tap into it. ‘I’ AM it, ultimately, as ‘I’ AM part of the love that makes up all aspects of it, dark and light…”

As you heal the parts that make up each of these ‘selves’ within you, the level and depth of love you are able to experience shifts in a big way. To actually feel and own that there is something very real about swinging between sometimes all three of these perspectives in a short period of time, is to humbly let in that there is more to go into, inside of yourself… and that there is no ‘perfect’ way to be with love or to be love itself, especially as we grow and learn as sacred humans arising.

Energy Update: Unanchoring From The 3D Matrix To Arise Into The Bliss Mess Of 4D

I feel sometimes like I am looping…saying so much “these HIGH frequency energies right now are offering us…..” When I feel into an energy update to offer, this is what always comes…there are ongoingly high frequency energies of photonic light, the Schumann Resonance is rising higher and higher, ongoing solar flares coming in from our sun and the cosmic sun that just KEEP coming in. There are high frequency waves of PURE love too…they are golden, pure white, rainbow, whichever colors you are meant to see and feel and receive that is uniquely for your soul. You may feel the reception of these energies in all your bodies…emotional purgings and detoxes, physical manifestations, social shiftings too, and chakras morphing as well.

And, these energies are ongoing because, boy, do we NEED them right now! The grip on 3D life and the matrix that is created from mainstream consciousness can seem so strong, prevailing, with sllllllooooooowwwwww progress being made in loosening it. So many millions, perhaps billions, of souls still in the process of it, needing the 3D reality as their growth and learning ground….until they don’t anymore.

I feel there is a fourth dimensional (4D) matrix too….it is less solid perhaps, less structured, with less conscious purpose or collaboration. It is more likely created, arising, from the personal UPheaval that happens when the soul starts to wake up, the veil of amnesia is lifting, the higher self connection deepens, and the aspects of your multidimensional self/fractals from your Metasoul come into your consciousness. It is triggered by ‘peak experiences’ brought on by near death, drugs, soul mate clashes and goodness, kundalini and non-dual frequencies. Souls engaged in the valley of dark nights and peaks of light days all contribute to the creation of the fourth dimensional awakening bliss mess storm.

The 4D matrix (if we could call it that and at least in the definition that we offer in SoulFullHeart) has both firestorm energy and calming/balming energy too. It is back and forth, up and down, openings and closings….chaos and finding center BOTH, sometimes in the same moments. It is made of both fear and of love, with the modulating choice points toward each represented in every moment. With the 4D matrix being such a tumultuous experience, it makes sense that parts of us would want to remain anchored to 3D reality…to the known, the safe, and the comfortable even as it feels also flat, dead, and limiting to our awakening soul.

These energies of love and light, though, they want to pull the 3D anchors out that show themselves in guardedness, defensiveness, anxiety and tension, conflict, self punishment. We feel in SoulFullHeart that these anchors are represented by primary parts and energies that we’ve identified as the Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, and Inner Mother/Father (depending on gender.) These aspects can be quite dominant in a personality or less so, depending on what our conditioning has been and stages/phases of awakening. They definitely seem to operate at some level in all of us as we all have needed for our own survival to create them. We’ve created a process to identify, connect, and differentiate from these core 3D energies (that often get bypassed or tried to be with spiritual frequencies) that we offer through weekly sessions with a SFH facilitator. The main frequency differences from 3D to 4D seem to have to do with the signatures of the soul coming into your awareness in 4D and that, ultimately, it WANTS to grow, change, and transform. It wants to see life differently and beyond what is offered by the 3D limited screening. It wants to be more than entertained and distracted and finding the next things to do as the 3D self is….it wants to go within, discover, BE, feel what is real, and let go of the anchors that densify reality. The 4D can be both the cocoon and the discarded carcass too….as the butterfly of YOU takes flight, finds wings, and experiences more and more the Infinite Love that you ARE.

Letting Love Flood Within You

Sometimes it feels like the heart opens, only to close again…

The waters of love can come in like a WOOOOSH that plunges through the already opening heart door, flooding the inside of your being on many levels… soul, heart, body, astral body… it’s a feeling as if the sky above you and the ground below you is opening up and all limits parts of you have held for yourself and your life are moving, floating away… out of reach.

Then, as parts of you begin to breathe into this new reality, the oil of past pain and trauma comes up as well. Sometimes it sits in your heart-bed, feeling unwell, feeling unfit to really claim and hold and have all of this goodness. It wants to shut it down somehow, or try to. And sadly, without consciousness around parts of you and how to be with them, it can feel nearly impossible to feel as if this desire to push away is really ‘you’ or not… and so, the goodness sometimes gets shut down, and life goes back to ‘business as usual’… or tries to!

Love wants to fill your being. It wants to flood you with its waters that are meant to bring up the oil of pain that still needs to be felt and healed. It wants to bring you to new places of Divine connection and experience. It wants to experience itself through the sacred human expression of YOU that inhabits its dualism and feels its oneness in incredible opening moments too. It doesn’t care or mind if you have parts that are afraid of its power, it wants to find its way to you anyways. And so, life circumstances continue to press you, inviting you back into you, to find the parts and seek your answers deep within, to find and feel why and how love has been kept out.

What is love inviting you to feel today? How is it pressing on the sacred door of your innermost and most vigilantly protected BEing? The INvitation to feel all of this more and more, is a constant and ever-moving one… and something that can feel like it has no final ‘goal’ or ‘end’. The truth is… it doesn’t, really. The potential for healing is endless, as you are endless, and the love that flows can only ever be endless too… ❤

You Are A Universe Of Feeling

You’re feeling a lot right now.

You may not think you are, but thinking is different from feeling. It comes from a different apparatus, one being the head and the other being the heart.

If you pause in any moment (like this one), for a moment….. to feel …..you can immediately get a sense of what you, or what a part of you is feeling, or maybe rather, resisting feeling. Being on Facebook is a big world of feeling, that you, as another big world of feeling are interfacing with.

But what specifically are you feeling right now?

What are you hoping to feel by continuing to take in my words? What drew you a moment ago to ‘go online’?

If you’ve been numbing down what you are feeling then asking that question will begin to open out your awareness to the world of feeling that you haven’t been feeling. It would begin with sensing the rumble of unfelt feelings from within, admitting desire, admitting boredom, or need, and admitting the feeling of not wanting to feel.

Every last one of us are a universe of feeling. We are energy, and we are in motion, and when you put those two together, we are e-motion, and then we get to our e-motives, the deeper stuff beneath all of the who’s, why’s, where’s and what’s content of our lives, to what is really going on at a deeper contextual core level of being.

What you are feeling is running your life, and while a part of you may feel that what you feel is ruining your life, those so called negative feelings are the first portal you are being given to enter your e-motional body, the primordial awareness ground of your being.

So there you have it, no special moment per se, but yet totally pregnant and interconnected with all that is, even as, and even especially as, it doesn’t feel that way to a part of you.

You are sooo much more than you’ve consciously known, but parts of you are in touch with this, and this explains a whole lot about the suppression and management of e-motion that’s happening in the background just off the radar.

Time now, to love it all with a generous curious heart that really wants to learn, love, and feel all there is to feel.

Nothing to fix or even to heal really, just a lot backed up waiting to be noticed and felt, and then whatever shifts occur as a result just lead to new feeling and new noticing…. In a world of infinite love, you’re not broken, and you’ll never actually be fixed or even finally declared healed, as you will always hunger for more of the infinity that you are and long for.

I felt a wanting to share today after and during an unusually intense few days of ‘working’ doing an online money gig doing some data entry. I was feeling all the feelings held by a part of me fueling this energy to work, wanting to be felt more than anything, and now I feel opened out and expanded to hold this part of me as I re-engage in the work, feeling the more that there always is to feel.

IN-tegration Is Happening On All Levels: Messages From Guides/Aspects

“IN-tegration is happening on all levels,” I am hearing this while connecting with three of my guides/aspects in this now. These multidimensional aspects want to communicate with you, although honestly written word is SO challenging sometimes and right now in particular……so linear, so one word after the other. They (and I) would prefer instead to just transmit this to you on waves of love energies for your heart to take in, your mind to digest when it is ready, and your soul to just kNOW. I trust that it does go in this way on some level….

Connection with aspects of ourselves (from 3D to 4D to 5D to higher selves) seems to be more fluid, less veil there, easier to access with so much help from the higher frequency energies available to us. Whether you call them ‘past lives’, ‘parts of me’, ‘spirit guides’ or whatever doesn’t matter so much. Going within and JUST asking to connect with a curious and open heart is ALL it takes.

Being open to whatever happens after that, trusting that you’ll know when it is coming from love, letting your mind help yet not lead. Feeling the other aspects of you that feel unworthy to connect with your higher frequency aspects. There is no attainment in this, just a remembering and reclaiming of YOU. These BEings are not better or higher than you, yet, just represent other aspects of you returning to your consciousness again.

Each of these guides seems to offer messages of integration of energies that are available during this Equinox passage and beyond that invite you to feel different textures of your BEing. They are here to help you see beyond your 3D conditioning that flattens your perceptions of yourself and all of life into a limited feeling, five sense perception reality.

Angelic, you are. Magical, you are. Mysterious, you are. Emotional, you are. Connected to and coming from both Gaia and the stars. At ONE with the ocean and the galaxies. At ONE with your heart and your soul. At ONE with your roots AND your wings.

IN-tegration is breathing in the multidimensional aspects of your being WHILE holding space for the necessary rumblings of your deepest densities. Holding the hand of your inner child WHILE feeling your angelic wings unfurling. You CAN span all of that as your capacity as a sacred human is much more VAST than you can even imagine. This is what a healing heart can HOLD when allowed to open. IN-tegration is letting in the love that you already ARE. IN-tegration is allowing in ALL aspects of your BEing as you return, process by process, to wholeness again.

In These Moments Of Enlightening Mind, Awakening Soul, And Enlovening Heart

In these moments, your heart opens and whatever IS in that moment…it IS enough. MORE than enough. It is overwhelming actually, when its true essence is seen and felt by your heart.

The love ALREADY in your life through what your soul has so bravely chosen is overwhelming when let in more deeply. You could spend the rest of this life letting in more deeply what you already have and already ARE and still have MORE to let in.

In these moments, the filter raises and the essence of everything arises and dissipates. It is no longer whatever ‘name’ and ‘label’ it has been given, yet, rather magic in the form of energy. Nothing is ordinary or flat or common. Nothing is solid and static. It is ALL alive, pulsating, and constantly shifting. It is not actually the fear energies to which it might temporarily cling, but always sourced in and returning to love.

In these moments, the identities lift and the names, occupations, stories dissolve too. You are free then to BE beyond the labels, judgements, and boxes of five sense reality filtering. You have shed the false skins of your 3D conditioning. In those moments, you are bare flesh experiencing bare reality.

These moments of enlightening mind, enlovening heart, and awakening soul are the WHY of your incarnation here during this era of great ascension. These moments are a motivation and reminder of why you go into your own shadows to reveal the gifts they hide; why you go through death and rebirth and letting go of what no longer serves your expression as love.

Your enlightening mind is expanding beyond all it has been taught, conditioned in, and learned. You are seeking out resources to continue the re-education, the remembering of soul kNOWledge that goes much beyond the logical and rational boxes you may have previously felt trapped in.

Your enlovening heart is opening beyond the barriers and protections that it has needed in order to be around other defended hearts. You are increasingly choosing intimacy….with yourself, with others in relationships that allow an open hearted love flow based on compassion, respect….bonding but not binding, freedom.

Your awakening soul is spreading its angelic wings, unfurling beyond the limits of 3D reality. You are remembering you have stardust in your DNA and angels as ancestors and aspects too. Your multidimensional soul can live in your highest timeline even as it is fully present to your now.

These moments provide the juice and motivation to keep going, keep awakening, keep opening, and keep feeling. As you align your life more and more to your Divine service of love purpose here, so you experience these moments more and more AS your life and yourself as the Infinite Love in human form that you ARE.

Visiting With Your Inner Teenager

Our creativity, our ideals, our passions, our angsts, our desires, our despair, our romantic ideas… these are often all aspects of your Inner Teenager – a part of you that has wanted very much to be heard, to be seen, to rebel, yet also to be hidden, to run away, to sneak away, to be a lone wolf, yet be a part of something important too perhaps. There are a lot of conflicting aspects to this part of you. Some of them are represented by other parts of you too, yet so much reaction to life and love happens inside of this one part of you and sometimes it can feel like the biggest polarities are present there too. This is the reality of trying to find your way in a world that you still have an inherent sense of not belonging in… your childhood is not so far behind you and you can still see it in your rearview mirror. Your childhood, that held so much wonder and a thinner veil to the existence of other realities and the realities you came into this life from.

The desire for a romantic partner that ‘checks all the boxes’ on a long list of desires, is one of the biggest pieces here. Maybe you’re still trying on different ideals, exploring different approaches to sex and sexuality, experimenting with drugs that lift the heavy veil that never used to be there before. Maybe you’re still holding life in the 3D sense as something to either be avoided or over-inhabited in some ways without much balance in between. Perhaps you’re still trying to reconcile why you feel certain ways about your birth family and perhaps even your friends and other social or work connections and you aren’t sure why or how this is even possible with the moral standards you’ve been taught your whole life. There is a whole big ‘mess’ here to sort through and often it can feel more like an impossibly tangled ball of yarn than something that is even remotely possible to sort out. These seem to be the common experiences of Inner Teenagers, even in adults who have reached middle age and beyond… they are the place where your emotional immaturity often lands and lives, and the part of you that wants to learn how to grow up yet in a way that feels okay to them and not necessarily to anyone else – the ultimate place of your rebellion and your conformity both. It’s complicated, this world they live in… and they are often stuck here in many unconscious loops and patterns until you can go inward to find and be with them.

You will often find your Inner Teenager still living in your childhood bedroom, or any other room or place that they consider a ‘sanctuary’ for themselves. This place has become a box that holds so many traumas, so many stories of abuses, so much hope and despair, both. It is a place where they can still find and be in their creativity, however it expresses, often as a way to cope with life instead of really be in it and heal through it… they don’t have a guide for that, at least until you can show up and be with them, until they trust you enough to let you in the door and sit next to them, to eventually cry or thrash with them, as they express all they’ve likely bottled up or hidden. Perhaps if they have been over-expressed in your life, you can now feel them in their real vulnerability and likely self-consciousness. There is much pain that they hold that is equal to the joy they have access to as well, not unlike or far from the Inner Child inside of you.

Healing the Inner Teenager means offering this space inside of you for feeling deeply all there is to feel. The process for them often means bringing them back, little by little, step by step, to a place where they feel their ideas and ideals are welcome again, where they can be in their creativity from a non-medicative place that doesn’t numb but instead evokes. My sense of it is that they can evolve in this way too, from a 3D part of you to a 4D and eventually a 5D, integrated part of you. Most Inner Teenagers, at least for those of you reading this, will somehow straddle 3D and 4D in their aches and rebellion and hope too. They may or may not have a sense of spirituality, yet they do seem to have an investment somehow in this domain that can express itself in different ways.

Being with and feeling your Inner Teenager is a process that brings you access to many gifts and new ways to feel all of the different areas of your life.

Patiently Loving Your Deepest Densities Through The Push And Pulls

Push and pull….wanting to love and then resisting love. Wanting to change and then resisting change. Opening UP WIDE and then closing in again. These bliss moments are of heart doors swinging open and your heart pouring out to touch ALL of life. These mess moments are the heart doors shutting and your heart retracting again in pain.

These bliss mess moments of push and pull ARE your awakening process of heart and soul. Why would it be JUST bliss when this is not what you have known here in 3D living? Why would it be JUST about the highs when this has not been the reality you’ve experienced here? And, what is really learned from only UPs with no downs?

It is during the climbs and the crawls for which you learn the most about the substance for which you are made….in contrast to that which you are NOT. 3D reality doesn’t honor the climb, the process, the journey….yet wants the results and the gifts immediately. It wants the quick fixes rather than the long term gains.

A patience for the process allows that with UPs there will come downs too and wants BOTH. Your soul can hold space for the part of you formed in 3D life to learn, to sort it out, to open up and then close down. Your soul has access to Infinite Patience in this process and understands that it ‘takes the time that it takes’ to heal and clear the ground of your deepest densities.

These deepest densities are valued by your soul, not seen as ‘lesser’ at all, but rather a precious aspect of your journey here with Gaia. Not judged by the soul, yet rather held with curiousity and much love so that the required densities and toxicities needed to fit into a dualistic 3D world can be let go. The soul helps your 3D self unanchor from what it has needed to become attached to. Your higher heart allows this process to be held with MUCH love rather than inner battle and resistance loops that lead to suffering.

With a consistent heart and soul response from you to the deepest densities of your 3D self, it can let go of the push-pull it has known so often in your life and begin to let in LOVE more and more with less and less contraction away.

From Heaven to Hell: The Sacred Ground Of Being Popped Into And Out Of 5D

There has been an interesting dynamic occurring lately, where a few souls have been asking for assistance with a particular spiritual situation.  The scenario generally goes like this: A person has a huge awakening experience that comes to them seemingly out of the blue.  They have been “popped” into a conscious 5D awareness.  The visceral experiences vary, but the feeling is one of elation and bliss.  A whole new way of being in life.  And then, something happens to clunk them back into a denser frequency that feels like a hell in comparison to where they were at.  Intense reactions and thoughts get pushed up that make life almost unbearable to live after that.  I feel like this may be happening more and more, and those that are dealing with it feeling like they are alone in this “nightmare” that a part of them is experiencing. Perhaps you can relate with this too.

What is happening here? How could you be so high one minute and be so low the next without a sense of how or why? There could be a multitude of different individual reasons, but one general one that feels true is that there are woundings that are needing to be addressed that have not been resolved/healed in your emotional body.  The stay in 5D has a shelf life equivalent to what has been repressed and unfelt as traumas in your shadow.  There is a big soul drama being played out in the court of your human heart and it is asking for attention.

Now, how it got to be this way can be easily, and understandably, taken as it being done to you by someone else. You could ‘blame’ a negative entity or a teacher/healer’s etheric malpractice happening to you.  Once you have rescinded to the status of victim, you have lost your power.  So, first thing, you must take power back.  Realize that this is all being conducted by the Higher Self, not as a punishment, for love doesn’t punish, but as an opportunity to reclaim the buried and lost parts of yourself before taking off into deeper conscious territories of experience.  This is a big one to let in and be with for it grants the courage and conditions to make the next steps.

The next step is to feel how this feeling of hell is being held by a PART of you and not all of you.  It is a very scared 3D protector part that so much needs to feel someone bigger than the hell itself.  In fact, this part created the hell in order to be felt in all the traumas that still exist.  It says, “Hey, yo! You can’t just leave me here all alone! I have some things to say!” It is banking on the fact that you will give up the awakening path because it is too much for it to bear.  By feeling it as a separate part, a dialogue and relationship can form that can offer some relief.  There could be many “this life” 3D traumas that are also triggering Metasoul woundings at the same time.  It can be a spaghetti pretzel of a mess emotionally without the help of a mirror to help assist someone in untangling the knots, such as what we offer in the SoulFullHeart process.

It is important to understand that the “hell” you find yourself in is a sacred birthing ground.  It is not to be saved from or given temporary relief.  It is for a very important process.  It may even need to continue if your soul has signed up to experience something that it needs and wants to experience. In SoulFullHeart, there are no promises or guarantees that you can, or should, exit this very difficult place.  It is all an unfolding that takes much dedication and yet may still not yield the desired results if that is not what is meant to occur.

BUT, there is a process that can be had that can help to create the space from it so you can take the next steps.  I have had many “hell” experiences myself and can understand the intense emotions that are swirling inside.  However, there has to be just enough of a solid self and self-love there to create the space necessary to feel the parts inside you that are needing attention.  This is where the SoulFullHeart Process can be of service.  My heart goes out to those that are living in this intensity and hold it as a very sacred time, even though it feels scary as hell.

You are arising….from the seeds of your sacred humanity, in feminine or masculine form, does your little bud grow into full blossom. Watered by self love, self worth, self connection…….your flower petals of soul and heart open wide, open UP, releasing the mysterious scents and displaying the vibrant colors of your human-ness. This organic growth process happening often without your witnessing or tracking, spring-loaded as it is to occur.

You are arising….from the deep sleep of not being seen or heard or recognized in your authentic feminine or masculine VULNERABLE powerful leadership……now BEing woken up to your soul purpose here. Transitioning from your slumbering sleeping beauty state to your co-leading reign with your BEloved mate OR alone as solo Queen or King for a phase. Your slumber has been necessary, yet so painful at times, I know, and I have been compassionate witness to it ALL.

You are arising….from the letting go of mirrors within relationships that no longer reflect your awakening self. BEing real about how you FEEL in these unions, especially those formed from previous genetic bonds, soul agreements that may be complete, and karmic binds that you no longer need. Moving on with love and grace from these bonds while keeping your heart open…..yet your soul, heart, body, and mind desires for nourishing transaction becoming more clear.

You are arising….from the tears of your inner child BEing felt finally and the little daughter or son within you receiving parenting care from you and from the Divine Feminine Mother. You are healing and integrating your 3D self aspects that had to form in order to survive the world. Your awakening WOMAN or MAN maturing through connection with the undigested trauma of those past thens….moments that still exist in the now of your emotional body that are assimilating into you. You are ripening into your emotional maturity AS you integrate the ageless wisdoms and gifts of your soul.

You are arising….from the remembering of your galactic origins and tastes of your Star BEing roots. You are being invited to speak the languages of these heritages, every syllable creating a wave form connection beaming out from your chrystalline throat and your cosmic heart. There is something ancient here and beyond time too, in the NOW you are merging with your Star BEing aspects to infuse higher dimensional frequencies into your human one to arise into a sacred form in human.

You are arising….from the essence of your purpose to serve love as you align your life to this calling. You are transitioning from DOing things as your means of drawing livelihood to BEing service of love in ALL moments. Receiving and responding to the gifts from the Universe and Divine Source that come as you serve love and let go of ‘hows’. The mind cannot be certified to serve love nor the remembrance of your soul gifts come from traditional learning or the previous self-image-based ways, yet you gain access to it as you BEcome and open up to it with your genuine and humble desire to serve love.

You are arising….We SO support this process and we are HERE to be with you in it ALL…the blooming, the growing, the speaking, the receiving, the responding, the giving, the serving, the BEING. We are HERE with so much love for you, AS aspects of you, to offer a template of NEW sacred human for you to lean into as our Divine frequencies blend with your human ones. You draw the form of us AS you that you most need and can resonate with.

Dearest sacred human…you are arising!! Claiming the love that you ARE and so BEcoming it too during this time of Re-Union and Re-membering. So much love to you from us to us and WITH you!
