How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

Physical Body Ascension: Being With Chronic Illness Through Parts Work

Sometimes it feels like pure bliss to be in your body and to be in this dimension… there is so much you get to do with your body. You get to explore your sexuality, get lost in dance, walk, run, do yoga. If you’re a woman, you get to explore if you want to have children or not and have your body become a sacred vessel for new life.

At other times, it’s painful to be in the density of your body, especially in the density of this dimension and going through all of the changes you’re going through.

Your relationship with your body during Ascension is critical. It’s so important to take care of yourself in all ways. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably someone who seems to move things emotionally through the physical body. There is a lot of purging going on with these upgrades coming in, and because of this and the need sometimes to move our emotional and spiritual processes THROUGH our physical bodies, there is a lot to pay attention to, be with, and love (as much as we can) as it comes up.

I’ve had allergies for as long as I can remember. I had childhood asthma too, which I really feel was ‘cured’ actually by star BEing visits (abductions) I experienced as a kid in this lifetime. I really feel like they would visit me, bring me to their ships, to help me find my feet in this dimension and live into my Service-Of-Love purpose. The allergies came up again today. They’ve been moving in and out of my body for a while now, because of upgrades coming in and helping my parts let go of them too. I’ve realized that parts of me have felt my allergy symptoms as ‘love’… a reason to take time off or check-out of life for a while. I’ve noticed that they come up when parts of me feel overwhelmed or I’m going through many changes in my life. They’ve been a heart-rail for them to hold on to. The more 5D Self I grow UP into now though, the less my parts will need them and the less often I’m experiencing them.

This piece feels important for everyone who has had chronic or persistent illness. Journaling with the illness, being with parts of you who associate themselves with it, are ways to find more info about why it’s there and what it has offered parts of you for so long now. It feels like sometimes it’s part of the upgrading and purging process too. There’s an invitation here to not make pharmaceuticals ‘bad’ if you are suffering terribly, yet there is huge value in also feeling what soul pieces could be coming up through your illness as well as this-life emotional pain and what alternatives there could be for some relief, including just BEing with yourself and your parts.

The physical body wants your love and curiosity just as much as your other ‘bodies’ do and it so needs everything you’ve got within you to help it upgrade along with you in all other areas of your sacred life! ❤

Make Friends With The Gap!

What gap?’ you say….

The gap between where you are and where you’d like to be….

The gap between what you are feeling and what you’d like to be feeling….

The gap between the company you keep and the company you dream of keeping!

Without the gap, there is no reason to be here. Without the gap, there is no growth or learning, or remembering.

Without the gap, life is dead. God forbid, that regardless of what new realities you attain to, that you are left without something to reach for – to BRIDGE to.

Part of the gap that has deep and profound meaning for me is offering myself as a bridge in serving others to discover more of their Higher Self embodiment, more of their authentic self manifesting in their everyday ‘what it feels like to be them’ kind of worlds.

As A Man…

As a MAN:

Trying to ‘be a man’ outside of a relationship to someone or something is impossible.

Manhood itself is ‘an expression in relationship to’.

There is always an arena of life in this way that the man finds himself in, that is full of challenge that calls for choice, and alignment of one’s actions with those choices.

So then life as you currently know it, is not something that needs to gottten over or around in order for you to be a man, but rather, life as you currently know it is something that needs to be embraced, faced and moved through in order for you to feel your manhood moving and expressing.

Where this gets truly rewarding is when we make this conscious and find new ways of responding and relating to all of life around us. We then see ourselves literally becoming the man of our own dreams.

We do this not by trying harder to be a man, but rather by finding and feeling the parts of ourselves that are not on board just yet for their own valid reasons with our gender and power expression in the world. Trying to be more of a man without these kinds of deeper explorations into our emotional bodies only serves to add another layer of suffering and internal war with ourselves, as a self improvement project that we tried to power our way through, is again laid to the side, on the shame pile.

Even this suffering and internal war though is not an end in itself, for as a man, we are ever finding our way and finding the impetus to our next choices. We actually needed, and many still currently need, their suffering loops to alchemize their next larger soul choices and action trajectories. There has never been a time like this time to live into what your soul came here to feel and learn as a soul who chose the MALE gender.

Manhood is EPIC, MAN! You didn’t sign up for anything small when you checked the MAN box. You signed up for it because you are up for it…you’re only waiting for a MAN picture that you can truly buy into!

The Journey Of Change Is Within

Within each moment there is the potential for something significant to happen that is unexpected by our veiled consciousness and yet “served to order” by our higher consciousness.

You are the boat, the sea, and the sky. You navigate the waters that were created by your own choosing. Talk to the sea. Feel the nature of the waves. Look to the heavens for guidance and direction. Use your God-given gift of curiosity and courage to embark on a journey of self-forgiveness, empowerment, and purpose instead of feeling like you are the play toy of The Universe in the midst of a storm you have self-lovingly chosen to ignore until it has become too much for your heart to endure.

Nothing that you created is beyond your power to change. The depth of your circumstance is only paled in comparison to the size of your soul that chose it. You will not change it overnight. There are no ‘silver bullets’ on the way back to Wholeness. There is pain to feel, choices to own, parts to love, risks to take, and stakes to claim.

You did not come here to watch the world go by. You chose this life to live…to ache…to grow…to ‘fuck up’…to learn…to Love…and repeat. This is your soul’s and heart’s calling. You chose humanity…now claim it with all that it has to offer in the next phase of your evolution as a conduit, creator, and conspirator for Love. Heal all that the world is needing you to heal so that you can BE what the world needs you to be…alive, aware, ascended in Love.

Grief As A Gift: Bridging Our Humanity To Our Divinity

After an experience I had with my beloved Kalayna yesterday (which I will write about later after we digest it more together), and a heartful conversation I had with an FB friend I was inspired to write about the feeling of Grief.

Grief is a profound experience in the wake of Loss. It opens the heart to the bedrock of our humanity and our divinity. It can be where the two join hands. Ultimately in our highest heart and soul essence, there is no loss, just a death and rebirth, a transmutation of energy. Of course, the circumstance and specifics of the loss can be quite jarring and extremely painful. To lose a child or other loved one in a tragic way holds so much energy than if it were in a natural one. Tragic grief is one that has so many dimensions to it that needs the time and space necessary to be as real and expressive as possible.

Grief is held by parts of us for so many reasons. It can be an inner child or teenager, inner shame and guilt, rage, and/or hurt. It is held in our SOULullar memory as another lifetime in our Metatsoul that may have multiple experiences of that same circumstance playing out. Holding the grief as a part of you, even as you are in the throes of the pain, helps to offer love to it from a different place as opposed to being the grief itself. You can move with it. Love it. Learn from it. Grow from it. It is actually a gift as it opens the heart into realms that were previously hidden and unconscious.

You can arise out of the ashes of grief with a renewed sense of surrender, acceptance, purpose, and self. You can feel yourself as divinely connected to Source, and even the expression of Source Itself. It is not meant to be a suffering loop or to be glossed over with any numerous distractions. The fear of getting sucked up by grief is what keeps the pain in place. That is another protective part not wanting you to feel any more pain than you already have in this and other lives. That is tender to feel and yet is also important to negotiate with this part how much you really want and need to feel and heal, once and for all.
This experience may be the most alive that many of us have ever felt. That is the gift in it as well. It offers a permission to feel all the pent-up rage, hurt, rejection, and existential pain. It is cathartic and transmutative. So as we focus on the joyous side of being Alive on this day of 5/5, there is also the sorrow side that gifts us what joy truly feels like in contrast. And for that, we honor it and love it just as we would any other emotion that helps us to authentically feel our humanity.

5/5 Gateway Offers Soul Bigness And Journey Reflections, Movements, Growth

Before we enter these mega gateways, like 5/5, it’s like stopping at airport security. You have to go through a process of checking the stuff you’ve got with you and on you (in this case inside you too) and deciding what can come and what can’t. What is it that you want to bring with you into this next birth canal as you enter its gateway? Do you feel ready to bring your parts with you, even the ones that have been in shadow so that they can be illuminated, felt, and eventually integrated with love? Do you feel ready to look at your relationships and really see if they’re coming with you or not? Is your job or career coming with you or is there something else to feel about that? Do you feel ready to embrace abundance in all forms and let go of previous ideas of what that even is? What resistance do you have to this gateway and what it wants to offer you? ALL of these questions lead to feeling parts of you, or can if you’re ready. And from there the healing potential is exponential.

A gateway is another opportunity to let go of the ‘hell’ you’ve known in different areas of life for the sake of the ‘heaven’ you don’t know yet. It’s another graduation point for your healing and Ascension journey if you’re ready for that. It’s a big mirror too. Reflections of who you’ve been and who you’ve become too are coming your way! It’s not only a time for sobriety and looking at what has been but also celebrating what IS. What opportunities do you have in front of you for some big healing this time around? Can you look at yourself and your parts and feel gratitude for how far you’ve come? If you can’t feel some self-recognition at this point, it’s fair to say that there’s a part there blocking the doorway. A part that needs you to see it before it can allow you to see yourself. This part is often the one that wants so much to protect you that sometimes it also protects you from really letting in your goodness. The Inner Protector and the Inner Punisher are the parts often at play here. Intense stuff, yes! Yet… the process of being with these parts is the process you’re invited to engage with and if you don’t choose to do so now, you can ask your Inner Protector specifically about this.

Any fear of doing something “wrong” also seems to become backlit with 5/5. It’s an opportunity to start loving yourself from the inside out and being with the parts that feel this way. There is no “wrong” way to ascend or heal, yet there ARE ways that better support your soul bigness and where your consciousness wants to expand to.

5/5 is a time for reflection and movement. The number 5 has no closings, only openings… interesting, no? I feel the number 5 is known to herald big changes because it can’t hold anything inside of it. It’s a time to truly let go and go inward in order to flow all of that love right back out of you again. Yes, love the feeling of this! It’s a time for changes, big or small… and with every change, we’re invited to feel the impact of that change on ourselves, our parts and our worlds too. We’re invited to feel and see the steps into MORE… more love, more heaven-on-earth feeling, more service-of-love/5D Self moving into the body. Hmmm… maybe instead of moving INTO the body as if it’s something truly outside of us, it’s about helping that inner 5D Self-seed grow and evolve from the inside, out.

LOVE to you on this journey you’re very sacredly walking and feeling out during this and every gateway!
