Live Stream With Kalayna & Raianna TOMORROW, Aug 2nd, at 4pm CDT!

Only one more week until Lion’s Gate and the energies are helping us open up and out, guiding us to new ways to BE and inviting us to honour the sacredness of our humanity as we move into another year of openings, awakenings and deep movements. It truly feels to me like Lion’s Gate IS the ‘new year’ celebration for the spiritually conscious, as we bathe in the waters of renewing light and incoming waves of love.

Raianna and I felt guided to hold this live stream as an opportunity to feel these energies, to feel the next places in our consciousness expansion and inner healing that they are inviting us into, no matter what age, label, sun sign, etc we may feel most resonant with or that parts of us may be attached to. It feels like this live stream is about feeling our realness, the sacredness of our emotions no matter how messy, feeling how life and Divine love continue to invite us to inhabit vulnerable leadership, feeling how we are being guided to BE with ourselves, others and love itself as we continue to move through our personal activations and integrations on a soul, heart, and star seed level too.

This, we feel, is what the new wave of what has been known as ‘New Age’ spirituality is about… being real, bringing our truths yet with care, being where and who we are in this moment with an openness to feel that this is not all we are or all we’re meant to be and have. From this place of going into our depths, we get to awaken to more of who we are as individual souls and we can connect to our galactic aspects too that are waiting to reunite with us.

We will also lead a guided meditation tomorrow, to hold space with you as we all go inward for a moment and feel our next pieces we’re being invited into in service of love to ourselves and others and our next layers of feeling what the ‘new wave of the new age’ means to us all on a personal level. You may even meet a galatic Metasoul Aspect of yours who has been waiting for contact with you, if it’s time for that in this phase of your personal journey.

“Generation Me” – Love Yo’self: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (July 9, 2018)

This week’s Museletter features a brand new article from Raianna Shai about the generation is a part of known popularly as “Millennials”. In this piece she shares her sense of her generation and what they’re here to offer and be that is truly unique from other generations, perhaps especially in the area of self-awareness and the drive to deepen their journey around it too. She shares some powerful viewpoints on the different labels and judgments given to Millennials and the judgments that parts of them may have about themselves:

“Being self aware does not have to be a negative thing. In fact, nothing is truly β€œnegative” when you feel the layers deep down inside. Someone who seems β€œmaterialistic” β€œnarcissistic” or β€œentitled” really just has parts that are scared. Scared of failure, of losing what they love, of not being good enough or being abandoned. Of course, these parts need a mirror to be able to take responsibility for how they affect others, but they also need love and support. They don’t need to feel wrong or less than any other parts, they just need a boundary and a space to feel their fears. This, in turn, can transmute into more self-loving feelings such as confidence, self acceptance, and trust in the Divine.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are people at this age that are seen as tolerant, open-minded, and selfless. These are all beautiful things to be, but where does the self-care come into this? The more narcissistic parts of you may seem β€œbad” compared to these other parts of you, but their gift is that they know how to put themselves first. Which does NOT make you selfish or unable to serve others. Putting your own process first just means that you feel worthy of love and understand that it’s so important to fill up your own love tank before you can fill up others.”

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: The Magical Portal Of Your Own Darkness

Activation of Lions Gate/Sirian Energies Teachings And Guided Meditation From A Group Call(Video)

When I first heard about ‘Lion’s Gate’ portal opening last year during this time, it took me awhile to really FEEL it and relate with it beyond the cosmic meanings and implications. This is important to me….to really FEEL something that it is happening in the cosmos within my heart, in my ‘bones’, in my emotional body, in my joy and in my tears (if needed.) During this recent Lion/Lioness alignment opening phase in which we get to receive an even more direct love path from the planet Sirius, I did personally discover and feel what these energies were offering me and potentially you too. I’ve written and shared many writings about that over the last week, as have Gabriel andKalayna which you can read at our blog, soulfullheartblog.com or here on my FB feed.

The main codes or information invitation at the DNA level connected to Lion’s Gate (and available for ongoing downloading) are about abundance unity….both the unity in abundance and the abundance in unity. Really feeling what abundance of LOVE means to us in our lives and where lack or scarcity still persists and exists. The unity invitation seems to be around moving out of a lone wolf phase in a ‘cozy cave’ and into soul tribe commUNITY, sacred union, etc. in order to experience the abundance that is available there.

I shared this week about a deep and profound connection with Sela, my Metasoul aspect from Sirius, and the wonderful Lioness Queen energies that she brought into my BEing. Before this connection, I felt purgings from my emotional body related to a core wound that I am definitely here this life and in this now to keep healing. I received more clarities and validation during this lion’s gate around what I am offering through SoulFullHeart, on the cutting edge leading, and especially related to the Metasoul perspective and healing process that we offer. During our bi-monthly SoulFullHeart group call yesterday, we offer more about the Lion’s Gate energies and about the Metasoul perspective specifically. Healing Inner Patriarchy, Guided Meditation To Connect With Your Inner Protector/Mother Mary/Magdalena (Video)

This is the recording of the women’s group call yesterday with Kalayna ColibriΒ and I. I recommend this for women AND men, as I discuss quite a bit about the patriarchy (wounded masculine expression) and how this energy LIVES inside of us as parts of us, which we come to love and embrace. This dominating energy (which we have ALL chosen on a soul level to live out its dominance as a collective) lives in our soul legacies too and the themes that we are exploring in other lifetimes. It also impacts (and can block) our experience and access of connection with Divine Mother and Divine Feminine guides in the deeply personal and visceral way that is possible. I talk about how the SoulFullHeart process and access to and healing with the emotional body allows for the healing, integration, and transmutation of these patriarchal energies in the emotional body and in the soul field to allow more inner feminine to arise and to BE.

I also offer a soothing yet powerful guided meditation to connect with the frequencies of Mother Mary (as healthy Mother) and Magdalena (as healthy Queen) to infuse you with Divine Feminine energies to replace the ones that you have let go off from 3D birth family relationships. You also connect with your Inner Protector during this meditation, the part of you that guards and protects the ‘castle’ of your essence, your inner femininity, your inner child, etc.

The personal sharings are edited out of the call recording, yet, really, THIS is the HEART of this experience of BEing on one of these calls. It is the sense that you are NOT alone in your journey to grow, to heal, to arise, to remember, to CHOOSE your soul and higher self. Each sharing brings in a different frequency, a vulnerable presentation of what is real, inviting ALL out to share too from this space. I finish these calls with a sense that not just the women IN the call have been served with love, but the collective ONE has been as well and all who are connected to us through our heart chords. I feel blessed, honored, and grateful to hold the space for this energy of vulnerable bravery to heal what is real to go out into the collective!

After writing about the high frequency LOVE waves that are coming in just more and more every day into our atmosphere (Gaia’s and our INner ones too), I also share more on this video about these frequencies. Coming from an emotional body perspective WITH the energetic one, I offer a sense of how you are being invited to move beyond compartments in your life through negotiation with the 3D self aspects (esp. the Inner Protector) which still guard and even block your soul frequencies from flooding into ALL areas of your life.

This seems to be the invitation to us ALL through this ascension process and the gift of these high frequency energies…to embody our soul essence/higher self WITH a healthy and mature emotional body. This means LIVING everyday the 5D Heavenly life that our soul most wants and desires (which can be quite different from what our 3D self wants and has gotten used to as comfortable and safe)…..This is about serving love as our highest purpose here and aligning our life, through practical changes that flow out of the inner work, to this Divine expression.

Unicorns are higher dimensional Beings who are available for connection to help us heal, serve love, and boost our ascension process.
