March Energies Update: Bringing Awareness Of Yourself AS Energy Into Every Moment

I think I have said and written the word “energy” more since the beginning of the year than I ever have before! The energies that are coming to us and for us and with us even in this Now as SOULar flare and SOULar winds and SOULar storm activities continue into this day of March 15th are bringing energy more into our waking consciousness. Feeling how energies are impacting you on ALL levels is probably more in your awareness right now. Yet, really, this awareness of energies on the ‘outside’ and how they impact your insides is such an important aspect of awakening to hold on a moment by moment basis.

These cosmic and galactic energies are not actually doing anything to us, in another way. Because…..they ARE us. We are energy…..everything is energy. What we are experiencing of experience is energetic. Energy moves, transforms….vibrates from lower density to higher density. Vibrates faster or slower. Vibrates at a denser frequency or a more porous, higher one.

3D conditioning doesn’t allow for energy. It doesn’t make space for it, teach it, or see it as ‘real’. This limiting perception is like a box over your capacity to experience yourself AS energy and everything you experience AS energy. This limiting idea that energy is not real because it cannot be seen is one of ways that the veil can remain over our remembrance of our soul essence, our soul gifts expressing, our soul self being inhabited and embodied.

What you suffer from related to physical, emotional, and mental distress is sourced in energy. Emotional wounds are energy and made up of energy. Karmic wounds are energy and made up of energy. Suffering is energy and made up of energy. Mental ‘illness’ (which is not how I would label it or feel it) is made up of energy. Relationship discords are energy and made up of energy.

As you move into 4D reality, as you awaken…..a major aspect that awakens is your tracking of energy and how your own personal energy is impacted by others, by environments, by cosmic events, by geographies…by both inner and outer experiences. You may seek out energy healers to remind you of your own energy healing capacities, both towards self and others. Yet, EVERYONE……EVERY SOUL has the capacities to heal with energy since every thing IS energy. Even if you are not conscious of being an ‘energy healer’ you are one every time you transact love with yourself or with others.

The highest vibrational frequency of ALL is PURE love. PURE love is the frequency which can move and heal the emotional stuck energy, the karmic stuck energy, the mental stuck energy, the physical stuck energy, the relationship stuck energy. PURE love is a wave of VERY high frequency energy that we let into our BEing more and more, as it arises inside of us as we heal, as it arises inside as we integrate soul/star/angelic aspects, as we draw others in relationships based more and more in PURE love frequencies.

PURE love energy = PURE love experience =’s end of suffering over suffering…….this is a simple thing to understand yet harder to embody because of the stuck energy can be SO thick and congested, like concrete in some people. The stuck energy takes the form of protective parts, fearful parts such as the Inner Protector that use your energy to form barriers and guards and shields and weapons. This stuck energy needs to be negotiated with in order to let in the PURE love experience.

In our SoulFullHeart process in sessions, we do this very consciously with these parts…we connect energetically with the energy of the protection and guide you to lead this exploration. As these energies are felt with PURE love, they begin to shift into higher vibration, they become unstuck, they move into higher self expression. Protective energy becomes healthy self protection and eventually integrates into the 5D Self as it isn’t needed in the same ways.

As you digest and integrate and calibrate to the energies being offered right now from the Divine and the cosmos, remember that You ARE energy and how experience these current ascension energies is reflection of you. You can let in a beautiful flow of LOVE as you recognize it as such, as you let it in as such, and as you experience YOURSELF as a loving energy more and more….

March Energies Update: Solar Storms/Flares Amplify Bliss AND Mess States

Here they come! Solar energies from our sun and the Great Cosmic Sun streaming in to activate and to boost. There are HIGH solar storms churning out geomagnetic frequencies, reconfiguring Gaia’s magnetic field (flipping it around some are offering). Significant, pretty huge SOULar flares erupting out from our sun’s core too and ‘heading our way.’ Even the mainstream news sources are reporting about these activities (in their  ‘strictly’ scientific way, yet, somehow, you can feel the underground excitement.)

All this sun activity feels quite masculine….meant to create surges and even purges, meant to shake up and wake up, meant to (in a good way) churn and burn. This sacred masculine galactic energy that has been SO much more intense in the last year meets and matches and exceeds the wounded masculine inertia that had settled over 3D life. It can rumble the technology, the satellites, and the 3D established systems. It can dissolve the 3D matrix and help those who are ready to ‘unplug’ from it to find their sovereign capacity to do so.

All this sun activity impacts our bodies too, even those quite still anchored to 3D reality will feel it on some level. You may be experiencing headaches, neck and shoulder tension, dizziness, edginess, interrupted sleeping or fogginess and sleepiness, heart palpitations. The degree you feel this is VERY individual to you, yet there is a ‘collective body’ as well that you may end up connecting too as Unity Consciousness continues to expand and open up. BE gentle with body reactions to feel them out, feel where they are sourced from, feel if they are from your emotional body…..emotions coming up that are manifesting in the body.

Feel if the emotions that are coming up are connected to another timeline or Metasoul Aspect reality. MUCH bleed through of other timelines is going on in this NOW too….Lemurian and Atlantis especially. Be conscious of which timelines you are letting through and how much. The higher frequency ones can be very helpful right now. You may be experiencing time as so much less linear, less anchored to ONE timeline…..more overlapping, merging, and multiple timeline realities at once. The main sense I am getting about these solar (truly SOULar) energies is that they are really meant to AMPLIFY whatever your consciousness reality is at this phase. This amplification may bring you into just TOTAL BLISS states and Kundalini activations/awakenings (as I experienced yesterday) and offer support to your 5D Self, just real watering for your essence to come through. Essentially pulling you into the higher dimensional New Earth consciousness experience for it to sink deeper into your bones, your every living cell, your walking around reality. This offers more ‘carrot’ for you to keep healing, keep feeling, and keep awakening….when you get these tastes and senses of 5D and higher and are able to bring them more deeply into your body and heart.

Or these energies may offer amplification of shadow places to go in your emotional body and/or Metasoul. You may get more sense of parts of yourself to feel that are in pain. Access to your Inner Protector as the masculine ‘force’ in your life may become much more real and palpable, plus the feminine parts that he is protecting such as the Inner Teenager and Inner Child. You may feel more clearly your inner family crying out for your love. You may feel places in your life that need and want your attention, choice points, and focus….a sense of ‘no more’ of this pattern or life choice or relationship.

Or your experience may be somewhere in the middle of the Bliss and the Mess……or UP and then down.
This activation and amplification during this March is definitely being offered as a GIFT. A beautiful GIFT from the Divine to bring us into our next places of awakening, both personally and collectively. A GIFT to bring us into states of remembering and letting in and letting go….to recode and ‘un’code the programs and conditionings that no longer serve us. Feeling these energies AS a gift (rather than a punishment or to promote more suffering) can help with the letting in and riding out and surrender to them.

Learning To Surf The Equinox New Earth Ascension Energies

Woke up at 1:11 this morning. I felt myself restless. I could feel a part of me wanting to presence itself and another part wanting to just go back to sleep. I get up at 3:30 in the morning to prepare for my online English teaching gig. These are the moments when there are inner conflicts and frustrations. Yet with feeling these divergent parts of me I can take space for them that allows me to honor both and negotiate a bit.

I can feel how these current energies are just that. A current, or flux, of activation. They don’t really take stock of what our 3D conditioning has been. “Don’t you realize I need to be up in two hours?”

“I don’t live in Time. Sorry. Well…not so sorry. Just what IS.”

Just what IS indeed. I did a Practical Ascension video yesterday with my beloved Kalayna and we talked about the mental body and its relationship to ascension. I have been feeling this inside myself along with my inner masculine, both of which are so closely connected. This mental masculine feels a press and a frustration with this ISness. It doesn’t always just “go with the flow”.

By that I mean He doesn’t quite know how to surf these Ascension waves sometimes. When there are things to “do” they can just plain get in the way! But this is what these energies are supposed to help us feel. They are activating something beyond our usual and normal. Turning things downside up and inside out. There is an emotional churning that is invited into a conscious feeling space and it is my responsivity (feels less rigid than “responsibility”) to show up for the popcorning going on inside.

These intense energies are meant to shake something up that is in stasis within us. “Busy-ness as usual” is not the order anymore. It is a time to feel what IS. What is your body needing? What are parts of you feeling even in their polarity…especially in their polarity? What truth is rumbling that needs expression as it is being simultaneously repressed? Ascension energies are not just about feeling good, they are about feeling what is real…and sometimes what is real doesn’t always feel good.

This may be a time of cross grain energetics of 3D, 4D, and 5D. Taking the moment to go in and conduct a heart scan of the emotional and spiritual bodies is the call of the day. The mental masculine is in need of the flowing and circular feminine to help assist in this ongoing Equinox UPshift. Feeling what is occurring beyond the mental veil and in our converging Metasoul timelines can bring more clarity to all that may be rumbling inside. This is done through direct negotiation with what we call the Gatekeeper… the doorman, guard, and guide of the veil.

Learning how to surf may be a precursor to learning how to fly. I feel a gratitude for this at the moment even as the eyes are getting heavy and the alarm goes off in an hour. My parts are feeling okay about it as they felt the context and my heart. I can serve love to young children without feeling frustrated. Now there is a movement that feels significant in its simplicity.

PRACTICAL ASCENSION: 7 KEY AREAS OF LIFE – MENTAL AREA INTRO

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, discuss the mental area of life and how we can relate to the mental body from a point of view of love, respect, and spiritual and emotional healing and evolution.

There is so much energy placed on the mind and mental-based reality filtering is lauded and rewarded in our 3D reality, often over any other sort of pursuit or endeavor. Our five senses are the accepted gateway to taking in and understanding our world and the parts of us that make up our 3D Self, including our Inner Protector, Teenager, Mother/Father, and Punisher. As we ascend and awaken into more 4D frequencies and experience of life, sometimes there is a grasping at mental-based spirituality and filtering of spirituality in order to understand what’s happening in the individual and the world too, and why. This can step on the deepening emotional and embodied spiritual experience of awakening and is often a fear-based reaction from parts who are not ready for the awakening or are afraid to let go of 3D reality.

Kalayna and Gabriel also share about the awakening 5D Self, whose reality is more about visceral experience and moving with emotions as they come up rather than rationalizing or filtering them through mental-based conclusions or reasoning. Throughout Ascension, there is more fluidity that is invited, starting within, as the healing and unification of the Self continues and more oneness/non-dual experiences that are well beyond the mind can be had.

They offer too, that the mind is meant to ‘come with us’ during this process of Ascension and not to be left behind as many other spiritual paths offer. It is a crucial aspect of helping us find and visualize what’s possible for us and what our meditation journeys want to offer and show us. Eventually, perhaps the mind as we have known it is not needed anymore, and that alone can leave parts of us feeling anxious about what that reality could mean or be like, especially as the mind and thinking has been so over-emphasized and over-energized in 3D life.

The More You Already Are

If you could have anything you ever wanted, or ever will want, how would that change your life in the long run?

Forget about the three wishes and the Aladdin’s lamp scenario. In today’s deal, there’s no limits what-so-ever, so no need to choose any prioritization.

You don’t need to deliberate over whether a billion dollars is more important than personal happiness, etc. You can have it all, physically, financially, spiritually, emotionally, sensually, sexually, and whatever other ‘ally’ you can think of…I must have missed a few, right?

Oh, yes, cosmically, galactically, socially, mentally, environmentally….

Where would you start?

I’d start on the first thing my heart or body or mind or spirit had appetite for. There’s places to visit and experiences to be had for sure, and I’d start with them, but I guess I wouldn’t be doing any of those things to be happier, because I’d have already dialed up all the happiness I wanted as well. This world of no limits whatsoever would be pretty crazy wouldn’t it, and something to get used to?

Before too long, I wouldn’t be operating from any sense of need or desire, because I have or can have whatsoever my heart desires, and then that desire would now be shifted to a fulfillment. I’d have to use some of this creative power to create some needs or desires, or I wouldn’t have any basis for existing in this dimension of experience and pleasure.

How do you define a pleasure without a displeasure to compare it to? A five star hotel only gets its appeal from comparing it to four star, or a three star, or a dumpy slummy kind of dwelling.

How do you define joy without knowing some sorrow?
Can your capacity for joy be separated from your capacity for sorrow?

It’s kind of like the trade off involved when you take an anxiety or depression medication. The med takes out the lows, but it also takes out the highs. It removes you from the range of your emotionality, as well as your humanity.

My guess is that before too long, I would want to be given back at least some of the aspects of my life of genuine unfulfillments and unmet desires, if I was to remain in a human experience in a world of duality (good, better, best, and not so good, etc). Unless of course, I just wanted to be done with this whole reality and cash in my chips. But, you and I wouldn’t be here were it not for some gain, some payoff that makes it all worth the ride, is my sense of it.

Now, let me ask you one more question.

What if, and this is a big ‘what if’, so get ready for it…., ‘what if this above have-it-all scenario and its play outs are exactly (underline exactly) what’s true for you and I on a higher level?’

If we all came from oneness-allness-Divine-source, (or whatever you want to call it, because even if you call it bananas, even bananas are an expression of it) the only thing the Divine didn’t possess was the ability to experience lack, or unfulfillment.

It seems the Divine needed and wanted to know lack, so it could come to experience greater fulfillments that the fullness of fulfillment it already knew. Full fullfilment isn’t actually possible in an ever expanding infinite love reality. It always wants more. It’s never actually fully satisfied. One glory leads to the wanting of more.

This feels so true to me and explains so much of our human behaviors. Addictions are not about our wanting too much, but rather about the fear of being possessed by our wanter, so we settle for the behavior or the substance to keep us from falling into what we fear of the abyss of never-ending want. We have a phobia of our wanter, so we lock it into lesser pleasures.

So, if that feels true, the next questions in our quest are then something like how could the All come to know lack? How could it be safe or desirable to give up Allness in some way to experience and know lack or absence?

My heart tells me that the only way consciousness would accept such a wild ride of departure from fullness would be on the condition of never actually losing the fullness, but only the awareness of it.

For the experience of lack to be real enough, and ‘enough’ is the key word here, it had to feel real. That could happen in a simulated reality we call life, where the simulated reality is one of many being generated by the Allness Reality Simulator, where we have a higher and a lower reality, both of which are equally true.

Here, we come to see and begin to feel that we never lost any fullness in our journey through lack. Lack is actually an expression of our fullness. Wow.

Trippy, huh? And all I’ve had to drink today is a second cup of Cacao and some fruit smoothie! Didn’t even need Ayahuasca!

Now, we come to see and feel that we agreed to forget our essence, only upon the condition that we would never lose possession of our essence. We knew there would be an awakening journey experience that we dialed up for ourselves, and that was the gold we chose over the gold we had.

You are living in an expression right now of your deepest power and superabundance as you experience lack and pain. You dialed up the experiential journey of forgetting, in order to have the felt experience of being re-MEMBERED with your essence.

And then, the cooler part still is that you did it for a net benefit. You did it to expand your perfection!

Holeeee shit! It’s all as holeee as its ever gonna be, right now, as you and I go exploring more and more.

The more that you come to know will never be topped by the more you already are.

There Are No Wrong Choices

We chose to enter duality, the place of choosing this over that, with a soul awareness that there are/were no wrong choices.

Every choice we make leads to an awareness that we made the choice; that we eventually came to either like it or not; and that we can make a different choice anytime we want, with what remains in our power to choose.

A previous choice may have narrowed the options before us, and a part of us may feel a bunch of regret about a particular choice, but even that pain filled result is a powerful act of a creator being enacted in order to come to terms with its own power. The wrong choice now couldn’t be more right.

The pain caused by the ‘wrong’ choice, and the all the internal reactions of self judgment, shame, regret, anger, etc., all give us a powerful opportunity to get to know and love the part(s) of ourselves who hold those feelings.

If your child returned home from school distraught over having been bullied that day, a healthy parent would open their heart to simply feel that with the child, so they could digest the trauma and move on. So it is we are being invited to feel the parts of us in reaction to this challenging world of duality we find ourselves in. Until the trauma is able to be felt by an open hearted ‘other’, there is no way for the pain to digest, but instead it gets compartmentalized away to go on to create more similar trauma for us to eventually show up for as the healthy parent ‘other’ to feel. In this way again, all the wrong choices lead to the right choices.

The right choice is simply the willingness to feel what we were up till that point unwilling or unable to feel. The whole point of all the drama of our lives, like any story, movie, or novel is that life essentially is about creating feeling. It can also be seen that all karmic play outs in our lives are not about punishment, but rather about re-creations of feeling scenarios, that we came here to feel.

It seems that if life in this dimension is anything, it is constantly about choosing some thing over another thing. We can avoid a particular choice, but no-choice is always very much a choice. Even in that, we are ‘event’ually brought to feeling the part of us afraid to choose, along with their sacred whats and whys.

These are the moments of total redemption. These are the moments of totally getting the whole point of all the dramas and their play outs. These are the moments of coming home to yourself.

YOU Are The “Event” You’ve Been Waiting For

“You are the event you’ve been waiting for….” this is what I hear and feel when I check in about the ‘event’ that many people are offering is coming soon, possibly within the next couple of weeks. The event is generally felt to be a significant blast of energy from the Great Central Sun delivered through our sun to us. This boost in energy is offered then to create a kind of mass awakening with different timeline predictions unfolding from there. Some offer that up to 1/3 of the population will simply ‘disappear’ and reappear on a third dimensional density planet. Others say that there will be a bifurcation (and that it is already happening) of two Earths…..a 3D one and a 5D one. Others offer that the boost in energy (if it happens) will support the acceleration of the Ascension process that is already happening with each individual soul choosing what their experience of reality is through where their consciousness level is at.

I tend to feel the most resonance with the last offering. I have experienced that Ascension is a process….a series of ups and downs, spirals, and deepenings. To feel it from a Divine Feminine sense…awakening is the death, the gestation, and the birth happening as possibilities in all moments. To set a specific date and to declare that very specific events and outcomes are going to happen ON this date feels like it comes from an place of impatience and maybe even suffering that is being relieved by going into a knowing place about what is going to happen next. There is also an undertone of fear if the event doesn’t happen soon…..a sense that the suffering will continue. Ultimately, also, it can be that parts of people are looking for something dramatic to change ‘out there’ rather than trusting that embracement of the inner process is what shifts ALL realities.

There is a ‘rapture’ archetype in our collective consciousness from religious conditioning as an aspect of the 3D matrix (that we’ve all chosen on a soul level). It has a disempowering and controlling energy. The picture that we will be ‘saved’ by Divine intervention and those that are ‘most worthy’ will experience Heaven and those that are not will be dropped into a Hellish existence. This is a polarized picture that is a reflection of the fear, distrust, unworthiness, and comparison that can exist inside of us from one part of us to another. The rapture picture lives in our Metasouls too with possibly aspects of us in other timelines actually living out the play out of this. To heal beyond this picture is to trust in the Now, in the Divine, in the sense of Oneness for which our consciousness came and is returning…..to trust that the awakening process is happening for each of us in a way that is sacred and supported.

When I check in with my Metasoul Aspects and the Divine about the event, what I get back is, “You are the Event. Each of you is the Event. The Event is your ever ongoing choices of love over fear. The Event is your arising into sacred humanity together. The Event is happening now.”  The energy I feel when this is offered is one of complete celebration for the tremendous transition that we are undergoing NOW as we continue in this process. It is honoring what we have endured, bravely felt, let go in order to let in and in order to BEcome sacred humanity. I feel an energy of complete support from our Higher Self aspects in continual unfolding.

There has seemed to be an increase in solar frequencies in the last few weeks, with the ‘power’ of the sun amplifying, along with the energies of the recent Supermoons. Offering ultimately a balance of masculine and feminine INside of us. If there is a pronounced solar energy surge coming soon, it feels like it will support the core of our trust, our choices based on love, and our service of love as well. It also may bring us into a more pronounced 4D transitional place with death and rebirths on a more mass scale, along with the ongoing disclosure process. In this case, it is not so much something to look forward to as an invitation to focus inward to increase your self love capacity overflow that allows for responding in service of love as needed.

In the meantime of this Now though it offers a boost to remember that……….YOU are the event that you’ve been waiting for.

Going Yin: The Healing Gifts of Our Relationship to the Feminine

Today is International Women’s Day. Now, of course, every day is Women’s Day, and vice versa. It is a reverence that just IS. It resonates and harmonizes with the feminine inside the masculine. It is clear that the 3rd-dimensional matrix upon Earth (I use Gaia for its 5D reference) is that of a patriarchal energy. Why else would there be a day to celebrate women? It feels important to let in what the feminine means for all of us men and to feel where our personal shadow may be in relationship to Her.

Since our “fall” from a more balanced union with the feminine there has been a force within the collective wounded masculine that has sought to dominate the feminine in one form or another. It has shown up in personal/social relationships, religious texts or their interpretations, the need to gain control over nature and consume Her resources. In this, I feel a deep fear of separation. The feminine has had a much stronger connection to Source, possibly due to their ability to give birth. It just understands creation and is a vehicle for that in a much more visceral way. I can feel this existential territory the collective masculine has navigated. In this fear of the unknown and unknowable, of which the feminine is so intimate, it seems likely that this need to control would play itself out. It also feels true that the masculine was more influenced by these darker energies and that this “influence” was coded into the DNA/meme of the masculine blueprint. Again, playing here, but something feels true here. The main point to me feels like, as men who have more of the masculine energies in us, that we are a part of that coding and it has had influence.

To truly ascend into what we are calling our Sacred Humanity we must feel any blocks or denser energies that can anchor us into 3D, or wounded densities. Our relationship with women is psychospiritual and has many gifts even in the shadow. By going inward (I call in going “yin”) and feeling the parts of us that hold more “negative” feelings about women, rooted in our relationship to mother and other important influences, we can begin to see what lurks in the background operating system of our projections. Our mothers/female caregivers hold a huge part of that reflection. What was the dynamic between mother and son and how does it play out in our current relationships and perception of the Divine Feminine? I know it is a bit Freudian but it is extremely important. I don’t feel it can be glossed over in regard to ascension.

The era we find ourselves is requiring us to inhabit a more Feminine frequency. We can not control this thing. It is a surrender to Love Spirit that cannot be contained but seeks a container to move with and through. That is tough knuckles for the wounded masculine energy that wants to control and issue its own parameters. I feel it in my being as the days progress. I am still working with it on some level as the Light is shining more on what needs healing. That is why I am being guided write this. But the gift of going in and feeling our relationship the feminine we are given the gifts and guidance needed to make our way into our more natural expression as a Sacred Masculine Human.

We are blessed with the ability to dance in the unknown and the aliveness that that brings to our present experience of life. We are opened in our hearts to let in more of this exquisite love juice that is lapping up on our shores every second of infinity. We are delivered into union with Her impeccable sensuality and sexuality as a portal to the All That Is that careens this magical energy all up and down our chakras. We see with heart eyes with reverence for all of life in all its bountiful and beautiful expressions both of, and outside, this world. There is an unlimited capacity for imagination and creation that sends beyond the machinations of our limited consciousness. She is the Queen of our King.

Gaia is looking for her Kings of Heart to arise out of the necessary ashes of 3D and embody the truly majestic essence of our being. We need to do our due diligence of feeling all there needs to feel in relation to Her and the Feminine. There is a correlate in women as well, but I will leave that to my feminine counterparts for that discussion. I am exploring this with an open heart and I don’t claim to have any definitive truths. I feel the heart says it all and is willing to feel more. Thank you for taking this in today and a special Love shower to all the women, feminine etheric/galactic BEings, Gaia, and Divine Mother on this day. I am in awe and reverence of YOU.

Moving From Energy Of “Against” Yourself to “With” Yourself

Energy ‘against’ anything INside of you just continues a cycle of inner torn-ness, self punishment, rejection, loss, confusion, suffering, inadequacy and insecurity, self doubt. Energies that offer for you to be against your ego or against your mind or against your body (sometimes supported even by unfelt self punishment frequencies in spiritual offerings) feed these inner cycles of suffering.

This against energy then draws toxic and unhealthy cycles that play out in life….in abusive relationships, in money struggles, in physical body injuries/struggles/illness, in emotional suffering, in capped spiritual growth. These outside circumstances are a reflection of the inner ‘against-ness’. They are a mirror for you to see and feel how this pattern is happening and where it comes from, where it sources from inside of parts of you.

When you bring love, when you bring ‘with’ energy to ALL aspects of yourself, the ‘against’ frequencies start to heal. They start to soften. They start to rest. They start to draw LOVING energies to your life that show up in nourishing relationships, capacity to be with pain yet not suffer, in a vibrant and healthy body, in financial abundance (whatever that means to you.)

YOU can bring this love as you embody more of your Divine Self that becomes a loving observer and witness and spaceholder to parts of you that are in the dark, in pain, in shadow, in ‘control’ (or want to be) and are stuck in the suffering cycles. You become able to identify, feel, and heal the INNER polarization of your feminine and masculine (for women and men) that draws these stuck relationships.

You become the spaceholder and matchmaker for a beautiful and touching sacred union within that deepens into WITHNESS as it moves out of AGAINSTNESS. As ALL parts of you then start to move out of fear and into love….
