Embracing Your Bliss Mess – Day 3: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

Today, for Day three of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about what I mean by the ‘bliss mess’ of ascension and why I advocate for the embracement of it. Bliss Mess is essentially the recognition and acceptance that we have had a messy emotional experience here in 3D and to desire to feel that in order to heal it…not just attain blissful states all the time. The attainment of bliss states can be used to bypass or transcend more difficult emotional places, woundings, and traumas that NEED to be felt and healed.

I offer a process for feeling any resistance in parts of you that may come up to feeling your ‘messes’ and going into that area. It is most likely your Inner Protector who would feel this way, usually doesn’t think that you can handle what would come up. The Inner Protector often related to you as an Inner Teenager, the energy that it has had to guard all your life. Negotiation with the Inner Teenager and the Inner Protector starts to separate their energies from each other, allowing more space for you to act as ambassador and negotiator. They are not judging our emotional states, yet do hope for the end of our suffering over suffering and for us to heal from the karmic patterns that can unconsciously haunt us, so that we can merge with them some more and create something completely new.

Our hearts are the beacon that shines across the stars and draws attention from around the galaxy!!

It is necessary to experience both the bliss and the mess to ascend, awaken your soul, enloven your heart, enlighten your mind, crystalize your body. To just reach for and want the bliss aspects of ascension is to miss out on the gifts that going into your deepest densities and shadows offers you. There is a wealth to your woundedness. Not that you need fixing, yet, going into your woundedness and healing it allows you to free up your essence and bigness from the wounded frequencies. This is a spring loaded process that just happens organically as you open up to experiencing both the bliss and the mess.”

Going into the wealth of our woundedness with MUCH care and compassion for all parts of us allows so many gifts of integration, growth, and, yes, eventually experience of bliss and joy….without leaving anything behind or covering over anything!

Practical Ascension Vlog Series: Social Area Of Life Introduction

In this day two video, I invite you to connect with the Divine Feminine frequencies that are coming up and being offered through the Supermoon and throughout January with ANOTHER Supermoon at the end of the month, plus a lunar eclipse. These energies ARE personal, not just cosmic, and provide a mirror to you for feeling, exploring, and BEing. I share my awakening to Divine Feminine frequencies back in 2010, which came after becoming Reiki attuned. I experienced a deeply touching connection with four Divine Feminine forms of Kuan Yin, Magdalena, Mother Mary, and Dark Mother/Kali. My experience of Her energies since then has just deepened and expanded into a very personal and nurturing experience.

I then guide you in a meditation to connect with Divine Feminine/Mother energies through whitish-pink energies, sitting a circle, and letting in lots of love through the heart chakra. 2018 Energies Invite Discernment, Reflections On Your Healing Path

There are many understandable qualms and queries that a wide array of souls have about letting in ‘new’ teachings and perspectives. There’s a way that in a sense, many of us have said ‘yes’ to being a part of abusive groups and leaders – political, spiritual, etc. Perhaps that’s why resonance can be a scary thing for parts and Metasoul Aspects of us, who have been ‘burned’ before, who have walked out (and may still be walking out) abusive relationships on many levels with those who they were once convinced truly loved and accepted them ‘unconditionally’ – which is perhaps one of the biggest hooks of them all and speaks to so much of our collective and personal wounding…

Today, after doing some research into different spiritual leaders and groups, I feel a collective pain and it feels like it pierces and echoes quite strongly. It’s a sense of some heavy influence and infiltration (which was signed-up for and allowed in for good and necessary reasons) from what can be called ‘Archonic’ energies and whispers, which really in a way just feels like the whispers of heavily unowned or outright disowned shadow. To find ourselves in abusive relationships on any blatant or subtle levels reflects an abuse which perpetuates inside of us and the suppression of our own shadows; what has been held in the dark and not only what could be considered ‘dark’ or low vibration. Taking this in as a piece for collective healing is important, yet the more important and power-filled choice is to take it back inward, to find our personal contribution to it, starting from us to us.

The degree to which there is denial that ALL, even the most precious, beloved and highly regarded gurus of our time and beyond also have ‘shadow’ to work and aren’t perfect or above being the human they signed up to be in their life and timeline, is the degree to which it is often suppressed and disregarded within too. We want to blame the others who fall from grace, yet so often there are parts of us, ESPECIALLY Metasoul Aspects of us, that have experienced this themselves in their own timelines and are afraid to face the shadow within that matched and made OK the unowned shadow in the other in THIS timeline.

That might be a lot to digest, yet it feels of great importance if we are truly to ‘clean house’ in this new ‘year’ called ‘2018’, which, it feels like, IS the invitation when it comes to Disclosure’s current unfolding that cannot be avoided personally as it happens globally.

To make the choice to lean into a new offering, such as what we talk about and share in SoulFullHeart, likely brings up quite a bit for some of you who feel resonance and yet feel a need to balk and take it this work in in small doses. This is understandable and actually feels necessary too. There is a need now to truly discern where a teacher, author, guru, speaker, etc is coming from and to vibe-in with their particular views of love and spirituality, to see if they truly work for you at this time. There is an enormous capacity in all of us to let in and lean in and there is a vast amount of distrust that comes with that too, embodied in a part of you that we call the Inner Protector and also the Gatekeeper. Bless this part of each of us for the filtering, the necessary judgments and push-aways, the incredible job they have done and had to do. To be truly led by your deepest heart into healing paths that will not offer abuse but instead continually give you back to you as you find the power of your naked heart and soul again without need of a Protector, is perhaps one of the most profound gifts coming to you this year and beyond and it is definitely my own wish for ALL of us as we continue arising and rearising into our Sacred Humanity, that is powerful, soulful, and above all heartful. ❤

Practical Ascension: The 7 Key Areas Of Life Vlog Series

In the course of living into the SoulFullHeart Way Of Life, we have felt that there are certain areas of our personal and practical lives that can be compartmentalized, or not brought into alignment with our highest timeline. These areas are ways that we can assess where you may be feeling some frustrations and desires for more. Each area has its own unique dynamic depending on the conditioning and wounding that is associated with it. Each area is looked at through a 3D, 4D, 5D lens.

Where one tends to have the most anchoring in 3D is where we would want to feel the part that is holding on, which is usually well-guarded by what we call the Inner Protector. To fully embody and experience our higher 5D energy and frequency, healing and letting go of these anchors is a vital part of the ascsension process in our personal experiences and of those that we serve.

The Making Of A New Year Is Up To You

“But what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths.”

Our relationship to time is a fickle thing looking at it through a different lens. We create an ‘other’ out of a year and tell it what we thought of it as it walks out of the door of the home we built together 365 days ago. Sometimes, I feel 2017 getting a collective kick in the ass and I feel for it. I feel for every year that gets wrapped up in expectation and then withers into discontent by March. (Yeah, that bully March. Just doesn’t know when it has something good.)

So much projection onto our time capsules. That which we have created to give us direction and a viewfinder for measurement. I have no ill will toward 2017. It was a noble servant of Love as it brought up so much of our collective shadow, and maybe that is what some of the reactions may be about. We are responding to what is unconsciously percolating on the inside. A disclosure of our enclosure.

We have our own personal relationship to 2017, each that was a story created by our individual and collective consciousnesses. There were some bumps in the road for me emotionally that were all perfectly laid for this new lift into leadership, romantic relationship, and inner ambassadorship. A part of me has looked back at moments with some questioning and remorse, but in hindsight it couldn’t have been any other way as I now find myself in a beautiful vantage point.

Each new year gets to be as we choose it to be, even as those choices create tension, reaction, and conflict. It is all a part of the ascension process. But what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths. It is also reunion. A re-unit-ing of all our suppressed and unfelt parts of us still in trauma or dischord as well as our soul aspects spread across time and space dimensions. The balm of this growth and the connective tissue of this reunion is Love.

Love is the guiding light of all our choices even when they don’t feel like love to a part of us. There is a way in which we have care-taken parts of us and others in the name of Love. When we get to the core of what we are truly feeling in our emotional body and compare it to where we want and need to be, the sacred path reveals itself. Holding space for those choices is what we are here to offer.

2018 feels like an epic year personally and collectively. How we relate to it is truly up to us in all the ups and downs it may bring, which is what we subscribed to even before it has hung up its clothes on its side of our closet. In this moment you can choose the INtention, breathe in the desire that is baking in the oven, and then let go of what actually comes out of the oven one year from now, “cuz it ain’t gonna be what you thought it might be”. None of us do.

What we can choose is to feel all of the edges of what we truly want and the fears that come up in response. We can walk through these together and create a New Earth Consciousness and authentic heart and soul resonance with transparency and vulnerability as the fuel of this merkabah we call SoulFullHeart. Many heartfelt wishes to you in this arising New You Year.

Arising Into Sacred Humanity In 2018

New Year’s Eve can be a day of much reflection as we look back on the previous ‘year’ of our lives, feeling in retrospect where it was we ‘went’ physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc. I feel such value in this reflection for all of us… there can be pain there too, as we feel with parts of us what some of the more challenging aspects of this year were.

In a world that is constantly in flux, so too are you in flux in your very being, all of those cells and atoms, all of that stardust and moonlight that makes up your fabric of self… so much has been downloading, bringing in upgrades and upheavals along with some very ‘up’ feeling times and some ‘down’ times as well. Increasingly, there is and has been SO much to feel! SO much to let IN! SO much to BE in… invitations raining down and into us from above and all sides, from Guides, from Metasoul Aspects, from our hearts, too.

As I feel what this year brought for me personally, I feel much gratitude and reverence… for those ‘tough’ inner processes and for the other side of those processes too. For the incredible Sacred Union mate that I get to be with, transact with, serve love with. For the young women who I’ve served directly in space-holding sessions, helping me get my feet wet as a spaceholder, teaching ME as much as I was teaching them and in so very many ways. I feel the humility I’ve learned this year, from serving love through writing blog articles and poetry, through responding to your responses, through meditations and manifestations that reflect me back to me, through finding deeper and deeper love within myself; with others in commUNITY; with my beloved mate and fellow facilitator/teacher, Gabriel… I’ve been blessed and blissed. I’ve been taught and have taught too. And, more than anything else, I have loved and been loved. And my sense of it is that there will only ever be MORE of this experience to come now, the more I (and you) continue to go inward to be with the parts that block and filter and project-out at love, the more WOOSHING waves of incoming love light and transmutation will come into and over us all…

Thank you ALL for being a part of my orbit and allowing me in to be a part of yours. I am deeply, profoundly, sincerely honoured to be a part of the service of love that you are letting in and nurturing inside of yourself. Thank you, thank you, thank you…

May 2018 be the ‘year’ of more truths unveiling, starting inside. May it be that you continue to let in the outside world as a reflection of your inner. May it be that as Sacred Humanity arising, we continue to find our hearts instead of battlefields; compassion instead of outrage; humble passion instead of prideful prowess; and, above all, a deep sense of who we came here to be and how we are meant to serve LOVE in its most honest and far-reaching form from deep, ever-yielding and filling UP love wells inside of us!

Getting To The Root Of Love And Pain With Our Parts

I wanted to share from my own process experience today because I’ve been feeling some self consciousness while working with what we call an Inner Punisher part.

For me, the doubt comes out around writing. This part of me can’t help but to compare myself to how much output my beloveds in SoulFullHeart seem to produce. He doesn’t have as much concern for what I write about and how it is received, although some of that is still there. It’s more about just having the desire for it or not. I felt with him this morning about his desire for me to be able to write from my heart and inspiration rather than out of duty or obligation to those in SoulFullHeart.

I, as Raianna, have a desire to serve love in any way I can. I know that my process can help others to either decide if they are interested in SoulFullHeart or to deepen their process if they are already in the process. Maybe my writing can even help those that have a particular situation that they’re feeling and living out. As my highest self, I know that no matter what I choose to share, as long as it is from my heart and my desire, it will serve someone, somewhere. Even if it’s just me.

So as I think of what to write about I feel this is perfect – the exact feeling that keeps me from writing in the first place. I have a lot more love flow with this part of me than when I first started this process due to a relationship we have grown together. He used to be much more intense, creating stress and anxiety within other parts of me that were scared to upset him. And he was scared to upset anyone outside of me. This became a difficult cycle to be stuck in, as it felt impossible to leave to these parts.

One thing I know I want to offer is that these parts, no matter how much they throw at you, are looking desperately for your love. They may frame it as a desire for love from anyone else except you, but you are the ultimate source of love that will never leave them, if you so choose. This degree of love is so pure, raw and already known in our souls that it comes so naturally once we are healed enough to allow it.

Connecting with this part of me allowed him to realize this for himself, too. He realized that chasing approval was his way of looking for love. Giving him the time and space to feel how he deserves love and that he’s forgiven for anything he feels he has done wrong has shifted something inside me so deeply. This process with him isn’t over but feeling him everyday will get us one step closer to feeling the deeper roots of his pain.
