Energy Update: Solar Eclipse Brings Higher Timeline Activations And Reactions Too

As your higher timeline calls you, it stirs the pot in every area of your life, making your nest prickly enough that you start to fly straight for it as it moves more and more into your heart and soul field.

Energies coming in now from today’s solar eclipse are activating and supporting this process of making space for the feelings that come up as this happens… as this necessary phase of sorting through and moving on calls to you.

The Divine Father/masculine is especially here to help with the activations around finally being able to really see and trust what’s possible even if parts of you are having a hard time feeling worthy of it. The Divine Mother/feminine is here as well, to help with the integration of the activations and to guide you to create a safe space for yourself and your parts to feel everything that is coming up for you and for them and to make choices based in your truly expanding heart consciousness.

Our Divine Parents, however you want or feel to let them in, want nothing more for us than the best of everything we could possibly have… especially love. They are vibing to me in this moment to share that they are here to remind us of the journey that love IS. That it IS a journey, first of all, starting within. It IS a carrot dangling in front of us, a beam of light to pursue, but it is also always what’s possible and imminent, never just a moving goalpost. We have so many choices to keep making in pursuit of love, healing with love, and serving love, and they are with us in all of it, wanting the genuine BEST for us, helping us find the motivation to stick with the inner journey of discovering what that means for each of us individually.

The Passage To The Deep Masculine: Connecting With The Inner Feminine

“The passage to the deep masculine is through, and with, the deep feminine.”

This was a quote I read once form a book about the sacred masculine. It was new I formation, but at the time it landed in me profoundly. Made more sense in my heart than it did in my head. It comes back around today as I continue on this deepening inner quest of my own sacred manhood.

The eclipse energy provided a softer tone in my inner environment. I could feel a contrasting presence from my experience yesterday. She lives in the forest and communes with the animals. She sings and glides gently from place to place. Swirls of energy dance around her as she seems almost etheric or misty in vision.

She used to feel like an angsty and irritated energy inside of me not knowing exactly how to feel or be in a man’s world and body. It was fusion to this energy that can be a confusing space for both the man and his inner feminine. A battle of sorts. I have also felt a suppression and a judgement of her as well. This is what gets highlighted in their presence. The shadow of our relationship to Her.

But as a man begins to connect and learn from her from this deep feeling place, he begins to see and feel life from a much different vantage point. There is a reconciliation that starts to happen and the layers of judgement, shame, guilt, control, and rage find their rightful place and we can then be with them in a real way. In a vulnerable way.

The inner feminine is like a catalyst of the healing process within each of our masculine hearts. She helps us to see the broader picture and feel the poignancy of each moment. The beauty of the Now. The flow of being that gives our doing a sense of magic.

On my journey she is like a beacon and a poultice of all the places I need to go to heal this one man’s heart and soul. She is the Yin to my Yang that will deepen over time and into a union that sparks more of my leadership and my creativity. She is the object of an inner romance that amplifies and deepens my outer one. This is the passage to what I believe takes Man-kind to its next level of its human maturation and evolution.

The Quest Of The Sacred Masculine: Healing The Inner Teenager

On my current quest of Soul, I found myself on the other side of a ravine having just crossed a bridge that was inspired by one of Jelelle Awen’’s meditations a couple of days ago. Alongside me is my Protector/Gatekeeper named Rogan. He is feeling like the Lewis to my Clark for all you American history buffs. Or the Marco to my Polo. However you want to relate to it. We are a team, and he is there to help me access the areas in my emotional and spiritual body that is in need to be felt or related to for any reason.

This morning I had a hit in my heart from an old part of me that I have worked with in the past that goes by my birth name Chris. He was the part of me that related to life before awakening. More of a 3D interface at times, but now feels to hold a more 4D inner teenager energy. I felt just to go with the intuition and check in with him.

There were some remaining tears about the way he lived life and wish that it could have been different. Not really regret or shame, but just a sweet remorse. Leftover remnants that needed to be felt apparently as I continue this journey. I then felt his longing and ache for a father energy that was different than what he was raised with. This felt really tender and very poignant as a man delving deeper into soul and heart.

What I got from this experience is that as we heal in order to ascend (it does not happen with some effort), there are layers in the emotional body that need our attention. As a man, one of the more sacred layers is that of our inner teenager and his relationship to his father. This feels true for women as well. The wounded teenager holds so much of our relationship to all sorts of life be it sacred or mundane. It wanted and needed so much for sacred initiation by a masculine that had his own healing and quest of soul as a priority. Unfortunately, many of us did not get that. What we can feel is that we got the best they could give us even if it wasn’t much or quite a bit.

I felt the Divine Father come into our space together offering Chris his heart and an invitation to be held and supported by Him. We would co-lead an initiation together and heal the remaining reactions to a life that is increasingly in the rearview. Tears flowed at the possibilities to heal and experience what he had always wanted. This is the hallmark of transmutative healing from the inside out.

So now Chris is on this epic quest with me as I continue to retrace my steps back to Self, Soul, and Service. He remains an integral part of my inner world, as do all inner teenagers. As a man, this will open out into a deeper connection with inner masculine guides that will all be a part of the awakening and arising sacred masculine within us all.

The Quest For Soul

I am not sure if every man (or woman’s masculine) feels the draw for a quest, but I can feel that desire inside of me. I remember my friends and I played all sorts of games that sparked the imagination and sent us to far off lands, both fantastically and galactically. Of course, there was always a battle where we would arise victoriously or fall in defeat.

However, the shift has turned inward. The outer battles getting old and tired. The fantasy turned to a hardened reality. I chose to go on a new quest where I wanted to end the battles within and find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. What I have learned is that the quest IS the pot of gold.

There is an epic world and story inside of us comprised of conditioning, beliefs, and experiences that have formed our current perception and feelings toward ourselves and Other. These energies are held as players in our Grand Play. We get to go back to the playground of our youth and use that free imagination to re-member our selves back into Wholeness. However, this quest is full of facing our deepest wounds and our darkest sides, in many realms of our interdimensional existence.

We are not out to battle them, defeat them, or deal with our “shit”. We are meant to outfit ourselves with the power of Love and go find these wounded, scared, angry, and powerful parts of ourselves. They are the real target of our INtentions. We go find their stories and see how they have manifested themselves in our lives. It is a real-life soap opera right inside of us. Though the point is to heal the suffering and eventually end the long-running show.

You are much grander and joyful than you may be currently feeling in this current consciousness. Turning the gaze and quest inward is a remarkable journey that, when leaned into and deepened, can provide the Next Level of your passion, purpose, and both inner and outer romance. As we each make our way, we all make our way.

It is better than Netflix because you are the writer, director, and star of the show. It can provide a lot of awareness to what may have been hidden or just plain afraid to face. Entering ‘2019’: Love Within To Experience Love With Others

For many, 2018 was a ‘year’ of mining. Many discoveries and memories have surfaced, especially those kept in the shadow and buried deep. Life and incoming energy waves have helped it all press up to the surface to actually be felt, help you learn ways to be with it, to honour and love it UP. This process continues, because to put it simply, it’s time to love your pain as much as you love your genuine joy and growing sense of wholeness.

Loving the pain and aches that surface as reactions, anxiety, sadness, etc means moving through it not just getting above it as parts of you are used to having to do in order to keep the peace in current relationships or to keep life on an even keel. It’s becoming harder to do this as your inner realities continue to be shaken up and brought to your attention. All gateways and portals this year have had different pieces to illuminate inside of you, showing you where you’re really at so you can grow and move from there, love yourself there, and eventually learn how to flow with ALL of you, including whatever has been held by the shadow, from there, that starting point.

There are so many parts of you that have wanted your attention but haven’t had a way to directly ask for it until the life circumstances are ripe and your heart is ready to feel them. This means sometimes that the pain you thought you had already healed has revealed a new layer and pain you thought was long-buried is now ready to surface. This can be messy but a sacred process nonetheless and you can trust that it’s surfacing because you’re now ready to hold it and actually move through and heal it, as challenging as this can be… the tears and wails are worth it, and the realness and poignancy it brings to each moment of your life is what brings in more love and more sense of being held and loved by a universe that benevolently wants you to heal, grow, and ascend.

In addition to parts surfacing in different ways, there have been many Metasoul/other timeline/lifetime bleed-throughs that have overlaid your consciousness and brought out other shadow pieces from your soul to be felt too. This has also brought in higher vibe energies too to help guide and template for you what your 5D/Higher Self energizes in your life and soul purpose. This year has been cataclysmic for some and also given many openings. Pain is an opening as much as discovering your truest sense of joy and bliss is.

In 2019, I feel we will all continue to be challenged to deepen our experience of ourselves, to love ourselves much deeper on a soul and heart level. It’s all there to move us to new places and integrate into our 5D/Higher Self. This is how we learn to love each other deeper with mutual reverence and respect, by experiencing this between parts of you first. This is what gives us the chance to overcome and heal the harm that has been done by insisting on fighting, over-lording, overpowering, even with ‘love and light’ as a ‘weapon’. 2019 asks us to keep going inward and find the parts that cannot or will not love or serve love, that have resistance to offering love, likely because they themselves need more love from you and to feel you moving into your highest timeline step by step before they can trust and lean into you. Love is the way. Love is the path. And the path has to start within in order to bring our beloved vision of New Earth into the Now.

At midnight tonight the ‘new year’ officially ‘begins’. The gateway into this new energy we’re calling ‘2019’ and the energies of the gifts and growth it wants to bring each of us is available to let in now as we set our sail and follow our hearts into the new Now that is so beyond just being a dream and wants to become more and more of our everyday reality!

New Year Energies Offer New Relationship Within

“It is not freedom from pain,suffering, or despair that you seek, but rather a relationship to it.”

This is a reiteration of a message I received last year at this time that has come back to illuminate itself to me once more. In working with others and recalling my own past movements, there were pivotal moments where the merging with the heavy and the dark seemed almost inescapable. We were one.

Fortunately, I had an other heart and soul that stayed connected to me energetically so that I could have the courage and lifeline to just stay one ounce bigger than the feeling itself. It was not about transcending it but rather holding and relating to it as an aspect of myself, one that just felt like it was me.

I just had the beautiful blessing to offer that to another through email and energy exchange. It is hard to feel another in deep need and being asked for some relief. It is obviously natural to want to help the alleviation. However, something sacred is short-circuited in the process.

It is about advocating for this part of us, the Dark One, to be held by our human heart. It is about being okay with not being okay. It is about just trying to feel yourself in the room with it. The more you can show up for it, in whatever capacity, the more they feel willing to let go and lean in.

This is not an easy process. It can feel scary and uncertain. Yet feeling the Love of Other, in what ever form that may take, gives that one ounce separation needed to give rise to this relationship.

The Dark One has a name. It has a story. It has a need and a gift. As the moon energies approach in the month of January, they may illuminate this energy inside. I feel them supporting the connection and the remembrance of this being into your consciousness. It is a brand new way to be WITH the pain rather than merging with it. That is a hero’s journey.

Inside-Out Reflection

Many things have shifted for me in the past couple of months since moving back to Canada. Moving into a new house, experiencing a new social terrain, exploring new relationships, diving into new places within myself. Reflecting on the past year I feel how much I have cultivated for myself just by going in and putting my process first.

One year ago I was living in Mexico, I spent most of my time alone or with my community, I was living in a cheap apartment that I did my best to make my own, I was focused on my process and yet parts of me were still very good at avoiding the hard parts.

One year later I am in one situation after another that pushes up process. Everything is new, everything is growing and changing. I am experiencing things socially and emotionally that I haven’t felt in over a year and through that, I can feel how much I have grown.

If there is one thing I have learned from my experiences this year, it’s the importance of going in. I have had so much fear dictate and run my life. All for good reason, but it also ran out of ground. I got to the point in my life where nothing I did felt like it had any meaning. My heart wasn’t soaring or passionate about anything I was doing and feeling, I felt like I was at a standstill with growth and lacked any sense of inspiration.

Finally, I was able to open up to something new and scary: my inner world. Now that I have begun diving deep into my emotional and spiritual body I can feel the gifts of every phase of life that I have had. The phases I miss, the phases parts of me feel shame about, the phases I honour, my current phase of being. It has all been sacred and has led me to where I am today – which is just about everything I have ever dreamed of. But I know that I would not be able to see it that way had I not healed what I needed to in order to really let it in.

It’s hard to really SEE beyond the eyes when you have not learned to see inside.

It’s hard to love another when you have not loved your own aching parts.

It’s hard to have gratitude when the shadow is not honoured too.

It is hard to move forward when you have not moved inwards.

I still have pain, fear, anger, and sadness within my shadow but knowing that I have cultivated the time and space to feel and love it all makes all the difference in the world. I feel all of the people my age that have such a strong desire to feel passion and to make something of their lives, but if I can teach anything from my own experience – it’s to heal, with love and curiosity, everything you can first.

You can change anything you want on the outside and feel motivated and inspired but what keeps that fire alive is how you feel within yourself. How you experience and notice every moment changes your outer reality. I have seen and felt this over and over again and cannot suggest it enough.

Energy Update: Recent Relationship Shake-Ups Bring Healing, Awakening, Expansion

Feels like a bit of a sleepy day today, with recovery in the air. Today is a day of relief in some ways from the intensity of the energies that have been streaming in for weeks now, yet these energies pushed up so much that now is the time to clean up the aftermath and be with the revelations and new inquiries too. It feels in some ways like an earthquake rattled through our consciousness and our lives, awakening and activating but also offering us ways in which to be with everything that was moving and being illuminated within us and within our relationships. ‘Letting go to let in’ yet above all, ‘let arise’, has been the theme for all relationships and especially the patterns going on in them. This has brought up fear and in some cases shame too yet also it has brought an opportunity to go inward and see what the inner relationship ground has been like between parts of you and how this has been reflected in your outer relationships. There is no way to be stuck in a victim’s role no matter what was shaken up if you choose to take it inward and see what’s been going on inside of you.

The day with my beloveds yesterday was fulfilling on all levels and a powerful digestion of everything that’s shifting within us and within our relationships to each other… but also our relationships to service. It was a very alchemical day of feeling, talking, exchanging gifts of love and intention without pretense and while being very real and current with each other too. It amazed all of us how this Christmas celebration came together and how we continue to come together in this deep way even with so much going on and moving through.

It feels like the energy of illumination will hold steady yet won’t be as pressing for a while, unless we need it to be on an individual level. Love is here to help us look at the debris of what came apart during this last month or so and feel into what comes next, what actions we can take, and what needs to be felt into more. Leading us into the ‘new year’ of 2019, we can feel this as a time to reboot and regroup. A phase of reenergizing our intentions for the next phase of our consciousness, growth, healing, and of course Ascension. We get to choose the next empowering place for us in our lives and love is there with us always to encourage us to keep choosing and keep expanding.

Dive Into Feeling To Experience More Love

When I think back to even my childhood this life, I have always found aliveness in feeling. In having emotions. In experiencing the container of life holding my ups and downs, ins and outs, waves of despair and waves of bliss. I have always been emotional.

What a gift it is, to have tools that help you go inward and support from Divine love to continue to do so. It’s in times of deep process yet also times of profound bliss (that truly come on the other side of deep process), when I most feel love and loved. Even with sobbing tears complete with wailing cries and runny nose, I feel loved. I feel held. I feel the growing container of me, held by the ever-expanding container of pure love, always accessible though not always easy to let in.

I’m sharing this today because there continues to be a need for an advocacy for feeling. Even if you end up feeling so much that you need a day in bed. Or a week on the couch. Or an entire pint of Ben and Jerry’s. Love wants to move mountains in your life and simply can’t help you heal and change and flow aligned WITH it if the parts of you that most need you continue to be suppressed.

The machinations of this suppression come from other parts of you and these parts learned to live this way because of the company you keep and have kept, the culture you were born into, the choices you have made in all areas of your life. None of it is ‘wrong’… but all of it can be looked at and felt through with an open and curious heart.

The thrum of the message to ‘keep feeling’ runs wildly through our collective and the collective within you. Every Rubicon has another side to it. Every bridge can be built, even over vast feeling flows that have an intense momentum and feel as if you’re going to drown inside of them. Every single moment of feeling has value… and being in the moment today, actually means being willing to feel in every single moment, the uniqueness of your feelings, your parts, your soul aspects, and how they are processing or filtering life.

To actually begin deeply feeling, means to sign up for falling in love… with your own heart, soul, and parts. It means your life as you know it cannot stay the same (for long). It means you will be moved to higher heights and deeper depths than you’ve been able to imagine and a life you truly love living and ascending through!
