My Magical Experience Of Sacred Union Through The SoulFullHeart Process

This man….this soul choosing to BE in life with me. As partners in this dance of feeling and healing. As co-creators of a vocation that offers a service of love with others that arises as a genuine passion. As journeyers into the depths of ourselves and all the aspects that live inside of us. As co-integrators of shadows that live in our Metasouls and our counterpart pairings in different timelines: Lemuria, Atlantis, ‘ancient Greece’, Arcturian, and more.

This kind of partnership is not what we have been conditioned to believe about relationships in 3D life. 3D offers us not templates of two souls moving into health in ALL areas of their lives individually AND together…yet rather examples of unhealed and congested wounded places inside of each of them that often clash and burn or cling and bind….. until whatever love they had between them runs out of ground.

More scared unions than sacred unions are these, formed from undifferentiated parts of the 3D self ‘hooking up’ with each other. These hookups can look like two Inner Protectors guarding and ‘fighting’ each other; an Inner Matriarch (wounded masculine in the woman) with the Inner Patriarch (wounded masculine in the man); and many others. We need these reflections in others (that includes all relationships actually, with birth family esp.) until we no longer do in the same way.

The TRUE authentic selves, the higher selves coming into body of each partner may not claim much space on the dance floor of the relationship as it is so rarely safe enough INSIDE to allow for this overflow of genuine expression to come out. Lust then supplements for awhile and karma drama from other lifetimes and timelines, all without much consciousness around it. Duty and obligation can come in there too, along with needs to feel safe and secure.

This can be the experience of polarity and push-pull in 4D relationships. There is this sense of soul mating, of soul resonance, of belonging together in 4D consciousness around relationships. There are moments of genuine connection and even grounded bliss. Moments where two hearts can feel each other. Two bodies can connect with each other. And, yet, there is still the unfelt 3D stuff/wounding that anchors each partner into suffering loops and patterns. It anchors them into moments of fusion with 3D parts of themselves again. They go up and down in this unconscious cycle of push-pull together and the ceiling of good will, respect, and mutuality often crashes down around them eventually.

With Raphael, over our nine years together, I experience that we can navigate the murkier grounds of reactions and triggers together WHILE maintaining a larger container of love and goodness in the process. We don’t avoid what is in shadow or what is difficult. We don’t float in bliss together at all times (although many times we do, especially when we experience deep heart openings that come from moving through something difficult and come out the other side of it with MORE love.) We have been able to show up in relationship with each other this way because we have shown up for ourselves and parts of us in this way. With curiosity, we hold space for the energies that move through us. We feel them as very distinct and even commonly definable parts of ourselves that we have felt in so many others too.

Raphael and I can sit in conflict and tension together, as we did the other day for almost eight hours. Not to suffer in this space or to ‘beat each other up’ emotionally. Yet, rather, because we honor the energies inside and in our Metasouls that NEED this space to express and be relationally with an intimate other person and soul. The trust and love ground that we have between us and inside of us and in the Divine holds the space. We stay in the room together through it, allowing, and BEing with the fears that can live inside about the relationship completing, running out of ground, etc. Yet, we find the next going on place together and the next….AS we are willing and open to let go EVEN AS we are deeply committed to the union.

This IS possible through the parts work process, through the SoulFullHeart way of life and process that we offer and have been very deeply, personally engaged with for ten years. This understanding and feeling space that we create inside with parts of ourselves allows for the transaction together in an increasingly high frequencies of soul, body, heart, and mind AND integration of shadow too.

Someone commented the other day when I shared a joy moment that came after more Metasoul pairing integration with Raphael, ” I love how you’re really doing this – for real!” Yes, we really are and so can you….starting from inside of you, creating an inner sacred union with ALL aspects of yourself…..and this eventually drawing the your mate of soul, body, heart, and mind to be in it WITH you too!

Raphael’s comment on this post: “The challenge that arose between us a few days ago that Jelelle refers to was for me the most challenging yet, encountering a part of myself that has lived in my shadow…, something I don’t think would arise were it not for an intimacy as deep and ‘strange’ as ours. I say strange because the intimacy and magic I have and do experience with Jelelle still feels incomparable to a part of me, incomparable to anything I’ve seen or known or saw portrayed. I’ve tended to feel that strange magic in very private places, feeling also the vulnerability of it ending.

Now the universe is inviting us to self permit ourselves to offer to serve others in leading with what we have in deep transparency, feeling how opaque leaders and murky spiritual offerings are a thing of the past for so many souls now.

And….I’m feeling a ton of relief to be coming out the other side of an intense integration, or to the beginning of an integration in another way…

We are all being invited to a place where our life’s message is ‘I am the real thing, and if I ever feel less than that, I’ll be the first to admit that’.”

Energy Update: Revelation, Healing, And Integration Of Shadow Frequencies

The energies ARE personal. As personal as it gets as you ARE energy. You are a multidimensional, galactic BEing inside of a human form. You are connected to higher dimensional expressions, star BEing aspects of your Metasoul (soul source). You are BEcoming and merging with the consciousness of these star BEings from other timelines, other dimensions, other planets, other galaxies more and more in a process that is MEANT to impact you personally as this happens.

Does it feel sometimes like the ascension energies are outside of you? The gateways and vortexes opening? The stargates activating? The sun flares and geomagnetic storms churning? Does it feel like these things are happening outside of you in a distant, vast, and irrelevant outer space with little impact on your daily reality? If so, this can lead to a sense of distancing from the ascension process and that it is less meaningful on a personal level.

All of these energies swirling around in the cosmos, all this galactic activity, is also represented inside of you. Making it personal, taking it personally, is where I feel the REAL gift of awareness about cosmic energies comes in and goes in. Connecting what is happening ‘out there’ with how it is impacting your emotional body, your process, your experience of experience leads to more self awareness and capacity to digest what is happening. Providing some context and overall picture to hold what you are living out can help with the digestion of the experience.

There is A LOT happening in the now, in the cosmos, that impacts us as a collective and on a personal basis. It is a major phase of transition for us as the shadows, the darkness, the underground and underbelly, are disclosed and exposed. There is no ‘going around’ this process as what has been so polarized during the 3D experiment needs to come back into balance. The only way is by going through it with manifestations of chaos, upheaval, and death and rebirth happening through intense weather patterns and political/social/cultural crises.

Finding our balance again requires the revealing and eventual release of the dark energies that have had so much underground influence on our culture and the formation of our 3D self AND on our Metasoul too. Making this process personal is feeling and BEing with the traumas created from all this polarization to fear-based frequencies. These traumas can remain undigested in your emotional body in your 3D self AND also in your Metasoul through repeating loops of suffering patterns and cycles and karmic binds.

All the photonic light generation activities in the cosmos creates a SAFE container for the revelation and healing of this shadow on a collective and personal level. The HIGH frequencies provide a padded room for the bombs to explode when needed; the fuses to ignite; the storms to roar….until they run out of fear to fuel them. This padded room of pure love and light is also provided to YOU as a shield from these necessary outgasses. You can connect with your safe padded place through meditation, through connection with your Ethereal guides/aspects, through commUNION with the Divine (and the Divine Mother esp.), through service of love, through BEing in relationships that are nourishing, soul resonant, through drawing the support that you need. This doesn’t mean that you transcend out of whatever necessary shadow revealing and integrating process that you need to go through. Yet, rather, you have a sense of being held WHILE you are in this exploration. You are not just becoming the shadow or the darkness OR suppressing it either (that is the old way), yet you are holding space FOR the aspects and parts of you that are overly polarized to it. You get to know and connect with these aspects and invite them into the safe, padded room of your HEART and soul, where they can finally feel safe to share, to be felt, and to BEcome something real….and, eventually, then to heal.

As you digest the shadow revelation that is happening ‘out there’ feel how it is impacting you on a personal level. Feel your reactions inside to what comes out. Feel if your ‘safe padded room of love and light’ is available and if you are using it. Feel what support you need to navigate your own process of shadow revelation. Feel the taking of it all personally and what that means for you in a way that also allows you to FEEL held by love during the process. Feel the integration that wants to happen inside of you as the shadow meets the sun of love and finally finds it way home in your heart.

Letting In Joy That Comes From INtegration And INtimacy

Just feeling much joy in the moment, goodness about my life and where ALL this is headed….even when it is hard, dark, challenging, necessarily painful at times. THIS return to joy, the natural bubbling up of it that especially comes when you have gone in and through something difficult inside of yourself….it creates this sense of trust that it will be worth it to GO IN. To feel. To BE. To connect.

The veils continue to be so thin between other lifetimes that going in is doesn’t even seem optional at this point…esp. for those of us awakening. I have been in that inner process this week with a new Metasoul (‘past life’/other lifetime) aspect of mine from an ‘Ancient Greece’ timeline…that has been quite a bit to navigate at times. Feeling her tears and her fears…and in connection with a Metasoul counterpart from the same timeline of Raphael‘s which he shared about yesterday in his beautifully vulnerable posting about his process. These two Metasoul aspects had angst, power plays, are lovers and yet had little intimacy as they both tend to push it away. None of this feels like it is in the past or actually ‘ancient’ so these energies are strong and influential. As we bridged to them inside of ourselves, we then created a NEW bond between them….including beginning the process of changing a tragic outcome to their timeline.

The presence of these two Metasoul aspects of ours was around as we made love in the early morning, and I could feel them taking in the goodness, pleasure, heart connection, and soul connection that Raphael and I experience together. It is interesting to have Metasoul aspects ‘witness’ in this way, especially during love making, and it def. brings a wonderful, multidimensional frequency, a soul richness to it! And sometimes tears come as soul pain and karmic binds are washed out by love. It feels like such a blessing to have a partner go into these grounds with me, in the flesh, navigating all these dimensional realities and in life too.

The void can be an aspect of this process and may even be a necessary one for you, as I wrote about yesterday……yet, too, inviting self intimacy into your life with genuine joy and loving presence when you are ready then ALLOWS for intimacy to come with others in ways that are so nourishing, intimate, deep, and meaningful. These new textures of intimacy help wash away the trauma and pain from the previously dissatisfying experiences of relationships. Connecting with the parts of you that resist this intimacy, that want to protect you from getting hurt, that guard your heart, I feel is SO important to experiencing this intimate self relationship and with others too….it certainly has been for me and my Beloveds. Tears For Fears

I was some surprised 2 days ago, to wake up from an afternoon nap feeling blah and admittedly depressed.

As I felt into what the feelings were about, I received only mixed awareness of various factors, as far as my cognitive awareness went.

I had felt into that morning the story of the JFK files release and how that whole story had affected me, feeling the longing inside of me and in the collective for disclosure of the larger real story, beyond JFK. So there was that ache.

There was also an awareness the night before how Jelelle and I had felt into a sexual tension between us and how it related to a Metasoul connection that we’ve been feeling into together. I was able to feel how in this timeline, that a Metasoul of mine (which feels much like what people commonly call a past life, but has more ‘now’ as well as personal 3D correlation affecting one’s life and conscious history), had been living out a karmic debt, and a remorse seeking for rape which he participated in. This felt like a big shift of something affecting me, an archetypal shift and also something huge moving through the collective now too, with all of the #metoo shifts underway.

As I lay there reflecting on all this, my thoughts wandered onto our recent talk and plans about moving back to Canada, and let myself feel the desire to be there after 3 plus years here in Mexico, and then tears started to flow.

The tears started there, then went into feelings of ‘Canada would be great, but not with this ache following me there’. The tears wove into an anger at the suppression of people’s consciousness, and then gratitude for all people, regardless of their consciousness, especially feeling love for myself in times of other phases of consciousness this life, or from other lives.

I felt this Metasoul part feeling abhorred now by his own ambivalent previous approach to raping women. ‘It was sort of like how animals do it’ he said, but you just got another guy to help you out and then you switch places. We could have the women for sale in the markets anytime, but it was the women we couldn’t have that really drew us’ Ghastly stuff, for sure, to my present consciousness, but not so much so to this other consciousness in this other timeline connected through my Metasoul. I felt a finer piece in my own sexual history was about a remorse seeking energy and how this was now resolved by feeling this piece together with an open heart to this Metasoul. (It feels vulnerable rolling this experience out here without putting a bunch of teaching or perspective around it, but it also feels really good to be vulnerable and let it land how and where it will, to whom has ears to hear, and heart to feel)

The tears rolled into an ache to see and feel more about love, about life, about the history of our relationships this life as I felt into several key people from my past who I am no longer in connection with, where while with them, had no reason to see a time where I wouldn’t be together with them. I felt some more heart and soul bruising around this that the divine wanted to touch as the tears flowed from ache, to request, to gratitude, and even how good it felt to just cry.

The house was quiet and a trip to the bathroom a bit later bumped me into Jelelle where we sat down on the couch together and talked about the rawness I was in. It’s is just an amazing thing to have an other really feel your tears and it’s no less amazing somehow no matter how normal it gets. Something digests to have an other feel what you are feeling while you are feeling it.

There was a knock at the door as we were completing and some guys working in the building were here with a tray of cement to patch a hole in the wall and it felt good to shift gears and weave in some repairs.

I went to sleep that night digesting a bit more with Jelelle feeling that familiar slight headache you get from having had a big cry.

I can’t detail any better what this cry was about and why, or quantify just what moved, but in the morning, there was a notable feeling of the world feeling brighter and more magical. I felt invited to just share this experience without putting a bunch of teaching around it, let myself be seen, for who I am and for what I want with others, with life and with love…

I am a teacher, and I am a builder of commUNITY, but underneath any and all of that, I am a heart and soul consciousness doing a human life, in more than one dimension, and getting to cry when you just need to curl up and cry is a beautiful thing, and not being able to explain it too well, to the linear mind is even better…

I heartily recommend it.

Conversation With My Spine: Day Three- Feeling And Healing With Compassion

M: Good afternoon, spine. This has been a hard day.

S: Yes. A lot to take stock of. The spasms are a tough one to be with. I can feel the storm of energy that swirl in them. They remind me of solar flares. Interesting that they are in your solar plexus area.

M: I was catching that today. So much of a feeling of powerlessness, lack of control.

S: That feels significant to me. The wounded masculine heartspine is so very focused on control. The arising of the Yin will challenge that control in a very invitational way, but the old Yang can only see it as an opposite control. It is a sad state of lost in translation. One that is aching, no pun intended, to be healed and balanced within you and the collective. Let`s keep it personal today though. I feel that is where you need it the most.

M: Yeah, for sure. After all that has happened to me physically the last 6 months in regards to romance, it is all a clear indicator a part of me has some major resistance to going in. With the others in the past it felt as if I was trying too hard to feel something that just wasn’t there. But even that feels like a resistance too. With Kalayna, it has this potential for amazing heights yet here I am in a state where I can only feel pain and not love flow. It is a convenient way for a part of me to go back into a bubble. Then of course comes some guilt as well which really only serves to widen the space and block the love.

S: This type of romance is so unknown to your soul it feels like Gabriel. That you have many metasoul lives of tragic romance and if this has played out several times between both of your souls then it does make sense why a part of you, your protector, would feel major reservations. It has been easier for many of your aspects just to go solo and never let in the kind of love that can take you to realms forgotten.

M: When I feel my protector, he says that is very true. “Why go in when it only winds up in a tragic ending?” I feel where my heart wants to respond to this, provide the healing space for it, so that it can release and I can offer more of what I know I feel for her and to be able to let in more. In the moment I am feeling this goes the same for my protector’s relationship to the Divine. It has a been an up and down experience for him and I am feeling a more devoted time spent holding him in that.

S: I feel you are speaking to the collective spiritual wounding here as well, Gabriel. It is important for others to feel their own protection against love is also a protection against the Divine. There is no greater press on our hearts than a romance that is centered on vulnerability and sacred sexuality. Takes you to the doorstep of your own fear and shadowland.

M: I am beginning to feel how this physical manifestation is in response to that. I feel a compassion in my heart around that now, whereas before I was feeling judgement and the fear of the pain itself. This is a portal in new territory that my heart has long “forgotten” or attended to with deep reverence and curiosity. The gift in all of this is arising new for me in the moment and that helps a part of me to rest into it more. Thank you, spine.

S: My pleasure, Gabriel. This is all happening in my backyard, amigo, so I too want to feel it resolve and integrate for you. To inherit all the GOODies you are being invited to let in and embody emotionally, spiritually, and physically. It has been a long time coming for your weathered and worn protector. All protectors for that matter.

M: It is a brave new world for us all, isn’t it? To take all this fear and show up to it with our compassionate and self-loving heart. To be willing to let go of all the things that parts of us have held on so tightly to in order to maintain some smaller version of ourselves that was sacred in its own right. It has actually taken more energy to continue the protection than it does to surrender to the vulnerability of the fear of love itself. I am feeling a new admiration for it all and expanded sense of the nature of my current condition…that it is all energy in a compressed and guarded state.

S: That feels like a big felt awareness toward the road to recovery and integration. The personal process that includes your 3D and 4D selves that also connects to the larger context of the birthing of the sacred human BEing. No simple road to take, yet not one that goes in circles either. It is a hero’s journey you and everyone are on to get to the heart of the heart and the soul of the soul. The challenges are different for all and this just happens to be one that you dialled up to get you there. Feel the sacredness of it all and the healing shall follow.

M: I will take those words with me through my day as I connect and feel the parts within me that need my love. I so appreciate our daily connection, spine. I am wanting to call you another name but I feel it is still important to connect you to what is current with me.

S: That is okay, Gabriel. That will be in time. Though in the moment I like LIghtnin’ Rod Steward.

M: I am almost afraid to ask….but I am going to step in it. What?

S: I am like a lightning rod, man. Moving energy from the heavens the earth below. I am a great alchemizer, brother! A spring-loaded love apparatus stewarding megawatts of joy and creativity, partner.

M: Oh….wow. I don’t think I have any words right now.

S: That is what I am sayin’.

M: Um….yeah. Let’s chat later….Rod. Oh, good grief.

Conversation With My Spine: Day Two- The Turbulence Of Calibrating To Love

In this exchange with my spine, I refer to my daemon, or soul protector/guardian. It is the 4D aspect of us that is connected to our other metasoul lives. They are a big part of the healing process in SoulFullheart that can also be linked to the bleed through many feel as the veil has been thinning and lifted. A connection with this aspect can assist in huge movements and clearings of the energies that are still stuck in other time dimensions. You can read more about them here.

M: Good morning, Spine. How are you feeling for talking some more? I had a great feeling about where this could all go for both of us.

S: Yes, I am. I felt some great place and energies we could ‘tap’ into together.

M: You just started where you left off.

S: Yeah. It is good to keep this thing a little loose around the edges, man. When a spine gets too stiff and rigid…well, look what happens.

M: Point taken. I can feel where a part of me has been a bit tense with all the changes going on for me personally and then you add in the cosmic theater and it gets to be one big alchemy party.

S: There is a lot going on for sure. There is a lot of rebalancing happening. The prior grid structure that you were linked up to via the spine is in major dissolution. It is dissolving. No longer able to maintain its former control hold. You have many metasoul lives that had been connected to the Paintrix and they are looking to you to lead them into a new world without it. It is a turbulent time for this awakening and that can show up in all kinds of physical (i.e. emotional) manifestations.

M: I feel the largess of that picture and can see why my soul protector got a bit overwhelmed. I see a dam that has held back all the realities of my soul and the cracks are opening up to holes in my felt consciousness. My daemon (soul protector) has been acting as the foreman on this operation and is sounding the alarm bells.

S: Lol! That is a perfect analogy. I don’t mean to laugh in judgment. It just clearly demonstrates what it can be like for some. He needs to be relieved of the duty and the feeling of responsibility. Lots to navigate and the picture is not as severe as he may make it out to be. There is a lot of self-love around letting in these lives and how to be with them.

M: I feel your compassion for him and what he has held. That is a whole new avenue to walk down with him day to day. Feeling it all in the moment as these lives begin to bleed into waking consciousness. This whole experience has really helped me to feel the wounded masculine energies that are held in the spine. The restructuring of the spinal code if you will.

S: Yes, most definitely. There is a whole lot happening at the quantum/galactic level that is beyond the consciousness of your knowing mind. What is important here is to feel what is happening with your heart and intuition. This moves WITH the current of Love and the old system was trying to work against it, but was really an actor FOR it all along. I think you can sense what I mean. There are actually no bad guys here. A grand story that is experiencing itself. The spinal restructuring is akin to seeing that there was another story undergirding this one all along and that creates a bit of a shock to the system.

M: This is getting out there, man. Whew! I want to see about bringing this closer to home….to the heart.

S: Yeah, totally. I can get locked into the mental picture sometimes as I too am in recalibration mode. You have much to feel with the part(s) of you that have been invested in the old way of being in the world. It is another personal awakening phase, but this is an awakening into something less tangible and more fluid. It is not getting to locked into “this or that”, but following the intuitive sacred heartmind and getting lost in the flow so that you can’t even begin to track mentally. This is presses against a control mechanism that is built-in for safety and protection. Keeping the gig going. You are being asked to realign the spine to the heart instead of the brain.

M: That is a weird picture, but I get what you mean.

S: I can sense that. The literal interpretation makes no biological sense. This is the new wild frontier partner and there is a new sheriff in town and his name is Lovie McLovin.

M: Seriously….I think it is time for you to get some rest. That was just awful, yet somehow funny.

Wounded Masculine And Arising Feminine Energies Coming UP For Healing And Revealing

There seem to be many themes running in the moment for us to see and BE with as we continue our ascension journey into embodiment of our sacred humanity…not NEW themes, yet more like another cycle around the bend into a deeper level and strata of healing and feeling. One theme is that the wounded masculine frequencies that have formed the foundational energy to fuel our 3D culture are being exposed and disclosed…to be seen, felt, come into the light. They have seemed so powerful, yet, are now running on fumes as the old paradigm structures start to collapse to begin transition into the new. The wounded masculine runs on compensational behaviors to cover over core feelings of unworthiness and core disconnect/separation. It operates on lack of vulnerability and lack of transparency using diversion and distraction strategies. You can feel and see this in the exposure happening now of false kings in the entertainment industry, government, banking, etc. how they are now being dethroned as their wound-based actions toward the feminine are revealed.

It can be tempting to lash out at this wounded masculine as it is exposed….to feel bitter and resentful, to turn on it. Yet, this outward outrage actually stems from inside and only feeds the fires that can hurt and burn. Going within to feel deep compassion for the wounded masculine WITHIN us is a key aspect to moving through this disclosure process with love. To feel how parts of us have felt like both perpetuator AND victim this life and in other lifetimes too. Not going to battle AGAINST these energies, yet seeing and feeling how, underneath it all, they are just seeking and want love. Being open to the recognition that these energies live inside of us and seem to express as our Inner Protector aspects, plus Inner Punisher and Inner Mother/Matriarch or Inner Father/Patriarch can help huge with this holding and response.

After many years of working with different parts of myself and with others, these are the energy tones that I feel most represent the wounded masculine as conditioned and formed into our 3D self. Working with these masculine energies is what allows the feminine to arise in an authentic way, freed finally from the warrior and overly masculine tones that are NOT hers to hold and energize. As the Inner Protector lets go of its stance of protection through inner negotiation, the feminine (in both men and women) can come into BEing as the seed of her expression receives the water of self love and love with Divine Feminine guides/aspects such as Magdalena, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin. Directly connecting with these aspects through journaling, guided meditation, and ‘dropping into ‘their energy during sessions is what we offer through our SoulFullHeart process. And, then we feel and explore this on the 4D level as the wounded masculine expresses in our Metasoul line/other lifetimes and archetypal frequencies too. There is a deep connection in this collective wounded masculine disclosure process with the dissolving of the 3D matrix created out a fear-based (yet previously necessary for growth) collaboration between us on the soul level and some Reptilians/Archons/Anunnaki. Their wounded masculine-based timeline of dominance and suppression ‘over’ us is collapsing as more of them choose love over fear. The implants and hookups that we previously needed in our soul fields/chakras are loosening or dissolving as this choice point happens. I have written many times about the choice points they are being offered as a species on soulfullheartblog.com….relocation to a beautiful, tropical environment planet as they choose redemption and rehabilitation. It seems to be important to support this process by letting go of fear-based and polarized energies against them…this becomes yet another battle ground otherwise (that actually, again, stems from within). Connecting with your inner Reptilian aspect (which can form another layer of Inner Protector) allows for the flow of compassion and to act as ambassador to their choice points toward love with your support.

If you are in a relationship, you may be feeling the stirrings and churnings of this wounded masculine/arising feminine within your relationship. This can lead to more conflicts, disillusionment, and even desires for completion of even long-term relationships. The gaps in your transactability are revealed as what has been able to be covered over can not be anymore. If you have been awakening and your partner has not, resentment from parts of you may be growing around this and, also, authentic desire for more soul resonance, vulnerability, and to service love together (which is ultimately the reason for being in relationship at the higher soul level.) These frequencies of wounded masculine as they live inside of us and are being moved in the collective also play out in our relationships, impacting how we experience our partners, what parts of us are related with each other, and what we project onto them. Becoming conscious of your own parts allows you to navigate the relationship in a very different way with a new level of consciousness and emotional maturity in responding to your partner.

As the wounded masculine continues to transmute and transform into a higher vibrational frequency of sacred masculinity, the possibilities for balance and union between the masculine and feminine become revealed to us. We discover and BEcome this from within and we can then offer this to a world that desperately needs it as it transitions from polarized and fear-based expressions of gender into NEW expressions of a conscious duality dance based in LOVE.

Energy Update: Veils Thinning For Multidimensional Access; Personal Impact Of Collective Disclosure Process

The veils between dimensions have felt so thin lately, in the last few days especially. This thinning out by amped UP frequencies of light creates a sense of ‘being here and NOT here’ (best way I have come to describe it). The bleed through of Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes is strong right now too, if you are tuned into that. It can feel like you are walking around your life with the other lifetime energies suddenly super imposed in front of it.

Maybe you are standing at the kitchen counter and you suddenly see the bright glistening waters of Atlantis or Lemuria in front of you or you are in the light filled corridors of the spaceship with your Arcturian Metasoul aspect. You are in the ‘scene’ then of these other lifetimes with the aspects from your same Metasoul source that are living it out in the now….not ‘past lives’ at all, yet energizing now as their timelines merge in with yours. This can be an intense experience and is one of the ways that the personal disclosure process is ramping up, preparing us for eventual, everyday connection with star BEings. What has previously only been accessed by past life regression hypnosis states or near death experiences or taking ayahuasca or peyote is coming into our consciousness without any of these being necessary as we just tap into these realities as our vibrational frequency rises.

Along with this veil thinning, there is a feeling of ‘building up to something’ in the collective disclosure process. It may feel like a slow process, unrolling and unraveling at a less rapid pace then some souls may like or want. It feels like a leaking out of information, stories, revelations, rather than a one time BIG gush or flow. However, it feels like (at the soul level) it is being done with so much compassion and consideration for the collective and at a rate and pace that our consciousness can handle. For those souls very attached and connected to (still ‘fused’ to) 3D life and their 3D selves, the disclosure of the previously invisible and hidden shadow energies in the government, entertainment industry, suppression of star BEing connection and technologies, etc. will be difficult to digest….truly shocking and very upsetting. It will literally feel like the ‘end of the world’ for them as it is the collapse of the world that their 3D self has known and found beloved.

Even if you have long been aware of disclosure, been on your own awakening path….you may feel this shock and upset too rumble through you as it does in the collective too. Rather than staying in a ‘cave’ and remaining at high vibe ALL the time, I feel that those of us who are called to serve love are meant to bridge for and to the newly awakened. The main way we ARE this bridge is by being open to feel what there is to feel in reaction to what is happening for the collective. To feel compassion for others even as we offer heartlines and lifelines to navigate through and out of the fear-based fray. To feel how we have aspects of ourselves that are connected to the 3D world and NEED us, no matter how high up we may see and feel reality. If we were truly meant to JUST be at high frequencies all the time, we would not have chosen to serve love and to be here in a human body with Gaia at this time of such intense transition and change.

The collective has an emotional body too…I like to feel it this way even more than that there is a ‘collective consciousness’, which also feels real, yet ‘collective emotional body’ has a more visceral, relatable sense to it. We are ALL connected to the collective emotional body; we are ALL impacted by it. We feel what the collective feels. The degree and depth that you can feel this depends on how awakened you are to your own emotional body and your Metasoul expressions that hold unity consciousness/one mind frequencies. You may have pushed away from feeling the collective as you differentiated 3D from 4D, as you left the ‘mainstream’ to find your own soul stream. It is not about going ‘backwards’ in your consciousness here, yet about being open and responsive to what remains inside of you that is triggered by the ongoing collective experience of disclosure and ascension. Remaining open in this way to your own process allows you to be truly compassionate in response to what is happening for others.

The veils are thinning to allow a higher vibrational consciousness into your field, so you can remember and eventually kNOW again your own multidimensional, galactic, and Divine self. So, that we all can potentially kNOW this again. Experiencing this essence while in the human body seems to be a new phase/step for us, as previously we could only access these states while out of the body. Added onto this is the invitation for the collective to come along in this ascension process, each soul choosing for themselves what means growth for them. It is the ongoing process of BEcoming and arising into sacred humanity, together discovering what this means in lived out form…..as a collective AND as individual soul sparks too.

Entering The Loops Of Core Wounds

Core wounds play within us like looping lyrics to a song which you can’t remember what it’s called, but you really wish you could… it’s an unfolding mystery, wrapped in clues of layers of reaction and tears too as you make space for the parts that have been holding on to so much, for so long.

Sometimes these lyrical loops last for years and years, sometimes even lifetime within lifetime too. The same messages, the same patterns, are highlighted for us over and over again by parts within us – some that want to keep paving it over and some that want to be felt for the reasons why they’ve been holding this loop in place… and why they find it so hard to let it go.

It takes very specific life circumstances, a certain amount of love surrounding us and flowing within from us to us, for these loops to become more apparent, amplified, even to the point where you feel as if you are going completely crazy or that there really won’t ever be another side to the endless abyss of it all. This is often when we enter the darkest forest of our lives, the Dark Night, yet also the most brilliantly dawning Bright Day approaching. So many identity fragments coming apart at the seams, so much that has been buried deep within, now comes up and out, all held blessedly in Divine Love. These are the times when your closest possible relationship with the Divine can come in and be with you… when new awakenings arise, letting the purest frequencies of love in, so pure that the mind cannot track it, as it’s not something experienced in 3D life.

The bruises at the core of your heart… these are being touched now, as much as parts of you are ready to let in, even when they don’t think they’re all that ready to do so. Life finds a way to be a conduit for this healing, bringing you healing paths that could help you go into it, either by bringing the wounding more forward through taking in abuse from false or unhumbled healers, or by taking in pure love frequencies that can flow to you through the hearts of healers and leaders that are doing the same work they are leading you to do. Either way, there is an opportunity for deep empowerment and letting in of YOU, of the you that wants to birth into and through your heart, providing a balm for all that has been painful and hard within… the cycles of inner punishment, inner belittling, inner bullying, inner battles, that want to come to new conclusions or inconclusions, and a letting in of the wonder of life, the wonder of the world, the wonder of YOU.

Step by step, layer by layer, Divine invitation by Divine invitation, you can and will find your way in deeper… whether this completes for you in this life cycle or in another one to be realized. ❤

Energy Update: Collective And Personal Disclosure Process Underway Offering Important Mirror To Us All

The disclosure process is underway. All of what seems like a BIG mess happening on the global stage, world events, and even weather patterns is all an important aspect of ascension. This disclosure process is happening on both the collective level (conscious and unconscious, awakening souls and NOT awakened yet) and the very personal, intimate level too. What has previously been hidden in any way becomes exposed as Gaia continues Her climb, transition, moving into New Earth, New And Improved Gaia-ness. Higher vibration frequencies and energies can’t cover over….they are like the sun seeking out the shadows. They shine their love light bright to illuminate what has been in the dark and reveal what has been shrouded.

So many awakening souls have been looking for signs of disclosure beginning. They have been waiting for the curtain of the 3D matrix ‘out there’ to be pulled back and the ‘real’ to be exposed and shown. Maybe you have claimed your role in this collective disclosure process too…as an advocate, truth teller, and waySHOWer. The corruption, manipulation, power games of the wounded masculine in both men and women have found roots of expression, serving as a mostly invisible ungirding for much of the 3D world. These roots are starting to be dug up now, names being named as the reigns of the false kings and queens and their empires start to fall, and those who were previously ‘kept’ quiet finding their voice.

The collective disclosure process has much to run out and through, many layers to reveal and heal. It will be a shocking and traumatic experience for those souls connected and attached to the 3D matrix as it begins to crumble, dissolve, and collapse in front of them. The ‘world’ that their 3D self has invested in will be declaring bankruptcy in the currencies that matter the most in New Earth: transparency, integrity, and authenticity. It feels unfortunately likely that some souls will leave their bodies, unable to handle and adjust to the shifts and changes. Some will go this way and perhaps they will be offered an alternative timeline and planet to play out the rest of the growth experience needed in 3D reality. I don’t get a sense of a definitive split happening here into two parts or bifurcation, as others have offered. It just feels like there are too many variables here with so many individual free will choices to be made by so many souls. The ultimate choices of love over fear in every moment lead to the highest timeline playouts is what I have been offered around this. ‘Highest timeline’ is both different for each of us AND unity consciousness draws us like magnets to each other to form soul family communities based on 5D or New Earth frequencies.

As collective disclosure happens, you can gauge your own inner disclosure off of it. What reactions come up in parts of you to what is exposed and revealed ‘out there’? What needs your compassion, and feeling of it? What has been formed in your shadow out of necessity that is difficult to see and be with, yet deserves your attention? Because we are ultimately ALL connected to each other, it may be surprising to you the reactions that come up in your emotional body to what happens collectively, even if you have known and been awakened to the 3D matrix for awhile. The disclosure process is MEANT to be both collective and personal. It is meant to shake UP and shake out. You might need to track the news (finding sources that work for you at an energetic level) so that you have some sense of what is happening as it offers a mirror for what is happening within you too. Many of us stopped connecting to ‘mainstream’ news as a necessary choice to unplug and to pull out of the false presentation there. However, now, mainstream is shifting into a transitional stream and some connection with it may serve you in feeling yourself and feeling others too.

Holding space for the inner reactions, feeling where they come from and why, seeking out support and guidance when needed….these things can help navigate the rumbles that come from your deepest inner grounds becoming exposed. As we become more porous and attuned to higher vibrational frequencies, we actually become much MORE sensitive to collective energies. This means we feel more compassion in a personal way related to what others are going through as we feel it more for ourselves at the same time. Feeling compassion at this level (beyond empathy….we need a new word for this) is a sort-of merging sense. Merging with other to feel what they are feeling WHILE still remaining an individual consciousness.

I have come to call this, ‘conscious duality’. I experience this deepening as I gain more access to my multidimensional, higher frequency aspects and their access to unity consciousness downloads to me…..and through many years of working with my emotional body through integration of my 3D self and 4D self aspects too such as Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Child, Soul Guardian, Metasoul/other lifetime aspects, etc. As I know myself at such deeper levels can I then FEEL and know others at these deeper levels. We are meant to FEEL what is happening here with the disclosure process, especially as it relates to our own. There is so much opportunity for growth and learning in this, which is why we are here on Gaia…even as this can be difficult to remember for the parts of you that experience suffering to be here. Leaning into Divine support, we are invited to feel trust and surrender in the overall process that is happening and that it is ALL leading to the disclosure of what is real and for which ALL is actually made: Love.
