5/11 Energies: Portal To Forgiveness, Completion Of Old Timelines With Others

5/11 energies feel significant today… portals opening into self-forgiveness. Higher Self connections are possible between you and those you’ve known in the past. Old relationship debris gets to clear away as you feel the tears of remorse for what’s happened in these relationships and what didn’t happen too. It’s an opportunity to own the role you’ve played while feeling the Higher Selves of others own their own roles too… ripples of deep self-forgiveness are possible in this today as well as forgiveness of others.

This is a powerful way to complete old timelines and embrace the imminent, highest timeline that is possible for you. So much movement happens when forgiveness is genuine and not simply said but felt. True gratitude can bloom from this too, as you feel these portals open and close, and feel the lessons and growth you and parts of you gathered from each and every experience.

This is beautiful to feel in words but even better to experience when parts of you are ready to let go into this space. It is a true and deep gift to be able to feel how all relationships have been connected for a reason and how you are a part of the trajectory of so many others. This is true oneness and connectedness. This is what unites us in higher, more porous dimensions for the healing of the collective inside and outside of us. This is powerful and poignant healing and ascension, a true moving on and moving up.

Being in this space with your parts if you can feel them while leaning into the space holding of higher-dimensional aspects of you is the invitation today. Experiencing this for myself and the movements inside are touching, expansive, and above all, loving to the nth degree… ❤️

How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

Energy Update: INtegration Of Inner Polar Shifts

There is MUCH to digest since the 5/5 gateway/star gate 5D experience frequencies OPENED out wide (like an open house to connect with your 5D Self, Guides, Higher Consciousness aspects.) We are invited to walk through our own version of the golden arches, to experience our own versions of Heaven in THIS Now, and to connect with Angelic/Heavenly frequencies of our Metasoul. This is pure golden honey love experience when allowed INto your heart and soul!

Being in the direct stream of SOULar energies flowing from a large coronal hole since a 5/5 gateway opening has amplified the magnetics of Gaia and our own magnetics TOO. There is a reverberation going through Gaia’s orbit, through our own orbits too in response to this. We are moving out of the direct flow of these energies now on May 11th as Gaia continues to rotate around….until mid-June when we are in direct line again with the coronal hole, according to spaceweather.com.

I offered yesterday though the importance of INtegrating these energies…..rest, BEing, connecting with Gaia (both physically and etherically). These are STRONG energies meant to change your inner and outer worlds.

Kundalini activation (Divine Feminine), non-dual awakenings (loose mind and less mental grid filter over reality), popping ascension chakras to another level is ALL possible during these kind of frequencies. This is the flushes and rushes of energy; the cluttered and clouded thinking (can’t find words sometimes!); the neck/head pain; the sore throats (finally through THAT one, I can sing again!!) If you’ve already experienced some of these things in your awakening, you might feel this as a ‘recharge’ or ‘boost’ to them.

These are the ‘polar shifts’ that are happening with Ascension…..shifting the polarities inside of you too that may exist from one part of you to another. Push-pulls and mixed feelings are just not able to be represented in one ‘I’ voice as the truth of 3D experience is to be fragmented in response to the density. This especially seems to be true connected to relationships where there can be SO many parts active in the bond and connection that want different things.

To heal polarities is to identify and connect with the diverging energies inside, the contrasting voices that argue against each other….this could be happening hugely unconscious to you in many moments even! These current energies are SUPPORTING the truth of your soul and what it most wants and needs and is meant to do here. This can be way uncomfortable though for parts of you still attached and anchored to 3D through relationships, geographies, careers, etc.

Many people have commented this week, “I’m so glad that I’m not alone in this,” appreciating the feeling sense of community connection, seeing/feeling others who are experiencing these energies in the same sensitive way. You are NOT alone in this…..you are ahead of the curve and maybe many of those in your life and immediate surroundings. This TOO will shift though as your desire to be in community and in resonance grows, as it is eventually meant to. As you create an inner commUNITY, so you draw the outer commUNITY.

Physical Body Ascension: Being With Chronic Illness Through Parts Work

Sometimes it feels like pure bliss to be in your body and to be in this dimension… there is so much you get to do with your body. You get to explore your sexuality, get lost in dance, walk, run, do yoga. If you’re a woman, you get to explore if you want to have children or not and have your body become a sacred vessel for new life.

At other times, it’s painful to be in the density of your body, especially in the density of this dimension and going through all of the changes you’re going through.

Your relationship with your body during Ascension is critical. It’s so important to take care of yourself in all ways. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably someone who seems to move things emotionally through the physical body. There is a lot of purging going on with these upgrades coming in, and because of this and the need sometimes to move our emotional and spiritual processes THROUGH our physical bodies, there is a lot to pay attention to, be with, and love (as much as we can) as it comes up.

I’ve had allergies for as long as I can remember. I had childhood asthma too, which I really feel was ‘cured’ actually by star BEing visits (abductions) I experienced as a kid in this lifetime. I really feel like they would visit me, bring me to their ships, to help me find my feet in this dimension and live into my Service-Of-Love purpose. The allergies came up again today. They’ve been moving in and out of my body for a while now, because of upgrades coming in and helping my parts let go of them too. I’ve realized that parts of me have felt my allergy symptoms as ‘love’… a reason to take time off or check-out of life for a while. I’ve noticed that they come up when parts of me feel overwhelmed or I’m going through many changes in my life. They’ve been a heart-rail for them to hold on to. The more 5D Self I grow UP into now though, the less my parts will need them and the less often I’m experiencing them.

This piece feels important for everyone who has had chronic or persistent illness. Journaling with the illness, being with parts of you who associate themselves with it, are ways to find more info about why it’s there and what it has offered parts of you for so long now. It feels like sometimes it’s part of the upgrading and purging process too. There’s an invitation here to not make pharmaceuticals ‘bad’ if you are suffering terribly, yet there is huge value in also feeling what soul pieces could be coming up through your illness as well as this-life emotional pain and what alternatives there could be for some relief, including just BEing with yourself and your parts.

The physical body wants your love and curiosity just as much as your other ‘bodies’ do and it so needs everything you’ve got within you to help it upgrade along with you in all other areas of your sacred life! ❤

Make Friends With The Gap!

The gap between where you are and where you’d like to be….

As A Man…

As a MAN:

Trying to ‘be a man’ outside of a relationship to someone or something is impossible.

Manhood itself is ‘an expression in relationship to’.

There is always an arena of life in this way that the man finds himself in, that is full of challenge that calls for choice, and alignment of one’s actions with those choices.

So then life as you currently know it, is not something that needs to gottten over or around in order for you to be a man, but rather, life as you currently know it is something that needs to be embraced, faced and moved through in order for you to feel your manhood moving and expressing.

Where this gets truly rewarding is when we make this conscious and find new ways of responding and relating to all of life around us. We then see ourselves literally becoming the man of our own dreams.

We do this not by trying harder to be a man, but rather by finding and feeling the parts of ourselves that are not on board just yet for their own valid reasons with our gender and power expression in the world. Trying to be more of a man without these kinds of deeper explorations into our emotional bodies only serves to add another layer of suffering and internal war with ourselves, as a self improvement project that we tried to power our way through, is again laid to the side, on the shame pile.

Even this suffering and internal war though is not an end in itself, for as a man, we are ever finding our way and finding the impetus to our next choices. We actually needed, and many still currently need, their suffering loops to alchemize their next larger soul choices and action trajectories. There has never been a time like this time to live into what your soul came here to feel and learn as a soul who chose the MALE gender.

Manhood is EPIC, MAN! You didn’t sign up for anything small when you checked the MAN box. You signed up for it because you are up for it…you’re only waiting for a MAN picture that you can truly buy into!

Energy Update: Moving Into INtegration Now and Tenderhearted Feelings

So, we are moving ‘out’ of the direct airstream SOULAR energy wind flow that we’ve been in for days now that was bringing in heightened and intense SOULar activations and geomagnetic storms too. They are still available in the atmosphere and waiting to be brought into your every living cell and emotional body and chakra vortexes. These energies were WHEW on the body and you may still be feeling the sleepiness, the flu-like symptoms of aches/pains/congestions, the dizziness/light headedness.

Now…..is the space and time for INtegration. The going within, the checking in, feeling the tears and fears that these activating UPgrades are meant to push up. Seeing and responding to the timelines from your Metasoul that connects to WHY you need the particular upgrades that you do. Soul gifts are really activating in this latest round since the beginning of the year, so notice what you can DO and BE now that you didn’t realize that you could before. To integrate a soul gift is to feel the resistance and fear that comes up (usually connected to persecution from other timelines/lifetimes and this life messages of unworthiness). To be with the part of you that relates with the soul gift and to bring love to this.

I am finding that so much is touching me deeply right now as more soul gift activations come in, like what I shared yesterday about fifth chakra/light language throat gifts. Before that, it was galactic consciousness connection at a DNA level with expanded capacity to connect with my star family at a high vibrational frequency in a way that bridges to my everyday reality. I cry even more easily now in response to kindness or loss or traumas finally being felt and released. I can more feel the world’s emotional body and its aches/pains that once mirrored my own.

The tears feel like Mother Mary’s unwavering compassion, Dark Mother/Pele/Kali’s uncompromising death/rebirth, Gaia’s stunning natural beauty…..these textures and tones of Divine Mother invite us to BE, to feel, to remember the softness and stillness, to remember our HEART most of all. To move into our tenderheartedness again after so much need to be protected and guarded in response to 3D.

Activation and integration can be experienced more in balance, which helps with the intensity. Feeling when activation is happening, recognizing and negotiating your life WITH it, letting go of what doesn’t support the responding to it. Feeling when INtegration is needed and holding space for it. I feel like those of us signed up to be bridges for others in this process are finding more ease, more grace, and more breathing around this ACT and IN process.

Energy Update: Strong High Winds W/Integrating And Activating Throat Chakras

STRONG energies today……SOULar frequencies have been coming in on strong/high winds for days now bringing in geomagnetics day after day. I haven’t checked the latest readings on this but it feels like Gaia’s frequency is rising too….in response and in collaboration as well to what the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun is bringing in and offering us. MORE Divine Feminine in whatever ways and forms that She comes to you is available and needed right now to integrate these energies….Mother Mary, Gaia, Kali/Pele, Isis, Kuan Yin, Magdalene…whatever form/face/energy works for YOU.

These energies accumulate in the physical body/in the emotional body/in our mental bodies/in our soul field and chakras, as they are supposed to. They flow in and sometimes they ‘go in’ right in that moment…..and sometimes they seem to wait in your field for the right timing to be integrated more fully.

These energies create and bring in NEW timelines and collapse the old ones. Clearing out, cleaning out toxicities from 3D anchoring and 3D experiences. This is happening on a cellular level, a DNA level, every living cell level that is just accelerating more and more since the beginning of the year.

I am actually writing this while laying flat on my back, experiencing some sore throat/throat chakra activation as soul gifts around light language/mantra singing come in. I realized yesterday that my vocal range is changing from Soprano to Contralto/lower as I integrate more Metasoul aspects in the physical, as we merge and unify. This is how the quantum healing shows up in our bodies too!

Because I’ve been inviting these upgrades in for days now and following rabbit holes to learn more in response to them and been negotiating/connecting with a Metasoul sister of mine who experienced trauma/suppression connected to expression of these gifts in her timeline, I am ready and I am receiving these upgrades. I feel already how allowing this integrating (although in the moment uncomfortable) will serve me, my Metasoul, and love too as I feel light language songs coming set to music played by Gabriel and others in our SoulFullHeart community (a SoulFullHeart Experience Band is forming!).

While I have been holding space for my own process, I have experienced beautiful and powerful sessions with women recently…..just LIFE and reality changing frequencies of healing and love that come in as the parts reality is acknowledged and REAL feeling and emotional reality is validated……that are weaving around and through my own process too. There is space for BOTH and love serves love in these moments.

This feels like an aspect of the NEW reality for us all….BEing with our own sacred processes, feeling and holding space for ourselves and what ALL parts of us need. Responding to the Metasoul/other timeline aspects that are coming through along with the timelines they are in being energized to us. Feeling and validating this ALL as real……while also ‘being’ in life, cooking/eating, whatever ‘work’ is for us, doing the routines and things that move life forward.
