How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

Energy Update: INtegration Of Inner Polar Shifts

There is MUCH to digest since the 5/5 gateway/star gate 5D experience frequencies OPENED out wide (like an open house to connect with your 5D Self, Guides, Higher Consciousness aspects.) We are invited to walk through our own version of the golden arches, to experience our own versions of Heaven in THIS Now, and to connect with Angelic/Heavenly frequencies of our Metasoul. This is pure golden honey love experience when allowed INto your heart and soul!

Being in the direct stream of SOULar energies flowing from a large coronal hole since a 5/5 gateway opening has amplified the magnetics of Gaia and our own magnetics TOO. There is a reverberation going through Gaia’s orbit, through our own orbits too in response to this. We are moving out of the direct flow of these energies now on May 11th as Gaia continues to rotate around….until mid-June when we are in direct line again with the coronal hole, according to spaceweather.com.

I offered yesterday though the importance of INtegrating these energies…..rest, BEing, connecting with Gaia (both physically and etherically). These are STRONG energies meant to change your inner and outer worlds.

Kundalini activation (Divine Feminine), non-dual awakenings (loose mind and less mental grid filter over reality), popping ascension chakras to another level is ALL possible during these kind of frequencies. This is the flushes and rushes of energy; the cluttered and clouded thinking (can’t find words sometimes!); the neck/head pain; the sore throats (finally through THAT one, I can sing again!!) If you’ve already experienced some of these things in your awakening, you might feel this as a ‘recharge’ or ‘boost’ to them.

These are the ‘polar shifts’ that are happening with Ascension…..shifting the polarities inside of you too that may exist from one part of you to another. Push-pulls and mixed feelings are just not able to be represented in one ‘I’ voice as the truth of 3D experience is to be fragmented in response to the density. This especially seems to be true connected to relationships where there can be SO many parts active in the bond and connection that want different things.

To heal polarities is to identify and connect with the diverging energies inside, the contrasting voices that argue against each other….this could be happening hugely unconscious to you in many moments even! These current energies are SUPPORTING the truth of your soul and what it most wants and needs and is meant to do here. This can be way uncomfortable though for parts of you still attached and anchored to 3D through relationships, geographies, careers, etc.

Many people have commented this week, “I’m so glad that I’m not alone in this,” appreciating the feeling sense of community connection, seeing/feeling others who are experiencing these energies in the same sensitive way. You are NOT alone in this…..you are ahead of the curve and maybe many of those in your life and immediate surroundings. This TOO will shift though as your desire to be in community and in resonance grows, as it is eventually meant to. As you create an inner commUNITY, so you draw the outer commUNITY.

Make Friends With The Gap!

What gap?’ you say….

The gap between where you are and where you’d like to be….

The gap between what you are feeling and what you’d like to be feeling….

The gap between the company you keep and the company you dream of keeping!

Without the gap, there is no reason to be here. Without the gap, there is no growth or learning, or remembering.

Without the gap, life is dead. God forbid, that regardless of what new realities you attain to, that you are left without something to reach for – to BRIDGE to.

Part of the gap that has deep and profound meaning for me is offering myself as a bridge in serving others to discover more of their Higher Self embodiment, more of their authentic self manifesting in their everyday ‘what it feels like to be them’ kind of worlds.

As A Man…

As a MAN:

Trying to ‘be a man’ outside of a relationship to someone or something is impossible.

Manhood itself is ‘an expression in relationship to’.

There is always an arena of life in this way that the man finds himself in, that is full of challenge that calls for choice, and alignment of one’s actions with those choices.

So then life as you currently know it, is not something that needs to gottten over or around in order for you to be a man, but rather, life as you currently know it is something that needs to be embraced, faced and moved through in order for you to feel your manhood moving and expressing.

Where this gets truly rewarding is when we make this conscious and find new ways of responding and relating to all of life around us. We then see ourselves literally becoming the man of our own dreams.

We do this not by trying harder to be a man, but rather by finding and feeling the parts of ourselves that are not on board just yet for their own valid reasons with our gender and power expression in the world. Trying to be more of a man without these kinds of deeper explorations into our emotional bodies only serves to add another layer of suffering and internal war with ourselves, as a self improvement project that we tried to power our way through, is again laid to the side, on the shame pile.

Even this suffering and internal war though is not an end in itself, for as a man, we are ever finding our way and finding the impetus to our next choices. We actually needed, and many still currently need, their suffering loops to alchemize their next larger soul choices and action trajectories. There has never been a time like this time to live into what your soul came here to feel and learn as a soul who chose the MALE gender.

Manhood is EPIC, MAN! You didn’t sign up for anything small when you checked the MAN box. You signed up for it because you are up for it…you’re only waiting for a MAN picture that you can truly buy into!

Now arises…

 

A fear of choking

of not surviving

the molten movement underneath,

bubbles up

to lay in waiting arms

of the forward invite.

 

Pressing through and into

the chambers once shutter-closed,

the fiery heat of new burnings

birth into the hearth

of the awakening heart

with quaking parts.

 

Passion rises from the ashes

of a red-hot flame

meant to leave the false,

the no-longer tolerable,

behind

with NO-MORE-OF-THIS-ness

leading and loving

its way into the new.

 

The NOW of the NEW

arises

with the dawning silver crescent

in the heart-sun’s moon

leading

lighting the way

to the re-birthing place

of the reborn Sacred Human

you always somehow

knew…

and grew…

INto. ❤

The Journey Of Change Is Within

Within each moment there is the potential for something significant to happen that is unexpected by our veiled consciousness and yet “served to order” by our higher consciousness.

You are the boat, the sea, and the sky. You navigate the waters that were created by your own choosing. Talk to the sea. Feel the nature of the waves. Look to the heavens for guidance and direction. Use your God-given gift of curiosity and courage to embark on a journey of self-forgiveness, empowerment, and purpose instead of feeling like you are the play toy of The Universe in the midst of a storm you have self-lovingly chosen to ignore until it has become too much for your heart to endure.

Nothing that you created is beyond your power to change. The depth of your circumstance is only paled in comparison to the size of your soul that chose it. You will not change it overnight. There are no ‘silver bullets’ on the way back to Wholeness. There is pain to feel, choices to own, parts to love, risks to take, and stakes to claim.

You did not come here to watch the world go by. You chose this life to live…to ache…to grow…to ‘fuck up’…to learn…to Love…and repeat. This is your soul’s and heart’s calling. You chose humanity…now claim it with all that it has to offer in the next phase of your evolution as a conduit, creator, and conspirator for Love. Heal all that the world is needing you to heal so that you can BE what the world needs you to be…alive, aware, ascended in Love.

Grief As A Gift: Bridging Our Humanity To Our Divinity

After an experience I had with my beloved Kalayna yesterday (which I will write about later after we digest it more together), and a heartful conversation I had with an FB friend I was inspired to write about the feeling of Grief.

Grief is a profound experience in the wake of Loss. It opens the heart to the bedrock of our humanity and our divinity. It can be where the two join hands. Ultimately in our highest heart and soul essence, there is no loss, just a death and rebirth, a transmutation of energy. Of course, the circumstance and specifics of the loss can be quite jarring and extremely painful. To lose a child or other loved one in a tragic way holds so much energy than if it were in a natural one. Tragic grief is one that has so many dimensions to it that needs the time and space necessary to be as real and expressive as possible.

Grief is held by parts of us for so many reasons. It can be an inner child or teenager, inner shame and guilt, rage, and/or hurt. It is held in our SOULullar memory as another lifetime in our Metatsoul that may have multiple experiences of that same circumstance playing out. Holding the grief as a part of you, even as you are in the throes of the pain, helps to offer love to it from a different place as opposed to being the grief itself. You can move with it. Love it. Learn from it. Grow from it. It is actually a gift as it opens the heart into realms that were previously hidden and unconscious.

You can arise out of the ashes of grief with a renewed sense of surrender, acceptance, purpose, and self. You can feel yourself as divinely connected to Source, and even the expression of Source Itself. It is not meant to be a suffering loop or to be glossed over with any numerous distractions. The fear of getting sucked up by grief is what keeps the pain in place. That is another protective part not wanting you to feel any more pain than you already have in this and other lives. That is tender to feel and yet is also important to negotiate with this part how much you really want and need to feel and heal, once and for all.
This experience may be the most alive that many of us have ever felt. That is the gift in it as well. It offers a permission to feel all the pent-up rage, hurt, rejection, and existential pain. It is cathartic and transmutative. So as we focus on the joyous side of being Alive on this day of 5/5, there is also the sorrow side that gifts us what joy truly feels like in contrast. And for that, we honor it and love it just as we would any other emotion that helps us to authentically feel our humanity.
