Even in the offering of our gifts as a healer, teacher, and lightworker we are not removed from the meeting and transmuting of our own shadow. The two are inextricably connected. It is from that experience that we can offer that proverbial diamond to others. Within the work itself, we are in relationship. Relationship from soul to soul, heart to heart. We live in human form with human wounds. Those wounds come into contact in every connection we make, sacred or mundane.
As we go into healing space there are times when we come across situations that trigger or challenge those parts or aspects of us that are still residing in the depth of our unconscious until such time they are meant to be constellated into our current consciousness. We are not always going to be this ideal notion of what another part of us may feel a healer should be. There are times when need to take in reflections of ourselves to get a finer detail of what is lying in our shadow.
As we enter into this sacred space with others we are also in sacred space with ourselves. We are working an aspect of our own process as we are always in one. We cannot ever be outside of it. This is the gift of service and, to other parts, the difficulty. So to claim the light is to claim the shadow. As forerunners and leaders, there are experiences that may be antithetical to love and compassion that lie in our midst that have yet to be addressed until such time they make themselves known.
It is our responsibility to continue to work our shadow as it arises. Not to hunt it down but to respond to it when it does show up. There is owning it and self-lovingly going into it. We may need to come to terms with something that is hard to feel but that is what we signed up for. That is the lightwork that happens within so we can offer a purer, deeper, and more compassionate offering to those that are seeking our particular brand of healing. It is the depth of our own self-healing that makes its way into the hearts and souls of those that we are meant to serve.

In the service of love, it’s not a certification or a weekend retreat that qualifies you to offer healing to others. Methodologies, practices, therapies of all kinds, can be helpful, yes, yet true service starts within. It starts with your heart, through feeling and healing parts of you. It begins with the ever-humbling process of looking inward, feeling deeply, breathing into wounds both fresh and festered. It begins with soberly taking in reflections from Love itself, that can come through Guides and teachers, yet especially life as the ultimate teacher, healer, facilitator. It is your lived-in life and love experience that ultimately qualifies you, ‘certifies’ you,Β brings you the people who you are meant to serve!
True heart and soul-based service of love, comes from your lived-in and walked-out experience of life AND love, too. It comes from finding and feeling deeper depths of love on the other side of some tough processes where you felt as if you or parts of you were crawling through shards of glass. It comes from BEing in life, inhabiting your humanity, exploring your spirituality through that precious heart of yours. It comes from questions, from humbly realizing there cannot be any ultimate answers, yet strong feelings and intuitions based on your experience. No theorizing or conceptualizing can get you here, yet opening up these doors of exploration can and likely will bring you the real-life application of them, where you can really feel what parts of you ‘think’ you are learning.
The service of love in its truest and deepest sense has no requirements but openness and humility, which Love itself will remind you of with every challenge you find and move through, as it also continues to remind you that you ARE love and are loved, too. Serving love can happen at any time, with anyone you interact with, and if the nourishment can transact and move from you to them and them to you, then this is where it clicks into place and the most profound awakenings in the name of Infinite, incredible love are found.
Nothing and nobody can qualify you to be in this, as this is what you are worth, what you are being called to have and BE and eventually to offer consciously to others, too. β€

Tapping into the portal energies today was easier than part of me was expecting! I went inward to connect within, to see which of my guides wanted to come forward to help answer the question of ‘what are these portal energies offering that Love would like me to talk about and share today?’
As soon as my eyes were closed, I felt a warm illumination coming up from behind me as if I were standing directly in front of the sun, and the sun was beaming over my whole being. Enjoying the warmth on this rather cool morning here in Mexico, I asked what these codes I was seeing and receiving were about. Soon I felt and saw the hand of Archangel Metatron grasping my right hand and Sophia grasping my left. It was touching to see and feel them both within reach in such a visceral way and their tender yet very powerful love energies moved into and through me like a warm wave of light.
The three of us began walking forward together. I noticed that the sun shining from behind me was illuminating the way forward, inviting trust in the unknown of where exactly we were heading.
“This light is assuring you and all beings of a bright future,” offered Metatron, “even though there is plenty of pain to continue to feel through as Gaia continues Her ascension”.
“Is there anything specific I can offer others in writing about that today?” I ask him, pleased to be receiving a message from him into my heart and letting in the warmth of it and of his presence into my mind, heart and soul.
He offered then, “offer that higher timelines are becoming more apparent, that the way forward into them is indeed being illumined now by this great portal and the ever-strengthening, growing Sun energies and codes.”
“Offer that the way through is IN”, added Sophia, speaking in her warm tone that is motherly and teacherly, both. “The goodness of each person, each Sacred Human, is alive and well inside of all, underneath the defenses that try and keep love out. This time, this phase of ascension and portal openings, are a calling into the highest paths that truly align with love within and share love without”.
Their messages land in my heart even more as I write them now. They feel as if they are vibing that within each of us lies the seed of everything we could ever need. Each Sacred Human seed inside of every single arising Sacred Human, is already encoded with all activations and upgrades, all needed and necessary gifts, all alignments with service of love callings and invitations. There can be no real ‘lack’ in any one of us, as we already have and ARE everything we need, yet the soil in which this seed must grow, unravel, unfurl, and become its biggest potential, is where the deepest choice points are for each of us and are the gauge for how much of this potential, how many of these gifts, can truly bloom and arise for us and others. In other words, we must choose the relationships, the geography, the food, the spiritual and emotional healing practices that are the most appropriate for each stage of our seed’s growth within. We are naturally drawn to that which we need, though parts of us may not be ready to say ‘yes’ yet, and perhaps these parts need to say ‘no’ more and more, even to that which COULD be most nourishing, before they can truly find a ‘yes’ that is deeply surrendered to the growth and healing and LOVE at hand.
Today’s portal opening and the unfolding of 2018 energies overall, are all asking us to be heartful of what is ahead of us, of what we feel we are reaching for, and they are inviting us as well to continue reaching from within, from a place of self-curiosity that has opened us out to deep investigations and ongoing healing too. Our highest timeline possibilities are in front of and around us, yet even more so within us, waiting to sprout up and out, as we continue to open out from deep within. β€

In this video, SoulFullHeart Facilitators, Teachers and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, share from their personal process paths in the emotional area of life. They talk about what some of the major themes were inside of themselves as they began their SoulFullHeart process and what emotional themes led them each to this path.
Kalayna and Gabriel have been on their individual SoulFullHeart paths for over 6 years. They have made the decision over and over again to go inward, discovering different parts of themselves that were up front and in the shadows, with a willingness in their hearts to continue looking in the mirror. This is challenging to do, especially in a world that has us conditioned to look outward for answers, βfixingβ and healing.
An essential aspect of the emotional process in SoulFullHeart is feeling and being felt in a safe and held environment while receiving reflections from a Facilitator and space-holder who has been there and who continues to do their own work ongoingly. The emotional intimacy experienced inside of yourself and inside of this relationship with your Facilitator and the SoulFullHeart community too, is one that offers deep healing and a soul and heart bond that is free of grabbing or tugging, yet is loving in a profound way that has not often been templated or experienced before.

Each and every time you have an awakening experience, though they are coveted and desired and often long-awaited and worked for, these experiences also carry you into a greater unknown. The whole idea of awakening is to shake something up inside, whether it moves your frequency up or drops back in inward into parts of you that need you more than ever. Sometimes awakening experiences bring us both in tandem. Sometimes we call this, ‘leading edge’ and ‘trailing edge’ in SoulFullHeart. ‘Leading edge’Β is the experience of true and pure love awakening and deepening inside and feeling your actions, words, expression of you coming from a higher, less reactive and more expansive place, and ‘trailing edge’ is the opposite, or what can feel like the opposite; the parts of you coming up in reaction to the expansion, trying to close the gap between it and them, sometimes flooding you with their lower frequency wounding and reality. The main bridge between the two is consciousness, awareness that this can and will happen and that your job as an arising authentic self is to be an ambassador between the two, not negating or dismissing one or the other, yet bringing them together somehow and letting the newfound expansiveness inside to become the bigger container for the smallness, the pain, the existential terror.
I remember being quite young and awakening to angelic frequencies and love. My birth mother had given me a gift that Christmas of my first deck of Angel cards. They were simple yet sweet, not created by any well-known author or speaker. I was in my early teens at that time, or just about anyways. I remember playing with them, exploring them, reading the little book they came with. I did as the book instructed and asked a question I believe, or simply asked for guidance. I did a little spread of the cards and picked them up to read the other side. The messages that came through hit a chord of resonance inside my heart and soul, both. I felt a rush of energy move through me and suddenly felt Angels, what I called ‘my’ Angels, surrounding and encouraging me. The love I felt was so exquisite, I believe I even had tears… I remember too, that the book suggested dowsing as another method of reading the cards. I grabbed a necklace of mine with a small ring on it – a ring that had a nickname of mine etched into it and was too small for me to wear, so I had put it on the chain instead. I held it out in front of me, above my palm, to ‘tune it in’, asking it which direction it would turn in to mean ‘yes’ and which way would mean ‘no’. To my surprise, oh my God, it MOVED!! Woah!! The rush of adrenaline and excitement that followed I can’t explain in words, but it felt so powerful and I felt so powerful to be holding this tool in my hand!
After this happened, I ran to tell my mother and sister about what I had experienced. Part of me felt a bit shy about sharing, slightly worried about it being invalidated, but too excited to let that in at the time. I shared with them and my heart sank… there was an ounce of validation from my mother, who was exploring some areas of spirituality outside of the Catholic church I grew up in along with me, yet she couldn’t let it in deeply and didn’t ask any questions about it. My sister just sort of looked at me, I recall. I think she said something like, ‘that’s cool’. As my first experience of an awakening, without having much knowledge of what awakenings even were at the time, this sort of set the tone for any of my other awakenings that followed. I do not fault either of them for their reactions… their parts weren’t sure what to do with any of this and they probably both had fear and maybe even comparison come up. What I was doing was not ‘normal’ and I think it actually reflected their own capacities back to them, which of course parts, especially Inner Protectors/Gatekeepers who are busy trying to navigate the dense 3D world, tend to have big reactions to, as it isn’t exactly safe to be outside the norm in most cases.
Nonetheless, this birthed a whole world of spirituality for me. It validated so much of what I had begun to read about in different books by spiritual authors. I feel a young part of me sharing all of this, as she was the one who primarily ‘drove the bus’ on my spiritual adventures for many years of my life. Eventually, this part and I needed to separate from birth family and many other relationships altogether, as the lack of resonance hurt and also wasn’t serving my continued openings and my desire to deeply heal.
What followed was many years of seeking and searching. Being very naturally emotional and reactive and not having a container for it, no matter what spiritual path I/part of me tried on for size. I came close to some version of ‘parts work’ through one particular author and speaker who I even studied with for a while and this path was what then led me to SoulFullHeart, which I now teach and facilitate today. It took me a long time to realize that I needed to bridge to my emotional world, not try to put it away. And in truth, my parts weren’t ever going to let me do that anyway!
Every awakening I’ve had has been a mixed experience of up and down, sometimes at the same time, as I can feel my emotional body and also the wounding in my soul trying to catch up with the higher frequencies pouring in and watering my heart with so much love and dawning awareness. I invite you to feel where and how your own emotional body needs to catch up to your own awakenings and openings… to feel how your relationships currently surrounding you serve or don’t serve you along the way is an essential part of awakening and growing and healing. Every new vista invites us all to feel deeper where and who we are as well as who we want and need to become. And, they also invite us deeper into love, so we can better serve love, especially to others who truly want and need us to and are ready to let in their own capacity for the same!

To love fully, we must be self-filled, not self-less… this can a hard one to wrap our heads and hearts around, as parts of us tend to be very conditioned to the idea that in order love someone ‘the right way’, this often means sacrificing or over-compromising on many things, including but not limited to, our sense of spirituality, our emotional reality, our lifestyle, etc. It often means that parts of us have been OK with ‘shrinking to fit’ in order to maintain certain relationships, even if these relationships aren’t deeply resonant or nourishing, leaving us feeling drained, depressed, maybe even very ill.
Our 3D selves, often made up of many different parts of us, like our Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father (or Matriarch/Patriarch), Inner Punisher, and Inner Protector, seem to have a way of expressing ‘love’ that often compromises even their own deeply held beliefs and feelings. Love then becomes a game of disowning and dishonoring our authentic emotional reality for the sake of others as well as being very self-sacrificial and often martyrs, too. Over-giving becomes the norm and choosing YOU over anyone else becomes a ground for self-punishment and beratement instead of a feeling of needing to fill up the inner love-tank so that you only have MORE to give and receive, too. Chances are that if you are wired-up to live in this more outbound way, you often find yourself drained energetically, emotionally and even spiritually.
I hear many empaths staking the claim that everyone around them ‘drains’ them, painting a picture that their gift of being empathic is actually a burden, which it can certainly feel like to parts of us, especially while this dynamic of over-giving to others and under-giving to yourself is going on. The truth that I have felt and experienced, is that our need to go within is a strong one that shows itself in so many ways… and that the gift of being here to serve love means serving from an overflow of SELF love; a steady stream created within by the waters of self care and creating a sacred space for yourself, your parts, your Metasoul Aspects to land in.
Taking the space necessary in order to find this deep inner overflow is tricky while surrounded by others who do not value this space for themselves. The love we have and want to offer each other will always be there in some form, yet without space to feel and BE in our own hearts and healing processes, means that we are serving water from a dry or drying-out well that needs replenishment which must start from within. It is as important to be with ourselves as it is to be surrounded by others who offer nourishment on all levels of being and in all areas of our lives and that want to support us in taking care of us as well as being supportive towards them.

Filling up within can be one of the hardest things to imagine doing for different parts of us, depending on the configuration of our lives, yet it is so important, especially during these times of intense awakenings and upgrades happening on all levels and the increasing depth of our own Ascension processes! Nothing draws the relationships with others that we truly desire, more than being willing to say ‘no’ when necessary, to say ‘yes’ when it feels nourishing and alive, and to find a relationship with ourselves that is truly loving, unconditional and infinite.Β β€

New Year’s Eve can be a day of much reflection as we look back on the previous ‘year’ of our lives, feeling in retrospect where it was we ‘went’ physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc. I feel such value in this reflection for all of us… there can be pain there too, as we feel with parts of us what some of the more challenging aspects of this year were.
In a world that is constantly in flux, so too are you in flux in your very being, all of those cells and atoms, all of that stardust and moonlight that makes up your fabric of self… so much has been downloading, bringing in upgrades and upheavals along with some very ‘up’ feeling times and some ‘down’ times as well. Increasingly, there is and has been SO much to feel! SO much to let IN! SO much to BE in… invitations raining down and into us from above and all sides, from Guides, from Metasoul Aspects, from our hearts, too.
As I feel what this year brought for me personally, I feel much gratitude and reverence… for those ‘tough’ inner processes and for the other side of those processes too. For the incredible Sacred Union mate that I get to be with, transact with, serve love with. For the young womenΒ who I’ve served directly in space-holding sessions, helping me get my feet wet as a spaceholder, teaching ME as much as I was teaching them and in so very many ways. I feel the humility I’ve learned this year, from serving love through writing blog articles and poetry, through responding to your responses, through meditations and manifestations that reflect me back to me, through finding deeper and deeper love within myself; with others in commUNITY; with my beloved mate and fellow facilitator/teacher, Gabriel… I’ve been blessed and blissed. I’ve been taught and have taught too. And, more than anything else, I have loved and been loved. And my sense of it is that there will only ever be MORE of this experience to come now, the more I (and you) continue to go inward to be with the parts that block and filter and project-out at love, the more WOOSHING waves of incoming love light and transmutation will come into and over us all…
Thank you ALL for being a part of my orbit and allowing me in to be a part of yours. I am deeply, profoundly, sincerely honoured to be a part of the service of love that you are letting in and nurturing inside of yourself. Thank you, thank you, thank you…
May 2018 be the ‘year’ of more truths unveiling, starting inside. May it be that you continue to let in the outside world as a reflection of your inner. May it be that as Sacred Humanity arising, we continue to find our hearts instead of battlefields; compassion instead of outrage; humble passion instead of prideful prowess; and, above all, a deep sense of who we came here to be and how we are meant to serve LOVE in its most honest and far-reaching form from deep, ever-yielding and filling UP love wells inside of us!

It’s becoming more apparent than ever, how ‘love’ has been offered in very many different spiritual healing modalities and practices, and yet not lived into deeply by those who are teaching about it. What becomes very intense to feel, is the way in which love is often mixed in with intense amounts of fear and non-vulnerable responses to others and especially to the self. Words like ‘unconditional love’ are offered, yet often coupled with energies of shaming, criticism,Β and judgment, subtle or not. Judgment and punishing energies come from parts of us that need our love and attention and their intensity is often off-gassed, put onto others without a sense of personal accountability or consciousness. Judgment, in and of itself, is not ‘bad’ and, in fact, has been a necessary thing when it comes to moving through 3D life, and with work, it can heal to healthy discernment and a letting in of deep compassion. The primary energy though with which we tend to hold judgments is another thing entirely and is typically an expression of a need for more time within you. Healthy discernment and expressions of intuition come from many years of working with Inner Punishers/Judgers, which is a powerful way to find your authentic sense of compassion and Love too, starting, always, from you to you. Until these frequencies are given space to heal within, they actually can run through every area of our lives, dulling our sense of wonder at ourselves let alone others, and taming our reality of and access to higher frequencies of Love.
It has been really coming to light lately, that heavy-handed judgments from healers who are supposed to be offering deep healing to others are actually the norm. There are judgments and invasive read-outs being offered that are disguised as ‘love’ and assumed to BE ‘love’ by those receiving. There have also been SO many fear-based messages given without consciousness and often touted as channellings. Indeed, what we have learned is ‘love’ and have felt to BE ‘love’ so often misses the mark and is actually based in immense fear…. understandably so in some ways, given how harsh and challenging 3D reality has been, yet this reality is being invited to shift in every moment of our ever-expanding consciousness and our ever-opening and healing Sacred Human hearts.
Perhaps this is one of the main sources of pain in all of our bodies, physical, emotional, etc. right now during this phase of Ascension… we need to clear ourselves of the false love we have taken in from so many, so we can re-calibrate and learn what real Love IS… and that the only source of ‘unconditional love’ we can rely on is inside of us and with the Divine. It IS possible to experience deep love in ALL relationships outside of ourselves and in fact, we need to hold out for it, settle for nothing less than it, and we also need to let go of the label or expectation of it ever being ‘unconditonal’ when coming from another. We can recognize each other as expressions of Infinite Love and feel Love and authentic compassion for each other based on this picture, yet this can only really happen if we can feel this inside ourselves first in all ways and in all parts of us too.
The Love we are truly made of and deeply wanting more of, consciously or unconsciously, is right here, waiting for those moments of entry into us. The more we choose to express Love within ourselves, including being with parts of us that need us and Metasoul Aspects too, but also including the food we eat, the ways in which we treat our bodies, the meditation practices we sit in, and the relationships we have and inhabit. There is so much that Love, in all of its many shapes, colours, and textures, wants to come into you and show Itself for what it really is and how it really feels when it is truly, authentically, REALly there inside and beside you… β€

This morning began for me with writing several Thank You letters. One to my parts, one to my Metasoul Aspects, and one to my Galactic Metasoul Aspects, too. I felt the self-appreciation that this offered me, a deepening of self-love, a reflection of everything that I’ve been working to heal and indeed have been healing. I felt a ‘new’ Metasoul Sister emerge today too, who is my Avalonian guide and eager to help bridge many new and emerging soul gifts to me throughout this coming year, as we enter into what has been called ‘2018’, which feels to hold many gifts and surprises itself. I felt so touched by this process and the feeling that it was ‘me’ and also my Higher Self holding this space of letter-writing, of feeling and holding deep gratitude and also curiosity about all of these parts and aspects and how much further they will evolve, heal, integrate as more phases and processes with them unfold and unfurl. I was also struck by the sense that this is my first time addressing them all as a group, and how powerful that is for the sake of a growing union within.
Above and beyond all of the gifts and Christmas cards you may be about to receive today and/or tomorrow, it feels important to above all remember you, to remember that you are here and have chosen to be here, Now. That you also have many different parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too that need you and need the Divine love that only you can offer them. It’s a time to touch your own heart and soul, let alone those of others, who may or may not even be able to let it or you in right now. There is so much self-care that we are all being invited into, especially as so much energy of change and many reconfigurations of what life looks and feels like take place, which can leave parts of us feeling as if they are being left behind and also feeling as if their feelings, reactions and realities have no place in our emerging realities, when we actually need each of them as much as they need us… and we wouldn’t be who we are or are healing to become without them!
No matter how or where you choose to spend your day today and tomorrow and beyond too, there is so much love that wants to beacon from you to you… that wants to hold you in yourself, in your parts and in your Metasoul too. That wants to reach out to you from you, offering healing and a loving space to simply BE and BE love.

Holding space for others is a precious gift that ultimately gives you back to you…

After holding space for a beloved SoulFullHeart facilitant today, I feel lit up. I feel reminded of my soul purpose. I feel supported by guides and the Divine, yes, but also by my own divinity, my own arising Sacred Human self that is consistently and intently healing, weighing anchor in those areas of 3D reality that parts of me may still hold on to, accessing more and more authentic soul and heart expression and gifts within, that have always been there though perhaps dormant and waiting for their time in the sun. I am lit up by my own sense of service of love in a personal way that came out of the session today, yet by my facilitant’s own soul and heart passions as well, which were in direct collaboration with my own the entire time, in a very palpable and powerful way and were such a key part of the sacredness of the space held for her and her parts.

It all reminds me of why I hold space for others. And that the service of love is not meant for us as healers as a way to become and then remain all-powerful Masters with all of the answers, no matter how high we may ascend or what frequencies we may have the blissful pleasure of accessing. I offer this healing path because I too am on it and in it. I too am healing. I too, on some level, need the frequencies of my facilitants as much as they need mine. I need the reflections that service of love offers to me and I take them into my heart, trusting what they offer. Trusting that they offer just as much as any current Ascension energies, kick-ups, upgrades, or integrations.

Who are we if we aren’t serving others to realize their own gifts, their own access, their own awakenings? Who are we to each other, if we aren’t feeling deeply those parts of us who want nothing to do with ‘people’, who resent others, who compare and criticize partly as a way to keep you small, but also to diminish the power of love within others too? I feel reminded today, of the importance as a healer, Facilitator, WaySHOWer, teacher, to continue going IN as the number one priority and to continue making and holding space for that…. and then, sharing that space too. It’s as important to cultivate the love within as it is to share it, not for validation (though sometimes parts of us need that) yet because it’s MEANT to be shared in the name of the exponential service of love.

Maybe it’s just perfect to be feeling this and offering it too on this day of Winter Solstice… a day that feels like it offers us all a reminder to go inward, to continue to feel, to BE with ourselves as we desire to BE with each other. There’s a portal in the hearth of your heart today, that is inviting you to feel the service of love you are called to and the steps to embodying that, which may sometimes be messy, yet are also bliss-y on the other side of all of the sacredly held feeling spaces where parts of you can Metasoul Aspects too can finally land and become as real as they are ready for and need to become. β€
