Honouring Your Own Unique And Very Personal Journey Of Ascension

Feeling behind. Feeling as if we are risking being ‘left behind’ if we aren’t able to tune into what everyone else that shares awareness of Ascension is tuning into and feeling personally. Fearing that we aren’t going to be enough to ‘ascend’ or to be ‘chosen’ TO ascend, perhaps.

These are feelings that I think so many of us can resonate with on some level. These fears feel existential and like they live in our Metasoul aspects in other timelines who HAVE been ‘left behind’ by others and on a deeper level still, there’s more to feel about ‘abandonment’ by the Divine too… maybe also in this life parts of you have trauma from the ‘competition’ conditioning, from growing up in a culture where you are always striving to be THE best, not YOUR best or even just where you are at and having that be ok. There are so many layers to this and for me, I’m still discovering many of them personally and how deep they go.

I’m a part of a highly catalytic process and soul family community that we always say is on a ‘moving conveyor’. The more work you do within you, the more your outer world changes and the more shifts you feel invited to take of your own volition too. The more parts of you that you feel in their traumas and begin to have a relationship with, the more you realize the changes you need to make in your life in ALL areas of your life.

This means that at any time, one of us could decide unilaterally that there is something we need to address, move on from or move toward, and that could be a big thing or a small thing. There are always next and next and next steps too as the inner awakening and openings deepen. There are new discoveries and new strata of consciousness that begin to open up and out. New relationships are drawn. New alchemy on all levels. All of these are sacred journey markers that are very individual and a result of the individual journey. It look and feel like pure ‘magic’ and it really is, but it’s also worked very hard for.

When you have conditioning in your soul’s timelines and the heart of your parts from this lifetime that there is something always to envy in others for the sake of feeling badly or ‘not good enough’ inside of yourself, this isn’t that easy to digest all the time. Jealousy can be kicked up. A feeling that you must be lacking something or have something ‘wrong with you’ if you aren’t experiencing what they are experiencing. This is one of the major reasons why I needed the break I did…. so that this comparison dance and suffering loop could be deeply felt into by me, so that I could arise for myself with more respect and self-love. This could only happen if I got big enough for my most intense and self-punishing parts/aspects to lean into me. This was the crux of my process at times in relationship to the lives of others around me too… feeling parts of me envying their skills (that they’ve worked hard for), their fitness level, their relationships, etc. This has gone on and on for me for as long as I can remember… and only now is this starting to shift into new ground.

Why is it SO hard to just BE with our own journey? Why do we look to others for templating but then resent them for it at times?

These questions feel complicated and like the answers lie within every individual. I think it’s so hard to remember that we are ultimately here to experience Ascension in a PERSONAL way, though we are returning to oneness too. I’m discovering, especially as I feel a relationship beginning with a Reptilian aspect of me, just how deep this ‘programming’ of avoiding the individuation process of our healing and Ascension actually goes and why it can feel a bit scary.

I had a yoga teacher once, many years ago now, who offered something during class that made us all laugh but it was actually quite poignant. She was showing us the many stages of one particular posture. When she got to the most advanced one, she said,

“See? There’s NOTHING there! There’s no need to rush yourself into this ‘advanced’ place when you have so much to discover along the way”.

That really impacted me at that time and it remains with me today because I think I was supposed to take that in deeply for my own ongoing experience of spirituality and of life itself… it really IS about the journey and not the destination. Ascension is a journey. ‘5D’ is not really a destination so much as an invitation into a new frequency in which to anchor our consciousness as much and as often as we can. Every individual’s soul expression and attainments are their own, often worked for over multiple lifetime experiences and deep inner work too. There’s nothing left to ‘envy’ if we can see it this way… but there could be a lot to be inspired by!

Plus, our own journeys, when we have the space within to honour them, are proof positive of our own inner work and also the growth and healing phases that we personally need that are a reflection of our bigness in order to be with them. Maybe there is no ‘ultimate destination’ but in fact, it all keeps deepening and expanding from here. This is such a humble way to look at and hold ourselves and this whole Ascension process on a collective level too.

I wanted to share this bit about my own journey and discoveries as an expression of my own uniqueness that I’m learning to embrace more and more. I hope that it helps you feel more love and respect for your own too… for the journey you’re on as YOU.

Into The Trauma, And Beyond!

Much of spirituality and emotional healing is based on the healing of trauma. From this life, other lifetimes, and with galactic connections. This is probably some of the most important work we do in healing our wounding and growing closer to our essence. My recent process, however, has helped me realize that there IS healing that exists beyond the trauma.

In my most recent session I connected with both my inner protector and a new gatekeeper. My inner protector is the part of me that helps get me through daily life. He is the one that can hold very 3D and physical/mental tasks. My gatekeeper, on the other hand, is the guide I can lean into when it comes to opening out my soul connections and gifts.

As I felt my protector first, he was overwhelmed and trying so hard to deepen my process and make it more meaningful. But deepening my healing isn’t his responsibility. I haven’t signed up for much trauma this life and the metasoul healing I’ve done so far has healed almost all of what I have signed up for. So this part’s job has shifted massively from protecting to resting and trusting.

This new gatekeeper, who I am calling Damien, is a much higher frequency and has the key to unlocking the rest of my soul that goes beyond the trauma. He can show me the gifts, the positive experiences, the magical and deep journeys that allow for more love and cohesion between all aspects of myself.

Going through this process has helped me realize that we don’t just have to be here for trauma healing. We can go beyond – deeper into who we want to be and what we want to build for ourselves. We can grow closer and closer to essence until maybe we are even done coming back as human.

In order to get to this place we must trudge through muddy waters, deconstruct all that we have believed to be true about ourselves, love who are parts once were and dream about who we want to be. We must find the worth, do the work and stay in the room with the darkest and most difficult parts of us. But each ounce of love we take in, each connection to the Divine and each step towards forgiveness brings us through our trauma and into the “beyond”.

Beyond self consciousness, beyond fear, beyond anger, beyond anxiety and depression, even beyond much self awareness at all. The “beyond” to me is pure love, essence, passion and service.

Letting Go Of Serving/Community, To Serve, Love, And Commune With Myself

Lately, I’ve been in a process of really diving deep within to confront anything and everything that has been keeping me from leading to my fullest capacity and deeply inhabiting service…. which is also everything that’s been keeping me from ME, from loving myself in a deeper and fuller way, and also loving others in the deep way they deserve without energies of comparison and intense projections of all kinds.

I’ve been having to take space from my community and them from me during this ongoing process… and that also means not facilitating or offering intro calls to others. I’ll also not be leading the SAFE calls for women with Jelelle, like the one tomorrow.

I feel surrendered and sad. Hopeful and remorseful. I’m mourning the old timelines that are collapsing but grateful that it’s time for something new to arise from the ashes. I feel the tenderness, unknown, and even insecurity that comes up in claiming this space for myself but the alchemy and opportunities in this too, to finally uproot and HEAL what’s been allowed to live inside of me for so long, well beyond this life. This is the business of deep soul shadow work and I’m grateful for the degree of trust I have around it, even though it’s so challenging sometimes to hold it all. In moments, it feels like I’m going to implode. But even then… once the waves that feel like they’re going to drown me ebb again, a grace comes through, something bigger than the ‘me’ I’ve been, holding me. And that I’m leaning into as a vital part of my own personal healing and Ascension journey that I can’t put off anymore and that needs my intense sobriety and focus.

Healing Karmic Soul Patterns W/Your Metasoul In The Quantum Field

Processes have been going DEEP lately, much more into the quantum space beyond where traditional therapies and spiritual practices have been able to go before. Deeper, previously more subconscious layers of wounding and traumas, layers beyond the veil, are being accessed for healing….both personally and collectively.

The quantum love field is expanding all the time to support this next level healing in response to our evolving sacred humanity. This is healing that is possible not just in your current lifetime timeline, yet in ALL of the timelines/lifetimes that your soul has been fractured into as well from the original, individuated soul source of your Metasoul/Monad.

This depth, this deep dive, becomes more possible as the trust in your soul/Higher Self grows to hold the space for it. Your soul ‘takes over’ from your analytical mind and the parts of you that may want to control and manage the process. You more and more unanchor from 3D and even lower 4D matrix reality and into the higher dimensional, quantum frequency field of your Metasoul.

Connected to this field, you don’t have to access every lifetime/timeline in order to heal it. You don’t have to ‘relive and feel’ every trauma that your soul has ever experienced in every lifetime. You don’t have to ‘regress’ into ‘past lives’ right into the most traumatic moments, which often leads to MORE trauma to process (this happens often in past life regressions & soul retrieval as well). You don’t actually need anyone else to put you in a hypnotic state either or any kind of drug or plant to access these other lifetimes. 

Quantum connection happens as you negotiate with your Gatekeeper aspect, who is guarding your veil of amnesia and the timelines/lifetimes of your Metasoul that are happening in the Now. Negotiation and connection with your Gatekeeper allows you to become conscious of the lifetimes that MOST need your attention…..the lifetimes that you’ll get the most ‘bang for your buck’ if you access them. The lifetimes that are most vibrating in fear, pain and trauma (usually associated with killing frequencies). The lifetimes that offer the most reward and gifts if you heal them. 

As you ‘drop into’ and travel to those lifetimes with your Gatekeeper, you are meeting/connecting with your Metasoul sister/brother that is living in them. You form an ongoing relationship with the Metas sister/brother, just like having a bond with a sibling. In this ongoing connection, you exchange soul gifts with each other, you help them heal from traumas experienced in their lifetime, you are able to identify and see karmic soul patterns too. You support them to make more self loving and empowered choices that actually CHANGE the outcome of their timeline from tragic to redemptive. This then changes YOUR lifetime too as you gain access to more of your Metasoul’s pure frequencies.

As you engage in this work with your Metasoul brother/sisters in other lifetimes, you are actually able to identify and then complete karmic soul patterns and themes. This means that you NO LONGER need to incarnate as a soul into 3D and lower 4D timelines to play them out in order to heal them. I’ve been offered that many of us choose to come into this current timeline during Ascension in order to have this opportunity to no longer incarnate into denser realties. In this way, it may be our ‘last’ time of choosing this.

I am seeing this capacity to identify, dive into, and heal karmic patterns in sessions with women that I’ve been working with for longer term now and on a regular basis (weekly or bi-weekly). In the consistent space holding for the SoulFullHeart process, the Inner Protector and Gatekeeper is able to start relaxing and resting more. I feel the SoulFullHeart process and approach to karmic healing is completely unique, powerful, and held with a loving and collaborative energy WITH you.

Navigating The Confluence Of Change

Just now recovering from one of the worst ‘flus’ in a long time. This tends to occur for me when going through lots of life changes at once. I have also recognized that it was at the confluence of the last 9 days, 9 months, and 9 years. Very catalytic and life-changing cycles all ending at one point. BOOOSH!!
 
It felt like I got hit by a Mack truck with symptoms all over the map, head to toe (including the teeth…a part of me needs to say.) I could feel how much my poor body has held this life and clearly in other lives. I have become more aware of it but this particular convergence really highlighted it.
 
I have come across so much darkness and suffering in myself and my soul over these cycles. I have also found more light & love than I ever expected to be privy to in one lifetime. This can be a challenge for the body to integrate in such a short period of time. I experienced myself differently during the past SFH Equinox gathering in a way that I haven’t fully assimilated yet. This brings up its own shadow/fear/excitement response. It needs to come up if I am going to continue to serve Love those I am meant to serve.
 
I saw my power. My gift. My desire to serve others, crossing territory that, in some ways, my soul has spent a millennia in. I felt the uniqueness of myself as a man, however I choose to define that. I have a sacred role. Not out of a duty but as a passion to create bridges into the New. I felt a growing closeness to and love for my feminine that continues to blossom everyday. I don’t know how I could do this without her.
 
I found a feminine star seed that I am just starting to tap into that I feel as a priceless gift to bestow upon me when the time is ripe. There are codes floating all around waiting for their landing pad. This is an exciting new frontier for all of me. The coming together of the Dark codes and the Light codes. They all have a role to play within us.
 
I am releasing a lot of my past relationship with Kalayna which has been a big catalyst for this rumble. So many gifts that I have been mining from the letting go. One being a revived relationship with my inner teenager and feeling his energetic bind with Mom that needed more purging.
 
On the physical level, a big detox of all the drugs, alcohol, and smoke that I consumed up until I started this journey 9 years ago.
 
Thanks for taking this in with me. I needed to unpack this a bit for myself and yet I felt to share as it may serve in its own way. It is both a personal chronicling and a shared experience.
 
We are all in a time of great change. How we are with those changes greatly influence how we move through them and where we land on the other side.

Energy Update: Powerful September Codes Ready To Be Let IN

As this powerful energy month of September comes to a completion, there may be much to digest and integrate into your physical/emotional/mental/spiritual/energy bodies. The 9/9/9 portal gateway provided more access to the 4D matrix and karmic healing through lifting of the collective and personal veils. We also experienced the palindrome (same backwards as forwards) codes for over a week, a Harvest Full Moon on Friday the 13th, September 11th collective disclosure/digestion, and the Equinox gateway.

September is always a strong geomagnetic month due to cracks in Gaia’s magnetic field during Equinox that cause fissures that allow solar winds to pour through….leading to some really beautiful Aurora codes. Today, September 27, we are in the beginning of another G1 to G2 strength geomagnetic storm now with solar wind speeds already up beyond 500 km/sec. As always with geomagnetic storms, you may be experiencing disrupted sleep patterns, vision/clarities coming through, light headedness, etc. Grounding in nature and in meditative space can help with navigating these higher geomagnetics, as can sound healing.

After doing remote/virtual work primarily with women over the last three years, it was amazing to get the opportunity to do emotional/physical/energy work with some of them this weekend at our Equinox Gathering. Being in the physical, I was able to stand in their auric fields, in their chakra vortices, and really feel/see what was going on with them related to these Ascension energies coming in and the deep emotional/soul work we’ve been doing together through the SoulFullHeart process. I negotiated with the Protectors/Gatekeepers that I have come to know in sessions to collaborate on what was needed now for digestion on an energetic/physical level. Even as SO much can move in the virtual (since we ARE energy after all), there is nothing quite like being in physical proximity to offer exponential healing.

What I noticed during my energy work with them was that there were ‘codes’ floating around in their crown chakra vortex, which extends far out beyond the top of the head to include the Personal Sun chakra (about two feet above your head), the Soul Star Chakra (about one foot), and the Causal Chakra (back of the head.) These codes were there ‘waiting’ to be downloaded and let in, very often to clear blockages and any disease/illness in the physical body. They were also there to support ongoing detox and activation of their light bodies. I was guided by their Star Family/guides to bring the codes ‘in’ to their crown for integration by doing a sweeping motion through their crown vortex, gathering them up, and offering them back to them.

Whatever codes you are most needing right now are very personal to you. They appear in whatever shapes, forms, colors, words, sounds, images that most work for you and your DNA/cellular/energy systems. For some people, codes float around in the field in the form of sacred geometry. For others they look like streams of numeric code like in the Matrix movie. Identifying what your codes are and what is ready to brought in (with help from your Protector/Gatekeeper and Star Family) can be very helpful to the activation of your higher timeline and embodiment of your Higher Self.

My sense is that there were many codes offered in the last two months….during the powerful geomagnetics and portals of September and the Lion’s Gateway of August. These codes seemed to offer a range of upgrades related to deeper embodiment of our sacred femininity and sacred masculinity (and healing of the wounded expressions of these); activation of our galactic DNA and healing of our Star Seed child; and clarities/visions plus experiences of our Higher Timeline self and life.

As we move now into October, we can allow the codes offered in September to light us up, to inform us, and to support us. As we become more and more conscious of what is being offered to us, we can let in the opportunity that is available in this NOW to truly become divinity in our human bodies.

Mother Aphrodite Message Of The Catalytic Healing Power Of Falling IN Love

“Falling in love IS serving love.

It’s inhabiting its textures, its fragrance, letting it rumble through the chakras, feeling it raise questions about your next life steps, such as they are.

Falling in love can happen in any moment.

On the inside with parts of you. On the outside with a beloved soulmate or a friend or even with a complete stranger just because you feel their uniqueness in your bones.

Falling in love happens with nature, with the energy of the planet on which you live, with the forces of life and abundance and eternal movement with the galaxy surrounding you and the multi-verse you reside in at a larger scale.

All of this serves LIFE to happen in enriching ways that open up to MORE love… and that… that is serving love in a grand form that brings it inward, moves it in a flow that floods the heart of you and reaches toward the heart of others. It brings love to this planet, lets it download through the conduit that IS your soul and why you are here at this time.

And, with that, love cannot help but impact the world you live in in GOOD ways and boost the ongoing Ascension process of all that lives within you and everyone ‘outside’ of you.”

This message came to me yesterday as I connected with Mother Aphrodite (as I am feeling to call Her) in meditation yesterday. She is yet another face of the Divine Mother that we can connect with whenever we desire to. In fact, She does love to respond to our heart’s desires, as that is part of Her purpose and the archetype she IS.

I have been connecting with Her through and with a new Metasoul sister connection that I’ve made recently, who was a courtesan at the Temple of Aphrodite, offering her body in service to men who desired transcendence and also a connection with the Divine Feminine that they could not access themselves. Connecting with this ‘sister’, named Lysandra, has bridged me to this powerful and tender energy of Aphrodite, who feels very catalytic and who also seems to encourage us to go INTO love, not shy away from it, even if that means that the intimacy brings us to some messy places where we are in a soup of triggers and reactions or even ecstasy. I feel Mother Aphrodite in a more ascended form than She has been depicted in ‘Ancient Greek’ texts and so on. She even appeared quite blond to me instead of the usual red or strawberry blond hair colour that you most often see.

This message came as encouragement to continue to fall in love… whatever that means in any moment. It was an invitation to keep the heart open, to stay in curiosity, to hold patience for others as you bridge them to love too, and to trust that if you do feel genuine love flow between you and another being, human or otherwise, there is something more to surrender to in that experience… especially whatever this connection seems to be bringing up inside of you to be held and felt. I would not have access to this energy of Mother Aphrodite or this new Metasoul sister connection had I not been in a process of opening up my heart wider to others and feeling the kickback and defences of parts of me in doing so.

Mother Aphrodite is a bridge to both the glory and the gory when it comes to the passage and flow of love. She is a Divine poultice who it feels like can hold both the balm that love can offer and the catalytic craziness in moments that love can offer too as it stirs up so much inside of us, so much that we couldn’t have felt or healed without it being brought to the surface. Of course, there is also much She offers us in sexuality and sexual healing, honouring the pleasures of the body yet holding boundaries as necessary too to truly honour where you ARE right now and what feels good to explore and what doesn’t. This is something that has often been distorted about the energy She brings with Her and it feels like She would love to see this shift in the collective consciousness!

Much love to you and with you as you feel your own journey and recognition of the catalytic nature of love, especially ‘falling in love’, and the deep healing it can and wants to offer! ❤

Reflections From Our Interconnections: A Poem

Digging IN
my heart remembers
what it only can with you.
And what’s always true
is the plan of living
and the exquisite pain
of letting in
while also letting go.

Ecstatically
the heart opens and closes again
echoing thoughts and words within
the pulse of beating hearts
and timelines crossing timelines.

Instinctually
the forbidden mind
starts to mine
the experience of the heart
and integration of lined-up soul pieces
that flow and flee and double-back
into the next full circle
of healing miracles
within.

Reflections, ALL
move inside the current being

Energy Update: 9/9/9 Portal Opens Up Access To Lower 4D Matrix/Karmic Healing/Metasoul Timelines

Energy UPdate: We are in the midst of the 9/9/9 portal that opened it feels like on 9/8 and  continues now for the next nine days until 9/18. Being in the ‘midst’ can feel like a swirl and a twirl….a sense that you are in the middle of a process that you may only be somewhat aware of on a conscious level. The nine energy often feels like a completion that is happening at the same time as the New energies are coming in.

It feels to me like much more upgrading, activating, and rewiring is going on beyond our minds, beyond our consciousness, beyond our this-life human body structure than we can possible understand right now. This can actually bring a lot of comfort as you lean into your own soul (or Metasoul as I call it, your individuated soul consciousness or also called Monad.) Your Metasoul/Monad has immense intelligence and access….it as close to Divine source as can be and still be individuated.

Your Metasoul holds and contains the experiences of ALL the expressions of its fractals projected out into numerous lifetimes and timelines. All of these projections are happening in a simultaneous moment in the Now and ongoingly. This is not ‘past life’ at all or ‘ancient’ or ‘from another era’.

This 9/9/9 portal is offering a feeling sense of the multidimensional frequencies of our Metasoul beyond the linear structure that the 3D mind has placed it in. These simultaneous and parallel timelines are hugely influential to our current life experiences. They are often the source and root cause of the emotional reactions, triggers and even the situations themselves being drawn to you.

The recapitulation of soul themes and therefore the healing of them is the underlying REASON for WHY your soul has set up what it has for you to experience this life. Every choice seems to pivot on this existential context of the Metasoul’s healing, which ultimately connects to collective unconsciousness healing as well. Healing of the duality/polarity experiment back to Oneness.

Conscious healing of these timelines and lifetimes is a crucial phase in our ongoing Ascension process. We now have the opportunity to heal karmic patterns that our Metasouls have been playing out for infinity. We truly can complete the need to incarnate into 3D and lower 4D timelines at all anymore if we don’t want to or need to. We can truly end the suffering of repeated traumatic and traumatizing situations in all their different forms and expressions.

Understanding how the Lower 4D Matrix holds and contains these karmic patterns, archetypal energies, and the collective unconsciousness can be an important step in the process. Unplugging from the Lower 4D Matrix is to become aware of your soul themes and patterns and HOW they express and play out in your current lifetime.

This happens as you create a loving and understanding relationship with your Metasoul aspects/fractals from other lifetimes. Not just as a ‘past life’ of yours that you drop into the trauma of in a one-time regression, yet as living, breathing, and very often important energies and personalities that you need just as they need you. The gift exchange between these soul aspects of yours can be huge as they are often anchored into and expressing many soul gifts even as they are experiencing patterns of persecution, suppression, etc.

The key to accessing the Lower 4D Matrix and lifting the veil to get access to your own Metasoul happens as you connect with your Gatekeeper. This is an aspect that we have worked with for many years in our SoulFullHeart process, who seems to be the aspect of the Metasoul that is in charge of the veil of amnesia. Getting to know your Gatekeeper opens up access to these other lifetimes in a way that is self loving at a negotiated rate and pace that you and your Metas can both benefit from. The Gatekeeper opens the doors, lifts the veils, and allows free flow remembrance of ALL lifetimes.

Unanchor From Being In Pain: Message From A Local Oak Tree

I wanted to take in some nature the other day, to connect in with myself more after some pretty deep emotional detox waves moved through this last week. There were several huge tidal waves of emotional and existential pieces I hadn’t felt so deeply in a very long time and it turned out that much of the pain I was feeling had to do with several Metasoul brothers who were awakening, stirred up, and needed me. They embody themes of betrayal, nobody wanting to listen to them, inadequacy, comparison to others, not fitting in, disempowerment, banishment, etc. I’ve only felt two specific ‘brothers’ so far, but I feel like there are more.

The veil being so thin right now seems to of course bring with it more opportunities to reconcile other lifetimes. I’ve even recently felt an ‘abusive husband’ archetype in my own Metasoul and that was a huge one to deeply let in and feel. This reminds me that during these times of the veil being quite thin, there are these opportunities to feel deep-seated soul themes that still need our hearts to hold them and our Divine love connection to help forgive and heal them. These darker themes can’t emerge within us unless we are ready for them to, so I always take this as a reflection of my progress even though it may feel absolutely crazy-making to walk out.

It’s also SO important to actually go into and feel these lifetimes when they do come forward, because it does help us understand WHY these themes are so alive today not only inside of us but inside of so many others who express/embody them, usually unconsciously, in different ways.

While connecting within and with nature today, I felt to sit underneath a beautiful, wise oak tree. I touched her trunk, connecting with my heart, wondering about sitting below her and leaning in for a while. The immediate warmth I felt was so inviting that I did just that. I felt rest and safety as I sat down in the tall grass and leaned into her sturdiness. I consciously reminded my parts and my Metasoul aspects to let in the love exchange.

The oak tree told me,

“It’s time to un-anchor from being in pain”.

I felt this message not just for me but for a collective that seems to be moving through so much right now and always.

I could feel the truth of how this has been an undercurrent throughout my process over the years and how it’s steadily and surely been healing. I feel how this is the invitation for everyone who consciously chooses to keep going inward to clean house, to refine and redefine what it means to love yourself and also to love and serve others. We get to find our own finesse with our ongoing process, to be able to let in as much arising joy as we do arising woundedness. It does feel SO critical that we ALL begin to consciously hold our processes this way if we aren’t already!

There is definitely a balance between the transcendence or bypassing of soul and heart pain and the staying anchored in it.

We get to create a NEW ‘normal’. A new baseline frequency and sense of self, life, and how love moves within us. This is a very personal journey for each of us and for each part of us along with each Metasoul Aspect too. ❤
