Healing 3D/4D Loops In Order To Fly

There is an ongoing supply of pieces to heal within each of us, no matter where we lie on the spectrum of growth. But what is ascension but growth, maturation, and transmutation?

Our soulstory (feeling no longer to use history) is but strata of compressed and fragmented experience that we left in the wake of our densification. As we begin to ascend more consciously, we find ourselves descending, at times, to unearth what we need to come to terms with so that we can untether from this weight that keeps us in what feels like a perpetual spin cycle. The patterns of experience that a part of us can feel a victim to or guilty of.

When you finally get to a place of owning that you truly create your own reality, you take the handcuffs off that which keeps you in an energetic holding pattern. A looping airplane, neither landing or flying, and running out of fuel fast!

What do you feel you are tired of repeating and persisting in your life? Look not at the external circumstance, but what lies inside that is permitting such things to occur. This is not some punishing shame energy (though it can be if there is a part that holds it that way) but a deep and honest look at what the heaven wants to shift inside so you can truly experience what you, your higher self, your guides, and the universe want you to experience!

For each of us, there is a soul theme, or issue, that we are here to work on and through with love. Not looking to solve it, but to understand it and heal it. The circumstances we create are meant to irk us into frustration and desperation so that we will stake the claim of choosing and creating something new with a different energy than we ever have before. We may need to get softer, or more assertive. More compassionate, or less appeasing. The scope and sequencing of our healing is varied like a snowflake.

The energies that lay before you are meant to invite you into this deep exploration of compassionate self-discovery and powerful action. What lies underneath that which has been the most difficult for you to get to the other side of? THAT journey is the one that is your soul calling. The one that leads you to the path of your greatest gift and highest timeline. There is no other time than now to begin.

‘You Are Ascending’: Holding Compassion And Curiosity In Your Journey

You are ascending…

If you had a deep cry, a thrashing fit, or a sense of Oneness… you are ascending.

If you feel lost, like the world is going to hell, or you see the arches of the New Earth….you are ascending.

If you can’t get out of bed, can’t wake up, or can’t get to sleep…you are ascending.

If timelines are colliding, collapsing, and being challenged…you are ascending.

If you feel like you are swimming upstream, downstream, or not at all…you are ascending.

The only key is to be curious, keep asking, and keep feeling

-Message from the Angels

In my last Facebook post, I shared a message from what felt like an angelic/divine/star-being source. A message from β€˜the other side’ a part of me would call it. . It had a lot of resonance with people. It struck a chord in many hearts in many different ways. It came to me after I was checking in with my emotional body. A coming together of my inner 3D and 4D aspects that have been a part of my healing journey lately. Calling them to the Round Table of my Higher Heart, my inner Camelot…a very 5D New Earth vibration.

In that check-in, I could feel a part of me that had a question about whether or not we were β€˜ascending’. Even a question as to what Ascension really is. I felt to hold that in my heart and give it to my Higher Self, the Divine, and my angelic/star family. I let that go and just felt all the timelines in which being β€˜not enough’ was a theme. Inviting my metasoul aspects to join me in a sacred space of Enough, Full, and Perfect. In that space, you can feel both Presence and The Gap.

In that higher space, whatever feels β€˜missing’ or β€˜lacking’ becomes a journey and a discovery. It becomes a quest of compassionate curiosity that is not devoid of feeling but going full-frontal into it. The feeling is something that resides within us and can also have external expressions. Many people remarked of not being seen by others, coping with intense emotional swings, and just needing to hear and feel some words of validation and encouragement. It became so evident that we need others in this quest of self-discovery, healing, and becoming.

Going into my emoto-spiritual body was my β€˜how’. It was using imagination, intuition, and heart to create the sacred space…along with pen, paper, and music. This creative concert of feeling myself as a sum of parts and transmuter of timelines is the heart and engine of how I heal myself in this divine work that we are co-creating. It is an ongoing process that finds all the places where we need the healing to expand and grow into what our divinity is waiting for us to show up for. Sometimes the healing is hard, but this is why having another to lean into, not rely on, is so important.

I offer my heart space to you to feel what wants to be expressed and felt within you that may be hard for you to feel on your own. We offer bridging sessions that apply what we do in our own healing to see where you may have parts that are resisting, for good reason, the love that wants to come to you through these ongoing waves of ascension energies.Β 

My love goes to all that are moving through major shifts and changes right now. It can be a very bumpy road for some and I feel you in all of that.

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: We Are Not A 3D Generation

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and β€˜Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to talk about the different ways in which β€˜Millennials’ as a large swathe of younger human beings have engaged with 3D reality and rebelled against it too.

There are many opinions out there about Millennials and how many of them don’t seem able to truly live in reality or find β€˜success’ – at least the same sense of β€˜success’ that previous generations have had for themselves. β€˜Millennials’ is a term that’s usually used negatively. This happens in reverse too, with young people then dissecting the lives of older generations in order to prove something.This creates more of the battle and rebellion energy that was a necessary phase for a while but can be moved on from and healed now. This is what looking at 3D, 4D and 5D reality and the Millennial relationship to this dimensions offers.

On a soul level, what we call β€˜Millennials’ are really groups of Indigo and Crystal souls. There could be some Rainbow souls in this group too, but they seem to still be young at this time and not really considered part of the Millennial category. When you look at them as Indigos and Crystals, which is really just another handy label to use for a while, you can feel how there are many reasons why these young human beings haven’t been able to inhabit 3D life the ways that older generations have been. They haven’t come into this life pre-wired for it, as they are supposed to be the leaders of new consciousness.

Many Millennials are entrepreneurial and highly creative. Many of them are naturally multi-dimensional and have little to no barriers to their soul gifts if they are nurtured and seen by those supporting them. There has been an intense generation gap for Millennials and Baby Boomers to navigate together and this has created tension on both sides. There’s a lot to feel about how this is happening on the inside of each individual, from part to part, and Metasoul Aspect to Metasoul Aspect too.

Millennials (or Indigos and Crystals) were never meant to be in 3D the same way that other generations have been and needed to be. Even just being with this realization helps to move something in the collective and we can all start to really appreciate who we have been, who we are now, and who we are meant to become.

The Sacred In The Ordinary

Any β€˜ordinary’ moment holds the key to our sacredness….

It has been a while since I have written. There is a way in which a part of me can feel a need to get a little epic with the writing. Wanting to express and feel the depths of something that is moving in the collective heart and soulscape. That is all good. It brings a wider aperture to life. But I am wanting to feel how even what we call the ordinary has so much to offer in reflection.

This past weekend there was a lot going on emotionally between myself and Kalayna, as we have been feeling how parts of us have related to each other in the past that has had an impact on the way we see and experience each other. This lead to some conflict between us that opened out into deeper understanding between these parts, and a new place of goodness, love and awareness between us.

Then there was our poor dog Sara that got a hold of something poisonous not too long after that sent us to the vet and and overnight stay for her. As she was shaking profusely, I could feel an arising sense of β€œokayness” inside of me. I felt she would be okay. Feeling the young part of me that had concern and didn’t want Sara to be in pain. There was a container of trust that helped bring love into the process and let it works its magic. If the undesirable happened, then I would be with that in all that ways that I need to be. But in the moment, Love and trust were the only thing I needed to feel.

Yesterday, as a community, we had one of the more abundant days since moving to Mexico. We visited a new fancy grocery store that had Golden Earth tones to it in regards to its selection, design, and atmosphere. It was more money than we had spent on a trip like this and our old conditioning to some moments to adjust to. Moving from scarcity to abundance is a process and it is getting used to being in the larger pool of that that is marked by appreciation and gratitude. We also purchased another used MacBook for Raphael on top of it all! That was the mark of continually shifting timelines.

So in retrospect, with introspect, I can feel how there are no ordinary moments. 3D is really a consciousness. A way we relate to things and circumstances. The fifth dimension is something we don’t travel to, but rather something we let in and open up to if we can feel and heal the parts of us that are filtering it out due to a plethora of good reasons. Golden Earth truly resides in You and in front of you. It is realizing this with β€˜real eyes’ and real heart that this IS our reality and we are just working our way there….one sacred moment at a time. Blessing to you all in this particular one.

Aligned And Alive On 5/5

This last week for me feels as if it has been leading up to this coming 5/5 gateway. It started with opening up the intention to feel more into my power, leadership, and truth. The full moon seemed to infuse me with the energy of action and stepping up, stepping out, and stepping into. This gateway feels to offer us an invitation into the next level of our continuing trajectory of our service of love, leadership, and ambassadorship.

That service first starts within from self to self. It is about feeling all the ways in which you relate to yourself, others, and life itself. It is about feeling where you may not feel aligned and alive in all areas of your life. You are perfect just as you ARE, but there are also passions and alignments that are wanting to manifest. This gateway is giving us the reflection of what our 5D/Highest Self truly wants for us.

It wants us to feel this abundant self-love where an inner union is alive and felt deeply when you look in the mirror. It wants us to be authentic and courageous in our truth and action. It wants us to be treated with reverence and respect by others. It wants us to experience intensely magical and sacred sexuality. It wants us to be in a romantic union and intimate community. It wants us to create and commune with higher dimensional beings. It wants us to serve love in whatever way that is aligned with our deepest gifts. There are no limits to what is possible and desirable.

For many, there is a feeling we are not β€˜there’ yet, wherever β€˜there’ is. There may be a lot that is keeping you from truly embodying that picture. When you begin to get real with your emotional truth, you begin to see where the aliveness has been numbed and/or the alignment displaced. It is visceral and recognizable. The 5/5 gateway is like a big road sign that says β€œEXIT HERE! ENTER NOW!!”. Β To me, that means to get off the old road of what was limiting and veer off into the New where you DO get to have what you want through the inner work.

But there are influences to feel that may keep that state from being a continuous stream of consciousness candy. The fears and other lower vibrational emotional states, held by parts, are there to be heard, felt, and held. They need help to feel that there is something bigger, not just outside but on the inside. These parts are awaiting a bigger version to come and help them digest and collapse.

As this occurs through your inner relationships with your Protector, Punisher, Teenager, Mother, Father, Child, Gatekeeper etc. you then can feel that larger soul aspects that hold more of a soul aspect that is a part of your Metasoul. Through the continued healing of these parts and timelines, you collect their gifts and passions. They integrate into you more and you become so much more than you have ever felt possible. I am taking this idea with me as I am ready to begin a more outed journey in my leadership through videos and live stream opportunities. I can feel the parts of me that have been a bit buzzed on old fear patterns and it is time to step UP and OUT. I will be covering many topics that are related to ascension and its practical implications, especially in regards to men and the masculine. Women are highly desired to participate!

We are all on a path to alignment, aliveness, and wholeness. Through the SoulFullHeart process, I provide a β€˜how’ on the path. Not The Way, but A way. Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area Personal Process

In this second video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their unique perspective that is based on their own personal processes in this area. This area is one that parts tend to have the most reaction to and therefore it is an excellent area in which you can explore who you are now, have been so far in your life, and who you’d like to be as your process deepens.

The financial area challenges you, like all other areas of life, to feel what you are truly worth and what it is your most deeply want. As Kalayna and Gabriel share in this video, the process in this area is one with many steps and layers as you wade through, feel, and negotiate ongoingly with parts of you that are invested in it in one way or another.

In her personal sharing, Kalayna talks about layers of entitlement that parts of her have had around money-earning or being able to somehow automatically live a life dedicated to her vocation as a healer and have that be the main source of income. Her process has been one of digging deep within to feel and be with the parts who have held this energy of wanting to skip the step of finding financial stability that could provide her with the means to truly invest a growth process that she very much needed. She offers that parts have deep conditioning around what it means to have to work a β€œ3D job” even while you are having profound awakening experiences.

Gabriel shares about his personal process with moving out of a 13+ year career as a tenured elementary school teacher and the dwindling nest egg of savings that part of him had great attachment to and anxiety around. He offers some key pieces to feel around the idea of letting go of 3D-based money-earning and savings from a 3D-based job or career in order to let in the new possibility of earning money with the intention of deepening your awakening experiences and helping them integrate into your life, not dampen them or try to shut them out.

Both Kalayna and Gabriel are part of the emoto-spiritual conscious community of SoulFullHeart, earning income as online ESL teachers online while also earning donation money through their work as SoulFullHeart Facilitators. This money that they earned is shared among the core Facilitators and Teachers and somehow they have found their way in this picture for almost five years now!

Shifting From 3D Money Earning To 5D Abundance

Ongoingly throughout your personal Ascension process, there are challenges brought to you in all areas of your life. The financial area of life is one in particular that likely holds much charge and reactivity from parts of you, especially parts that make up the 3D Self, and understandably so given the amount of conditioning there is around it and the amount of suffering too. Parts can truly become attached to the suffering as a sort of handrail. It’s that idea of comfortable discomfort again, which as you continue awakening, becomes only more and more obvious to you!

To enter a more spacious ground around money, it’s a good reminder that truly satiating abundance does not live in numbers… it lives in deep heart and soul nourishment, soul and heart “food” of exchanges with others who you are in deep resonance with on all levels. There is a depth to real abundance that does not show up in the ways that your 3D Self parts have been conditioned to believe that it will. It can only be experienced in your life through your willingness to say “no” to everything that doesn’t feel like it comes from true self-love and worth and all that you are now outgrowing too.

Awakenings are challenging enough… and then there is the money world that you are supposed to somehow navigate as well! There can be SO much energy of money being “against” spirituality, especially coming from the 4D Self and what it could be that your own soul has witnessed or been a part of related to money in other lifetimes/timelines.Β  Yet, it can be a grounded support of your spirituality and expanding consciousness in this current world where we still need it and an opportunity to help sustain and even boost our spiritual growth trajectory. Money earning sets an intention. It can fuel your deeper awakenings, not dampen them, by being invested in processes, inner work that feels like lifeblood to you, and invested too in helping you make MORE space for yourself and your needs, not less. It is there to be invested with energy and love INTO love.

In SoulFullHeart, we choose to keep our session prices affordable and we do this for many reasons… including the fact that we feel healing should be accessible for all who need it. We feel there is still very much a need for an energy and intention exchange between us as Facilitators and those who choose to become Facilitants. Investing in our picture and what we offer brings it back home to you and your own parts in ways you’ve not yet felt or experienced. It is more than a money investment. It becomes a big part of your heart and soul trajectory and healing. Money is a thing we can tangibly see, touch, smell. The old 3D picture of money-earning is one of a cycle of earning money only to spend it and often to maintain a lifestyle that only goes so deep for you… the latest smartphone tech cannot feel you. Dinner at a fancy restaurant with friends or your spouse cannot satisfy you if these connections are not based inΒ having your deepest heart and soul social needs met. Money cannot ever buy parts of you the love that they want MORE of… the heart and soul “food” nourishment that can only come from resonant soul family connections and a deepening connection with yourself, your parts, your galactic and MetasoulΒ aspects, too. Though, when invested in YOU and in your growth path, it CAN and WILL help you draw the resources you need to keep moving inward and UPward, and the most satisfying experiences of love you can imagine and beyond, to boot!

Whatever the current money picture is that you are living out… at the end of the day, this whole process is all about self-love and worth and inhabiting your truest sense of power in the world, and any process that provides you with THAT ground, is one that will truly lead you to where you most want to BE, who you most want to BEcome, and the resonant hearts and souls you most want to BE with! It is 90 minutes of interesting conversation about embracing rather than resisting your shadow aspects and difficult emotions. We talk about how in spirituality the shadow can be bypassed or try to be ‘cleared’ or seen as ‘negative’ and the gifts of embracing yours through conscious parts work process.
