Message From The Lyrans: You Are Part Of A Symbiotic Universe

Our Universe is symbiotic. We are moving through an intense phase in the moment with so much movement happening during this lunar eclipse and the upcoming Lion’s Gate portal. It’s for reasons that are occurring to us in small doses, at whatever level our consciousnesses, as they are right now, can handle and digest. We aren’t going through this alone and we aren’t going through this just for us, either.

I met with my Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect in meditation today. Her name is Ineerah and she is a humanoid Lioness/Tigress. She offered to me this important piece of universal symbiosis that she wanted me to share with you, as this is a bigger piece of Ascension and why it matters so much… why so many other groups of Star BEings are here to help us in whatever way they can and whatever ways we are willing and able at this time to let in.

“You are part of a cycle”, Ineerah offers. “A cycle amongst yourself as humans and a cycle in the Universe you’re a part of. You [humans] have moments of feeling insignificant and tired and other moments of feeling as if you are the very centre of the Universe in which you reside. This is understandable, as you came here in forgetfulness in order to remember more and more that you are a part of a larger Whole and that not everything is about YOU. When you are infants, you must make the world around you about you for your survival. This has been especially true in 3D. Yet, you are growing up now and realizing there is more to your world than you were ever taught. For some of you, this is sparking outrage within as parts of you react quite intensely to this information and are tugging at the Universe and even at more localized ‘authority figures’ for MORE truths. You already have the truth, though. This was never taken away from you, only veiled, and only for a phase. You chose to forget in order to remember. Why? You may never know the complete answer to that, yet a piece of it is certainly that it inspires humility, doesn’t it?

You aren’t human only for the reason of being fodder or something quite a bit lesser than you actually are for the sake of other ‘powerful beings’ in the Universe. You have played out this scenario over and over again for those you regard as ‘leaders’ in your world too. Perhaps the biggest piece of your forgetting passage has been that you have forgotten how big and important you actually are and that you are needed as much as you believe you also need us as ‘higher aspects’ of YOU.

Symbiosis… you are an important aspect of this Universe, just as we are. Without you finding your way home to yourselves, we don’t get to completely find our way home to ourselves either. We watch you and learn from you as much as you look to us for enlightenment and inspiration. You are the ones we desire to communicate and collaborate with. We do not hold ourselves as ‘higher’ so much as ‘ahead’. We’ve been on the ground you now tread and have come out the other side… mostly. Yes, we still have work to do! Is that surprising, beloved human? Nothing in this Universe is ever perfect, yet is always in pursuit of perfection, just approaching it and relating to it differently than perhaps you can right now with the state of your heart and soul consciousness healing trajectory. You are IN it and ON it, no matter how ‘far behind’ you (or parts of you) may feel in moments and that you cannot help, only be with as you continue moving on and forward.

This eclipse event and the fast-approaching Lion’s Gate portal event are creating a runway and launch pad for your reboot… a rediscovery of your Sacred Humanity, a reawakening into your larger purpose here and the truth of that too. There is much to feel for each of you, much left to discover about yourself as you also discover the Whole you are part. You get to have both, the individual you are and the Whole, and one serves the other in another expression of symbiosis. We, your Sirian-Lyran aspects, are here to assist you in this passageway which will be an intense experience for many of you. The intensity depends on the need to feel deeper still, what there is to heal, what there is to awaken to as your past-present-future timelines collide and in some cases, clash. If you find yourself in a mess, it is a sacred mess. We are here if you need guidance and we look forward to connecting with you as you walk through this. We cannot walk through it for you, as we have already done that ourselves, but we can offer you pictures and senses of the goodness that is coming as you courageously continue your ascent on all levels of your being.

Ascending Into Sacred Humanity: Integration Of Spirituality & Life

I just realized that I write a lot about the integration of your spirituality. It does feel like there are pulses of energy waves that remind us to do this, that invite us deeper into this, that support us to look bravely into the mirror of life and relationships to truly SEE where we haven’t integrated or let our spirituality live in us on a daily basis. This is something that I have had to really look at many times in my own process and I suspect that process is not over, nor could it ever be over!

It really feels like we’re so used to being our Galactic selves, our soul selves, that it’s so hard to really BE human and to subscribe to what that even means for us/with us. This is why feeling the Ascension of humanity as an arising into a SACRED humanity evokes a strong sense of an integrated soul. A sense of a 5D/Higher Self that is willing and able to walk powerfully and heartfully around in a non-compartmentalized life while feeling a strong sense of love and compassion for others and self and a sense of healthy boundaries too. Continuing to choose a compartmentalized life or a life where parts of you don’t feel like they can let you (or themselves) bring all of who you or they are into your life and spirituality, makes this process of becoming your Sacred Human Self much more challenging.

You can choose instead to feel the resistance with parts of you and ask them “why”… keep diving deeper, feeling every layer.

It feels like it can be challenging for parts of us to let in our sacredness because of the rough road of awakening into 4D consciousness, which fuels you with knowledge about the possibilities of the history of humanity on this planet, how we could be here as some sort of ‘slave race’ perhaps, how we’ve co-created disaster on Gaia and are depleting Her resources. It feels like there is a necessary phase of awakening of feeling the outrage at others and at yourself too, wanting to tear down the old confines of the ‘Matrix’, wanting to rip apart the ‘ego’, and ultimately, for some parts of you, longing for death in some form. It’s a phase too of feeling on the ‘defense’ and on the ‘offense’ too, sometimes in high extremes, not really letting in the love that Ascension actually wants to offer you, supporting you to move towards a higher, bigger picture of it all that doesn’t stop feeling the cries of the world, but can instead hold it in a bigger container.

The Ascension into 5D consciousness is integration of the dis-integration experienced in 4D birth canals and dark corridors. It IS the Heaven-on-Earth experience your soul remembers that it is here to experience and be part of birthing into this world. And, it is a consciousness that wants and loves everything that has made you and others ‘human’ and that trusts that you WILL remember your sacredness, one step at a time.

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: We Are Not A 3D Generation

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to talk about the different ways in which ‘Millennials’ as a large swathe of younger human beings have engaged with 3D reality and rebelled against it too.

There are many opinions out there about Millennials and how many of them don’t seem able to truly live in reality or find ‘success’ – at least the same sense of ‘success’ that previous generations have had for themselves. ‘Millennials’ is a term that’s usually used negatively. This happens in reverse too, with young people then dissecting the lives of older generations in order to prove something.This creates more of the battle and rebellion energy that was a necessary phase for a while but can be moved on from and healed now. This is what looking at 3D, 4D and 5D reality and the Millennial relationship to this dimensions offers.

On a soul level, what we call ‘Millennials’ are really groups of Indigo and Crystal souls. There could be some Rainbow souls in this group too, but they seem to still be young at this time and not really considered part of the Millennial category. When you look at them as Indigos and Crystals, which is really just another handy label to use for a while, you can feel how there are many reasons why these young human beings haven’t been able to inhabit 3D life the ways that older generations have been. They haven’t come into this life pre-wired for it, as they are supposed to be the leaders of new consciousness.

Many Millennials are entrepreneurial and highly creative. Many of them are naturally multi-dimensional and have little to no barriers to their soul gifts if they are nurtured and seen by those supporting them. There has been an intense generation gap for Millennials and Baby Boomers to navigate together and this has created tension on both sides. There’s a lot to feel about how this is happening on the inside of each individual, from part to part, and Metasoul Aspect to Metasoul Aspect too.

Millennials (or Indigos and Crystals) were never meant to be in 3D the same way that other generations have been and needed to be. Even just being with this realization helps to move something in the collective and we can all start to really appreciate who we have been, who we are now, and who we are meant to become.

Energy Update: Good News Love Waves Coming In

The ‘good’ news, yes, is the SOULar winds picking UP again, plus a full moon coming on April 29th offering much needed lunar/Divine Feminine frequencies. This is preparing us for what feels like a significant portal opening on 5/5 that offers a ‘next level’ embodiment of your Higher Self and connection to your galactic self and star family. These energies coming in stronger CAN be good news if you feel them and let them in that way. Even the body symptoms you might experience of light headedness, shift in sleep patterns, appetite changes, mega drowsiness, head aches and muscle pains. Even the emotional body releases of what was in shadow of shame, guilt, anger, frustration. Even the relationship break downs and break ups that can push up so much to be felt inside. Even the job/money livelihood dissatisfaction rumbles and scarcity pictures coming into awareness.
This is ALL good news because it is about experiencing deeper and deeper layers of 3D conditioning/parts of you to BEcome more of your essence again as INfinite Love, yet now within your human body. These energies provide a loving container to hold these explorations and journeys. The good news is the support that the Universe and the Divine provides for this transition and shift. The support comes in these SOULar AND Lunar frequencies bringing in Divine Masculine activations and the Divine Feminine INtegrations. Bringing in more balance into your whole BEing.
This may not feel like good news to parts of you, especially if these energies are inviting you to move into a death and rebirth cycle. Listen to the voice that feels overwhelmed and lost. Feel this voice as a beloved part of you that needs YOU. You can hold much compassionate for the parts of you that have been invested in your life up to this point and all the settings and stages you’ve chosen there. This is only the death of what is false to your authentic BEing now. This is the loss of only what no longer resonates to the same vibrations as you. Of course this can be VERY painful to experience if another person is involved. Long-term marriages and relationships are completing in this way now as what is REAL is able to be felt, seen, and acknowledged. You may be leading this completion, which also can be challenged to accept as the self loving thing to do for both you AND your partner. Trust that if you are wanting to experience more love, you are providing a merciful completing for both you and your partner.
PURE love, as offered by these cosmic energies, reveals what isn’t from and of that substance. What was previously able to be settled for in terms of crumbs of nourishment no longer IS when you start letting in the full meal love deal of these energies. This, again, is GOOD news as your digestive system (on all body levels) wants and needs more! Crumbs are no longer enough. You want a bountiful bounty of love and goodness and resonance….in ALL relationships and especially with yourself and with every part of you to another.
Let in the love bounty of these energies and be with any parts of that experience them as LESS than this. Bridge to them from your soul consciousness that gets what GOOD news this whole process is, one that you have so bravely committed to as a soul. Connect to the Divine GIFT being offered in this NOW to all parts of you in ALL timelines of your Metasoul expression.

Awakening To Your Abundance Within And The Protection Of It Too

When I feel the abundance alive inside of Gaia, of water, nourishment, life, energy, that in 4D awakening experiences often seems deficient or on the decline and frighteningly so, I feel how this parallels our own inner abundance that continues to create and recreate itself continuously, that wants to be remembered and fill us UP! Of course, all of this focus on depleting resources is actually a concern about the depletion/scarcity of love… and there is no stronger source of love than that which can be cultivated, experienced and then overflowed from within.

You are not deficient… you are not in lack or scarcity. You are not in a place of “not having”, though it can feel like this to parts of you who have truly and deeply felt as if life and love itself tend to turn the other way when they are in need or want. Some parts of you may have become “beggars” in a sense of it, desperately wanting, praying, affirming, grabbing at what they feel they do not have already. In some ways, this is what they’ve needed to do. This is what you’ve needed to inhabit in your 3D life, where the conditioning is that you need something, someone, outside of you at all times in order to keep you fed, clothed, embraced, loved. This conditioning does not tell you to go within and feel where this sense of separation first started and ultimately received the most encouragement to go on in your consciousness.

You ache… your parts ache. To be felt above anything else. To be seen and heard and even challenged to start feeling the “deficiency” within… a deficiency that doesn’t really exist, but has seemed to. The lack you’ve felt has actually been about something much deeper inside of you that has gone untapped. There are bottomless wells of everything you need within you. For example, the body knows what it’s doing, yet hasn’t always been given permission to be in its intelligence, its knowledge of self-healing, and hasn’t been given the space to do so either or the foods, the energies it most needs in order to boost its abilities. The heart knows what it feels to be true, where your personal and soul timeline stories have come from and why they are there/here, why and how you are connected to those you are connected to, or why perhaps you aren’t. Above all, it knows what you most need. And, it knows that the only place where this can truly come from in a steady and ongoing way is within.

The abundance you have inside is like the Cave of Wonders from Aladdin. Or maybe it’s the intense Inner Protector energy inside of you that makes it feel that way and is offering me this picture now! Your Inner Protector seems to vibe to you that if you touch the lamp of your abundant flow within, everything will collapse… and in a way, they’re not wrong! The golden lamp is your deepest sense of inner power and worth that is accessed through feeling parts of you who are not only the pain they present to you once you begin to feel them, but who also have many, many gifts to offer and can unlock the doors to your soul gifts and service-of-love 5D Self. Once you start to realize your true power and everything you can provide yourself from within by being with these parts of you, all the areas of your life DO experience a collapse of this cave that has served to compartmentalize and hide away your brightest light within… yet, it’s a death and rebirth cycle, not your ultimate demise, as your Protector and other parts have felt it to be. It’s an invitation to keep going, growing, wanting something NEW, something more fulfilling and nourishing and alive within you, that then creates and draws the relationships to others, to life, to work, to service of love, that you most deeply want and are ready for. The best way to walk out this collapse and reboot is with a hotline to your Inner Protector, who has had very good reason to protect your Cave of Wonders and treasure trove within it of previously suppressed parts of you and ultimately self-love and worth too.

You are more than enough in the deepest sense of it. You are the one who gets to experience shifts in your life that don’t always have to be experienced the “hard way” if you do choose to negotiate and walk it out with parts of you. By taking self-loving steps, you get to feel everything that you have within and everything you are bringing with you into each new life phase. And, along the way, you will discover that life is NOT looking to deplete you or run you down and is, in fact, pressing you inward to find the resources you already have waiting to be claimed. ❤

Let Your Inner Tension BE Your Path Through 4D Ascension

There is no “wrong way”… there is only the way in front of you and inside of you. There is no way or path that is more correct, more aligned with you than what you are currently walking out. The flow you’re already in wants to bring you to your next places of growth and healing, as is inevitable on this Ascension journey where SO much is going on at all times.

It can be especially hard, as you walk out 4D-ascension specifically, to really let this in. To hold that you and parts of you are OK. 4D holds the container for so much churning, so many storms, so much turmoil inside as buried pain surfaces on heart AND soul levels. It isn’t comfortable and it often expresses as messes, conflicts, contention, feelings of being twisted around inside of you into a really uncomfortable pretzel as your Higher Self continues to try and find its way closer to your being. The Higher Self coming into the body causes reactions that aren’t just physical… the emotional reactions, oh, those intense emotional reactions, are all part and parcel of the bigger picture of what needs to be purged, felt, healed. The parts that surface can really inhabit the intensity of this. Parts represent so much of our old ways of being in the world and with ourselves, which is a result of our wounding and conditioning too from culture, birth family, friends, the education system, the medical system, the “Matrix” in general if you want to call it that. The ‘Matrix’ is a charged word and concept for all of the pushing away from it that is happening… it can be held by parts of you as another representation of their pain and anguish, what they want to push away from and forget about. Yet there is still a Matrix within, a very intricately-wired set of responses to life and above all, to love. This is what is being pressed upon the most when we feel this intense birth canal that IS 4D awakening and movement. And of course this is HARD… this is what has been so normalized, so accepted, yet so painful inside of all of us.

In the 4D scramble for answers, it can be understandably hard to find stillness and calm and a place within that is an undying oasis of infinite love… a place that truly believes in and trusts love. This oasis of self-love and worth is worth working for, is worth burning-up from the inside for… and is the passageway to our more consistent 5D moments and eventually whole lifestyle of 5D consciousness and breathing and being. And, though it can be so hard to feel this when the burning and purging is happening, there is SO much love holding it ALL, always and in ALL ways.

PRACTICAL ASCENSION: 7 KEY AREAS OF LIFE – MENTAL AREA INTRO

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, discuss the mental area of life and how we can relate to the mental body from a point of view of love, respect, and spiritual and emotional healing and evolution.

There is so much energy placed on the mind and mental-based reality filtering is lauded and rewarded in our 3D reality, often over any other sort of pursuit or endeavor. Our five senses are the accepted gateway to taking in and understanding our world and the parts of us that make up our 3D Self, including our Inner Protector, Teenager, Mother/Father, and Punisher. As we ascend and awaken into more 4D frequencies and experience of life, sometimes there is a grasping at mental-based spirituality and filtering of spirituality in order to understand what’s happening in the individual and the world too, and why. This can step on the deepening emotional and embodied spiritual experience of awakening and is often a fear-based reaction from parts who are not ready for the awakening or are afraid to let go of 3D reality.

Kalayna and Gabriel also share about the awakening 5D Self, whose reality is more about visceral experience and moving with emotions as they come up rather than rationalizing or filtering them through mental-based conclusions or reasoning. Throughout Ascension, there is more fluidity that is invited, starting within, as the healing and unification of the Self continues and more oneness/non-dual experiences that are well beyond the mind can be had.

They offer too, that the mind is meant to ‘come with us’ during this process of Ascension and not to be left behind as many other spiritual paths offer. It is a crucial aspect of helping us find and visualize what’s possible for us and what our meditation journeys want to offer and show us. Eventually, perhaps the mind as we have known it is not needed anymore, and that alone can leave parts of us feeling anxious about what that reality could mean or be like, especially as the mind and thinking has been so over-emphasized and over-energized in 3D life.

More Questions Than Answers: The Sacred And Necessary Journey Through 4D Into 5D Consciousness

As we continue to move through 4D and find our way into 5D reality here on Gaia, there are so many more questions than answers, and there is a knowingness inside that hindsight truly is 20/20… meaning, sometimes we don’t and can’t know exactly what’s going on or where we’re heading until we’ve gotten there. There is a surmounting, ever-unfolding journey we are undertaking, fraught with mystery and entwined with conundrums. You find and claim one answer after another, only to ’round another corner and find another existential crisis awaits…

This is the experience of parts of us on this Ascension path. This is the experience within our Metasoul too and perhaps especially since there is so much karma held there, so many stories of other timelines and even galaxies and the happenings there. What is felt and experienced to be ‘the truth’ in one moment is then negated the next because of new discoveries within and in the world at large, too. There is so much mystery in this process of moving and ascending UPward, so much we cannot understand with our limited human energetic and verbal vocabulary, as it is right now. No wonder so many attempt to ‘figure out’ answers based in what their minds can learn. The heart though, the sacred, awakening and arising human heart, which is at the epicenter of our Ascension as a species, cannot learn through books and teachings alone and needs to experience… needs to feel… needs to let in and let go, too. So many answers are being revealed, starting from the inside, yet they need to be encouraged and supported from outside sources as well. Others who are walking this path alongside you. This is not meant to be an entirely lone wolf-based phase, this time of our Ascension. We are meant to do this together, be this together, find and feel the answers together, even if/when there is contention along the way, often held by parts or Metasoul Aspects of us not ready to let go into their truest vulnerability yet.

There is so much to learn. And are parts of us OK with not knowing our way through to this learning? This has been tricky to feel in this still predominantly patriarchal-based world and dimension, as the mind has been a prized possession and trophy, a sign of worth and power, for men and women alike. Over-reasoning has led parts of us down paths of deep hatred and fear, or a complete bypassing of much emotion at all. And then sometimes the mind gets a bad rap altogether, instead of being loved UP like any other part of our being and brought into our Ascension picture along with us. The mind is still needed, just perhaps not so relied upon, as its scope of the truthiest truths is limited at best.

The truth of Ascension lives at a personal level. It starts there like a seed, only to germinate with the right about of air, space, love. It grows with the questions, the navigation of choppy lower-4D waters, into the upper-4D flowing seas. It sways in the winds of new directions to go in, new places and parts to feel within, new physical geographies to inhabit. It is forever shifting, just as we are and are meant to. How we enter these phases of deep questioning and discernment is a show of active choice points and a foray into the unknown wilds of our human hearts which are at the core of our deepest healing processes and enlightenment/enHEARTenment opportunities.

And so, onward and UPward we continue, with all of our questions still burning brightly in the headlights and fuel tanks of our personal Merkabahs, somehow shining the way  and moving us along still, even if we can’t ever be totally sure where we are going… though it seems too, that as we inhabit even these difficult states of 4D-being and the reality of this for parts of us and move into 5D more and more, the questions become less important than the pure remembering that in the end, the details and ‘answers’ to our questions and quandaries matter far less than the return to our pure and deep understanding and kNOWingness, that we are now and will always ever be LOVE embodied in Sacred Human form. And reaching this state (even if it only lasts for moments at a time at first!) makes all of the journeying, all of the prior perplexed-ness so completely worth it. ❤

Ascension Process Reveals Hollywood’s Shadow, The Pain, And The Potential Healing

I didn’t watch the Oscar’s last night as I don’t have television and haven’t for many years. I was tracking it though as these kinds of events are a good marker and sign of how the ongoing disclosure and Ascension process is playing out in mainstream consciousness. I’m not sure if Hollywood is really ‘mainstream’ though as it feels more like 4D….in a ‘bubble’ of pretended realities, alternative dimensions made up by the imagination/third eye, isolated and insular with wealth and influence that most of us can only imagine. It has felt like a castle up on a hill shrouded in glittery clouds that us ‘common people’ get to go visit on ‘special’ occasions when the King and Queen allow.
Part of me used to track celebrity gossip, relationships, behind the scenes dynamics for many years. I feel it was a replacement for a sense of lacking glamour in my own life. It was a way to project onto ‘celebrities’ all the ways that parts of me felt ordinary, boring, and my daily life to be unglamorous. It was also an anchor to a lower 4D reality that I was increasingly moving out of. I also have always had a very rich imagination and third eye capacities to create scenarios and communicate with spirit guides and Higher Selves, so I would project scenes and play them out in my bedroom during my childhood….just as I feel actors do too.
Actors may mostly be pre-awakening, and yet, too, they are not exactly anchored to 3D reality in so many ways. Their acted-out scenes probably feel more ‘real’ to them than everyday reality. Their characters represent parts of themselves that may be in shadow or more suppressed. They bring in and channel Metasoul frequencies from other timelines to play the archetypal roles of the King, Queen, and Warrior. I think parts of me could relate with this torn-ness, sensitivity, and desire to transcend the ordinary. I could relate to these feelings that what is imagined is more REAL than what is presented as reality….and it seems many people can too.
3D is ultimately dissatisfying to the soul. It is MEANT to be, as a temporary experimental consciousness that we are ‘trying on’ for awhile to see how it fits us. For those of us awakening out of it, 3D reality has never been ‘enough’ and we’ve found ways to compensate for that…sometimes in ways that are healthy for us and many times in ways that may not be. Hollywood feels to me like a big compensation for 3D……a lower 4D reality with its own play outs of heavens and hells. Its own versions of Dark Nights and Awakenings. Not just on the big screens either, yet, now, dramas and traumas in the back rooms and the boardrooms and the ‘casting couches.’
The aura of Hollywood glamour and seeming ‘untouchability’ has been permanently pierced with the Metoo and Time’s Up movements. The emotional immaturity and polarization between the masculine and feminine (that exist in our collective consciousness and within each of us) is revealing the underbelly of itself in increasingly bright lights. The veil is lifting to show the inner monsters that need our love and forgiveness. The spotlight is shifting to illuminate the pain that can no longer be ignored. And even those who have been more pretenders than authentic are HAVING to get more real as outrage replaces complacency; honesty replaces politeness; uniqueness replaces conforming; feeling replaces suppression.
Some actors (such as in the photo) are now becoming more ‘famous’ for what they are willing to be vulnerable and honest about in their real life experiences than what they have portrayed on screen. That THIS is becoming more interesting and touching to more people is a good sign of our collective ache to FEEL. This is a phase of outrage and anger, yet, eventually, it feels like it will move inward to compassion and forgiveness of the wounded masculine that abuses, punishes, and manipulates inside of us and therefore expresses on the outside.
What is shaking up in Hollywood feels to me as a sign of the ongoing Ascension process. It may not be as obvious as what is transforming in your inner and outer worlds as a soul who is in a further along phase. Yet, it still shows that ALL of us are being impacted by these influxes of love and light energies….even those seemingly so removed from it all in their isolated and seemingly more superficial worlds. ALL of us are being invited to be real, to feel, and to heal with love available to support the personal and the collective disclosures that are necessary to move into the NEW.

As Mama Gaia continues Her ascent into 4D reality at an increasing rate, we’re invited along for the ride, to experience the highs and lows, ups and downs, and take them inward, to experience them personally while connecting them to what’s happening globally. As we continue moving through these birth canals which it feels like are the main map and territory of 4D, we are being popped into new awarenesses and dawnings within.

The once tidy compartments held by parts of us, carefully sanctioning off this area of life from that one, separating, for example, our spirituality from our social lives and priorities, our emotional worlds, and our physical being, are all being blown apart. Sometimes the experience of these dividing walls coming down is one that happens with plenty of inner-negotiation, like with parts of you that you are actively working with and loving up, or life brings in what can feel like a sledgehammer (of love, mind you!) that seems to, in one fell swoop, bring an end to all separation. The dawning illuminations of how we have held our lives or allowed parts of us to hold life, are coming in stronger now. Intuition can no longer be denied and neither can the feelings of, ‘I want that, not this…‘ – the ‘that’ being the vision, the new template for how you want to experience your life, combining all sacredly held areas, and the ‘this’ being what you may be currently experiencing, in your relationships especially, yet in all other areas as well…

There is so much to feel as we let this one in… that the invitation is to feel where our sense of spirituality has been held as a separate entity, often for safe-holding and keeping by parts of us and understandably so… yet the call to really BE what we are learning about and downloading, to really live into our ‘talk’ and take the steps necessary to embody our deeper soul purpose and service of love calling, grows stronger still and shows us where we have things to look at, some resistances inside of ourselves, to truly letting go of what doesn’t feel like it aligns with this deeper soul and heart calling.

There is nothing to take very lightly about this process, as it runs deep and is often very challenging, as letting go with LOVE means letting go with a full heart, truly feeling the letting go by feeling parts of us that have held these compartments, these safety/no-go zones in place. Feeling their tears and leading them into your vision of what you truly want for you and for them in unification and a greater experience of love in all areas of your life is what brings the waves of NEW into your Now. This is the process of truly inhabiting your 4D and higher sense of spirituality… that the nitty gritty is what leads to the profoundly beautiful arising of you that you have yet to come to know, and the mess is what leads you, ultimately, to the bliss you have been wanting.

Courage is what is needed as you walk into the illuminating lights of 4D awakening and beyond… and courage, arising Sacred Human, is what you absolutely came into this dimension with in the first place and something your soul and heart remembers how to embody if you can find a way to be with that and let it in, one step, one fully felt feeling, one part of you, at a time. ❤
