The Anniversary Of Choosing Love

It has been exactly one year today that I moved to Mexico. Not only that, but it has been one year that I really began to see myself. To honour the unique and different parts of me that may not always coexist in harmony, but that I have come to realize care for me and each other so deeply.

One year ago I began a deep dive into my emotional body and spirituality that shone a light into the dark corners of my existence. What I uncovered were often scared parts that felt unworthy of love. From a fierce protector that did anything it could to protect me and my other parts to those young and pure parts that I felt needed protecting.

The biggest and most beautiful thing that I learned this year was how to love. How to love these parts of me, because that’s all they really need and want. To love others so genuinely that I can let them go knowing it’s best for the both of us. To love all of the souls I haven’t met yet by cultivating love within myself first.

I have learned and felt how setting boundaries (with love) is the biggest way to nourish your soul and to send the message to your parts that they matter. That the energy I choose to be around and take in, matters. I have learned that boundaries don’t mean hate or not accepting someone for who they are. When done from the heart, boundaries are the most loving thing you can do when someone you care about cannot yet see their own bigness or yours.

I spent a lot of time away from my family before moving here but something has changed. They aren’t just my family anymore, they are my soul family. I’m at a place now where I don’t have to hide. I don’t have to put everyone else first because I know that they are taking care of their own parts as lovingly and fully as possible.

I’ve always loved helping others. Talking through what was going on in their lives, making them feel better, finding solutions or a silver lining. But I wasn’t giving that to myself at all. I was so scared of the dark places inside of me that I couldn’t even nourish the light. I would help anyone I could to escape the emptiness I felt inside. I felt so disconnected from my soul and judgement towards the intense emotions I could feel sometimes. It was like a drug hit to be able to feel someone else because in some ways I refused to feel my own parts.

Even when no one asked, when they would never expect me to hold as much as I did, I was there. It was my vice, my escape, to be able to be in their world and not my own, knowing I wasn’t happy. Knowing I wasn’t doing what was really in my heart. While also knowing I couldn’t help anyone in the way that I really wanted to.

I’ve got a lot more exploring to do but I feel that I am where I am meant to be in this moment. I am happy, I am becoming more fulfilled each and every day, and I am open to whatever it is this life (and others) lead me to next. I chose everything I have experienced this life and I’m more than happy that it led me here.

So thank you. To SoulFullHeart, to my soul family, to everyone who has ever touched my heart, to my parts, to my experiences, and to myself. For this journey we’re all on is precious. It’s hard, it’s arduous, and it can feel complicated to parts of us. But wow does it keep on giving us gifts!

What Lies Under Staring Above And Beyond

What is this new world a part of you seems to be awaiting?

Does it sometimes feel like you are sitting at the edge of precipice or the shore of an expansive ocean just waiting for ‘It’ to arrive? The Exposure…The Contact…The Shift…For those around you to wake up to everything that you see, hear, and feel.

It may feel like It is coming for others. There can be so many reasons why parts of you feel like they are stuck in mud, spinning in circles, or constantly in pain. So many reasons why ‘It’ is not coming. Yet what is ‘It’ you are waiting for really?

Permission? You have it if you want it. You already have the authority. It is a part of you that feels unworthy or afraid of actually creating the world you see and feel deep inside of you.

External shifts? Those only shift when you do. When you make the choice to step out of the drama and heal the trauma, the fight, the rage.

Guarantees? The only thing you can control is your level of surrender and persistence. This is your power that does not take but has a steady compassionate march into the unknown, for the world you seek has been veiled into forgetfulness.

Underneath it all is your desire and need to be loved, to be seen, to be free of all that has limited your consciousness from experiencing life to it fullest and deepest potential. It is your (and my!) insatiable appetite for More. To go beyond this broken record of survival and secrecy, and transmute into abundant possibilities of thrival and romance, both inner and outer.

This is what I feel undergirds what the eclipse and Lion’s represent in the deepest recesses of our hearts and souls. It is the reason why we stare into heavens because we are ultimately staring into ourselves. This is the Great Healing that can only start inside of you.

Eclipse/Lion’s Gate Energies Awaken Inner Process Steps, Encourage Moving On & UP

Energies are continuing to ramp UP as the eclipse fast approaches. Much intensity of feeling is surfacing in different ways… there are waves of bliss that are being amplified as connections are made within and also with higher-dimensional aspects of you during this time of a very thin-feeling veil between dimensions. Yet too, along with the bliss comes an illumination and an uprooting of anchors, and as Jelelle Awen offered in her writing today, these are specifically the anchors to 3D reality and consciousness.

What awakenings is this eclipse bringing you to inside of you? Perhaps it’s not a time for awakening outwardly or in other words, becoming more aware of the world or even other dimensions, but an awakening within to what parts need you to show up and be with them now so that they and you can finally move on and UP the way you truly desire to.

As always with amped-up energies, it is a mixed experience of ups and downs… really, it’s many waves of love that are washing over and through you, helping you feel what ISN’T love inside of you, your relationships, your life and celebrating with you what IS love too. If you feel any question about boundary-setting with others and ‘if’ you need to do so now, exploring this question is something good to feel into at this time. The invitation of these incoming energies is to feel and experience, even just inside of your mind/heart’s eye for now, the possibilities for your highest timeline… which, when taking the steps to inhabit it, will ask you to set healthy (yet porous) boundaries as needed.

The eclipse and Lion’s Gate energies want to help us move on… this isn’t so much about ‘releasing the past’ as a process of feeling the parts of you still living there and helping them step into the current timeline or the timeline you’d most like to co-create WITH them. The spinning wheels of trauma and drama in your heart and soul want to start moving in a new direction, yet there’s a process to go into here, not bury or transcend or ‘release’ without proper closure and consciously collapsing these old timelines from this life and other lives WITH the parts/Metasoul Aspects of you that are still attached to these stories for their own reasons…

You may also be experiencing some intense physical processes right now that go along with these intense energy influxes and inner processes being brought to your attention. Our bodies are making adjustments and telling us all what they most need at this time. You may be compelled to eat less and/or eat cleaner (if at all). You may also be more sensitive to energies and feeling that physically… timeline bleed-throughs from your Metasoul may also be showing up in your body in different ways. It is all important to pay attention to and be with, being as gentle with yourself as possible and finding ways to move the energies through – I have found that journaling, meditation, yoga, and sometimes sex as well (especially in a sacred union… with self or other!) help to ground and move through what needs to move through.

It’s an ongoing choice whether or not to look at what is being illuminated and brought to you in so many ways right now… and the mirrors are all held for you with SO much love, which is the ultimate piece to trust and feel, isn’t it? ❤

Message From The Lyrans: You Are Part Of A Symbiotic Universe

Our Universe is symbiotic. We are moving through an intense phase in the moment with so much movement happening during this lunar eclipse and the upcoming Lion’s Gate portal. It’s for reasons that are occurring to us in small doses, at whatever level our consciousnesses, as they are right now, can handle and digest. We aren’t going through this alone and we aren’t going through this just for us, either.

I met with my Sirian-Lyran galactic aspect in meditation today. Her name is Ineerah and she is a humanoid Lioness/Tigress. She offered to me this important piece of universal symbiosis that she wanted me to share with you, as this is a bigger piece of Ascension and why it matters so much… why so many other groups of Star BEings are here to help us in whatever way they can and whatever ways we are willing and able at this time to let in.

“You are part of a cycle”, Ineerah offers. “A cycle amongst yourself as humans and a cycle in the Universe you’re a part of. You [humans] have moments of feeling insignificant and tired and other moments of feeling as if you are the very centre of the Universe in which you reside. This is understandable, as you came here in forgetfulness in order to remember more and more that you are a part of a larger Whole and that not everything is about YOU. When you are infants, you must make the world around you about you for your survival. This has been especially true in 3D. Yet, you are growing up now and realizing there is more to your world than you were ever taught. For some of you, this is sparking outrage within as parts of you react quite intensely to this information and are tugging at the Universe and even at more localized ‘authority figures’ for MORE truths. You already have the truth, though. This was never taken away from you, only veiled, and only for a phase. You chose to forget in order to remember. Why? You may never know the complete answer to that, yet a piece of it is certainly that it inspires humility, doesn’t it?

You aren’t human only for the reason of being fodder or something quite a bit lesser than you actually are for the sake of other ‘powerful beings’ in the Universe. You have played out this scenario over and over again for those you regard as ‘leaders’ in your world too. Perhaps the biggest piece of your forgetting passage has been that you have forgotten how big and important you actually are and that you are needed as much as you believe you also need us as ‘higher aspects’ of YOU.

Symbiosis… you are an important aspect of this Universe, just as we are. Without you finding your way home to yourselves, we don’t get to completely find our way home to ourselves either. We watch you and learn from you as much as you look to us for enlightenment and inspiration. You are the ones we desire to communicate and collaborate with. We do not hold ourselves as ‘higher’ so much as ‘ahead’. We’ve been on the ground you now tread and have come out the other side… mostly. Yes, we still have work to do! Is that surprising, beloved human? Nothing in this Universe is ever perfect, yet is always in pursuit of perfection, just approaching it and relating to it differently than perhaps you can right now with the state of your heart and soul consciousness healing trajectory. You are IN it and ON it, no matter how ‘far behind’ you (or parts of you) may feel in moments and that you cannot help, only be with as you continue moving on and forward.

This eclipse event and the fast-approaching Lion’s Gate portal event are creating a runway and launch pad for your reboot… a rediscovery of your Sacred Humanity, a reawakening into your larger purpose here and the truth of that too. There is much to feel for each of you, much left to discover about yourself as you also discover the Whole you are part. You get to have both, the individual you are and the Whole, and one serves the other in another expression of symbiosis. We, your Sirian-Lyran aspects, are here to assist you in this passageway which will be an intense experience for many of you. The intensity depends on the need to feel deeper still, what there is to heal, what there is to awaken to as your past-present-future timelines collide and in some cases, clash. If you find yourself in a mess, it is a sacred mess. We are here if you need guidance and we look forward to connecting with you as you walk through this. We cannot walk through it for you, as we have already done that ourselves, but we can offer you pictures and senses of the goodness that is coming as you courageously continue your ascent on all levels of your being.

The Blood Moon Eclipse As An Emotional And Spiritual Cleanse

There is a vibrating anticipation with this upcoming eclipse. The uniqueness of it creates a buzz on the outside that is reflective of the buzz on the inside. One is not separate from the other. As these celestial bodies make their way into an energetic alignment, so too are our emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies. Imagine them as parts of your own SOULar system. When these bodies start to come into contact with each other, there is a great energy that begins to rumble.

As I checked in with my celestial counterparts this afternoon, I was given a symbolism of what this blood-red lunar eclipse means to me personally, which telescopes out to those that it is meant to as well. (Sometimes to feel the collective you simply just need to feel yourself). There is a big feminine shedding that wants to take place. Just as the uterine wall needs to let go of all that is no longer needed to make way for the new cycle if the seed of creation as not been sown.

This shedding is a felt release of all that is stored inside your own emotive cells. It actually wants to shed those walls that have kept all the stored pain, trauma, and fear in stasis, or cycle. It cannot come with you entering into the Lion’s Gate for it will weigh you down. But more important than the upcoming gateway, it wants to go because it is just damn time!

This is not some intense cleanse with punishing tones, no. It is a sacred process that has you in deep connection with all the areas in your life (both inner and outer) that are no longer of service to you going forward and UP! The length of this event is as it is so that as many of us on Gaia can let go and let in the next steps in the ascension journey.

Even in its feminine nature, it is not a passive process. You don’t come out new on the other side without making some deep realizations and choices. The choices are the activation of what has been learned and felt from seeing/feeling into the depths of your own shadow. This is deep personal, emotional, and spiritual revival.

As you live into your days, feel where it is that your own eclipse may be showing you where there are feelings/truths that have been hidden away, built-up, and cordoned off. Where is the energy stuck and swirling and looking for release…and relief. This is another opportunity to move your reality into a new dimension that is only authorized by your own will to feel and heal it all.

Lunar Eclipse Energies: Feel/See Your Highest Timeline & Fears Of It Too

New possibilities… I feel them humming in the background of ‘everyday life’ with a frequency of soft invitation. Nothing is being forced in these moments. You may be experiencing activations, yet you can only ever be invited to step into the bigger container of soul and heart that they co-create with you, not pushed, though if parts of you have resistance to the invitation than it can feel this way to them. Awakening is growth and expansion and eventually, you become too big for the small container your parts have been used to feeling “OK” with in your relationships, job/career, healing path, etc.

‘Activations’, whether from lunar or solar energies, are awakenings into higher timelines… the highest being the one where there are no compartments needed and everything, every aspect of your life, can flow together in a beautiful (though sometimes messy) dance of integration. Maybe you can feel parts of you that are still wanting the compartments and are willing to defend the borders of each area of your life with any ammo they can find. Maybe you can also start to feel that each part who feels this way has good reason to fear the collapse of these borders that they have worked so hard to defend.

This coming full lunar eclipse on the 27th has an energy of feminine invitation… it’s a frequency that doesn’t force, yet illuminates and holds space. It’s an activation of the heart, a gentle flip of a switch on the heart-light, that helps you feel the parts of you that need to be felt through this whole process of Ascension and everything that is being brought to collapse or completion along with it, as well as everything that is being activated in the soul by SOULar energies. Along with feeling and being in relationship with these parts of you, comes the awakening to your highest timeline possibilities, the ones that have felt impossible or at least very far away before. Feeling the push-pull inside you when you feel the picture of your higher timeline opening out is important now, and the feminine helps you make room to feel all there is to feel while also taking steps toward inhabiting/embodying it.

Feeling the “I want it/I don’t want it” polarity dance inside of you is important, especially as you feel the powerful call into service of love and the call to feel your personal desires for your life too. The movement that comes from feeling your parts/Metasoul Aspects around this in a loving container held by you will go much deeper than any “quick fix” or looking only to outside sources to move it for you. The gift of finding that powerful healer within you whose ultimate superpower is the deep love of every part or aspect of you is one that WILL last and is the main ticket to that higher timeline flow you’ve been aching to truly be in.

Much love to you as these eclipse energies continue to flow in and encourage you to just feel… in this moment and every other moment that follows. ❤

Many Versions Of You Navigating Different Worlds As You Awaken

Many worlds you live in and walk in and BE in. Many versions of you show up for each of these worlds. There are the masks that parts of you slip on and wear as needed….each ‘world’ requiring something different in energy, tone, and response. You ‘put it on’, you wear it even as it wearies you more and more to be worn like this. You are like a quick change artist, perhaps shifting without consciousness into new OUTfits many times a day.

All these different worlds leave you stretching over the gaps between who you really ARE and what they EXPECT you to be. The formfitting happens from parts of you that know so well how to do this and have become experts at conforming in this way.

Part of you has become a camouflage creature, able to become just like ANY environment that you are in. You can become the color of the social scenery around you, blend right in. This was the order of the day to survive; this is 3D life that requires a heightened sense of self preservation that is about NOT being yourself, yet about being like EVERYONE else.

During awakening, you start to wake up from your sleep walk. You start to SEE through each of these worlds. You visit the sets and stages. You begin to recognize the props and costumes that you are required to wear. You feel where continual suffering is the badge of entry in and the energy needed to remain. You see the others that were once close to you start to fade from your interest as they stay invested in these worlds and you begin to pull out. They may grab at you and you may go back, in a push-pull and mixed feelings conflictual dance with many things learned on both sides.

Sometimes, you feel like a ghost walking once familiar and comforting hallways that can no longer provide you a place to BE in solid form. Sometimes, you feel like a bull dozer, purposely collapsing these worlds and your place in them….clearing the way for the NEW. Sometimes you are a phoenix…rising from the ashes of all this fiery wreckage to BE reborn without constraints or limits. Sometimes you are a little child, just sobbing in the corner as you wait for a parent to take your hand and show you the way home.

There are no straight lines to follow or linear directional paths to navigate this shifting and sorting out of your worlds. Increasing LOVE for yourself and with others and with the Divine provides heartlines that you can use to navigate in the lost moments. The heartlines disappear at times too, as they are meant to as these are the moments where you inner strength truly grows. You are free falling into the abyss of lost self identity as the roles fall away, along with the attachments and the rules and expectations too.

Yet you begin to trust more and more that you will land on the soft soil of your own soul’s kNOWing and into the arms of the Divine. You begin to find your home. You more often return to love as THIS is the world that offers the most nourishment. And, you start to remember how always will you return, eventually, to the love that you actually ARE!

Energy Update: Receiving And Letting In Love As SOULar Winds/Geostorms Come In

We are receiving love from the Divine in the form of increasing SOULar winds in the moment (up to mid 400s km/sec.) We are receiving love in the form of active geomagnetic storms today and tomorrow (7/20 and 7/21) bringing in Auroras in high altitudes.

We are receiving sacred masculine activations from the coronal ‘holes to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. We are receiving divine feminine energies from Gaia’s vibrational frequency rising and in flux.

We are receiving love in the form of being PREPPED for the total lunar eclipse coming one week from now and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8. We are receiving love in the form of signs and visits and connections with our galactic star family, especially from Sirius.

These cosmic/energectic/galactic transmissions may not always feel like love to parts of you. The next level UP invitation that these energies offer can bring up feelings of resistance, tension, and anxiety too. This resistance is sometimes the pain and aches in the body. It is the not able to sleep tightness. It is the ‘past life’ memories that can haunt and feel like ghosts. It is the repeating patterns and cycles of toxic/abusive/unfulfilling relationships.

Letting in these UPgrades AS the love they are asks you to create a bridge from your heart to the parts of you that are lagging behind, stuck in fear. These energies lift the veil so you can become conscious of the other timeline karmic playouts in your Metasoul and how they impact/overlay your timeline now. These energies invite you to remember what your Metasoul has chosen over and over as lessons and learning and what you are ready in THIS lifetime to heal beyond. This going from 3D consciousness to 5D IN the body is a new journey for us. Our soul aspects/fragments in other timelines/lifetimes are tracking what is occurring here and how we flow with it. Our star families from many galaxies/dimensions are witnessing too.

We are invited to let in the LOVE that this ALL is on so many levels and so, in this letting in, connect to the deeper/bigger/important process that is happening here. I felt to share this message that I received a year ago from my guides/Metasoul aspects….an invitation to ongoingly LET IN LOVE!

“Let In love. Let it into the places that are needy, that have felt almost greedy and TOO hungry in their need for it.

Let In love…creating a loving place inside for the parts of you that have been too afraid, peeking behind doors and hiding in the shadows, to come out and receive.

Let in love. You’ve given SO MUCH to others. When is it your chance and your turn to receive? What else can you give when you truthfully feel empty inside at times?

Let in love. You deserve it……even as you’ve received so many messages that offer that you don’t and that you are wrong or off or not enough or not worthy.

Let in love. As you and TO you and from you…this is the source of love that can never leave, never go, never abandon, never shut off. YOU are the Infinite love source that you have always been seeking and looking for from others.

Let in love. Feel the places inside that protect and guard, that keep loves flow modulated and paced….because they are afraid to let go and afraid for more pain. These parts of you are so loyal, they need to feel that it is OK to let go into love again, they need to feel that you are there now to be in the flow WITH them and no one will drown.

Let in love. You are a love sponge….you forgot this, only because you became too dry to remember and so changed your requirements of love to fit this. Your capacity to let in is infinite and boundless, ever wanting more AND able to give more too.

Let in love. It is the next piece, next step, the call to answer and BE in ascension and to GO into the next place of sacred humanity that is calling you forward.

Let in love and you will find, over and over, that MORE love answers you and you are able to GIVE and serve love so much more too. It is not a finite amount to offer, yet infinitely bountiful and it is YOUR time to receive.”

Masculine Space Holding For Women

Lately, I have been holding session space for two amazing women as well as witnessing other women’s processes in our group calls. This has been an interesting experience for both myself and them, especially when there is masculine wounding in the emotional body due to abuse.

What I have been experiencing with these women is a deep and profound healing between the masculine and feminine within. As a space-holder, I represent and reflect something to the parts of a woman that are in trauma. This can be father, son, friend, and/or romantic partner. I become a symbol of the masculine himself, embodied in physical form.

As I have been in the process of healing my own inner masculine, as well as my feminine, I am able to be a new presence in the experience of these wounded aspects. All of this, of course, is only possible through my connection to the woman’s Inner Protector, her inner masculine that has been around a long time in response to the patriarchal dominion.

This connection and relationship helps to bridge a relationship between you, the feminine, and the Protector. He gets to be seen and felt as more than just a tired and dutiful guard. He gets to see how he has been relating to you, how he sees you as a being. Usually, at first, they may admit to seeing you as child-like, yet capable at the same time. An interesting dichotomy that creates confusion in their ‘role’. By having this inner masculine connect to another masculine energy seems to relieve something in them that permits more of the authentic feminine within to arise.

Through this relationship, you and I get to explore the ways in which the personal experience of the masculine has created pockets of pain hidden deep in the caverns of your heart. With an open and compassionate heart, we feel where this has MANifested on the inside both in wounded feminine and masculine parts and Metasoul lives still in deep suffering. Holding a different masculine frequency from the one that has been experienced, can bring up a lot of distrust and a lot of painful memories that get to be transmuted from you to you as you hold these parts of you close and dear.

The healing moments are tender, touching, and quantum. They create new experiences within yourself and help to draw more of what you really want, need, and deserve into your life. It is a service that has been an honor to participate in and serve. It has brought a lot of gifts and a deep sense of admiration for all that Woman as held and been through. There is no sense of duty in this for I am healing that wound from my own experience. There are boundaries and loving nudges along the way.
