2018 Detox Of 4D Inner Awakenings/Shiftings Moving Through

The detoxification of everything that got stirred up in 2018 is moving up and out right now as December moves along and the season brings in Christ/Magdalene Consciousness frequencies forward to help move it all out and replace it with a balm of love and self-care. So much came to the surface to be noticed and felt this year. It feels like more souls have now moved deeper into 4D consciousness awakenings, feeling the turmoil of it all, learning to go inward as the one place where the energies can actually move and heal and transmute into something NEW. This has been a big deal this year, life facilitating the process of ascending into 4D for those who have been so anchored in 3D in ways even they were unaware of until now. This is the process scratching the surface and then choosing to dig and find the gold that lies within and the oil that has to spring up from the depths too in the process.

4D is a place where all of these awakenings to the cries of the world and the need to express outrage from parts of you and aspects of your soul from other timelines too can take place. It’s a corridor and a birth canal into higher frequencies and you can’t bypass it or transcend it for too long. It’s actually your capacity to go here and BE with the pain coming up and being triggered by world or even local issues, and to BE with the desire for life to be more than a baseline of pain and suffering hovering underneath everything in your life all of the time, that moves you more into 5D timelines and frequencies with less need to go back into lower ones to continue your inner healing and transmutation process.

You aren’t meant to stay in this sometimes very tight-feeling corridor for long. The intention of Ascension is to continue to find and hold the bigger picture and an understanding that what’s being moved through is somehow necessary. This becomes easier to do if you can feel your parts and Metasoul. Ascension means that every single aspect of you, from the downtrodden to the high-vibe, is meant to come with you. The reflections offered throughout this past year have been intense but meaningful and deep, if you have the capacity and desire to courageously and vulnerably take them there. There’s no doubt that this process of taking everything with you is intense and yet it’s also beyond rewarding to feel the other side of the process come to be!

2019 has the potential for more churning on one side of it, but an immense capacity to hold the healing of what has had to come up this last year (or any ‘year’) on another. It holds the opportunity for you to complete suffering loops and painful life and love experiences as you move more into what wants to light you up from inside. How you choose to relate to yourself through everything that has surfaced is how you choose to relate to the ‘year’ ahead and anything else that surfaces too, along with any other opportunities for deeper intimacy in relationships with others, with Star Family, and with yourself and your soul.

The Fall Of Construct And The Rise Of The Ascending Self

Yesterday in meditation, I got this image of the game called Jenga. For those that have not heard of it, it is a game where you stack blocks of wood in alternating directions and then take one piece out at a time so as to not collapse the structure.

This felt like an apt metaphor for the awakening and healing aspects of Ascension. As one awakens to a truth, whether emotional, experiential or learned, a structure or construct comes to light. You ‘see’ what is going on and how it has been the basis for what is perceived as reality. This is not just about an outer reality, but also an inner reality. It can be easier to see the outer matrix than the inner one.

This construct is built through our reactions and defenses to this life and soul woundings. It is a reality that seemed solid at one point, but as the echoes of the veils continue to dissolve you can see how it was always in maintenance by the protective layer within each of us. The deconstruction of that construct is no simple act.

The first few pieces may be hard to move. They represent the construct Itself. There are deep emotions tethered to them that need to be negotiated with. To obliterate this structure is neither loving nor productive. It takes the time it takes.

As you continue to move one piece at a time, there become pieces that seem core to the stability of the structure. It gets to a point where the removal of the piece will surely collapse the whole gig. The part of us attached to that structure, invested or identified with it, can feel an existential fear of its collapse.

This is the nature of our continued growth and becoming. There is no ‘safe’ zone to hang out in other than the trust in the Love that is holding this whole process we signed up for. It is the table that holds the blocks. These blocks are the parts and metasoul aspects that have so much to heal and be felt in. They can be reintegrated into a more authentic and pure source of light, a prism if you will.

Now, this is very conceptual in its deliverance but the process is far from that. It is very visceral and emotional. It invites yet presses. It leaves you up against your walls and ultimately into your heart. The construct is honored and blessed for what it held for us to get to a new place of awareness and action. I honor the space that is held for me in my journey as I hold that space for others. This is never just a journey of One, but an integration of All.

The Sacred Peaks And Valleys Of Our Ascension

The peaks, valleys, and polarities of our heart and souls are highlighted as we are taken on this wild ride known as ascension. Some days are high, some days are low. The question is do you continue to ride the waves as “just the way it is”, or do you choose to feel why they exist as they do?

This is a sacred choice for each one of us. There is a moment when enough becomes enough and it is time for something new. That new has a more lasting impact when it is felt on the inside from you to you. What parts or aspects are locked in this dance that seems to moving to a tune that seems stuck in a rut and skipping on that same old note?

During theses times these ruts can be found in the way you relate to your relationships, your work, and/or geography. The bristles, depressions, and physical reactions are all here to remind you that there is something that is needing the attention of its truth and the compassion of your heart.

The holidays seem to amplify what is already being amplified in this process, so in a way we are getting a double-whammy! Parts of you can be trying their damnedest to hold it all together, but maybe it is coming to the point where it all just needs to unravel.

We hold this unraveling as a gift as it enters the deep core of your needs, truth, and desire. It may burn down the house you built or it may lead to a deeper foundation and some extra add-ons you were least expecting. Either way love is finding its way and creating some more real than you felt the day, week, and year before.

Hold this process as sacredly held by the highest and most beloved frequencies you can let in and imagine. This offers the container or embrace that will guide and support you to the other side.

Being With Post-Holiday Emotional Indigestion

I get the sense today that there’s a lot of lingering ‘indigestion’ going on coming off of Thanksgiving weekend in the USA, both in the physical and the emotional…. being with friends and family members who are no longer resonant with who you are and are becoming often creates a strain inside as parts of you shape-shift and adjust to the energies at the dinner table, suppressing how they are really feeling and reacting. Something that is becoming harder and harder to do as truth-telling parts of you like your Inner Protector, who has been observing and managing your relationship with your family and old friends, are becoming less and less tolerant of what isn’t resonant or feels like real love to them.

This suppression leads to intense indigestion in your emotional body, leaving you with physical and emotional pain too. If your body is reacting to the amount of food you’ve taken in, it’s likely also reacting to the energy of its preparation and consumption too. Checking in with your Inner Protector is a great way to feel them in their ongoing rumbles and to connect with the other parts of you they have been protecting as best they can from the sometimes quite invasive energy of those around you on these holidays that can be especially intense and charged with all sorts of unfelt and uncared for emotional realities and reactivity.

The invitation is always to feel what you want in your heart and what you need for your soul. The real soul food of resonant relationships and soul family community is a potent energy to lean into for growth and deep nourishment. The reflections offered to you by non-resonant relationships are eventually no longer needed as the care offered from those who are doing the same degree of inner work as you is no comparison and is all you and your parts eventually will want to experience. It’s a sacred journey to arrive here to this place where the comfortably uncomfortable feeling of being around family members and friends who do not nurture your journey nor let you in enough to have you nurture theirs, is no longer desired. And, it’s just as sacred to feel all there is to feel, including the fears and anxieties in parts of you as you begin to let in true soul family connections and embark on the journey of continued growth and expansion in all of your intimate relationships.

Welcome To The Upside-Down: The Birthing Of Golden Earth

Welcome to the Upside-down. It is what I am seeing and feeling as I check in with Gaia and the global condition in relation to Her. This is a time of expecting the unexpected. Situations both politically and environmentally that will not follow former historical patterns. There will be a lot of analysis and theories that will be thrown into the mix but those will change from moment to moment in order to feel some sense of control. This is understandable. There is a fear in all of us around change, especially if it wasn’t seen coming.

Whether these unexpected occurrences are part of a deeper sinister plan or a natural part of this ascension process, these changes are going to uproot the shadow that is in deep need of being seen, felt, and reconciled. It could very well be that this ‘sinister plan’ is part of the ascension process. They are symbiotic. If we get stuck in the polarity of it I feel we are missing an opportunity to actually heal it.

This is why we are being called and invited to go IN. Not to continually seek victory or analytical solution. Those are outbound and outdated. This is the Upside-down. They will no longer hold the power they used to. It is the power of taking our consciousness inward that is the portal to being with these epic changes that are in process and on their way. I believe that the more we continue to do this the greater the changes occur and thus the rate of unpredictability to those that are not.

There is a tsunami that is on our shores and that is Love. It does destroy and it does upend. It is meant to as what is Not Love can only ever be returned to that which Is Love. This is about feeling inside of you where the Not Love lives and bringing this Love Wave to it. It is honoring, feeling, and negotiating with your Protector to permit that to happen. It is awakening the Gatekeeper to heal the soul wounds to unfurl and share your soul gifts. This is the new norm. This is the Inside-Out. It won’t be pretty but it will be real and it will bring healing. This is the birth of Golden Earth.

Being In Response To Your Path

We cannot know what will call us next. We can only arise and respond.

We cannot attach to the outcome of that calling, or even how the path will look. We can only trust that it serves, somehow, from within us to us and to others.

Love moves us in ways we cannot predict, though parts of us want to and try! It does not tend to be easy to be with the kickback that sometimes happens inside of us from these parts who are afraid of what your next level of leadership and service mean. They may be afraid of going inward to heal or going outward to lead from the healing inside. Yet they too want more than they’ve experienced of love. They too want to dive in, they just need you to come be with them and show them that the way through the forest is not unknown, just unexplored.

I feel the Divine Mother offering today, “the way is designed yet untried. The path is aligned but untrodden. This is the first experience you’ve had of being in this consciousness, this cultivated Self. You are born and reborn many times in this lifetime alone, to continue to gather up all pieces and parts and find that pure expression of love you’ve always been and always will be. From this you serve. For this you are here. With this, you heal and you ascend, and you intimately join with others in this same dance relationally.

Your being here is enough. Your choice to continue is a miracle. And your heart and soul know the way… always”. ❤️

Energy Update: Catching Up With The 11:11:11 Codes

Is your body finally ‘catching up’ with ALL the codes that are coming in and the surge of energies that seems to have occurred around the 11:11:11 portal? It is challenging for the physical body, being necessarily such a dense vehicle needed all your life for 3D navigation here.

You could think about it like an outdated (but beloved) computer that is ‘in the shop’ receiving a NEW operating system and exterior too. Being in the shop is all that sleeping and sleepiness; all that feeling of drowsy and groggy; and, in some cases, ‘illness’ and physical pains too.

This ascension process is a MEGA upheaval of all our 3D aspects have known of reality IN the body and in our emotional bodies too. This is a MAJOR renovation projection happening on all levels with Gaia leading the way here. Being able to be with the parts of us that are in resistance to fear of this process allows for a more trusting and surrendered navigation of it. And, more capacity to let go of what needs to be during this time of transition.

The next ‘body’ you may notice getting cleansed, detoxing, and purification is your emotional body, which is also happening on the collective level too. This may come out in sudden emotional ‘outbursts’ (which are really INbursts, meant to take you withIN); being really quite ‘triggered’ by others (which, again, represent YOU and parts of you); conflicts and clashes; and just swells of emotions that seem to come from ‘deep down.’

I feel that the capacity to digest these emotional body purges is usually at a more immature level in many souls. We just aren’t educated, prepared, templated, or trained in how to BE emotionally mature with our feelings. The role modeling we received from our caregivers around how to BE (or not BE) with emotions sets a big template here inside of each of us. How emotionally mature were they with their feelings? Did they allow them to be with vulnerable and transparent expression (and healing) of them?

This isn’t to shame or blame caregivers; it is to understand what and why 3D-based parts of you developed as they did in relationship to your feelings. Maybe you are actually more your Inner Teenager frequencies when it comes to emotional processing that leads to choice points and decision making? Or maybe your Inner Protector, whose main ‘goal’ is to protect and guard and keep safe?

I’ve been offered much loving compassion from guides and Star BEings toward this emotional immaturity in us as a human collective. They admire our hearts and our capacity to FEEL. They admire our tears and our spontaneous expression of them. And, they have offered (over and over) that the cutting edge of our next consciousness evolution is around the maturation of our emotional bodies WITH the integration of our spiritual and soul frequencies. This is an important aspect of what these current codes/information/downloads in the 11:11:11 portal (through 12/12 feels like as the main surge) are offering us.

I feel so much LOVE holding this process with us and, as I said, so much admiration for us too. So much support as well in our Metasouls and with Guides and with the Divine for what we are going through, feeling, and healing in this now on ALL body levels!

We Are UPgrading Our Service-Of-Love Consciousness

Our next level EVERYTHING’s are being invited UP now… next level of self-love, next level of service of love, next level of consciousness, awareness, seeing and feeling of the meta-picture holding us and it all…

You may not feel consciously ready for this, yet your soul is holding steady on its course. The trust that is inherent in you may not be something you or parts of you feel intimate with just yet, but it’s coming and it’s here already too.

Visiting with the Divine Mother this morning in the form of Sophia and Mother Mary brought this message to me for me yet for me to share as well. I feel how words themselves can be so hard to use to try and describe it all, yet the main thrust of the messages being brought in can be typed out here to the best of my ability… I’ll likely do a video later today to help bring out the frequencies I’m feeling coming in and through now.

Mother offers, “yes, everything is being invited to soften, to lengthen, to hold more space within you for the service of others. The sacred journey of self-discovery is one that is meant to open out into this place of offering a temporary space for others to lean into on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. You are a step on a staircase for others’ Ascension just as they, in leaning into you, are a reflection for you and your own process. Whether this leaning is for a long time or a short time, comes in spurts and waves or in long-term flow, matters not much in the wake of their own very personal soul trajectory and story unfolding… all have much to offer themselves and others at this and all times.

Service of others is a calling while the service of love is an unending vocation that lives and breathes in you as you embody it more and more. It has no face, no glamour, no pulpit. It just IS… and it just serves as it does, moves as it does, clears and heals as it does, eventually moving to a place where it’s no longer ‘service’ but just life itself.”

11:11:11 was an important and potent portal for us all as we re-commit to whatever the process is inside that aligns us with the ever-awakening Golden/New Earth reality birthing. Much is being moved out in intense ways right now, showing up in weather and in the physical too. This is the purge that makes room for the new… and shows us all where and how we and the love we have to share is most needed to flow inside of each of us personally and with others too.

Time to BE with the UPdraft of movement into the new, the more expansive, the more super-conscious and loving self, heart, and soul.

Sharing this video is a way to offer and invite ways to feel where you personally may also be needing and wanting to go inside of yourself as you prepare for service on this journey of Ascension. An Altered State Of Consciousness

It would seem that the point of all spirituality, and even every religion has something big to do with altering our state of consciousness.

It may even be that most everything we do, and even the things we don’t want to do are all about the payoff of feeling different about ourselves somehow.

As sovereign freewill beings immersed in a world of choice, we are out to feel better about ourselves. We are seeking an altered state of being – whether in mind, body or heart.

If this isn’t an oversimplification of explaining human motivation, but instead a simple everyday truth; one that you don’t need to look any further than yourself to be convinced of, then just considering this is an alteration of your consciousness right now. It brings you into an altered state of mind, heart and awareness.

We all do what we want, when we want and how we want. No power can force us to do or be anything we don’t want to do or be. Even a choice between the lesser of two evils is about a choice of which would make us feel better about ourselves in any moment.

We want expansion. We want experience. We want love. That’s the energy that is at core of the universe that lives in every cell of our beings – the hunger for loves’ expression and experience. We are the theater that love wants to show itself in and on.

Love is the root alteration of any and all consciousness shifts.

Who’d have thought that this is the same bed we all share? Every religion, every spirituality, every culture, in every geography, the drug dealer and the clergyman, the banker and the baker, every last one of us. This common denominator is where our total and complete unity lives.

I am seeking an alteration of my consciousness today, and if you check in with me tomorrow, the same thing will be true. You may find me paying bills, sleeping, having sex or tying my shoes, but the energy of life that moves me is a continual desire to be caught up in reverence and wonder. I seek to be filled with awe.

I am meant for, intended for, designed for the experience of awe and wonder.

If this is true, then it begs the quest of the question about ‘how could we do that better, in any moment?’ The pat answer often comes to that question that this isn’t about doing, but rather about being. This in turn leaves us disappointed feeling that we are just aren’t there yet somehow, that there is some attainment of being that we haven’t reached yet, and if you do ever happen to stumble upon it, you’ll somehow know it when you get there.

What if you already fully are this being? What if all the power you’ll ever need is already inside of you? What if all the growth and discovery is only about experiencing what you already are?

If that’s true, then there is somethings you can do to experience the being that you already are. You can let yourself feel how every desire that lives in you is a search for an altered state of consciousness. You can feel how you share this profound commonality at the root of your being with all of life and consciousness. You can feel how the different beings that live inside of you and outside of you who want very different things on the surface, actually all want the same thing at core. Every internal and external conflict is about the search for expansion of consciousness.

I want, therefore I am.

Feel that. Get intimate with that. Feel and intimately get to know the parts of you who make up the subpersonality structure of your being.
