Frequent Ascension Live Streams On Facebook/YouTube W/Raphael & Jelelle

Raphael Awen and I feel inspired to offer regular livestreams on Facebook  to connect with you in an organic way with whatever is arising to respond to from our hearts and yours. It will probably be at least three times a week and maybe more. The broadcasts may be only a few minutes (probably not likely once we get started talking lol) or much longer depending on what your questions/comments are and what comes UP.

We will be talking about current ascension energies, emotional and spiritual healing, our powerful and unique SoulFullHeart parts work/Metasoul aspect connection process/way of life/community, light body transition, sacred union/scared union relationships, and much more. We will also be sharing transparently about our current processes with parts of ourselves and with each other. We will also be offering in the moment guided meditations when inspired to!

The livestreams will usually be around 10:00am CST and we’ll give you at least two hours notice on the days we are offering them so you can watch it live. Healing 3D/4D Loops In Order To Fly

There is an ongoing supply of pieces to heal within each of us, no matter where we lie on the spectrum of growth. But what is ascension but growth, maturation, and transmutation?

Our soulstory (feeling no longer to use history) is but strata of compressed and fragmented experience that we left in the wake of our densification. As we begin to ascend more consciously, we find ourselves descending, at times, to unearth what we need to come to terms with so that we can untether from this weight that keeps us in what feels like a perpetual spin cycle. The patterns of experience that a part of us can feel a victim to or guilty of.

When you finally get to a place of owning that you truly create your own reality, you take the handcuffs off that which keeps you in an energetic holding pattern. A looping airplane, neither landing or flying, and running out of fuel fast!

What do you feel you are tired of repeating and persisting in your life? Look not at the external circumstance, but what lies inside that is permitting such things to occur. This is not some punishing shame energy (though it can be if there is a part that holds it that way) but a deep and honest look at what the heaven wants to shift inside so you can truly experience what you, your higher self, your guides, and the universe want you to experience!

For each of us, there is a soul theme, or issue, that we are here to work on and through with love. Not looking to solve it, but to understand it and heal it. The circumstances we create are meant to irk us into frustration and desperation so that we will stake the claim of choosing and creating something new with a different energy than we ever have before. We may need to get softer, or more assertive. More compassionate, or less appeasing. The scope and sequencing of our healing is varied like a snowflake.

The energies that lay before you are meant to invite you into this deep exploration of compassionate self-discovery and powerful action. What lies underneath that which has been the most difficult for you to get to the other side of? THAT journey is the one that is your soul calling. The one that leads you to the path of your greatest gift and highest timeline. There is no other time than now to begin.

Manifesting Your Dreams As You Become Your 5D Self

Do you feel your dreams? The desire dreams that remain preserved even in a life that offered that they weren’t OK? The dreams that remain even with a 3D culture that taught parts of you to flatten and modulate the extremes of your desires, so they could fit in a box? A culture that supported parts of you to shrink to fit your passions within the straight line of a linear reality?
 
So, your soul and Higher Self says, “I will hold onto the dreams. I will keep them close to my heart. I will reveal them when the timing is right. When you have let go of enough of the OLD life and the OLD conditioning that limits me and my expression in your world, I will help you manifest these dreams then. I will serve as a bridge to the Divine so you can hear how these dreams connect to your soul purpose. I will motivate you to keep awakening, keep healing, and keep feeling, so that these dreams can come into your waking consciousness more and more.”
 
As you give space to your soul and your 5D Self…..feeding it, nurturing it, swimming in it. As you identify what is your soul and what is NOT, your conditioned self and other aspects that are not….then, the dreams become your LIVING reality, your heaven on earth, your deepest fantasies realized.
 
And, at this point, you are grateful, humble, surrendered…..letting go even as you are deeply wanting what you most want. The parts of you that previously felt entitled or expectant or unworthy to receive these dreams are receiving the love they need to release their false attachments and to let in the LOVE that is coming to them as these dreams manifest.
 
So, your soul/5D Self says, “This is what I always wanted for you. And now I can BECOME you more and more! And THAT is the best realization of the dream that there IS and what we are here to experience together.”
 
The Divine’s dream for us is to BE in this experience of SOUL coming through human body, human heart, human mind…..to feel how we are Infinite Love in human form and to FEEL the potential and the possibilities of this as Its dreams for us manifest through and AS us more and more.

Healing The Inner Masculine ‘Warrior’: Sharing My Current Journey

I’m sitting next to ‘Malcolm’, my Inner Masculine part, by a tree in an etheric realm that has many stars all around and is a mellow shade of dark purple. This tree has become his higher-vibe place to go and be, especially when he feels reactive or is projecting old timelines from this lifetime onto the present and old relationships onto those I love.

The space between us is tender, as he’s feeling with me his desire to change deeper inside of him, his attachment to the ‘tangible’ and how challenging it can still be for him to trust the etheric, the Divine, the feminine in me, and the love that wants to go into him, though he so wants to at the same time. He then reaches next to him and picks up an old, dusty book.

“What book is THAT, Malcolm?” I ask him, “It looks old-timey.”

“It’s Homer’s ‘The Iliad'” he answers.

I’ve never read The Iliad in this lifetime, so I quickly look up the SparkNotes summary to feel into it and why it’s a symbol he’s picked up on for himself. It turns out that this poem glorifies war in many ways, especially in terms of fighting the righteous fight and not running away from battles that need to be gallantly fought and gloriously won. Apparently, Homer includes details of the gory side to war as well, probably to balance it out a bit. I immediately feel the strong archetype that this book shows Malcolm and me, the strong legacy of the ‘righteous battle’ and the conditioning of being ready to bravely fight for your beliefs, your lifestyle, your relationships, etc.

I feel this with him and feel how this is what’s true for the wounded masculine in everyone… men and women. I also feel my heart wrap this energy and conditioning in love, finally understanding some deeper layer of why it’s been inside of me, even though, especially in this phase of my life, there are NO battles to fight, nobody to really fight WITH unless conflict of some kind needs to arise as a mirror for everyone involved. It illuminates too, the battle WITHIN, which is so strong and really is what leads to battle outside of you.

Malcolm is in no-space, no-time right now in the loving arms of the Divine Mother, who on precious waves of tears, he was finally able to let in. This movement feels momentous for many reasons… and it truly has taken the time it takes to get him here!

I’m transparently sharing this story to illustrate a few points that I feel Malcolm actually wants me to make! I’m also sharing because hiding away the light and love that flows from our personal process denies love the chance to go to others and support them in their own movements and openings.

Much love to you and your own journey with your Inner Masculine, in whatever part or form they are taking now, whether you are a man or a woman! ❤

Latest Crop Circle Offers 4444 Star DNA Activation & Feminine/Masculine Balance Message

I was connecting with star family and some Metasoul (Higher Self) aspects/guides this morning and heard, “Go check out your Facebook Feed.” At the top of my feed was THIS photo of the latest crop circle (only the second one this year) that just showed up last night in Buckland Down, Dorset, UK. And, I had been checking in about our desires and plans to relocate to the UK later this year, which this just seems further confirmation of the rightness of it!

I was immediately struck by all the four patterns in it, the sense of balancing of all four directions, and how 444 has been showing up in all kinds of ways lately. It seems to represent the balancing of the four elements as we undergo our continual awakening and ascension. Also it seems to offer the importance of the union between lunar (feminine) – as represented in the crescent moon shapes – and masculine (solar) energies – the orbs – , which is VERY interesting considering we have more SOULar energies coming in starting tomorrow along with a full moon soon!

I’ve been offered that crop circles provide an ongoing dialogue WITH us…they are an invitation that is revealed as you feel into each one and receive for yourself what you are meant to from it. There is great joy in the creation and offering of them and they are a bridge from our star families to activate our Star DNA. Serving as a reminder that they are always WITH us, supporting us, and guiding us too!

Millennial Digest: Self Image

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, and SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, share about their experiences with construction and also ongoing healing of their self-image as Millennials – a process that has been very vulnerable to feel and live into. They chose to do this video with minimal makeup, a simple wardrobe, and a fuller frame of their bodies as they give you a more visceral sense of what their processes have been like.

Different parts of you attach to the ideals of what it means to be ‘attractive’ or a ‘good person/sister/friend/employee/etc’. Feeling these parts is a process of feeling the many layers of reactions to your body, your relationships, your career or job, etc that these parts have had, very often in an intensely self-punishing way that lowers your frequency significantly. It often takes a lot of loving mirrors held up by people who have worked these pieces inside of themselves and their own parts in order to truly see how this has played out inside of you. There are many reasons why Millennials in particular may seem to be attached to constructing a self-image that can compromise their physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. However, this process of feeling what conditioning and self-led practices or habits have led you to become the face that you present to the world around you is a deep one for people of any age!

As Ascension ramps up and intensifies, we are all being challenged to face and feel these parts that have associated ideals of physical and emotional attractiveness with real love. Our relationships all reflect these parts and these frequencies to us as do our jobs/careers, even our choice of spiritual practice. There is an invitation to become more real, to ourselves and to each other, and to realize that what truly makes us beautiful IS our inner ‘mess’ that has so much to tell us as we step deeper into the process of loving it UP.

Energy Update: SOULar Energies Accelerating Repeating Numbers, Synchs, Awakenings

I woke up in the middle of the night and checked the time: 2:22am. Then I laid there for awhile, checked the time again: 3:33am. I felt this big WINK in that and a ‘hello’ from my Higher Self/Guides/The Divine. We also recently went to lunch and the total on our bill was $444 pesos (about $22 USD) and, that same day, a recent youtube channel that I went to had 444K subscribers.

All of these repeating numbers mean that the higher dimensional frequencies and timelines are dipping into and overlapping into ours. Either by us going more ‘up’ to meet them and experience them or by them coming ‘down’ to connect with us. Meeting in the middle is becoming more and more possible. Gateways such as what opened on 5/5 and seem to have STAYED open allow for this merging into consciousness. Sometimes we need the physical manifestation of such things to remind us of the Divine synchronicity that is play in ALL moments of our lives.

As I laid there last night feeling wide awake, I recognized the hum and buzz that was running through my body as a response to the geomagnetics picking up again starting yesterday. Not a full fledged ‘storm’, yet enough to feel them in your nervous system and chakras too. It’s as if you’ve had caffeine right before bed and the buzz of it is running through your system.

Heightened winds bring SOULar frequencies into Gaia’s atmosphere and our atmospheres too….activating whatever soul downloads and gifts need to be remembered and brought online. There was also a minor SOULar flare a couple of days ago, which is interesting since it is considered a Solar minimum phase for flares. Flares feel like a sudden shock of energy, a rush of plasma, or a jolt if you are needing that….or they roll into your bliss waves if that is what you are riding. I’ve been on the blissy wave for days now, so I didn’t feel the flare impacting my emotional body too much, although they certainly CAN.

Being on the receiving end of so much cosmic energy has accelerated the awakening process and the moving into our higher timelines for those sensitive and ready for it. It is also flooding all the compartments that you may have created/built in your life. Or that parts of you have constructed in order to keep THAT separate from THIS. Such as, if you have been keeping your spirituality separate from your romantic relationship. Your soul can’t do compartments as it wants to flow through ALL areas of your life. Love can’t do compartments either and will eventually roll into all of them, like the lava flow from Pele in Hawaii….bringing some death, yes, yet also rebirth into the NEW. I’ll be writing more about this soon as it is such a big and common crucible going on.

Repeating numbers, increasing synchronicities, soul family coming together, clearer direction/guidance, things ‘cleaning out’ that no longer serve…..THIS is the ground of Ascension in this now and it is just being intensified by these energies from the Great Cosmic Sun and the Divine. THIS is the time/phase of miracles and magic happening on a ‘regular’ basis. THIS is the New Normal which is actually more like extraordinary, where quantum healing and transformation can happen on multiple timelines, both personally and for the collective. THIS is New Earth Now!

Energy Update: PURE Love Bliss Waves Activate Your 5D Self

Wave after wave of PURE love coming IN and UP at us right now. It is quite extraordinary the RIDE these waves can take you on. Rides to float/land/glide through the ‘gateways’ of fifth dimensional consciousness and BEyond. Experiencing love so immense that you feel like your human heart will burst to let it in. Moving through the resistances and fears to EMBRACE love with every cell of your BEing and so, to BEcome love walking/talking/moving/breathing.

Love in human form beaming…..that’s what these energies feel like as a reflection of our sacred humanity being activated. They are a mirror held in a space of the most perfect lighting so that we can see our own perfection as we are RIGHT NOW. These waves acknowledge that we are in process and in transition….that we are STILL and ever growing and learning. Yet, they also hold the truth of our already attained perfection AS fractals from a Divine source perfection.

There is really no tracking these waves or even connecting them very much to specific SOULar activities (although our sun is doing its part to activate us into these frequencies.) They are just a Divine GIFT to provide an accelerating reminder and remembering of your essence….getting to experience what you REALLY are versus what you have been conditioned by 3D consciousness to think that you are.

The feelings of NEW are in the air brought in by these energies…in your heart, in your soul…they KNOW what NEW means in your life and are BEing inspired/activated now. Your soul feels when something is serving your higher consciousness to come into your body, every day living. Your soul senses when you are serving love and when you are not. Your heart intuits when a relationship serves the bigger picture purpose of you BEing here and when it does not. Your heart feels when something is coming from love and when it is coming from fear.

You can connect more easily now to your soul essence, what we could also call your 5D Self. You can bridge to this waveform that is YOU in your highest and brightest state that can still be embodied. This is YOU in your sacred human best dressed and presented. This is YOU in your unanchoring from 3D-based woundings and traumas that no longer define and confine you. This is YOU in connection and increasing unification with your Star Family and your Metasoul aspects in other timelines and with all the precious 3D parts of yourself that are scattered around and need you to collect them into your heart again.

So simple in this Now to connect with your 5D Self. Just create a sacred space, close your eyes, and ask to connect and to see and to feel. Your 5D Self may show up like an angel, may present as what you have projected as a ‘teacher’ or a ‘guide’. It may look like you only SHINIER. It may be an animal. Trust that whatever you see is right and good.

Talk with your 5D Self. Ask them to support you and guide you. Ask them to bridge for you to the higher dimensions. Ask them what else you need to do and BE related to healing 3D traumas and Metasoul karmic binds/patterns too.

Invite your 5D Self to increasingly BEcome you more and more. Ask to merge with your 5D Self and how you can do this more.

I’ll be sharing a brief video later today that I recorded yesterday when I was floating/riding/gliding at the peak of Kundalini/bliss energies and in merged consciousness with my 5D Self, which is happening more and more for me. I offered a 5D Self connection meditation and transmission you can take in. You can also watch this livestream I did offering a 5D consciousness meditation at around 33 minutes: 

It is not bypassing to connect with your 5D Self. It is not transcending your humanity and your emotions to make this connection. This version of you can actually hugely help to hold the space for whatever emotions need to come up and be felt. Your 5D Self can go on the shadow journey with you to reveal whatever is in shadow and needs to be reclaimed. You need a version of yourself that is BIGGER than the reactions and the resistances and the fears in order to have them move and transmute into love again.

Parts of you, especially your Protector, need to feel that you are BIG enough in heart space to handle feeling the deeper, suppressed and often very difficult emotions. Your Protector may relate to you like a child or a teenager and doesn’t see you as BIG at all. Your claiming of your 5D Self shows your Protector that they can begin to rest from their vigilant guarding and LET you hold your own healing. THIS I have seen and witnessed many, many times as a dynamic inside between the Protector part of us, who just needs to trust that we won’t be overwhelmed by what they need to show us and help us remember. INjoy these LOVE waves! And, if they don’t bring up joy and bliss, yet rather take you into a necessary feeling and healing place, then EMBRACE that process too. ALL of what you feel and experience in this Now is for the greater service of love. And, you signed up to be ahead of the collective curve and to LEAD others during this time of transition.

This is your bounty time. This is your harvest time. This is your leading yourself time. This is your starting to lead others time. WHATEVER that looks and feels like…..you can trust that this is true as the gift of these Divine energies bring us all into the time/phase of becoming Infinite Love in human form again!
