The Fall Of Construct And The Rise Of The Ascending Self

Yesterday in meditation, I got this image of the game called Jenga. For those that have not heard of it, it is a game where you stack blocks of wood in alternating directions and then take one piece out at a time so as to not collapse the structure.

This felt like an apt metaphor for the awakening and healing aspects of Ascension. As one awakens to a truth, whether emotional, experiential or learned, a structure or construct comes to light. You ‘see’ what is going on and how it has been the basis for what is perceived as reality. This is not just about an outer reality, but also an inner reality. It can be easier to see the outer matrix than the inner one.

This construct is built through our reactions and defenses to this life and soul woundings. It is a reality that seemed solid at one point, but as the echoes of the veils continue to dissolve you can see how it was always in maintenance by the protective layer within each of us. The deconstruction of that construct is no simple act.

The first few pieces may be hard to move. They represent the construct Itself. There are deep emotions tethered to them that need to be negotiated with. To obliterate this structure is neither loving nor productive. It takes the time it takes.

As you continue to move one piece at a time, there become pieces that seem core to the stability of the structure. It gets to a point where the removal of the piece will surely collapse the whole gig. The part of us attached to that structure, invested or identified with it, can feel an existential fear of its collapse.

This is the nature of our continued growth and becoming. There is no ‘safe’ zone to hang out in other than the trust in the Love that is holding this whole process we signed up for. It is the table that holds the blocks. These blocks are the parts and metasoul aspects that have so much to heal and be felt in. They can be reintegrated into a more authentic and pure source of light, a prism if you will.

Now, this is very conceptual in its deliverance but the process is far from that. It is very visceral and emotional. It invites yet presses. It leaves you up against your walls and ultimately into your heart. The construct is honored and blessed for what it held for us to get to a new place of awareness and action. I honor the space that is held for me in my journey as I hold that space for others. This is never just a journey of One, but an integration of All.

Christ/Magdalene Light Streams In To Begin This ‘Christmas Season’

Today… today it feels like Christ Consciousness is coming in to be held and to hold us too. It’s the ‘official’ kick-off of the Christmas season here in North America, so there’s that, yet increasingly as we approach 12/12 and perhaps especially with all of the ‘current events’ ongoing, Christ Consciousness is coming through with a palpable Divine Father/Masculine energy.
 
Today may be a hyper shopping day for some, which promises a gateway to much debt as many choose to invest their energy and resources into making purchases to perhaps try and please the unpleasable, both inside and out. Yet, almost as if to try and help us learn to hold and BE with these emotional highs and lows instead of spending scads of money and emotional energy to placate something, there’s all this warm, golden Christ energy coming through to hold us and remind us that we ARE more than this by birthright and soul-right.
 
The Divine feels us in this emotionally and spiritually-charged time we call the ‘Christmas Season’ and offers space for parts of us to land and lean more into the glow of the Christ Consciousness light waves coming in what look and feel like golden and red glittering bands of light. This is the Christ/Magdalene love coming in to encourage us to feel all there is to feel and move even more towards a unified inner community as well as resonant soul family/community. There is SO much light streaming in that it can’t help but bring UP what isn’t love inside of you and the ache for MORE of what you most authentically WANT in your heart and soul.
 
It is a powerful choice to go inward and feel during this time instead of looking outward for quelling what is becoming harder and harder to quell or quiet down inside. To explore the parts of you hurting and reacting during this time, to help them and to be with them as the most important ‘family’ you could ever work to love and hold dear. It is equally powerful to vulnerably reach out for help and to courageously show up to support others in their healing too. This is an aspect of Christ Consciousness that begins, as always, from within… and we are invited as this ‘Christmas season’ (which is really ‘Christ-Consciousness Season’) begins, to truly land in our hearts in a new and renewed way, whatever that means for us in any given moment.

Transmuting Sexual Abuse Trauma Experience With The Divine Mother

The invasion, the confusion, the PURE obliteration of personal boundaries that is the experience of sexual abuse where another person engages in unwanted sexual activities with you. Whether as a young infant, child, teenager, or adult….whether from a woman or a man …..from a parent, grandparent, mate, or peer…….the digestion of sexual abuse is one of THE most challenging experiences to transmute from trauma-based frequencies into love again.

During the last two years especially, I have been SO honored to meet with many women during sessions who have gone through this experience and seek me out to have space holding around it. It feels like they are particularly drawn to the Divine Mother frequencies that I am blessed to have flow through me. Divine Mother (especially her Mother Mary aspect) offers MUCH needed pure tones of forgiveness, compassion, and understanding to move back into a sense of innocence around your sacred sexual expression again. As they feel this with me, they are reminded that they have this connection with Mother too and can offer a bridge to Her energies for all the precious parts of them who need it, especially their Inner Child and Inner Teenager. They can then separate from these parts of themselves who are in trauma and become their OWN spaceholders to digest the pain.

These women come often from very divergent cultures, economic statuses, and backgrounds. Yet, they are unified by this experience of sexual abuse and the VERY difficult process of accepting it as a soul’s choice. It is ultimately a soul’s choice to go through this….and it connects intimately with that soul’s purpose of serving love for themselves and for the collective too.

Sometimes the sexual abuse experiences are already conscious to them and they have engaged in years of therapeutic process around healing it already. Sometimes there are glimmers of memories that offer portal doorways to go through in order to remember more clearly what happened….after negotiation with their Inner Protector to gain access to the memories again.

Negotiation with the Inner Protector to gain access to feel the parts of you that ACTUALLY experienced the abuse is key to healing it. In sessions, we go into the experience again during a ‘dropped in’ meditative state and are with the part of you that experienced it while it is happening. We are loving witnesses to the experience, so that the part of you that experienced it can finally feel supported, protected, and safe. This sounds intense and there are often many tears that flow….yet it is all held in a safe container of MUCH love with the Divine Mother. To go into these experiences with your heart open and full with compassion for yourself allows the trauma to finally transmute and all the corresponding emotions of rage, shame, and hurt to heal too.

Sexual abuse is up right now as a healing and transformation ground for the collective consciousness as the 3D density veils of suppression and denial are dissolving. A 3D culture that long supported sexual abuse by keeping it in the shadows is now shifting to a 4D one that exposes the dark in order to bring it into the light. Higher frequency transmutation of this wound is about moving beyond women vs. men or anyone being ultimately ‘at fault’. It is about feeling deep compassion for ALL of the souls involved in these situations and understanding that their souls each had ‘roles’ to play that allow them to learn and grow. Compassionate forgiveness is a frequency that offers love ambassadorship to all involved.

Those of us who draw sexual abuse experiences this life have MANY timelines where our Metasoul sisters/brother are experiencing them and/or perpetrating them. It is a repeating karmic pattern until it is healed and transmuted and no longer ‘needed’ to be experienced by our soul. Connecting to these timelines and those experiences also helps with the digestion of this-life sexual abuse. It is very often these other timelines that are actually the root cause of the pain and suffering loops experienced in this-life. We also go into these timelines in sessions to feel and heal these timelines through connection with your Metasoul sisters/brothers who are experiencing them.

Being In Response To Your Path

We cannot know what will call us next. We can only arise and respond.

We cannot attach to the outcome of that calling, or even how the path will look. We can only trust that it serves, somehow, from within us to us and to others.

Love moves us in ways we cannot predict, though parts of us want to and try! It does not tend to be easy to be with the kickback that sometimes happens inside of us from these parts who are afraid of what your next level of leadership and service mean. They may be afraid of going inward to heal or going outward to lead from the healing inside. Yet they too want more than they’ve experienced of love. They too want to dive in, they just need you to come be with them and show them that the way through the forest is not unknown, just unexplored.

I feel the Divine Mother offering today, “the way is designed yet untried. The path is aligned but untrodden. This is the first experience you’ve had of being in this consciousness, this cultivated Self. You are born and reborn many times in this lifetime alone, to continue to gather up all pieces and parts and find that pure expression of love you’ve always been and always will be. From this you serve. For this you are here. With this, you heal and you ascend, and you intimately join with others in this same dance relationally.

Your being here is enough. Your choice to continue is a miracle. And your heart and soul know the way… always”. ❤️

You Are A Work Of Living, Breathing Art

“You are a work of living, breathing art. You are unique and beautiful in your own right. An imperfect masterpiece unto itself with no need for approval other than the love you can let in from within.”

These are words that a part of me were deeply letting in today as I just sat in silent solitude to feel my inner world. There was a feeling in me that something has been missing and a part of me that has been so connected to creativity, especially visual art, came up to the surface. Felt like an inner feminine aspect of me as that is where a lot of my creativity springs from.

This part of me has always had some suffering relationship to art that includes fear, doubt, and criticism as well a profound joy and passion. There was a moment when this part of me said, “I wish that I could create things that other people could take in like I take in other people’s art”. This is when the above words came to me from the Divine, my higher self, and star family.

I could feel this part of me being taken in as a work of art with the same awe and reverence that she has for others art. The light was being turned onto her which of course brings up the pain of not fully being able to let it in. To be able to see ourselves in this way is a big step in our healing.

I did the sketch below when I was just in a state of play a few months ago and it has significance to me now. This life form, generally seen as a weed, seems to reflect this part of me that has been undernourished and is in need of some watering. It reflects a bit about how she perceives herself and what her needs are from me. She needs love and the time and space to flourish.

So in the end it was less about art as it was about heart. Just feeling what lies under things that seem to carry a weight of longing and desire. It will find its root somewhere in our unworth and fear of actually receiving that which we want the most…to love and be loved.

We Are UPgrading Our Service-Of-Love Consciousness

Our next level EVERYTHING’s are being invited UP now… next level of self-love, next level of service of love, next level of consciousness, awareness, seeing and feeling of the meta-picture holding us and it all…

You may not feel consciously ready for this, yet your soul is holding steady on its course. The trust that is inherent in you may not be something you or parts of you feel intimate with just yet, but it’s coming and it’s here already too.

Visiting with the Divine Mother this morning in the form of Sophia and Mother Mary brought this message to me for me yet for me to share as well. I feel how words themselves can be so hard to use to try and describe it all, yet the main thrust of the messages being brought in can be typed out here to the best of my ability… I’ll likely do a video later today to help bring out the frequencies I’m feeling coming in and through now.

Mother offers, “yes, everything is being invited to soften, to lengthen, to hold more space within you for the service of others. The sacred journey of self-discovery is one that is meant to open out into this place of offering a temporary space for others to lean into on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. You are a step on a staircase for others’ Ascension just as they, in leaning into you, are a reflection for you and your own process. Whether this leaning is for a long time or a short time, comes in spurts and waves or in long-term flow, matters not much in the wake of their own very personal soul trajectory and story unfolding… all have much to offer themselves and others at this and all times.

Service of others is a calling while the service of love is an unending vocation that lives and breathes in you as you embody it more and more. It has no face, no glamour, no pulpit. It just IS… and it just serves as it does, moves as it does, clears and heals as it does, eventually moving to a place where it’s no longer ‘service’ but just life itself.”

11:11:11 was an important and potent portal for us all as we re-commit to whatever the process is inside that aligns us with the ever-awakening Golden/New Earth reality birthing. Much is being moved out in intense ways right now, showing up in weather and in the physical too. This is the purge that makes room for the new… and shows us all where and how we and the love we have to share is most needed to flow inside of each of us personally and with others too.

Time to BE with the UPdraft of movement into the new, the more expansive, the more super-conscious and loving self, heart, and soul.

Honoring The Courage To Feel: A Gatekeeper’s Journey

Tender tears flow. This is the moment of feeling. Healing. Letting go and letting in. In recent weeks I have been connecting with another layer of my defenses, my protection, in the form of what we call the Gatekeeper. They are the holders and guardians of our soul story and soul pain. I have had several incarnations in my healing process and this latest one has been one that has been like the Wizard of my Oz. He was found in deep resistance to feminine intuition and guidance. It was a subtle energy that was very much closely connected to my waking consciousness. A cognitive dissonance arose in me and I began to feel a bit lost in what was me and what wasn’t.

As I began to commune with this energy more and receive space-holding from Jelelle and reflection from my beloved Kalayna, I could begin to feel a conscious separation that is all part of this work of differentiation. The energy became less unknown and more knowable. More willing to be seen and connected with. I could feel how this aspect of me has been so closely entwined with me most of my life and came out in bits and pieces over the course of my healing.

But this has felt core to me. The themes he has shared with me have been themes that have pervaded my consciousness my whole life. Guilt, shame, cowardice, judgment, rejection, fear, doubt, hopelessness, and even rage. Our Gatekeepers are like sponges that hold this vast arena of our soul in a what appears as a finite container of energy. This provides a huge feeling of burden and responsibility. I have equated it to the image of Atlas in past writings.

He was originally found in a large cavernous space under my castle as a dragon protecting my inner treasure of heart and soul. But this was mostly a projection of defense he has since shown himself to be more human in form as the lifetimes on this planet would have him, and me, accustomed to. We have been in contact daily but he has been a bit elusive due to his own distrust and acclimation in being seen. Today he let me in a bit more to feel the deeper pain of creating a wall to his angelic home.

From his words, he felt how much he had fused to this dimension and assumed the role of responsibility of what happened to my soul, rather than the intended choice of being a guide. The experiences of myriad timelines had shuddered his heart through the volatility of human pain and emotion. He chose a life of hiding and self-sequestering that only acted as a barrier to receive the Love from whence he came. I was guided to play some piano music that has always brought this feeling of missing home into my heart. As I played it, the tears came and the heart opened even if just slightly.

He could feel the waves of love coming from “beyond” yet are very much right here, right now. It has been hard for him to let that in as it means to feel the pain of putting up the walls in the first place. So the tears are bittersweet, but tears nonetheless. They are the process of Love finding the pain and giving it the healing that it wants and needs in order to move on and move up to new frequencies and timelines that offer more ease and joy and less heaviness and difficulty.

It wasn’t a full dam break but a good start to begin to shift something so profoundly core in my life. In my quest for wholeness, self-love, and service of love. The image that I chose below is one that represents my Gatekeeper and his lonely search for Love even when he has resisted it so. It looked as far away as the stars but forgetting is had always been there right there under his feet and in his heart. This is my honoring of him and his courage to keep marching on.

Feeling And Healing The System Within

The past couple of weeks has been sprinkled with interfacing with “The System”. The legal matrix that requires each of us to have our T’s crossed and our I’s dotted in order to go about our lives in a state of unencumbered “freedom”. There was a time where I felt myself to be a warrior out to slay the dragon of said System. I found myself on a mission to free myself and shine the light for others to do the same.

At the time it felt like my purpose. Energetically I felt myself in states of rage, fear, and anxiety. I would get pretzled into so many knots around what I could and couldn’t get away with in regards to taxes, travel, social expectations, and debt just to name a few. When I began my own journey of feeling myself as a hub of fractured selves, I could then see and feel a picture of this System inside of myself. There were multiple metasoul lives that were reacting to this feeling of imprisonment and control. It was happening from me to me first. The outer was just reflecting the inner.

At the core it comes to “I can’t have what I want”. Even underneath that is “I am not worthy to have what I want” so I create the matrix outside to validate the one on the inside. I have been getting guidance from a Reptilian aspect of mine that I have connecting with recently. He has been helping me to see how the matrix is energized and co-created within the collective. It starts with a whisper, a meme, that builds its strength on the wings of our fear and unworth. That which was created when we found ourselves separate from Source.

When we find ourselves in moments where we are in the belly or on the radar of this system, there is an internal reaction. An energetic frequency that builds upon the largess of the collective. It feeds it and helps to make manifest the very thing we are afraid of. As I have experienced in my own process, as well as this guidance from my reptilian aspect, it is the inner work of transforming our own fear places, our own control centers, our own inner matrix that begins the process of a wholesale transformation of a system that actually no longer exists on the outside.

If that is the case, then it becomes clear that we are the heroes that we have been looking for. We are the leaders that can take our selves to new places of freedom and joy that we could only previously dream of. A new layer of trust comes when we start to unanchor ourselves from the collective conscious paradigm we actually co-created. To fight the System is to really only continue the struggle within. Going IN and bringing love to all of your shadow places, including your inner Reptilian, is what helps clear a path to a new economy of gift, passion, and true personal empowerment.

Ascending Into Sacred Humanity: Integration Of Spirituality & Life

I just realized that I write a lot about the integration of your spirituality. It does feel like there are pulses of energy waves that remind us to do this, that invite us deeper into this, that support us to look bravely into the mirror of life and relationships to truly SEE where we haven’t integrated or let our spirituality live in us on a daily basis. This is something that I have had to really look at many times in my own process and I suspect that process is not over, nor could it ever be over!

It really feels like we’re so used to being our Galactic selves, our soul selves, that it’s so hard to really BE human and to subscribe to what that even means for us/with us. This is why feeling the Ascension of humanity as an arising into a SACRED humanity evokes a strong sense of an integrated soul. A sense of a 5D/Higher Self that is willing and able to walk powerfully and heartfully around in a non-compartmentalized life while feeling a strong sense of love and compassion for others and self and a sense of healthy boundaries too. Continuing to choose a compartmentalized life or a life where parts of you don’t feel like they can let you (or themselves) bring all of who you or they are into your life and spirituality, makes this process of becoming your Sacred Human Self much more challenging.

You can choose instead to feel the resistance with parts of you and ask them “why”… keep diving deeper, feeling every layer.

It feels like it can be challenging for parts of us to let in our sacredness because of the rough road of awakening into 4D consciousness, which fuels you with knowledge about the possibilities of the history of humanity on this planet, how we could be here as some sort of ‘slave race’ perhaps, how we’ve co-created disaster on Gaia and are depleting Her resources. It feels like there is a necessary phase of awakening of feeling the outrage at others and at yourself too, wanting to tear down the old confines of the ‘Matrix’, wanting to rip apart the ‘ego’, and ultimately, for some parts of you, longing for death in some form. It’s a phase too of feeling on the ‘defense’ and on the ‘offense’ too, sometimes in high extremes, not really letting in the love that Ascension actually wants to offer you, supporting you to move towards a higher, bigger picture of it all that doesn’t stop feeling the cries of the world, but can instead hold it in a bigger container.

The Ascension into 5D consciousness is integration of the dis-integration experienced in 4D birth canals and dark corridors. It IS the Heaven-on-Earth experience your soul remembers that it is here to experience and be part of birthing into this world. And, it is a consciousness that wants and loves everything that has made you and others ‘human’ and that trusts that you WILL remember your sacredness, one step at a time.

On ‘Father’s Day’: Letting In Sacred Masculine LOVE Frequencies

I feel Him offering me His arms when my heart responds to my mate in Sacred Union. I feel Him offering me His heart when parts of me need healthy ‘dad’ energy. I feel Him energizing healthy sexuality and beholding of me as a woman. I feel Him in my beloved connections with men, including my mate and my beloved soul friend, who aren’t afraid to go INward, seeking and finding parts and soul aspects of them that need healing, with an undying curiosity and love that then gets to overflow to me in connection with them. I have experienced so much healing and softening because of the love I get to share with these conscious and heart-healing men.

Yet, it wasn’t always this way for me.

In 2011, my birth father passed away. Even then I had a sense of reality around my relationship with my father… that many tones and frequencies that I needed as a growing, budding woman were missing in my relationship with him. I experienced a lot of intense grief when he died, and over time I began to realize that some of this grief wasn’t really about losing ‘him’ but about lost opportunities in our relationship. Parts of me were actually quite angry with him for having ‘bailed’ before he ever became the father to me that he could have been. I’ve had process too around how he could never really see me, especially as a woman, and how he hadn’t been able to energize anything healthily towards me about my budding sexuality, offering me no healthy template for what I was looking for in a mate. I don’t hold my father in contempt around any of this anymore, as this was clearly a contract we both signed up for and quite frankly it feels like without these and many other voids and gaps in our relationship this life, maybe I wouldn’t have been as compelled towards the growth trajectories I’ve now been on that have made me who I am today.

Letting in the Sacred Masculine in the form of guides and as I mentioned, sacred friendship, vulnerable teacher/student, and Sacred Union relationship, has been a deep process for me of feeling through these ways in which my own father couldn’t ‘show up’, feeling how this relates for parts of me to the Divine Father and also to mates, and working with ‘inner father’ frequencies of patriarch and also masculine protectors. I’ve had blocks to truly being able to see, feel and experience the sacred masculine in its beautiful willingness to get messy and tangle with whatever it needs to in order to discover itself anew, its ability to feel and embrace the sacred feminine without wounded frequencies of control, belittling, distancing, or abuse of any kind, and its embracement of the mirror that allows it to go back into itself, finding the shadow pieces it needs and wants to work, coming out the other side with even more sense of personal power and potency. The sort of masculine frequencies that make you go ‘RAWR!’ in response to its lovingly penetrative energy and melt into its open-hearted desire for you to be the woman you are meant to be, in all of your curves and softness and self-discovery and healing of your own, in response, in an exquisite partnered dance, through leaning into the organic (and orgasmic) leadership of the authentic and vulnerable King…

It does feel as if we can miss out on letting in these incredible energies, even as they knock on our heart doors, wanting to come into us, to love up our entire being, if we aren’t willing to look at our relationship with our birth fathers. It’s a brave journey and one that can be quite hard too, yet with the right support from those who have been there, it is held in the sacredest of spaces and at a rate and pace that you and your parts are ready for. The yumminess of what I am able to let in more and more now, only lights me up more as I continue to feel it and feel the unfolding mystery of its unfolding in my life. There is no single definition that describes it and in its ever arising love and creativity, I feel so much warmth and comfort for my healing woman’s heart and my ever-deepening femininity. I feel how this could be true for all women who embrace the process of feeling the mark of their birth fathers and also other masculine influences in their lives, but I also feel this for men, who so feel to be aching for something missing inside of themselves that they long to experience, that is so different than how their own fathers were or are.

The sacred masculine wants to offer you space to explore yourself within it, providing a dock for your self-made container for all of the YOU-ventures that await you. And if it’s truly ‘time’ for you to do so, you won’t be able to ignore the clarion call of the fire and love it wants to gift you with to help you illuminate and be with your personal process of opening your ever-healing heart. ❤
