The Sacred In The Ordinary

Any ‘ordinary’ moment holds the key to our sacredness….

It has been a while since I have written. There is a way in which a part of me can feel a need to get a little epic with the writing. Wanting to express and feel the depths of something that is moving in the collective heart and soulscape. That is all good. It brings a wider aperture to life. But I am wanting to feel how even what we call the ordinary has so much to offer in reflection.

This past weekend there was a lot going on emotionally between myself and Kalayna, as we have been feeling how parts of us have related to each other in the past that has had an impact on the way we see and experience each other. This lead to some conflict between us that opened out into deeper understanding between these parts, and a new place of goodness, love and awareness between us.

Then there was our poor dog Sara that got a hold of something poisonous not too long after that sent us to the vet and and overnight stay for her. As she was shaking profusely, I could feel an arising sense of “okayness” inside of me. I felt she would be okay. Feeling the young part of me that had concern and didn’t want Sara to be in pain. There was a container of trust that helped bring love into the process and let it works its magic. If the undesirable happened, then I would be with that in all that ways that I need to be. But in the moment, Love and trust were the only thing I needed to feel.

Yesterday, as a community, we had one of the more abundant days since moving to Mexico. We visited a new fancy grocery store that had Golden Earth tones to it in regards to its selection, design, and atmosphere. It was more money than we had spent on a trip like this and our old conditioning to some moments to adjust to. Moving from scarcity to abundance is a process and it is getting used to being in the larger pool of that that is marked by appreciation and gratitude. We also purchased another used MacBook for Raphael on top of it all! That was the mark of continually shifting timelines.

So in retrospect, with introspect, I can feel how there are no ordinary moments. 3D is really a consciousness. A way we relate to things and circumstances. The fifth dimension is something we don’t travel to, but rather something we let in and open up to if we can feel and heal the parts of us that are filtering it out due to a plethora of good reasons. Golden Earth truly resides in You and in front of you. It is realizing this with ‘real eyes’ and real heart that this IS our reality and we are just working our way there….one sacred moment at a time. Blessing to you all in this particular one.

How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

Physical Body Ascension: Being With Chronic Illness Through Parts Work

Sometimes it feels like pure bliss to be in your body and to be in this dimension… there is so much you get to do with your body. You get to explore your sexuality, get lost in dance, walk, run, do yoga. If you’re a woman, you get to explore if you want to have children or not and have your body become a sacred vessel for new life.

At other times, it’s painful to be in the density of your body, especially in the density of this dimension and going through all of the changes you’re going through.

Your relationship with your body during Ascension is critical. It’s so important to take care of yourself in all ways. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably someone who seems to move things emotionally through the physical body. There is a lot of purging going on with these upgrades coming in, and because of this and the need sometimes to move our emotional and spiritual processes THROUGH our physical bodies, there is a lot to pay attention to, be with, and love (as much as we can) as it comes up.

I’ve had allergies for as long as I can remember. I had childhood asthma too, which I really feel was ‘cured’ actually by star BEing visits (abductions) I experienced as a kid in this lifetime. I really feel like they would visit me, bring me to their ships, to help me find my feet in this dimension and live into my Service-Of-Love purpose. The allergies came up again today. They’ve been moving in and out of my body for a while now, because of upgrades coming in and helping my parts let go of them too. I’ve realized that parts of me have felt my allergy symptoms as ‘love’… a reason to take time off or check-out of life for a while. I’ve noticed that they come up when parts of me feel overwhelmed or I’m going through many changes in my life. They’ve been a heart-rail for them to hold on to. The more 5D Self I grow UP into now though, the less my parts will need them and the less often I’m experiencing them.

This piece feels important for everyone who has had chronic or persistent illness. Journaling with the illness, being with parts of you who associate themselves with it, are ways to find more info about why it’s there and what it has offered parts of you for so long now. It feels like sometimes it’s part of the upgrading and purging process too. There’s an invitation here to not make pharmaceuticals ‘bad’ if you are suffering terribly, yet there is huge value in also feeling what soul pieces could be coming up through your illness as well as this-life emotional pain and what alternatives there could be for some relief, including just BEing with yourself and your parts.

The physical body wants your love and curiosity just as much as your other ‘bodies’ do and it so needs everything you’ve got within you to help it upgrade along with you in all other areas of your sacred life! ❤

Practical Ascension: 7 Key Areas Of Life – Financial Area: From 3D Money To 5D Abundance

In this third video on the financial area of life, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and Sacred Union mates, Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna Colibri, offer their perspective on shifting from 3D money-focus to a 5D abundance-focus. They share openly about their experience with contributing their income to and sharing money as a conscious community and how this is made possible through parts work – being with the parts of you that have different reactions to money and different conditioning around it too.

Ascension invites you into a different picture in all areas of your life, including the financial area. Moving from 3D to 4D to 5D is a process of being with all of the tensions from parts of you as you deepen your awakening and healing experiences and integrate them into your life. Money making in a 3D sense can become an anchor for parts of you to hold on to 3D as a reality, meanwhile your soul has other plans and desires. It is important to navigate and create a bridge between your deepening and expanding journey back to the love that you ARE and your life as you’re choosing to live it right now. This definitely applies in the world of finances and can’t really be avoided, as this is an area that often leaves parts feeling powerless and victimized.

Moving into 5D abundance, as Gabriel and Kalayna experience and offer it, means that you are able to see, feel and experience true abundance that comes from within. You’re able to feel a flexibility when it comes to going where your heart and soul are being called to go and investing financially in your healing, however necessary for your next steps. Being with parts of you helps to free up the flexibility, creative thinking, intuition, and resourcefulness you’ll need to truly inhabit a 5D abundance, service-of-love based consciousness.

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: What Is Millennial Spirituality?

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to digest this idea of ‘Millennial spirituality’. Raianna shares from her personal experience and observations of others around her age. Kalayna shares her experience as well. Together they cover the age range of 23-30 and so they offer much from their different perspectives and what the spiritual world has meant for them and those they’ve known or been friends with.

They talk about the different roles of spirituality, religion and morals in their generation and how this has shown itself in different parts of people, like the Inner Mother and Father, for example, especially if there has been a religious or moralistic upbringing of any kind. Spirituality is something that seems to be being explored from the inside out in the young people of today, whereas in older generations the focus has generally been from the outside in. It really is an invitation for ‘new school’ spirituality to emerge and challenge with love the ‘old school’ spiritual scaffolding and ideas while nurturing a world that is love-focused in a genuine way.

They also talk about some of the challenges of this process for younger generations, as they reach for ideals of ‘tolerance’ and ‘inclusion’ to mend what isn’t feeling tolerable within in the relationship between parts of them, especially as they arise and grow-up in the midst of an older generation with different ideas of how life works and what love IS.

May Energies: It’s Time To Dream, To Remember, To Move On & UP

“It’s time to dust off your wings!” — I hear this today, right now actually, as I’m wondering about the energies coming in already so intensely this month!

Time to dust off your wings… this is the invitation to step into your gifts. Even the shaky steps are steps. Actually, the shaky ones, the ones where you are feeling the parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too that are scared of what could come your way if you do… these steps are the ones most worth taking. This means you aren’t out to conquer or battle but you’re bringing your heart with you. THAT is something that’s becoming more and more common these days, but not common enough just yet. You get to help lead that new movement. Woah. Not as tall of an order as part of you may think… because flying, actually, is way more natural for you than crawling along in a compressed 3D reality.

Your wings have known the exploration of the unknown. You’ve soared high above the capping clouds of the ‘normal’ and ‘every day’ even just in daydreams. You feel what’s out there and you feel how it’s not ‘in here’ just yet.

It’s time to go and get it, bring it back inward, feel how it all IS possible.

3D reality has taught parts of you to give up dreaming. I’ve never been one to successfully bury my heart and soul aches and desires for very long and I suspect you can’t really do this either, or you wouldn’t be taking this in. I see and feel YOU and what you’ve maybe had to put aside or give up for a while, but know that this invitation is for you… and that any experience you’re having of a prickly nest right now is meant to move you on from where you’ve been settled and settling. It’s time for what parts of you have only tolerated in your relationships, your career, your geography, to become intolerable. Reach for the stars again… go ahead. You’re ready.

Dust off your wings, beloved being. It’s time to fly. ❤

The Journey Of Change Is Within

Within each moment there is the potential for something significant to happen that is unexpected by our veiled consciousness and yet “served to order” by our higher consciousness.

You are the boat, the sea, and the sky. You navigate the waters that were created by your own choosing. Talk to the sea. Feel the nature of the waves. Look to the heavens for guidance and direction. Use your God-given gift of curiosity and courage to embark on a journey of self-forgiveness, empowerment, and purpose instead of feeling like you are the play toy of The Universe in the midst of a storm you have self-lovingly chosen to ignore until it has become too much for your heart to endure.

Nothing that you created is beyond your power to change. The depth of your circumstance is only paled in comparison to the size of your soul that chose it. You will not change it overnight. There are no ‘silver bullets’ on the way back to Wholeness. There is pain to feel, choices to own, parts to love, risks to take, and stakes to claim.

You did not come here to watch the world go by. You chose this life to live…to ache…to grow…to ‘fuck up’…to learn…to Love…and repeat. This is your soul’s and heart’s calling. You chose humanity…now claim it with all that it has to offer in the next phase of your evolution as a conduit, creator, and conspirator for Love. Heal all that the world is needing you to heal so that you can BE what the world needs you to be…alive, aware, ascended in Love.

Grief As A Gift: Bridging Our Humanity To Our Divinity

After an experience I had with my beloved Kalayna yesterday (which I will write about later after we digest it more together), and a heartful conversation I had with an FB friend I was inspired to write about the feeling of Grief.

Grief is a profound experience in the wake of Loss. It opens the heart to the bedrock of our humanity and our divinity. It can be where the two join hands. Ultimately in our highest heart and soul essence, there is no loss, just a death and rebirth, a transmutation of energy. Of course, the circumstance and specifics of the loss can be quite jarring and extremely painful. To lose a child or other loved one in a tragic way holds so much energy than if it were in a natural one. Tragic grief is one that has so many dimensions to it that needs the time and space necessary to be as real and expressive as possible.

Grief is held by parts of us for so many reasons. It can be an inner child or teenager, inner shame and guilt, rage, and/or hurt. It is held in our SOULullar memory as another lifetime in our Metatsoul that may have multiple experiences of that same circumstance playing out. Holding the grief as a part of you, even as you are in the throes of the pain, helps to offer love to it from a different place as opposed to being the grief itself. You can move with it. Love it. Learn from it. Grow from it. It is actually a gift as it opens the heart into realms that were previously hidden and unconscious.

You can arise out of the ashes of grief with a renewed sense of surrender, acceptance, purpose, and self. You can feel yourself as divinely connected to Source, and even the expression of Source Itself. It is not meant to be a suffering loop or to be glossed over with any numerous distractions. The fear of getting sucked up by grief is what keeps the pain in place. That is another protective part not wanting you to feel any more pain than you already have in this and other lives. That is tender to feel and yet is also important to negotiate with this part how much you really want and need to feel and heal, once and for all.
This experience may be the most alive that many of us have ever felt. That is the gift in it as well. It offers a permission to feel all the pent-up rage, hurt, rejection, and existential pain. It is cathartic and transmutative. So as we focus on the joyous side of being Alive on this day of 5/5, there is also the sorrow side that gifts us what joy truly feels like in contrast. And for that, we honor it and love it just as we would any other emotion that helps us to authentically feel our humanity.
