Incoming LOVE Energies Reflect Where The Love Needs To Go Within You

All the love waves coming in from Ascension energies really want to show you is where you aren’t loving yourself or being kind to yourself and your parts… especially the ones in shadow.

All the body reactions, all the resistance to change, all the emotional up and down-swings… all of the thick soupy-ness of your non-resonant relationships… all of this is being shown to you by LOVE itself as a powerful mirror with an equally powerful challenge to start taking the steps to experience your life AS love, starting from within you!

Abuses from inside of you that are reflected outside of you are highlighted so you can feel your need for love and the love you aren’t actually moving inside of you or between you and others. This is a big thing too and can be subtle at first until you realize what’s going on and find the courage to see it, to feel it, and then to make some changes.

You can’t escape the love pouring into you from all sides through these energies, and especially during these times of immense SOULar activity and activations. With every wave comes bliss and joy potential and with every drop of love-water, out must come the not-love-oil stored within, not so blissy or joyful to feel, but always leading you to more love for you and your parts if the readiness is ripe enough to take the journey.

5/11 Energies: Portal To Forgiveness, Completion Of Old Timelines With Others

5/11 energies feel significant today… portals opening into self-forgiveness. Higher Self connections are possible between you and those you’ve known in the past. Old relationship debris gets to clear away as you feel the tears of remorse for what’s happened in these relationships and what didn’t happen too. It’s an opportunity to own the role you’ve played while feeling the Higher Selves of others own their own roles too… ripples of deep self-forgiveness are possible in this today as well as forgiveness of others.

This is a powerful way to complete old timelines and embrace the imminent, highest timeline that is possible for you. So much movement happens when forgiveness is genuine and not simply said but felt. True gratitude can bloom from this too, as you feel these portals open and close, and feel the lessons and growth you and parts of you gathered from each and every experience.

This is beautiful to feel in words but even better to experience when parts of you are ready to let go into this space. It is a true and deep gift to be able to feel how all relationships have been connected for a reason and how you are a part of the trajectory of so many others. This is true oneness and connectedness. This is what unites us in higher, more porous dimensions for the healing of the collective inside and outside of us. This is powerful and poignant healing and ascension, a true moving on and moving up.

Being in this space with your parts if you can feel them while leaning into the space holding of higher-dimensional aspects of you is the invitation today. Experiencing this for myself and the movements inside are touching, expansive, and above all, loving to the nth degree… ❤️

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: What Is Millennial Spirituality?

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to digest this idea of ‘Millennial spirituality’. Raianna shares from her personal experience and observations of others around her age. Kalayna shares her experience as well. Together they cover the age range of 23-30 and so they offer much from their different perspectives and what the spiritual world has meant for them and those they’ve known or been friends with.

They talk about the different roles of spirituality, religion and morals in their generation and how this has shown itself in different parts of people, like the Inner Mother and Father, for example, especially if there has been a religious or moralistic upbringing of any kind. Spirituality is something that seems to be being explored from the inside out in the young people of today, whereas in older generations the focus has generally been from the outside in. It really is an invitation for ‘new school’ spirituality to emerge and challenge with love the ‘old school’ spiritual scaffolding and ideas while nurturing a world that is love-focused in a genuine way.

They also talk about some of the challenges of this process for younger generations, as they reach for ideals of ‘tolerance’ and ‘inclusion’ to mend what isn’t feeling tolerable within in the relationship between parts of them, especially as they arise and grow-up in the midst of an older generation with different ideas of how life works and what love IS.

May Energies: It’s Time To Dream, To Remember, To Move On & UP

“It’s time to dust off your wings!” — I hear this today, right now actually, as I’m wondering about the energies coming in already so intensely this month!

Time to dust off your wings… this is the invitation to step into your gifts. Even the shaky steps are steps. Actually, the shaky ones, the ones where you are feeling the parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too that are scared of what could come your way if you do… these steps are the ones most worth taking. This means you aren’t out to conquer or battle but you’re bringing your heart with you. THAT is something that’s becoming more and more common these days, but not common enough just yet. You get to help lead that new movement. Woah. Not as tall of an order as part of you may think… because flying, actually, is way more natural for you than crawling along in a compressed 3D reality.

Your wings have known the exploration of the unknown. You’ve soared high above the capping clouds of the ‘normal’ and ‘every day’ even just in daydreams. You feel what’s out there and you feel how it’s not ‘in here’ just yet.

It’s time to go and get it, bring it back inward, feel how it all IS possible.

3D reality has taught parts of you to give up dreaming. I’ve never been one to successfully bury my heart and soul aches and desires for very long and I suspect you can’t really do this either, or you wouldn’t be taking this in. I see and feel YOU and what you’ve maybe had to put aside or give up for a while, but know that this invitation is for you… and that any experience you’re having of a prickly nest right now is meant to move you on from where you’ve been settled and settling. It’s time for what parts of you have only tolerated in your relationships, your career, your geography, to become intolerable. Reach for the stars again… go ahead. You’re ready.

Dust off your wings, beloved being. It’s time to fly. ❤

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Sometimes Love Don’t Feel Like It ‘Should’ – The Rumble Of Awakening

SoulFullHeart co-founder, teacher and Facilitator, Gabriel Heartman, offers you much insight into what the rumbles of awakening can look and feel like in your life in this week’s featured article. He invites you to feel how your awakenings shift the picture of what really is, especially as you feel the shift in your relationships with others and how the world around and within you is being affected by what is being shaken up. There is a lot to feel with parts of you about all of this as old ideas of what love is are being questioned and many emotional pieces start to rise to the surface:

“Pulling out of this old matrix of 3D relationship can be a tough one as it tugs on our inner guilt and shame. It can be hard for the part of us that feels a responsibility in the emotional responses of others. It doesn’t feel very loving to hurt others. It can feel like you are being selfish and uncaring. Think of a spider web and you are at one of the crossings. If you pull on that it affects all those around that are connected in that web. You make waves and rumbles when you begin to realize this arrangement is no longer in service of your highest self.”

5/5 Gateway Offers Soul Bigness And Journey Reflections, Movements, Growth

Before we enter these mega gateways, like 5/5, it’s like stopping at airport security. You have to go through a process of checking the stuff you’ve got with you and on you (in this case inside you too) and deciding what can come and what can’t. What is it that you want to bring with you into this next birth canal as you enter its gateway? Do you feel ready to bring your parts with you, even the ones that have been in shadow so that they can be illuminated, felt, and eventually integrated with love? Do you feel ready to look at your relationships and really see if they’re coming with you or not? Is your job or career coming with you or is there something else to feel about that? Do you feel ready to embrace abundance in all forms and let go of previous ideas of what that even is? What resistance do you have to this gateway and what it wants to offer you? ALL of these questions lead to feeling parts of you, or can if you’re ready. And from there the healing potential is exponential.

A gateway is another opportunity to let go of the ‘hell’ you’ve known in different areas of life for the sake of the ‘heaven’ you don’t know yet. It’s another graduation point for your healing and Ascension journey if you’re ready for that. It’s a big mirror too. Reflections of who you’ve been and who you’ve become too are coming your way! It’s not only a time for sobriety and looking at what has been but also celebrating what IS. What opportunities do you have in front of you for some big healing this time around? Can you look at yourself and your parts and feel gratitude for how far you’ve come? If you can’t feel some self-recognition at this point, it’s fair to say that there’s a part there blocking the doorway. A part that needs you to see it before it can allow you to see yourself. This part is often the one that wants so much to protect you that sometimes it also protects you from really letting in your goodness. The Inner Protector and the Inner Punisher are the parts often at play here. Intense stuff, yes! Yet… the process of being with these parts is the process you’re invited to engage with and if you don’t choose to do so now, you can ask your Inner Protector specifically about this.

Any fear of doing something “wrong” also seems to become backlit with 5/5. It’s an opportunity to start loving yourself from the inside out and being with the parts that feel this way. There is no “wrong” way to ascend or heal, yet there ARE ways that better support your soul bigness and where your consciousness wants to expand to.

5/5 is a time for reflection and movement. The number 5 has no closings, only openings… interesting, no? I feel the number 5 is known to herald big changes because it can’t hold anything inside of it. It’s a time to truly let go and go inward in order to flow all of that love right back out of you again. Yes, love the feeling of this! It’s a time for changes, big or small… and with every change, we’re invited to feel the impact of that change on ourselves, our parts and our worlds too. We’re invited to feel and see the steps into MORE… more love, more heaven-on-earth feeling, more service-of-love/5D Self moving into the body. Hmmm… maybe instead of moving INTO the body as if it’s something truly outside of us, it’s about helping that inner 5D Self-seed grow and evolve from the inside, out.

LOVE to you on this journey you’re very sacredly walking and feeling out during this and every gateway!

Full Moon In Scorpio Ignites Passions, Serves Purgings

WOOOSH…. felt the full moon energies all day yesterday, with an up and down experience inside of myself which was incredibly UP in passion and passion-purpose desires and then also offered purgings of emotional tensions and fears coming UP with them! This is the whole package deal of Ascension. You’re invited to a huge party with lots of lights, excitement and even pure bliss, yet with the waters of love coming in with every invitation, the oil of fears and despair held by parts and Metasoul Aspects has to come out to make room for more.

It doesn’t feel possible to me to ignite your soul purpose work without being willing to feel what it is inside of you that DOESN’T want to serve love. Even if you choose to not feel into this question now, eventually it catches up to you and often in a reticence that develops over time and somehow collapses or sabotages your service-of-love practice, whatever that is for you.

I feel that the full moon always offers you a chance to feel your passions anew. Especially if you’re meant to serve love in this timeline. The full moon in Scorpio is asking you to keep it real. It’s asking you to be real about your passion and to feel the polarity inside that isn’t interested in passion too or really doesn’t buy that you can “make it”. Scorpio as an energy can support you to feel this extreme and not run away from it. Make the investigation of this a part of your passion-purpose, not a detriment to it! I feel and see so many souls trying to dismiss these parts that just don’t want it. Yet they are the most valuable players in the game of serving love, because they are the parts of you that need to be filled up with love and appreciation again. They are also the parts that offer grounding and realness inside you. And with all of this disclosure happening on the outside right now, yes, you need realness and integrity inside of you too. Nay-saying parts can offer that to you if you can let them into your heart. On a soul level, you could be feeling legitimate anxiety over persecution timelines your soul has lived out and is still living out since time is not linear. There are also timelines of being a false King/Queen, leading without integrity and heart. These are all themes that seem to emerge as you feel more and more into your special personal brand of service of love and what that means for YOU during this often intense time of Ascension.

On the other side of feeling all of this always comes more joy, bliss and love than you have experienced before… AND much MORE energy, motivation and passion for the service of love you’re meant to lead, inhabit and offer!
