As we love each other more… we let go without fear or tugging.

As we love each other more… we empower instead of enable.

As we love each other more… our words to one another are not empty.

As we love each other more… the eyes of love are the ones we wear and we see each other for who we are.

As we love each other more… we recognize the difference between caretaking and caregiving.

As we love OURSELVES more… we, ad infinitum, love each other more…

… and in this love, we find
even more of ourselves
than we ever thought we would ever see,
feel, and heal
before we realized
that loving more
means
we will never know love in the less.

Masculine Ascending: The Journey Of Finding Our True Man’s Heart

I have been spending some time taking in some deep reflections about my relationship to my own emotional body and its effect on my personal ascension process. Before I began this inner work, my emotional body would move from Zen-like peace to bouts of inner punishment, depression, and anxiety followed by a fifth of Scotch. I was the guy with “so much potential” in relationships and never fully getting what that meant.

As I have come to realize over the years, it was always and ever about being real with what I was feeling, expressing what my truth was regardless of where it came from. So many castles built on sand and a part of me (my protector) trying like hell to maintain that he was on solid ground. Of course, the tides of real love are always there to remind us of this precarious situation.

As a man, this relationship to the emotional body is what I truly feel is the ground of our healing, maturation, and ascension. I can feel how parts of me could use the spiritual ascension as a romantic escape from the real work of going into the heart of my humanity, even the core of my soul in its darkest moments. As men (and I include the masculine in women), we have a collective knack of holding a lot of deep pain in the recesses of our heart. The true man is the one that is willing and desiring to face his stuff, treat it with compassion, and let in the depths of his impact, or even lack thereof.

I am still on that True Man journey. Moving through one fear, resistance, vulnerability at a time. We are all in different stages of that journey, none any more or less than the other. We have others to look toward as models and reflections of what it is we feel we want and can be. They are not ‘ahead’, just doing the work. Even as that work can feel like a black hole at times, the strength of our manhood is not found in a desire to escape, but a willingness to FEEL. A knowingness that the hole is not who we are, but where we come from. It is a sacred part of what makes us humanely divine.

Men have a much different process than women in regards to emotional ascension. We have experiences and legacies that have their own unique variables and responses. We hold a collective piece of all that is manifesting in the world and we hold the key to that Great Change that our inner warriors are fighting for, or even running from. I offer my heart in service to that True Man journey through this inner work called SoulFullHeart. I have crossed my own rubicons and met my own fears. I continue to do so as an infinite unfolding, not as a suffering loop. A much different perspective energetically. The power of being in a one-to-one, and one-to-many relationship that forges a new man, a true man, and a heart man.

What Does It Mean to Love ‘Authentically’?

The conditioning is deep around what we’ve been taught real love and care is and looks like. It’s challenging to feel it in different ways, to take a deep look at how we’ve related to love and how we’ve been convinced we’re supposed to embody it.

So often what we think of as loving or caring can have more of a negative impact on others than a positive one. False apologies, empty promises, tugging and grabbing at others… these frequencies can be obvious or subtle. And in any case, we aren’t genuinely caring about our impact on others, only what parts of us want and are afraid they won’t get or look like on the outside. I so know this one from my own process too, and learning to see and feel even the subtle ways in which this happens is illuminating and invites you to shift these patterns for good.

I think so often we (or parts of us) are actually terrified to deeply feel what it would be like to be someone else and genuinely feel our impact on them, whether or not we feel we’ve been ‘loving’ toward them.

This is tricky… and hard to feel too. It can be hard to look inward and challenge how we have been holding love and what it means to love another, whether in official ‘service of love’ or in everyday relationships. It’s amazing what it illuminates within though… which is so often an untouched inner reality of how we ourselves, and parts of us, have felt incredibly unworthy of real love, abandoned somehow, and in a void space that has never been filled by genuine self-love and the journey of unfolding that within.

So what does it look and feel like to actually care and love another person?

To me, it feels like giving space for another’s growth without tugging on them to join in on yours. It feels like inviting someone to share with you what they need and want, but not with a commitment from you to make it happen for them. It feels like the overflow of good inner-parenting, of relating to yourself and getting to know your own quirks and shadowy aspects and energies within you as well as your gifts and growth and flowing this energy to another to support their own inner-parenting to grow and blossom too. It feels like being willing to let go even when your heart really doesn’t want to.

It’s a lot to feel into these pieces and truth be told, I’m not sure any of us can truly master this skill of loving another in the purest way… we and parts of us all have understandable investments in relationships of all kinds and hopes that they will last too. We all have desires and dreams and don’t really ever want to feel lonely (though really landing in the loneliness has so many gifts too)… we all have what we want to experience from others and in our lives in general. Yet love asks us to trust… to invest in the process yet divest of the outcome. To feel what we want most and understand that it won’t always come to us in ways we can control.

Above all, love wants us to remember that it is never against us or anybody else, though it can feel that way at times. It only ever wants us to experience more of it within so that we can share it with others. This flow of love is really all the ‘service of love’ is anyways, though it can be dressed up in many ways and be given many labels and is not always easy to truly embody for ourselves, let alone others.

Much love to you as you continue to experience your own journey into more and more REAL love, and the path of learning to embody love in the most authentic way possible. ❤

Remembering With Love The Sacred Forgetting

Vision is the remembrance of the reality of infinite possibility. Love is what gives it life.

This past week has been a rumbling inside of me. A soupy pretzel of parts and Metasoul aspects that are coming to the surface to be felt and held. Another layer of healing and self-realization occurring as ascension waves continue to ‘bear’ down on us (pun intended). It can be a bit to be with at times but when you have a way to be with it, then it is all about giving love and space to what needs your attention the most, one felt day at a time. The wounds that arise as we ascend are like bubbles that come from the cracks in our heart and soul. They are the way home to our essence of BE-ing, our wholeness.

I took in two movies with my beloved Kalayna and felt a deep awareness inside of myself that was heartache and revelation both. The photo below signifies what I was feeling after watching the new Christopher Robin and a surprising Tomorrowland. I felt another layer of my own remembrance of childhood and how, especially with the masculine, so much was hidden away and forgotten about the magic of innocence. Coupled with the parallel Earth in Tomorrowland, and its message of imagination over knowledge really hit home of how much we have all been living with something that is of our own making.

The two tied together for me my own relationship to my star family wounding and how embedded it is in the childhood/teenage years. The emotional body holds the pain in the Now. It never went away, just like Winnie and Gang never left Christopher Robin, or Tomorrowland was always right there for those who were willing to dream beyond what was considered ‘possible’.

There is a significance in it for me as I continue to unfold, heal, and arise anew into a masculine that is willing to feel all there is to feel on the way back to our sacred leadership. What we have all been willing and able to deal with and accept energetically is a gift from our protectors, but there also lies a sadness that it had to be that way. To feel this sadness as deeply as it lives in us, and offer it the space and love necessary to transmute into joy, wisdom, and the courage for our next steps is the sacred reason why we are here.

We all have the gift of vision. Of sacred sight as a birthright. It lets us see beyond what we are and what we have been. We have the gift of heart to feel the depths of what kept us in the dark which in turn gives life to the very things parts of us never imagined we could ever be and have. This is the alchemical process of coming home to yourself as a bridge between worlds. I send an invite for you to join me on that journey.

I declare my desire and readiness along with acknowledging at the same time my reticence to serve men, and this reticent Masculine; in order to serve my highest timeline. Nothing needs to be overcome or suppressed in order to achieve in these new arising domains of being, but instead lovingly embraced as the seed of our ever-present infinite being out experiencing a full drama of leaving and then returning to the fullness we always were and are, but couldn’t quite come to know and feel, until we enter this Now.”

Lion’s Gate Portal: Activate Intentions For Soul/Heart Maturity, 5D Ascension

When you can set your intention like a beacon love for yourself, and hold that it IS possible though for parts of you it may feel impossible, this is what brings about the changes that you are asking for and holding out for. It is not an accident, that conversation you’re having with another about what you most want deep inside of you. It is a care-filled conjuring of what is right for you, what needs to come to and through you next…

We are invited to ‘mature’ more and more as sacred humans. It is not age that matures you or offers you wisdom, it is your willingness to go inward, to find and feel your heart even when it is in shadows and seems covered in infinite brambles and sharp vines. Your Inner Protector has probably worked hard to keep parts of you in a sort of stasis, to keep you in a level of heart-immaturity and with good reason too… how can a heart, like a beautiful, tropical fruit or flower, ripen or open in conditions where it isn’t being nourished? This part of you has been needing to work with you on new life choices that bring you into a new space of letting in, letting go, and BEcoming the awakening experiences you’ve been having on an integrated, human level. If these words touch you in the moment, this part of you could be getting ready to work with you on these steps.

This Lion’s Gate portal is here to help us plant and cultivate, reaping rewards while feeling ourselves and our needs on all levels. It is a maturation process that is an important part of our Ascension and is also about reconciling who we have been, who we are now and who we most want to be.

Today could be a day where you feel the need for a ROAR! that comes up from the bowels of everything your parts have been anchored to in 3D and even 4D consciousness. It could be the ROAR! of an Inner Protector that is DONE or wants to be done, or the ROAR! of your precious Inner Teenager who has held so many years of rebellion or maybe even an avoidance of rebellion in order to conform and find safety. It is the ROAR! of a deeper awakening on the inside that gets to express outward, with your choices more in alignment with your soul and human heart too. A ROAR!, ultimately, of realizing the desire to experience love on all fronts, in all areas of your life, in ALL parts of you and Metasoul timelines too.

Today also could be a day of a softer ‘roar’ inside, of a sweeter inner collapse that means parts of you are ready to be stiller now, to let you in more now, to lay on the soft grass of healing, snuggling with the rest of the lions in your inner ‘pride’. This is the softer ‘roar’ of arrival into a higher place where the battles are done and the much needed rest time can happen… this is the ‘roar’ of your long-awaited healing and maturation process, where you can play more and feel more of your belovedness, though sometimes the ‘roar’ of boundary setting may still need to happen from this place.

No matter what the blessed ‘roar’ of inner change you are embodying today, it is ALL sacred, and you ARE arriving at a new place in yourself and in your life. Your intentions are ringing clearer and your drive to continue healing and loving is what is setting your sails now for new horizons of YOU and new connection with others that is based in so much more than you could have dreamed of before.

LOVE to you on this day of self-discovery, unity within, and advocacy for what you want for your highest timeline dreams and visions!

We ‘roar’ not to frighten
but to embolden ourselves,
to call on the sacred strength
for boundaries
for growth choices
for remembering our worth.

We ‘roar’
feeling the love of the higher dimensions
and the grief of what is let go
to move ever higher.

We ‘roar’ to remember
to learn,
to teach.

In this phase,
we offer our ‘roar’ to you…

We join our sacred voices
with yours
as you declare ‘no more’
inside
and with your world
you’ve co-created.

We join
offering our peaceful hearts
that had great pain like yours…
that also learned to let go
of fear
of war
of a need to be hidden…
of a need to be arrogant
of a need to do more
than just BE
and connect…

We join
and we cry out in ‘roars’
greater
yet softer
than those you’ve known,
and this memory
of your power
as sacred humans,
is the one we hold for you
reminding you
that you will return here
and the process is Now.

You are loved…
you ARE LOVE…
and you cannot avoid
the gift of this rediscovery.

The Road To Lion’s Gate: The Departure From The Third Dimension

I feel like I have been in a parallel dimension that past couple of days. Feeling very tired and heavy in my body, not so much in my heart. There has been a feeling that I of moving in a field of density that made it hard to really feel motivated to do much. And that was actually a good thing. It gave me an opporTUNEity to tune into what is moving inside me and the collective as we are moving through this gateway.

I could feel how the 3rd dimension is in progress of a deep and immense purging from our spiritual and physical bodies that reverberate through our emotional bodies. It is like our emotions are the bridge between the two. Our own personal dowsing rod to access the direction of our True North.

As we continue to receive the invite from ‘above’ to move UP, to shift into timelines that most reflect our deepest gifts and authentic hearts, we begin to feel all that we have held as 3D energy inside the cells of our bodies and hidden places in our hearts. To the parts of us still with 3D anchors and emotional woundings, this can feel like a prying apart at times and that can manifest in so many varied ways in our bodies and our emotions.

As a sensitive to this purging and shedding, you may feel the collective response as well that adds to or amplifies your own. It can make you a bit mad at times wondering what the hell is really going on with you! There is a lot filtering through the Metasoul as well, as part of the ascension process is to heal that which remains in the karmic holding tanks of your soul.

The third dimension is in the rearview and if we still have energy there it is going to feel intense and draining at times. This is where going IN and doing the deep dive to feel all those anchors that may be spinning you in circles or giving your physical self some fits. This is an exciting yet intense time! It is not all candy corn and rose petals for many. Yet it doesn’t have to be suffering either.

There is a pathway. It is you consciously entering the domain of your heart and soul to navigate the beings inside you we call parts and aspects. They hold the keys, the answers, and more questions. They are ones that have been protected and the ones who have been doing their damnedest to make sure that you don’t get hurt this life, and yet ironically there is a pain in that as well. Finding, honoring, and feeling these parts of you are what help to release those anchors and help Love find its way into your heart again. To help the process of Ascension take you to your forgotten 5th-dimensional realms of passion, joy, and creation. There is a field of dreams awaiting you, me, and all of us. It is Now and it is Here….on the inside.
