Continued Energies Invite Us To Deeper Healing Of Galactic Wounds

1:11 begins this post. Nice timing. It is a gateway into a new emerging relationship inside myself (and yourself) that has been in pregnant pause. I have been connecting with my Gatekeeper on a more consistent basis to bring him more into the room of my daily consciousness. He has been very effusive most of my process yet has had played games of peek-a-boo off and on. He is moving from a guardian of my soul story and gifts to a beloved partner and guide on this journey of inner healing and discovery.

I found him stuck in the shadowland territory of my soul and through SoulFullHeart energy work and guided meditation brought him into closer proximity to the light of my heart where he could ‘dethaw’ from the experience. As we have connected, he has guided me to a couple of metasoul brothers in other timelines that are connected to Kalayna’s metasoul (my sacred union beloved). He was just with me in those moments being a witness to my connection with them to help heal old frequencies and dynamics in our bond together.

But as those faded and are waiting for further deepening and clarity there has been a struggle within him to feel like he actually has purpose and clarities. Everything seemed like a blurry painting sometimes. Static in the air that was creating doubt. Of course underneath doubt lies a deep fear of actually having what it is you deeply want for fear of it going away.

In the shadowlands, he was held by a Reptilian energy. It had created an open portal into my world through him. Noel, my Gatekeeper was connected to this Reptilian aspect that actually lies within us all. There was a felt sense that Noel needed to meet this Reptilian self, named Salthazar, to help heal the bind that still seemed to connect them and release them both from the downward spiral of the shadowland.

It was an amazing experience to feel this once timid and elusive guide of mine stand in the bowels of this intense energy and hold a loving space of compassion and service of love. He could feel this Reptilian’s truest heart and the source of its wounding. There was a forgiveness and an invitation to feel a new timeline for this part of me. It was quite and extraordinary process of transformation as he went from snarky pot shots to authentic tears even while in reservation that a new life awaits him.

He offered him a new family within my inner court of wayward travelers, kings, and guides. It was like being in the most captivating movie I could ever imagine. Within this BEing is a Lizard King. He held so much of my punishment, judgement, shame, fear, and control. Holding the light amidst the most unsavory within us all is what moves the darkness and births out a new gift that was never thought possible from the fear place.

There is still work to be done. Pain to be felt and trust to be garnered. But it is the first step into a series of other steps that brings new possibilities and new energy to an unending journey of what it means to be alive in this Now….moons, holidays, solstices and all.

The healing that is offered in SoulFullHeart is a doorway into an infinite world of discovery that begins with our 3D anchors and moves us into these epic and storied landscapes of our 4D consciousness that hold the seed of our Star Being connection. Each movement and step is a deeply felt and celebrated event that brings new awareness of what our sacred humanity ready to illuminate.

Energy Update: Expanded And Altered Realities As New Earth Arises From Within

It can be challenging to be ‘here’ and ‘here’ is expanding out in every moment, especially amped up by these December energies. My feet in the sand was soothing yesterday and yet, also, I let my consciousness take flight when it needed to. I had just gotten out of a powerful session with a facilitant/client who had been sharing from a higher frequency aspect of herself that we call the Gatekeeper. This need to hold higher frequency space for that unfolding, plus galactic sex with Raphael, plus a Metasoul aspect timeline of mine coming through strongly were all in my consciousness. In these moments, it is difficult to remain ‘in the body’ as I am in multiple ‘places’ at once.
 
Raphael and I were walking around the beach area here and it felt so much like a postcard. It LOOKS like a postcard already, yet the feeling of the reality outside of us being projected FROM inside us onto a screen was very strong…..along with a sense that none of it was actually real. All the activity of the merchants and buyers. The booming music and flashing tv screens. The children playing in the waves and the people too. The sand offered more realness, along with the crash of the ocean waves, and the squawk of the birds. The people mostly felt not real, in their own worlds and consciousnesses, in their own mostly 3D filtering of life that I honor, yet cannot resonate with or vibrate at any more.
 
I had the interesting experience of all sound of people being blocked out while I was lying with my eyes closed on the beach. There was only the sound of the ocean and the sensation of Raphael’s hand in mine. For that moment, I had a visceral sense of what it would feel like to open my eyes with the New Earth consciousness in place. What it would be like if my outer reality of higher vibrational consciousness matched the outer and the timelines truly split into two realities, one of denser frequency and one of higher. I saw and felt then Raphael and I walking down the empty streets of Puerto Vallarta, with very few souls still around to meet and greet us. I don’t know if this is where Ascension will lead us, but it was very interesting to feel this possibility.
 
The Ascension energies in this December corridor of 12:12 through the 12:21 solstice are inviting us to expand and open up to altered realities. Really to claim what OUR reality is and embrace it, even as if it has been judged as strange and different by 3D. And to see and feel how the 3D reality that parts of us have been conditioned to has also been an altered reality. A reality made flatter and safer by the five-sense limited settings and visible light spectrum. So little to feel when emotions are discredited! So little to see when the third eye/intuitive sensing is left out of the picture!
 
These December energies are potent in activating the third eye and yet, too, are inviting you into your higher heart. To breathe in and out from your sight ‘beyond sight’ and to compassionately take in what you see about yourself and others through your heart rather than Punisher-based judgements and filterings. To be OPEN in your heart with curiosity about whatever comes through, even those things and energies that scare parts of you.
 
Timelines are continuing to merge and overlap in big ways. You are invited to go beyond seeing and feeling anything as ‘in the past’, yet, rather that it is alive and vibrating with energy in the Now. If it is coming up for you, it is not a ‘memory’ or a ‘past life’, yet rather something that wants your attention because it is probably stuck or in trauma and needing love. Seeing things as ‘past’ or ‘ancient’ is a 3D filtering of 4D and higher realities to make them seem safer and more distant from us. You also begin to realize that you can change and alter these timelines that have seemed to be ‘from the past’, leading to exponential healing of karma. This is the process we engage with in SoulFullHeart sessions with people, quite amazing and transformative stuff!
 
THIS is a very alive and interesting phase to BE in. We are invited to accept it as it is and trust that every step is necessary to acclimate and calibrate to the transition and transformation that is coming and is happening in this Now!!

The photos were taken yesterday here on the beach… we were quite captivated by the stretchy clouds like cobwebs across the sky….unusual for here. This mermaid with wings ‘stuck around’ for almost an hour, hovering right over us. I felt she represented our star BEing self, a merging of the waters and of the angelic.

Energy Update: Galactic And Personal Alignments

Galactic Alignment frequencies are happening in the Cosmos and the INNER Cosmos too. These are occurring over these next days (activated since the Super Moon, 12:12 Divine Feminine INtegration energies) and extending through the December 21 Solstice and into MORE Super Moon energy integrations in January. This is an alignment of Gaia (Feminine), the Moon (Feminine), the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine), and the Galactic Center (Feminine/Masculine Balance/Zero Point). Seemingly and previously divergent energies and timelines come together, creating a bridging way toward Unity.
 
This Galactic Alignment offers a sense of the Divine Align energy that wants to bring us all together while honoring our individual expressions, especially our gender expression. Gender expression clashes are where the deepest densities and polarizations exist in our collective and personal emotional bodies. Healing our gender expression woundings is a ripe ground right now, as represented in the collective disclosure of sexual abuse that is currently happening. This disclosure invites us to feel what has been our experiences of these kind of abuses, on both sides of the ‘coin’, from this life and from our Metasoul/other lifetimes. Feeling these textures leads us to parts of us with feelings of distrust that stem from betrayal, dominance, and suppression. Being ‘in synch’ at a Cosmic level provides a sense for us of what this might feel and look like for each of us as this alignment is embodied from within. You may be feeling a press from these energies, especially related to romantic relationships and the completion of them or just difficulties and increasing conflicts and tensions.
 
These energies are always personal. They can be taken in and applied in a personal way by asking questions like these, “How do these energies relate to me and my ongoing awakening/Ascension process? How am I (and parts of me) being impacted by these energies? What are these energies inviting me (and parts of me) to feel?”
 
This inner alignment shows up in healing the splits that exist in the emotional body from unhealed traumas from 3D childhood experiences from this life. Inner alignment occurs as you are with your Inner Child or your Inner Teenager that still need you and are stuck in energetically charged scenes that keep their frequencies from being current and in the flow of Now. You can tell what these scenes are by the stories that come to you (with usually newly fresh feeling tears and emotions) when someone asks you about what causes pain from your childhood/teenagehood. These are fresh emotions because the traumas still exist in the now; they are not ‘past’ at all; and parts of you are living them out in seemingly endless loops of suffering. This inner alignment also expresses in the healing of the other lifetimes in your Metasoul (individuated soul source) of persecution and, again, the betrayals of trust and love that led to them. This is coming up for me with the revelation of a Metasoul pairing between Raphael and I offering these themes for us to feel into. The two Metasoul Aspects that we are starting to feel bleed through are needing our healing, feeling, and BEing with them in order to shift their timeline and heal some karmic binds between our Metasouls on a quantum level. When I feel this timeline (which is in the early 100 AD’s in Ireland), I can feel the sadness and loneliness of my Metasoul Aspect named Beatrice who just wants to experience love and the offering of her Celtic healing gifts, which are very controversial and forbidden by the Christian Roman rulers. Beatrice is in love with a man (from Raphael’s Metasoul) who is ‘destined’ to betray her and she risks this in order to experience even temporary moments of bliss with him…especially in bed with their ginger-colored cat lying between them.
 
I’ll be sharing more about Beatrice in the future as her timeline becomes clearer to me and our connection together deepens. I like to share what my personal process is around being with my Metasoul Aspects (and other parts too) as it offers a window into how you could work with these energies yourself and become your own space holder for these movements that bring such gifts of inner alignment. And, also, to give you a sense of what it feels like to receive support from us as facilitators to bridge to these places inside yourself during SoulFullHeart sessions.
 
Our Metasoul Aspects also express in projections into higher consciousness timelines, such as I shared about this week in connecting with my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect named Beslopah, who awakened me in a deeper way to my Merkabah or 5D (and higher) light body vehicle. Both Beslopah and Beatrice have gifts for me and for each other, even as one is in higher vibrational frequencies of consciousness and the other is in lower ones due to undigested karmic wounding. Alignment happens from within as we embrace these divergent frequencies in our Metasouls and bring them together with love.
 
Alignment from within creates a space where love can bloom, grow, and show us that the previous misalignments were only temporary and served our growth. Love wants to align us. To bring us into flow with our Divine Essence again. To bring us into the Now moment as a unifying Sacred Human consciousness that celebrates the gender form that have chosen to express and BE!

Your Light Body/Merkabah Is Waiting For You!

Your light body vehicle is waiting for you. It is shining, glimmering, vibrating with energy, and pulsing with life. It is a reflection of YOUR life force and essence at a high frequency. In this now, our light bodies are ‘in the shop’ getting upgraded, getting ready for the many multidimensional journeys to come.

The fuel for your Merkabah is LOVE. It is light. It is the joy, magic, and innocence that comes forward and through as you heal the trauma from and with your 3D Inner Child. This Inner Child transforms to your Star Seed through this conscious connection with you, revealing your Star Seed essence, as the experience of abductions (which were actually visits with your Star Family) come up and are healed. Your Star Seed’s energy is what powers your Merkabah and their freed-up curiosity to FLY and to journey. Healing of your Inner Child and your Star Seed (abduction wounding/abandonment from Star Family) is not just therapy or a psychological practice….it is critical and KEY to the ascension process.

You BEcome your Merkabah as your emotional body unanchors from 3D reality through the healing of the aspects/parts/energies that still live and resonate there. The Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Mother/Father, Inner Teenager are the 3D parts that we identify as most anchored there. These parts remaining undifferentiated creates a ‘drag down’ on your frequency.

Your light vehicle looks and feels like what is right and best for you. There are no rules about what it looks like, specific forms and shapes that it needs to take. You may see and feel it as the usual sacred geometric form such as in the picture I shared. You may see it as a space ship. You may see it as a many petaled lotus flower.

It is as intimate as your fingernails, your hair, your skin. It is not actually outside of you, yet generated from WITHIN your higher heart especially and projected from there. The higher heart vibrates at this place to generate it with the more love that can be received and let in, the more parts of you can let in love, the faster it can then ‘spin’.

The places you journey….the galaxies, the dimensions, the timelines, all exist from INSIDE of you and originate from this place as well. They are states of consciousness. Your inner space program and process launches from this ground!

This comes to me through the guidance and connection with Beslopah, my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect. The Blue Avian Star BEings are here to hold the spiritual energies of the Ascension process. They are galactic ambassadors to the soul, and they are WARM feeling too. Their feathery bird hugs are AMAZING. They are here, very close, as we head into Galactic alignment in the Cosmos and from within.

I am in joy to connect with them, as is Aurora, my Star Seed child, who is healing to 5D Crystalline Child essence. Aurora took a seat on my lap in my pulsing, rotating Merkabah today after a beautifully teary reunion with Beslopah. It was a symbolic moment of feeling our connection to each other, Aurora and I, and all the healing we have done together of her pains and traumas from abductions and before that my Inner Child and her experiences from my mostly painful 3D childhood-teenagehood.

I realize today that I am BEcoming my Merkabah. It is becoming constructed and formed as my sacred humanity is arising. One part at a time becoming integrated and unified into the wholeness of my Arising ISness and I Amness. This is a beautiful process. And, it awaits us ALL at whatever level and ways we can let it in!  !

The Portal To Your Wildest Dreams Lies With(yin)

Taking in a new arising desire for creativity after yesterday’s deep rest gestation gateway. It has a more balanced masculine approach to it. In a state of creation without production. This writing may not see publication. Who knows? I don’t even really know what I am focusing on today. Just being in the Now with what is moving through me. Letting feeling and intuition guide the way.

This creative motor is the root of our BEing. We are constantly creating. Responding to our inner emotional needs, fears, and desires. I desire to serve others in the name of Love through and with the SoulFullHeart process. I respond to that desire with writing, recording, meditating, connecting, and living the process in my daily life. I desire to heal, so I respond to that with feeling my inner world of parts and metasouls as the need arises in life and relationship triggers. It is not always neat and tidy. Matter of fact, it is rarely so because emotions are just not meant to be that way. If our Higher Self didn’t want to feel and experience all of this, you and I just would not be here. This is still a bit to swallow, especially if you have had, or are going through, some really serious shit.

There is a deep desire for geography change as part of this new timeline of “What is it that you really want?” comes into full view. So many desires sitting at the docks of our harbor waiting for sailing. I can feel myself in new lands, taking in new vistas, and new people to serve in Love. A mobile, responsive healing brigade of Love lovers spreading the gospel (good news) of parts work, metasoul healing, and practical ascension. Love wanting to heal the shadow into more Love. I respond to this by dreaming, imagining, and feeling the resistances and doubts within.

This gift of dreaming is what carries you through each day. It can also be what burdens a part of you too. Like, “How in the hell can I make THAT happen when there is THIS in my way!”. Yeah, good question. Well, the way is feeling what part of you is actually saying that because it ain’t you. If you are seeing the dream, feeling the dream, you are already the dream. But is just doesn’t feel like it because you are still ‘here’. “How can I be there if I am still here?” Yup…good question.

I would ask you where ‘here’ is. What does it feel like emotionally? Not situationally or geographically. Then you would respond to this feeling as being held by a part of you. Most generally an Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. Gaining separation from it so you can have a relationship to it. It is your Relation Ship. The one that you then unanchor from the dock and start sailing the tides of your emotional body with You at the helm. It ebbs and flows but you make forward progress each time to the destination you are dreaming about. In reality, you are already there, it is just these parts of you that are catching up to you. Feeling it that way gives you an empowered process rather than feeling stuck in the mud with your wheels turning. Alchemical traction.

Feeling through all the things that keep you from manifesting your dreams, feeling an inner joy, or discovering your passion purpose is what moves you to the next serendipitous moment of ‘coincidence’ and draw. Thinning out the distance between your heart and your imagination. It is not about HOW you are going to make it happen in a 3D sense, it is about WHAT you want, or are going to make happen. The timing is not up to you, but the choice to feel and heal is. Taking that step to transform your inner world is portal that takes you where you already are…in your wildest dreams.

Energy Update: 12:12 Gateway Offers Divine Feminine Integration W/Metatron And Sophia

They stand at the gateway, which shimmers with lit up, golden and red sparkles of light. We are in front of a literal gateway for 12:12, which is not necessary what I am expecting and yet I’ve learned to be open to the unknown. Archangel Metatron is here in his fatherly form, radiating wise kindness. Goddess Sophia is here in her softness… brown waves of silky hair, sweetly and powerfully wise. They are greeting me here, representing Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Wisdom, guides for us during the Ascension process, creating bridges for us to experience the remembrance and embodiment of our TRUE selves.

We walk through the gateway together and I feel how they are a metaphor, really…..all these Gateways and Portals and Star Gates. They represent humanity’s desires for adventures, for change, to be brought to the New, to be teleported beyond our wildest dreams to Heaven, which actually lives inside of us. These things are not as much existing in the Cosmos or in space as they are within each of us, representing our rediscovery of our Galactic origins and reconnection to Star BEing Unity Consciousness.

“Do these things actually exist?” I ask them as we ‘sit’ somewhere on the other side of the gateway with puffy, floating clouds forming the floor and the ceiling and the walls. “These Portals, Gateways, and Star Gates? I’m feeling them as also metaphors for humanity’s deepest desires to experience Heaven from within again. Do the dates of 12/12 or 11/11 or 1/11 or 1/1 really MEAN anything since time is a 3D illusion?”

Metatron smiles at me, a blast and flash of pearly bright whiteness. “Everything that lives in your heart exists and has meaning, Jelelle. You give emotional meaning to these events, to these dates, to time and, so, they exist. You give emotional meaning to these portals and gateways and so, yes, they teleport you where your heart wishes to go.”

“The most meaningful questions that come up next for us to ask ourselves seem to be, ‘What do these things mean to me? What do they mean to my life, to serving my purpose of love here? What is the relationship that parts of me have with them?” I say.

Sophia smiles at me and nods. “We do not want to just give you answers. So many souls come seeking us for guidance and answers, to hear and feel wisdoms outside of themselves. Many times, our answers do not land anyway as the heart that is receiving them is not ready to receive them as their own truth too, which is what resonance is. What you call ‘the emotional body’ is not cleared enough of hurts and pains to transact with worthiness. This time, this ascension for your collective, is the realization of your OWN answers and your own meanings that arise as you heal your hearts to access them. And, to eventually come to feel that we ARE you and you ARE us.”

This certainly resonates with me and what I have received as clarities for myself and with others as well. “And, then, to feel where those answers come from. To sort through, with the heart leading, what part of you is holding these answers and wisdoms,” I add.

“Yes, your parts work process is quite clever at sorting this through,” Metatron responds. “It is a sort of inner tracking and guidance system that can sort through what has come from 3D and how it lives and breathes within you. And, what is originating from your Metasoul too, which I am particularly fond of as I helped to name it!” He laughs brightly.

Sophia beams at me, saying, “All in the purpose to return to wholeness, of course. We are glad you are bringing this process forward as you are, Jelelle, and living it out for yourself – and your BEloveds too – as your hearts become then clearer channels to share and serve Divine love, yet still remaining grounded in being human. Honoring your humanity as sacred while you embody transcendent frequencies from within….”

“Thank you so much,” This goes in and touches me. I take a moment to let this in. Then I say, “I did want to talk with you both about the current Ascension energies and what I am feeling about them. I have felt a shift since the 11:11 portal especially and definitely since the Super Moon into more Divine Feminine frequencies. I’m feeling like this will continue through January too as there is a lot of moon energy transmission happening then. Two Super moons and an eclipse, I believe. Less activations and upgrades, which I have associated with masculine energy, and more feminine frequencies of holding, receiving, BEing in stillness, letting in.”

“Yes, this is so,” answers Sophia. “The Great Cosmic Sun has been releasing love, beaming light, and activating much since the start of your 2017 year. All this masculine activation needs the grounding now of the feminine. The feminine holds the space for the INtegration of all these energies into the body’s every living cell, into the emotional body, into the chakras, into the mind. The feminine has the patience to gestate the birth of your sacred humanity. She waits. She rests. She mourns. She feels. Her holding this way allows for less pain and suffering too.”

I feel this in my heart as She offers it. I have experienced this in my own process, of course, over and over through many phases and stages of death and rebirth; birthing and creating and letting go; being so attached to CREATE it and then….set it free. The souls that we serve love with through SoulFullHeart sessions are undergoing this process too, sometimes this is showing up for them in dramatic life changes and relationship shiftings….and for others it is more an internal process of reformation and recreation.

“You all can become Divine Feminine midwives for this process. For humanity’s death and rebirthing process. For your own processes too. To remain in the room as the labor pains happen and to TRUST that all of it is leading to the birth of something new,” She smiles again, although now I notice there are tears on her cheeks. “We feel for humanity in this process. It is so challenging. You are so brave. You are so courageous.”

“We have so much love for you,” Metatron adds. And, I am crying then, feeling that love, feeling their trust, feeling that the answers and clarities and guidances from them don’t matter as much as this LOVE they remind us of, that they have in overflowingly ready supply for us whenever we want and need it.

They both embrace me then and it is amazing to let in as I feel them AS separate and AS me too, MY feminine and masculine wisdom unifying together in love and to offer love. Soaking this in as I am writing it to you, in this moment, as my heart communicates in the language of love.

“This love is possible for any soul who asks for it. Who wants it. Who is open to feel where parts of them don’t feel worthy to receive it. And to ask for these parts to feel it especially,” Sophia says gently, wiping the tears from my cheeks and Her own. “We can support the arising of a wise and compassionate parent inside of you all. We can provide a template for you as you all grow into your own.”

I take in how She is offering a template and respecting our bigness, sovereignty, free will choices in the same moment. This is the essence of how Ascension is held, I feel….as an invitation from the Divine that invites us to lean even as it honors our bigness…. for which every one of us can accept or reject; pull in close or push away.

My heart is full as I complete these words for now and the direct transmissions of their energies through me, although I know the love with them will move through for a while, to be shared in the sessions that I have later today.

On this 12:12 and ongoingly through January, access to the Divine Feminine from within feels like it will be closer, more intimate, ready and waiting for your receiving, your remembering, and your embracing. Ready to support you in the INtegration process. Ready to support your choices of love!

Energies Invite You To Open Up The ‘Love’ Spaces In Your Life

Opening up spaces… this is always our choice, how much space we want to take or give… be in or offer. So much can take up ‘space’, including parts of us that need us, relationships to people or anything really, space in our living spaces and even our bodies. In a way, there can never really be ’empty’ spaces, only pregnant pauses, as each moment of what seems or feels to parts of you like ‘nothing’ is actually chock-full of something.

We are being invited to open up more space, allow more air in, widen the aperture, lengthen and strengthen the opportunity for MORE to come in, to fill us up in more spacious ways… no more cramping or cramming or cutting to fit. No more agony as parts of us twist themselves into human pretzels in order to fit into small, very specific expectations of culture, birth family, friendships, romances. Belonging fully to the self and finding a you-shaped space in the collective too in a healthy way, that allows still for air, breathing, BEing, envisioning, loving. And then, draws the relationships that fit and support this… to food, to soul family, to a Sacred Union mate/mates.

Yoga or other physical practices that extend beyond a self-image based focus on the body, invite more space into the body for the movement, healing, upgrading that is necessary and imminent. Consuming foods that support high vibrations of more light, love and air to enter and live in the body, is a way to nourish the spaces and indeed, create more space within the body. Meditation offers space for the parts that are stuck in the mind, in 3D and sometimes lower 4D churnings of trying to ‘figure it all out’. Breathing into your life, making space for money-making that doesn’t stress, strain or harm you or parts of you in any way, allowing for realization and development of your true soul-purpose path while having the space to go inward and continue healing… which is what truly brings it about and draws those who you need to serve and support into your life as well as who you need to support and reflect you to you in the interest of your own ongoing healing path.

Space within your heart is what is created when you choose feeling and BEing over doing. You create the space to feel and be with parts and Metasoul aspects of you so that you can then have and offer more space to others. This creates more space within your soul too, and allows for more conscious creation and being able to draw timelines you most desire.

‘Love heart, Love body, Love mind, Love soul, Love life’, as I have taken to saying recently. All the Love you need, all of the time, in ALL ways, coming from ALL of YOU. INspiring love, calling it into the spaces and crevices claimed and felt. Not consciously creating this space for yourself and your parts and Metasoul Aspects too asks life to create it for you, and often this can manifest in ways that are less than favorable. Life will press you back inward, as the ultimate facilitator of your healing. Life is love and love is life, and love wants you to have more love, be more love, serve more love WITH love. It has its own agenda, as does your soul, and your soul, like a magnet, wants to help you and every part of you, return to Love consciousness again.

Breathe into the spaces for more you to grow, see what’s there and what’s waiting for you while you are in the process of discovering and uncovering the you that you’re meant to BE. ❤

This Sunday morning news flash brought to you by your Higher Self.

You are Sovereign. You just don’t possess Free Will you ARE Free Will. Nothing has ever nor can ever have control over you that we haven’t chosen together. In fact you and I are the same, we just have needed to separate ourselves in order to walk out a whole lot of experience that we agreed to before you forgot…on purpose. This holds true between you and the parts of you that were formed in order to be in this dimension of forgetfulness in order to experience some really intense and beautiful moments, no matter how hard they were. That is a tough one to let in. I can only say that when you get to the other side of that healing you will understand why. We created being a victim in order to spark the impassioned remembrance we were always more than that.  You needed to fight for freedom until you realized you were already free.

You are Divine. This moment to moment choosing born of your sovereignty is your Divine birthright. Your ability to choose IS your creative power that is connected to The All That Is. You are Essence and Experience both. You are the bright light of God that cannot nor ever has been separate. The illusion is a construction by our choosing to go into the depth of experience and what it is that Love is truly made of. The Divine is out seeking Itself through you, with you, as you. The separation is what creates the energy of Love to be felt, shared, and expanded. It is experienced as Hell to parts of you until you arise out of the ashes and into awakening to hold and connect to the Heaven within. This is where you and I come together.

You are Human. This beautiful expression of your divine essence. You are the passion, the hope, the fear, the ecstasy, the pain. This form that is a chalice of your light and love awaiting its flight. The container of all your parts that have been through much. The parts that await your conscious presence into their still-framed world playing through the wounded moments that exist in this Now. The parts that beckon your courage and readiness to go into the pages of your storied lives. The healing and integration of all that experience that gets to feel itself anew and redeemed.

You are Unity. The clearing of all the pain and trauma of what kept parts of you feeling alone. Abandoned. Rejected.  The reclaiming and remembering all the aspects of yourself that span time and space. Your Kings, Queens, Priests, Priestesses, Soldiers, and Warriors. Your myriad galactic Star Being and angelic expressions of higher dimensional frequency.  They are all a part of your inner council as you heal the veil between you held by your Gatekeeper, the most precious of them all.  This is a never-ending process that only stops when you want it to. Your growth and experience are as infinite to the degree that you desire them to be.

Now feel your way through the chambers of your human heart, my love and we shall find a glorious road ahead that has no limitation to what we want to create and experience in your sacred humanity.

Invitation To Heal Metasoul ‘Battle’ Legacies On ‘Human Rights Day’

This morning I felt a desire to feel into what’s sparking up today in the collective. It turns out that today is ‘International Human Rights Day’. A day that holds celebratory energy yet despair too and is the mark of many ‘battles’ from different groups of humans… some still happening today, yet all still happening in the Now as time is not linear… fires, started up and fuelled by separation wounding, starting within and flowing outward, affecting us all and affecting our love flow together.

The meaning of what it is to be ‘human’ has shifted so much over the ‘centuries’ and timelines…. which are actually still very active today, in this Now, and aren’t in the ‘past’ at all. Parts of us and especially Metasoul Aspects feel different events and situations that appear in our linear sense of history, happening in the Now… as time is not now, nor ever really was linear, except for in our 3D sense of reality that we have needed to be in up ’til Now.

The ‘powers that be’ (mostly political and very Archonic/Reptillian feeling to me, at least for the most part) have deemed this race or that gender ‘human’ and granted rights for things like voting and participation in politics, rights to get married, rights to have clean and drinkable water, rights to renewable energy, rights to religion and worship, rights to ‘freedom’ in general. All of this seems to still be argued about, debated about. So much arguing, so many reasons to confirm or deny or acknowledge and especially to feel… to empathize, which is so much more than sympathize. This has been so challenging, as on some level of our being, in different parts and soul aspects of us, we can feel the ways in which we are all a reflection of each other’s pain, wounded motivations and self-punishment, yet desires and soul and heart gifts too. Even after all these ‘years’ of charged events and situations, so much is still in upheaval and so much is still holding up a powerful mirror along with a perpetually pregnant invitation to keep going inward, to feel the origination of all of this turmoil that still rages within, though perhaps the inner battlegrounds have mostly be shrouded in shadow, and even covered over by the coveted elevation into 5D and beyond, with parts and soul aspects of us wanting to ‘just be passed this already’.

When I really feel my own humanity today, I feel how conditioned parts of me have been to project their reality outward. In a sense, it feels like we are all walking projectors. We are all able to create or dismantle our outer realities, based on our inner reality and what is rumbling inside parts and Metasoul Aspects of us. A few months ago, I felt a Metasoul Sister of mine named ‘Meg’. Meg was a Suffragette in her timeline in England. She somehow rose up to become a sort of micro-leader (under a much bigger and elusive leader of the Suffragette movement who they didn’t see very often for she was in hiding and had to be discreet), for a large group of women of mixed ages. The outrage boiled over to the point of burning down government buildings or at least attempting to. Explosives and other weapons were something that Meg learned how to use and taught and led other women to use them too. Together they rallied and fought. Were arrested and released. The suppression and repression of women were not relieved though and were mostly intensified by their efforts. Eventually, yes, they did ‘win’ the vote and a place in the political sphere, yet with so much turmoil, bloodshed, tears and incredible pain inflicted not only on others but on themselves. Their pain was acted out from, thrust outward like a sword. So many of us and parts of us can relate to this, especially after having been wronged in some way, abused, victimized, which is understandable, especially given the lack of templating for how to do and BE something different than this in our 3D sense of reality. The biggest, deepest movement I’ve had with this Metasoul Aspect came during a SoulFullHeart group day, where she could come up and be felt by the tender yet strong and somehow NOT warrior-like feminine heart in Jelelle Awen and the open, healing, and trustworthy hearts in Gabriel Heartman and Raphael Awen as male witnesses to her plight. The sweet tears of Raianna Shai were there for her too and they could feel a shared Metasoul timeline of sisterhood, which was sweet and heart-opening to let in. She was moved into feeling how the needs of the women could have been brought with spine and vulnerability, both. Without battles and with much more trust. They allowed a seed to be planted in their consciousness, that fighting as the men were doing or seemed to be doing, was the only way to meet them as equals and prove their worth as human women. Yet, Meg could feel and is feeling with me now as I write this with her in my heart, that they were actually being invited to lead something different than this, from a place deep within, rooted in a genuine expression of Yin power and self-leadership which feels so different than outward expressions of OUTrage and warriorship.

In all of our attempts to garner more ‘human rights’, we often forget that the true heart of a human being, and especially that of a Sacred Human as we are invited to keep embodying and healing to more and more, is collaborative, empathic, feeling, and somehow inherently trusting. We have needed to forget this for a time in order to remember it again in fullness and contrast to how we’ve felt and held our power or powerlessness so far. To truly listen to each other, feel each other’s needs in overflow from feeling our own… this is the ongoing invitation from and with Love. It may seem idealistic and honestly, to my Meg, it felt like this at first. Yet the more we go inward, especially with feeling parts of us and Metasoul Aspects too, the more we realize that this doesn’t have to remain an ideal and that the peace we all so want to experience and be a part of in our deepest Sacred Human hearts, has to start within, and this is the only place where we can control whether or not we experience it in this and any timeline. And, once this process has begun, the fictional story of the need to take away anyone’s ‘rights’, human or animal, becomes obsolete, dissipates and eventually dissolves completely as the Golden Earth/New Gaia we are waiting and working for, is then allowed to arise out of our hearts in an organic fashion as it is meant to, instead of fought or battled for as this necessary phase of the illusion of separation has conditioned parts of us to feel is the only way to get, to earn, to create what we really desire to experience and feel worthy of.

Becoming Free From The 3D Matrix Through Healing Unworthiness, Judgement, and Disconnect

So much distracted focus outside of the self. They taught your 3D Self to always be looking outward. To be measuring your ‘this’ from their ‘that’. To be comparing your worth to theirs and, ultimately, finding yourself lacking or ‘not enough’. Parts of you became masters of this game of self limitation always played out on someone else’s field. The parts inside of you that can judge you BEFORE other people can are the most valuable players of this game. Parts of you may be able to do this so well that you don’t always notice it is happening until that familiar deflating feeling rises up from inside and you don’t know why. Why does it always seem to be there, limiting your sense of what you can do and be?

So much of 3D life is responded to and lived by the Inner Punisher energies, with usually a strong fusion and collaboration with the Inner Protector. These frequencies of protection and punishment/judgement happened in response to the 3D Matrix. This Matrix is not formed of binary code (that is much too conceptual). The Matrix that ties and binds you the most is actually the one fueled by your unhealed unworthiness, disconnect, and shame. It is created by what remains unfelt inside your emotional body, your Metasoul (soul legacy/other lifetimes/timelines), and other previously forgotten sources.

The 3D Matrix unplugging at a deeper level happens when the emotional body becomes watered by self love, a sense of your innate goodness, and intimate connection with the Divine. Awareness of the limiting control systems ‘put in place’ by fear-based BEings (both of the Stars and of human) is only the beginning. It can be a necessary education and de-conditioning of the mind as you learn so much about all this during the 4D phases of awakening. You learn about Archons, about Annunaki, about Draco..whatever you want to call them and see them as. Sometimes, you learn about these BEings through what feels like ‘attacks’ and lashing outs at you.

These ‘attacks’ feel like they are happening from outside of you. The whole premise of Gaia being a 3D-based ‘prison planet’ is as if it is happening from outside of you TO you by SOMETHING ELSE against your will. As if the whole scenario of your LIFE is a punishment or curse or sentence. The experience of the 3D Matrix, of Archonic activities, of being ‘attacked’, of implants, of serving a ‘sentence’….originates from inside of you and in your Metasoul Aspects too, especially your Gatekeeper. This picture is created from the ‘real to real’ projector of unfelt emotions and unprocessed karmic binds/playouts from other lifetimes. Parts of you feel like you can only watch the ‘show’ and have no control or power to change it or transform it or shift it.

In Divine timing and with Divine align, you wake up to the reality of your capacity and ability to create all of what you experience. Your focus turns lovingly inward to BE with these parts of you and to connect and unify with Metasoul/Other lifetime Aspects that are suffering. Your heart becomes the space holder for your inner heart and soul explorations. Your Inner Punisher can stop using outside proof and self sabotaging, push-pull relationship patterns to try to prove your unworthiness and push up more shame from your Inner Child and Inner Teenager. This part of you eventually transmutes to discernment with love, intuition, and wisdom that is based on self love, innocence, and self worth.

As these parts of you heal through being felt and heard and seen, you truly start to FEEL like your own creator…..even as you are opening up and awakening to a deeper connection and surrender to Divine holding and Divine guidance and Divine timing. You become empowered by the freed up frequencies of trust and self love that flood your BEing. The 3D matrix dissolves, replaced by LOVE flowing through your every loving and living cell. You are freed then. Freed to be inspired and inspire, no longer playing the game of comparison. Freed to feel compassion for yourself and others, not judgement. Freed to express your SELF, without suppression or limitation.

You are free then to realize you have always BEEN free and everything else was just an illusion to bring you back to YOU again. And, back to LOVE.
