Valentine’s Day….a celebration of romantic love, of sacred unions, of scared unions…of all unions on the scale between sacred and scared. So much LEARNING in this brave exploration with another into ALL grounds of intimacy: body, heart, mind, and soul. Such a poignant mirror into self and soul a sacred union offers us!

And, this day of love is inviting YOU to feel your inner sacred union, between your masculine and feminine INside. The beloved parts of you that want to come into union rather than war; that want to dance rather than battle; that ache to bond rather than bind.

All sacred unions with another soul begin and grow and last from the every deepening and lush grounds of our inner sacred union.

Raphael, beloved, so grateful for you being on this journey with me to experience inner AND outer sacred union. I am so grateful for this deepening between us that winds through various phases and stages with so often and for so many years now a grace and ease that is just stunning to me. And even the difficulties bring MORE crucial growth and self understanding.

My mind ignites in our constant conversation.

My soul awakens in the discovery of yours.

My body aches in desire in response to yours.

My heart opens in the warm bath of your love.

The Poultice Of Love And The Fear Of Intimacy

Wow! What a response the last couple of days to our engagement. Thank you so much to everyone who left your well-wishes and congratulations.

One thing I took away from it all is that one way or another we all seek Love. Maybe there are parts that may feel despair, doubt, or indifference to it, but at our core we love Love. The only thing that gets similar reactions is anything based on Fear. So in some ways, we have parts that love Fear too. Yeah, I know, an oxymoron.

This is the sacred dance though. The two poles of our BEing that seem at odds but are just trying to reconcile each other. As we all continue to heal our Selves with Love and for the sake of Love, we enter a new relationship to Fear. Something shifts in the power structure. The deepening commitment and claim of this romance with Kalayna will certainly bring up another layer of this relationship to fear of intimacy. Deep transformational intimacy that takes us to the core of our deepest traumas and pains that can only surface from the poultice of Love.

So the collective response is saying to me, β€œYES! Keep going! Keep feeling the edges of this because I want this too!” or β€œYES! Bring more of this into the world as it adds to mine as well!”. Even if Kalayna and I don’t β€œmake it” in the long run, we are committing ourselves to this deeper healing that has collective and personal consequences. β€œSuccess” is only determined if we feel everything we to feel and say everything we need to say while we are engaged in this marriage of Soul and Heart. We are bound by this in desire, not duty.

I feel to continue this exploration of marriage, intimacy, love, and fear through the heart of the Masculine. What is its relationship and desire to those very things? Right now it is about being centered in Heart while exploring the Soul in healing the parts of me still in shadow around intimacy with the Feminine. It is a sacred one that I accept with dedication and passion.

Thy Queen Hath Come!: A Healing Man’s Journey Of Love

My beloved Kalayna is going to be my wife!

Our hearts and souls have been married in this journey of Sacred Union for some time now. We began 6 years ago and in the ebbs and flows of romance and friendship, we have found ourselves in the deeper waters of claim and passion, ready for what comes next in our exploration of soul and service.

As a man, this was also about a deeper claim within myself to honor and engage The Feminine, as well as her feminine. It is also a communion of our masculines as Kalayna’s needed to trust my own in that claim. It has been a process for both of us and will continue to be.

More specifically, I am blessed and infinitely ecstatic to make this a more β€œofficial” declaration. It does more than just represent something. It intends. It intensifies. It clarifies. I am in love with a remarkable woman that has spent her life in pursuit of her biggest heart and passionate soul calling. She seeks with great courage the most authentic reflection of herself, even if that reflection is not so easily digested.

It is not through luck that we found each other, but a process of deep inner work and difficult choice points. We have been through several iterations that were no less sacred than the one we find ourselves in now. It is a Love Story. It is our story. We have had moments that were far from ideal and yet the heart and soul kept on. We have been through our suffering phases and now it is time for our Deepening.

Inner Sacred Union Deepening, Outer Sacred Union ‘Engagement’!

The Lunar New Year/New Moon energy yesterday brought in a personal wave of NEW for Gabriel and I… after nearly 7 years of knowing each other, several relationship iterations (some romantic, some not) and now a year and a half of being in a deep Sacred Union together, we’ve decided to ‘get engaged’ and celebrate our next steps into even deeper union!! ❀

Earlier this week I had found myself moving through a sacred process of shedding my old relationships on an even deeper level. An old relationship to men that on some level was keeping my parts from really seeing Gabriel for the man he truly is. I felt deep tears as parts of me and Metasoul aspects too let go of another layer of him holding a ‘father figure’ and energy for them and let in Divine Father as the desired ‘father figure’ energy on a deeper level. I felt Father holding my parts as I moved through deep churning inside around the wounded masculine and how my parts have been personally affected by this energy and also how it has lived inside of me in my own masculine aspect.

In a way, this was a process of really letting in what I have with Gabriel in a new way. Coming out of these tears, I felt held by Father but also by the energy of Gabriel’s HIgher Self and essence, even though he wasn’t even home to witness my tears in person. I felt the heat of his warm heart bath, the beacon of light that he IS after years of deep and ongoing inner process to suss out the wounded masculine within and BE in LOVE with it within himself as it transmutes.

I realized after the dust had settled in my purging heart and soul field that I really wanted to marry this man… to celebrate our union and to make a deeper commitment. There’s a way that we could see marriage as something strictly 3D, but it isn’t strictly 3D beyond the legal paperwork. It represents something to parts of us but also facilitates a movement in our souls that brings in more lifetimes/timelines for us to feel together and individually. It activates the deeper union that we ‘know’ together in ways we haven’t explored yet, even the tougher ones to feel that aren’t so romantic.

It’s with an excited and FULL heart that I announce this engagement in my own way today… it’s with so much LOVE that is flowing inside of my heart, soul, and body that I share a piece of my process around letting this in. The journey into and through this sort of relationship is worth the discomfort of feeling the places of ‘yuck’ that help you let it in more at the end of the day. It’s worth the risk of losing it just to claim it all over again, starting inside between parts of you that have yet to claim each other. And, it’s worth the journey of healing and learning, yearning and aching, shaking up the old inside to let in the NEW… ❀

My beloved, my “friend”…

In many lifetimes of long due USness

and overdue claiming

We meet each other in this bliss mess dance

of Sacred Union.

Beyond blessed I am

As the Queen I am BEcoming

because of YOU,

with YOU,

as I lean in

and our dreams connect

in this swirl and dance

of overflowing service.

I have never been the Queen I AM now

because of the water I take in

living in your precious heart-garden.

You are the King of my heart

The bastion of deeply committed healing

DAY TWENTY-THREE: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – Sacred Union & Sacred Sexuality Guided Meditation W/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

 

This is day twenty-three of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator/Co-creator and my husband Raphael Awen joins me as we talk about sacred union and sacred sexuality. We have been in the exploration of sacred union grounds together for over ten years and share what we feel a sacred union is and isn’t. Transactability in ALL grounds of heart, body, mind, and soul is one of our definitions for a sacred union, rather than an over reliance on capacity potential as a compensation for areas that aren’t transacting in a nourishing way on a regular basis.

Raphael and Jelelle share about how sacred sexuality combines the second chakra WITH the fourth chakra in a heart-based sexuality that is held by the soul. A key aspect to healing your sacred sexual expression is through connection with your Inner Teenager, who holds the seeds of sexuality, just waiting for initiation into a more mature expression of it. Also, key to sacred sexual expression with a mate and with yourself is negotiation with your Inner Protector in order to feel and heal sexual trauma experiences.

In the meditation today, Raphael leads you on an experience of sacred union through attending a dance ball at your inner castle/essence. He invites the Divine Masculine (esp. Yeshua) and Divine Feminine (in the form of Magdalene) to hold space for you to meet your sacred union partner. They may be someone you already know or not, yet you are invited to feel what desires and fears come up in response to them.

I don’t think we will ever fully understand this unraveling mystery of us… our connection that somehow keeps opening out, even with moments of tension, fear, and remembering the poignancy of what we have together. We have walked out many crucibles individually and as a couple too, including years of moving through different forms and depths of connection in our relationship together.

I feel how far we’ve come… how far you’ve come as a leader, a King-man, a lover, and heartist, and how that keeps everything alive! You’re in a new phase of really wearing your crown and showing up as the WayShower through the shadowland that you ARE. I have never met anyone who loves their shadow more than you, beloved. You have been so courageous and willing to keep going in and not faltering in that quest. I deeply admire and love you. I feel my parts appreciating your light and your encouragement, overflowing from the ways in you love love and encourage your own parts to keep showing up and keep feeling. Your beacon is lighting up… your inner space is broadening to let in more of those you’re meant to serve through this being that you are and keep becoming more of every single day.

Lunar Eclipse Supports Feeling Shadow of Polarizations, Invites Unity

Last night while witnessing the moon’s eclipse and feeling it hanging very close to my field, I was struck by a feeling of emerging sisterhood in my life and process, yet also the potential for it worldwide.

Yet… the temptation for many seems to still be that the way to unify is in anger. The way to find our common ground is to get pissed. To rage. To march. To condemn the masculine… in men yet also in each other. This is masculine versus masculine in the end, leaving the world inside and outside of us without any room for the sacred masculine AND feminine to unite and make love.

Pointing fingers, protesting, arguing without care of where and how it lands in each other is a phase of our relationship to each other that wants to move into something new. It’s a deep shadow expression of our fear of actually loving ourselves and each other. It’s a fear that the cycles of pain will continue while we continue to become a cog in the wheel, contributing to this cycle with that same fear. Real intimacy brings up a lot more than anger and push-away. It brings up tears and vulnerability, it brings up what’s underneath the rage and presses the heart to open in order to keep giving and receiving nourishment.

This picture of relationship I’m describing is not idealized or impossible… I get to live this every day, I get to be challenged by the presence of others who want to keep this flow going within themselves and with me, I get to feel and meet the challenge of continuing to move through my resistance to love and to keep letting it in… knowing full well that doing so means walking into fires of personal funeral pyres as the old way of approaching life and others passes away, and also knowing that it means getting to experience the heaven of a deeper and easier love flow than I’ve ever experienced before.

Even last night… sharing intimacy with my mate Gabriel, feeling his admiration of myself, my body, my heart and soul, I felt my admiration for his and let his male gaze into every pore. I felt so many tears come up and out like a fountain, feeling the pain of my soul and heart in relating to the masculine in ways that weren’t nourishing on either side and feeling afraid of it. Feeling the pain of a collective of women and what they’ve experienced and also the pain of the men who have not ever been initiated into how to make real love with a woman and what it feels like to be truly met or felt on their side either.

The more energy that’s spent in blame-game shaming and pushing away at each other, the less opportunities we create for the deep healing and nourishing intimacy that’s possible, that wants to bloom and blossom starting between parts of you that are polarized to each other but who want love more than anything else in this world. Starting to see and feel these dynamics within is the best and most profound way to shift what you draw in your outer relationships and what you start to see is really possible with each of them. ❀️

DAY FOURTEEN: DEEPEN 33 Day Video Series – 3D/4D/5D Birth Family/Friends/Romantic Relationships Guided Meditation

This is day fourteen of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. Today, I talk about relationships of all kinds and how they ultimately offer a mirror of the inner relationships between one part of us to another. Relationships are the most challenging ground to navigate during awakening and the one offering the most gifts too. I talk today about what relationships look and feel like that are based more in 3D consciousness frequencies, 4D bliss mess ones, and 5D unity consciousness ones.

In the meditation today, Yeshua and Magdalene join us to explore your relationships that are based in an agreement to experience 3D frequencies together. I invite you to feel the heart cord binds that may be going on in those relationships as well. You then invite in the souls who are exploring 4D consciousness frequencies together with more soul resonance and karmic lessons, along with fewer heart cord binds and more heart chord resonance. You then raise your frequency to explore 5D relationships that may currently be in your life as potential capacity to experience or are coming in a future timeline.

This exploration should help you identify and feel which consciousness frequency your relationships are based in and which you would like them to be and what boundary setting/letting go/completing may need to occur in a self loving way.

A Bridge To The SOULstice: The Mirror Of Our Social Relationships

This time of year is a big one to reflect on our social relationships. These relationships offer each of us a deep reflection of ourselves. Even the lack or missing of others provide a pathway into our needs and desires.

The 12/12 portal offered us Christiel and Magdelena energies of intimacy and alignment. That which is not in alignment with our deepest passions and highest timeline is being invited into a space of either completion or deepening. The social dynamics in our lives can provide some of the more difficult choice points in our awakening and ascension journeys. They can be energetic anchors or enlivening and growthful connections. The ones that feel to bring us the most heaviness of heart generally are ones that have an energetic and emotional bind inside, usually from a part that has a deep connection rooted in fear. Fear of being alone. Fear of harm. Fear of judgment.

This season is meant to bring us together into groups. These groups show us a lot about ourselves when we are open to feeling into it. The Inner Proctector has a lot to say about these relationships and can be the part of you that is in deep resistance to being honest about them and feeling what may have to be said or done that will bring you to a higher and more aligned relationship. Again, when dropped for a moment, the veil of fear can illuminate the nature of these relationships, be it family, friend, romantic, or business.

Heading into the SOULstice, I feel we are being provided with the energies to go inward and reflect upon these relationships and dynamics. Taking a little time to head out into the stillness and solitude of nature, or finding a quiet time and space in your home can provide the sacred doorway into your truest heart desires and needs. Some questions to feel into may be:

  • What do I imagine my most enlivening and growthful relationships to look and feel like?
  • How does that feeling and vision match what I am experiencing now with ALL my relationships?
  • Can I bring all of who I am, feel, and believe to those that I am closet too? Why or why not?
  • If there is one that stands out as being not as nourishing as I would like or need, what is it that is keeping me from taking it to that level, regardless of nature of the relationship, i.e. mother, father, friend, spouse, etc.?
  • Feel the relationships that provide goodness and depth as markers to what it is you really deserve and desire in all interactions. If there are β€œyeah, but’s” in response, that can be a doorway to a resistance that is need of feeling and hearing out, usually an inner protection.

This can be a difficult yet illuminating exercise. A lot of energy is built up in our relationships and therefore need the space and compassion to feel through on multiple levels and timelines both this life and in the metasoul. This season gives us a special opportunity to feel everything that lies within our emotional reactions and triggers. I honor all that comes to the surface in response. Those reactions can be felt out in open-hearted sacred space with someone who has been through these death and rebirth experiences within the social domain of life like we offer in SoulFullHeart sessions.

Thank you for taking in this very sensitive yet catalytic topic in regards to the next level of growth and goodness. There is a treasure trove of self-love waiting at the door of your heart when the time is ready and ripe. Just taking the time to feel and be real is what leads us to what is next in our Divine journey of embodying the love that we ARE.

Life After 11/11/11: Time To Fall And Flow In Love

Falling in Love is probably one of the most triggering experiences we can have. The feeling is not just related to two individuals but it can also be related to a geography, a vocation, a craft, a community, or a perspective. It also doesn’t have to be outbound. It can also about falling in love with yourself. That one feels like it takes a bit of healing to get to as we are so conditioned to loving Other rather than Self.

I feel as if these current codes coming at, in, and through us are advocating for us to fall in love. Just fall. Surrender. Risk, Explore. When we truly β€œfall”, we are letting go of all that we have been conditioned and taught what Love is supposed to be. We are also confronting all that we have experienced love to be or not be and how we have been hurt by it.

But this fall is not just a reckless abandon. It is a moment-by-moment feeling through. Not so much managed but rather lived into with an open and transparent heart. Connecting with all parts of you that are in fear and joy both. Or fear of joy for that matter. The deepest fear can be of losing it all, being rejected, or losing yourself altogether in oblivion.

I write this as I continue to check in with myself and my emotional body. Doing a spiral scan that is seeking deeper ground with my heart and soul. I can feel the edges of my next steps both in regards to outer leadership, romantic relationship, and deep self-love. I feel the part of me, my Gatekeeper/Protector, that is so very much confused and uncertain about this β€œfalling”. It feels existential and alive at the same moment. Like standing at the edge of a giant orgasm that could swallow you whole. Fear and ecstasy both. What does it truly mean to β€œfall in love”, especially with yourself that gets to overflow into and for others?

This is beyond egotistical selfish vanity. This is a deep meeting of yourself in a way that is like meeting your favorite star, heartthrob, soulmate, and guru all in one package…and its YOU! What the hell? It is also surrounding yourself with those that see that very thing and honor it deeply as they honor themselves. You are doing β€œwork” that can only be described as β€œLove In Action”. This feels like daily life in 5D. It is moving from Falling In Love to Flowing With Love. Yum….

But it takes some deep healing and inner work to get there. It is why we are here. It is part of our DNA to do this work (more on that later). What does falling/flowing in love look and feel like to you? Where does it get constricted by fear and doubt? How can we get to a place where the greatest love of all is truly inside of us? Feel all the parts of you that need love and that is a good place to start.
