Invitation To Heal Metasoul ‘Battle’ Legacies On ‘Human Rights Day’

This morning I felt a desire to feel into what’s sparking up today in the collective. It turns out that today is ‘International Human Rights Day’. A day that holds celebratory energy yet despair too and is the mark of many ‘battles’ from different groups of humans… some still happening today, yet all still happening in the Now as time is not linear… fires, started up and fuelled by separation wounding, starting within and flowing outward, affecting us all and affecting our love flow together.

The meaning of what it is to be ‘human’ has shifted so much over the ‘centuries’ and timelines…. which are actually still very active today, in this Now, and aren’t in the ‘past’ at all. Parts of us and especially Metasoul Aspects feel different events and situations that appear in our linear sense of history, happening in the Now… as time is not now, nor ever really was linear, except for in our 3D sense of reality that we have needed to be in up ’til Now.

The ‘powers that be’ (mostly political and very Archonic/Reptillian feeling to me, at least for the most part) have deemed this race or that gender ‘human’ and granted rights for things like voting and participation in politics, rights to get married, rights to have clean and drinkable water, rights to renewable energy, rights to religion and worship, rights to ‘freedom’ in general. All of this seems to still be argued about, debated about. So much arguing, so many reasons to confirm or deny or acknowledge and especially to feel… to empathize, which is so much more than sympathize. This has been so challenging, as on some level of our being, in different parts and soul aspects of us, we can feel the ways in which we are all a reflection of each other’s pain, wounded motivations and self-punishment, yet desires and soul and heart gifts too. Even after all these ‘years’ of charged events and situations, so much is still in upheaval and so much is still holding up a powerful mirror along with a perpetually pregnant invitation to keep going inward, to feel the origination of all of this turmoil that still rages within, though perhaps the inner battlegrounds have mostly be shrouded in shadow, and even covered over by the coveted elevation into 5D and beyond, with parts and soul aspects of us wanting to ‘just be passed this already’.

When I really feel my own humanity today, I feel how conditioned parts of me have been to project their reality outward. In a sense, it feels like we are all walking projectors. We are all able to create or dismantle our outer realities, based on our inner reality and what is rumbling inside parts and Metasoul Aspects of us. A few months ago, I felt a Metasoul Sister of mine named ‘Meg’. Meg was a Suffragette in her timeline in England. She somehow rose up to become a sort of micro-leader (under a much bigger and elusive leader of the Suffragette movement who they didn’t see very often for she was in hiding and had to be discreet), for a large group of women of mixed ages. The outrage boiled over to the point of burning down government buildings or at least attempting to. Explosives and other weapons were something that Meg learned how to use and taught and led other women to use them too. Together they rallied and fought. Were arrested and released. The suppression and repression of women were not relieved though and were mostly intensified by their efforts. Eventually, yes, they did ‘win’ the vote and a place in the political sphere, yet with so much turmoil, bloodshed, tears and incredible pain inflicted not only on others but on themselves. Their pain was acted out from, thrust outward like a sword. So many of us and parts of us can relate to this, especially after having been wronged in some way, abused, victimized, which is understandable, especially given the lack of templating for how to do and BE something different than this in our 3D sense of reality. The biggest, deepest movement I’ve had with this Metasoul Aspect came during a SoulFullHeart group day, where she could come up and be felt by the tender yet strong and somehow NOT warrior-like feminine heart in Jelelle Awen and the open, healing, and trustworthy hearts in Gabriel Heartman and Raphael Awen as male witnesses to her plight. The sweet tears of Raianna Shai were there for her too and they could feel a shared Metasoul timeline of sisterhood, which was sweet and heart-opening to let in. She was moved into feeling how the needs of the women could have been brought with spine and vulnerability, both. Without battles and with much more trust. They allowed a seed to be planted in their consciousness, that fighting as the men were doing or seemed to be doing, was the only way to meet them as equals and prove their worth as human women. Yet, Meg could feel and is feeling with me now as I write this with her in my heart, that they were actually being invited to lead something different than this, from a place deep within, rooted in a genuine expression of Yin power and self-leadership which feels so different than outward expressions of OUTrage and warriorship.

In all of our attempts to garner more ‘human rights’, we often forget that the true heart of a human being, and especially that of a Sacred Human as we are invited to keep embodying and healing to more and more, is collaborative, empathic, feeling, and somehow inherently trusting. We have needed to forget this for a time in order to remember it again in fullness and contrast to how we’ve felt and held our power or powerlessness so far. To truly listen to each other, feel each other’s needs in overflow from feeling our own… this is the ongoing invitation from and with Love. It may seem idealistic and honestly, to my Meg, it felt like this at first. Yet the more we go inward, especially with feeling parts of us and Metasoul Aspects too, the more we realize that this doesn’t have to remain an ideal and that the peace we all so want to experience and be a part of in our deepest Sacred Human hearts, has to start within, and this is the only place where we can control whether or not we experience it in this and any timeline. And, once this process has begun, the fictional story of the need to take away anyone’s ‘rights’, human or animal, becomes obsolete, dissipates and eventually dissolves completely as the Golden Earth/New Gaia we are waiting and working for, is then allowed to arise out of our hearts in an organic fashion as it is meant to, instead of fought or battled for as this necessary phase of the illusion of separation has conditioned parts of us to feel is the only way to get, to earn, to create what we really desire to experience and feel worthy of.

Going Yin: Exploring Authentic Sacred Gender Expression

I have been on an inner quest this life to feel what authentic emoto-spiritual masculinity truly looks and feels like.  It is what I have called Sacred or Divine Masculine for lack of a better term. I feel a part of me as well in this exploration and question. In my essence, my masculinity is just what IS. It has no delineation. In my psyche, it is an archetype that has many colors and flavors. In my experience, it has shades of healing and trauma.

Through my own personal HIStory, I can feel how my 3D self has been on this quest to get his balls back. The ones he gave up so readily to an angry father, too afraid to stand up and fight back. The ones he gave over to mom for protection and valuation.  It was holding back authenticity in the name of fear and care-taking. It was the need to forsake sovereignty in the name of unconditional love.  But the love was always conditional. On both sides. It was the desire to feel the passion of life and true love unabated.

This quest for reclaiming inner authority, sovereignty, and passion ultimately led to worth. What is a man’s worth in this world? Fused to a more 3D existence it is chock-full of all sorts of ‘this and thats’. Most of which have nothing to do with our own felt sense of inner worth. This is where I was led to seeking love outside of me for assurance and insurance. Insurance against the void and the inner punisher within.

I was not raised religious but found a solace in the idea of a God that had a desire to love me and help fix me. Help feel like I was worth something. This God would be like a father and a mother both to my emotional body.  A part of me related to women as a means to feel what I thought it was to be masculine. They were goddesses to my wounded teenager. A ping ponging of the spiritual and the physical without bridging the two.

As a began my inner journey of parts work I could feel the myriad inner aspects of myself that held so much trauma and templating from my family, while feeling rage and compassion both. I could begin to feel what MY masculinity was and wasn’t. I had projected so much of an ideal onto what masculinity was based on my own this-life experience.

Add on top of that exploring metasoul, or other lifetime aspects, and a world of wounded masculine comes into view.  What it IS is really not the question anymore but what it is not. And that is always up for experiential debate as I live into a sacred romance inside myself and with a woman on a sacred feminine path.

Thus the quest continues as an unfolding of not something to live up to, as a part of me has always related to it, but of a moment to moment, day to day, conscious meditation into what is arising within the emotional body for expression, and felt exploration. What is being reflected by the feminine within and in relationship. This is personal to each individual, yet also has many similar themes and desires.  Beyond our gender healing there is a unification and a sacred dance that feels delicious and magical in what it means to BE in our authentic sacred human expression.

Sunset Codes Available For Sacred Union Activations & Healing The Wounded Feminine

These Sacred Union codes activating since the Super Moon last Sunday are amazing, soft, like a ‘spa day’ to let in….especially during sunset and with your partner if you are with one. Or if not, to let in to all parts of you. Christiel and Magdalena serve as Sacred Union guides to balance the Divine masculine and feminine withIN first and primarily. You may also experience them as ‘pushing up oil’ from the emotional body, especially related to emotional wounding connected to your gender expression, relationships, sexual abuse, etc. THIS ground is so ripe and in collective need of healing!

I was able to take these codes in yesterday at the beach during sunset for the first time in a few days as I have been so passionately focused on serving in sessions everyday, various SoulFullHeart projects, and birthing/putting together my new book baby, Bliss Mess: Wonders and Challenges of Ascension (to be released on January 1st, 2018). It has also been the time before my moon/menstrual cycle and these codes seem to be INtensifying the premenstrual symptoms. I have felt this before; how the codes amplify hormones and also the cellular clearing continues of the all years of ‘pain’ associated with our monthly cycles. There is something so importantly and quintessentially feminine about our moon cycles though and surrendering to the experience of it all (even the discomfort) brings in this new kind of stillness, rest, and often, I find, huge bursts of creativity.

During session space with women recently, I’ve been feeling and digesting and transmuting with them of the wounded feminine in more intensity, the playouts of this in this life choices (stemming usually from Metasoul other lifetimes/timelines and karmic binds) of sexual abuse and/or repeated patterns of toxicity in relationships with men, plus the subsequent blocking/filtering of feminine sexuality to keep it ‘safe and preserved.’ In our SoulFullHeart process, we start with the Inner Protector, a masculine part that has HAD to come in to protect and form shields and preserve the inner feminine (and in men too). Negotiation with this Protector opens up access to the TRUE feminine to arise, often through connection with the Inner Teenager part, who holds so much of our budding sexuality, romantic fantasy, passion, and creativity. My heart, my womb, my yoni just FEELS the heaviness and sadness playouts of all this wounded feminine gender expression. I feel her cries, her preciousness, her desires. I feel GREAT compassion for it as I have walked (and continue to walk and hold) this ground within myself and my Metasoul. This work of healing the wounded feminine so She can arise is SO important. Not to just transcend or bypass into priestess frequencies or feminine warrior. Yet, to BE with the sensitive, the vulnerable, and the precious. I am honored to serve it through a process that works to transform and heal her. I am honored to Be her. I am honored to Be in a sacred union where my feminine is watered so consistently and lovingly so I can share from the overflow!!

Elbow Deep In Finger Paint!

You may be feeling quite advanced in consciousness, from where you once were, or in comparison to others, but in another way, even the most enlightened among us are all a bunch of kindergarteners, playing with crayons and elbow deep in finger paint!

Which is pretty cool as kindergarten was always the funnest part of school.

We are about to take another big collective consciousness trip, through a piece of space and time known by the numerical name as two, zero, one, eight, or two thousand, one hundred and eighteen.

Be sure to get that right because it’s an address, and we want to remain on the same page, and not get lost, …or…, do we?

Maybe we want to go in the other direction and minus a year, call it 2016, but wait, we can’t do that. We’re in a very crowded corridor of people moving in one direction. Looks like we’re going where everyone else is going.

But if we could open our consciousness out of this main stream, we could go anywhere our consciousness wants to take us! I hear my guides gently telling me this and it feels not so gentle at times as well.

‘It is consciousness itself that is moving time and space ITSELF and it is the shared buy-in of all of us that makes it seem all too real’ they tell me.

But real is completely made up. Real is the right of Royals to decree as they choose.

Even consciousness itself is made up, and it in turn makes everything else up, and so we, as consciousness itself are left not being able to see the forest for the trees, or like the fish who doesn’t have much reference for water. Left in our fog and insecurity, it just feels good for now to settle for the safety of making up the same stuff everyone else is making up.

Will 2018 be a year of great change you ask, and if so how?

Your question, which is a bit low on quest, is about where the main stream is going and seeing yourself as limited to that. Okay, in one way, that’s valid as where the main stream goes, does open out some breathing space for our shared collective consciousness that affects each of us, but you are a sovereign ‘individual’ – a duality that can’t be divided. You get to go where you want to, when you want to. A reality and royalty both.

Your duality is like an anti gravity device that makes your own space travel and time travel possible. You are not as tethered to the collective 3D gravitational reality as you think you are. Your wounds are your portals to your essence, that you never lost, but that just got a bit hung up in the door upon entering this domain.

2018 can literally take you wherever you want to go.

The conditioned mind brings up protests like ‘if that were true, I’d long be somewhere else right now,’ while the heart is asking you to feel an invitation into a new possible reality, one that you will create, one that you can walk into, one step at a time, feeling all there is to feel at every step.

Your Higher Self chose this journey through space and time, a very weird and altered reality, to your essence, and the weirdest thing about it all is how graduated and gradual it is. It all arises in a reality of steps. You step through space and you step through time – weird freakin’ stuff man! The whole intention, however, wasn’t a reduction of your essence, but an expansion on it! You didn’t fall from grace, as our religions once taught us, as well intentioned as they were at the time, you fell into grace! This is the phase step of the new religion knocking on our door Now.

Asking about what will change in the external is a question void of the awareness of how even this question itself is shaping a reality for you, seeing yourself as a victim of life, shaped by life, rather than seeing how you are shaping life, right now.

Life is asking what you will change this next year. Life is waiting on you. You’re the deal here.

All the gravitational pull of the entire too familiar 3D reality isn’t enough to hold you back from your creation, It’s actually a necessary part of your creation, part of your navigation and maneuverability through time and space.

Stepped out in your consciousness are veritable time capsules of your being; stored so beautifully in your psyche; the emotional aspects of you that formed in reaction to human life. These reactions, these wounds, if you will, wounds from the trauma of entering this reality, as a culture shocked foreigner having come from another reality are virtual portals back to this essence. If part of you freeze framed in reaction to entering here, that means that part of you holds what it held at the moment of trauma, and that goodness needs your help to get through the door. It’s still there, as intact as it ever was.

Go back and take THAT through the door and see what life looks and feels like on the other side of that door. When your done with one door, go on to the next.

I’m gonna pause now, as I’m all out of finger paint for the moment…, I think it’s nap time. 🙂

Energies Offer Deeper Connection To Masculine/Feminine Healing Within

Ah, these energies of dancing, loving and WARM union and rediscovery of the truly sacred masculine and feminine within… that always finds its way to overflow once it has been deeply and earnestly dived into. This is alchemy, this dance of one WITH the other, acknowledgment of the places both have taken inside of you and where their wounded expressions need to be felt and held space for. There is much that this dance of love in body, heart, soul and mind, ALL, want to bring to you, through you, with you.

I’ve been feeling strongly the connection of Magdalena and Christiel in the last couple of days. I have especially been feeling Magdalena energy coming in to be with me, bake with me in her frequencies that smell like sandalwood and lavender, and feel like a warm spring sun bringing food and life to the creations it shines on. She is a light in the heart of all women and men. She brings with her the true spirit of Tantra, the sensuality of a woman in love with herself in all ways, sharing her love body, her love soul, her love heart, her love mind with her mate. She expects no perfection, for the greatest works of art are the ones often not seen as ‘art’ at first. She teaches us of true feminine unity and healing. What it means to really go inward, to heal to the far reaches of your deepest heart pain, to TRULY let go of competition with or dislike of other women by feeling the layers of why these feelings have been needed. She advocates for the inward and outward phases, both, encouraging your overflow of self love to be shared.

I feel her imbibing my words and my energy these days, as I deepen my connection with her through my process, from the heart UP. I feel Christiel as well, as they are an intimate package to be with and one is never very far from the other, it seems. They offer that our deepest healing surprises come from feeling polarity dances of wounded yet perhaps healing masculine and feminine frequencies inside of each of us. Without counterpart vibrations consciously making music within our hearts and souls, the depths of potential healing stays only as potential.

I feel Magdalena offering directly,

“Beautiful beloved heart and soul, you are… so many of us say this to you through others who are channels for our messages and offer distortions at times too. Yet the positive comes through more often than not that is intended to make way for what is real to fill the space within. It is as important to FEEL now, as it has ever been! It is important to feel all of the aches, the desires, the clinging-on places where parts of you have been afraid to let go and eventually let in… there is so much unknown to trust, yes, and the Divine trusts your soul to navigate this, however it is meant to, in whatever timing it chooses. It is just so, in a simple way that also has many layers and explanations that actually reach far beyond words! To all of my woman hearts and souls… now is the time to deeply dive into your hearts. There is much you have learned and much you have yet to learn too. To simply be with the real, even if it feels messy, is the invitation now and always. For what is at stake is more about whether or not you would like to experience the deepest love you possibly can in this life, or if you would like to wait for another. No ‘loss’, though each may bring you sorrow, can possibly be a loss of your own forever and your own quest for and with love. When you create the space for the awakening within, your awakenings of slumbering alchemy in your life will have room to shake and quake the life you have known, bringing you, ultimately, to MORE of what you have most deeply desired.

If you are in a Sacred Union and can feel these energies with your partner, this is a phase to bring them sexually to each other. It is a time to create new timelines together through love making, bringing intentional space between you as the energies caress and exchange. Of course this can be done from you to you, as well, and for many of you, this is what’s necessary in this phase as you work to bring the healing opportunities that are moving you into your own highest timelines, possibly along with drawing a Sacred Union of your own. Engaging in this with Gabriel yesterday brought us both into a space of alchemy and heart-centeredness that is connecting us both to deeper places of healing within and strengthening our bond more and more as we embark on our new timeline together that is arising and emerging Now.

Feeling these energies of Magdalena and Christiel in such accessible ways is a huge gift right now and one that it feels like will keep on giving, as you keep giving to yourself by way of space-holding for what is real inside of you and parts of you. Here we go, deeper into these exquisite energies, and deeper into ourselves too! ❤

Going Yin: The Arising Need For Masculine Healing And Leadership

Yin energy is coming through this thinned out veil. It follows the initial penetration of the more masculine sun codes. The moon has been a symbol for the feminine and unconscious. It is connected to the shedding and release cycle of the female body. As it increases its presence, it presents invitation. Illumination. Choice points. Awakened feelings and intuitions. This can be felt by many women collectively. Men with their own connection to their inner feminine may be feeling the same.

But how does this translate for men? What are they asking of us? From my own meditations I feel the Deep Sacred Feminine inviting men to go into their hearts. Not to solve an outer ‘problem’, but to feel their inner world. The place that holds the keys to our true sovereignty and power. It is asking the masculine to trust and lean into the arising feminine heart and soul.

In human form, men are born of women. Part of man’s emotional maturity and self-actualization is to push against and separate from mom. This has been done violently absent true sacred masculinity. This has caused much pain and tragedy, for all of mankind. Now this wounded masculine expression is being pressed, with love, to heal and lean into the very thing he needed to push away from. We are being called back into the womb. Being called back into balance with Yin.

This has played out internally in a man’s emotional body as the suppression and protection of the inner feminine both. A polarity, and even a battle, has developed inside Man in relationship to the inner feminine. This is the ground by which I feel most men will be walking on in order to truly heal this split. Most men find themselves in Mind. Just one aspect of our God nature. But in our humanity we have struggled with the heart. The intuition. The vulnerability under the control and the rage. The deep fear of what lies beyond mind and in the heart.

These moon codes are a support and invitation for the masculine to go Yin. To feel the resistant and protective layers of his true essence. That which separates the flood of true passion and emotion from being expressed in the world. A world that is shifting in balance with the Feminine. These parts of us may feel besieged. I have been having my own awakening by being in sacred romance with a very powerful feminine heart and soul. It is a lot for my unhealed masculine parts to lean into at times. A need for sovereignty and control can still reign. Even feelings of inadequacy and unworth rise up as well.

If you are a man on a spiritual journey, you are on a journey toward your feminine. Toward feeling all the parts you in resistance and rage. In control and in love.  This inner union with the feminine will arise your true authentic sacred masculine. Your sexy and integrated power out into the world. You become a co-creator and a collaborator. The gifts that lie within your yin are the seeds of your leadership and soul’s expression. The wings that will set you free into the infinite with your sacred balls still intact.

In The Beginning Was A Story

If a big part of your life feels boring, disengaged, blah, and nothing to write home about, then that’s what’s true to a part of you, but it’s so far from what’s true about you and your life.

Fused to this part of you, there isn’t any other truth. End of story.

However, in relationship with this part of you, where there is an emerging you differentiating from this beloved part of you, there is magical quest and journey to get to know and feel why a part of you would be closed down. Beginning of story.

This part of you has been off your conscious radar and has, in your absence, effectively taken your consciousness hostage. The words of your mouth are a dead give away. ‘I’m so bored…’ ‘I can’t figure out what’s going on.’ ‘I need some excitement’. Here, there’s no movement. There’s no space for movement. ‘It is what it is’, as parts of us like to say in resignation, furthering the spell they hold over our waking consciousness.

These parts of us know and have seen a whole lot more than our conscious mind can access. They have their own very valid reasons for setting up a non eventful and tamed existence inside of us. They’ve seen and experienced things that they prefer ‘you’ remain asleep to. The boredom or shutdown has self loving reasons for being.

Awakening to this spell you’ve been held under having been lured so deeply into the cult of Single Personality Disorder, you now begin a subtle, but very profound shift and rumble through your consciousness, and consciousness itself, by changing the waveform frequency broadcast coming from your mouth.

Instead of ‘I feel…’, it’s ‘a part of me feels…’. Now, with curiosity as our personal redemption, we’re getting to the plot of unfolding and eventful story.

Right here and now, you’ve altered the course of your history and herstory into an alternative dimension.

Word is palabra in Spanish, and parabol in Latin from which we get parable, or story. In the beginning was the word, the logos, the story, and the story was god.

Your life is a creator story, that you create, and to change your story, it will involve something so simple as a choice of words, a choice of parable, new script and scriptures, a new parable that is the spark that ignites fires that consume entire domains.

Even if you’re wanting to light your fire in the dead of a sleepy long cold wet winter, this alteration to the articulation of the frequency broadcast system of your BEing will lead to the opening out of the space for you make a great leap in your waking consciousness to begin to bridge to this wider and larger self version of you. You may not be ready to burn down an entire world when what’s needed first is a fire sufficient to warm hands and heart, leading to one self loving and felt step at a time.

This new world already exists, just maybe not in your present waking consciousness yet. This is good news. Your words don’t actually need to make up something that doesn’t already exist. They only need to dial in a different frequency, that creates a very different spell, a different story, a different reality. It’s still ‘a’ reality. None of us get to exit the realm of story itself, we only get to choose our story and change our story when and if we are ready to.

Part of me, once bored, now is really excited to get on with the journey before ‘us’, as in the story before all the parts of me, as well as the story before all the parts of us in the collective. These parts of me have been
bridged to and related to and negotiated with. These parts of me once bored and shutdown are now eager and ready to return to full adventure and let in the events that want to eventualize and actualize our deeper and onward journey into the more that awaits me, and us, and You.

The Isles Of Your Consciousness

In the murky depths of our emotional bodies lie the super intelligent reasons for the way our lives look and feel the way they do.

Consciously we may feel so overdone with an imprisoned like feeling towards a circumstance or relationship in our lives, but subconsciously, a part of us is deeply attached to keeping that life configuration intact.

From our unawareness of this reality, seeking a fix and relief, we have created some of the most barbaric ‘treatments’ imaginable, yet well intentioned given the level of awareness we were operating from.

We are waking now. What once contained some answers and movement for us no longer does. We’ve changed. The world has changed.

Something new is real now that wasn’t real before. And in it all, we are realizing that we profoundly create our own reality.

Now, we are being invited to get deeply honest with both our desires and our frustrations, as they both are access portals to the emotional body, from which flow all of our life configurations.

Immediately, if we are honest, we see and feel a polarity of realities inside of us. One part of us so wanting one thing and another part of us paralyzed to take the next step towards that thing.

Given this arising awareness of these individuated and polarized beings living inside of you, through you, as you, a higher level of consciousness is invited to feel and get to know as well as take responsibility for every aspect of your being that has formed and deformed in your psyche.

Forget the mission to convert the heathen in Borneo.

Go inside your own unexplored jungles to find the living loving beings living in your subconscious that often live under a quite tyrannical rule of a one world type government – the single personality disorder, led by your Inner Protector, that is understandably bent on perpetuating this reality – albeit for its own loving reasons.

If you are really ready to see why your life looks and feels the way it does, then go within, with a maniacal love and Ambassadorship that won’t stop until the farthest reaches of your being have filled up every cell in their being with all the love they are able to drink in, then get up the next day, and do it all over again.

Short of this, a part of you is choosing to stay stuck and there isn’t an other you there who wants to get to know why. The Isles of your consciousness are waiting for your ship to arrive on their shores, bringing a new culture that on one hand, they long for, yet on the other hand, they need to know that you can really continue to deliver.

We Are A Quantum Reality

We are quantum reality.

What that means is quantum in itself, in that the linear mind struggles to grok or describe that.

It may even be a bit foolish to try, but allow me if you would to play the fool…:)

You desiring a higher timeline of your awakening consciousness is the attainment of that. Desire alone is movement.

But not just desire, so is despair. They are both propulsion, if you will, when you are ready to feel them.

We know from emerging quantum science that when the observed thing is viewed and measured, it CHANGES, making linear measurement in our current paradigm of measurement silly and even a bit prehistoric feeling, not to mention frustrating to those clinging to outdated science.

So then, you feeling despair or desire changes it, moves it. Your attention is love, a grace, an ease in motion. You ignoring, resisting, battling with your ‘negative’ emotions is also an interface with your BEing that intensifies a dis-ease that radiates through your entire BEing.

This was such a huge awakening for me back in 1999 when I allowed myself for the first time in decades to feel my inner depression wanting me to get to know it and feel it. Intuitively, I was able to feel that this was a gift that wanted to take me somewhere. That was all I knew, but, wow, take me somewhere it did.

Embracing these kinds of awarenesses are like stepping on a fast moving escalator that increase the pace of change and adaptation in our lives. The synchronicities that mirror the inner in the outer are magical as you get attuned more and more to living out the story that you are writing and that your soul came here to feel every bit of.

I get the sense that our Higher Self knows so much more bliss and goodness than our conscious self is aware of, that on one hand, it doesn’t feel suffering is as tragic as we do, given it’s big picture awareness, while at the same time, so intensely empathizes with the suffering we endure to BE and exist here for the reasons we do.

You can dial in this Higher Self support through any free style approach you can imagine. What makes it alive is the intention and the desire. You feeling want and desire, and despair is alchemical, quantumly so…

Then when you take this another notch into the fractal reality that we are, where each part contains the whole, you get to a grounded ground of walking this out.

Like you are to your Higher Self, so are you to the parts of you that make up your psyche or personality. You are magically more than one, even many. Each part of you that was born in trauma holds access to your truer more authentic self, awaiting your awakening to get to know and feel them.

This in my experience has provided a dimension that is beyond religion, beyond therapy, beyond self help, beyond anything I previously knew as spirituality. I believe it to be the dimension that we are presently being given access to in spades, that changes everything!

As the beautiful song goes ‘everything waits to be noticed’, so the parts of you await your noticing of them, and so the parts of you and you are changed in the noticing.

Like Jesus said, ‘we shall not all sleep, but shall be changed in the twinkle of an eye.’ Who and what is the twinkle of your eye beholding?

Supermoon Codes Offer Inner Illuminations, Timeline Activations, Sacred Union

As I felt and ‘saw’ the light codes coming in the early morning from the Supermoon today, they seemed to softly fall like snow or fairy dust upon my beloved and I, as we lay in bed. They looked like sparkling gold and though we weren’t outside, I could feel them come in through the windows and walls, finding their way to us. I hadn’t thought much about light codes coming from the moon and what they could mean or offer. In some ways, the moon hasn’t even been on my radar all that much, though of course, how could a Supermoon go unnoticed?!

They seem to be a sprinkling of something magical, that is also natural to arise now in this stage of Ascension. There is always an alchemical magic, though also a profound and often quite emotional process in letting go and letting in, which is something I’ve written about for the last few days as I have been walking out and feeling deeply my own process of doing just this very thing. So many others seem to be experiencing this too right now, as this IS the process of letting in higher timeline desires and possibilities too… the imminence and immediacy of claiming what we truly want yet also what and HOW our soul wants to serve LOVE, is something we are all invited to feel, feel, feel. It lights us up like a bright torch or beacon, calling us back to us, back to our sacred union within, and into deeper territory with a sacred union outside of us too, for those who have drawn that and for those who are likely about to draw that! It is the goodness of life and of love itself that we can feel now, even and sometimes especially through the painful moments of realizations and dawning truths. The pulsing, purging and pain lead to relief, revitalization, and release and a letting in, lighting up, loving OUT experience of ourselves and of life too.

Residual wounding, core wounding too, can all be held now by you, with the help of guides and this Supermoon fairy dust energy of light code sprinkles. Asking for the help, love and support you need is an invitation for all as the Ascension energies continue to move in and ramp up, amping up the anchors and moving parts of us into the spotlight held by Love. There is no end to the inner love flow that is available to be dipped into as you continue on your journey of healing inside, being with parts of you and soul Aspects too, bringing in and breathing in the energies that want to support not suppress and hold you through the next states and stages necessary for your inhabitation of new and next growth edges and places.
