Realizing The Reality Of Soul Community Intimacy, Goodness, And Love

I can’t think of a single thing that is sweeter than my soul family community. Intimacy in the most genuine and heartfelt sense is shared with mutual reverence and flowing love. Codependent ties or binds are felt and moved through, healed through, to let in more genuine love without any sense of duty, obligation or resentment.

If this sounds ideal to you, I totally get it.
And this reality doesn’t come without a cost, first and ongoingly.

It is a heart and soul investment. It is a money investment, too. I choose to contribute to my community financially every month through teaching English online. This helps to fund our efforts to grow our healing work, to welcome more souls into our community as resonance deepens and their own commitment to their own SoulFullHeart path deepens. Until my own soul purpose of facilitating this powerful work deepens and living into that means no more need to teach English. This is a choice that I feel and talk about and check-in with and one that I choose to renew every month because I can’t imagine doing anything else.

My own path of deepening in this community has been extensive and deep and it continues to deepen with each next ‘yes’ moment of commitment and desire to being here with me, with them. I have let go of much… I have felt through many layers of entitlement, of non-relationality, of non-vulnerability, of fear, of rejection-reactions… I continue to feel myself and my parts in every moment, to truly let in MORE love, starting from me to me, that then gets to transact with my community, my teachers, my beloveds.

Nothing ‘ideal’ or dream-worthy can come to your life and reside in your reality without being willing to awaken around every corner, to hold the dream and vision alive that what you want can and WILL come to you, as you go to it through your inward tunnel-digging and mining. This community, this healing path where there is so much nourishment and love, cannot become real until you can become real. And I feel this everytime I am gifted with the opportunity of another moment with each person around me and the resonance we share.

This writing today comes on the heels of a wonder-filled day, that happened to be a birthday celebration for a dear facilitant and soul friend. We all shared love with her and with each other, digesting all of the frustrations and openings and reactions and inner processes of this past week, which really was one of the toughest weeks we have had as a community in a long time. Yet, instead of reacting and becoming divided amongst us when the pressure was on and the chaos was high, we came closer to ourselves and then closer together, as we always seem to do. It actually strengthened our resolve and clarity and visions individually and as a community and our boundaries became stronger, too. Our boundaries that state very strongly who we are, what we are offering, and what we are worth.

It is an ever-changing journey really

Just an ever-increasing gift of experience

These arising waves of Love’s vibrations
Sensations that pale in comparison
To the ones you chose to leave behind
In order to make room for more

You are a truly remarkable being
You chose this set of circumstances
This time to be here
In that body
In this dimension

You have been through much, yet you keep believing
Keep trying to wake up to what you feel is true
Yet have struggled to remember for good reason

You may not understand in the moment
But know it has all been laid out

About to shine

The light is coming in
Through all the cracks of your tired facts

in your fair hand,
while flower garlands
encircle your crown
of glowing light
and opening intuition.

Maiden and princess,
flowing Zen of love,
plenty to behold as you unfold
into your ever-growing heart
and soul bigness!

Gifts of healing touch,
energizing shifts
starting inside,
inspiring the uninspired voices
of a generation beyond
and within.

To be in this fair one’s orbit
is a planetary dance of kindess and goodness
beyond that which so many galaxies
have witnessed
in this or any
timeline or lifetime.

Grace-filled Raianna!
Thank you for being YOU,
in an ever-deepening way.
The love you give yourself
we all benefit from
and the love you give to us
to animals,
to Gaia,
is the love the hearts of all receive
who can see it and feel it
for what it truly is…

The Dance Of Human Words: A Poem

Words are born of places within

plucked like guitar strings

and caressed like piano keys…

 

 

The sacredness of speech,

of sharing what belongs to us,

bridges the chasm

between you and I,

the Divine in us,

and us.

 

Plodding sentences emerge

without merit or grace

arising to hurt and harm

when daggered edges come out more than love.

 

These pointy prongs of incensed syllables

stick inward from part to precious part

to jog outward energetics

of pain still buried

and stored

beneath the waves

of conditioned responses

to our emotions.

 

Love-hearted utterances

leap from springs within

where the solemn are held

in the light of inner day

and the love of infinite holding within.

 

Words… they flow

from what flows inside

the heart from where

to where

they will always circle back

in ways not always known

but heard with frequency

until the map they show

becomes the mirror

of our inward healing path.

The Magic Of Name

What’s in a name?

Shakespeare’s Juliet would say that “it matters not what name is bestowed upon thee for thy essence remains the same”. I am channeling of course, but I happen to agree with her in regards to the truth of our Divine BEing. However, we also live in a world of names. It is the nature of the duality of our 3D humanity. I believe even in our 5D reality we still have names as the name itself is a waveform expression of our BEing. It does its best to align with the essence itself.

I explore this because it was a year ago yesterday that I changed my name to Gabriel. Before that I went by Sequoia. Before that Christopher, Christian, and Chris. Each one represented a phase in my growth and dimensional frequency. They are like radio station markers on the FM dial. Each one held and energy or consciousness that still lives inside me as a part that has integrated to much degree. There are times when they come out like a solar flare to be felt as needed in whatever trigger constellated them out of their new home in my heart.

How does your name reflect You?

Does it match what emanates from your core?

How would it feel to you to change your name as a shift into a new version of you?

There may be a resistance to a change and that could be a part of you that is attached to that name for it represents so much. I went from Chris to Christian because when I really began to change I needed something new. ‘Chris’ represented something old, not bad mind you. He became a part of me to help feel all that was shifting and being left behind in regards to lifestyle and relationships. It was a tender holding of what had been ‘me’ for a very long time. One of the precious phases of my life. I have even changed my last name to denote something that no longer resonates for me in what was my 3D conditioning.

In SoulFullHeart, as you begin the exploration and journey withIN, you meet parts of yourself that hold a particular energetic and emotional frequency. They have been given names such as Inner Child, Inner Protector, Gatekeeper, etc. As you personally come in contact with your own, a personal name arises from this energy. It exemplifies and personifies. Makes it more intimate. It is amazing how the energy of the dynamic shifts once it has been birthed with this definitiveness. They become alive inside of us through the magic of naming.

It is all a part of the play that we are being invited to explore and embody. It is where we get to express and learn about ourselves. We may connect to names that represent our 4D metasoul lives both human and galactic. Connecting to these names help us tune into our expanded consciousness and receive the gifts of their vulnerabilities and strengths. They are portals into which we are being invited to feel, heal, and explore. They hold much creative power of our arising sacred humanity.

Super Blue Blood Moon Divine Feminine Energies Invite A Sacred, Feeling, Inward Day

I can feel the pull of this very auspicious Super Blue Blood Moon and words are going to be very hard today! I am choosing to write now, from the energy bursts inside right now, so that I can ride these waves today and be with what wants to arise inside of me, too.

The waves of light and love from this particular lunar event are potent and ever-present. I feel them pressing into the fields of all who are ready for them and some who aren’t too. Making a nest inside of you for Her vibrations to come through seems to be the invitation for the day today. Maybe a restless night while this event is going on can be avoided if space is made for the fluctuations and movements inside during the day today. This is what it feels like. A get ready to get loved sort of feeling. And the love that comes from Her, from the Divine Mother, is not one that penetrates in the same way as the Divine Father’s love frequencies. Her love is just as powerful but seeps in, absorbs in through the chakras and all of the bodies. It is an alchemical osmosis and it creates evokes the rumbles inside that are needing to rumble and the feelings that have been there below the surface anyways. She is helping us clean house as much as we are ready for. And what you ready for may surprise you today.

Something about this moon seems to be encouraging transparency, too. You can’t hide from it, really… and above all, you can’t really hide from yourself, least of all anybody else. Perhaps there are parts of you that have tried to stay hidden, sometimes in plain sight and other times behind some sort of wall inside. Perhaps there are shadows and light too that come from your being, from your heart and soul and all it has endured, faced, led, walked out, been part of, or co-created for good or ill. You may feel some existential waves come through today, your Metasoul Aspects leaking through the veil inside. You may feel some intense memories surface, held by parts of you that perhaps you thought you had already healed. These could be new layers with new information for you to digest, or they could be echoes. Either way, it is a day for feeling and making space for feeling, whatever comes up and however it chooses to surface in your co-created inner reality.

The illumination of this Super Blue Blood Moon is a special elixir for the heart and soul… one that is meant to guide and support, not to punish or overthrow and throwdown. It is important to remember the love that is here for you, wanting to birth itself more and more within you. Those inner seeds of service of this love want to begin to sprout in good, well-tilled soil within. Today is as good as any day to work towards this, be with this, hold kindness and self-love as the light shines in on the darker, hidden places within. ❤

Awakening To Your Self-Worth Healing Process Within

Perhaps the deepest, most powerful, most emotional and yet also the most spiritual awakening we can have, is to how our self-worth has been measured within.

We were given these measuring tools by a culture fraught with pain and unworthiness. We were led here by caregivers and confidants, mentors and leaders. We were messaged from birth (in this life and other lives too) that our worth is dependent, conditional, finite, and above all, quantifiable. We are told subliminally, unconsciously, that we need to have, be, do, say, many different things that aren’t authentically us in our hearts. We are a species in incredible pain that goes deep. Even if you seem to consciously be choosing to ignore this inside of you, it’s still there. It lingers and pricks. It perks up when the opportunity comes, when it is safe enough to truly awaken to it, feel it, make space for it to continue arising.

It doesn’t matter how often some others may tell you, ‘there is nothing wrong with you’, when there is so much living in the buried basement of your heart’s cries for love, for a connection with All-That-Is, to genuinely feel One again with yourself, with the Divine, with everyone around you. Our separation and abandonment wounding lives fathoms deep inside of us and our parts. It lives and breathes within, it pops up whenever it can, and it does certainly inform your daily experience of life.

To truly find and feel our worth again, we must be willing to feel through the process of it… to be with the parts of us, the pain, the anguish, and the anxiety which all make up our experience of not truly having our worth intact. The fact is that we could never lose our worth… yet to deeply feel it and live from it is a whole other choice that involves feeling what ISN’T it and making room to feel all there is to feel about that.

To be in this process is to slowly begin to come home to yourself in a way you’ve never imagined. And once you get there, you realize that the light was left on for you by your soul and your infinite Divine connection that never left you. YOU truly ARE the love you and your parts have been searching, waiting, aching for. And when this can really be let in, nothing else matters but making sure that you have the things, people, relationships, intentions, that truly reflect this worth and love back to you. It is worth all of the inner-mining and the years of deep-diving within. It is worth it because YOU’RE worth it and the love you are meant to serve is worth it too. ❤

Beloved man of heart and soul…

I see, feel and hear the music of your ever-expanding heart,
the grounded bliss of the love within
that I get the pleasure, the honour, the space to be in WITH you…
This flow between us as our hearts continue to entwine
in the most wonderFULL ways
brings me closer
to every cell of the skin
you kiss with such fervent desire
and beckoning strains of truthful, loving arias.

In every chapter we awaken together,
I feel the glow of a golden heart-sun
ever-stronger with each breath
co-created between our healing and feeling hearts.

To create this next chapter with you,
deeply beloved man,
is to create a whole new world
and many new vistas to explore…

….and the fact that I GET to do this with YOU
makes almost nothing else matter.

So many soul songs we have together,
so many dances of body and heart
so many phases and places of inhabited growth

Embrace Your Humanity As You Embody Your Divinity

“Your willingness to fully embrace your humanity is your ability to fully embody your divinity”

As human beings we are connected so viscerally to our feelings. In this dimension we experience a wide range of them that bring us to the height of ecstacy, and to the depths of despair and terror. There is a fullness of experience that lies in between. It is why we came here. To fully embrace all that our human-ness has to offer. We needed as a consciousness to forget our nature in order to experience it all. We came to learn and live.

There was always an inherent risk in this, but the fail-safe has been the reality that we have been and always are held in Love, no matter where our emotive winds blow us. The key to this fail-safe is our willingness to feel it all. To be willing to go into the depth of our human experience and feel ALL that is has accumulated is what leads us the doorstep of our divinity.

We can access these high divine frequencies. They are what holds the exploration into the shadowlands of our wounds and darkness. These lower frequencies are our Earthling or 3D human selves. They are the anchors that keep us from truly and significantly embodying our more Gaian or 5D Sacred Human Self.  These denser energies make themselves evident in their recurring nature and are messages that we have more healing to do. They are the beauty and tenderness of the Inner Teenager, the unfelt pains of the Inner Punisher, and the heirloom legacy of our Inner Mother and Father.

Your willingness to fully embrace your emotional body is negotiation with the part of you that is very protective of it. It is through a conscious relationship to your internal defence that you can begin feel, heal, and integrate all that has been waiting for you. The metasoul aspects that hold deep soul pain and soul gifts too.  As you do, more room is made inside you to bring in more permanently the higher states of your soul consciousness and Christ Heart. This what I imagine is the transformation from carbon to crystal.

It is through feeling and holding all the parts of you that are in curiosity, in pain, and in fear that leads to the greater purpose of embodying all the magic and love that you ARE and meant to BE. You are opening the doors to your multidimensional angelic YOU. You are living into your highest expression of your sacred masculine and feminine in balance and in union. You have remembered your wings and it is time to fly.

Lift The Inner Veil Through Self Permission To Feel, Be And See Beyond 3D

When you close your eyes in this moment, what images come to you?

Each closing of the thin veil of our eyelids calls to something in our subconscious, gives it permission to come forward and be with us.

What is the first thing that you see? What is the first feeling that you feel?

There’s a keen self-permission required in wondering this way. In curiosity of the self. In being still for even a moment, to see what your subconscious wants to tell you. Maybe it wants to show you in symbols, feeling tones, colours, scenes, the parts of you that most need you now. Maybe it wants to give you hints of your soul, what its gifts and wounds are, both. Maybe it wants to give you glimpse, a hint, of the map of your life that only your soul can know about in any real detail.

Going within can be this quick, this simple, this easy. Of course, it doesn’t always feel this way. Parts of us that aren’t sure about it all, that are confused because 3D conditioning has told them that only what they can literally see and feel and hear without any need for interpretation or reading between the lines is worth taking in on any level. This can be existential too, as there could be lifetimes in your Metasoul of experiencing ridicule, persecution, excommunication, death, because of being willing to really see, really feel, really communicate even what might go against the norm.

So much has dulled our natural senses of a need to go inward, to be with ourselves, to get to know our hearts and our souls, to heal from the inside, out. So much has dulled our chance of experiencing something that takes us far beyond our typical daily experience. So much abuse, so much pain, so much necessary numbing-out and downplaying of our emotions, that really are an important aspect of our imagination, and our imagination is the most crucial aspect of our access to intuition, to soul gifts, to something well beyond the scope of 3D life.

Maybe today might be your first day of closing your eyes with the genuine intent of feeling what is beyond or could be beyond the veil of your 3D life… this precious and sacred veil that has been needed until now, or until any Now of your choosing. At any moment you can give yourself permission to close your eyes and BE, breathe, feel, see, experience, let in… let yourself and your parts in. Let in that you ARE here, NOW… that you ARE needed, wanted, loved… that you ARE who you ARE and that this ‘mess’ of how life has been has been necessary so you could get to this point of reading and taking in these words, of beginning or continuing your journey inward that somehow you trust will transform everything you experience outward.
