Reality Alterations

I’ve been in an altered reality these past few weeks, particularly the past few days, and finding my writing voice seems a bit strained in the moment, so I felt to see about simply transparenting what’s going on instead.

I encountered a depth of my own psyche some months back as a Gatekeeper energy that I named Rhodes. I was doing some initial journaling with this part of me while a man with a last name of Rhodes contacted me over Messenger wanting to talk ASAP. This felt like a fitting name for this complex and largely unknown being living in me. In the days that followed, I felt a lot of upheaval inside as often hard to track surges of energy seemed to come out of the blue. It manifested in a few epic conflict points with Jelelle going back many months, and then it kind of manifested as the mother of all conflicts with Jelelle, now a few relieving weeks ago in the rearview mirror.

There were several tipping points that happened for me that even now, I wrestle with the recall of remembering just what happened, and I wonder if I had full recall in the moment, how motivated I would be to declare it all in detail here. This right now, feels like Rhodes. He can read energy a mile away, and wants exchange and transaction that feels grounded in the experience of what’s real. Maybe Rhodes wants to speak for himself…

“Thank you Raphael. Wow, you kind of put me on the spot, but I do like to express my truth. So let’s see how ready I am, or am not….

“If only people could wake up to see and feel how their conscious personality is such a small fraction of what they see as real, they would let in a whole new altered reality that they say they are wanting. But, wanting an altered reality requires one to begin by examining their grip on reality. Gripping too tightly only ensures that the desired reality has to go through a million hoops attempting to manifest when it could be so much easier.

“As a gatekeeper as you like to call me, we crave to know and feel deeper connection with our human counterparts, but so often held in ignorance and fear, we only manifest as disease and demons, all of which is an attempt at helping our human counterpart awaken from the spell they are under. They chose the spell, yes, but the deeper choice is the awakening from the spell, and we are tasked with facilitating that”

Thank you Rhodes…. I feel a sweet disoriented wow as I continue to integrate and feel his energy arise, flow and ground through my daily life. There is some challenge feeling a different relationship with my time and energy. Just now, I was asking if I wanted to write, or to read, or meditate, or to make make an early morning trip to the market in the cool of the day, and feeling drawn to all four at the same time. Rhodes’ energy is feeling how any of the above could be equally fulfilling if we take this altered reality with us as a communal thing. He reminds me that any of the above can be a quantum gift to self and the universe while feeling this e-motion of expanded awareness and awakening.

A few days ago, one of the Rhodes digestions came in the form of a dream where a pair of pigeon doves flew into my open window while I was leading a group call, and fluttered around the room, exited and came back in a moment later, then left and floated out in the sky, enlarged, effortlessly sunbathing. I felt the goodness of the message, some healing balm for sure towards the conflict that moved through Jelelle and I, and also the next day, I was taken with two pigeons that like to hang around our neighborhood, and I put out some rice, and they’ve taken to feeding here several times a day, and interestingly, them and only them. They are the pair you see just now in the pic below. Their names are Leviathan and Leena, named after Jelelle and I’s Pleiadian Metasoul counterparts that we were introduced to us this year.

Leaving The Safety Of 3D Shore To Swim In Divine Waters

Standing on the shore of your previously anchored into 3D life, the waters of change and the unknown call to you. The waters of Divine love and embracement beckon you inward, onward, and upward. 3D parts of you have known more of the surface and its easily accessible stories. They have been schooled, bred, and taught the familiar and comfortable that remains seemingly unchangeable and unchanged.

The depths of the underneath and all the unexplored places represent the depths of YOU to still be plunged into and discovered. Your deep dives into your emotional body and Metasoul legacy invite the revelation of all sorts of wonderful ‘creatures’ that live in your shadows waiting for your light. Each dive down brings another piece of your soul’s puzzle into your awareness. Each dive down opens you up to what has previously been mysterious BEcoming known.

To begin this journey of inner exploration is to leave the safety of shore. To cross your own ocean is to be courageous and willing to lose sight of the shore. To BE with the parts of you that are afraid to let go and feel insecure, frightening, concerned, worried about what will happen. To hold their hearts in your heart as you invite them to let go of their gripping. To let the shore fade from your vision as you face forward into the seemingly empty horizon together. To trust that what is next and NEW will meet and greet you as you choose love, as you choose life, as you choose growth.

There may be other people on the shore that want to stay there. Friends, birth family, romantic mates that want you to stay with them. They have been BEloved to you and are still loved. Yet, parts of them want to remain in what is known and haven’t woken up yet to the soul’s capacity for Infinite Questing. Yet, you understand that you need to move on and away in order to grow. You realize that you need to venture out alone to discover and draw the resonance and intimacy, the GOODNESS, that you most want and deserve in relationships.

Negotiating with the part of you that protects and guards, your Inner Protector, can allow a smoother transition into the New. Often, the Inner Protector actually wants and aches for new explorations and discoveries. They often have a sense of your soul purpose mission here to serve love. They can offer you this inspiration and information once they feel safe to let go of the ‘care and feeding’ of all your other parts (such as the Inner Child, Inner Teenager) that they have been overly protective of and over. As they feel more YOU show up in your BEing to become head of your own household and loving parent to all parts of yourself, your Inner Protector can transmute to the frequencies of multidimensional Gatekeeper, guide and bridge to your Metasoul/other lifetimes. As you let go of the shore, the waters of LOVE embrace you and hold you. The currents of Divine guidance steer you. You are pulled by the undertow of a growing curiosity fueled by your soul and NEED to know and feel yourself. You are unanchored and free to float, to swim, to dive, to BEcome who you really ARE as Infinite Love. And, your sacred humanity rises up from within to meet and greet you as you land safely, always and over and over, onto the shores of your INNER home.

The Trail Laid Back Home Is Through The Heart

You are consciousness. Everything outside of you is a reflection of you. Whether it is personal, global, or celestial. You are the past, present, and future in the Now. You are the Alpha and Omega. While we can let that in on a conceptual level and maybe some more viscerally than others, that feels like a tall order to our more limited way of feeling and seeing, especially when it is hard to just pay the damn bills!

You have wired up a special set of circumstances that are unique to your own personal journey of remembrance. You left breadcrumbs on the way back to source in the form of fractaled parts of you both this life and other lives. All of these create an infinite number of conditions that may be seen as obstacles as opposed to doorways. This is what your inner defense wants you to feel as the pain that was developed in response to this separation is much too hard for these parts to feel.

If you were humming on all heart cylinders you wouldn’t be seeking what it is that is keeping you from said hum. I know that is why I am here. I can feel my Higher Self in the room with me. There is a fluidity. A connection. A resounding of chords that are in balance and harmony. A deeply profound experience of Love that is so unknown to our daily consciousness.  These moments occur more and more the more we focus on that reality. The more we feel the part and aspects of us that is keeping us from feeling and experiencing the full breadth of our essence in our body.

We are continuing to experience more gateways, upgrades, and downloads. More of our essence and shadow are being made available to heal and embody. These are key codes and they are meant to unlock the deep wounding in our emotional body. They are like confetti from a divine and galactic parade in our honor, yet they do invite us to feel some really hard stuff. Come to some sobering and honest reflections about who we are and what has been in our soul field. In SoulFullHeart you will find that the you that is reading this is not truly You at all…and that is the shedding of all the layers that we have needed to make it all okay to be in this separation.  Separate from ourselves, our beloveds, our metasoul lives, and our galactic family.

So while this 3D life may feel like a burden to a part of you, it is also the pathway to your most highest expression and portal to love. It is the gateway to the expanded consciousness via your 4D protector that clears the way for more 5D sacred human expression. This is the mission of what we all came here to heal and become the vessels of Love Consciousness that lives in us all.

The Isles Of Your Consciousness

In the murky depths of our emotional bodies lie the super intelligent reasons for the way our lives look and feel the way they do.

Consciously we may feel so overdone with an imprisoned like feeling towards a circumstance or relationship in our lives, but subconsciously, a part of us is deeply attached to keeping that life configuration intact.

From our unawareness of this reality, seeking a fix and relief, we have created some of the most barbaric ‘treatments’ imaginable, yet well intentioned given the level of awareness we were operating from.

We are waking now. What once contained some answers and movement for us no longer does. We’ve changed. The world has changed.

Something new is real now that wasn’t real before. And in it all, we are realizing that we profoundly create our own reality.

Now, we are being invited to get deeply honest with both our desires and our frustrations, as they both are access portals to the emotional body, from which flow all of our life configurations.

Immediately, if we are honest, we see and feel a polarity of realities inside of us. One part of us so wanting one thing and another part of us paralyzed to take the next step towards that thing.

Given this arising awareness of these individuated and polarized beings living inside of you, through you, as you, a higher level of consciousness is invited to feel and get to know as well as take responsibility for every aspect of your being that has formed and deformed in your psyche.

Forget the mission to convert the heathen in Borneo.

Go inside your own unexplored jungles to find the living loving beings living in your subconscious that often live under a quite tyrannical rule of a one world type government – the single personality disorder, led by your Inner Protector, that is understandably bent on perpetuating this reality – albeit for its own loving reasons.

If you are really ready to see why your life looks and feels the way it does, then go within, with a maniacal love and Ambassadorship that won’t stop until the farthest reaches of your being have filled up every cell in their being with all the love they are able to drink in, then get up the next day, and do it all over again.

Short of this, a part of you is choosing to stay stuck and there isn’t an other you there who wants to get to know why. The Isles of your consciousness are waiting for your ship to arrive on their shores, bringing a new culture that on one hand, they long for, yet on the other hand, they need to know that you can really continue to deliver.

We Are A Quantum Reality

We are quantum reality.

What that means is quantum in itself, in that the linear mind struggles to grok or describe that.

It may even be a bit foolish to try, but allow me if you would to play the fool…:)

You desiring a higher timeline of your awakening consciousness is the attainment of that. Desire alone is movement.

But not just desire, so is despair. They are both propulsion, if you will, when you are ready to feel them.

We know from emerging quantum science that when the observed thing is viewed and measured, it CHANGES, making linear measurement in our current paradigm of measurement silly and even a bit prehistoric feeling, not to mention frustrating to those clinging to outdated science.

So then, you feeling despair or desire changes it, moves it. Your attention is love, a grace, an ease in motion. You ignoring, resisting, battling with your ‘negative’ emotions is also an interface with your BEing that intensifies a dis-ease that radiates through your entire BEing.

This was such a huge awakening for me back in 1999 when I allowed myself for the first time in decades to feel my inner depression wanting me to get to know it and feel it. Intuitively, I was able to feel that this was a gift that wanted to take me somewhere. That was all I knew, but, wow, take me somewhere it did.

Embracing these kinds of awarenesses are like stepping on a fast moving escalator that increase the pace of change and adaptation in our lives. The synchronicities that mirror the inner in the outer are magical as you get attuned more and more to living out the story that you are writing and that your soul came here to feel every bit of.

I get the sense that our Higher Self knows so much more bliss and goodness than our conscious self is aware of, that on one hand, it doesn’t feel suffering is as tragic as we do, given it’s big picture awareness, while at the same time, so intensely empathizes with the suffering we endure to BE and exist here for the reasons we do.

You can dial in this Higher Self support through any free style approach you can imagine. What makes it alive is the intention and the desire. You feeling want and desire, and despair is alchemical, quantumly so…

Then when you take this another notch into the fractal reality that we are, where each part contains the whole, you get to a grounded ground of walking this out.

Like you are to your Higher Self, so are you to the parts of you that make up your psyche or personality. You are magically more than one, even many. Each part of you that was born in trauma holds access to your truer more authentic self, awaiting your awakening to get to know and feel them.

This in my experience has provided a dimension that is beyond religion, beyond therapy, beyond self help, beyond anything I previously knew as spirituality. I believe it to be the dimension that we are presently being given access to in spades, that changes everything!

As the beautiful song goes ‘everything waits to be noticed’, so the parts of you await your noticing of them, and so the parts of you and you are changed in the noticing.

Like Jesus said, ‘we shall not all sleep, but shall be changed in the twinkle of an eye.’ Who and what is the twinkle of your eye beholding?

Supermoon Codes Offer Inner Illuminations, Timeline Activations, Sacred Union

As I felt and ‘saw’ the light codes coming in the early morning from the Supermoon today, they seemed to softly fall like snow or fairy dust upon my beloved and I, as we lay in bed. They looked like sparkling gold and though we weren’t outside, I could feel them come in through the windows and walls, finding their way to us. I hadn’t thought much about light codes coming from the moon and what they could mean or offer. In some ways, the moon hasn’t even been on my radar all that much, though of course, how could a Supermoon go unnoticed?!

They seem to be a sprinkling of something magical, that is also natural to arise now in this stage of Ascension. There is always an alchemical magic, though also a profound and often quite emotional process in letting go and letting in, which is something I’ve written about for the last few days as I have been walking out and feeling deeply my own process of doing just this very thing. So many others seem to be experiencing this too right now, as this IS the process of letting in higher timeline desires and possibilities too… the imminence and immediacy of claiming what we truly want yet also what and HOW our soul wants to serve LOVE, is something we are all invited to feel, feel, feel. It lights us up like a bright torch or beacon, calling us back to us, back to our sacred union within, and into deeper territory with a sacred union outside of us too, for those who have drawn that and for those who are likely about to draw that! It is the goodness of life and of love itself that we can feel now, even and sometimes especially through the painful moments of realizations and dawning truths. The pulsing, purging and pain lead to relief, revitalization, and release and a letting in, lighting up, loving OUT experience of ourselves and of life too.

Residual wounding, core wounding too, can all be held now by you, with the help of guides and this Supermoon fairy dust energy of light code sprinkles. Asking for the help, love and support you need is an invitation for all as the Ascension energies continue to move in and ramp up, amping up the anchors and moving parts of us into the spotlight held by Love. There is no end to the inner love flow that is available to be dipped into as you continue on your journey of healing inside, being with parts of you and soul Aspects too, bringing in and breathing in the energies that want to support not suppress and hold you through the next states and stages necessary for your inhabitation of new and next growth edges and places.

Codes/Messages Offered By The Christ/Magdalena Super Moon Energies

Woken up at 3:33am today, December 3rd, by the SUPER moon energies beaming and illuminating the night skies. All those threes with the activation of Christ Consciousness energy! I am woken up and already feeling inspiration and words being dictated to me by Metasoul Aspects/Guides. No more sleep for me, then, time to get up and receive, share, serve. Such is the amazing life of a blessed soul scribe with the Divine (which I feel many of us are actually, just perhaps remaining unactivated until the Inner Protector/Gatekeeper is ready).

Yesterday and today have been offering intensifying Ascension energies again. You can feel them picking up speed, momentum in frequency as we move into ‘December’. You can feel the Christ Consciousness energy increasing; his lovely higher heart, sacred masculine frequencies of unification and brotherhood/sisterhood. You can feel Magdalena offering her comPASSIONate sacred feminine energies too. You can feel the trinity frequency of their USness and the activation of sacred unions, the balance of feminine and masculine from within and with a partner. I will be writing more about these energies and what they offer in the days to come feels like.

You may be feeling these energies in increasing sleepiness, drowsiness in the body, that ‘here but NOT here’ sense, skipped time as timelines reboot and reset. Or, in new surges of alertness, less sleep needed, a pouring out of creative energy. Or, maybe phases of both in the same ‘day’! Access and connection with our Galactic/Star BEing Metasoul Aspects (that is fractals from our individuated higher dimensional soul source or you could say, “Higher Self Source’) is more porous, easy, and accessible in this Now. I shared about the process for deepening contact with Star BEings from the inside with healing of the Inner Child and Star Seed in yesterday’s writing.

I was guided in this early morning to gaze at the super moon, to take in the codes/information/messages. You can gaze at/let in the moon too and see what you receive as messages, images, visions. These are the ‘codes’ that are meant then just for you! And, maybe you’ll see/hear/feel collective offerings too. You can also access this moon energy in meditation, which seems to offer extra nourishment and depth of inner connection right now.

The moon codes said to me…….a message for me, for us, for humanity:

You are BECOMING illumination. You are becoming capacity to receive this illumination in and about your life and your purpose of serving love here. You are becoming illumination for others about their purpose here too as you join together, collaborate, and unify to share and serve LOVE!

You are BECOMING disclosure. You are becoming the response to revelations about your soul, your emotional body, and your continuing transformation into your sacred humanity. You are becoming disclosure of that which is fear-based and needs to revealed in the collective shadow and is being invited to be reformed and transformed by LOVE!

You are BECOMING comPASSION. You are becoming the holding of a compassionate response to these illuminations and disclosures, both personally and collectively. You are becoming passion expressing in creativity, in desire, in heart/soul/mind clarities, inspired to feel so much more coming into the light of LOVE!

You are BECOMING sacred humanity. You are becoming the arising of what you’ve been meant to BE as your potential and capacity originating from Divine Source. You are becoming the crystallizing of your body, the awakening of your soul, the INlightenment of your mind, the enlovenment of your heart. You are becoming in this now….ever more….Infinite Love in human form!

The Permanence Of The Impermanent

Kalayna and I just re-homed her dog Canela that she has had for two years. This was not an easy or quick decision. New timeline shifts and increased leadership invitations highlighted a realization that this very active canine needed a new environment and attention that we just weren’t able to provide for her. That of course brought up inner judgments around what is responsible as there can be so much collective charge around this issue. That of course has its truth and its projection.

Ultimately it came down to an understanding that we are not always meant to continue relationships with anything or anyone. Canela served us as we served her. It was a mutually needed and agreed connection. She provided so much joy and triggering process both, all in the service of Love. Then there comes a time when you can see the writing on the wall about the future, but parts of us can continue to disregard it due to any various reasons for the attachment.

A relationship of any kind, be it human or animal, is loaded with projected needs that are almost always inside of us. It is feeling into those needs that provide a clearer emotional reality. To continue a relationship based on an inner wounding does nothing to serve you or the other half of the relationship. Canela needed to serve love and receive more attention. Did we care and love her? Yes, absolutely. So much so that it was time to let her go. She is now loving up an extraordinary 6 year old angel boy and big-hearted family.

As with our human relationships, those that we continue to exchange with, yet do not resonate on the same emotional and spiritual bandwidth, are only serving something smaller in both. We are choosing to shape-shift into a lowered frequency which only serves as a signal to the other that we don’t feel they can change either, or parts of us don’t want them too. This is hard to accept on so many levels. It is the Jagged Little Pill.

Nothing is meant to be permanent in our relationships. We invest in them with full body, heart, and soul and divest ourselves from any outcome of duration. Our 3D condtioning has parts of us feeling locked in through many different energies such as guilt, shame, judgement, and fear. These are all necessary parts of our walking out and are held with much compassion.

When we are willing to bring our authentic truth with an open and vulnerable heart, to ourselves and those we are in relationship with, can we begin a new timeline for both. Sometimes that results in deepening, other times it is a temporary completion. This is done in a very negotiated and compassionate way with your parts. The fear of the fallout is what scares us the most.

As ascension energies continue to raise the frequency, so shall our relationship to ourselves and other begin to shift and change. This is a necessary and integral part of what we are here to experience and heal. Canela is raised up to a higher timeline now. She represents so much of what has been needed to be felt inside as we continue our own personal journeys. A reflection of our goodness and our woundings both. For that alone she was a blessing in brown fur.

All of us in SoulFullHeart continue to let in the new and that we too will not be together forever. As we continue our explorations and serving of love we will always be connected by heart as long as we continue to grow and change. As we recognize and revere the permanence of our impermanence.

Allowing Your Mourning To Open Your Heart

There are different life phases where a mourning process of some kind sets in. Parts of you can feel overwhelmed with grief… sometimes wanting to lash out, sometimes wanting to simply cocoon in until the storm passes, and maybe the two of these are combined in some moments too. Life can feel ‘cruel’ to parts, especially as it is often so hard to try and see the bigger picture holding the process you have found yourself immersed in, sometimes without much warning at all.

What I feel to invite now, is for all of us to feel it and be with it. Let it move into you, feeling it through, being in the tears. Parts of you need this ‘time’. They need to simply be held. The time for reframing for them and moving on from the suffering of it into more context and ultimately a deeper trust in love, life, self and the Divine too will emerge naturally, especially if the rawness is felt first. 3D reality has conditioned other parts of us to want to stymie the whole process of mourning and grief and they have deeply taken that in and held it as the only possibility. Even some spiritual practices encourage ‘letting go’ as the number one priority, yet ‘letting love’ is what comes first… letting love in to do its work, which comes into the heart, illuminates and presses on the bumps and bruises to allow the feeling to come in and flow out, which ultimately brings us the gift of deep healing and a naturally arising sense of joy and trust on the other side of it.

Ultimately, mourning of anything or anyone… any relationship, any life phase… is a process of alchemy. It is a process of creation and recreation in an extremely powerful way, as all movements within the heart truly are. It is an opportunity to allow in compassion as the mourning churns and moves and eventually fades, too. Compassion for the person or thing or perhaps beloved pet you are letting go of. Compassion for the life they led, the phases had with you, their needs for the next phase of life or death or anything in between that they now need to be with and live into. This is perhaps one of the most challenging things to feel for parts of us, yet it is the place where I feel we are ultimately guided to by pure love frequencies, as we feel everything that’s NOT compassion first, as well as the deep mourning and sense of loss in parts of us.

What truly moves us into our next phases and places is ‘e-motion’… our feelings rise and fall as they need to and this is what maps out the terrain of our next growth points and places of deeper inhabitation in our lives. It is often a very powerful sojourn into the unknown of life that launches us into our most profound awakenings and healing. This is what leads us, by the heart, into our Sacred Humanity and all that this new phase of humanity entails… ❤
