How The 3D/4D/5D Self Experiences Love

Each dimension of our ‘self’ feels and experiences love in different ways. The many parts of us that have formed in order to navigate and be in life as we’ve known it so far, each have their own relationship to love. As we continue to awaken and heal, their perspectives shift and heal too, especially as the growing authentic you that holds and feels them, lets in more and more real, pure love and learns to trust it and what it wants to offer you in every sacred moment of your life.

The 3D self, says, “Love, I don’t trust you and I want to control you, though I also feel you get the better of me and we are constantly at odds. I feel like I will never get what I want, though sometimes I can’t even feel what I truly want… and am pretty afraid to find out. I don’t feel I deserve you in any form and I conspire to push you away. What I have known to be ‘love’ is not something I find very appealing or gratifying in any way.”

The 4D self, says, “Love, I want to trust you more and don’t always get how. I feel you offer more than I have ever thought or felt possible. I feel I want to serve you and be with you and flow more easily with you, though sometimes this feels so frustrating and hard too… this world I live in mostly seems not to have caught up to the reality of YOU yet and what YOU really offer all of us and beyond… I get somehow, or am starting to let in, that you are something very different than what I’ve been conditioned to think you are. I feel something different about you, though I’m not sure what that is exactly.”

The 5D ‘self’, says, “Love… this is what ‘I’ am. And as ‘I am’, ‘I’ serve love in constant, unending flow. The container is ‘me’ as the container is NOT ‘me’… the ‘me’ of before, that related to love as not my very substance, has been healing and tastes of higher dimensions where it all simply is in is-ness… this is REALity. Love is the only real. Life-giving, ever-flowing, always showing us the way inward and back out again. Love melts all ‘I’s’ into oblivion and heat-warmth, in the sweetest way, though the storms of love’s lightning flashes of where it cannot flow within must also be weathered. Love dies not, withers away not… only IS, only ever loves. ‘I’ trust love above all else. ‘I’ can hold the truth of this unendingly, without the need to transcend any doubts of this in parts of ‘me’ that remain in lower dimensional frequencies still. ‘I’ can’t always see the bigger picture, as ‘I’ also control none of it, but ‘I’ can feel it, hold it, tap into it. ‘I’ AM it, ultimately, as ‘I’ AM part of the love that makes up all aspects of it, dark and light…”

As you heal the parts that make up each of these ‘selves’ within you, the level and depth of love you are able to experience shifts in a big way. To actually feel and own that there is something very real about swinging between sometimes all three of these perspectives in a short period of time, is to humbly let in that there is more to go into, inside of yourself… and that there is no ‘perfect’ way to be with love or to be love itself, especially as we grow and learn as sacred humans arising.

This ‘Time’ We Found Us In Ourselves

There have been many ‘times’ we have danced to this tune

One that seemed to be missing a note we kept looking for in the other

But could never seem to find for it was always in our own hearts.

Times that we found ourselves in desperate need of a key that we had all along.

 

This ‘time’ around we found us in ourselves.

We have opened the doors to the universe within and we found us…..inside.

You were never ‘out there’ but always in here

A reflection of my own self-generated love glow

As I am unto you, my love

 

I reflect the timelessness of your aged soul

That shines brighter than any star in the canvass of the heavens

The golden ray of your glistening love-eyes

That pierce the veil of any hardened surface in my heart

The eloquent weaving of your masterful words

That lay rose petal paths to the depths of my poet’s muse

 

You offer me a mirror of my own inner courage and strength

To lead a thousand souls to the glory of our human story

Of the passion of my creative spinnings and inkings

That find their way upon paper made planes

Of my own unlimited journey into the depths of your infinite love

 

We shall sail this one…this time, my love…on the waves of our NOW

Keeping our hearts attuned to the loved-up Self within

To spill its abundance of treasure and pleasure upon our hungry shores

Letting each moment become like a forgotten remembrance

Of the love we never left behind

Energy Update: Unanchoring From The 3D Matrix To Arise Into The Bliss Mess Of 4D

I feel sometimes like I am looping…saying so much “these HIGH frequency energies right now are offering us…..” When I feel into an energy update to offer, this is what always comes…there are ongoingly high frequency energies of photonic light, the Schumann Resonance is rising higher and higher, ongoing solar flares coming in from our sun and the cosmic sun that just KEEP coming in. There are high frequency waves of PURE love too…they are golden, pure white, rainbow, whichever colors you are meant to see and feel and receive that is uniquely for your soul. You may feel the reception of these energies in all your bodies…emotional purgings and detoxes, physical manifestations, social shiftings too, and chakras morphing as well.

And, these energies are ongoing because, boy, do we NEED them right now! The grip on 3D life and the matrix that is created from mainstream consciousness can seem so strong, prevailing, with sllllllooooooowwwwww progress being made in loosening it. So many millions, perhaps billions, of souls still in the process of it, needing the 3D reality as their growth and learning ground….until they don’t anymore.

I feel there is a fourth dimensional (4D) matrix too….it is less solid perhaps, less structured, with less conscious purpose or collaboration. It is more likely created, arising, from the personal UPheaval that happens when the soul starts to wake up, the veil of amnesia is lifting, the higher self connection deepens, and the aspects of your multidimensional self/fractals from your Metasoul come into your consciousness. It is triggered by ‘peak experiences’ brought on by near death, drugs, soul mate clashes and goodness, kundalini and non-dual frequencies. Souls engaged in the valley of dark nights and peaks of light days all contribute to the creation of the fourth dimensional awakening bliss mess storm.

The 4D matrix (if we could call it that and at least in the definition that we offer in SoulFullHeart) has both firestorm energy and calming/balming energy too. It is back and forth, up and down, openings and closings….chaos and finding center BOTH, sometimes in the same moments. It is made of both fear and of love, with the modulating choice points toward each represented in every moment. With the 4D matrix being such a tumultuous experience, it makes sense that parts of us would want to remain anchored to 3D reality…to the known, the safe, and the comfortable even as it feels also flat, dead, and limiting to our awakening soul.

These energies of love and light, though, they want to pull the 3D anchors out that show themselves in guardedness, defensiveness, anxiety and tension, conflict, self punishment. We feel in SoulFullHeart that these anchors are represented by primary parts and energies that we’ve identified as the Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, and Inner Mother/Father (depending on gender.) These aspects can be quite dominant in a personality or less so, depending on what our conditioning has been and stages/phases of awakening. They definitely seem to operate at some level in all of us as we all have needed for our own survival to create them. We’ve created a process to identify, connect, and differentiate from these core 3D energies (that often get bypassed or tried to be with spiritual frequencies) that we offer through weekly sessions with a SFH facilitator. The main frequency differences from 3D to 4D seem to have to do with the signatures of the soul coming into your awareness in 4D and that, ultimately, it WANTS to grow, change, and transform. It wants to see life differently and beyond what is offered by the 3D limited screening. It wants to be more than entertained and distracted and finding the next things to do as the 3D self is….it wants to go within, discover, BE, feel what is real, and let go of the anchors that densify reality. The 4D can be both the cocoon and the discarded carcass too….as the butterfly of YOU takes flight, finds wings, and experiences more and more the Infinite Love that you ARE.

Letting Love Flood Within You

Sometimes it feels like the heart opens, only to close again…

The waters of love can come in like a WOOOOSH that plunges through the already opening heart door, flooding the inside of your being on many levels… soul, heart, body, astral body… it’s a feeling as if the sky above you and the ground below you is opening up and all limits parts of you have held for yourself and your life are moving, floating away… out of reach.

Then, as parts of you begin to breathe into this new reality, the oil of past pain and trauma comes up as well. Sometimes it sits in your heart-bed, feeling unwell, feeling unfit to really claim and hold and have all of this goodness. It wants to shut it down somehow, or try to. And sadly, without consciousness around parts of you and how to be with them, it can feel nearly impossible to feel as if this desire to push away is really ‘you’ or not… and so, the goodness sometimes gets shut down, and life goes back to ‘business as usual’… or tries to!

Love wants to fill your being. It wants to flood you with its waters that are meant to bring up the oil of pain that still needs to be felt and healed. It wants to bring you to new places of Divine connection and experience. It wants to experience itself through the sacred human expression of YOU that inhabits its dualism and feels its oneness in incredible opening moments too. It doesn’t care or mind if you have parts that are afraid of its power, it wants to find its way to you anyways. And so, life circumstances continue to press you, inviting you back into you, to find the parts and seek your answers deep within, to find and feel why and how love has been kept out.

What is love inviting you to feel today? How is it pressing on the sacred door of your innermost and most vigilantly protected BEing? The INvitation to feel all of this more and more, is a constant and ever-moving one… and something that can feel like it has no final ‘goal’ or ‘end’. The truth is… it doesn’t, really. The potential for healing is endless, as you are endless, and the love that flows can only ever be endless too… ❤

We Are A Mysterious Love Story

Love stories captivate us because we can feel so much of our own desires and reflections in them. They represent our deepest yearnings and lived-in experiences. They help us to feel what it is that lies underneath that which is underneath. We ache for connection so that we can see and feel ourselves in ways we have hard time seeing on our own. So the story is also about us. Our own desire to feel the love within us that is solely about us. As this is cultivated through much inner work, the story seeks to hear itself through the heart of another.

We live in a love story. We are writing it everyday. How we run from it, dampen it, hide it, surrender to it, and dance with it. There are parts of us that are working extra hard each and every moment to keep from really feeling it because of its capacity to change everything in an instant.  The current stories we are living in other dimensions have a huge impact on how we are weaving this one together. Are we recapitulating some of the same themes over and over, or have we chosen to consciously rewrite the script to match what our highest timeline wants for us? What it is we ultimately want, but are too afraid to just ask for and pursue. There is a lot at stake for the part of us that has been keeping the story rolling just fine the way it is, even if it is suffering over it.

There is a timing of it all too.  The Divine, I am learning, truly knows best even if we haven’t the faintest clue of the whys. It is the work of feeling our inner world, going into the depths of our story consciously to see why we wrote it the way we did and if that is the way we want to continue writing it. We see things when we need to see them and when something else in the plot has shifted first. Not a minute before or a minute after. It is all perfect and all we are doing is giving it a little boost along the way by choosing to participate in this actively and with the awareness that we are in a mystery.

I write this as I have found my heart in a state of joy after really letting in the woman that has been in my life for the last 5 years, Kalayna Colibri.  We began as facilitants in SoulFullHeart, then had a few incarnations as mates, had months of non-contact, and then reemerged as close friends but always with that deep care that seemed to follow us where ever we were.  We could not go back into another romance for our inner stories had not been ready for it.  Other plot pieces needed to weave in and out, and we needed our own time to actively engage in healing the chapters of the “past”.  As we began to feel more of our own uniqueness and our own self-love could we begin to see each other in a new way than before.  We could feel how the love that was always there just needed to be put in a special place so other story lines could take their place.

I suppose the lesson in this for me is that you never really “know” what the Divine has in store for you or what blind spots you are given until it is time to be seen. What is true is that those blind spots are only removed as we continue to go into our own inner stories. As we begin to heal all the ways in which we continue to keep love at bay. It is through rereading our 3D story with all its cast of characters that allows us to really see what it is that we are truly needing to heal in order to let in more of the love that is sitting right in front of us. And for that I am infinitely grateful and amazed to be a part of this new chapter in our lives together.

You Are A Universe Of Feeling

You’re feeling a lot right now.

You may not think you are, but thinking is different from feeling. It comes from a different apparatus, one being the head and the other being the heart.

If you pause in any moment (like this one), for a moment….. to feel …..you can immediately get a sense of what you, or what a part of you is feeling, or maybe rather, resisting feeling. Being on Facebook is a big world of feeling, that you, as another big world of feeling are interfacing with.

But what specifically are you feeling right now?

What are you hoping to feel by continuing to take in my words? What drew you a moment ago to ‘go online’?

If you’ve been numbing down what you are feeling then asking that question will begin to open out your awareness to the world of feeling that you haven’t been feeling. It would begin with sensing the rumble of unfelt feelings from within, admitting desire, admitting boredom, or need, and admitting the feeling of not wanting to feel.

Every last one of us are a universe of feeling. We are energy, and we are in motion, and when you put those two together, we are e-motion, and then we get to our e-motives, the deeper stuff beneath all of the who’s, why’s, where’s and what’s content of our lives, to what is really going on at a deeper contextual core level of being.

What you are feeling is running your life, and while a part of you may feel that what you feel is ruining your life, those so called negative feelings are the first portal you are being given to enter your e-motional body, the primordial awareness ground of your being.

So there you have it, no special moment per se, but yet totally pregnant and interconnected with all that is, even as, and even especially as, it doesn’t feel that way to a part of you.

You are sooo much more than you’ve consciously known, but parts of you are in touch with this, and this explains a whole lot about the suppression and management of e-motion that’s happening in the background just off the radar.

Time now, to love it all with a generous curious heart that really wants to learn, love, and feel all there is to feel.

Nothing to fix or even to heal really, just a lot backed up waiting to be noticed and felt, and then whatever shifts occur as a result just lead to new feeling and new noticing…. In a world of infinite love, you’re not broken, and you’ll never actually be fixed or even finally declared healed, as you will always hunger for more of the infinity that you are and long for.

I felt a wanting to share today after and during an unusually intense few days of ‘working’ doing an online money gig doing some data entry. I was feeling all the feelings held by a part of me fueling this energy to work, wanting to be felt more than anything, and now I feel opened out and expanded to hold this part of me as I re-engage in the work, feeling the more that there always is to feel.

The Journey To New Pastures Of Growth And Love

There is a new ground wanting to ripen for you now. It’s calling your roots out of hiding, inviting you to plant them firmly in new soil. ‘New’ only in the sense of not having been lived in by you before… yet not ‘new’ at all, for there are others who have tilled it for themselves too for so long.

Out beyond everything parts of you have expected of themselves, well passed the flat expanses of ‘normal life’ that have held you in stasis, is a reality you’ve only begun to imagine for yourself… a reality where love flows and flourishes freely, pausing only to flood you and help you feel more of where it can’t quite get in. There are stuck places inside you of immaturity, of push-away towards goodness, of disbelief that love actually IS different than what parts of you have been taught it is directly and indirectly. In a pasture that you haven’t yet known, are your deepest, farthest-reaching places of healing and growth. It’s not a mental concept or construct, it can only be felt and experienced and lovingly challenged into being.

Those souls and hearts who have been in this soil before you, want to empower you beyond what parts of you have ever felt possible so far in your life. They want to empower without enabling, without caretaking what needs to be looked at, felt, deconstructed, loved UP… your soul somehow kNOWs the way, understands that it needs to lead and feels how much it wants to. It’s up to your parts, your personas, your willing heart, to feel what needs and wants to shift, what areas of life you especially need help with and illumination for, where love doesn’t seem to be flowing abundance and why love doesn’t seem to feel very nourishing, based on what you’ve lived of it so far.

It takes a lot… it takes a big soul, like yours, to say ‘yes’ to the desire deep within, that wants something different, wants transformation, wants fulfilment in the sweetest way. It takes a capacity to be with what isn’t desired, to find it within your heart to love it for what it was and what parts of you needed it for, and to move on to what awaits you next in the greener pastures of soul family, ever-expanding heart wisdom, and exponential service of love. ❤

‘Business As Usual’ Is Not So Usual: Letting Go Of 3D Anchors In Money/Livelihood And Relationships

‘Business as usual’ is not so usual anymore. The routines and patterns that bring a sense of safety and comfort are being interrupted and shifted by all these waves of high frequency light. And, if your life IS continuing to remain exactly the same, it could be that part of your 3D self is holding onto the patterns, routines, safeties, and the knowns for dear life, not wanting to let go, wanting to remain anchored to some degree still to 3D life. It could be a part of you that is understandably afraid to be untethered, free to fly and, therefore, also susceptible to crashing and burning.

Oh, those anchors and those hooks to 3D life can be so deep and invasive! They are what you can feel as ‘business as usual’…sometimes literally a business or a job or a career, especially if it is 3D-based, a long-term source of livelihood, and not serving your passion purpose expression of love here as felt and seen by you. The security and safety of these ‘means of income’ wants to be threatened and sorted out, so that you will start to let go and step out into a more trust-based relationship, 4D and higher frequency relationship to drawing your means of supportive energy in the form of money for yourself. Or, so that you will lean into a community of other resonant souls in a sharing money picture (as we do in our closest circle in SoulFullHeart)….or, with a sacred union mate for which you can collaborate and create your livelihood together.

Sometimes, the anchor to 3D ‘business as usual’ money earning has already been let go off and severed in many ways. But, maybe it was with harshness or suddenness. Maybe it was the rejection of a steady livelihood or 3D career or business in favor of living without true means of supporting yourself in a sovereign and consistent way. This can lead to ultimately compromising situations, such as moving in with birth family to support you as you ‘find yourself’ or to receiving money from the government because you are ‘disabled’ or ‘mentally ill.’ You have let go of 3D life in one way yet, actually, are now anchoring into a birth family safety (in the form of government aid in some cases) that provides another kind of anchoring.

This can be OK and even necessary for a phase, yet, the question becomes: is this way of receiving livelihood (love in the form of money) ultimately serving your higher expression of love here or is it settling, limiting, and/or confining you? Is it based on a picture of you being broken or needing fixing or not being able to manage in life? In some cases, the best service of loving yourself could actually be to get a ‘regular job’ in order to be able to fund the things that most feed your soul, allow you to be independent from family again, and move you closer toward your soul expression being the source of your livelihood here.

‘Business as usual’ also relates hugely to relationships in your life, which can very much have this normalized and flatlined sense about them if based in 3D frequencies of duty, obligation, routine, comfort, and familiarity. This can especially be true in long-term friendships, birth family, and romantic relationships where you are awakening and others are choosing not to. Relationships can and do provide a huge anchoring to 3D reality, which is needed for survival for your childhood and yet can then become have a hampering effect, a dampening on your awakening and growth. Shrinking to fit these long-term relationships can look like pretending to be the same around them ‘on the outside’ even as you are hugely changing on the ‘inside’ and ‘in private.’ Parts of your 3D self, especially the Inner Protector, can wear this mask very well and energize suitable and conforming energies to fit in with these relationships even when you are consciously unhappy in them as a soul/5D and higher self.

It IS possible to experience life as an arising wonder. Every moment open to the surprises and mysteries that could unfold if you can let your relationship to others AND to life and to love arise anew for you. The usual and normal give way to what Infinite Possibilities might bring to each circumstance and how they might be changed into the unexpected and even magical. In this arising wonder relationship to life, you no longer experience boredom and, when you do, you can feel the part of you that is still wanting to anchor to 3D life in some way and WHY they are. These textures of arising wonder happen when your higher self consciousness can come into your body, expanding your heart and opening your mind beyond ‘business as usual’ and into the sublime magic of All That Is.

The Desire For Love Underneath It All

Beneath the desire to predict, to plan for, to kNOw ‘what’s next’… is the desire for love.

Beneath the shadowy figures of men and women at the helm of leadership, who desire battles, who embody tremendous self-righteousness, who abuse and accuse others… is the desire for love.

Beneath the shut-outs, the push-aways, the cling-to-forevers…. is a desire for love.

Beneath your resistance to love, as expressed outwardly and inwardly, in words, in energy, in self-harm, in harm of others… is a desire for love.

And in that desire, all of the answers to questions of ‘why’ can be illuminated. And so much more can be felt, heard, seen, healed… loved.

It often feels as if the 3D world really doesn’t want love. Some might even say outright that they don’t want love, claiming that love really isn’t the answer, or that love is only for the fortunate. Deep unworthiness to receive and let in love in the truest, deepest sense, is surfacing more and more now. There is deep unworthiness in our leaders. Deep unworthiness in fear and war-mongering. Deep unworthiness, pain, sadness, woundedness, in our patriarchal expressions as men and women, in relationships, in ourselves, at work, at home, out in the world. In all ‘fights’ we choose to instigate or be a part of in some way, we are expressing resistance to love… and where love wants to move us, what it wants to illuminate for us, what it wants to remind us that we ALL are… LOVE, embodied, ever-present.

Sometimes love is even resisted with love… it is resisted in the sense of what it wants to bring you about your wounding, which can sometimes be most easily found by going into your shadow. It is resisted by the ‘twin flame’ picture, that offers more suffering than goodness, more clinging than letting go. It is resisted in all of the ways parts of you would rather not feel. Love cannot transform or move you to new heights unless a certain facade is allowed to be cracked.

The 3D world wants love, yet is afraid of what love really is. A catalyst, a river, a cliff, a flashlight in the dark, a path less travelled or never travelled before… and an end to the depths of human suffering, starting within.

IN-tegration Is Happening On All Levels: Messages From Guides/Aspects

“IN-tegration is happening on all levels,” I am hearing this while connecting with three of my guides/aspects in this now. These multidimensional aspects want to communicate with you, although honestly written word is SO challenging sometimes and right now in particular……so linear, so one word after the other. They (and I) would prefer instead to just transmit this to you on waves of love energies for your heart to take in, your mind to digest when it is ready, and your soul to just kNOW. I trust that it does go in this way on some level….

Connection with aspects of ourselves (from 3D to 4D to 5D to higher selves) seems to be more fluid, less veil there, easier to access with so much help from the higher frequency energies available to us. Whether you call them ‘past lives’, ‘parts of me’, ‘spirit guides’ or whatever doesn’t matter so much. Going within and JUST asking to connect with a curious and open heart is ALL it takes.

Being open to whatever happens after that, trusting that you’ll know when it is coming from love, letting your mind help yet not lead. Feeling the other aspects of you that feel unworthy to connect with your higher frequency aspects. There is no attainment in this, just a remembering and reclaiming of YOU. These BEings are not better or higher than you, yet, just represent other aspects of you returning to your consciousness again.

Each of these guides seems to offer messages of integration of energies that are available during this Equinox passage and beyond that invite you to feel different textures of your BEing. They are here to help you see beyond your 3D conditioning that flattens your perceptions of yourself and all of life into a limited feeling, five sense perception reality.

Angelic, you are. Magical, you are. Mysterious, you are. Emotional, you are. Connected to and coming from both Gaia and the stars. At ONE with the ocean and the galaxies. At ONE with your heart and your soul. At ONE with your roots AND your wings.

IN-tegration is breathing in the multidimensional aspects of your being WHILE holding space for the necessary rumblings of your deepest densities. Holding the hand of your inner child WHILE feeling your angelic wings unfurling. You CAN span all of that as your capacity as a sacred human is much more VAST than you can even imagine. This is what a healing heart can HOLD when allowed to open. IN-tegration is letting in the love that you already ARE. IN-tegration is allowing in ALL aspects of your BEing as you return, process by process, to wholeness again.
