Lunar Eclipse Energies: Feel/See Your Highest Timeline & Fears Of It Too

New possibilities… I feel them humming in the background of ‘everyday life’ with a frequency of soft invitation. Nothing is being forced in these moments. You may be experiencing activations, yet you can only ever be invited to step into the bigger container of soul and heart that they co-create with you, not pushed, though if parts of you have resistance to the invitation than it can feel this way to them. Awakening is growth and expansion and eventually, you become too big for the small container your parts have been used to feeling “OK” with in your relationships, job/career, healing path, etc.

‘Activations’, whether from lunar or solar energies, are awakenings into higher timelines… the highest being the one where there are no compartments needed and everything, every aspect of your life, can flow together in a beautiful (though sometimes messy) dance of integration. Maybe you can feel parts of you that are still wanting the compartments and are willing to defend the borders of each area of your life with any ammo they can find. Maybe you can also start to feel that each part who feels this way has good reason to fear the collapse of these borders that they have worked so hard to defend.

This coming full lunar eclipse on the 27th has an energy of feminine invitation… it’s a frequency that doesn’t force, yet illuminates and holds space. It’s an activation of the heart, a gentle flip of a switch on the heart-light, that helps you feel the parts of you that need to be felt through this whole process of Ascension and everything that is being brought to collapse or completion along with it, as well as everything that is being activated in the soul by SOULar energies. Along with feeling and being in relationship with these parts of you, comes the awakening to your highest timeline possibilities, the ones that have felt impossible or at least very far away before. Feeling the push-pull inside you when you feel the picture of your higher timeline opening out is important now, and the feminine helps you make room to feel all there is to feel while also taking steps toward inhabiting/embodying it.

Feeling the “I want it/I don’t want it” polarity dance inside of you is important, especially as you feel the powerful call into service of love and the call to feel your personal desires for your life too. The movement that comes from feeling your parts/Metasoul Aspects around this in a loving container held by you will go much deeper than any “quick fix” or looking only to outside sources to move it for you. The gift of finding that powerful healer within you whose ultimate superpower is the deep love of every part or aspect of you is one that WILL last and is the main ticket to that higher timeline flow you’ve been aching to truly be in.

Much love to you as these eclipse energies continue to flow in and encourage you to just feel… in this moment and every other moment that follows. ❤

Life’s ‘Perfect Storms’ Support You To Feel All You Need To Feel

The perfect life conditions offer us the ‘perfect storm’ to feel what we need to feel.

Parts of us pop-up like pop tarts in a hot toaster, when life offers us the right circumstances, the necessary temperature, for them to come up and out. If parts aren’t ready to ask for you to feel them, you won’t be able to tap into their reality. It’s like waiting for apples to ripen on the tree before you can pick them. A premature picking of unripe fruit does not encourage the digestive system to flow. So too with the digestive system in your emotional body…

This perfect storm of emotional reactions surfacing that were once well-buried or ‘handled’ differently (or not at all), are a tidal wave that can feel like overwhelm and craziness, yet sooner than you realize you wash ashore on a new beach, where you feel and meet a NEW you and feel more joy than before, more settled inside of yourself than before, though your heart may still feel raw for a time. It’s a process of becoming BIGGER than the fears and the resistances, by going through them, feeling them, being with them, not BEING them or all-out transcending them.

You couldn’t have come here to this place of intense feeling inside of you without life lining up the path for it. Even when you feel knocked off balance and like everything is akimbo, this is actually the perfect gift to get to know something deeper inside of yourself, to love yourself more on the other side of deep-seated tension and reactivity. There is a trust that is built inside of you, that can weather these storms and in fact may jump wholeheartedly into them, trusting where they are taking you next.

During these intense waves of feeling as if we aren’t in control, that something or someone else is driving the bus, you might want to write it off as an ‘entity’ or it being imposed on you by ‘bad energies’ or ‘Archons’. It’s not that these things and beings and energies don’t exist, but they can be used by parts of you as a scapegoat for something you need to take responsibility for inside of you and something that actually wants and needs you to go IN and feel what’s going on on the inside, not on the outside…

Life’s ‘perfect storms’ rock the boat in a huge, impactful way, and yet even when parts may feel shipwrecked, it really is just another path to your ultimate wholeness and healing and your triumphant return to the love that you are. ❤

Energies Support Seeing Where You Are ‘Now’, Taking Steps To Your Desires

It’s a rare person who can fully embrace where they’re authentically at in this moment on their journey… whether they are fully immersed in 3D or are consciously awakening, healing, ascending. Parts can tug and pull, wanting so badly to just be ‘there’ already, wherever ‘there’ is — a goal, a relationship, enlightenment. There is always something to desire and some reason to feel as if you’ll never get it and entitlement to these goals and desires can come up too, meaning that the steps to get there are not seen, embraced, or inhabited.

In this way, we fuse to parts of us that have a push-pull about life, about taking necessary and grounded steps, about somehow being with the gap between our desires and where we are/who we are right now.

The energies from the new moon and the eclipses are encouraging you to be where you are in a way that sees the steps ahead of you and can hold the parts of you that feel as if the goal posts keep moving. There’s a new level of maturity and growth being asked of you now. It’s asking you to see, with humility and grace, where you are in this moment. To REALLY see it and feel it. To feel what it is you really want to have or become that maybe isn’t ‘here’ yet. It can be so easy for parts of you to fall into the oubliette of forgetting the intentions in order to just find some level of satisfaction now… because ultimately they have a hard time believing that what they want is actually something they are supposed to and WILL have — IF they can be in the process of the arising 5D integration of your soul and sacred human heart and start to let in the journey of getting there.

These energies are helping to light up the footprints ahead of you too… there may only be one or two sets of them, yet they are there nonetheless. Meaning, there are others who have walked the path you’re about to tread. You don’t need to be a lone wolf forever, though parts may prefer that idea over the crucible of being in relationships with others or trusting different leaders/teachers and the wonders and challenges of that. A big challenge of looking at these footsteps and leaning into these leaders though, is of course the question of maintaining your sovereignty and YOUniqueness, but it’s also a challenge to not look at them and have parts of you become stuck in the mire of wishing to be where they are at, even before your own sacred steps have been taken.

Embracing where you are in this Now, feeling your journey and honouring it too… this is more challenging than it seems, yet, Divine, Celestial, Galactic support is here to help bridge you back to you and remind you that you are loved… always!!

This is all a reminder too that the journey is worth it — that there is no ‘winning’, ‘losing’, or ‘failure’ possible. Every single part of you that you’ll feel along the journey of even feeling THIS as true is worth it because they need to come along with you and they are part of you who are right Now. Every feeling is the roadmap and the markers are appearing right in front of you.

The Mirrors Of Real Love

In any true healing modality that leads to deep conscious transformation, there is a mirror that we inevitably need to face. It may be the Mirror of Validation and Being Seen. This one can feel really good to all the parts of that have yet to get that fully from within. From Self to self. It can also be really triggering as other parts may feel a little distrustful and doubtful of the goodness that is being bestowed as a defense to trauma and a lack of memorable experience in the True Love department.

There is another reflection, too, that is brought by the Mirror of Shadow. The one that parts have ‘unconsciously’ and strategically avoided due to there uncomfortable and unsightly nature. These reflections are just as hard to receive as they are to give. It is a growth edge for the recipient and the reflector, yet in this exchange is the well of Real Love. This can trigger some deep defensive reactions as we are being confronted with something parts of us have been blinded to for a very good reason. Even if the mirror is held in Love, we still may want to shatter it just so we can say we never saw it.

I have been given many mirrors in my process that have been difficult to let in. Even just recently in regards to the state of my previous living situation. There were places that were not kept up, maintained, and not fully cared for. There was a lack of reverence and respect of ‘self’ and ‘other’ from within me. It was not fully seen until the blind spot of defense was pierced through. This was a deep reflection of a fusion to parts of me that did not feel worthy of goodness and leadership, even as I am awash in both to the gills! This is how what we call our ’leading edge’ can illuminate what lies in our ‘trailing edge’. Where there is light, there is shadow.

I feel the vulnerability of this inside me. Of outing a personal process that has an effect on perception, yet it is this very outing that feels to be the root of the very thing that I am a part of leading. To truly lead, we must be willing to see and feel that which is not in the ‘lead of the ship’. Those things that we have still hidden in the hull and can weigh us down until brought out into the openness of the deck. To be fully loved and understood so that we can continue to arise into new territory within our own being that can shine a light to others.

This is the beauty and sometimes hard part of real love. The kind that doesn’t let the hidden and stuck places stay that way because others won’t let themselves stay stuck; who want and need the reflections as well for their own growth. That is catalytic healing and quantum service of love. This is the true ground of ascension when we are able to stare into the dark just as much as we love to stare into the light. I am grateful to be a part of it with those that care enough to keep it real with love.

Awakenings Invite Integration, Not Avoidance Of Life

Awakenings are not meant to be a ride into a ‘Neverland’ experience where you are exempt from life in some form because you have crossed into newly expanded consciousness.

Awakenings are an invitation into an integration of soul and body, spirit and matter, that is often SO challenging because you cannot pass through a birth canal without some oomph.

You still have to put your pants on and walk out your door… find ways to move through your life’s challenges with grace (though not always with ‘ease’), take phenomenal risks that maybe nobody who came before you in your 3D-based bloodline has ever dreamed of, maybe trip here and there, yet still find ways to come back to that YOU inside of you that your parts have been waiting for to show up consistently.

Not one area of your life can be avoided when on this path as love doesn’t caretake the compartments parts of you have carefully made for the phases of life in which they needed to make them. Awakenings open the doorway for love to flood your life’s compartments and your parts need you to show up for the pain this can cause them. This is a real, visceral sense of the integration invitation from awakenings… and it’s all held in something much, much bigger that you’re now getting a taste of.

And then, when you’re truly ready from the inside-out (NOT outside-in through certifications or any official word from anyone or anything outside of you) you WILL be called upon to embody this service of love you’ve been offering to yourself and offer it to others. And this… this will be the deepest, grandest awakening of all… That you are living into your healing in order to support and connect with others in their own… because we are all inescapably LOVE — made of love, bathed in love, and given love in every single moment of every single breath on this sacred and beloved planet we call “Gaia” and every single one of us, along with every single PART of us, deserves to remember and embody THIS to the deepest degree that they possibly can in this and any other lifetime. ❤

Be Transparent Within, Share Your Authentic Heart With The World

I’m really getting into this transparent sharing piece, especially because being a “young” woman leading something new in spiritual and emotional healing has meant that parts of me have been afraid on some level to be transparent, in case it’s seen as “too weak” or “not healed enough” in order to draw those I want to serve. This applies across the board to healers of all ages though. Until you’ve done the work to feel and heal the insecurities from the inside out, they remain there inside parts of you and play out sometimes in propping yourself up or posturing.

I feel as if there is a strong invitation right now though, to “come as you are”, whether you are a self-identified/life-identified “healer” or if you are seeking help and healing yourself.

Come as you are… powerful Biblical words in one way, but also a sweet way to feel yourself, your parts, your Metasoul Aspects too.

To enter into your own inner world, stripped of defenses, takes practice. There is an Inner Protector energy that may not want the way your inner world has functioned to shift or change at all. It doesn’t want to give up the ghost on the way he/she has been holding and protecting your other parts. You can almost think of this part as your inner President/Prime Minister, lording over the inner landscapes and keeping everything in order or even disarray if that’s where your life circumstances tend to lean. To feel your Inner Protector is a powerful way to enter the gateway of your own heart and parts, as it is and as they are right now. What’s the state of your inner country, your inner king or queen-dom? You can close your eyes and powerfully feel/see this right now if you want to. It’s illuminating, no matter what.

The more you visit with this energy inside of you and show up to feel and hold it and your other parts, the more it will start to trust your growing authentic/5D Self. The Inner Protector wants to hand the reign of your inner King/Queen-dom over to you, but they need to trust that you will consistently show up first.

Inner transparency and disclosure is what leads to a healthy navigation of disclosing more of the preciousness of who you are to your outer world, that so NEEDS you, by the way… this ascending world and all of the beings within it need your heart and soul to be in its powerful nakedness. There is nothing more beautiful, especially when you’ve already done this and continually do this within you too. ❤
