Inner Sacred Union Deepening, Outer Sacred Union ‘Engagement’!

The Lunar New Year/New Moon energy yesterday brought in a personal wave of NEW for Gabriel and I… after nearly 7 years of knowing each other, several relationship iterations (some romantic, some not) and now a year and a half of being in a deep Sacred Union together, we’ve decided to ‘get engaged’ and celebrate our next steps into even deeper union!! ❀

Earlier this week I had found myself moving through a sacred process of shedding my old relationships on an even deeper level. An old relationship to men that on some level was keeping my parts from really seeing Gabriel for the man he truly is. I felt deep tears as parts of me and Metasoul aspects too let go of another layer of him holding a ‘father figure’ and energy for them and let in Divine Father as the desired ‘father figure’ energy on a deeper level. I felt Father holding my parts as I moved through deep churning inside around the wounded masculine and how my parts have been personally affected by this energy and also how it has lived inside of me in my own masculine aspect.

In a way, this was a process of really letting in what I have with Gabriel in a new way. Coming out of these tears, I felt held by Father but also by the energy of Gabriel’s HIgher Self and essence, even though he wasn’t even home to witness my tears in person. I felt the heat of his warm heart bath, the beacon of light that he IS after years of deep and ongoing inner process to suss out the wounded masculine within and BE in LOVE with it within himself as it transmutes.

I realized after the dust had settled in my purging heart and soul field that I really wanted to marry this man… to celebrate our union and to make a deeper commitment. There’s a way that we could see marriage as something strictly 3D, but it isn’t strictly 3D beyond the legal paperwork. It represents something to parts of us but also facilitates a movement in our souls that brings in more lifetimes/timelines for us to feel together and individually. It activates the deeper union that we ‘know’ together in ways we haven’t explored yet, even the tougher ones to feel that aren’t so romantic.

It’s with an excited and FULL heart that I announce this engagement in my own way today… it’s with so much LOVE that is flowing inside of my heart, soul, and body that I share a piece of my process around letting this in. The journey into and through this sort of relationship is worth the discomfort of feeling the places of ‘yuck’ that help you let it in more at the end of the day. It’s worth the risk of losing it just to claim it all over again, starting inside between parts of you that have yet to claim each other. And, it’s worth the journey of healing and learning, yearning and aching, shaking up the old inside to let in the NEW… ❀

My beloved, my “friend”…

In many lifetimes of long due USness

and overdue claiming

We meet each other in this bliss mess dance

of Sacred Union.

Beyond blessed I am

As the Queen I am BEcoming

because of YOU,

with YOU,

as I lean in

and our dreams connect

in this swirl and dance

of overflowing service.

I have never met a King like you before

I have never been the Queen I AM now

because of the water I take in

living in your precious heart-garden.

You are the King of my heart

The bastion of deeply committed healing

My SoulFullHeart Journey: INvitation To Feel & Heal Through This Work

When I started to deeply feel parts of me back in 2012, I had that distinct feeling of awakening to something you can’t ever turn away from again. I suddenly had children, inner children, to take care of and take responsibility for. I suddenly wasn’t only the energy of a 20-something and could feel how there were so many other energies, both younger and older, inside of me that were breaking down my heart door in a clamor to be felt!

I quickly met my wounded Inner Child and Inner Teenager. I even met my Gatekeeper/Protector pretty much immediately, as this energy really needed the floor to be felt in all of its years of leading me and parts of me into the fray of β€˜seeking’ and never fully finding or being found. This energy needed a ton of mirrors to be able to see it and feel it as separate from me. These mirrors were not always easy to look into… especially with being a β€˜20-something’ who had just recently graduated university and shifted outer geographies and was still building a self-image as well as spiritual entrepreneurial ideas.

It’s been nearly 7 whole years since my journey into SoulFullHeart’s version of β€˜parts work’ began for me and since then I have met with many different Metasoul aspects of me from other lifetimes, many galactic aspects from different star systems and so on, and many, many different parts of me. This journey was easy to take on, but not always easy to deepen and for different phases I needed to take β€˜breaks’ from it, which served to actually help me integrate what I had moved, felt, begun to heal deeply.

Today I am honoured to facilitate this work, to help others open it out inside of themselves and guide them through the sometimes rather rough terrain of really choosing to feel and heal. I get to help others find and feel not only their wounds but their high-vibes too. I get to be a part of this journey alongside them and that is what I treasure!

I hope to see and feel you engage in your journey with this and with us, my beloveds and I, in our wonderful and awe-inspiring community… whether I get to facilitate you directly or just feel you in group sessions online or in person, I look forward to that. I look forward to feeling tears and joys with you and you with me.

Energy Update: β€˜Peak Fear’ Moves Into Love From Within

Energy update: the New is here… as much as you’re ready to let it in. Yes, it’s exactly like that song by John Lennon that goes, β€œwar is over IF you want it”… if the parts of you that are ready for the battles to end and the fighting to no longer be their primary filter of reality and relationships are ready to let something new in. A new sense of Love and how it infuses and moves through life without a need for sword and dagger.

It’s not so much a matter of asking us to β€œturn the other cheek”. As I receive this message this morning, I feel it more as an invitation to advocate for your boundaries as needed, even with charge if that’s real for you, but to be willing to feel the impact of your truth and the impact other’s truths have had on you. It’s an invitation to bring our truth with courage and vulnerability, both. And yes, they both can live in you without conflict, as long as the parts of you that have been hurt and even harmed get felt and are held by a growing YOU of heart, soul, and sacred spine too.

Any energy of being β€˜against’ is being flushed up to be seen, heard and felt. Parts of you may be good at finding the next righteous battle to fight or protest to walk with. Anything β€˜against’ brings in more of this energy and doesn’t actually break the cycle of harm and abuse. Being with the new reality where this is no longer needed doesn’t relieve us from feeling the cries of the world, yet, what are the cries of your inner world? If we are to evolve and ascend beyond war being a major focus of our human and also galactic consciousness, we have to start within.

This is absolutely a year to really bring everything inward and continue to work it all in your heart and soul. This invitation has always been here, but now that the time of peak fear is underway, perhaps this invitation will start to ring clearer for so many more of us and more consistently too. β€˜Peak fear’ means we are at a huge potential turning point… and that the turn to love as the greatest, most important reality, is here and happening!

Readiness For Awakening To Love

There’s a readiness for receiving pure love even if you feel unready… even if parts of you feel like some other condition has to be met on the inside or outside because this is what they’ve been taught to believe about love.

It’s actually in feeling the vulnerability of not being β€˜ready’ for it that most invites it in.

Love is Ascension… and Ascension IS love.

You’re enough… your parts are enough. Even in their struggles to feel like they are β€˜good’. Even in their contention and resistance to where your awakening and Ascension journey wants to take you next.

You can always receive love. You can always dive in and find the opening inside that can even let just a smidge of it in right now.

Love is actually what we live and breathe. It is the plasma of life around us in our atmosphere. It is the ground in which we grow our food. It is the warm blanket we wrap ourselves in for comfort and the clothes we choose to put on our backs or offer for the backs of others.

Attainment and deep awakening looks and smells different for everyone. It’s not meant to be uniform. It’s not meant to be expected or prepared for. It’s all about returning to love consciousness and how it lives, breathes and expresses in our shadow and light. In the positive and negative. In the masculine and feminine. In polarities of emotions and matrices of consciousness.

We can’t know our next place of deep movement back into love… but we can definitely let in that this unknown is the ride and journey of it and let in the surprise of how it moves in our lives next. ❀️

This is day twenty-eight of 33 in my daily video series called Deepen. In today’s video, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri joins me to talk about sacred feminine healing for women. As I’ve been offering in this video series, there are key areas of self exploration that can lead to the arising of your sacred femininity. We talk aboutΒ how individuation from your birth mother templating and working with your Inner Mother is a key aspect of this. Another important self love exploration is with your sacred sexuality, your Yoni space, and clearing of sexual trauma and abuse frequencies from this life and other lives.

Discovering what the feminine is in authentic expression is also about feeling into what isn’t feminine, yet rather wounded masculine expression. This comes forward through expression of usually masculine parts such as the Inner Protector, Gatekeeper, Inner Punisher, who heal into healthy masculine frequencies of guidance, right action, discernment, ability to set boundaries etc. The healing of your wounded feminine in forms such as your Inner Child and Inner Teenager is also an important aspect of moving into wholeness of integrated feminine expression.

In the meditation today, Kalayna leads us into an exploration of a sacred feminine healing circle through experience of Divine Mother frequencies. Kuan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Sophia, and Dark Mother join you to connect their healing frequencies with yours. Your wounded feminine parts and masculine Protectors also come into the circle to receive Divine Feminine love.

Gabriel: Rebirthing And Arising King Of Heart… Happy Birthday!

I don’t think we will ever fully understand this unraveling mystery of us… our connection that somehow keeps opening out, even with moments of tension, fear, and remembering the poignancy of what we have together. We have walked out many crucibles individually and as a couple too, including years of moving through different forms and depths of connection in our relationship together.

I feel how far we’ve come… how far you’ve come as a leader, a King-man, a lover, and heartist, and how that keeps everything alive! You’re in a new phase of really wearing your crown and showing up as the WayShower through the shadowland that you ARE. I have never met anyone who loves their shadow more than you, beloved. You have been so courageous and willing to keep going in and not faltering in that quest. I deeply admire and love you. I feel my parts appreciating your light and your encouragement, overflowing from the ways in you love love and encourage your own parts to keep showing up and keep feeling. Your beacon is lighting up… your inner space is broadening to let in more of those you’re meant to serve through this being that you are and keep becoming more of every single day.

Lunar Eclipse Supports Feeling Shadow of Polarizations, Invites Unity

Last night while witnessing the moon’s eclipse and feeling it hanging very close to my field, I was struck by a feeling of emerging sisterhood in my life and process, yet also the potential for it worldwide.

Yet… the temptation for many seems to still be that the way to unify is in anger. The way to find our common ground is to get pissed. To rage. To march. To condemn the masculine… in men yet also in each other. This is masculine versus masculine in the end, leaving the world inside and outside of us without any room for the sacred masculine AND feminine to unite and make love.

Pointing fingers, protesting, arguing without care of where and how it lands in each other is a phase of our relationship to each other that wants to move into something new. It’s a deep shadow expression of our fear of actually loving ourselves and each other. It’s a fear that the cycles of pain will continue while we continue to become a cog in the wheel, contributing to this cycle with that same fear. Real intimacy brings up a lot more than anger and push-away. It brings up tears and vulnerability, it brings up what’s underneath the rage and presses the heart to open in order to keep giving and receiving nourishment.

This picture of relationship I’m describing is not idealized or impossible… I get to live this every day, I get to be challenged by the presence of others who want to keep this flow going within themselves and with me, I get to feel and meet the challenge of continuing to move through my resistance to love and to keep letting it in… knowing full well that doing so means walking into fires of personal funeral pyres as the old way of approaching life and others passes away, and also knowing that it means getting to experience the heaven of a deeper and easier love flow than I’ve ever experienced before.

Even last night… sharing intimacy with my mate Gabriel, feeling his admiration of myself, my body, my heart and soul, I felt my admiration for his and let his male gaze into every pore. I felt so many tears come up and out like a fountain, feeling the pain of my soul and heart in relating to the masculine in ways that weren’t nourishing on either side and feeling afraid of it. Feeling the pain of a collective of women and what they’ve experienced and also the pain of the men who have not ever been initiated into how to make real love with a woman and what it feels like to be truly met or felt on their side either.

The more energy that’s spent in blame-game shaming and pushing away at each other, the less opportunities we create for the deep healing and nourishing intimacy that’s possible, that wants to bloom and blossom starting between parts of you that are polarized to each other but who want love more than anything else in this world. Starting to see and feel these dynamics within is the best and most profound way to shift what you draw in your outer relationships and what you start to see is really possible with each of them. ❀️

Processing Rage Into Passion With Care

Rage sometimes pours out like volcanic lava, ready to burn and melt down, create a reset or reboot as it moves through. We’re barely into 2019, yet already we are feeling what it’s pushing up… more to look at within, more to feel rage at but then find the real hurt and vulnerability underneath it. Anger and the parts that feel it need to be validated. It’s meant to help elucidate what isn’t ok anymore, what needs boundaries set around it, and what needs shifting in any area of your life.

Rage can also become an addiction, like anything else. It can be used by parts of you to self-medicate and avoid feeling vulnerability. It can also be used to avoid feeling others and your impact on them, which, even though they may answer your anger with their own and not seem impacted in a deeper way, they have been… as have you. Your anger has impact on your parts too, especially the ones that do feel more hurt and sadness, self-consciousness, ache for love.

There’s nothing to control here, but there’s a ton to feel and keep feeling. There are so many questions to keep asking. The fire of anger and frustration is needed in phases of awakening and moving forward in your life, yet ultimately it wants to be transmuted into passion and taken in the direction of creation, not destruction. The direction of love… heart-centered and fulfilling.

We cannot skip this step of truly feeling it and getting the good stuff on the other side of it. There’s so much it needs to rumble with yet also so much it needs to shift into as the dust and ashes settle on the new ground being birthed within. The rageful warrior inside holds an invitation to move into a role of ambassador of heart and soul, dropping the sword and baring the heart. This is important to remember, even as the fire burns you up from the inside and wants to spread into your outer world too.
