Energy Update: Body Toxicities And Clearings Coming Up As Supermoon Energies Increase

You may be feeling these incoming Supermoon and Eclipse codes coming into your body already! This could be flushing up, bringing up, and purging up what needs to be let go; clearing toxicities out of your ‘every living cell’, as I’ve been offered this ascension process is doing and offering. I am hearing from people that they are having more intense experiences of FLU symptoms, nausea, sore throat, energy/heat surges and flashes, headaches and overall body pains and tensions, ‘INfections’, congestion, and more since the first Supermoon at the beginning of January.

The pattern of experiencing this physically often goes along with cosmic events, such as portal and gateway openings, to reflect what is happening in our inner cosmos too. Yet, the upcoming Supermoon, the second one this month, plus an eclipse is A LOT of Divine Feminine energy to digest into our energy fields and, therefore, for our bodies to receive too.

These Divine Feminine frequencies are coming in to offer illumination and revelation. She is holding the space for deaths and rebirths, transitions and shiftings into the new, exposure of shadow frequencies in hearts and souls and bodies to receive healing under the light of love. This process seems to include what has been ‘stored’ in the bodies and in the chakras (which are intimately connected to the body and all of its organs and cells as we ARE energy.) Our bodies are the densest aspect of our BEing by necessity as they form our ‘earth suit’ of survival here. Your Inner Protectors can ‘fuse’ to your physical bodies, as they are supported to do by 3D conditioning. This part of you can often feel that they ARE your body without much connection to your more expansive consciousness. This over identification creates a layer of resistance and fear that is sourced within your body.

Most Protectors seem to be ‘based’ in the third chakra or solar plexus/belly area or personal will chakra. The third chakra can be our main 3D energy processing chakra and we are now moving into processing energy/reality through our higher heart, which seems to be a blend of the fourth or heart chakra and the fifth/throat chakra. As the third chakra is receiving new codes of healthy self empowerment and surrender to the Divine, toxicities come up to be removed, often manifesting in nausea and even vomiting. As the higher heart starts to receive energies, it can seem like it is ‘burning’ too and the lungs kicking up and coughing up toxicities as well.

It does seem to help soothe the body to connect with your Protector directly to feel what their concerns and fears are about the ascension process. OF COURSE they may feel attached to 3D life and the processing grounds through the body that they have become familiar and comfortable with. Inner negotiation with this part of yourself can OPEN up more surrender and trust to the process and lessen the body symptoms.

Connection to the deeper feelings coming up in your emotional body that then manifest as body reactions also often gets to the ‘deeper’ causes. Rather than just writing all body symptoms off as ‘part of the ascension process’, being open to feeling what is going on and BEing with it allows for them to clear and move. Other things that seem to help soothe these symptoms of code integration and detox are connection with the Divine Mother/Divine Feminine guides through meditation; listening to high vibrational solfeggio music; cleaning your chakras and activating your ascension chakras; feeling what your body wants to eat and what it no longer can tolerate; taking in sunshine (more codes yet it seems to help with integration as you surrender to letting them in); and grounding to Mother Gaia through a grounding cord connection. There is an aspect of this body detoxification and purging that is JUST part of the ascension process. It represents ALL the toxicities we have taken in living in 3D reality; all the densities and layers that parts of us have needed to create and cling to in order to survive here. Holding with surrender and curiousity what is manifesting in your body, even as it is temporarily uncomfortable and even painful, allows for a self loving space for the experience and the eventual INtegration.

Energy Update: Inner Supermoon Illuminates And Dissolves Your Defensive Layers

As we approach the Lunar Eclipse and second Supermoon for this month, you can feel the energies ‘ramping’ up. You could call this ‘portals opening’ and certainly it can look this way with your third eye. AND, I have been taking pictures of the sun during these gateways and portal openings offering energy download and code activations in which it actually looks like a portal. The physical ‘proof’ of this portal as reflecting in our sun serves to bridge to the 3D parts of us that still want and need that kind of link to what is happening in the cosmos with physical manifestation.

Your trust may be growing lately in what exists and can be felt much beyond the mind, beyond the five senses, beyond what you have been conditioned in 3D schools to believe as ‘real’. This trust grows as you connect more with your Higher Self (or Metasoul – individuated soul source) and these higher dimensional frequencies come into your consciousness. You experience this through altered states during meditation especially as you go within to discover the WORLDS there are to explore, find, and take in that exist much beyond the five sense limiting filtering system.

You can trust more too as you feel the parts of you that have been anchored to 3D reality and WHY they have been. Your Inner Protector had to form a shield and armor in order for you to survive here. Similar to putting on an atmospheric suit if you were to go explore on the moon’s surface, you needed a protective shield of density to be here in 3D. This protective shield creates layers of dense coverings over your energy field, over your heart chakra, over your emotional body, over your physical body. It is to protect you and exists for self loving reasons. These layers of protective coverings can make it more difficult to feel a transactional heart flow of love within yourself, in relationships with others, and with the Divine.

Yet, as you awaken, cracks of light start penetrating this protective suit. Trickles and sometimes storms of love water flood the suit and start to erode it away. The guardedness drops as you let in more and more love and light ascension energies such as what are being offered in this now. As you are in relationships which support and amplify this love exchange and make it safe to drop the defenses, the Protector can let go of the protective shield and trust love more. Your 5D Self (or your Higher Self coming into your body) is able to be in multiple dimensions at the same time, vibrating in joy, being porous to all feelings that are going on, bridge for all parts of you to the present moment without the need for the anchoring ‘suit’ of protection.

The moon energies support the illumination of this protective suit and getting to know it as a separate energy…..to become intimate with it in order to invite it into love. The Divine Feminine offers compassion and forgiveness to ALL parts, including the Protector and even the Inner Punisher too (that such harsh critic sometimes). The Divine Mother provides a re-templating of the wounded frequencies that we received. Acceptance and OKness with all of our feelings, shadow aspects, karmic patterns, and holding space for them to be felt and moved with and by love.

These energies have a feeling of rumble to them as well. Rumblings of desires and higher consciousness moving through the grounds of your life. These rumblings can bring deaths and letting go, which eventually lead to rebirths. Even your Protector can want these death and rebirths as it so desperately needs and wants to rest from guarding you and parts of you. The Divine Feminine shakes your life up with love so that you can see and feel all the pieces as they scatter about and choose if you still want them to ‘land’ in the same places and the familiar configurations.

There is an allowance and necessity for letting in, for integration, for going within to digest. There is a need for goodness, softness, compassion and self care. If you have difficulty accessing and providing yourself these frequencies, you probably have a masculine part of you (again, like the Protector) that is coming in to do, to judge, to conform, to maintain. Negotiation with these parts of you can allow for the feminine to come into your BEing more…….softening, enlightening, and soothing.

Your inner Supermoon wants to shine light onto all the fields of your life and illuminate what needs your attention, focus, and choice points. Your inner Supermoon reflects the BIGness of your BEing that can hold so much more than you might realize or even imagine, plus illuminates the edges and boundaries that currently limit your soul expression. Your inner Supermoon gives you a sense of what can be revealed when you are willing to look, open to feel, and surrendered to love.

Your Gatekeeper: Guardian Of Your Metasoul/Other Timeline Aspects – Day 24: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 24 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I talk about the 4D (and higher) energy and Metasoul aspect called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper is the upstream expression of the 3D Protector. As your 3D protector is connected with and begins to rest more from this life experiences and traumas, your Gatekeeper can begin to reveal themselves. The Gatekeeper is the aspect of our Metasoul that keeps the veil of amnesia in place, guarding the ‘doors’ and portals of access to all of your Metasoul sisters and/or brothers (fractals off of the same individuated soul sources that express out in many timelines).

The Gatekeeper is often overwhelmed by this ‘duty’ and feels disconnected from Divine Source, other Gatekeepers, Angels, and higher dimensional frequencies. Bleed throughs from different Metasoul timelines (particularly those with a lot of karma) come through and ‘fuse’ into the Gatekeeper’s energy. They often first present to you as one of these timelines.

I talk about my process with my Gatekeepers over the years and how they have shifted to strongly masculine warrior frequencies to eventually feminine bridging energies. The Gatekeeper shifts from guard to guide; they become a more and more pure channel of Divine love, access to Higher Dimensional Frequencies, Akashic Records (which are ‘contained’ in your Metasoul line), and more.

Integrating 5D Consciousness States Into Everyday Living: Day 23: 33 Days Metamorphosis W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

In today’s video, Day 23 of this 33 Day Metamorphosis series, I respond to some questions that I’ve been asked lately in beginning sessions with people. I talk about integrating higher consciousness states in 5D with everyday ‘walking around’ life. I describe examples from my daily live in which I have experienced these ‘altered states’, which become more and more normal states. States such as kundalini surges, non-dual drip lines, and general ‘loose brain’ mode.

I offer that it has been intimacy with Raphael; intimacy with my Metasoul sisters with access to these frequencies; intimacy within community that offers these altered states as well. Your Protector can keep you from experiencing these states in a flowing way because there may not be ‘room’ in your life, i.e. related to your jobs, your family, your relationships, etc.

I make a connection to what you are choosing in your life in every single moment in every day directly connects to the consciousness state that you experience. What you are saying ‘yes’ to and what you are saying, ‘no’ to.

Teleportation Through Third Eye, Imagination, Emotional Body Healing

Where do you want to go? Your consciousness can take you there, wherever, whenever. Connecting with higher dimensional aspects of your Metasoul/Higher Self can take you there. Feeling the parts of you that are anchored to 3D reality and helping them let go can take you there. Activating your Ascension Chakras to open UP to galactic and cosmic energies can take you there. Letting go of your 3D conditioned mind’s tight, tight grip on reality, overlaying grid that makes it challenging for wonder to flow through can take you there. Healing your emotional body and the undigested traumas can take you there. Kundalini and Non-dual frequencies coming into your BEing can take you there as parts of you allow for these to come in more.

This is teleportation. Teleporting to other dimensions, other galaxies, other realities, beginning in the super conscious mind, in the ‘imagination’, in the third eye. Someday we will take our bodies too as Star BEing technology is offered to us that allows us to do this. For now, we have the gifts of our soul that kNOW how to do this and BE this teleportation.

It helps to be in the Now moment, close your eyes, use Solfeggios or other music, dedicate the time without outside distractions…..go within. The practice of this going within opens up the inner landscapes. It turns on your personal teleportation ‘device’ from within. It fires up your Merkabah – light body vehicle anchored to 5D and higher – that can take you ANYWHERE you wish to go.

During teleportation visits and shamanic journeys during meditation, I travel many places and to many dimensions. Once I was teleported to a room made of stars…not really a room as there were no walls. A place made of stars where higher selves were hanging out. I had conversations with some of them, souls that I needed to connect with and understand where they were coming from beyond what their conscious personality would tell me. I have been doing this since I was a very small child and, back then, I called it ‘make believe’ or ‘play pretend’.

My ‘make believe’ world has always been very rich….it continued into my adulthood and only stopped when it transferred from ‘fantasy’ to multidimensional travel. I feel that I was born with my third eye quite activated and Divine love awakened/realized, although it took me until my early 30s to really own and see this. Some people would say and have said (those fused to 3D reality) that I still make it all up or it is all fantasy what I am offering about the ascension process and my personal experiences. I am ok with feeling that I ‘make it all up’ as what a wonderful thing THAT IS! I certainly hope that we all make up our reality as that is where our POWER Is.

In the star room (and other super conscious landscapes) I feel like I can breathe. This is my home frequency. The rest of the time I am bridging 3D with this more natural reality that my soul has experienced more than the 3D one.

Where do you want to go? Back to the womb? To other lifetimes and timelines? To the akashic records? To what we call ‘Golden Earth’/5D frequencies? To Inner Earth? To other planets? It is a relief from 3D reality, the density, the earthboundness, the five senses, to go away on adventures in the etherics, to have conversations beyond what the conscious personality or 3D self can track and understand. You can remain grounded to the earth and go on these adventures. Gaia likes to hold space for them it seems.

Dare to be ‘deluded’. Dare to ‘make it all up’. Dare to be in what feels like fantasy for awhile. The rewards are ongoing integration of these realities into your walking around one. The gifts are a return to the frequency where you feel like home, where you feel love, where you feel the Infinite Possibilities that exist in every moment to BEcome sacred human!

This is a photo taken of a rainbow ring around the sun that came out during a group energy healing session on Sunday. It seemed to offer a support to our growing commUNITY and the GOOD work of healing the heart, soul, energy field that we were engaged with that day and ongoingly.

Birthing Day Of The Higher Heart

Today this body took in its first breath of air 47 Earth years ago. This veiled consciousness began a new journey to experience itself through this body and with those that it came in contact with. This heart began a fresh start seeking the joy and love that the soul itself has been yearning to integrate into Its Now. It is special day to let in from my own personal perspective as it is a day that celebrates a universe within. A day that celebrates all of life.

While everyday is a birthing day as we arise new in every moment in our essence, this day is a reflection of our own personal human story. It is a demarcation of where we have been, where we are now, and where we want to go all in this moment. It is a time where the spotlight shines a bit brighter upon your importance, both with your inner emotional world and to those that surround you. It taking the time to be with yourself and to feel all the parts of you that have worked so hard at this particular life.

Even in the hardest of times our birthdays can highlight the most integral part of our journey and where we are needing and wanting to go despite what other parts of us may feel about that. It is our inner magical child that so much wants to be felt and have expression. It is our own personal Christmas. A christening of our higher self into the body of our humanity. To our wounded parts this is a day to be felt from self to self, and if fortunate enough from self to other in deep resonance.

I take in the blessings that I have been offered and those that I have worked hard for. I am spending the moment in awe of the places in myself that I have been and still desire to go. I feel where I have given light and love to many and received so much in return. I light the candles within and share them with the world, for these candles are eternal and can never be blown out. I open my heart to let in the love from others with humbled gratitude for what they reflect and mean to me.

This day marks another evolution into my Higher Heart. The one that is meant to serve and be served. To love and be loved. To experience and be experienced. I am grateful for all that I have been through for they have lead to this moment of blessing and self-awareness. I am grateful for all of those that are in my life and have made such a huge impact on this particular soul. Thank you to those that have been on this journey with me through my writings and have offered so much love and appreciation.

Going Yin: The Quest Of The Inner Grail

“Coming home to your Self is the reunification of your Selves. It is the Holy Grail of the inner quest.”

Enjoyed some much needed Me time yesterday. Being in intimate romance and community, there are times when it is so important to have a space to ‘catch up’ with my Self and my selves. Without some dedicated Me space, I can feel parts of me get a little ornery and start to poke at me. It has come up as a recurring theme inside me about sovereignty and having my own unique expression and journey. It felt like a masculine rumble inside me being in such a feminine offering. However, it is the desire of the feminine for the masculine to rise into his authentic power and healed expression into a co-creative endeavour.

From the masculine in me there is this need for a quest. This has expressed itself in an outward fashion for soul aspects of me. The need to go in search of a Holy Grail that would be the catch all for what is lacking on the inside. As I felt into this with my metasoul brethren, it was clear that what has been needed is a reuniting of these aspects into one place and to join together in an inner quest of self-discovery of the depths of my BEing and the fear places that hold my own Inner Grail.

Over the years I have met many metasoul aspects from different timelines. They have been mostly human in form and have had some galactic self awarenesses over the past few months. I can feel how the entry into a deeper connection with these aspects will come as I have integrated more fully the aspects I have already met. This was the intention that set for myself for the day.

It started by going to a creative visual place and calling these souls to a sacred place that I have created inside myself as MY place. It is a sacred grove of sequoia trees that has a round table in the center of exquisite design. It was there that I met them all for the first time in one place. It is a magical experience to feel the multidimensionality in reunion. Tears fell from joy and not pain. I could feel myself in them as they in me. We are beginning to connect in deeper conversation and feel the merkaba that it is creating inside. They include a Roman soldier, a Scottish King, Lancelot from Camelot, a Native American Shaman and warrior, as well as a Reptilian commander and a Sirian aspect among emerging others.

This is looking to form as a band of brotherhood that seeks communion with the inner feminine. To explore the depths of the deeper fear places and enter into the realms of the forgotten ‘other’ realms that exist beyond the 3D mind. Extending the beacon to my Star Being and Angelic selves and feeling the veil that has been thinning between us. This is the ‘real’ journey to my parts. The kind of thing that gives new life to the process of Going Yin, as I have referred to it.

I share this because it is something that is so magical to me and is meant to be shared. It is a beacon to others as an example of the power and beauty of the process of selves discovery and reunification. The expansive nature of embracing our humanity as we embody our divinity and galactic ancestry. SoulFullHeart is a container and a reflector for this ongoing descension that lights our ascension. A cosmology of the heart. I look forward to sharing more of my personal process as it arises and feels important to do so.

The new year of 2018 has been off to a big start energetically. The masculine and feminine codes are swirling together to offer activations and a birthing of a new You. SoulFullHeart co-creator, Jelelle Awen, offers her heart open and invitational words of what this year has in store for all of us. There is a gestation period that is meant to move you from the old into a new frequency of your highest heart and calling. There is much to feel and connect with inside that is ready to move and open up to more love.

“This gestation has been challenging at times and maybe continues to be. This gestation has felt like a void at times with nothing there and little sense of what could possibly fill up what has been emptied out. Sometimes you can feel the womb that you are in and the Divine love energy that is holding ALL of this process and you. Sometimes parts of you may feel abandoned, left ‘behind’ and left out, disconnected from the Divine parental energy that actually is ALWAYS there for you. Sometimes parts of you need to thrash out, say ‘no more’ to the old 3D ways that may still anchor and tug. And then, return again to the womb, to the comfort of the place where you can rest in what you are becoming.”

Embrace Your Humanity As You Embody Your Divinity

“Your willingness to fully embrace your humanity is your ability to fully embody your divinity”

As human beings we are connected so viscerally to our feelings. In this dimension we experience a wide range of them that bring us to the height of ecstacy, and to the depths of despair and terror. There is a fullness of experience that lies in between. It is why we came here. To fully embrace all that our human-ness has to offer. We needed as a consciousness to forget our nature in order to experience it all. We came to learn and live.

There was always an inherent risk in this, but the fail-safe has been the reality that we have been and always are held in Love, no matter where our emotive winds blow us. The key to this fail-safe is our willingness to feel it all. To be willing to go into the depth of our human experience and feel ALL that is has accumulated is what leads us the doorstep of our divinity.

We can access these high divine frequencies. They are what holds the exploration into the shadowlands of our wounds and darkness. These lower frequencies are our Earthling or 3D human selves. They are the anchors that keep us from truly and significantly embodying our more Gaian or 5D Sacred Human Self. These denser energies make themselves evident in their recurring nature and are messages that we have more healing to do. They are the beauty and tenderness of the Inner Teenager, the unfelt pains of the Inner Punisher, and the heirloom legacy of our Inner Mother and Father.

Your willingness to fully embrace your emotional body is negotiation with the part of you that is very protective of it. It is through a conscious relationship to your internal defence that you can begin feel, heal, and integrate all that has been waiting for you. The metasoul aspects that hold deep soul pain and soul gifts too. As you do, more room is made inside you to bring in more permanently the higher states of your soul consciousness and Christ Heart. This what I imagine is the transformation from carbon to crystal.

It is through feeling and holding all the parts of you that are in curiosity, in pain, and in fear that leads to the greater purpose of embodying all the magic and love that you ARE and meant to BE. You are opening the doors to your multidimensional angelic YOU. You are living into your highest expression of your sacred masculine and feminine in balance and in union. You have remembered your wings and it is time to fly.

Message From Mother Gaia: Heal The ‘Pollution’ From INside

Plenty of heart-opening experiences to go around lately! Especially in connection to Gaia in various ways, which I only just realized this morning when drawn into meditation with Her. There is an ongoing invitation I can feel for all of us to continue connecting with Her, as she is reaching out to connect to us as our deepest Mother experience on this planet through her profound and effortless life-giving and love-offering arms.

I felt something begin while at the beach yesterday afternoon, taking in light codes through the sun here in Mexico, and very much connecting with the sounds of the ocean and the birds nearby. I have not had many non-dual experiences yet, but I found myself having moments of ‘woah!’ and ‘WOW!’ while taking in my surroundings and feeling them take ME in, too. I dug my toes and fingers in the sand, letting a young part of me play while an ancient-feeling part of me placed her palms firmly on the ground, giving love to Gaia and taking in love, too. It was an eloquent grounding experience and another new opening for me to feel this, to be reminded of access to Earth magic, which really we ALL have access to.

So perhaps it wasn’t surprising that I was drawn today to meditation music that connects you to the Schumann Resonance, and thus, Mama Gaia Herself. I felt myself pass through a waterfall, cleansing of old energies and unanchoring from anything 3D in my field. On the other side, I sat on a wooden bench, placed beside a beautiful pool of water fed by the waterfall, teeming with colourful fish. Archangel Metatron appeared on my right and placed his giant, fatherly-feeling hand on my upper back, while Sophia appeared on my left to offer me her hand placed on the back of my neck. It was sweet and good to feel them, to feel their support and guidance, which sometimes seems to come mostly without words. A young part of me that used to hold so much outrage about environmental issues came up then, and I could feel tears surfacing for reasons I couldn’t quite name yet felt to sincerely let them flow. They were the tears that earlier on in my process were felt to be about feeling ‘Gaia’s pain’ inflicted upon Her by us, us humans. Yet this time, I could feel they were something different…

Mother Gaia appeared in front of me then, first energetically as if expressing as part of the breeze or wind, but then she took a form I have felt and seen Her take before, as a tall, beautiful woman with skin and form like a great, ancient tree. She knelt below me, before me, addressing this young part of me as a mother would a child.

She offered in Her tender, deep and melodic voice, “You are feeling pain from the All… you are helping to move it. Not because you have to, but because your heart wants to. I do not need you to feel it, yet I feel you allowing it move through your heart. There has been MUCH pain moving through humanity from all of the changes happening with me, all of the fires, floods, devastation, death… you are feeling how everyone has been affected. This is part of connecting to the Schumann Resonance, as you are through this music now… you are connecting to everyone, all beloved humans everywhere…”

Letting in again that Gaia does not ‘need’ anchoring or any direct ‘help’ from us, though this work can be sweet in its own way, felt nourishing and also sad for this part of me, who has wanted to be part of a great solution for so long!

Feeling this without me needing to say much, Mother Gaia then said to me, “you ARE helping, Kalayna! The greatest ‘pollutant’ is the one that comes from inside… the one that comes from ‘polluted’, fearful hearts… hearts that try not to feel, that have forgotten that true healing starts within. You are, in your way and on your beloved path, healing the Collective through healing your own heart, and thus you are healing the root of the outer-pollution! This is all I ask of anyone, to continue feeling THIS!”

I let this into my heart and felt a humble glow from inside. I know it’s not up to ME to heal the Collective or Gaia Herself, as this is an outward focus and one that I could never hope to control or manage. Rather, healing and ascending alongside Gaia is about healing from the inside, out… healing in my own camp, my own Self, which is a tall enough order for anyone. I strongly felt Her wanting me to share this with you today, as this invitation is for you, as much as for me, to continue feeling this point more and more and more, letting it in deeper and deeper and deeper.

The healing path I am a part of and offer to others in SoulFullHeart, is one of healing in this manner, focusing on inward healing as the number one priority that can’t help to shift life on the outside! If we continue to merge in with Collective Consciousness around needing to look outward, we miss the boat on where the most powerful healing frequencies can and must come from – a nurtured, nourished, and profoundly healing heart WITHIN. ❤
