Energies Invite You To Open Up The ‘Love’ Spaces In Your Life

Opening up spaces… this is always our choice, how much space we want to take or give… be in or offer. So much can take up ‘space’, including parts of us that need us, relationships to people or anything really, space in our living spaces and even our bodies. In a way, there can never really be ’empty’ spaces, only pregnant pauses, as each moment of what seems or feels to parts of you like ‘nothing’ is actually chock-full of something.

We are being invited to open up more space, allow more air in, widen the aperture, lengthen and strengthen the opportunity for MORE to come in, to fill us up in more spacious ways… no more cramping or cramming or cutting to fit. No more agony as parts of us twist themselves into human pretzels in order to fit into small, very specific expectations of culture, birth family, friendships, romances. Belonging fully to the self and finding a you-shaped space in the collective too in a healthy way, that allows still for air, breathing, BEing, envisioning, loving. And then, draws the relationships that fit and support this… to food, to soul family, to a Sacred Union mate/mates.

Yoga or other physical practices that extend beyond a self-image based focus on the body, invite more space into the body for the movement, healing, upgrading that is necessary and imminent. Consuming foods that support high vibrations of more light, love and air to enter and live in the body, is a way to nourish the spaces and indeed, create more space within the body. Meditation offers space for the parts that are stuck in the mind, in 3D and sometimes lower 4D churnings of trying to ‘figure it all out’. Breathing into your life, making space for money-making that doesn’t stress, strain or harm you or parts of you in any way, allowing for realization and development of your true soul-purpose path while having the space to go inward and continue healing… which is what truly brings it about and draws those who you need to serve and support into your life as well as who you need to support and reflect you to you in the interest of your own ongoing healing path.

Space within your heart is what is created when you choose feeling and BEing over doing. You create the space to feel and be with parts and Metasoul aspects of you so that you can then have and offer more space to others. This creates more space within your soul too, and allows for more conscious creation and being able to draw timelines you most desire.

‘Love heart, Love body, Love mind, Love soul, Love life’, as I have taken to saying recently. All the Love you need, all of the time, in ALL ways, coming from ALL of YOU. INspiring love, calling it into the spaces and crevices claimed and felt. Not consciously creating this space for yourself and your parts and Metasoul Aspects too asks life to create it for you, and often this can manifest in ways that are less than favorable. Life will press you back inward, as the ultimate facilitator of your healing. Life is love and love is life, and love wants you to have more love, be more love, serve more love WITH love. It has its own agenda, as does your soul, and your soul, like a magnet, wants to help you and every part of you, return to Love consciousness again.

Breathe into the spaces for more you to grow, see what’s there and what’s waiting for you while you are in the process of discovering and uncovering the you that you’re meant to BE. ❤

I’m awoken this morning recalling the famous saying by Holocaust Survivor, and Psychotherapist, Victor Frankl, from his book: ‘Man’s Search For Meaning’, that goes something like this: ‘between stimulus and response, there is a gap in which we get to choose our response’, his words being made so poignant by the great suffering he endured under the third Reich’s oppression.

He went on to teach that happiness isn’t something that we can effectively pursue as a thing of its own, as a thing we are entitled to, but happiness can only be a thing that ‘ensues’, that arises without being the focus of a search. He felt that if we lived from our deepest sense of meaning and purpose, this is the ground from which happiness naturally arises.

I feel a Metasoul connection with him and his passion to really live, to really experience life, that isn’t based in circumstance – the external stance of that which encircles you, but rather the meaning you bring to that which happens to you.

When I feel it more, I feel this Metasoul whose ache is for meaning, deeper meaning, and with that meaning, to serve from it more and more. There’s an inherent angst though here too.

The stock in trade of someone who serves others therapeutically, or emotionally, or spiritually is helping those others find meaning in their lives, ‘aha moments’ that shift the course of life from a place of autopilot navigation to a place of deeper awareness that now pervades all choices and actions. I’m also aware how selfish this desire is as one can only serve this to others to the degree one first knows it themselves. I must be the first one to dine, the first beneficiary of the goods in order to serve others.

This search for meaning can be a ruthless one for so many and even a bit of a torture for those now awoken to how meaningless their life feels. Prior to being awoken to these feelings, there was a bliss of its own in knowing fulfillment with lesser things.

As I feel my own version of this, I feel how a space holder or therapist can be close to the edge of their own sanity while claiming to be able to help others. Victor Frankl himself was a psychotherapist who felt many of his colleagues were themselves lunatics, or at the edge of crazy, running away from their own madness by trying to help others.

Which brings me to a slight revision of focus to Victor’s great discovery, that I feel is timely for myself and the collective. His great gift to humanity was the realization and personal demonstration that regardless of what comes your way in life, you have a power to choose your own response that no one or no thing can take from you. This realization alone can take all of us to new stratas of feeling and living life. However, it still leaves a part of us focused on the quality of its own attitude. It requires the will and nobility of a part of us to enact, or achieve. For the part of us, needing a great game, with the noblest of intentions, I can think of no higher or greater game. But, again, it leaves a part of us independently, yet valiantly striving in an arena, without an us there to relate to this part.

The part of you in search for meaning is coming from a part of you. You actually are not in want of any meaning, but a part of you is.

Can you feel this difference?

This feels relieving to my insides to feel this awareness.

Without this distinction between me and the parts of me who make up my this life and other lifetime realities, I am left fused to their realities. There’s no one home ultimately to help anyone out of the ditch, even the ditch of an endless noble search for meaning and impulse to serve others. Only now can we feel the edges of our own sanity, immersed in infinity, wrestling with such great opportunity, bouncing around in the desires and needs of parts of ourselves and in our Metasoul connections.

A new reality emerges from the merge, a reality of relationship, where something transacts that couldn’t shift or bridge up till now.

‘Between stimulus and response, there is a choice to feel the part of ourselves who’s feeling the reaction, even the disciplined reaction to focus on his or her attitude, and relate to that part of us, open heartedly.’

This approach hasn’t yet hit the newsstands of Psychology Today in a big way, but it is hitting the ground running as people like you and I, on a quantum level, serve this into the collective, by being the first beneficiaries, the first guinea pigs and the first Guinness World Record holders of what it means to come home to ourselves, to see ourselves as more than a ‘functional’ and single personality, to see ourselves as on a journey to more and more integration of the parts of ourselves along with their realities.

We get to be crazy, we get to be needy, we get to strive for what we really want, and in it all, we get to come home to all our selves.

Higher Self News Flash

This Sunday morning news flash brought to you by your Higher Self.

You are Sovereign. You just don’t possess Free Will you ARE Free Will. Nothing has ever nor can ever have control over you that we haven’t chosen together. In fact you and I are the same, we just have needed to separate ourselves in order to walk out a whole lot of experience that we agreed to before you forgot…on purpose. This holds true between you and the parts of you that were formed in order to be in this dimension of forgetfulness in order to experience some really intense and beautiful moments, no matter how hard they were. That is a tough one to let in. I can only say that when you get to the other side of that healing you will understand why. We created being a victim in order to spark the impassioned remembrance we were always more than that.  You needed to fight for freedom until you realized you were already free.

You are Divine. This moment to moment choosing born of your sovereignty is your Divine birthright. Your ability to choose IS your creative power that is connected to The All That Is. You are Essence and Experience both. You are the bright light of God that cannot nor ever has been separate. The illusion is a construction by our choosing to go into the depth of experience and what it is that Love is truly made of. The Divine is out seeking Itself through you, with you, as you. The separation is what creates the energy of Love to be felt, shared, and expanded. It is experienced as Hell to parts of you until you arise out of the ashes and into awakening to hold and connect to the Heaven within. This is where you and I come together.

You are Human. This beautiful expression of your divine essence. You are the passion, the hope, the fear, the ecstasy, the pain. This form that is a chalice of your light and love awaiting its flight. The container of all your parts that have been through much. The parts that await your conscious presence into their still-framed world playing through the wounded moments that exist in this Now. The parts that beckon your courage and readiness to go into the pages of your storied lives. The healing and integration of all that experience that gets to feel itself anew and redeemed.

You are Unity. The clearing of all the pain and trauma of what kept parts of you feeling alone. Abandoned. Rejected.  The reclaiming and remembering all the aspects of yourself that span time and space. Your Kings, Queens, Priests, Priestesses, Soldiers, and Warriors. Your myriad galactic Star Being and angelic expressions of higher dimensional frequency.  They are all a part of your inner council as you heal the veil between you held by your Gatekeeper, the most precious of them all.  This is a never-ending process that only stops when you want it to. Your growth and experience are as infinite to the degree that you desire them to be.

Now feel your way through the chambers of your human heart, my love and we shall find a glorious road ahead that has no limitation to what we want to create and experience in your sacred humanity.

Invitation To Heal Metasoul ‘Battle’ Legacies On ‘Human Rights Day’

This morning I felt a desire to feel into what’s sparking up today in the collective. It turns out that today is ‘International Human Rights Day’. A day that holds celebratory energy yet despair too and is the mark of many ‘battles’ from different groups of humans… some still happening today, yet all still happening in the Now as time is not linear… fires, started up and fuelled by separation wounding, starting within and flowing outward, affecting us all and affecting our love flow together.

The meaning of what it is to be ‘human’ has shifted so much over the ‘centuries’ and timelines…. which are actually still very active today, in this Now, and aren’t in the ‘past’ at all. Parts of us and especially Metasoul Aspects feel different events and situations that appear in our linear sense of history, happening in the Now… as time is not now, nor ever really was linear, except for in our 3D sense of reality that we have needed to be in up ’til Now.

The ‘powers that be’ (mostly political and very Archonic/Reptillian feeling to me, at least for the most part) have deemed this race or that gender ‘human’ and granted rights for things like voting and participation in politics, rights to get married, rights to have clean and drinkable water, rights to renewable energy, rights to religion and worship, rights to ‘freedom’ in general. All of this seems to still be argued about, debated about. So much arguing, so many reasons to confirm or deny or acknowledge and especially to feel… to empathize, which is so much more than sympathize. This has been so challenging, as on some level of our being, in different parts and soul aspects of us, we can feel the ways in which we are all a reflection of each other’s pain, wounded motivations and self-punishment, yet desires and soul and heart gifts too. Even after all these ‘years’ of charged events and situations, so much is still in upheaval and so much is still holding up a powerful mirror along with a perpetually pregnant invitation to keep going inward, to feel the origination of all of this turmoil that still rages within, though perhaps the inner battlegrounds have mostly be shrouded in shadow, and even covered over by the coveted elevation into 5D and beyond, with parts and soul aspects of us wanting to ‘just be passed this already’.

When I really feel my own humanity today, I feel how conditioned parts of me have been to project their reality outward. In a sense, it feels like we are all walking projectors. We are all able to create or dismantle our outer realities, based on our inner reality and what is rumbling inside parts and Metasoul Aspects of us. A few months ago, I felt a Metasoul Sister of mine named ‘Meg’. Meg was a Suffragette in her timeline in England. She somehow rose up to become a sort of micro-leader (under a much bigger and elusive leader of the Suffragette movement who they didn’t see very often for she was in hiding and had to be discreet), for a large group of women of mixed ages. The outrage boiled over to the point of burning down government buildings or at least attempting to. Explosives and other weapons were something that Meg learned how to use and taught and led other women to use them too. Together they rallied and fought. Were arrested and released. The suppression and repression of women were not relieved though and were mostly intensified by their efforts. Eventually, yes, they did ‘win’ the vote and a place in the political sphere, yet with so much turmoil, bloodshed, tears and incredible pain inflicted not only on others but on themselves. Their pain was acted out from, thrust outward like a sword. So many of us and parts of us can relate to this, especially after having been wronged in some way, abused, victimized, which is understandable, especially given the lack of templating for how to do and BE something different than this in our 3D sense of reality. The biggest, deepest movement I’ve had with this Metasoul Aspect came during a SoulFullHeart group day, where she could come up and be felt by the tender yet strong and somehow NOT warrior-like feminine heart in Jelelle Awen and the open, healing, and trustworthy hearts in Gabriel Heartman and Raphael Awen as male witnesses to her plight. The sweet tears of Raianna Shai were there for her too and they could feel a shared Metasoul timeline of sisterhood, which was sweet and heart-opening to let in. She was moved into feeling how the needs of the women could have been brought with spine and vulnerability, both. Without battles and with much more trust. They allowed a seed to be planted in their consciousness, that fighting as the men were doing or seemed to be doing, was the only way to meet them as equals and prove their worth as human women. Yet, Meg could feel and is feeling with me now as I write this with her in my heart, that they were actually being invited to lead something different than this, from a place deep within, rooted in a genuine expression of Yin power and self-leadership which feels so different than outward expressions of OUTrage and warriorship.

In all of our attempts to garner more ‘human rights’, we often forget that the true heart of a human being, and especially that of a Sacred Human as we are invited to keep embodying and healing to more and more, is collaborative, empathic, feeling, and somehow inherently trusting. We have needed to forget this for a time in order to remember it again in fullness and contrast to how we’ve felt and held our power or powerlessness so far. To truly listen to each other, feel each other’s needs in overflow from feeling our own… this is the ongoing invitation from and with Love. It may seem idealistic and honestly, to my Meg, it felt like this at first. Yet the more we go inward, especially with feeling parts of us and Metasoul Aspects too, the more we realize that this doesn’t have to remain an ideal and that the peace we all so want to experience and be a part of in our deepest Sacred Human hearts, has to start within, and this is the only place where we can control whether or not we experience it in this and any timeline. And, once this process has begun, the fictional story of the need to take away anyone’s ‘rights’, human or animal, becomes obsolete, dissipates and eventually dissolves completely as the Golden Earth/New Gaia we are waiting and working for, is then allowed to arise out of our hearts in an organic fashion as it is meant to, instead of fought or battled for as this necessary phase of the illusion of separation has conditioned parts of us to feel is the only way to get, to earn, to create what we really desire to experience and feel worthy of.

Becoming Free From The 3D Matrix Through Healing Unworthiness, Judgement, and Disconnect

So much distracted focus outside of the self. They taught your 3D Self to always be looking outward. To be measuring your ‘this’ from their ‘that’. To be comparing your worth to theirs and, ultimately, finding yourself lacking or ‘not enough’. Parts of you became masters of this game of self limitation always played out on someone else’s field. The parts inside of you that can judge you BEFORE other people can are the most valuable players of this game. Parts of you may be able to do this so well that you don’t always notice it is happening until that familiar deflating feeling rises up from inside and you don’t know why. Why does it always seem to be there, limiting your sense of what you can do and be?

So much of 3D life is responded to and lived by the Inner Punisher energies, with usually a strong fusion and collaboration with the Inner Protector. These frequencies of protection and punishment/judgement happened in response to the 3D Matrix. This Matrix is not formed of binary code (that is much too conceptual). The Matrix that ties and binds you the most is actually the one fueled by your unhealed unworthiness, disconnect, and shame. It is created by what remains unfelt inside your emotional body, your Metasoul (soul legacy/other lifetimes/timelines), and other previously forgotten sources.

The 3D Matrix unplugging at a deeper level happens when the emotional body becomes watered by self love, a sense of your innate goodness, and intimate connection with the Divine. Awareness of the limiting control systems ‘put in place’ by fear-based BEings (both of the Stars and of human) is only the beginning. It can be a necessary education and de-conditioning of the mind as you learn so much about all this during the 4D phases of awakening. You learn about Archons, about Annunaki, about Draco..whatever you want to call them and see them as. Sometimes, you learn about these BEings through what feels like ‘attacks’ and lashing outs at you.

These ‘attacks’ feel like they are happening from outside of you. The whole premise of Gaia being a 3D-based ‘prison planet’ is as if it is happening from outside of you TO you by SOMETHING ELSE against your will. As if the whole scenario of your LIFE is a punishment or curse or sentence. The experience of the 3D Matrix, of Archonic activities, of being ‘attacked’, of implants, of serving a ‘sentence’….originates from inside of you and in your Metasoul Aspects too, especially your Gatekeeper. This picture is created from the ‘real to real’ projector of unfelt emotions and unprocessed karmic binds/playouts from other lifetimes. Parts of you feel like you can only watch the ‘show’ and have no control or power to change it or transform it or shift it.

In Divine timing and with Divine align, you wake up to the reality of your capacity and ability to create all of what you experience. Your focus turns lovingly inward to BE with these parts of you and to connect and unify with Metasoul/Other lifetime Aspects that are suffering. Your heart becomes the space holder for your inner heart and soul explorations. Your Inner Punisher can stop using outside proof and self sabotaging, push-pull relationship patterns to try to prove your unworthiness and push up more shame from your Inner Child and Inner Teenager. This part of you eventually transmutes to discernment with love, intuition, and wisdom that is based on self love, innocence, and self worth.

As these parts of you heal through being felt and heard and seen, you truly start to FEEL like your own creator…..even as you are opening up and awakening to a deeper connection and surrender to Divine holding and Divine guidance and Divine timing. You become empowered by the freed up frequencies of trust and self love that flood your BEing. The 3D matrix dissolves, replaced by LOVE flowing through your every loving and living cell. You are freed then. Freed to be inspired and inspire, no longer playing the game of comparison. Freed to feel compassion for yourself and others, not judgement. Freed to express your SELF, without suppression or limitation.

You are free then to realize you have always BEEN free and everything else was just an illusion to bring you back to YOU again. And, back to LOVE.

Going Yin: Exploring Authentic Sacred Gender Expression

I have been on an inner quest this life to feel what authentic emoto-spiritual masculinity truly looks and feels like.  It is what I have called Sacred or Divine Masculine for lack of a better term. I feel a part of me as well in this exploration and question. In my essence, my masculinity is just what IS. It has no delineation. In my psyche, it is an archetype that has many colors and flavors. In my experience, it has shades of healing and trauma.

Through my own personal HIStory, I can feel how my 3D self has been on this quest to get his balls back. The ones he gave up so readily to an angry father, too afraid to stand up and fight back. The ones he gave over to mom for protection and valuation.  It was holding back authenticity in the name of fear and care-taking. It was the need to forsake sovereignty in the name of unconditional love.  But the love was always conditional. On both sides. It was the desire to feel the passion of life and true love unabated.

This quest for reclaiming inner authority, sovereignty, and passion ultimately led to worth. What is a man’s worth in this world? Fused to a more 3D existence it is chock-full of all sorts of ‘this and thats’. Most of which have nothing to do with our own felt sense of inner worth. This is where I was led to seeking love outside of me for assurance and insurance. Insurance against the void and the inner punisher within.

I was not raised religious but found a solace in the idea of a God that had a desire to love me and help fix me. Help feel like I was worth something. This God would be like a father and a mother both to my emotional body.  A part of me related to women as a means to feel what I thought it was to be masculine. They were goddesses to my wounded teenager. A ping ponging of the spiritual and the physical without bridging the two.

As a began my inner journey of parts work I could feel the myriad inner aspects of myself that held so much trauma and templating from my family, while feeling rage and compassion both. I could begin to feel what MY masculinity was and wasn’t. I had projected so much of an ideal onto what masculinity was based on my own this-life experience.

Add on top of that exploring metasoul, or other lifetime aspects, and a world of wounded masculine comes into view.  What it IS is really not the question anymore but what it is not. And that is always up for experiential debate as I live into a sacred romance inside myself and with a woman on a sacred feminine path.

Thus the quest continues as an unfolding of not something to live up to, as a part of me has always related to it, but of a moment to moment, day to day, conscious meditation into what is arising within the emotional body for expression, and felt exploration. What is being reflected by the feminine within and in relationship. This is personal to each individual, yet also has many similar themes and desires.  Beyond our gender healing there is a unification and a sacred dance that feels delicious and magical in what it means to BE in our authentic sacred human expression.

Sunset Codes Available For Sacred Union Activations & Healing The Wounded Feminine

These Sacred Union codes activating since the Super Moon last Sunday are amazing, soft, like a ‘spa day’ to let in….especially during sunset and with your partner if you are with one. Or if not, to let in to all parts of you. Christiel and Magdalena serve as Sacred Union guides to balance the Divine masculine and feminine withIN first and primarily. You may also experience them as ‘pushing up oil’ from the emotional body, especially related to emotional wounding connected to your gender expression, relationships, sexual abuse, etc. THIS ground is so ripe and in collective need of healing!

I was able to take these codes in yesterday at the beach during sunset for the first time in a few days as I have been so passionately focused on serving in sessions everyday, various SoulFullHeart projects, and birthing/putting together my new book baby, Bliss Mess: Wonders and Challenges of Ascension (to be released on January 1st, 2018). It has also been the time before my moon/menstrual cycle and these codes seem to be INtensifying the premenstrual symptoms. I have felt this before; how the codes amplify hormones and also the cellular clearing continues of the all years of ‘pain’ associated with our monthly cycles. There is something so importantly and quintessentially feminine about our moon cycles though and surrendering to the experience of it all (even the discomfort) brings in this new kind of stillness, rest, and often, I find, huge bursts of creativity.

During session space with women recently, I’ve been feeling and digesting and transmuting with them of the wounded feminine in more intensity, the playouts of this in this life choices (stemming usually from Metasoul other lifetimes/timelines and karmic binds) of sexual abuse and/or repeated patterns of toxicity in relationships with men, plus the subsequent blocking/filtering of feminine sexuality to keep it ‘safe and preserved.’ In our SoulFullHeart process, we start with the Inner Protector, a masculine part that has HAD to come in to protect and form shields and preserve the inner feminine (and in men too). Negotiation with this Protector opens up access to the TRUE feminine to arise, often through connection with the Inner Teenager part, who holds so much of our budding sexuality, romantic fantasy, passion, and creativity. My heart, my womb, my yoni just FEELS the heaviness and sadness playouts of all this wounded feminine gender expression. I feel her cries, her preciousness, her desires. I feel GREAT compassion for it as I have walked (and continue to walk and hold) this ground within myself and my Metasoul. This work of healing the wounded feminine so She can arise is SO important. Not to just transcend or bypass into priestess frequencies or feminine warrior. Yet, to BE with the sensitive, the vulnerable, and the precious. I am honored to serve it through a process that works to transform and heal her. I am honored to Be her. I am honored to Be in a sacred union where my feminine is watered so consistently and lovingly so I can share from the overflow!!

Elbow Deep In Finger Paint!

You may be feeling quite advanced in consciousness, from where you once were, or in comparison to others, but in another way, even the most enlightened among us are all a bunch of kindergarteners, playing with crayons and elbow deep in finger paint!

Which is pretty cool as kindergarten was always the funnest part of school.

We are about to take another big collective consciousness trip, through a piece of space and time known by the numerical name as two, zero, one, eight, or two thousand, one hundred and eighteen.

Be sure to get that right because it’s an address, and we want to remain on the same page, and not get lost, …or…, do we?

Maybe we want to go in the other direction and minus a year, call it 2016, but wait, we can’t do that. We’re in a very crowded corridor of people moving in one direction. Looks like we’re going where everyone else is going.

But if we could open our consciousness out of this main stream, we could go anywhere our consciousness wants to take us! I hear my guides gently telling me this and it feels not so gentle at times as well.

‘It is consciousness itself that is moving time and space ITSELF and it is the shared buy-in of all of us that makes it seem all too real’ they tell me.

But real is completely made up. Real is the right of Royals to decree as they choose.

Even consciousness itself is made up, and it in turn makes everything else up, and so we, as consciousness itself are left not being able to see the forest for the trees, or like the fish who doesn’t have much reference for water. Left in our fog and insecurity, it just feels good for now to settle for the safety of making up the same stuff everyone else is making up.

Will 2018 be a year of great change you ask, and if so how?

Your question, which is a bit low on quest, is about where the main stream is going and seeing yourself as limited to that. Okay, in one way, that’s valid as where the main stream goes, does open out some breathing space for our shared collective consciousness that affects each of us, but you are a sovereign ‘individual’ – a duality that can’t be divided. You get to go where you want to, when you want to. A reality and royalty both.

Your duality is like an anti gravity device that makes your own space travel and time travel possible. You are not as tethered to the collective 3D gravitational reality as you think you are. Your wounds are your portals to your essence, that you never lost, but that just got a bit hung up in the door upon entering this domain.

2018 can literally take you wherever you want to go.

The conditioned mind brings up protests like ‘if that were true, I’d long be somewhere else right now,’ while the heart is asking you to feel an invitation into a new possible reality, one that you will create, one that you can walk into, one step at a time, feeling all there is to feel at every step.

Your Higher Self chose this journey through space and time, a very weird and altered reality, to your essence, and the weirdest thing about it all is how graduated and gradual it is. It all arises in a reality of steps. You step through space and you step through time – weird freakin’ stuff man! The whole intention, however, wasn’t a reduction of your essence, but an expansion on it! You didn’t fall from grace, as our religions once taught us, as well intentioned as they were at the time, you fell into grace! This is the phase step of the new religion knocking on our door Now.

Asking about what will change in the external is a question void of the awareness of how even this question itself is shaping a reality for you, seeing yourself as a victim of life, shaped by life, rather than seeing how you are shaping life, right now.

Life is asking what you will change this next year. Life is waiting on you. You’re the deal here.

All the gravitational pull of the entire too familiar 3D reality isn’t enough to hold you back from your creation, It’s actually a necessary part of your creation, part of your navigation and maneuverability through time and space.

Stepped out in your consciousness are veritable time capsules of your being; stored so beautifully in your psyche; the emotional aspects of you that formed in reaction to human life. These reactions, these wounds, if you will, wounds from the trauma of entering this reality, as a culture shocked foreigner having come from another reality are virtual portals back to this essence. If part of you freeze framed in reaction to entering here, that means that part of you holds what it held at the moment of trauma, and that goodness needs your help to get through the door. It’s still there, as intact as it ever was.

Go back and take THAT through the door and see what life looks and feels like on the other side of that door. When your done with one door, go on to the next.

I’m gonna pause now, as I’m all out of finger paint for the moment…, I think it’s nap time. 🙂

Going Yin: The Arising Need For Masculine Healing And Leadership

Yin energy is coming through this thinned out veil. It follows the initial penetration of the more masculine sun codes. The moon has been a symbol for the feminine and unconscious. It is connected to the shedding and release cycle of the female body. As it increases its presence, it presents invitation. Illumination. Choice points. Awakened feelings and intuitions. This can be felt by many women collectively. Men with their own connection to their inner feminine may be feeling the same.

But how does this translate for men? What are they asking of us? From my own meditations I feel the Deep Sacred Feminine inviting men to go into their hearts. Not to solve an outer ‘problem’, but to feel their inner world. The place that holds the keys to our true sovereignty and power. It is asking the masculine to trust and lean into the arising feminine heart and soul.

In human form, men are born of women. Part of man’s emotional maturity and self-actualization is to push against and separate from mom. This has been done violently absent true sacred masculinity. This has caused much pain and tragedy, for all of mankind. Now this wounded masculine expression is being pressed, with love, to heal and lean into the very thing he needed to push away from. We are being called back into the womb. Being called back into balance with Yin.

This has played out internally in a man’s emotional body as the suppression and protection of the inner feminine both. A polarity, and even a battle, has developed inside Man in relationship to the inner feminine. This is the ground by which I feel most men will be walking on in order to truly heal this split. Most men find themselves in Mind. Just one aspect of our God nature. But in our humanity we have struggled with the heart. The intuition. The vulnerability under the control and the rage. The deep fear of what lies beyond mind and in the heart.

These moon codes are a support and invitation for the masculine to go Yin. To feel the resistant and protective layers of his true essence. That which separates the flood of true passion and emotion from being expressed in the world. A world that is shifting in balance with the Feminine. These parts of us may feel besieged. I have been having my own awakening by being in sacred romance with a very powerful feminine heart and soul. It is a lot for my unhealed masculine parts to lean into at times. A need for sovereignty and control can still reign. Even feelings of inadequacy and unworth rise up as well.

If you are a man on a spiritual journey, you are on a journey toward your feminine. Toward feeling all the parts you in resistance and rage. In control and in love.  This inner union with the feminine will arise your true authentic sacred masculine. Your sexy and integrated power out into the world. You become a co-creator and a collaborator. The gifts that lie within your yin are the seeds of your leadership and soul’s expression. The wings that will set you free into the infinite with your sacred balls still intact.

Energy Update: Moon Codes Offer Sacred Feminine & Masculine Activations And Healings

The moon is moving from super full to waning to New in the night sky. Yet, inside of OUR inner skies, the moon codes continue to vibe out frequencies of Divine Feminine softness WITH Divine Masculine activations. Activated softness is VERY interesting to integrate! Are you feeling this too?

The activating (and often intense) upgrades and downloads/messages/information streaming in from the Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine) source are filtered by the feminine Moon, then grounded through Her Gaia expression. She receives these codes from the Masculine and gestates them in Her womb. In this birthing process, they seem to INtegrate more easily and more powerfully, even though it may feel like ‘less’ is going on for you in terms of Ascension symptoms or altered consciousness states. I feel that this feminine INtegration and gestation is a KEY aspect to the Ascension process being experienced by us with less pain and discomfort. This is why rest and space holding for feelings becomes so important.

These energies bring this hum of desire to create, to put together, to put out, and to passion-ate. The New Sacred Masculine does this and IS this with an open heart. This is Christiel Consciousness, the higher vibrational frequency of New Earth, that is also being activated from the collective focus on Christmas and on His energies (in whatever forms, ways, and frequencies that is being engaged with.) The masculine energies inside of us, such as our Inner Protectors, feel more support now for their kingly sides to express. The Inner Protector is invited not to just guard the feminine with overprotectiveness, yet to trust HER power and desires are safe to express and to BE. To become her partner and guide both.

These energies also bring in the hum of need to bake, to BE still, to receive, to feel. The New Sacred Feminine does this and IS this with an open heart. Magdalena Consciousness is the Counterpart Mate to the Christiel energies, even if She is ‘left out’ of so much of religion’s pictures or is distorted by them. Magdalena is the Sacred Bride within us ALL, the Sacred, Passionate Lover too. She also offers healing to the Inner Feminine that lives in parts of us such as our Inner Teenager and Inner Child.

I’m seeing these Christiel-Magdalena Moon energies in rays of Golden pinkish-red. They are showing up in my own personal meditation journeys and check-ins. And also with facilitants/clients when we engage in meditation together at the beginning of sessions to bring in purifying energies, set an intentional healing space, call in Guides and parts, and connect our Heart Chords together. These Golden pinkish-red rays fortify and support the forming of HEALTHY Heart Chords in which to transact love together.

Heart Chords are needed right now to let in and receive ALL that is coming in for us and between us. They remind us of sacred union intimacy frequencies, the WARM side of Unity Consciousness. Unity Consciousness can feel more like a concept held by our mind rather than something we can viscerally touch, feel, and experience. Intimacy is Unity Consciousness experienced by our every living cell, by our orgasms, by our passions, by our Higher Hearts.

Heart Chords can engage when the previous binds and cords with others have been released and let go. This ‘cutting of the cords’ is not just on the energetic level, yet also very important to occur on the emotional body level. This happens when previous hook-up between parts of people have been let go and moved through SELF healing and connection with them. As you connect and heal with your Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father….so, these energies begin to rest in their codependent hooking into others without consciousness. These parts come to YOU as the growing, heart open, compassionate, sensitive parental energy that can HOLD their fears, feel their tears, and allow them to transmute into their true essence. With the disclosures of so many shadow frequencies between the masculine and feminine in the collective right now, I feel these SACRED UNION codes are being offered to accelerate the consciousness expansion (which starts in the heart) of the masculine and the softening of the feminine. OUTrage at these sexual abuse revelations is an understandable phase, yet, in its expression, is still coming from wounded masculine. Outrage is the outward expression of an inner rage, truth telling, advocacy, and passions that have been suppressed on the inside from one part to another. Expression of outrage is ultimately a distraction from what is going on from within and has frequencies of powerlessness and victimhood at its roots.

The sacred human feminine heart feels with compassion WHY these actions happened while requiring TRUE remorse from those who have harmed her to be in continuing relationship. She IS healthy boundary setting as she no longer draw abuses and harm and violence from others. She is consciously healing these frequencies as they occur inside of her from one part of her to another. She is feeling how 3D parts of her and some Metasoul Aspects may have been perpetuators too and in what shapes and forms. She is feeling how, on a soul level, she choose to experience all that she does and WHY she would make these choices.

The sacred masculine heart feels with TRUE remorse the impact of his actions and energies on the feminine…both outside and inside of him. He engages in a deep dive inside himself to feel the parts of him that act out in these ways and why. He searches with true passion to find and heal the karmic binds in his Metasoul that perpetuate these abusive cycles. He feels the parts of him that actually feel VERY powerless and unworthy, for which outward, wounded expressions of unwanted sexual advances ultimately come from.

I feel both Christiel and Magdalena very available in this Now for the holding and healing of these wounded gender frequencies and for the transition of them into healthy, into the New. They are offering their hearts in union with yours whenever you would like to connect with them! They are here to bring us into deeper Sacred Union frequencies from within us. To meditate the process of healing our masculine and our feminine in relationship to each other…to then possibly draw our Sacred Union Counterpart Soulmate in response to this self love overflow from within us to be in Unity Consciousness frequencies together!
