Energy Update: Grounding Frequencies Available With Gaia To Allow More INtegration

I am in and of the frequency of Gaia today during meditation, the Schumann Resonance vibrating around me. This is the heartbeat of Mother Gaia….immediately soothing and, just, so, so natural. It feels like being a fetus again, tucked into Mother’s womb, being soothed by the sound of Her heartbeat echoing all around. The main Ascension energies in this Now seem to be coming from Gaia, continuing to assist with the feminine-based INtegration process that began in earnest with the Supermoon earlier this month AND continuing into January, where we will receive mega Divine Feminine energies from two Supermoons and a lunar eclipse.

Gaia’s frequency is received in a natural way too…through your Earth Chakra that swirls about one foot below your physical feet. Your Earth Chakra is connected to a network of Earth Chakras, forming an energetic branch system that EVERY human BEing is naturally resonant with. These branches come off of a main trunk or ‘grounding cord’, as it is commonly called, that reaches down to the deepest center and core of Gaia. You can move lower vibrational frequency energies (and pain, congestion, energetic kicks from others, Archon ‘attacks’) through this grounding cord and they will be absorbed and transmuted by Gaia. I’ve been engaged in this grounding cord connection process (off and on) since I was 20 years old and first learned it during a meditation class. I still include it today in almost all of the guided meditations I offer and lead.

Walking barefoot or burying your feet in sand or warm baths with Himalayan salts creates a visceral sense of connecting to this Gaia vibration. Yet, too, visualizing the grounding cord/trunk that runs from your Earth Chakra to the center of Gaia during meditation provides just as much access to Her grounding frequencies, maybe even more. Gaia lives INSIDE of us all ultimately on the physical, spiritual, and emotional levels, so interacting with Her through meditation is very nourishing. You have less need to go OUT to Her actually to be activated to Her higher frequencies as they more vibrate from within you as you BEcome New Earth. The oceans, the forests, the mountains, the rivers, the lakes…all HER forms of natural expression are from within you. Mother Gaia is wonderful to have conversations with as a Guide and receive EARTHLY Mama love hugs from too!

I have been brought more often into Inner Earth during Galactic Ambassadorship and personal processes during meditation lately. I am acclimating to how it feels and looks to BE down there, although it doesn’t really feel like ‘down’ with the amazing natural lighting that even FEELS warm like sunshine, huge and spacious caverns, and ultra modern (beyond what we have on the surface) structures. I’ve just begun connection with these Inner Earth BEings, so will share more as it develops. I am still mostly being guided by Binkh, my Arcturian Metasoul Aspect, and Beslopah, my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect. You can read more about them in my books (especially in my latest one called Bliss Mess coming out on January 1st) and other writings too shared on soulfullheartblog.com.

These Guides offer to me that we’ll be focusing our collective attentions more on Inner Gaia or Inner Earth as disclosure continues to unfold. We’ll be finding out eventually about the vast networks of tunnels and cities that have been created below our feet, below where our eyes can see. This collective disclosure will probably start with the revelations of long abandoned structures from Star BEings commonly called the Builder Race.

We’ve been gifted the surface of Gaia to play out our 3D ascending to 5D experiment while so much has remained purposely hidden from us until our consciousness is ready to digest it. Integration of the Inner Earth civilizations and Star BEings (and humans) who live down there is an important aspect of Ascension…once more people get acclimated to the existence of Star BEings and our long involvement with them (as is now coming out in even the mainstream media!).

Connecting our Gaia frequency with our Star BEing frequency….forming a bridge from our Earth Chakra to our Stellar Gateway (personal cosmic sun chakra about two feet above our heads) activates our 5D Sacred Human ‘Violet Print’ (as I have been offered to call it). This Violet Print is our Sacred Human column that is being activated by all these Ascension energies coming from Divine Masculine and Feminine sources, along with our Merkabah or light body vehicle. This is a recent guided meditation that I did offering activation and connection with your Ascension chakras, including your Earth Chakra and Stellar Gateway.

I don’t feel that Gaia is ‘shaking us humans off like fleas’ if we don’t resonate with Her as She moves into higher frequencies of 4D as some others offer about the Ascension process. She invites us to connect with the very natural and organic frequencies of Her that live in our DNA, our every living cells, and in our Star Seed child selves too. Her frequencies provide a reminder and Invitation to experience both our groundedness and our Infinite essence as Love!

Feeling And Connecting From Within During Holiday Season

Everything impacts your vibrational frequency; sounds, smells, foods, and especially the energy of others. Your 3D Self (ego/mind fusion) has probably layered you over with densities, literal protection shields, so that you cannot feel how impacted you are by all these things. In this layered over place, you cannot feel how your vibrational frequency is going down. Or if it is going up. This can especially be amplified during the holiday season when so much going outward can happen in the gift buying, time with family, etc.

The only way to feel this is to go within, to reconnect to your inner energy system, to your emotional body, to your 3D Self (and other aspects). The ‘you’ that goes within is the version that is splitting off, differentiating from the 3D Self and being infused with energies from your higher 5D Self or Divine Self. Your Higher Self is always with you, waiting to arise, like a seed in your consciousness that is waiting for the water of good energy and good love to vibrate more.

Your Higher Self may be mostly outside of you. It may feel like when you connect with it that it feels like you are reaching for something outside of you, similar to how it can feel to connect with guides, ascended teachers, and the Divine. And, that’s OK because the important piece is that these energies, while feeling outside of you, can still infuse you with frequencies that you need to raise your base tone. They offer you light codes to activate your light body to arise and start glowing, to begin the transition from carbon-based body to crystalline-Christ Consciousness body.

Eventually, then, you realize that your Higher Self is within you and IS you more and more. As are the guides that you have ‘channeled’ or looked to others to provide the messages of their channeled guides. Validation from outside of us, people who are embracing their Higher Self wisdoms and personal experiences, can be very helpful. It can light up things that need to be lit up. Support from others who have journeyed in places we want to go deeper can be very helpful to, along with a community to resonate with, like we offer in SoulFullHeart.

And, then, you return to you, back inside where the power is, where the Universe is, and where the only source of Love that you can ALWAYS count on is. Going within, exploring within, learning about what is within…..the message is the same in so many different forms and yet, when you are too much your 3D Self, you may find many ways to not do this and not to begin this. Looking outward may be easier than looking within for your 3D Self.

Try this, right now.

Pause from the internet for a moment. Close your eyes. Become present to the moment. Become present to yourself. Feel what you are feeling. Check in. Feel where your energy is at. Feel any other people that have entered your ‘field’ while you have been online, as it is a virtual ‘room’ containing many energies that you absorb like a sponge.

Feel your heart. Is it open or more closed? Why?

Breath in, Breath out. Feel the world that is YOU that is waiting for your exploration of it. Stay in this inner focused space for as long as you need to and as long as you like.

Here is a guided meditation from me that supports you to go within to connect with your Ascension Chakras and your Higher Self. Or you can just use it as practice to go within, be in more yin stillness, and to track your energy. Or, you can just fall asleep, as many do!

Go in, go in, go in, daily at least, a few times a day ideally, for as ‘long’ as it takes if possible. Create the space in your life for you. Let go of that which does not support this going within process.

Create the space for Love and to remember yourself as the essence of Infinite Love that you ARE. ~

Continued Energies Invite Us To Deeper Healing Of Galactic Wounds

1:11 begins this post. Nice timing. It is a gateway into a new emerging relationship inside myself (and yourself) that has been in pregnant pause. I have been connecting with my Gatekeeper on a more consistent basis to bring him more into the room of my daily consciousness. He has been very effusive most of my process yet has had played games of peek-a-boo off and on. He is moving from a guardian of my soul story and gifts to a beloved partner and guide on this journey of inner healing and discovery.

I found him stuck in the shadowland territory of my soul and through SoulFullHeart energy work and guided meditation brought him into closer proximity to the light of my heart where he could ‘dethaw’ from the experience. As we have connected, he has guided me to a couple of metasoul brothers in other timelines that are connected to Kalayna’s metasoul (my sacred union beloved). He was just with me in those moments being a witness to my connection with them to help heal old frequencies and dynamics in our bond together.

But as those faded and are waiting for further deepening and clarity there has been a struggle within him to feel like he actually has purpose and clarities. Everything seemed like a blurry painting sometimes. Static in the air that was creating doubt. Of course underneath doubt lies a deep fear of actually having what it is you deeply want for fear of it going away.

In the shadowlands, he was held by a Reptilian energy. It had created an open portal into my world through him. Noel, my Gatekeeper was connected to this Reptilian aspect that actually lies within us all. There was a felt sense that Noel needed to meet this Reptilian self, named Salthazar, to help heal the bind that still seemed to connect them and release them both from the downward spiral of the shadowland.

It was an amazing experience to feel this once timid and elusive guide of mine stand in the bowels of this intense energy and hold a loving space of compassion and service of love. He could feel this Reptilian’s truest heart and the source of its wounding. There was a forgiveness and an invitation to feel a new timeline for this part of me. It was quite and extraordinary process of transformation as he went from snarky pot shots to authentic tears even while in reservation that a new life awaits him.

He offered him a new family within my inner court of wayward travelers, kings, and guides. It was like being in the most captivating movie I could ever imagine. Within this BEing is a Lizard King. He held so much of my punishment, judgement, shame, fear, and control. Holding the light amidst the most unsavory within us all is what moves the darkness and births out a new gift that was never thought possible from the fear place.

There is still work to be done. Pain to be felt and trust to be garnered. But it is the first step into a series of other steps that brings new possibilities and new energy to an unending journey of what it means to be alive in this Now….moons, holidays, solstices and all.

The healing that is offered in SoulFullHeart is a doorway into an infinite world of discovery that begins with our 3D anchors and moves us into these epic and storied landscapes of our 4D consciousness that hold the seed of our Star Being connection. Each movement and step is a deeply felt and celebrated event that brings new awareness of what our sacred humanity ready to illuminate.

Energy Update: 12:12 Gateway Offers Divine Feminine Integration W/Metatron And Sophia

They stand at the gateway, which shimmers with lit up, golden and red sparkles of light. We are in front of a literal gateway for 12:12, which is not necessary what I am expecting and yet I’ve learned to be open to the unknown. Archangel Metatron is here in his fatherly form, radiating wise kindness. Goddess Sophia is here in her softness… brown waves of silky hair, sweetly and powerfully wise. They are greeting me here, representing Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Wisdom, guides for us during the Ascension process, creating bridges for us to experience the remembrance and embodiment of our TRUE selves.

We walk through the gateway together and I feel how they are a metaphor, really…..all these Gateways and Portals and Star Gates. They represent humanity’s desires for adventures, for change, to be brought to the New, to be teleported beyond our wildest dreams to Heaven, which actually lives inside of us. These things are not as much existing in the Cosmos or in space as they are within each of us, representing our rediscovery of our Galactic origins and reconnection to Star BEing Unity Consciousness.

“Do these things actually exist?” I ask them as we ‘sit’ somewhere on the other side of the gateway with puffy, floating clouds forming the floor and the ceiling and the walls. “These Portals, Gateways, and Star Gates? I’m feeling them as also metaphors for humanity’s deepest desires to experience Heaven from within again. Do the dates of 12/12 or 11/11 or 1/11 or 1/1 really MEAN anything since time is a 3D illusion?”

Metatron smiles at me, a blast and flash of pearly bright whiteness. “Everything that lives in your heart exists and has meaning, Jelelle. You give emotional meaning to these events, to these dates, to time and, so, they exist. You give emotional meaning to these portals and gateways and so, yes, they teleport you where your heart wishes to go.”

“The most meaningful questions that come up next for us to ask ourselves seem to be, ‘What do these things mean to me? What do they mean to my life, to serving my purpose of love here? What is the relationship that parts of me have with them?” I say.

Sophia smiles at me and nods. “We do not want to just give you answers. So many souls come seeking us for guidance and answers, to hear and feel wisdoms outside of themselves. Many times, our answers do not land anyway as the heart that is receiving them is not ready to receive them as their own truth too, which is what resonance is. What you call ‘the emotional body’ is not cleared enough of hurts and pains to transact with worthiness. This time, this ascension for your collective, is the realization of your OWN answers and your own meanings that arise as you heal your hearts to access them. And, to eventually come to feel that we ARE you and you ARE us.”

This certainly resonates with me and what I have received as clarities for myself and with others as well. “And, then, to feel where those answers come from. To sort through, with the heart leading, what part of you is holding these answers and wisdoms,” I add.

“Yes, your parts work process is quite clever at sorting this through,” Metatron responds. “It is a sort of inner tracking and guidance system that can sort through what has come from 3D and how it lives and breathes within you. And, what is originating from your Metasoul too, which I am particularly fond of as I helped to name it!” He laughs brightly.

Sophia beams at me, saying, “All in the purpose to return to wholeness, of course. We are glad you are bringing this process forward as you are, Jelelle, and living it out for yourself – and your BEloveds too – as your hearts become then clearer channels to share and serve Divine love, yet still remaining grounded in being human. Honoring your humanity as sacred while you embody transcendent frequencies from within….”

“Thank you so much,” This goes in and touches me. I take a moment to let this in. Then I say, “I did want to talk with you both about the current Ascension energies and what I am feeling about them. I have felt a shift since the 11:11 portal especially and definitely since the Super Moon into more Divine Feminine frequencies. I’m feeling like this will continue through January too as there is a lot of moon energy transmission happening then. Two Super moons and an eclipse, I believe. Less activations and upgrades, which I have associated with masculine energy, and more feminine frequencies of holding, receiving, BEing in stillness, letting in.”

“Yes, this is so,” answers Sophia. “The Great Cosmic Sun has been releasing love, beaming light, and activating much since the start of your 2017 year. All this masculine activation needs the grounding now of the feminine. The feminine holds the space for the INtegration of all these energies into the body’s every living cell, into the emotional body, into the chakras, into the mind. The feminine has the patience to gestate the birth of your sacred humanity. She waits. She rests. She mourns. She feels. Her holding this way allows for less pain and suffering too.”

I feel this in my heart as She offers it. I have experienced this in my own process, of course, over and over through many phases and stages of death and rebirth; birthing and creating and letting go; being so attached to CREATE it and then….set it free. The souls that we serve love with through SoulFullHeart sessions are undergoing this process too, sometimes this is showing up for them in dramatic life changes and relationship shiftings….and for others it is more an internal process of reformation and recreation.

“You all can become Divine Feminine midwives for this process. For humanity’s death and rebirthing process. For your own processes too. To remain in the room as the labor pains happen and to TRUST that all of it is leading to the birth of something new,” She smiles again, although now I notice there are tears on her cheeks. “We feel for humanity in this process. It is so challenging. You are so brave. You are so courageous.”

“We have so much love for you,” Metatron adds. And, I am crying then, feeling that love, feeling their trust, feeling that the answers and clarities and guidances from them don’t matter as much as this LOVE they remind us of, that they have in overflowingly ready supply for us whenever we want and need it.

They both embrace me then and it is amazing to let in as I feel them AS separate and AS me too, MY feminine and masculine wisdom unifying together in love and to offer love. Soaking this in as I am writing it to you, in this moment, as my heart communicates in the language of love.

“This love is possible for any soul who asks for it. Who wants it. Who is open to feel where parts of them don’t feel worthy to receive it. And to ask for these parts to feel it especially,” Sophia says gently, wiping the tears from my cheeks and Her own. “We can support the arising of a wise and compassionate parent inside of you all. We can provide a template for you as you all grow into your own.”

I take in how She is offering a template and respecting our bigness, sovereignty, free will choices in the same moment. This is the essence of how Ascension is held, I feel….as an invitation from the Divine that invites us to lean even as it honors our bigness…. for which every one of us can accept or reject; pull in close or push away.

My heart is full as I complete these words for now and the direct transmissions of their energies through me, although I know the love with them will move through for a while, to be shared in the sessions that I have later today.

On this 12:12 and ongoingly through January, access to the Divine Feminine from within feels like it will be closer, more intimate, ready and waiting for your receiving, your remembering, and your embracing. Ready to support you in the INtegration process. Ready to support your choices of love!

Invitation To Heal Metasoul ‘Battle’ Legacies On ‘Human Rights Day’

This morning I felt a desire to feel into what’s sparking up today in the collective. It turns out that today is ‘International Human Rights Day’. A day that holds celebratory energy yet despair too and is the mark of many ‘battles’ from different groups of humans… some still happening today, yet all still happening in the Now as time is not linear… fires, started up and fuelled by separation wounding, starting within and flowing outward, affecting us all and affecting our love flow together.

The meaning of what it is to be ‘human’ has shifted so much over the ‘centuries’ and timelines…. which are actually still very active today, in this Now, and aren’t in the ‘past’ at all. Parts of us and especially Metasoul Aspects feel different events and situations that appear in our linear sense of history, happening in the Now… as time is not now, nor ever really was linear, except for in our 3D sense of reality that we have needed to be in up ’til Now.

The ‘powers that be’ (mostly political and very Archonic/Reptillian feeling to me, at least for the most part) have deemed this race or that gender ‘human’ and granted rights for things like voting and participation in politics, rights to get married, rights to have clean and drinkable water, rights to renewable energy, rights to religion and worship, rights to ‘freedom’ in general. All of this seems to still be argued about, debated about. So much arguing, so many reasons to confirm or deny or acknowledge and especially to feel… to empathize, which is so much more than sympathize. This has been so challenging, as on some level of our being, in different parts and soul aspects of us, we can feel the ways in which we are all a reflection of each other’s pain, wounded motivations and self-punishment, yet desires and soul and heart gifts too. Even after all these ‘years’ of charged events and situations, so much is still in upheaval and so much is still holding up a powerful mirror along with a perpetually pregnant invitation to keep going inward, to feel the origination of all of this turmoil that still rages within, though perhaps the inner battlegrounds have mostly be shrouded in shadow, and even covered over by the coveted elevation into 5D and beyond, with parts and soul aspects of us wanting to ‘just be passed this already’.

When I really feel my own humanity today, I feel how conditioned parts of me have been to project their reality outward. In a sense, it feels like we are all walking projectors. We are all able to create or dismantle our outer realities, based on our inner reality and what is rumbling inside parts and Metasoul Aspects of us. A few months ago, I felt a Metasoul Sister of mine named ‘Meg’. Meg was a Suffragette in her timeline in England. She somehow rose up to become a sort of micro-leader (under a much bigger and elusive leader of the Suffragette movement who they didn’t see very often for she was in hiding and had to be discreet), for a large group of women of mixed ages. The outrage boiled over to the point of burning down government buildings or at least attempting to. Explosives and other weapons were something that Meg learned how to use and taught and led other women to use them too. Together they rallied and fought. Were arrested and released. The suppression and repression of women were not relieved though and were mostly intensified by their efforts. Eventually, yes, they did ‘win’ the vote and a place in the political sphere, yet with so much turmoil, bloodshed, tears and incredible pain inflicted not only on others but on themselves. Their pain was acted out from, thrust outward like a sword. So many of us and parts of us can relate to this, especially after having been wronged in some way, abused, victimized, which is understandable, especially given the lack of templating for how to do and BE something different than this in our 3D sense of reality. The biggest, deepest movement I’ve had with this Metasoul Aspect came during a SoulFullHeart group day, where she could come up and be felt by the tender yet strong and somehow NOT warrior-like feminine heart in Jelelle Awen and the open, healing, and trustworthy hearts in Gabriel Heartman and Raphael Awen as male witnesses to her plight. The sweet tears of Raianna Shai were there for her too and they could feel a shared Metasoul timeline of sisterhood, which was sweet and heart-opening to let in. She was moved into feeling how the needs of the women could have been brought with spine and vulnerability, both. Without battles and with much more trust. They allowed a seed to be planted in their consciousness, that fighting as the men were doing or seemed to be doing, was the only way to meet them as equals and prove their worth as human women. Yet, Meg could feel and is feeling with me now as I write this with her in my heart, that they were actually being invited to lead something different than this, from a place deep within, rooted in a genuine expression of Yin power and self-leadership which feels so different than outward expressions of OUTrage and warriorship.

In all of our attempts to garner more ‘human rights’, we often forget that the true heart of a human being, and especially that of a Sacred Human as we are invited to keep embodying and healing to more and more, is collaborative, empathic, feeling, and somehow inherently trusting. We have needed to forget this for a time in order to remember it again in fullness and contrast to how we’ve felt and held our power or powerlessness so far. To truly listen to each other, feel each other’s needs in overflow from feeling our own… this is the ongoing invitation from and with Love. It may seem idealistic and honestly, to my Meg, it felt like this at first. Yet the more we go inward, especially with feeling parts of us and Metasoul Aspects too, the more we realize that this doesn’t have to remain an ideal and that the peace we all so want to experience and be a part of in our deepest Sacred Human hearts, has to start within, and this is the only place where we can control whether or not we experience it in this and any timeline. And, once this process has begun, the fictional story of the need to take away anyone’s ‘rights’, human or animal, becomes obsolete, dissipates and eventually dissolves completely as the Golden Earth/New Gaia we are waiting and working for, is then allowed to arise out of our hearts in an organic fashion as it is meant to, instead of fought or battled for as this necessary phase of the illusion of separation has conditioned parts of us to feel is the only way to get, to earn, to create what we really desire to experience and feel worthy of.

Energy Update: Moon Codes Offer Sacred Feminine & Masculine Activations And Healings

The moon is moving from super full to waning to New in the night sky. Yet, inside of OUR inner skies, the moon codes continue to vibe out frequencies of Divine Feminine softness WITH Divine Masculine activations. Activated softness is VERY interesting to integrate! Are you feeling this too?

The activating (and often intense) upgrades and downloads/messages/information streaming in from the Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine) source are filtered by the feminine Moon, then grounded through Her Gaia expression. She receives these codes from the Masculine and gestates them in Her womb. In this birthing process, they seem to INtegrate more easily and more powerfully, even though it may feel like ‘less’ is going on for you in terms of Ascension symptoms or altered consciousness states. I feel that this feminine INtegration and gestation is a KEY aspect to the Ascension process being experienced by us with less pain and discomfort. This is why rest and space holding for feelings becomes so important.

These energies bring this hum of desire to create, to put together, to put out, and to passion-ate. The New Sacred Masculine does this and IS this with an open heart. This is Christiel Consciousness, the higher vibrational frequency of New Earth, that is also being activated from the collective focus on Christmas and on His energies (in whatever forms, ways, and frequencies that is being engaged with.) The masculine energies inside of us, such as our Inner Protectors, feel more support now for their kingly sides to express. The Inner Protector is invited not to just guard the feminine with overprotectiveness, yet to trust HER power and desires are safe to express and to BE. To become her partner and guide both.

These energies also bring in the hum of need to bake, to BE still, to receive, to feel. The New Sacred Feminine does this and IS this with an open heart. Magdalena Consciousness is the Counterpart Mate to the Christiel energies, even if She is ‘left out’ of so much of religion’s pictures or is distorted by them. Magdalena is the Sacred Bride within us ALL, the Sacred, Passionate Lover too. She also offers healing to the Inner Feminine that lives in parts of us such as our Inner Teenager and Inner Child.

I’m seeing these Christiel-Magdalena Moon energies in rays of Golden pinkish-red. They are showing up in my own personal meditation journeys and check-ins. And also with facilitants/clients when we engage in meditation together at the beginning of sessions to bring in purifying energies, set an intentional healing space, call in Guides and parts, and connect our Heart Chords together. These Golden pinkish-red rays fortify and support the forming of HEALTHY Heart Chords in which to transact love together.

Heart Chords are needed right now to let in and receive ALL that is coming in for us and between us. They remind us of sacred union intimacy frequencies, the WARM side of Unity Consciousness. Unity Consciousness can feel more like a concept held by our mind rather than something we can viscerally touch, feel, and experience. Intimacy is Unity Consciousness experienced by our every living cell, by our orgasms, by our passions, by our Higher Hearts.

Heart Chords can engage when the previous binds and cords with others have been released and let go. This ‘cutting of the cords’ is not just on the energetic level, yet also very important to occur on the emotional body level. This happens when previous hook-up between parts of people have been let go and moved through SELF healing and connection with them. As you connect and heal with your Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father….so, these energies begin to rest in their codependent hooking into others without consciousness. These parts come to YOU as the growing, heart open, compassionate, sensitive parental energy that can HOLD their fears, feel their tears, and allow them to transmute into their true essence. With the disclosures of so many shadow frequencies between the masculine and feminine in the collective right now, I feel these SACRED UNION codes are being offered to accelerate the consciousness expansion (which starts in the heart) of the masculine and the softening of the feminine. OUTrage at these sexual abuse revelations is an understandable phase, yet, in its expression, is still coming from wounded masculine. Outrage is the outward expression of an inner rage, truth telling, advocacy, and passions that have been suppressed on the inside from one part to another. Expression of outrage is ultimately a distraction from what is going on from within and has frequencies of powerlessness and victimhood at its roots.

The sacred human feminine heart feels with compassion WHY these actions happened while requiring TRUE remorse from those who have harmed her to be in continuing relationship. She IS healthy boundary setting as she no longer draw abuses and harm and violence from others. She is consciously healing these frequencies as they occur inside of her from one part of her to another. She is feeling how 3D parts of her and some Metasoul Aspects may have been perpetuators too and in what shapes and forms. She is feeling how, on a soul level, she choose to experience all that she does and WHY she would make these choices.

The sacred masculine heart feels with TRUE remorse the impact of his actions and energies on the feminine…both outside and inside of him. He engages in a deep dive inside himself to feel the parts of him that act out in these ways and why. He searches with true passion to find and heal the karmic binds in his Metasoul that perpetuate these abusive cycles. He feels the parts of him that actually feel VERY powerless and unworthy, for which outward, wounded expressions of unwanted sexual advances ultimately come from.

I feel both Christiel and Magdalena very available in this Now for the holding and healing of these wounded gender frequencies and for the transition of them into healthy, into the New. They are offering their hearts in union with yours whenever you would like to connect with them! They are here to bring us into deeper Sacred Union frequencies from within us. To meditate the process of healing our masculine and our feminine in relationship to each other…to then possibly draw our Sacred Union Counterpart Soulmate in response to this self love overflow from within us to be in Unity Consciousness frequencies together!

Supermoon Codes Offer Inner Illuminations, Timeline Activations, Sacred Union

As I felt and ‘saw’ the light codes coming in the early morning from the Supermoon today, they seemed to softly fall like snow or fairy dust upon my beloved and I, as we lay in bed. They looked like sparkling gold and though we weren’t outside, I could feel them come in through the windows and walls, finding their way to us. I hadn’t thought much about light codes coming from the moon and what they could mean or offer. In some ways, the moon hasn’t even been on my radar all that much, though of course, how could a Supermoon go unnoticed?!

They seem to be a sprinkling of something magical, that is also natural to arise now in this stage of Ascension. There is always an alchemical magic, though also a profound and often quite emotional process in letting go and letting in, which is something I’ve written about for the last few days as I have been walking out and feeling deeply my own process of doing just this very thing. So many others seem to be experiencing this too right now, as this IS the process of letting in higher timeline desires and possibilities too… the imminence and immediacy of claiming what we truly want yet also what and HOW our soul wants to serve LOVE, is something we are all invited to feel, feel, feel. It lights us up like a bright torch or beacon, calling us back to us, back to our sacred union within, and into deeper territory with a sacred union outside of us too, for those who have drawn that and for those who are likely about to draw that! It is the goodness of life and of love itself that we can feel now, even and sometimes especially through the painful moments of realizations and dawning truths. The pulsing, purging and pain lead to relief, revitalization, and release and a letting in, lighting up, loving OUT experience of ourselves and of life too.

Residual wounding, core wounding too, can all be held now by you, with the help of guides and this Supermoon fairy dust energy of light code sprinkles. Asking for the help, love and support you need is an invitation for all as the Ascension energies continue to move in and ramp up, amping up the anchors and moving parts of us into the spotlight held by Love. There is no end to the inner love flow that is available to be dipped into as you continue on your journey of healing inside, being with parts of you and soul Aspects too, bringing in and breathing in the energies that want to support not suppress and hold you through the next states and stages necessary for your inhabitation of new and next growth edges and places.

Codes/Messages Offered By The Christ/Magdalena Super Moon Energies

Woken up at 3:33am today, December 3rd, by the SUPER moon energies beaming and illuminating the night skies. All those threes with the activation of Christ Consciousness energy! I am woken up and already feeling inspiration and words being dictated to me by Metasoul Aspects/Guides. No more sleep for me, then, time to get up and receive, share, serve. Such is the amazing life of a blessed soul scribe with the Divine (which I feel many of us are actually, just perhaps remaining unactivated until the Inner Protector/Gatekeeper is ready).

Yesterday and today have been offering intensifying Ascension energies again. You can feel them picking up speed, momentum in frequency as we move into ‘December’. You can feel the Christ Consciousness energy increasing; his lovely higher heart, sacred masculine frequencies of unification and brotherhood/sisterhood. You can feel Magdalena offering her comPASSIONate sacred feminine energies too. You can feel the trinity frequency of their USness and the activation of sacred unions, the balance of feminine and masculine from within and with a partner. I will be writing more about these energies and what they offer in the days to come feels like.

You may be feeling these energies in increasing sleepiness, drowsiness in the body, that ‘here but NOT here’ sense, skipped time as timelines reboot and reset. Or, in new surges of alertness, less sleep needed, a pouring out of creative energy. Or, maybe phases of both in the same ‘day’! Access and connection with our Galactic/Star BEing Metasoul Aspects (that is fractals from our individuated higher dimensional soul source or you could say, “Higher Self Source’) is more porous, easy, and accessible in this Now. I shared about the process for deepening contact with Star BEings from the inside with healing of the Inner Child and Star Seed in yesterday’s writing.

I was guided in this early morning to gaze at the super moon, to take in the codes/information/messages. You can gaze at/let in the moon too and see what you receive as messages, images, visions. These are the ‘codes’ that are meant then just for you! And, maybe you’ll see/hear/feel collective offerings too. You can also access this moon energy in meditation, which seems to offer extra nourishment and depth of inner connection right now.

The moon codes said to me…….a message for me, for us, for humanity:

You are BECOMING illumination. You are becoming capacity to receive this illumination in and about your life and your purpose of serving love here. You are becoming illumination for others about their purpose here too as you join together, collaborate, and unify to share and serve LOVE!

You are BECOMING disclosure. You are becoming the response to revelations about your soul, your emotional body, and your continuing transformation into your sacred humanity. You are becoming disclosure of that which is fear-based and needs to revealed in the collective shadow and is being invited to be reformed and transformed by LOVE!

You are BECOMING comPASSION. You are becoming the holding of a compassionate response to these illuminations and disclosures, both personally and collectively. You are becoming passion expressing in creativity, in desire, in heart/soul/mind clarities, inspired to feel so much more coming into the light of LOVE!

You are BECOMING sacred humanity. You are becoming the arising of what you’ve been meant to BE as your potential and capacity originating from Divine Source. You are becoming the crystallizing of your body, the awakening of your soul, the INlightenment of your mind, the enlovenment of your heart. You are becoming in this now….ever more….Infinite Love in human form!

The ReLOVEution Of Our ELOVEution

The world stage is churning. Bubbling. The emperors’ clothes are fading and we are beginning to see what lies behind the Wizards of Oz. As this process continues to unfold itself right in front of our very eyes, a grasp at old tactics of fear and disinformation will find their way to our once-conditioned ears.

The old power structure is losing its grasp and the final act of this long drama is in the beginning stages. What this world will look and feel like a year from now is anybody’s guess but what is for certain is that it will be “truth is stranger than fiction” compared to our old way of experiencing what is normal.

This pole shift in consciousness will have a huge affect on those that have yet to awaken to what is and has been happening for centuries. Even to frame it in linear time doesn’t quite have much impact on this Now. What has been illusion based on control and fear is now approaching an event horizon. It is sunsetting. The light of Gaia’s higher climb is creating a bifurcation. A fork in the road that still leads to the same place, just in a different route.

What is happening “out there” is a mirror of what is happening IN here. Your own inner wizards of Oz are possibly kicking up some old stuff to bring you down to a lowered frequency. Your inner protectors, punishers, and gatekeepers are sniffing the new timeline of Love that is rising ever so persistently. Their relationship to Love is a volatile one and if you are not conscious of them as separate to you then it can feel like mayhem is going on inside. They have many reasons for this need to keep you in a lowered frequency as what has seemed to be “safer”. It is one that is the most known even in its suffering.

As this rising continues, I expect more people to feel an inner urgency that they just can’t put their finger on. An emotional and spiritual roller-coaster. From a SoulFullHeart perspective, these are parts of you and not what you would consider “I”. These are 3D parts that have “this life” wounding and metasoul lives that are in other timelines feeling the same rumblings. Those that are on the front heartlines of this reLOVEution have been doing the inner work needed to assist in this epic phase of our eLOVEution.

There are those too that are now waking up and feeling the rumbles within. The path for some is to fight and inform. For others it is going IN, letting go of the old, and preparing for the new. Helping the growing numbers make a self-loving transition into the Golden Age of Golden Earth. Energy Update: 2018 – A Mega Year For Revelations & Shiftings

All those toasty and roasty codes coming in still through the portals opened wider on 11/11. All that physical, emotional, chakral detoxification and purification to receive the UPgrades. All that shadow coming into the light on stages of Hollywood, political and governmental too. All those merging and overlapping timelines as the veils continue to thin INside as our every living cell is activated to vibrate higher and higher.

The continuation and extension of this offering seems to be through 12:12 specifically yet, also, ongoingly as we transition into the ‘year’ 2018. What I’ve been offered about 2018 from Archangel Metatron and my Metasoul/Higher Self Aspects is that it is going to be a ‘mega year’ with many revelations in 3D mainstream culture that will rock and shock many people. This is the year that many people’s every day lives and lifestyles are going to change, at the very least internally in how they relate with reality.

The curtain will be pulled in sometimes quite dramatic fashion to reveal the ‘powers that have been’ and their fear-based agendas and manipulations. Those leaders who have looked like clowns or ‘bad guys’ will be revealed to have been working actually to overthrow those that have done great harm and abuses. Everything will feel upside down in many ways. It will feel like a movie to those souls who hadn’t woken up to all of this information before now. It will feel surreal and to some like their worst nightmare coming true.

It feels like surprising structures will fall too, even some known or perceived as ‘spiritual’ and of New Earth. What cannot be denied is the higher heart’s truth and as more souls embrace their Higher Self in their body, they will see clearer and feel more deeply what is genuine and what is not. The shields and defenses of the Inner Protectors (needing to be created to survive 3D incarnation) will feel more obvious. The judgements without love of self and of others from the Inner Punishers will become more abrasive. The hypocrisies in action (not walking your talk) performed from a place of emotional immaturity will become less tolerable. The overlay of falsity that comes from spirituality that only embraces the light, that is avoiding the integration of the dark and the emotional body, will also become more evident.

If you have already woken up to this reality and are digesting/integrating it in your emotional body, you become an asset to those who are newly awakening. You become a light through the shadow lands of death that they will feel as their 3D self and its entire world come crashing down. You are a beacon to them of what is possible on the other side of the valley of shadows and death, even as you may still be traversing it yourself. You represent the rebirth that emerges as you let go of the false to embrace the real and authentic. You become an example that you CAN survive having layer after layer peeled away and that what emerges is actually more love in embodied form.

You will also need support to navigate through these transition times. Your 3D Self was born and bred and fed on 3D reality. As much as you have learned and grown and brought your soul into your consciousness, there still may be aspects of you anchored to 3D reality. These anchors pull and tug more as you vibrate higher. You feel the drag more and how it lowers you. You notice it in repeated patterns of suffering and pain. You may go ‘in and out’ of the 3D timeline still, especially connected to the holiday season and your birth families, long-term friendships and romantic relationships. It is often the social area of our lives which is most anchored into 3D reality.

Support for you comes in the continual choices toward love and realness. Toward no longer settling and shrinking in your relationships. Toward claiming, naming, and focusing on your service of love purpose here – even if it is to heal yourself, serve love TO yourself in order to overflow in a genuine way to others eventually. Toward no longer hiding your light under anyone’s perceptions or expectations of you.

Support also comes in the deepening and expanding of your connection with the Divine, your Ethereal Guides, and your Metasoul Aspects (especially those that vibrate at higher frequencies and can infuse you with frequencies of Unity Consciousness.)
