Energy Update: Ongoing Body Preparation And Star BEing Experience/Connection To Receive 11/11 UPgrades

We are in process still ‘being prepared’ to receive on a galactic level, to let in the UPgrades/downloads coming through even now, yet especially on the ‘marker’ of this Saturday 11/11. This being prepared feels like it is happening BEyond what can really tracked by our minds. This portal is about bringing MORE of our higher timeline self energies INTO our bodies. The main ground of preparation is of the body itself, as it is the densest expression of our BEing.

To help with the preparation of the body to receive these downloads, I’ve been guided to eat ‘very lightly’, as if I was recovering from the stomach flu and just didn’t want to digest anything heavy or dense. Fruit smoothies have been the best and maybe very light vegetable soups. The lighter your body is when it comes to food digestion (with less moving through), the MORE you can let in of the light frequencies coming in. Food digestion takes up much energy, expends it, so having less of that to do right now is helpful. Preparation also may involve some continuing purification and detoxifications on the body level.

Headaches, neck and back pain, infections/flus/colds (that feel that way but aren’t actually about bacteria as 3D relates to it,) extreme sleepiness and drowsiness, lightheadedness. You may be feeling some of these and ‘pushing through it’ to do ‘normal’ activities could be pretty challenging and just not possible. Even if you have to take this time ‘off’ from Doing, it will be worth it for what you can potentially connect with and receive in the resting.

This is an aspect of surrender to the process, to trust that something special is going on here, and that you are being held through it with Divine love on ALL levels, even and especially on the physical.

I had a meeting/session this morning with what is feeling more and more like my Metasoul collective…..a gathering of all the aspects of my Metasoul that I have met, connected with, exchanged gifts of healing, cried with, moved energies of karma trauma, found resonance with over the years as we become more unity consciousness WHILE remaining individual soul spark consciousnesses too.

The message I received from these aspects/guides about this phase of preparation prior to 11/11 is to surrender into it; to go within; to ‘journey’ with it and open up to what is available. My Arcturian Metasoul Binkh offered that they are VERY close now to us…not just in Gaia’s orbit as they have been for a long time, yet, also, moving vibrationally closer to us. As we move UP, so they can meet us ‘halfway’. I felt them yesterday when I was sitting by the ocean and it seemed as if a portal opened in the sky. The sun was radiating rays down from its center, emerging out of a cluster of clouds. These rays were intense as seen through my sun glasses, although not as clear in the photo that we took below. The rays offered that we are being connected to in ALL moments, we are being reached for, we are being WANTED by higher frequency BEings all over the multiverses. Certainly the message was that we are NOT alone and never have been.

As our eyes open up more beyond physical sight, we can see these things and certainly we can feel them, as our emotional bodies are more visceral, less run by the 3D mind control stuff. We can feel them with our higher/cosmic heart as it opens up too. As we come to more unity from within…connecting with ALL aspects of our 3D self and our Metasoul too….then, we can feel more this commUNITY connection energy for which we are being invited to embody and remember.

This process is accelerating in this now. Real movement INside and as a collective is occurring. ALL the support you need is available if you ask for it and open UP to receive!!

Current Energies Illuminate 3D Heaviness, Attachments, Pain

The density of this 3D reality… the density of the body, of the toxic foods and practices parts of us have held on to for so long… this is what’s being highlighted now, brought to our attention in visceral ways. There is cellular clearing, yes, physically and astrally too.

When you dream at night, it’s common to perhaps not wake up remembering what you dreamt about but to still feel yourself holding onto and recalling the feeling experience of it all. It can stay with you like that for a portion of your day, flowing into your life with you.

What was once considered important to be and stay attached to by parts of you, is also being highlighted now and you may feel just plain ‘tired’ of it all. Tired of the grind, of daily life scenarios that are less than fulfilling on a heart and soul level, of taking in life’s challenges without much sense of a bigger picture or intention holding it all.

These bubbles are all popping now. Energies coming in and moving through are waking up, shaking up your being and your consciousness level, first by showing you where your heart hasn’t yet been able to flow in concert with all it intends and holds to be true in line with your soul. Irritation, anger, dis-ease, discomfort, depression, heaviness, all signal that there is something that has been rigidly clung to up ’til now, that needs and wants and is asking to be looked at soberly yet with a renewed sense of love for YOU in your heart. Most of what has been held as so important, no longer feels so important… somewhat without an explanation, at least for the mind to grasp, for now.

This is a new reality that wants to birth you and the parts of you still in 3D pain and motivations, into 4D reality and higher. Moving into 4D reality can feel like careening through a dark corridor at times. Passing through 4D consciousness means inhabiting your questions and being open to answers that you can only feel and may not be able to ‘know’ just yet, as it all opens up for you again. It’s an awakening journey that needs more than a simple one-off healing session in order to move so fully into it that you can pop out of it again and into even higher frequencies where love can truly be an ally to every pore, every facet of your being.

As you feel the tension of this new birth canal, you can let in the message that ‘there is MORE!’ to let in. There is MORE to this life, to these challenges, to this tension you have felt. There is more than transcendence as a means to rise above it. There is a deep-dive inside, that brings out the old, over-inhabited conditioning that is getting ready to let go now, that is moving into a place of letting MORE flow into you – more love, more awareness of a bigger picture, more desire for health and healthy habits, emotionally and physically. More lightness and less density and the journey to finding and feeling this, one step at a time.

Your burgeoning and beckoning heart and soul maturation want so much to be held in a process that offers this MORE at and around every single corner. It isn’t a matter of being overly sober or shadow-hunting, but being aware, being open, feeling the immature places, holding them with love, and encouraging yourself, through getting to know and feel parts of you, to keep going IN and growing UP. There is much to feel as the more moves in, for there needs to be room made for it. SoulFullHeart may not be THE answer for everyone, yet it is AN answer and a powerful process bringing many new frequencies and feeling tones along with it. The scariest thing is the newness of what this path offers, that doesn’t look like anything you’ve likely yet experienced…

Riding these waves of energies right now, leading up to this gate opening on 11:11… there is love with you and flowing to you, as all is illuminated and brought up to be felt. It’s up to you, what choice you make, to go into the invitation to more process and deeper feeling spaces. And somehow, no matter what you choose, the goodness of it all is still there and you will never, ever be loved any less than you are right now. ❤

Current Energies Activating Your “Not You” True You

The You that is Not You is getting lit up. Highlighted. Sparked by deep, layered activations in the recess of your True You. The holes in the Whole are gurgling, pulsing, calling. This can come out in so many significant ways that may be interpreted as a simple “this” or “that”. There is nothing insignificant about anything anymore. Never was. The physical symptoms, the sensitivities, the frustrations, the questions, or the sudden collapse of relationship and livelihood.

It grows deep within you. The connection of your Highest Self back to essence. Not to merge back into forgetfulness, but to experience the Dual Consciousness of I As All and All As I. These seemingly random occurrences are Remembrance pains. When these bubbles make their way to the surface, they off-gas into your waking consciousness causing shifts and movements. They can create havoc if you don’t have a means to hold them in a greater context.

Breathing through them is one way to let the energies find their ground within you. Self-loving acts of rest and pleasure can aid in this. They can be beyond mind and our current available consciousness. The work is being done on a much grander scale. There is also much to be felt within our capable and readied hearts. There are messages coming to us that are meant to shake things up that kick up emotional triggers in our 3D and 4D self. Our 5D nature is making its way into the fold and that creates a tension within.

It is not a press, mind you. But an offering that is hard to ignore. With each step Gaia makes, with each opening and integration the collective experiences, the more we are coming closer to what we have always been and yet have forgotten. In that forgetting there is a pain and a fear. There is a lot for our inner parts and soul aspects to feel and release. For those that have signed up for this, it can be quite a crucible to navigate all the energies coming up. The feeling that what life used to be like is not what is meant to continue.

There is a way to be with all these rumblings. This arising awareness. The pain that it may be causing. It is a process of feeling the parts of you that are these bubbling pockets of Not You (Anymore). It is a guided path of “selves discovery” that is meant to bring you back into Wholeness. Into the space of deep feeling and healing. Into a sacred relationship to yourself as Essence and to another as Union. Traversing a subconscious terrain to integrate and express all that is wanting to come into and out of you.

Feeling Your Protective Layers As Downloads Rain Inward – 11/11 Gateway Invitation

NEW inspirations are downloading for you now. Sometimes they trickle in like a light rain from bloated rainclouds. It depends on what you’re ready for and what parts of you are opening up to. Your Gatekeeper, who is another layer of your Inner Protector, gages and siphons off these downpours and INpours of INspiration that want to come to you, to move you into new places in your life, to help you see and make those tough choices and take those challenging steps to reclaim, re-energize and reignite the flame of self-empowerment and love.

The energies leading up to the portal of 11/11 this weekend feel like a soft caress and rock music, all at the same time… there is understanding and love from the Divine and the Multi-verse, and there’s a strong invitation to shake off the dust and awaken to where love is flowing in your life and where it may not be. It’s not a violent shake, yet for some parts of you it may feel that way in moments, as the awakenings come in and take hold of your consciousness, or at least try to. Doorways, portals opening, yes, as they have been continuously, and the most powerful one imaginable is the one that begins to open up to a wider aperture inside of you. This is the one that truly invites in more energies, more upgrades, more loving ways to be in this world. It brings in desires to tread gently yet powerfully, acknowledging how this can seem like a paradox to those who haven’t experienced that you can hold both of these frequencies at once without violence or outrage or wounded masculine expressions of toil and strife, or battles and martyrdom.

If you feel ready for the downloads coming in, you can ask for them, but you cannot bypass what needs to be felt before they can integrate in the way they need and want to. For them to truly go in with love takes a lot of conscious and ongoing holding of the parts of you that don’t want them to or aren’t sure it’s okay. Your Gatekeeper, who I mentioned earlier, is the main aspect of you that is used to holding and blocking so many threads of your potential awakening that they haven’t deemed you to be ready for quite yet (and that they haven’t been ready to let in themselves, either).

My own Gatekeeper, who I first came to know as a defensive Inner Protector or Guardian, is offering to me that my readiness is ripening after what has now been several months of working with her, yet several years of working with parts of me that were dominant aspects of my personality. She says, “the soul and heart maturity level need to match with the maturity level of the arising, conscious Sacred Human, who is striving for spiritual consciousness, not in a mentally-based way, and is deeply exploring their heart and wanting to know more, FEEL more, about who they are and why, who/what the Divine is and why, as well as who they could be destined to become in conscious and empowered co-creation with the Divine… It is important to let in the process AND the downloads, to not simply try and open floodgates that are meant to and need to be there… for now. And too, the Gatekeeper needs to feel this relationship with you as your healing Sacred Human self, to trust the Divine through and with you, as so many (myself included at times, in some layers…) still feel very consciously and unfairly separated from the Divine and therefore, from the powerful force and trance of love that wants so much to flood into you and them too.”

It is a major process to feel into, this acceptance of what is being brought in, and there are many understandable defenses that want to keep it out or filter it in a way that is perhaps more digestible for now. There is nothing that can truly be missed out on here though, as each opening within you does create this ever-widening and expanding portal of access to YOU and to the Infinite Love that is the Uni and Multi-verse we exist in and through.

So perhaps the greatest invitation and inspiration being extended to us all with this 11/11 portal, is more of the same of what comes in with all of them… to continue to acknowledge and deepen the work within, to let it be and arise and take a stronger, more self-loving hold on your heart and soul. To invite in a reality that is heart-based, that works with the mind and not against it, and with the soul in a more sober way. There is so much still to feel and on the other side of that, so much more to just keep letting in as we continue our paths of deep inner transformation that continuously transform and upgrade our entire world as we kNOW it and rediscover it, today. ❤

Energy Update: New Dawn Coming In And Dying To BE Prior To 11/11 Gateway

Wise words offered from a friend on Facebook, Deva Anupada, about what she is experiencing of these ongoing INtense ascension energies: “During last night another huge shift occurred which brought in a deep release of illusions delivered through intense and not so pleasant dreams for those participating. Followed by a new dawn bringing forth new awareness. This really is logging off life (the programme) in order to log on to life again with a new operating system. From a new platform. Like reincarnating without going through the physical death. Dying to BE.”

This could be why I slept 12 hours last night and still felt groggy and floaty when I woke up! Logging off happening in sleep, yes, and also in waking life more and more as timeline realities merge over each other, overlapping realities of Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and also your Star BEing aspects too coming more into your waking consciousness.

Dying to BE….that feels so true to me. Making ROOM for the rebirth means allowing and accepting the purging, clearing, cleansing, releasing that just NEEDS to happen right now. This is happening on levels we haven’t experienced before during our present timeline.

I would add that the death process feels to me that it is of the 3D self versions of us that HAD to be created and formed when we came into the body here. Such density we encountered coming here! Our soul porosity had to fragment into different energies that could cope and adjust to it. Those energies we feel and offer in SoulFullHeart are primarily about protection, control, fitting into gender roles (such as mother or father), etc. These fragmented energies then form our personalities, who we THINK that we are in 3D life until our soul awakenings when we start to discover that our essence is actually so much MORE than these 3D personalities. Our 3D self aspects can be understandably resistant and afraid of the dying and rebirth process as all that they have known of life seems to be collapsing away, being ‘ripped’ away from them.

Connecting with your 3D self aspects directly that are still anchored to 3D reality processing through undigested wounding can allow for more ease, grace, trust, acceptance, integration AS you undergo the ongoing process of ascension. Even if and when MORE shadow and woundings need to come up to be felt, then you have a ways and means to BE with them. Forming a relationship INside to allow for eventual INtegration and navigation of the often very challenging choice points as you unanchor from 3D life and move into 4D transitional death/rebirth and beyond. A new dawn coming in…..The 11:11 gateway opening to activate the receiving of MORE codes and downloads does feel like it is going to be significant. It could serve as a ‘marker’ for many on their awakening process for which they really felt the NEW coming more deeply into their consciousness. The inner prep to receive these codes (such as Iwrote about yesterday) is important to the degree and depth that you can receive them. An aspect of this preparation is BEing with any resistance and fear that comes up from parts of you. This could also be manifesting in crisis, turmoil, intense life events too for which you become more aware of where you are still anchored to 3D life and where you are ready to let go.

Energy Update: Preparation To Receive 11/11 Upgrades Happening On All Body Levels (Emotional, Physical, Mental, Social, Energetic)

Energies are strong today….thick it feels like and dense somehow. Not in the sense of suppressing anything, just can make you feel way sleepy, low energy, and the ‘here and NOT here’ sense of merging timelines. In this place, you may have little desire to go out, physically, and more want to rest, meditate, feel, and BE. These energies have the feeling of preparing us for the ‘date’ of November 11th, this Saturday, and the extension and expansion of the highest timeline downloads we started receiving on the total eclipse in August.

I was guided to hold a group call with Raphael on 11/11 as a way to connect to these energies, offering a bridge to the emotional body/3D undigested frequencies through our parts work process. To offer a means of integration of these high energies as the emotional body clears and heals…this is what we offer through sessions too and our SoulFullHeart process. In this preparation place/space to receive more downloads and activations, body sensitivities can be way UP and acute. What you eat and drink may be really impacting you in a new way. Using certain foods to provide comfort may be now intolerable to you and just not ‘working’ for emotional numbing as the body and the emotional come into more vibe together. Effects of caffeine and sugar may be amplified. As you become higher vibrational, the ‘buzz’ of these (when you do use them, even in small amounts) can create altered states….I have experienced this lately for myself.

I’m back to eating mostly fruit again these last few days, lots of water, cutting out sugar/caffeine/flour and much rest after having some toxicity reactions when I ate ‘denser’ foods and from moving out through my body some intense yet so good emotional body/Metasoul movements last week. I’ve already been a vegetarian (almost vegan) for eight years……this would be a good time to transition to going meat-free if you’ve been feeling that as the energies will support it much more. You may even find that you lose your appetite and ability to digest eating animals at this time and are just naturally drawn to fruits and vegetables.

If you’ve been moving through some heavy emotions and integration of shadow (as I’ve been writing about for the last few weeks), then your body may be feeling even more sensitive and clearing out these emotions on a cellular level. The more connected you become in wholeness to ALL of your bodies (physical, mental, emotional, chakral/energetic, social), the more you purge and clear on ALL levels. With our social bodies (personally and collectively) being flushed out by love, you may be experiencing upheavals too in relationships with new choice points based on your soul coming in, as I shared yesterday.

It is ongoingly an INtense and INteresting time of INtegration. Go within when you find the outside is just too overwhelming and dense and especially when you have something INside that wants and needs you attention to feel it.

Much love to you on this INward (and outward) journey! Offering a trust with you and to you in this now that what is coming up needs to be moved in order to prepare, ready, and, eventually, BEcome more love. ❤ ❤

My Magical Experience Of Sacred Union Through The SoulFullHeart Process

This man….this soul choosing to BE in life with me. As partners in this dance of feeling and healing. As co-creators of a vocation that offers a service of love with others that arises as a genuine passion. As journeyers into the depths of ourselves and all the aspects that live inside of us. As co-integrators of shadows that live in our Metasouls and our counterpart pairings in different timelines: Lemuria, Atlantis, ‘ancient Greece’, Arcturian, and more.

This kind of partnership is not what we have been conditioned to believe about relationships in 3D life. 3D offers us not templates of two souls moving into health in ALL areas of their lives individually AND together…yet rather examples of unhealed and congested wounded places inside of each of them that often clash and burn or cling and bind….. until whatever love they had between them runs out of ground.

More scared unions than sacred unions are these, formed from undifferentiated parts of the 3D self ‘hooking up’ with each other. These hookups can look like two Inner Protectors guarding and ‘fighting’ each other; an Inner Matriarch (wounded masculine in the woman) with the Inner Patriarch (wounded masculine in the man); and many others. We need these reflections in others (that includes all relationships actually, with birth family esp.) until we no longer do in the same way.

The TRUE authentic selves, the higher selves coming into body of each partner may not claim much space on the dance floor of the relationship as it is so rarely safe enough INSIDE to allow for this overflow of genuine expression to come out. Lust then supplements for awhile and karma drama from other lifetimes and timelines, all without much consciousness around it. Duty and obligation can come in there too, along with needs to feel safe and secure.

This can be the experience of polarity and push-pull in 4D relationships. There is this sense of soul mating, of soul resonance, of belonging together in 4D consciousness around relationships. There are moments of genuine connection and even grounded bliss. Moments where two hearts can feel each other. Two bodies can connect with each other. And, yet, there is still the unfelt 3D stuff/wounding that anchors each partner into suffering loops and patterns. It anchors them into moments of fusion with 3D parts of themselves again. They go up and down in this unconscious cycle of push-pull together and the ceiling of good will, respect, and mutuality often crashes down around them eventually.

With Raphael, over our nine years together, I experience that we can navigate the murkier grounds of reactions and triggers together WHILE maintaining a larger container of love and goodness in the process. We don’t avoid what is in shadow or what is difficult. We don’t float in bliss together at all times (although many times we do, especially when we experience deep heart openings that come from moving through something difficult and come out the other side of it with MORE love.) We have been able to show up in relationship with each other this way because we have shown up for ourselves and parts of us in this way. With curiosity, we hold space for the energies that move through us. We feel them as very distinct and even commonly definable parts of ourselves that we have felt in so many others too.

Raphael and I can sit in conflict and tension together, as we did the other day for almost eight hours. Not to suffer in this space or to ‘beat each other up’ emotionally. Yet, rather, because we honor the energies inside and in our Metasouls that NEED this space to express and be relationally with an intimate other person and soul. The trust and love ground that we have between us and inside of us and in the Divine holds the space. We stay in the room together through it, allowing, and BEing with the fears that can live inside about the relationship completing, running out of ground, etc. Yet, we find the next going on place together and the next….AS we are willing and open to let go EVEN AS we are deeply committed to the union.

This IS possible through the parts work process, through the SoulFullHeart way of life and process that we offer and have been very deeply, personally engaged with for ten years. This understanding and feeling space that we create inside with parts of ourselves allows for the transaction together in an increasingly high frequencies of soul, body, heart, and mind AND integration of shadow too.

Someone commented the other day when I shared a joy moment that came after more Metasoul pairing integration with Raphael, ” I love how you’re really doing this – for real!” Yes, we really are and so can you….starting from inside of you, creating an inner sacred union with ALL aspects of yourself…..and this eventually drawing the your mate of soul, body, heart, and mind to be in it WITH you too!

Raphael’s comment on this post: “The challenge that arose between us a few days ago that Jelelle refers to was for me the most challenging yet, encountering a part of myself that has lived in my shadow…, something I don’t think would arise were it not for an intimacy as deep and ‘strange’ as ours. I say strange because the intimacy and magic I have and do experience with Jelelle still feels incomparable to a part of me, incomparable to anything I’ve seen or known or saw portrayed. I’ve tended to feel that strange magic in very private places, feeling also the vulnerability of it ending.

Now the universe is inviting us to self permit ourselves to offer to serve others in leading with what we have in deep transparency, feeling how opaque leaders and murky spiritual offerings are a thing of the past for so many souls now.

Energy Update: Revelation, Healing, And Integration Of Shadow Frequencies

The energies ARE personal. As personal as it gets as you ARE energy. You are a multidimensional, galactic BEing inside of a human form. You are connected to higher dimensional expressions, star BEing aspects of your Metasoul (soul source). You are BEcoming and merging with the consciousness of these star BEings from other timelines, other dimensions, other planets, other galaxies more and more in a process that is MEANT to impact you personally as this happens.

Does it feel sometimes like the ascension energies are outside of you? The gateways and vortexes opening? The stargates activating? The sun flares and geomagnetic storms churning? Does it feel like these things are happening outside of you in a distant, vast, and irrelevant outer space with little impact on your daily reality? If so, this can lead to a sense of distancing from the ascension process and that it is less meaningful on a personal level.

All of these energies swirling around in the cosmos, all this galactic activity, is also represented inside of you. Making it personal, taking it personally, is where I feel the REAL gift of awareness about cosmic energies comes in and goes in. Connecting what is happening ‘out there’ with how it is impacting your emotional body, your process, your experience of experience leads to more self awareness and capacity to digest what is happening. Providing some context and overall picture to hold what you are living out can help with the digestion of the experience.

There is A LOT happening in the now, in the cosmos, that impacts us as a collective and on a personal basis. It is a major phase of transition for us as the shadows, the darkness, the underground and underbelly, are disclosed and exposed. There is no ‘going around’ this process as what has been so polarized during the 3D experiment needs to come back into balance. The only way is by going through it with manifestations of chaos, upheaval, and death and rebirth happening through intense weather patterns and political/social/cultural crises.

Finding our balance again requires the revealing and eventual release of the dark energies that have had so much underground influence on our culture and the formation of our 3D self AND on our Metasoul too. Making this process personal is feeling and BEing with the traumas created from all this polarization to fear-based frequencies. These traumas can remain undigested in your emotional body in your 3D self AND also in your Metasoul through repeating loops of suffering patterns and cycles and karmic binds.

All the photonic light generation activities in the cosmos creates a SAFE container for the revelation and healing of this shadow on a collective and personal level. The HIGH frequencies provide a padded room for the bombs to explode when needed; the fuses to ignite; the storms to roar….until they run out of fear to fuel them. This padded room of pure love and light is also provided to YOU as a shield from these necessary outgasses. You can connect with your safe padded place through meditation, through connection with your Ethereal guides/aspects, through commUNION with the Divine (and the Divine Mother esp.), through service of love, through BEing in relationships that are nourishing, soul resonant, through drawing the support that you need. This doesn’t mean that you transcend out of whatever necessary shadow revealing and integrating process that you need to go through. Yet, rather, you have a sense of being held WHILE you are in this exploration. You are not just becoming the shadow or the darkness OR suppressing it either (that is the old way), yet you are holding space FOR the aspects and parts of you that are overly polarized to it. You get to know and connect with these aspects and invite them into the safe, padded room of your HEART and soul, where they can finally feel safe to share, to be felt, and to BEcome something real….and, eventually, then to heal.

As you digest the shadow revelation that is happening ‘out there’ feel how it is impacting you on a personal level. Feel your reactions inside to what comes out. Feel if your ‘safe padded room of love and light’ is available and if you are using it. Feel what support you need to navigate your own process of shadow revelation. Feel the taking of it all personally and what that means for you in a way that also allows you to FEEL held by love during the process. Feel the integration that wants to happen inside of you as the shadow meets the sun of love and finally finds it way home in your heart.

Moving From The Isolation Of The Void Space And Into Being Filled Up With Love

Then, there is the void. It feels like many souls will be in this as consciousness continues to shift and change. Maybe you are in this now or, at least, in moments? The void is the space in between the dips of necessary purgings and clearings and the peaks of feeling connected to Divine love, All That Is, the sense of your Higher Self kNOWingness. The void is the place that is the ‘during’…….the AFTER of the old and yet BEFORE the new has fully come in.

I was reminded of the void yesterday and how deep it can feel and BE. My heart went out with compassion toward the walking out of this phase as I felt it during session space with a beautiful, brave soul who is navigating this ground and asking me to support her to discover what arises on the other side of it. I could feel a resonant experience of it for myself too and for how it feels like the void will become more and more the collective experience too as we move from 3D consciousness to higher.

How lonely this void can feel. How isolating. How crazy making. It can seem to get bigger and bigger, never ending, a chasm that you can’t possibly jump over. It can feel like there will not be something on the other side of it again. Nothing to land in, nothing that will rise up to meet you.

Parts of you may feel so lost in this void. It feels like living in an empty house. It feels like looking in a mirror and seeing NO reflection there. You may feel like you truly have NO IDEA who you are anymore.

This void grows in your life as you awaken, as your soul frequencies rumble through you. As you are vacating the previous 3D life that parts of you, your 3D self, built up so carefully. You are purposely tearing down, pushing away, letting go. Things are slipping/cracking/completing. The previously nourishing relationships running out of ground and feel more and more shallow until they just fade away. These relationships once ‘told’ you who you were and you may find that you can’t locate yourself that way anymore. Another person’s ideas of who you are no longer offer the outlines that they once did.

The void is when compelling careers and jobs (even the spiritually-based ones) are no longer able to be responded to and the new means of livelihood based on soul purpose expression have not been connected to yet. You may be financially ‘broke’ as you break away from money earning energies that don’t fit anymore. No self identify or self image is able to be propped up by the doing or showing up for the role anymore, so there is a drifting confusion about claiming a soul purpose expression. There are moments of feeling that you want to serve and share, yet a persisting lack of clarity about HOW and in what way.

It can feel like the void will last ‘forever’, yet, it is ultimately temporary. As you rewire your entire life, there is a necessary ‘lights out’ phase. If you are truly letting go of what doesn’t serve your soul, love WILL eventually come in to fill the space UP again. Love wants to do this. Love comes in to fill the void in the form of soul family connections that offer a deeper intimacy and realness, a true reSOULnance. Love comes in the form of self intimacy that grows as you embrace what is authentically you and no longer resist ANY aspects of yourself, responding to love all that is within you. Love comes in the form of synchroniticies and opportunities and resonances that you learn to trust, following with less doubt.

Love wants to light you UP again. Love wants to fill the voids. Let it INTO your life again in whatever ways and means it is inviting you to. Trust your opening upper heart to guide you through and out of the lostness. Trust your soul to find the way through. Trust love to show you the way to the NEW where the spaces are filling in, arising into Infinite Possibilities in every moment.

Your Essence And Inner Love Sanctuary

There is a sanctuary inside of you. There is an essence there that cannot be lost. There is a treasure of heart, that has been protected for so long, by a part of you that feels this is the only way to ‘get through’ life. This can express as transcendence, as much as it can express as bitterness and withdraw. The sanctuary that holds the glowing orb of precious love-essence is a peaceful and aerated place, yet no-place… unless the inner protection has built a fortress around it, keeping it within confines of hard walls and impermeable energy structures too, giving it a ‘place’ instead of letting it flow and move throughout your being.

Structures of constructed ideas of ‘this is what love is’ have taken over like thorny vines. Love has become something different than what it is as it lives and breathes inside of you and inside of your life. Protection has taken over in different ways and forms… your Inner Protector has forgotten that real love needs no walls to hold it or keep it from harm. It is meant to flow, to illuminate, to permeate, to aerate. It is here to not be held down, but to move up and take us with it.

Your inner sanctuary is accessed through the portal of your heart, beyond yet with the mind as it needs and wants to be present, until that time when it can rest. It is there and you are getting closer to it, finding ways to dwell within it and be in life and the world too. It is a place of being and stillness. It is there, always, and the more you feel your parts that are afraid of it, afraid of its power, or afraid harm will come to it, the more access you will have to it in every moment. ❤
