Recreating HIStory: The Journey Of Healing The Heart And Soul Of Men

This is the first in a series of writings that I am feeling guided to share about my personal, yet very collective, journey into the shadow of the masculine heart, and the soul aspects that are contained within. The purpose is to feel and heal what has still been hidden around power and leadership in the service of Love to Self, romance, community, humanity, and Gaia. I look forward to any engagement that you may feel guided to express along the way. You can even recommend a place for me to go that may have some significance for you. Our imagination is the portal to our healing and our greatness. It is the receiver and transmitter of our multidimensionality. The stories we create, witness, or both, bring us into a relationship to our selves and our other lives living in this Current of Now. There is no knowing whether these stories are “true” or not in the 3D scientific way. They are just embraced and felt. It is the feeling of the story that brings us to the precipice of healing.

This can be difficult for many men, myself included, to lean into the intuitive imagination as a guide to where the healing lies. It has direction but it is rarely linear. A more skeptical part of us may have a hard time just trusting what is being seen, or even ‘seeing’ at all. And then, of course, is the fear of witnessing what we may not want to see. A hidden or repressed reality that lives within us in our consciousness in protected and/or locked places in our heart and soul.

My journey has taken me into a deeper realm of my unconscious, my shadow. It has been centered around truth-telling and care-taking. In my initial explorations, I could feel a deeper distrust of my own power in relation to others, women, and life itself. This comes from a part, or parts, of me that feel to keep a lid on the volcano within in fear of what it may expose, or harm.

When I felt more into it, I could sense a collective male dimension to it. The over-expression and under-expression of true male power. There was a feeling of many timelines where power was abused and lorded over. It was both claimed and given away. It feels like a necessary journey for any man to come face-to-face with his own conqueror, demiurge, and killer, as well as the dominator and suppressor of the feminine.

This is not to assume singular responsibility of guilt for the collective, but rather to feel where power and love were not aligned with each other in our HIStory. Where do we have brothers in our soulscape that are experiencing the horrible events that have caused so much suffering and death? Where have we felt deep shame and guilt that have caused our truth to remain contained in the depths of our being?  

This is a cosmic rebalancing act of ambassadorship. A quantum, multidimensional service of love. I feel to stop here and let this digest as I have written more about a meditation experience that I had with Raphael and Jelelle recently. It is proving to open out the possibility of a longer arch of writing that will focus on the journey of discovering and feeling the heart and soul of men. Feels like a big thing to take on but I can follow the feminine in me telling me to take it one step at a time.

Your shadow contains aspects of you that have been disowned, put away, judged, rejected, protected, and suppressed. Also in shadow can be your soul gifts, soul purpose clarities, and your ‘power’. There are always ‘good reasons’ for this putting away into shadow based on conditioning you’ve received from 3D life and even other lifetimes/timelines, in addition to undigested traumas and karmic patterns. The Ascension process invites you to uncover, feel, and integrate your shadow aspects with love, compassion, and curiousity. Rather than bypass the shadow, it is about embracing it with self love and Divine support.

The Great Alchemy Of REALizing Our Selves

There is a moment in life when a realization occurs. Almost a realization of a realization. All that you have experienced has been a grand set up for a shift. A propulsion pack that is filled with charged emotional energy that is meant to rumble and crumble the ground upon which you currently walk. Really it is the ground a part of you has created in order to survive the trauma and the drama.

Your voice may feel as if it has been cut off, your lungs constricted, your truest heart and spirit kept in another room, another dimension for safe-keeping. You have known this to be true. It was always a niggle, but now it is becoming an unignorable knock on the door. Your soul, your Service of Love Self, is asking to come home. Home to your heart, your mind, and your body.

Your galactic family is reaching out. Sending dispatches in your dreams, your intuition, your activating DNA. Switches and levers are in a ready-state for you to say YES to. YES to the New. YES to the clearing. YES to firewalk of healing and remembering. You ARE that YES. An open-hearted, passion-filled, star-bound lover of light and truth. Not just truth of mind, but truth of being.

To get to the YES, there needs to be a time of NO. NO to the lying to yourself. NO to the relationships that no longer serve the YES. NO to the inner punishment and fear. It is saying YES to the parts of you that hold the fear, the protection, and the pain. It is saying YES to claiming your own power back, claiming your scattered selves back. This is not a battle to be waged but a felt-through process of sober reflection and compassion for self and others. There may need to be raised voice, a charged response, an outward stretched palm to hold the boundary.

You are reconstituting what it means to be alive and real. No more will you accept what had been acceptable. No more will you hold the needs of others more than the needs of your own. No more will you forget what was always meant to be re-membered back into your sacred human consciousness. Your feminine and masculine heart.

This is the journey of the Inner Work. The Great Alchemy. There is a family within to bring back to your heart. A family in the heavens to seek connection with as integrated equals. You are far from alone but the choices you make are yours alone. Each one held in deep sacredness with the courage of your deepest truth, even when those truths can hurt like hell. It is trusting and feeling that Love is always waiting on the other side.

Ascension Love Energies Invite Healing Of Contention In Our Parts And Metasoul Aspects

The illuminating LOVE waves cascading over us now and always, are shedding light on the knotted places inside. The places that, when touched, send ripples of what have become knee-jerk triggers flowing through our hearts and bodies. Feelings of defeat or a need or contend, feelings of loss or a need to over-compensate for what has been lost, feelings of needing and wanting to “fight” – for revenge, for retribution, in defense, in anxiety – ultimately, out of fear on some level. Contention and the temptation towards it that parts of us and Metasoul Aspects have is the BIG one, it feels like. It has been the main default for when we feel reactions. It’s either time to go to war, or it’s time to hide. And the middle ground doesn’t often get navigated, for even to claim to be a ‘light” or “love warrior” still throws down the gauntlet and invites a battle of some kind.

Love, because it is SO powerful when it’s in its purest, most real form, has the power to elucidate this reactivity and does draw out the desires in parts and Metasoul Aspects to fight in some way, often against it actually, because genuine love is a challenging energy to let in and presses on all of the unworthiness within us. Sometimes we need to walk this out and obviously as a species, human beings have been attached to this sort of play out in conflictual situations for a long time now. We cannot fault or blame the parts of us or others who have embodied this, as we’ve all co-created it in so many layers and sometimes even in subtle ways, and, these parts have NEEDED these energies. Especially in the harsh reality of 3D where there is competition, abuse and violence on MANY levels, socio-pathic ferocity without consideration of its impact, and misguided use of power, so often rooted in an intense need for more self-worth and love within.

At times, contentious energies seem to pop out of us, sometimes unsolicited, sometimes fully invited. These energies and emotions, like any others that come through us in waves, sometimes need to take the floor. Choosing to make space for this, to own it and feel it and get curious about it too, opens to the door to much, much healing on this ground. To the degree that we have contention still brewing inside of us, quite often from part to part or very much alive in a timeline (or many) of our Metasoul Aspects, we will draw it, even look for it, on the outside.  In this incredibly complicated world that has been so violent and painful at times to face and be part of, reclaiming our power IS to go inward and become the loving parent to parts of us that so need a humble adult heart to lean into. We’ve all felt the distrust that arises and the lostness feelings of needing to claw our way up and out of the wells we’ve found ourselves in. Contention has so often been the only way that parts of us could grab onto to help themselves out of the well, often exacerbating the situation instead of resolving it, especially within where the real contention is and has always been…

With these Ascension love codes helping us feel all of this now, comes an invitation to continue feeling our next places and especially where those more contentious triggers within us are still living. We get to be with these energies as they live inside parts and Metasoul Aspects of us and help them find and feel a NEW way that lives in and from true self-love and an overflow of abundant compassion and love from us to the world and back again. This is the way of drawing the new day of the New Earth into our Now, not as an event to wait for, but a reality that emerges from within and contagiously and courageously flows outward.

A Peek Into The SoulFullHeart Process: Gatekeeper Edition

I recently felt the desire within myself to write and share more often. I felt into what it is that my heart could offer in order to serve with passion and curiosity and not out of duty or obligation. Then I came to the conclusion that closest to my heart is my personal process. In some moments I feel that I can teach and offer clarities, but what’s most prominent for me in this moment is my parts process. I’m sure there are many who are curious about what the SoulFullHeart process entails, how it is unique to each person, and how it can shift and change your reality, so I wanted to provide some answers for those questions.

I’m not at the very beginning of this process as I’ve been doing about a year and a half of sessions now, but the beautiful thing about it is that we’re kind of all beginners, all the time. Our souls are so vast and deep that it seems would could be discovering more about it for the rest of our lives. But the biggest shifts seem to happen in the beginning, when 3D is being let go of and we begin to know our parts and gain trust with them and the Divine.

I’ve let go of a lot of 3D. Relationships, jobs, certain ways of living. I’m at the point in my process now where I’m breaking more and more into 4D and 5D. Discovering more of my soul and metasoul rather than this-life experiences. The beginning of that journey has been connecting with what we call a Gatekeeper. My Gatekeeper’s name is Pandora. I connected with her many months ago, thinking of her as a Protector rather than something more multidimensional. Feeling her now, she has revealed herself to be the guardian of my soul – particularly the darker and more somber metasoul timelines.

In my last session, Kalayna and I visited her where she lives etherically. She was open to the visit and showed us the “bunker” that she lived in. It was dark, dreary and had a feeling of deep sadness that made the air seem thicker. To me it felt like a tombstone, full of death and sorrow and pain. She had a separate room for her Pandora’s Box where it felt like she kept my metasoul connections. I felt martyrdom in her – this feeling of protecting me from any shadow in my soul by holding and feeling it all herself. Like jumping on a bomb to save me.

But I didn’t wish her to hold onto that at all! In fact, it kept me from feeling and healing those parts of my soul so that they could transmute into love. But I understood how she couldn’t trust me to be big enough to hold all of that quite yet. I still had some healing to do with my parts and maybe I still have a bit more left. Kalayna asked if there was anywhere else we could take her, somewhere lighter, somewhere she enjoyed and we could breathe.

So we left the bunker and right outside was hill with a giant and ancient tree sitting on top. I felt her familiarity with this tree as a place of sanctuary for when she was feeling more open. I could feel then how much she suffered over her own suffering, which inspired to be the soul big enough to heal this shadow for the both of us.

My Inner Teenager Ariana and Inner Child Raia were waiting excitedly for us at the top of the hill under the great tree. I felt a relief in Pandora after many tears and feeling the joy and purity of Ariana and Raia. She finally allowed herself to be felt and understood, and we finally had the trust between us to support the process with love.

What felt like something so small – just simply listening to and feeling this aspect of myself – opened out a whole new world of potential soul and emotional healing. I can’t give enough testimonials to this work which dives so deeply into YOU like so little else can. There’s so much left for me to feel, heal, discover, and love up so I hope you’ve enjoyed letting this in and my parts and I look forward to sharing more!

The Love Of MU Is Within YOU: A Poem

It definitely feels like Lemurian energies are here strongly at this time… to support and offer guidance too during this phase of March Equinox energies that promise to last all month, or pretty much. I have recently felt my Lemurian Metasoul Aspect emerge, appropriately for them, during love-making with my beloved, Gabriel. Their sensuality and sexuality is passionate and deeply loving as well as devotional. There is a maturity they possess that is unique to anything I have felt in a Metasoul Aspect before. I am just getting to know my own aspect, who calls herself Misheeki. She offers frequencies of Divine Feminine, sunshine-love, and tropical springtime air. She has raw, tribal energy, coupled with ageless wisdom and depth. I am still trying to work out what her wounding is or could be, honestly, though I’m sure there is some pain, somewhere, though unlike my other Metasoul Aspects I have met and felt so far.

The following poem I just wrote with Misheeki. It was actually quite challenging to let words come in with the energies she was imbibing (doesn’t help that they love speaking Light Language and not English!), yet hopefully, there is some bridge here that you can walk on to help you feel your own Lemurian aspect if the connection time is ripe. And if it isn’t time to connect with them, then perhaps there is no better time to connect deeper with parts of you that need you right now, while so much is being pressed on, pushed up, activated and upgraded. ❤

the sun of the Self is arising.

The Divine of Love wants

courageous and moving

feeling and seeking.

 

To feel in this light

is to move mountains inside.

To fear the mountains

is to avoid the climb.

To climb the mountains

is to honour their creation

as essential parts

of a freshly re-unified whole.

 

Know that Mother MU is with you…

during these times of transition and transformation.

Feel that She is not a place

yet a space inside of your being, heart and soul-scape.

Breathe, beloved…

She is with you,

now and always,

and Her Sun is yet still Hers

Though the light is offered through His frequencies

Going Yin: The Healing Gifts of Our Relationship to the Feminine

Today is International Women’s Day. Now, of course, every day is Women’s Day, and vice versa. It is a reverence that just IS. It resonates and harmonizes with the feminine inside the masculine. It is clear that the 3rd-dimensional matrix upon Earth (I use Gaia for its 5D reference) is that of a patriarchal energy. Why else would there be a day to celebrate women? It feels important to let in what the feminine means for all of us men and to feel where our personal shadow may be in relationship to Her.

Since our “fall” from a more balanced union with the feminine there has been a force within the collective wounded masculine that has sought to dominate the feminine in one form or another. It has shown up in personal/social relationships, religious texts or their interpretations, the need to gain control over nature and consume Her resources. In this, I feel a deep fear of separation. The feminine has had a much stronger connection to Source, possibly due to their ability to give birth. It just understands creation and is a vehicle for that in a much more visceral way. I can feel this existential territory the collective masculine has navigated. In this fear of the unknown and unknowable, of which the feminine is so intimate, it seems likely that this need to control would play itself out. It also feels true that the masculine was more influenced by these darker energies and that this “influence” was coded into the DNA/meme of the masculine blueprint. Again, playing here, but something feels true here. The main point to me feels like, as men who have more of the masculine energies in us, that we are a part of that coding and it has had influence.

To truly ascend into what we are calling our Sacred Humanity we must feel any blocks or denser energies that can anchor us into 3D, or wounded densities. Our relationship with women is psychospiritual and has many gifts even in the shadow. By going inward (I call in going “yin”) and feeling the parts of us that hold more “negative” feelings about women, rooted in our relationship to mother and other important influences, we can begin to see what lurks in the background operating system of our projections. Our mothers/female caregivers hold a huge part of that reflection. What was the dynamic between mother and son and how does it play out in our current relationships and perception of the Divine Feminine? I know it is a bit Freudian but it is extremely important. I don’t feel it can be glossed over in regard to ascension.

The era we find ourselves is requiring us to inhabit a more Feminine frequency. We can not control this thing. It is a surrender to Love Spirit that cannot be contained but seeks a container to move with and through. That is tough knuckles for the wounded masculine energy that wants to control and issue its own parameters. I feel it in my being as the days progress. I am still working with it on some level as the Light is shining more on what needs healing. That is why I am being guided write this. But the gift of going in and feeling our relationship the feminine we are given the gifts and guidance needed to make our way into our more natural expression as a Sacred Masculine Human.

We are blessed with the ability to dance in the unknown and the aliveness that that brings to our present experience of life. We are opened in our hearts to let in more of this exquisite love juice that is lapping up on our shores every second of infinity. We are delivered into union with Her impeccable sensuality and sexuality as a portal to the All That Is that careens this magical energy all up and down our chakras. We see with heart eyes with reverence for all of life in all its bountiful and beautiful expressions both of, and outside, this world. There is an unlimited capacity for imagination and creation that sends beyond the machinations of our limited consciousness. She is the Queen of our King.

Gaia is looking for her Kings of Heart to arise out of the necessary ashes of 3D and embody the truly majestic essence of our being. We need to do our due diligence of feeling all there needs to feel in relation to Her and the Feminine. There is a correlate in women as well, but I will leave that to my feminine counterparts for that discussion. I am exploring this with an open heart and I don’t claim to have any definitive truths. I feel the heart says it all and is willing to feel more. Thank you for taking this in today and a special Love shower to all the women, feminine etheric/galactic BEings, Gaia, and Divine Mother on this day. I am in awe and reverence of YOU.

More Questions Than Answers: The Sacred And Necessary Journey Through 4D Into 5D Consciousness

As we continue to move through 4D and find our way into 5D reality here on Gaia, there are so many more questions than answers, and there is a knowingness inside that hindsight truly is 20/20… meaning, sometimes we don’t and can’t know exactly what’s going on or where we’re heading until we’ve gotten there. There is a surmounting, ever-unfolding journey we are undertaking, fraught with mystery and entwined with conundrums. You find and claim one answer after another, only to ’round another corner and find another existential crisis awaits…

This is the experience of parts of us on this Ascension path. This is the experience within our Metasoul too and perhaps especially since there is so much karma held there, so many stories of other timelines and even galaxies and the happenings there. What is felt and experienced to be ‘the truth’ in one moment is then negated the next because of new discoveries within and in the world at large, too. There is so much mystery in this process of moving and ascending UPward, so much we cannot understand with our limited human energetic and verbal vocabulary, as it is right now. No wonder so many attempt to ‘figure out’ answers based in what their minds can learn. The heart though, the sacred, awakening and arising human heart, which is at the epicenter of our Ascension as a species, cannot learn through books and teachings alone and needs to experience… needs to feel… needs to let in and let go, too. So many answers are being revealed, starting from the inside, yet they need to be encouraged and supported from outside sources as well. Others who are walking this path alongside you. This is not meant to be an entirely lone wolf-based phase, this time of our Ascension. We are meant to do this together, be this together, find and feel the answers together, even if/when there is contention along the way, often held by parts or Metasoul Aspects of us not ready to let go into their truest vulnerability yet.

There is so much to learn. And are parts of us OK with not knowing our way through to this learning? This has been tricky to feel in this still predominantly patriarchal-based world and dimension, as the mind has been a prized possession and trophy, a sign of worth and power, for men and women alike. Over-reasoning has led parts of us down paths of deep hatred and fear, or a complete bypassing of much emotion at all. And then sometimes the mind gets a bad rap altogether, instead of being loved UP like any other part of our being and brought into our Ascension picture along with us. The mind is still needed, just perhaps not so relied upon, as its scope of the truthiest truths is limited at best.

The truth of Ascension lives at a personal level. It starts there like a seed, only to germinate with the right about of air, space, love. It grows with the questions, the navigation of choppy lower-4D waters, into the upper-4D flowing seas. It sways in the winds of new directions to go in, new places and parts to feel within, new physical geographies to inhabit. It is forever shifting, just as we are and are meant to. How we enter these phases of deep questioning and discernment is a show of active choice points and a foray into the unknown wilds of our human hearts which are at the core of our deepest healing processes and enlightenment/enHEARTenment opportunities.

And so, onward and UPward we continue, with all of our questions still burning brightly in the headlights and fuel tanks of our personal Merkabahs, somehow shining the way  and moving us along still, even if we can’t ever be totally sure where we are going… though it seems too, that as we inhabit even these difficult states of 4D-being and the reality of this for parts of us and move into 5D more and more, the questions become less important than the pure remembering that in the end, the details and ‘answers’ to our questions and quandaries matter far less than the return to our pure and deep understanding and kNOWingness, that we are now and will always ever be LOVE embodied in Sacred Human form. And reaching this state (even if it only lasts for moments at a time at first!) makes all of the journeying, all of the prior perplexed-ness so completely worth it. ❤

Going Yin: Claim Your Gentle AND Your Power, Man!

What does it mean to be a gentleman?

This came up for me this morning as I was digesting a post by Jelelle yesterday. She was advocating for the energy of gentleness in our lives, in the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. There is so much going on that has abrasive and abusive energy to it, even as it is coming in the name of ‘love’. I could feel where there are edges still inside of me that still feel a defense and a need for contention at times. I can feel a wound and a hiding of power. One in need of healing, one in need of claiming.

To be gentle does not necessarily mean soft or nice. There is a way in which we can bring our truth that holds a compassionate directness and an openness to be challenged otherwise with respect and goodwill. But this is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves as men, and as the masculine in women.  For some, the Gentle Man is a buried part. Put in shadow due to life experience that told him it was weak or unsafe to be so. For others, the Nice Guy comes out as a way to ward off the hidden anger and inner jackass that has been suppressed out of fear of harming and guilt. An inner rage that is in deep need to be felt and heard. In either case, a big part of what what being a true gentleman might be is tucked away in the recesses of our wounded masculine heart.

Our gentleness is a gift and a strength. It is a sensitivity not just to women in general, but the feminine within. There is battle that wages inside, and collectively, around the balance of our gentleness and our power. In our soul’s HIStory, we have much to atone for and be willing to own. This is a lifelong process of choosing to claim our own shadow and to heal that which has been hidden away out of fear and guilt. There is great Protector and Punisher that has had its reasons for being the way they have been. It is responding to these parts with our gentle hearts that brings the balm of healing to our conscious reality and transforms them into guides and lovers.

Under the wounded outbound expression of our power resides our truth, discernment, and passion to love and create in unison with the feminine. It is a strength and a force that is responsible to its consequence yet steadfast in its resolve.  The IN-fighting becomes an INviting with open heart, clear boundary, clear intention, and INtegrity. The Gentle Man is not push-over or a bully. He is an enigma to himself yet knows what it feels like to be both, and refuses to be either.

There is no badge to be earned. It is a process of choice and desire. It is about being real with all the parts and aspects of you that are tired of the battle and the inner war. It is about choosing something new where the warrior, knowledge-seeker, and unworth get to rest in the bosom of your sacred gentle heart. It is being reborn and remembered back into the true sacred power of your masculine BEing one truth, one claim, one tear at a time.

New Babies Announcement: SoulFullHeart FREE, PREP and DEEP

We’re having brand new babies and these babies are going to take a beloved community to raise them!

We are launching our new PREP program this week and this has necessitated a transformation and naming of our other two previously nameless babies that we’ve had up till now, as FREE and DEEP.

Our new program offerings are now called, FREE, PREP and DEEP.

We’re so excited we can hardly stand it!

FREE is free, a ton of fresh-baked goodies that we send out almost every day through a host of channels, creating virtual cafes and libraries for you to find your way in. In FREE, you can acclimate to and take in the signature SoulFullHeart energies that we feel you can’t find anywhere else. You can create a lot of movement and shifts in your life just by taking in these free offerings and allowing them to move through you and your view of life and relationships. FREE is actually at the heart of what we offer and we put so much into it, because we want to, and because it’s our funnest fun.

PREP is the next level of significant engagement. For $77 USD minimum donation per month, you can become a PREP member. In PREP, you will receive three weekly SoulFullHeart Process program assignments each month tailored to getting to know and feel aspects of yourself in alignment with your Ascension journey. There are also three facilitated and recorded group calls every month that you can join in live or take in afterwards, at your leisure, with other PREP and DEEP members, to have space to process what you are digesting. Another BIG support structure is the SoulFullHeart Circle, a members-only private forum to share your assignments, digestions, and form new relationships based in the SoulFullHeart way of life. With this expanded engagement of your intentionality along with the weekly process assignments, the group calls, and the Circle, you will be able to make much deeper and grounded life changes that your heart and soul have been wanting to make, with all of that based in getting to know and feel parts of yourself, rather than a self-help regimen overlay of what you ‘should’ do.

In PREP, for an additional minimum donation of $55 USD, you can also schedule a 75 to 90 minute personal session with one of the SoulFullHeart facilitators as you feel the need for specific digestions.

PREP is a self-guided program where you have a ton of resources to choose from that you can engage with at your own pace and allow life to flow with you and your discoveries and shifts.

Then comes DEEP for a minimum monthly donation of $222 USD a month. You can dive in here if you want to, but you may not want to. Depends. We’ll meet with you first to discuss what you are looking for and how we and the DEEP program could serve you. DEEP includes all of the PREP program, as well as the FREE program, which form the foundations for the DEEP program.

What DEEP offers beyond this foundation is going through the same weekly assignments that are offered in PREP, but along with having a recurring weekly personal session space with one of the program facilitators (Gabriel, Kalayna or Raphael, with Jelelle as a senior facilitator working with women who have completed a minimum of three months in DEEP) too. This is all-in for a minimum donation of $222 USD per month.

As you are using all of the tools and means to support your process of getting to discover, know and love parts of yourself, the sessions provide a space for these parts to come to life. They will feel the light and love of a new day, as you are also templated and guided to be this new, loving, authentic self, and curious parent energy to these parts of yourself. Our wounding occured in a feeling space while in relationship and so does our healing, one beloved part at a time.
