Awakening To Your Abundance Within And The Protection Of It Too

When I feel the abundance alive inside of Gaia, of water, nourishment, life, energy, that in 4D awakening experiences often seems deficient or on the decline and frighteningly so, I feel how this parallels our own inner abundance that continues to create and recreate itself continuously, that wants to be remembered and fill us UP! Of course, all of this focus on depleting resources is actually a concern about the depletion/scarcity of love… and there is no stronger source of love than that which can be cultivated, experienced and then overflowed from within.

You are not deficient… you are not in lack or scarcity. You are not in a place of “not having”, though it can feel like this to parts of you who have truly and deeply felt as if life and love itself tend to turn the other way when they are in need or want. Some parts of you may have become “beggars” in a sense of it, desperately wanting, praying, affirming, grabbing at what they feel they do not have already. In some ways, this is what they’ve needed to do. This is what you’ve needed to inhabit in your 3D life, where the conditioning is that you need something, someone, outside of you at all times in order to keep you fed, clothed, embraced, loved. This conditioning does not tell you to go within and feel where this sense of separation first started and ultimately received the most encouragement to go on in your consciousness.

You ache… your parts ache. To be felt above anything else. To be seen and heard and even challenged to start feeling the “deficiency” within… a deficiency that doesn’t really exist, but has seemed to. The lack you’ve felt has actually been about something much deeper inside of you that has gone untapped. There are bottomless wells of everything you need within you. For example, the body knows what it’s doing, yet hasn’t always been given permission to be in its intelligence, its knowledge of self-healing, and hasn’t been given the space to do so either or the foods, the energies it most needs in order to boost its abilities. The heart knows what it feels to be true, where your personal and soul timeline stories have come from and why they are there/here, why and how you are connected to those you are connected to, or why perhaps you aren’t. Above all, it knows what you most need. And, it knows that the only place where this can truly come from in a steady and ongoing way is within.

The abundance you have inside is like the Cave of Wonders from Aladdin. Or maybe it’s the intense Inner Protector energy inside of you that makes it feel that way and is offering me this picture now! Your Inner Protector seems to vibe to you that if you touch the lamp of your abundant flow within, everything will collapse… and in a way, they’re not wrong! The golden lamp is your deepest sense of inner power and worth that is accessed through feeling parts of you who are not only the pain they present to you once you begin to feel them, but who also have many, many gifts to offer and can unlock the doors to your soul gifts and service-of-love 5D Self. Once you start to realize your true power and everything you can provide yourself from within by being with these parts of you, all the areas of your life DO experience a collapse of this cave that has served to compartmentalize and hide away your brightest light within… yet, it’s a death and rebirth cycle, not your ultimate demise, as your Protector and other parts have felt it to be. It’s an invitation to keep going, growing, wanting something NEW, something more fulfilling and nourishing and alive within you, that then creates and draws the relationships to others, to life, to work, to service of love, that you most deeply want and are ready for. The best way to walk out this collapse and reboot is with a hotline to your Inner Protector, who has had very good reason to protect your Cave of Wonders and treasure trove within it of previously suppressed parts of you and ultimately self-love and worth too.

You are more than enough in the deepest sense of it. You are the one who gets to experience shifts in your life that don’t always have to be experienced the “hard way” if you do choose to negotiate and walk it out with parts of you. By taking self-loving steps, you get to feel everything that you have within and everything you are bringing with you into each new life phase. And, along the way, you will discover that life is NOT looking to deplete you or run you down and is, in fact, pressing you inward to find the resources you already have waiting to be claimed. ❤

Ongoing Geomagnetic LOVE Storms Bring Awakenings And Purgings

Continuing geomagnetic storms today (April 12) as winds blow in SOULar energies from three coronal holes in our sun’s surface…..’holes to make us whole’ is how I’ve come to feel them! It feels like much of this energy has bounced off Gaia’s orbit in the past yet, NOW, we are receiving more of it as Gaia is ascending too. Gaia is open to receive, to shift, to sometimes rumble and shake and spew (as in volcanoes) with these shiftings.

There is a sweet relationship between Gaia and the sun it feels like; a partnership; a feminine and masculine dance that plays out between them. With sometimes the moon bringing in a second element to boost the feminine energies. To feel how these planetary consciousnesses reflect our OWN inner consciousnesses is fascinating. Making this connection offers us gifts of illumination and insight about the planetary bodies inside of us that want to come into feminine/masculine balance too on emotional, chakra, physical, mental, social levels.

Are you finding that your body is starting to calibrate more to these higher energies as the weeks pass? Are you finding new footing and adjustment to them emotionally as your ‘new normal’? There may be more moments of peace coming in, of feeling grounded, of surrender into sleeping if needed and resting when desired. Also, you may be feeling an expanded capacity to hold space and respond to your feelings that come up in parts of you….whatever their range of frequency may be from some sadness to confusion, to hopelessness and depression, to even suicidal desires to leave Gaia and ‘just go home’.

And then, too, as you calibrate to these energies and the ways that they are here to raise your frequency….you can experience MORE moments of PURE bliss and joy as love floods your BEing and washes through you. In these moments, you are in touch with your vast nature; your Divine essence; your Infinite Love-ness in bodily form. You are glowing with love. You are flowing with life.

These experiences make the sleepless nights, the nausea/vomiting, the aches and pains, the more intense emotions of sadness and hopelessness……WORTH it. These moments remind you of WHY this is all happening.

Our capacity to adjust to the NEW really is spring loaded inside of us, especially within our Star DNA – which is being activated at an accelerated rate now. Our Star frequencies allow for understanding that is beyond our human mind and telepathic connection to the bigger movements and cosmic cycles that are being played out here. Our Star frequencies provide a multidimensional spanning of what is happening in the now and higher timeline manifestations.

Our human frequencies (as they move from scared to sacred) allow for a groundedness to Gaia and in the emotional body/higher heart capacity. The BLEND of star and human from within us and the healing of polarities against it is the process that is activating too with these energies. The BLEND and UNION from within is the goal of all this.

The frequencies coming in now are actually MORE natural to our galactic consciousness. They feel like fresh air to breathe that is more in tune with our natural essence as it blends into a unified frequency of sacred human. Focusing on and connecting to your galactic essence can help with the integration of them as it is often the 3D Self, congested human aspects/parts that struggle and resist the most….along with possibly your Metasoul aspects from other timelines/lifetimes that aren’t awakened to the Ascension process yet and are experiencing battle/war/collapse in their realities. The GIFTS of these energies is obvious in the beautiful auroras that are shining strong in the Northern skies right now. The auroras have wonderful codes in them and I have taken to letting them in through photos, plus journeying to them during meditation. Of course, my inner child/star seed is named Aurora and has been for many years, so there is a deep connection there for me. Looking at them calms everything inside of me, even as it opens out my consciousness with bursts of possibilities.

Similar to crop circles, Aurora Borealis offers a portal to connect with our galactic consciousness through manifestations on Gaia that we can more easily let in. I’ve shared pictures below from Sweden and Alaska of some auroras that occur with these influxes of geomagnetics and SOULar winds.

April Energies Update: Ongoing SOULar Winds And Geostorms

Moving deeper today into a SOULar wind stream (April 11) that is steadily increasing. This is bringing in a flow of activation energies from the coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. Geomagnetics are increasing too as a result of this! This is going to continue to influence and impact us here on Gaia for the next two to three days.

Heightened geomagnetics seem to bring disruption of sleep patterns and waves of personal energy fluxes such as feeling ‘wired’ for a few hours and then totally exhausted. I was awake at 3:33am! ready to write and get started, yet was able to fall back asleep with the help of sleep music. These winds can also create a feeling of being ungrounded or off center as Gaia’s magnetics are shifting quite a lot right now too.

There is a sense of ‘riding out the storm’ in some ways as we learn to adjust and calibrate to these heightened frequencies and energies. I am seeing more souls impacted by the energies over the last month than previously….waking up more to their various bodies (energy, emotional, physical) that make up their inner cosmos. Similar to the eclipses and supermoons, these cosmic weather ‘events’ bring us together, unify us in the experience and impact of them. This is what is most needed in our collective right now, a universal experience from a universal source that is based in love and goodness. How each soul digests and let this in is UP to them.

THIS is an opportunity. THIS is offered with love. THIS is not just a random occurrence in our solar system, yet, rather a GIFT of love offering to amp UP each of our individual SOULar systems! THIS is offering an acceleration of the embodiment of our galactic self while we embrace our humanity too. THIS is about experiencing more union from within as polarities heal from masculine to feminine energies inside; right to left sides of the brain; 3D to 4D/5D/Higher selves; human to Star BEing DNA; matter to spirit. THIS is about the healing of all the splits and the separations. THIS is about unification as a collective into New Gaia consciousness in the NOW as it occurs in each of our individual systems too.

It can be challenging to feel this when your body is going through so much in adjustment to these energies. When you are experiencing nausea for days or extreme lightheadedness or near constant tiredness no matter how sleep you get. Or ALL of these things! When your body is going through these adjustments, it can be difficult to remember the BIGGER picture here of why this is happening and your own soul’s choice, collaboration, and support in this ongoing process.

Moving into your heart space around it and finding trust there, finding surrender there, finding LOVE there….you can connect and BE with the parts of you that are suffering around this. You can be with the parts of you that want to give up, feel hopeless, and don’t think they can take in anymore discomfort. You can be bigger than the resistance and offer love to it. You can offer patience and forbearance to the parts of you that are antsy and impatient.

Offering this self love-based energy to ALL reactions inside of yourself (to these energies and to life in general) allows for fear-based energies to rest and to start letting go. Love starts holding the space for love! And then, miracles are possible!

This Ascension process is full of so many unknowns on a cosmic and galactic level. What CAN be known is the comfort available and the compassion providable from the depths of your OWN heart to ALL aspects of you that need you.

Energy Update: Embracing Rather Than Resisting Your Galactic Consciousness And Your Star DNA

Waking up to our Star Seed frequencies is happening now at an accelerated rate/pace/opportunity! Reawakening our genetics on a cellular level, that previously sleepy DNA, activates our galactic consciousness. The currently STRONG and POWERFUL energies from the vast cosmos and Great Cosmic Sun are filtering through our sun without interference as a hole in its surface provides an easy gateway of sorts. These energies are then being carried on winds and through a geomagnetic storm to Gaia and to each of us in a repeating cycle for the last month esp.

For those of us ahead of the curve in Ascension and meant to lead/show a way, our Star DNA is needing to become even more activated now for us to go to our ‘next level’ embodiment of the gifts that awakening of galactic consciousness offers us.

Galactic consciousness is connection to the BIG picture. To see and feel ourselves as being “Gaians” as a soul choice, yet not as a total summation of all that we are. We are not really ‘humans’ in this way, although we have humanoid DNA and genetics. My Star Family calls me the “Gaian”, which also acknowledges that I am connected to the planetary consciousness of Gaia, who is also ascending to a higher vibrational frequency. It is often great compassion and sympathy that they feel for me, the “Gaian”, and all I have signed up to experience in this experiment of ascending UP with the body from such a place of density. They also remind me that this is a new process for us Gaians and truly challenging in its unknown factors and qualities! There is an energy of honoring our bravery to undergo this journey at all!   

I recently received such a more personal sense of my Star DNA…..those terms had been still more mental for me than visceral, not as emotional and more biological. Yet, I could FEEL and relate to my Star DNA as it was coming back into my Higher Heart space again. I could feel the stories and the lineages and the places/energies associated with it. I am a ‘soup’ of different genetic codes and energies, including human, Mantis, Arcturian, and Pleiadian. The genetic play experiments that mostly the Mantids have been leading are not intended to take over humanity or reduce our ‘pure’ human genetics to something lesser. Yet, rather, they are to blend the ‘best of’ all these species and discover what the result is of it. To help us and to help themselves. I definitely feel the full cooperation and collaboration of my Metasoul in this process. It has actually brought MUCH clarity of purpose for me to feel these genetic influences and how they have played out in my life experience so far.

The primary way that Star DNA is activated is through an embracement of it rather than resisting it energy. There is so much out there and taught about the ‘negative alien agenda’ and the Archons, Draco, Anunnaki, etc. I have discovered Metasoul aspects living in timelines where these galactic war frequencies are going on. Yet, I offered love ambassadorship to them and they chose to leave these timelines and unite with me and the rest of my Metasoul in an ambassadorship energy that offers a 5D unification possibilities for us ALL.

I feel that many souls who offer strong teachings about negative alien agendas are still in an undigested place around their experiences of this and ‘fused’ in their consciousness to parts of them that are in battle, fight or flight, undigested anxieties and trauma. To get too fixated on these negative alien timelines can lead your energy and soul into quite an intense and dark place for which suffering loops can really take over. There is an immediate resistive energy that is generated by lingering in this viewpoint and seeing nearly everything that is from the stars as wanting to attack you, feed off you, and control you.

I have seen this in sessions with some people too where parts of them are just unable to trust ANY source of love (inside or outside of them) or let it in on a consistent basis. It hurts my heart for them as even when love is offered to them by me and by themselves too, parts of them can resist it and see it as coming from a questionable place. This can be a very painful cycle to be in……until it is finally ready to complete and the 3D Self/Protector ready to let love in from and with you. Higher frequencies of love come as you heal your emotional body congestions and woundings around abduction experiences (which were actually visits with Star Family). Through the process of connecting with parts of yourself (such as your Protector who allows you eventual access to your Inner Child/Teenager to heal these wounds), you can provide a bridge to greater healing and embracement of your Star Family again. You separate from the wounded filter of the ‘abduction’ experience and actually feel how it offered gifts of reconnection and calibration. Often, actually, the most painful aspect is ‘losing’ the goodness and Oneness frequencies that we experienced during these visits when we returned to our 3D life and families again.

The process of deeper embodiment of your galactic consciousness is not as much about receiving activations from others as it is about embracing YOUR relationship to galactic frequencies from within you and with all parts of you. It is to move away from clearing or removing all that parts of you are afraid of…..and into embracing it ALL with love and with compassionate understanding. To move away from removal of things such as implants to trusting that they will dissolve with love when they are no longer necessary. From a place of embracing, you are able to calibrate to the star DNA, have a relationship with it, and this is what activates it. LOVE is what activates it and, even more importantly, self love frequencies are what activate it.

SUCH an exciting time of remembering and embodying….a wonderful opportunity for union inside again of all origins and genetics that may have been polarized before. Healing polarizations of all kinds inside of you OPENS you up to experience the bliss, the clarity, the wonder of unification…..and the wonder of becoming and serving LOVE too as your main purpose for BEing here.

Let Your Inner Tension BE Your Path Through 4D Ascension

There is no “wrong way”… there is only the way in front of you and inside of you. There is no way or path that is more correct, more aligned with you than what you are currently walking out. The flow you’re already in wants to bring you to your next places of growth and healing, as is inevitable on this Ascension journey where SO much is going on at all times.

It can be especially hard, as you walk out 4D-ascension specifically, to really let this in. To hold that you and parts of you are OK. 4D holds the container for so much churning, so many storms, so much turmoil inside as buried pain surfaces on heart AND soul levels. It isn’t comfortable and it often expresses as messes, conflicts, contention, feelings of being twisted around inside of you into a really uncomfortable pretzel as your Higher Self continues to try and find its way closer to your being. The Higher Self coming into the body causes reactions that aren’t just physical… the emotional reactions, oh, those intense emotional reactions, are all part and parcel of the bigger picture of what needs to be purged, felt, healed. The parts that surface can really inhabit the intensity of this. Parts represent so much of our old ways of being in the world and with ourselves, which is a result of our wounding and conditioning too from culture, birth family, friends, the education system, the medical system, the “Matrix” in general if you want to call it that. The ‘Matrix’ is a charged word and concept for all of the pushing away from it that is happening… it can be held by parts of you as another representation of their pain and anguish, what they want to push away from and forget about. Yet there is still a Matrix within, a very intricately-wired set of responses to life and above all, to love. This is what is being pressed upon the most when we feel this intense birth canal that IS 4D awakening and movement. And of course this is HARD… this is what has been so normalized, so accepted, yet so painful inside of all of us.

In the 4D scramble for answers, it can be understandably hard to find stillness and calm and a place within that is an undying oasis of infinite love… a place that truly believes in and trusts love. This oasis of self-love and worth is worth working for, is worth burning-up from the inside for… and is the passageway to our more consistent 5D moments and eventually whole lifestyle of 5D consciousness and breathing and being. And, though it can be so hard to feel this when the burning and purging is happening, there is SO much love holding it ALL, always and in ALL ways.

Ascension Love Energies Invite Healing Of Contention In Our Parts And Metasoul Aspects

The illuminating LOVE waves cascading over us now and always, are shedding light on the knotted places inside. The places that, when touched, send ripples of what have become knee-jerk triggers flowing through our hearts and bodies. Feelings of defeat or a need or contend, feelings of loss or a need to over-compensate for what has been lost, feelings of needing and wanting to “fight” – for revenge, for retribution, in defense, in anxiety – ultimately, out of fear on some level. Contention and the temptation towards it that parts of us and Metasoul Aspects have is the BIG one, it feels like. It has been the main default for when we feel reactions. It’s either time to go to war, or it’s time to hide. And the middle ground doesn’t often get navigated, for even to claim to be a ‘light” or “love warrior” still throws down the gauntlet and invites a battle of some kind.

Love, because it is SO powerful when it’s in its purest, most real form, has the power to elucidate this reactivity and does draw out the desires in parts and Metasoul Aspects to fight in some way, often against it actually, because genuine love is a challenging energy to let in and presses on all of the unworthiness within us. Sometimes we need to walk this out and obviously as a species, human beings have been attached to this sort of play out in conflictual situations for a long time now. We cannot fault or blame the parts of us or others who have embodied this, as we’ve all co-created it in so many layers and sometimes even in subtle ways, and, these parts have NEEDED these energies. Especially in the harsh reality of 3D where there is competition, abuse and violence on MANY levels, socio-pathic ferocity without consideration of its impact, and misguided use of power, so often rooted in an intense need for more self-worth and love within.

At times, contentious energies seem to pop out of us, sometimes unsolicited, sometimes fully invited. These energies and emotions, like any others that come through us in waves, sometimes need to take the floor. Choosing to make space for this, to own it and feel it and get curious about it too, opens to the door to much, much healing on this ground. To the degree that we have contention still brewing inside of us, quite often from part to part or very much alive in a timeline (or many) of our Metasoul Aspects, we will draw it, even look for it, on the outside.  In this incredibly complicated world that has been so violent and painful at times to face and be part of, reclaiming our power IS to go inward and become the loving parent to parts of us that so need a humble adult heart to lean into. We’ve all felt the distrust that arises and the lostness feelings of needing to claw our way up and out of the wells we’ve found ourselves in. Contention has so often been the only way that parts of us could grab onto to help themselves out of the well, often exacerbating the situation instead of resolving it, especially within where the real contention is and has always been…

With these Ascension love codes helping us feel all of this now, comes an invitation to continue feeling our next places and especially where those more contentious triggers within us are still living. We get to be with these energies as they live inside parts and Metasoul Aspects of us and help them find and feel a NEW way that lives in and from true self-love and an overflow of abundant compassion and love from us to the world and back again. This is the way of drawing the new day of the New Earth into our Now, not as an event to wait for, but a reality that emerges from within and contagiously and courageously flows outward.

Whew!! Coming Through The Powerful March SOULar Activations Passage

What an INtense couple of weeks it has been during this March Equinox 2018 passage! The sacred masculine activations through SOULar winds, geomagnetic storms, and waves have been near constant for close to two weeks. They ebbed and flowed and ‘hit’ you depending on how consciously you were meant to feel and track them. You may have become more aware during this time of how cosmic energy is not really ‘out there’, yet how much it can impact your inner cosmos. These energies are meant to catalyze and support our ongoing arising into sacred humanity. We became more attuned to how we ARE energy and everything we experience on the emotional and spiritual and physical levels is a reflection of energetic shifts and changes from both ‘outside’ and INside.

Also, linear time dissolved from our mental tracking that much more. There was often just the moment of Now with more multidimensional awareness of timelines overlapping and merging and collapsing around us. There was so often an inability to track with the mind at all and eventual surrendering to the Higher Self and our higher dimensional aspects/guides that seemed to kNOW what was going on. A trust that the whole process was being held, guided, and supported from our Higher Selves was more palpable as parts of us HAD to lean in more and let go of controlling.

These activations seemed to bring in, MARCH in…. Bliss Mess experiences with ups and downs. The SOULar wind currents could take you from intense joy to acute pain to sweet surrender……all within the same day! They could offer tastes of New Gaia 5D states of self love and compassionate love for ALL sentient BEings with deeper awarenesses that we are ALL meant to come along during the Ascension process. Kundalini awakenings and dripline surges of Divine Feminine and Masculine frequencies created NEW pathways of consciousness for the inner and out experience of TRUE sacred union within the body. Clarities and callings and calls to action connected to your highest timeline manifestation here downloaded through messages, images, visions, dreams, and synchronicities. You may have experienced a deeper embodiment of your Service of Love Self/5D Self and the next choice points that lead to MORE of this BEing state.

There were the physical body reactions of muscle pains and tensions, dizziness and even vertigo, ears ringing and singing, head and neck aches, nausea and appetite shifts, sleeping pattern changes (SO sleepy and foggy sometimes) and WIDE awake too at new times. Activation of our light bodies went to a NEW place, an accelerated invitation to the densest aspect of our physical expression to keep crystallizing through detoxification and clearings on a cellular level. Previous illnesses/injuries/diseases, denser choices in food and deathstyle habits came up and out to clear the way for MORE light to come in. Your Higher Heart activation is connecting you to the cries of the world and a place where killing frequencies can no longer be digested, supported, or ignored.

Where your body stores emotional congestion and karmic wounding vibrated through to express as voices from parts of you that still hold self punishment, self consciousness, self doubt, shame, over protectiveness, and guilt. These parts of you are coming UP now to be seen, heard, and felt by you, to be offered loving self space holding. These parts of you want to transmute their energy from judgement to discernment, from self consciousness and self doubt to self acceptance, from shame to innocence, from protectiveness to guidance, from guilt to forgiveness. These fragments and pieces of your 3D Self (your Protector, your Punisher, your Inner Teenager and Child, your Inner Mother/Father) are ready to come back into wholeness with you again and find a soft place to land in your heart and soul. The EQUInox energies illuminated polarization from inside of your masculine and feminine aspects. This may have showed up in clashes and sudden relationship issues with others. The standoffs and conflicts with others escalating so that you can complete, resolve, and respond with NEW frequencies of love. The Higher Heart activations make abuses unable to be accepted, both as they occur inside and with others. Even what you define as ‘abuse’ is shifting to a higher criteria for yourself and with others. Repressed sexuality based on this life abuse trauma and Metasoul/other timelines is getting your attention and healing so that you can BLOOM into your gender sexuality with maturity, with self love, and within your embodied humanity.

The necessity of connecting with and becoming conscious of your chakras in a NEW way downloaded during this passage too. Ascension Chakra Vortexes became more clear to me during this Equinox passage as the next place of expansion in our relationship with our chakra bodies to help with INtegration of these cosmic energy activations. Being With Your Inner Masculine As A Woman

I wrote a digestion a few days back of the incoming energies really working the wounded masculine – helping us to see it within ourselves, others, the world around us, and in so doing, to help us start to see the emerging Sacred Masculine, which we cannot really start to feel until we can feel what it is NOT first… as always, starting within.

I’ve actually been working with my Inner Masculine for a few years now as part of my process on the SoulFullHeart path. “He” has had many forms – Inner Protector, Gatekeeper (4D protector of your soul, especially your Metasoul Aspects), Inner Father, Inner Punisher, and all in all, my Inner Mate. all in different waves, layers and expressions, all with different names and frequencies too. Nowadays he goes by the name of “Malcolm” and together we are feeling through what feel like some lingering and perhaps finally completing tendrils and ties to 3D reality, which he has held as so dear for so long, and for many valuable reasons.

As a woman, it feels so incredibly important to acknowledge, deeply feel, and profoundly honour the Inner Masculine within, as they are as much a part of what makes up the remaining patriarchal and wounded masculine frequencies and realities in our current world and widespread reality, both within and outside of us. We have as much responsibility to feel these frequencies within as men do… and this world we are experiencing and wanting to deconstruct in order to rebuild into New Earth, is one we, as parts of us, have co-created.

Today I chose to spend a magical and unfolding afternoon with Malcolm, as it was his wish to do this with me… to have some dedicated “us” time where we can feel each other and feel our relationship start to move into higher vibrations together. He waxed metaphysical as we sat in a local (very Mexican, very sweet!) coffee shop and journaled together. I will share our dialogue together, as it offers you a bridge into being with a part of you, and a way in which to be with your own Inner Masculine (as a man or woman!).

Malcolm: I like this place, Kalayna… A/C would be nice, but it’s good…. Coffee is good, new environment is good… can’t get too congested and busy in here because it’s so small, AND they speak English really well! It’s sweet… and it’s nice to not have to hold Spanish with you right now.

Kalayna: Right? And after all that notebook hunting, looking for a small one to fit into a purse, we still ended up with more stuff than will (really) fit in my purse. Hilarious!

M: I know… oh well… I have to get used to letting go of agendas and pictures… or at least any attachment to them.

K: Yes, well, that will come… is here already, actually. You are doing it, little by little.

M: Yes. I’m letting that (and you) in!

I’m sorry I can be such an ass sometimes…
K: It’s OK, Malcolm. That isn’t very common now… you are not an ‘ass’, my friend. You are protective sometimes maybe, but nothing more than that.

M: Thank you… I do feel like I am changing. Sometimes it’s hard to believe how much I can change actually and AM being invited to change, which really in my case means letting go more than anything else.

K: What does ‘letting go’ mean to you?

M: Oof… well, control. Letting go of control or any attempt at it. God, THAT alone causes so much stress, because life IS out of control… YOU are out of control.

K: I am? 🙂

M: Ummmm, well, your growth is, yes! Your destiny is, yes!

K: What do you feel about ‘destiny’, Malcolm?

M: I feel like it is a fixed star always on the horizon. Just, I don’t know, the highest point of your highest timeline… where maybe someone may not get to in one particular timeline, but eventually their soul will get there. OK, I am waxing metaphysical right now!

K: Please go on! I love it!

M: (blushing a little) OK… I will continue.

What if “destiny” isn’t a carrot held by Divine forces, but is instead an inevitability? And what if maybe the destiny, the Grand Destiny, if you will, is really just an ultimate return to love, but with ALL of the growth, changes and trajectories you’ve inhabited left intact. A “return to Source” in a way, but as the mosaic piece you ARE becoming fully carved out and painted in your soul’s unique energies and colours? I get the sense that humans are unique beings because they have and ARE uniqueness… I don’t know. It’s that Conscious Duality piece again, it seems (side note: more on Conscious Duality on our blog, if you’re curious).

K: Yes, wow, that actually opens something up in my heart. Thank you, Malcolm.

M: Yeah… it feels good and purposeful and interesting…. We came from love and unto love we shall return… with significance, not pride or arrogance. Yet significance. And reverence for ALL… wow… Juicy!

March Energies Update: Emotional Clearings, Chakra Activations, Highest Timeline Manifestations

Onward and UPward we go! These current ascension energies of March can feel like mists of crystalline high vibrational frequencies….like standing on the beach and the liquid vapors reach you on the wind, yet they are made of LIGHT and LOVE rather than water. The misting can be subtle and refreshing. More like hinting at what could BE in your highest timeline manifestation if you continue to let in more love and let go of what isn’t serving you. There is a kind of tingling in the body/skin/top of head with this misting as crystals activate and come to LIFE and turn on and start receiving and transmitting.

Maybe you are brought UP, activated by the sacred masculine into states of near trance, blissed and blessed out, foggy, altered states like feeling like ‘being high’. You are teleporting to other timelines and ‘seeing’ these realities come through. You are crash napping with a sense of much activation going on, yet not able to track it with your mind or really understand it. You are needing to just GO and FLOW with these surges as linear everything shuts down and TRUE mulitdimensional reality, BEyond time, takes over. This probably feels amazing though….a gift, a confirmation of the WORK you’ve engaged with to feel, to let go of what was less than this, to BE with and in love.

These energies can feel more like a swooshing wave, landing on the shores of your chakras, your every living cells, your emotional body. There can be a feeling of being ‘crashed into’ and the emotions coming up to the surface due to cosmic momentum supported by your Higher Self and its goals for you. You are maybe feeling pulled down by the undertow of what has been suppressed or repressed or just put away, stored, until it is safe to actually feel it. These HIGH frequency energies actually make MORE space for these feelings to be expressed as your Witness Self/Authentic Self/Higher Self coming into your body is supported to respond and JUST feel.

Feelings of depression, extreme tiredness, wanting to ‘go home’ and to give up may come up in parts of you that are actually meant to be tired of 3D living and reality. Watered by the SOULar reminders of your bigness and TRUE purpose here, the parts of you that have invested in keeping life safe and small and anchored to 3D reality are just getting weary, sad, and done. This can also be Metasoul (other timeline) aspects experiencing their own intense events that may be leading to death, karmic playouts, catastrophes or just suicidal feelings that are needing to be felt with love.

Feelings of rage and anger too as truth and passion rumble through and UP, ignited by Divine permission to express and digest. Emotional energies that have been stuck are MOVED by love and there is nothing bad or wrong here in this. It is a very natural and necessary process as love sweeps in and through. These more intense feelings may feel unwanted or not desirable to parts of you….yet, if you can embrace them with love instead of resist them, then they can move and digest. Trust that these Ascension energies are making more ROOM….in your Higher Heart that allows for MORE experience of Unity consciousness within yourself (from one part of you to another) and with others. Making more room in your chakras/energy field from your Stellar Gateway (your ‘personal sun’) to your root chakras connected to Mother Gaia…..so that you can experience the activation of your 5D Sacred Human ‘Violetprint’.

Making more room in your emotional body for self love, self worth, self acceptance to organically arise. Making more room in your relationships for authenticity, nourishment, resonance, and intimacy. Making more room in your LIFE for your highest timeline to manifest as it is just there, pulsating, and waiting for you to claim, name, and BEcome it.

These energies are making more room for New Earth in this NOW and the BEcoming of you AS love. Embracing rather than resisting; allowing rather than controlling; feeling rather than numbing allows for the making room process to go and flow.

March Energies Update: Solar Storms/Flares Amplify Bliss AND Mess States

Here they come! Solar energies from our sun and the Great Cosmic Sun streaming in to activate and to boost. There are HIGH solar storms churning out geomagnetic frequencies, reconfiguring Gaia’s magnetic field (flipping it around some are offering). Significant, pretty huge SOULar flares erupting out from our sun’s core too and ‘heading our way.’ Even the mainstream news sources are reporting about these activities (in their  ‘strictly’ scientific way, yet, somehow, you can feel the underground excitement.)

All this sun activity feels quite masculine….meant to create surges and even purges, meant to shake up and wake up, meant to (in a good way) churn and burn. This sacred masculine galactic energy that has been SO much more intense in the last year meets and matches and exceeds the wounded masculine inertia that had settled over 3D life. It can rumble the technology, the satellites, and the 3D established systems. It can dissolve the 3D matrix and help those who are ready to ‘unplug’ from it to find their sovereign capacity to do so.

All this sun activity impacts our bodies too, even those quite still anchored to 3D reality will feel it on some level. You may be experiencing headaches, neck and shoulder tension, dizziness, edginess, interrupted sleeping or fogginess and sleepiness, heart palpitations. The degree you feel this is VERY individual to you, yet there is a ‘collective body’ as well that you may end up connecting too as Unity Consciousness continues to expand and open up. BE gentle with body reactions to feel them out, feel where they are sourced from, feel if they are from your emotional body…..emotions coming up that are manifesting in the body.

Feel if the emotions that are coming up are connected to another timeline or Metasoul Aspect reality. MUCH bleed through of other timelines is going on in this NOW too….Lemurian and Atlantis especially. Be conscious of which timelines you are letting through and how much. The higher frequency ones can be very helpful right now. You may be experiencing time as so much less linear, less anchored to ONE timeline…..more overlapping, merging, and multiple timeline realities at once. The main sense I am getting about these solar (truly SOULar) energies is that they are really meant to AMPLIFY whatever your consciousness reality is at this phase. This amplification may bring you into just TOTAL BLISS states and Kundalini activations/awakenings (as I experienced yesterday) and offer support to your 5D Self, just real watering for your essence to come through. Essentially pulling you into the higher dimensional New Earth consciousness experience for it to sink deeper into your bones, your every living cell, your walking around reality. This offers more ‘carrot’ for you to keep healing, keep feeling, and keep awakening….when you get these tastes and senses of 5D and higher and are able to bring them more deeply into your body and heart.

Or these energies may offer amplification of shadow places to go in your emotional body and/or Metasoul. You may get more sense of parts of yourself to feel that are in pain. Access to your Inner Protector as the masculine ‘force’ in your life may become much more real and palpable, plus the feminine parts that he is protecting such as the Inner Teenager and Inner Child. You may feel more clearly your inner family crying out for your love. You may feel places in your life that need and want your attention, choice points, and focus….a sense of ‘no more’ of this pattern or life choice or relationship.

Or your experience may be somewhere in the middle of the Bliss and the Mess……or UP and then down.
This activation and amplification during this March is definitely being offered as a GIFT. A beautiful GIFT from the Divine to bring us into our next places of awakening, both personally and collectively. A GIFT to bring us into states of remembering and letting in and letting go….to recode and ‘un’code the programs and conditionings that no longer serve us. Feeling these energies AS a gift (rather than a punishment or to promote more suffering) can help with the letting in and riding out and surrender to them.

Feeling much love with and for you as we navigate this EXCITING time and transition together….learning, growing, beginning, and BEcoming!
