ReUNITEing With Your Inner World In 2018

Sense of Wonder

When you were a child, you had a very alive inner world that no one could take away from you. It was your solace, your sanctuary. It likely became the seat too of much fantasy as you grew older and began to crave deep social and romantic connections. Your inner world has always been there for you and you were once in the pilot seat, with incredible self-permission that only deteriorated as the 3D world that acknowledges only a certain brand of logic and a specific way to sense ‘what is real’, began to trickle into you and your parts, more and more, slowly convincing you that it was the only way through life. This was a necessary phase to enter… and perhaps in some ways though, your creativity and imagination never fully ‘left’… indeed, even if it feels to parts of you like it did leave, it didn’t. Your inner world has always been there, preserved somehow and waiting for you to awaken to it once more. Waiting for you to step back into the inner Narnia portal and be where you will always belong and be deeply loved.

It was a self-loving choice to have ‘fantasy worlds’ when you were a child or teenager or even an adult. Perhaps this is why so many of us have leaned into virtual reality in one way or another, as a boost and a way to re-enter this fantasy land again and be away from 3D. I know I certainly did and when I was a teenager, I played video and computer games as often as I could. I had many friends who did too. My rich imagination still thrived… nothing could stop it, somehow. Perhaps many of you feel the same. And yet too, I can feel how for so many it has been necessary to push the pause button on an alternative reality in order to fully enter the territory of growth needed by immersing completely in 3D.

Our 3D tethers, ties, and anchors are still attached to parts of us in different ways, some which are obvious and some which have become very subtle, especially if you are surrounded by others who are living in the same frequency, making it appear normal and OK. It feels like there is a unifying HUM of vibration that joins all at a certain level of consciousness, until you up the ante on yours, reaching and feeling a higher pitch, a higher HUM that takes you into a different space altogether, displacing you from the ‘pack’ you’ve been used to. This experience can bring parts of you into a lofty space that can also be self-righteous and sometimes needs to be in order to push away from the collective. It can bring depression, anxiety, illness, fears, or even numbness, and sometimes all at once as parts of you ping, cling, and thrash against the changes happening within you that they simply cannot stop or control. Ultimately your soul is in charge of all choosing, even if the choice is for a part of you, like your Inner Teenager or Inner Protector, for example, to be ‘in charge’ for a while. Yet you cannot truly escape the pull of this alternative and very enriching reality that lives and thrives inside of you. Your soul and heart are calling you back inward and of course the Ascension energies support and enliven these pulls, whether obvious or subtle, whether expressed through your dreams or your waking life or both.

2018 sure feels like it will be a ‘year’ of alternative realities popping like popcorn, rapidly in some cases and slowly in others, allowing us to acclimate yet also inviting us to make changes Now. We may be surprised by our impulsivity, our intuitive awakenings and dawnings and guidance. There can be no ‘wrong’ choices made, though parts of you will likely judge some of them for a while. If it’s all intended to be an invitation back to YOU, then that’s where it will all ultimately lead, no matter the path, the trajectory, the momentum.

You have an inner crystal cave of goodness and love that awaits your entry once again. The richness of your inner world and parts too, awaits your steps towards reUNION within. ❤

The SOULstice Reflects Our Next Phases Of Growth Toward Our Sacred Humanity

The end of one cycle and the beginning of another. Physically in Earth’s orbit and energetically in our collective Gaian heart. We are all connected to Her and the frequencies that She is letting in and moving through. I feel Her with us all during this time. Not just another revolution around the Sun, but a journey UP and IN.

In the Northern Hemisphere, this is time of extended darkness and colder weather that, in our ‘past’, saw us literally holding up inside the hearth of the home, staying warm. Spiritually, a time for reflection and evaluation, even seen in the numbers 12:21. In the Southern Hemisphere, this is an end and a beginning too, in different light frequencies that are more active and yang. Taking action to embody what has been ‘received’ in your highest heart. Whether in reflection, or action, much is being illuminated and transformed.

In SoulFullHeart we take an assessment, or snapshot, of our current life through the lens of 7 key areas: Emotional, Spiritual, Mental, Social, Physical, Financial, and Environmental. As I have been going through these with someone I am currently working with, it has become so evident that these areas shed such an enormous light on our Whole Self rather that just focusing on one in particular.

If there is a place where you feel misaligned in your deepest calling and passion, then it can cause a drag, or anchor, in your fullest expression and BEing during your ascension process. This is a very reflective tool and highlights where you are being invited to go if you want to truly take all of you into the New.

This is where having that mirror can be a blessing and a curse both to parts of you. These energies are making more obvious the places you may need to go into so that you can unfurl our wings. One of the hardest, is the Social area where there can be such entwined relationships with others based on all sorts of conditionings and unconscious agreements. Or you may even find yourself more isolated due to self-protection or even self-love.

In either case, the holidays can really highlight the emotional body in this area. Are you in our fullest expression and truth when around others, or do you ‘shrink to fit’ in order to be a part of the social frequency? Or maybe there is a deep loneliness due to a lack of authentic connection. The emotional reality of this may be hard for a part of you to digest and be with so it can go undercover, but it doesn’t live far from consciousness.

The same holds true for all areas of your life. Feeling the ways in which you are still anchored and misaligned can be hard for parts of you to admit to and take action toward. This is a becomes a compassionate and self-loving process with these parts of you, most specifically your Protector, that has done life as us for so long, and is feeling the long nights of winter (or days of summer) coming to an energetic end. It is running out of gas as the veil between it and your emotional body is thinning.

This is a great time to take some self-reflective moments, in a sacred space, to take a snapshot of your emotional and spiritual bodies and see where your next phase of growth (and thus challenge for parts) lies ahead. Feeling And Connecting From Within During Holiday Season

Everything impacts your vibrational frequency; sounds, smells, foods, and especially the energy of others. Your 3D Self (ego/mind fusion) has probably layered you over with densities, literal protection shields, so that you cannot feel how impacted you are by all these things. In this layered over place, you cannot feel how your vibrational frequency is going down. Or if it is going up. This can especially be amplified during the holiday season when so much going outward can happen in the gift buying, time with family, etc.

The only way to feel this is to go within, to reconnect to your inner energy system, to your emotional body, to your 3D Self (and other aspects). The ‘you’ that goes within is the version that is splitting off, differentiating from the 3D Self and being infused with energies from your higher 5D Self or Divine Self. Your Higher Self is always with you, waiting to arise, like a seed in your consciousness that is waiting for the water of good energy and good love to vibrate more.

Your Higher Self may be mostly outside of you. It may feel like when you connect with it that it feels like you are reaching for something outside of you, similar to how it can feel to connect with guides, ascended teachers, and the Divine. And, that’s OK because the important piece is that these energies, while feeling outside of you, can still infuse you with frequencies that you need to raise your base tone. They offer you light codes to activate your light body to arise and start glowing, to begin the transition from carbon-based body to crystalline-Christ Consciousness body.

Eventually, then, you realize that your Higher Self is within you and IS you more and more. As are the guides that you have ‘channeled’ or looked to others to provide the messages of their channeled guides. Validation from outside of us, people who are embracing their Higher Self wisdoms and personal experiences, can be very helpful. It can light up things that need to be lit up. Support from others who have journeyed in places we want to go deeper can be very helpful to, along with a community to resonate with, like we offer in SoulFullHeart.

And, then, you return to you, back inside where the power is, where the Universe is, and where the only source of Love that you can ALWAYS count on is. Going within, exploring within, learning about what is within…..the message is the same in so many different forms and yet, when you are too much your 3D Self, you may find many ways to not do this and not to begin this. Looking outward may be easier than looking within for your 3D Self.

Try this, right now.

Pause from the internet for a moment. Close your eyes. Become present to the moment. Become present to yourself. Feel what you are feeling. Check in. Feel where your energy is at. Feel any other people that have entered your ‘field’ while you have been online, as it is a virtual ‘room’ containing many energies that you absorb like a sponge.

Feel your heart. Is it open or more closed? Why?

Breath in, Breath out. Feel the world that is YOU that is waiting for your exploration of it. Stay in this inner focused space for as long as you need to and as long as you like.

Here is a guided meditation from me that supports you to go within to connect with your Ascension Chakras and your Higher Self. Or you can just use it as practice to go within, be in more yin stillness, and to track your energy. Or, you can just fall asleep, as many do!

Go in, go in, go in, daily at least, a few times a day ideally, for as ‘long’ as it takes if possible. Create the space in your life for you. Let go of that which does not support this going within process.

Create the space for Love and to remember yourself as the essence of Infinite Love that you ARE. ~

Day 19 ~ Journal To The Demiurge

I set out to connect with the Demiurge (as an Archetype of the Christian God, or Jehovah as he is known, in the Old Testament sense) some days back. Today’s journal entry penetrates the false world of the false God we created out of our need for separation and then, rememberance with the love that we are.

Some very tender tears and feeling points emerged today.

Here is Day 19:

Raphael: Good Morning, everyone. Everyone…, as in here in this immediate circle, yes, but also in ‘the many’ in the emanating circles flowing out from this one – Good Morning to you. ‘God Morning’ to you. A new day is dawning and it is as full of God as God can be.

When I feel what has moved for us in this journey, it so feels like a very wide and open space has opened out for us, creating a palette that awaits our imprint. I feel like I don’t know where to begin. The landscape is of fresh fallen snow so pristine. Can anyone help me out here?

Demiurge: In the silence just now, I thought for sure it would be Metatron who would speak for us all, but after waiting, I feel it is supposed to be me. I’m not sure I can speak, but I feel compelled to at least try. All of your intention and action to undertake connecting with me has opened out a place in me that I didn’t even know was there. I feel a gratitude that feels as large as what I can only describe as an ocean of falseness inside of me. Being the projection of everyone’s disowned power makes one look powerful, even feel powerful in moments, but underneath it all, I have felt like people’s disowned smallness and impotence, and fear. I have had official duties to carry out to keep the charade in place, but all of it is so far from real.

Raphael: Thank you, Demi. I like calling you by your new name. You don’t feel like the Demiurge to me any more. Maybe, Demi won’t even feel like a fit before too long at the rate of change you are living into now. This feels so tender what you are admitting and feeling today.

Demi: Thank you, Raphael.

Raphael: I want to ask you what it was that prevented you up until now from admitting the falseness you admit to today.

Demi: That question feels so large inside of me right now. The relief that I feel flooding into my being to make this admission so begs the question why I couldn’t or wouldn’t have done this sooner. I know it has to do with being literally fused to my reality, to not being able to see that there even was any options available to me. I don’t mean to say by that, that I don’t bear any responsibility, because I do. I know I accepted the projections the people put on to me, and I didn’t have to. I accepted that role as something at the time that seemed just too good to pass up. I wanted to be God, the creator and the destroyer of worlds. I was captivated by the role for a long time. But then, that captivation began to change, slowly, but with an unmistakable back pressure.

Raphael: To witness you, Demi, in a true alchemical midlife crisis is just so amazing to me in this moment, even beyond a midlife crisis really, stepping out into something new.

Demi: I can so feel the part of me that wants to curl up and die, to go away, to not face anyone. I need to feel that part of myself, and I also feel I need to accept responsibility for what I created, to feel what I avoided feeling, to feel people’s honest reactions.

Raphael: Well, in my book, if you are feeling all of that, at the same time, you are a true king of hearts.

Demi: I’d really like to ask your advice, Raphael. I know you asked my advice on so many occasions, under the false pretenses that are falling as we speak. I humbly ask you for your help and guidance. I want to live. I want to love. I want to fully accept my responsibility for what I’ve done, but I don’t want to live forever in punishment if at all possible.

Raphael: (tears) I am humbled by your humility. Looking in your eyes and feeling you, seeing you, come to terms with your remorse moves the entire universe, Demi. This is an act of your true Godhood. My advice is simply to feel us all feeling in this moment. Feeling what there is to feel while it is being felt is what transmutes everything that is awaiting transmutation. I’m so honored to share this moment with you.

Demi: I literally don’t know, what planet I’ve entered now.

Raphael: Metatron, maybe you could help us a bit here. What planet are we on? I’m not so sure myself.

Metatron: This is all the planets, Demi and Raphael. This is what holds together all matter and all spirit. This is what answers the heart cry of creation itself. This is the homecoming of love to itself.

Love birthed out of its oneness, a twoness, and in that was a great potential for relationship on one hand, but also, and fearfully so, was also a potential that this twoness would remain outside of the oneness in its experience, separate from love. Love seemed given to reckless abandon to do it anyway, prizing the gift of relationship over the fear of loss. What we are feeling today is loves vindication. Love has won. Love is winning. And, love still has much winning that has yet to occur. All of these are true. Love is out to marry its essence with all of experience.

Raphael: My goodness, Metatron! That is so wild. I thought you were going to help us locate ourselves a bit here. I feel more lost than I did before, but in a good way. Wow.

Metatron: Get used to it, my man! There’s a few more steps on this staircase awaiting the tread of your feet. You’re the one speaking about things awaiting to be felt. This is what creation itself is waiting and wanting to be felt.

Raphael: I recall that familiar verse in the Bible that says ‘the whole earth, or cosmos, groans in travail, as in birth pangs for the manifest sons of God’, and this moment reminds me of that.

Metatron: And what, Raphael, are the manifest sons of God? What do they do, what ‘be they be’ that makes them the manifest sons of God?

Raphael: I’d defer that question to you if I thought you’d let me, but I can tell you want my answer. Hmmm, what makes a manifest son of God? No pressure or anything, just the question at the heart of the universe wanting to be untangled. I’d say that has to do with feeling. Everything that is both right and wrong in the world has to do with what is felt or unfelt in the world. Sonship and daughtership is a relationship, an opportunity that begs feeling, a fireplace for the fire. When feeling what there is to feel is repressed, we create monsters of destruction that ultimately serve to take us back to our common need for love. Sons and daughters feel. Feeling takes us back to love. Even the monsters of our own creation are gifts that remind us of the love we are and always were, even as we individuated out from God, as a son or a daughter. I am a son and I am God. Both are true. How’d I do, Metatron?

Metatron: You’re rockin’ it man. You’re more metaphysical than I am sometimes!

Raphael: I think I need some ‘mega’physical about now. What say we take in some sun and surf to let in this piece? I know Andy wants to play, and I want to play too. Let’s rest up, digest and continue soon. We have a few more pieces left to feel together it feels like. Thank you, everyone.

Energy Update: Winter Solstice Offers New Earth In The HERE And NOW

This doesn’t feel like an ordinary Winter Solstice….is there such thing as ‘ordinary’ anymore? So much is accelerating in activity on in the collective, on a Galactic level with Star BEings, and from within each of of us on the Ascension path.

This Winter Solstice is the beginning of a NEW season where it feels like rapid change will become more of the new normal in the year 2018. Change on all levels inside of your bodies becoming crystal; your chakras becoming crystal; your hearts becoming crystal; your emotional bodies becoming crystal; your Merkabahs becoming crystal. Clearer, brighter, and freer, you feel more and more and on deeper levels than ever before!

You may be amazed at how much is moving from within you in just one ‘day’ and how much you are integrating, letting in, and letting go. What has previously been ‘lived with’ on some level, still anchored to 3D, is straining and fading. Maybe you are able to LET GO more quickly, more easily with less protest and resistance from parts of you and more sense of Ethereal, Star BEing/Star Family, and Higher Self support. Hiding anything becomes impossible as your frequency shifts more into 4D in all areas of your life.

The Divine Feminine opened UP even more on 12:12, illuminating us all in the glow of Her Supermoon. She continues to beacon us into the deeper regions of ourselves, into our emotional bodies, into the places inside that need the light of our love. She sometimes lights the match to burn away what is false in our lives and within ourselves, yet always, too, She is there to provide a balm of comfort to sooth the mourning pains.

The Divine Feminine makes it safer for disclosures to begin or accelerate on all levels; for the revealing of what has been hidden to come forward for healing. No more hiding. She holds and responds to this disclosure process with a steady compassion that forgives, allowing for genuine remorse from the masculine to flow. She brings out the King that has been hiding in the woundedness of the boy. She supports the continuation of the process of transforming the wounded masculine (in both men and women) into its sacred human essence.

She has invited us into Her womb to INtegrate, to yintegrate, so much of these activations and upgrades that we’ve been receiving and being gifted by the Great Cosmic Sun/Divine Masculine. Her activations are more emotional, about making space and holding space, creating a womb space for the parts of us that need us and our tender care and love. The Divine Masculine gifts seemed to come in more bounty and in earnest acceleration with the total Solar Eclipse in August, as if Her moon blocking the light brought more into alignment.

And, alignment is here during this time of Galactic Alignment over the last days and continuing through the Solstice…as the center of our outer galaxy lines up with the Sun and Gaia, so is the invitation for our inner galaxies to align through the feeling and healing of ALL aspects of ourselves in ALL timelines.

What is of lower frequency, heavy, dark, painful, and frustrated is not so easily suppressed or held away or covered over by parts of you anymore. Your Inner Protector is probably getting tired and wants deeply to rest. Things are leaking through that sometimes they would rather didn’t, yet that need to come up. Other lifetime ‘memories’ are bleeding through, along with childhood/teenage emotional energy congestions formed in parts of you that are often stuck there and want to be freed. Dreams are more intense, plus increase in what feels like ‘outside of you’ activities and energies.

All this could bring up temporarily even more vigilance and guarding from your Protector yet also can lead to burn out and overwhelm. The Protector is tired of guarding and being so vigilant and wants to transition to your guide and Gatekeeper of your Metasoul, channel to Divine love and all your other lifetime/timelines. Loving your physical body, loving your emotional body, loving the parts of you that are afraid and resistance, loving your 3D anchors, loving even what feels dark and demonic through these intense energies and with the help of these energies….this becomes easier in the Now. This will just BEcome more natural as we vibrate more and more out of the old fear-based frequencies and into more New Earth/5D.

New Earth is more in the HERE and the NOW on this Solstice and available in ALL moments as you continue to integrate and align from within into your Sacred Human Self!!

Energy Update: Galactic And Personal Alignments

Galactic Alignment frequencies are happening in the Cosmos and the INNER Cosmos too. These are occurring over these next days (activated since the Super Moon, 12:12 Divine Feminine INtegration energies) and extending through the December 21 Solstice and into MORE Super Moon energy integrations in January. This is an alignment of Gaia (Feminine), the Moon (Feminine), the Sun/Great Cosmic Sun (Masculine), and the Galactic Center (Feminine/Masculine Balance/Zero Point). Seemingly and previously divergent energies and timelines come together, creating a bridging way toward Unity.
 
This Galactic Alignment offers a sense of the Divine Align energy that wants to bring us all together while honoring our individual expressions, especially our gender expression. Gender expression clashes are where the deepest densities and polarizations exist in our collective and personal emotional bodies. Healing our gender expression woundings is a ripe ground right now, as represented in the collective disclosure of sexual abuse that is currently happening. This disclosure invites us to feel what has been our experiences of these kind of abuses, on both sides of the ‘coin’, from this life and from our Metasoul/other lifetimes. Feeling these textures leads us to parts of us with feelings of distrust that stem from betrayal, dominance, and suppression. Being ‘in synch’ at a Cosmic level provides a sense for us of what this might feel and look like for each of us as this alignment is embodied from within. You may be feeling a press from these energies, especially related to romantic relationships and the completion of them or just difficulties and increasing conflicts and tensions.
 
These energies are always personal. They can be taken in and applied in a personal way by asking questions like these, “How do these energies relate to me and my ongoing awakening/Ascension process? How am I (and parts of me) being impacted by these energies? What are these energies inviting me (and parts of me) to feel?”
 
This inner alignment shows up in healing the splits that exist in the emotional body from unhealed traumas from 3D childhood experiences from this life. Inner alignment occurs as you are with your Inner Child or your Inner Teenager that still need you and are stuck in energetically charged scenes that keep their frequencies from being current and in the flow of Now. You can tell what these scenes are by the stories that come to you (with usually newly fresh feeling tears and emotions) when someone asks you about what causes pain from your childhood/teenagehood. These are fresh emotions because the traumas still exist in the now; they are not ‘past’ at all; and parts of you are living them out in seemingly endless loops of suffering. This inner alignment also expresses in the healing of the other lifetimes in your Metasoul (individuated soul source) of persecution and, again, the betrayals of trust and love that led to them. This is coming up for me with the revelation of a Metasoul pairing between Raphael and I offering these themes for us to feel into. The two Metasoul Aspects that we are starting to feel bleed through are needing our healing, feeling, and BEing with them in order to shift their timeline and heal some karmic binds between our Metasouls on a quantum level. When I feel this timeline (which is in the early 100 AD’s in Ireland), I can feel the sadness and loneliness of my Metasoul Aspect named Beatrice who just wants to experience love and the offering of her Celtic healing gifts, which are very controversial and forbidden by the Christian Roman rulers. Beatrice is in love with a man (from Raphael’s Metasoul) who is ‘destined’ to betray her and she risks this in order to experience even temporary moments of bliss with him…especially in bed with their ginger-colored cat lying between them.
 
I’ll be sharing more about Beatrice in the future as her timeline becomes clearer to me and our connection together deepens. I like to share what my personal process is around being with my Metasoul Aspects (and other parts too) as it offers a window into how you could work with these energies yourself and become your own space holder for these movements that bring such gifts of inner alignment. And, also, to give you a sense of what it feels like to receive support from us as facilitators to bridge to these places inside yourself during SoulFullHeart sessions.
 
Our Metasoul Aspects also express in projections into higher consciousness timelines, such as I shared about this week in connecting with my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect named Beslopah, who awakened me in a deeper way to my Merkabah or 5D (and higher) light body vehicle. Both Beslopah and Beatrice have gifts for me and for each other, even as one is in higher vibrational frequencies of consciousness and the other is in lower ones due to undigested karmic wounding. Alignment happens from within as we embrace these divergent frequencies in our Metasouls and bring them together with love.
 
Alignment from within creates a space where love can bloom, grow, and show us that the previous misalignments were only temporary and served our growth. Love wants to align us. To bring us into flow with our Divine Essence again. To bring us into the Now moment as a unifying Sacred Human consciousness that celebrates the gender form that have chosen to express and BE!

Your Light Body/Merkabah Is Waiting For You!

Your light body vehicle is waiting for you. It is shining, glimmering, vibrating with energy, and pulsing with life. It is a reflection of YOUR life force and essence at a high frequency. In this now, our light bodies are ‘in the shop’ getting upgraded, getting ready for the many multidimensional journeys to come.

The fuel for your Merkabah is LOVE. It is light. It is the joy, magic, and innocence that comes forward and through as you heal the trauma from and with your 3D Inner Child. This Inner Child transforms to your Star Seed through this conscious connection with you, revealing your Star Seed essence, as the experience of abductions (which were actually visits with your Star Family) come up and are healed. Your Star Seed’s energy is what powers your Merkabah and their freed-up curiosity to FLY and to journey. Healing of your Inner Child and your Star Seed (abduction wounding/abandonment from Star Family) is not just therapy or a psychological practice….it is critical and KEY to the ascension process.

You BEcome your Merkabah as your emotional body unanchors from 3D reality through the healing of the aspects/parts/energies that still live and resonate there. The Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Inner Mother/Father, Inner Teenager are the 3D parts that we identify as most anchored there. These parts remaining undifferentiated creates a ‘drag down’ on your frequency.

Your light vehicle looks and feels like what is right and best for you. There are no rules about what it looks like, specific forms and shapes that it needs to take. You may see and feel it as the usual sacred geometric form such as in the picture I shared. You may see it as a space ship. You may see it as a many petaled lotus flower.

It is as intimate as your fingernails, your hair, your skin. It is not actually outside of you, yet generated from WITHIN your higher heart especially and projected from there. The higher heart vibrates at this place to generate it with the more love that can be received and let in, the more parts of you can let in love, the faster it can then ‘spin’.

The places you journey….the galaxies, the dimensions, the timelines, all exist from INSIDE of you and originate from this place as well. They are states of consciousness. Your inner space program and process launches from this ground!

This comes to me through the guidance and connection with Beslopah, my Blue Avian Metasoul Aspect. The Blue Avian Star BEings are here to hold the spiritual energies of the Ascension process. They are galactic ambassadors to the soul, and they are WARM feeling too. Their feathery bird hugs are AMAZING. They are here, very close, as we head into Galactic alignment in the Cosmos and from within.

I am in joy to connect with them, as is Aurora, my Star Seed child, who is healing to 5D Crystalline Child essence. Aurora took a seat on my lap in my pulsing, rotating Merkabah today after a beautifully teary reunion with Beslopah. It was a symbolic moment of feeling our connection to each other, Aurora and I, and all the healing we have done together of her pains and traumas from abductions and before that my Inner Child and her experiences from my mostly painful 3D childhood-teenagehood.

I realize today that I am BEcoming my Merkabah. It is becoming constructed and formed as my sacred humanity is arising. One part at a time becoming integrated and unified into the wholeness of my Arising ISness and I Amness. This is a beautiful process. And, it awaits us ALL at whatever level and ways we can let it in!  !

Going Yin: Birthing Through A Gateway

Enjoying some rest time today. I was guided to just BE in quiet yinner space and let my heart guide me. Feel what needs connecting with inside. Then I recalled it was 12/12 today. A significant gateway into a higher timeline. I have been feeling a feminine container around me this last week or so even during occasional masculine production modes. I can actually feel Her during these times. She is wrapping something around me to guide me, and maybe more specifically, an aspect of me into a new ground of balanced creativeness. When I feel the more pressing or pushing energy, I know I hit the wall of Her womb gently inviting me back inward.

It is far less than it used to be in the past, but when it arises it is becoming much more recognizable. So it felt important to take this Yin space and feel this with my parts, more specifically my Gatekeeper, or soul guardian, for whom I am in deepening relationship with. He was feeling how the energy to produce can come from a need to fill a lack or void within. Something that is not being felt from a You-to-You space. It is the void space that holds some of our deepest fears. Fears of rejection, abandonment, and inadequacy. So much doing and achieving can be used to fill and cover this hole yet still not feel Whole.

This is a very kinetic feeling inside. An upward swing of temporal euphoria, like a subtle brush across the forehead that symbolizes a relief that a part avoided the void once again. The reality of course is that no matter what we throw into it or try and cover it with, it will always be there until we feel that part of us that is working overtime and not getting paid for it…meaning it is not feeling the deeper pain and being held in it with love.

I could feel the deeper layers of Noel needing connection with me. Needing help navigating this birthing into being and meaning. So used to being in the shadows, hiding and protecting. Being fused to the more wounded need for being loved by what you do and don’t say rather than who you are and what your truth is. Not being fully aware of what Love truly is wanting him to feel about himself as a part of a bigger picture of service and surrender.

This is where the infusion of divine feminine energy is helping to birth both of us into a new timeline of leadership and expanding vulnerability. Purpose and meaning. The space between motion and rest. There is a great balancing act occurring in my world today as I surrender to it. That feels like the key into this next gateway. Surrendering to the feelings inside that are inside the covered void. Creating a Yin day for yourself and the parts of you that need your love and attention. This is what is offered in SoulFullHeart as a means to feel the deeper layers of your being to allow for more arising of your authentic and glorious creative You.
I feel how the masculine in us all, both male and female, benefits from this rest and going yin time. Not as a means to check out, but a way to feel the next pieces to move into a higher vibration of joy and BEing that makes us whole again.

Surrender To Personal Process And Divine Timing

This feeling of going and BEing inward… a place of ‘active’ rest in moments right now, yet restful nonetheless. This the place where feelings can rise and be felt. Feelings that are coming from parts of you and Metasoul Aspects too. They are feelings but more so, they are experiences… they are situations that rose and fell and broke us open, or wanted to. They are tumults, storms, upheavals, and they are love spells and aired-out rooms too. And, all of this feeling is only leading you to more of everything… but especially love… and love comes in so many ways, waves and forms.
 
To be honest, in some ways, I’m still letting these words in for myself, even. I have been working with my Gatekeeper, the aspect of my Higher Self that has been responsible for so much of my soul awakenings and desires and yet has had wounding of her own and wounding she has become fused to from my soul too. She is in a big, deep process right now, that runs for fathoms below what my life looks and feels like on the surface. She is epic in the truest sense of the word, yet, she is a simple concept to in another way. Epic yet simple… “yup”, she says, “that pretty much sums up ALL matters of the soul in some way, it seems…”.
 
One piece I’ve been feeling with her, is that it’s humbling to feel how nothing is really up to us. We have ‘free will’, yes, and that free will is intended to allow us to walk freely into our most indelible paths of learning and awakening and healing. We get to choose if we want to approach life and love in this way or that way. If we want to go inward or go outward, or both. If we want to live primarily in 3D consciousness or conditioning or try something new. Or, too, if we want to live solely from kNOwing or kNOWing. There are more choices I could list here of course, but these are the first ones that come to mind and obviously some of the most relevant ones to my own personal process. These are choices I still make every day and in more and more trackable ways the more parts of me I engage with and Metasoul Aspects too. The more I engage with my Gatekeeper, the more clarity I feel about these questions and when and how ‘I’ am choosing to answer them and walk those answers out.
 
What I meant by, ‘nothing is really up to us’ is that no matter what we feel our ‘soul purpose’ is, it isn’t up to us how, when or even why it plays out. We get to inhabit it, piece by piece and step by step, in tandem with our own personal healing paths and what these paths need. Our intention alone to serve love is enough to get this ball rolling on down the hill and is enough to push what needs to be pushed up in order to keep it rolling on and on… offering us more opportunities and space in which to serve love as our highest calling and timeline.
 
Today and all days are an opportunity to be with the DIvine Feminine offerings of BEing… feeling, seeing, and perhaps, if necessary, restfully activating our highest timelines. I know this is MY personal focus today… and of course, there is a sweet invitation here for you too. ❤ Meet you in that meadow of alchemy and restful BEingness? I’ll be there with bells on!

Energies Invite You To Open Up The ‘Love’ Spaces In Your Life

Opening up spaces… this is always our choice, how much space we want to take or give… be in or offer. So much can take up ‘space’, including parts of us that need us, relationships to people or anything really, space in our living spaces and even our bodies. In a way, there can never really be ’empty’ spaces, only pregnant pauses, as each moment of what seems or feels to parts of you like ‘nothing’ is actually chock-full of something.

We are being invited to open up more space, allow more air in, widen the aperture, lengthen and strengthen the opportunity for MORE to come in, to fill us up in more spacious ways… no more cramping or cramming or cutting to fit. No more agony as parts of us twist themselves into human pretzels in order to fit into small, very specific expectations of culture, birth family, friendships, romances. Belonging fully to the self and finding a you-shaped space in the collective too in a healthy way, that allows still for air, breathing, BEing, envisioning, loving. And then, draws the relationships that fit and support this… to food, to soul family, to a Sacred Union mate/mates.

Yoga or other physical practices that extend beyond a self-image based focus on the body, invite more space into the body for the movement, healing, upgrading that is necessary and imminent. Consuming foods that support high vibrations of more light, love and air to enter and live in the body, is a way to nourish the spaces and indeed, create more space within the body. Meditation offers space for the parts that are stuck in the mind, in 3D and sometimes lower 4D churnings of trying to ‘figure it all out’. Breathing into your life, making space for money-making that doesn’t stress, strain or harm you or parts of you in any way, allowing for realization and development of your true soul-purpose path while having the space to go inward and continue healing… which is what truly brings it about and draws those who you need to serve and support into your life as well as who you need to support and reflect you to you in the interest of your own ongoing healing path.

Space within your heart is what is created when you choose feeling and BEing over doing. You create the space to feel and be with parts and Metasoul aspects of you so that you can then have and offer more space to others. This creates more space within your soul too, and allows for more conscious creation and being able to draw timelines you most desire.

‘Love heart, Love body, Love mind, Love soul, Love life’, as I have taken to saying recently. All the Love you need, all of the time, in ALL ways, coming from ALL of YOU. INspiring love, calling it into the spaces and crevices claimed and felt. Not consciously creating this space for yourself and your parts and Metasoul Aspects too asks life to create it for you, and often this can manifest in ways that are less than favorable. Life will press you back inward, as the ultimate facilitator of your healing. Life is love and love is life, and love wants you to have more love, be more love, serve more love WITH love. It has its own agenda, as does your soul, and your soul, like a magnet, wants to help you and every part of you, return to Love consciousness again.

Breathe into the spaces for more you to grow, see what’s there and what’s waiting for you while you are in the process of discovering and uncovering the you that you’re meant to BE. ❤
