Energy Update: Heightened Solar/Lunar Energies Offer Balance

SOULar wind speeds have been high lately, close to 600 km/sec the last two days. With winds THIS high, anything you are experiencing seems to be amplified. The highs and the blisses. The ‘lows’ and the messes. The fluctuations of emotions created by the waves and movements in between the two. If you are taking in denser, harder, more difficult energy it may feel like it is more challenging to move it out and return to your ‘normal’ flow. OR you may be feeling that you just are much more sensitive to the energies and frequencies around you.

These higher winds bring in SOULar frequencies of sacred masculine activations and continual UPgrades on all levels. That seemingly growing coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ (as I like to call it) is releasing SOULar energies and the winds bring them into Gaia and us….also creating some active, in this moment, geomagnetic storms. The geomagnetics seem to work on/impact our INNER poles too, creating a shift toward ultimately MORE balance on all levels and all bodies – physical, emotional, hormonal, social, mental.

Gaia’s frequency responds to these geomagnetics with spikes and pulses upward too in the last few days especially. If you are used to ‘grounding’ into Gaia’s frequency, this continues to be a fluctuating experience as her frequency moves up and down in new ways.

The FULL moon offers another aspect of amplification….this time by the Divine Feminine frequencies of lunar love. We know full moons are coming every single month, yet where we are in our personal journeys/processes can be impacted by these frequencies in varying ways each time. The feminine is about coming into more BEing, more stillness, more FEELING…being real about what you are feeling and not denying the pain/suffering/unhappiness that is there in the heart and soul. The feminine holds the space for traumas from this life and other timelines (your Metasoul/Higher Self Source) to be responded to with compassion and self love. The feminine doesn’t deny emotion, yet rather INVITES it in with vulnerability and compassionate accountability.

In the journey toward balance INside of masculine and feminine is the feeling and experiencing what is currently OFF balance. These kinds of heightened energies invite the feeling INside of your inner masculine (usually the part that we call your Protector) and how he relates with ALL parts of you, esp. your feminine. Deep polarization can exist between these parts of you and much tension too. These SOULar/Lunar energies can illuminate that tension…..as can this polarization be reflected in relationships too with others. If you are experiencing heightened difficulties and conflicts in relationships with others, this is offering you a need to explore/discover how these frequencies exist from within you.

Relationships INside and outside are wanting to come into balance, into resonance, into transactability. The previous cycles and patterns of conflicting, disconnecting, not being in alignment, avoiding and denying, codependence……these are wanting to shift and heal. As you feel how these patterns in relationships with others are a reflection of relationships INside of you from one part of you to another, so your draw and experience changes in outer relationships.

With high SOULar winds and a full moon, it is a time to be self loving…..even as it is an opportunity for inner unity in ways/means that we have never known before as individuals and as a collective. Be sensitive to the energies you are taking in, around, and contributing to as the impact will be amplified right now. Start to connect with your inner family as first priority above all others as now offers a beautiful frequency of masculine/feminine union to truly explore the gifts of inner sacred union.

Millennial Digest: Self Image

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, and SoulFullHeart Facilitant and β€˜Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, share about their experiences with construction and also ongoing healing of their self-image as Millennials – a process that has been very vulnerable to feel and live into. They chose to do this video with minimal makeup, a simple wardrobe, and a fuller frame of their bodies as they give you a more visceral sense of what their processes have been like.

Different parts of you attach to the ideals of what it means to be β€˜attractive’ or a β€˜good person/sister/friend/employee/etc’. Feeling these parts is a process of feeling the many layers of reactions to your body, your relationships, your career or job, etc that these parts have had, very often in an intensely self-punishing way that lowers your frequency significantly. It often takes a lot of loving mirrors held up by people who have worked these pieces inside of themselves and their own parts in order to truly see how this has played out inside of you. There are many reasons why Millennials in particular may seem to be attached to constructing a self-image that can compromise their physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. However, this process of feeling what conditioning and self-led practices or habits have led you to become the face that you present to the world around you is a deep one for people of any age!

As Ascension ramps up and intensifies, we are all being challenged to face and feel these parts that have associated ideals of physical and emotional attractiveness with real love. Our relationships all reflect these parts and these frequencies to us as do our jobs/careers, even our choice of spiritual practice. There is an invitation to become more real, to ourselves and to each other, and to realize that what truly makes us beautiful IS our inner β€˜mess’ that has so much to tell us as we step deeper into the process of loving it UP.

Incoming LOVE Energies Reflect Where The Love Needs To Go Within You

All the love waves coming in from Ascension energies really want to show you is where you aren’t loving yourself or being kind to yourself and your parts… especially the ones in shadow.

All the body reactions, all the resistance to change, all the emotional up and down-swings… all of the thick soupy-ness of your non-resonant relationships… all of this is being shown to you by LOVE itself as a powerful mirror with an equally powerful challenge to start taking the steps to experience your life AS love, starting from within you!

Abuses from inside of you that are reflected outside of you are highlighted so you can feel your need for love and the love you aren’t actually moving inside of you or between you and others. This is a big thing too and can be subtle at first until you realize what’s going on and find the courage to see it, to feel it, and then to make some changes.

You can’t escape the love pouring into you from all sides through these energies, and especially during these times of immense SOULar activity and activations. With every wave comes bliss and joy potential and with every drop of love-water, out must come the not-love-oil stored within, not so blissy or joyful to feel, but always leading you to more love for you and your parts if the readiness is ripe enough to take the journey.

5/11 Energies: Portal To Forgiveness, Completion Of Old Timelines With Others

5/11 energies feel significant today… portals opening into self-forgiveness. Higher Self connections are possible between you and those you’ve known in the past. Old relationship debris gets to clear away as you feel the tears of remorse for what’s happened in these relationships and what didn’t happen too. It’s an opportunity to own the role you’ve played while feeling the Higher Selves of others own their own roles too… ripples of deep self-forgiveness are possible in this today as well as forgiveness of others.

This is a powerful way to complete old timelines and embrace the imminent, highest timeline that is possible for you. So much movement happens when forgiveness is genuine and not simply said but felt. True gratitude can bloom from this too, as you feel these portals open and close, and feel the lessons and growth you and parts of you gathered from each and every experience.

This is beautiful to feel in words but even better to experience when parts of you are ready to let go into this space. It is a true and deep gift to be able to feel how all relationships have been connected for a reason and how you are a part of the trajectory of so many others. This is true oneness and connectedness. This is what unites us in higher, more porous dimensions for the healing of the collective inside and outside of us. This is powerful and poignant healing and ascension, a true moving on and moving up.

Being in this space with your parts if you can feel them while leaning into the space holding of higher-dimensional aspects of you is the invitation today. Experiencing this for myself and the movements inside are touching, expansive, and above all, loving to the nth degree… ❀️

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Sometimes Love Don’t Feel Like It ‘Should’ – The Rumble Of Awakening

SoulFullHeart co-founder, teacher and Facilitator, Gabriel Heartman, offers you much insight into what the rumbles of awakening can look and feel like in your life in this week’s featured article. He invites you to feel how your awakenings shift the picture of what really is, especially as you feel the shift in your relationships with others and how the world around and within you is being affected by what is being shaken up. There is a lot to feel with parts of you about all of this as old ideas of what love is are being questioned and many emotional pieces start to rise to the surface:

“Pulling out of this old matrix of 3D relationship can be a tough one as it tugs on our inner guilt and shame. It can be hard for the part of us that feels a responsibility in the emotional responses of others. It doesn’t feel very loving to hurt others. It can feel like you are being selfish and uncaring. Think of a spider web and you are at one of the crossings. If you pull on that it affects all those around that are connected in that web. You make waves and rumbles when you begin to realize this arrangement is no longer in service of your highest self.”

Energy Update: 5/5 Energies Intensify, Offer Powerful Mirror And 5D Template

Energies picking UP! Waves coming in strong as the 5/5 gateway swings open with the help our Pleiadian star family esp. You may feel this in your body with a range from feeling tired, worn out, exhausted….to restful and peaceful. Tired moves to restful with more surrender into the BIG upgrading process going on now.

In our Unity meditation call yesterday, we accessed SUCH joy and magic and those frequencies went to the beach with us all afterwards. We will be sharing the recording of that call here on FB soon! The sun codes offered bliss, rest, letting in…there was no difference in that place between 3D, 4D, and 5D. These are the kinds of experiences that are being offered more and more as our consciousness expands now and we form bridges to our 3D, 4D, and 5D parts/aspects inside.

This gateway (and the ongoing Ascension process) is offering HUGE mirrors for us now. These mirrors are coming THROUGH others primarily….to see the parts of us that we may have rejected and disowned that are represented by other people. The ways and means that other people trigger you (esp. romantic partners) is a powerful reflection of a part of you that is being repressed, judged, not allowed to be felt.

Relationships of all kinds seem to be going through major transformational frequencies too with these tastes of 5D seeping through. The inner relationships are asking for, needing, and even demanding attention so the mirrors on the outside are getting put at increasingly awkward angles to SEE this. This can lead to sudden completions of relationships based in more 3D frequencies and beginnings of higher vibe sacred unions.

Self love, self care, self attention, self consciousness/awareness are wanting to be moved into higher frequencies of expression AS service of love to self AND with others.

We are receiving now the precious templates of 5D sacred human coming into the body!
