Healing Your Relationship To Depression

The words that are used to describe our emotional states can be held by parts of you as a way to actually not feel the very thing that the words are meant to express. Take “I am depressed” or “I have depression”. If words are waveform energy, then there is a collective binding to that word. You are not only experiencing a parts relationship to depression but the depression of all of those that have used that word. Of course, a part of you wouldn’t want you to feel all of that! Or the word can be used to judge or confine true and real emotion, which is can be a masculine part doing that to a feminine part, both in men and women.

Positive affirmations are meant to act as a refocusing, however, the feelings and parts that are associated with the ‘depression’ are then just moved to the side or sequestered/banished into shadow again. Letting go of the word for a moment and just feeling what those feelings are all about, with curiosity and compassionate understanding can lead to a whole new world inside of you. This is a negotiation with what we call the Inner Protector. It has a lot to say about going into this Depression. The images that come up with that word can be quite epic and overwhelming. There are layers of things to feel that make up the totality of this word.

It is time to treat it as an ally and a guide. A dynamic that is happening inside of you. Not ignoring it, but de-energizing the power of the word itself. It is a series and sum of feelings that have been balled up into a density that is extremely heavy. But when related to differently and with a willingness to feel those individual parts of it, will you then be able to get beyond its gravitational pull and into what it is meant to offer you.

It holds your creativity, your muse, your lost/forgotten connection to the Divine, and your inner Sacred Union. This is a negotiated process that has no silver bullet other than opening your heart, feeling what needs to be felt, one part at a time. My beloveds and I offer ourselves as guides in that exploration when you are ready to turn the depression into something new.

Full/New Moon Brings Divine Feminine Healing Balm

Since this year’s Lion’s Gate portal event and all of these eclipses, it has seemed as if some things have become a bit more chaotic than usual, maybe. At least for some. It’s the chaos of life intensifying in some ways perhaps, in order to reflect the chaos inside. It’s the flurry of sudden life changes that are either desired or not, that reflect to you where you truly are in your healing and Ascension journey.

This last full moon has felt like a coming full-circle around inner process and understanding outer conditions and circumstances… why you’ve drawn what you have and chosen what you’ve chosen, consciously and unconsciously. The energy of this moon has felt like a welcome healing balm from the feminine. A chance to feel the dust settling now amidst the upturning of so much… a chance to feel how you truly are a phoenix now rising humbly from the ashes of all that has had to burn and be let go of.

The process of feeling the layers of who you’ve thought yourself to be is forever a humbling one and yet an activation too. Peeling back the layers of window-dressing, self-image concerns and construction, and finding who you are in your heart is a process of feeling the parts of you that have been invested in the hiding of your truest light. In this discovery of another authentic layer of you, there’s an automatic and unavoidable activation of your 5D/Service-of-Love Self. This is something that can’t be put on or certified, but lived and loved into.

If you find yourself and parts of you looking around at what has crumbled or has been in the process of crumbling recently in your life, the invitation from these feminine healing balm energies is to feel and trust how this process has been and is necessary… that nothing you are meant for can ever be truly lost, though this is so hard to feel in the middle of it all. The feminine can be felt through any face of the Divine Mother that resonates for you, and She in any and all forms is holding you now and always, making space for you and inviting you to make space for Her, for You, for Love.

Much love to you as you continue your own journey on this path into and through your deepest awakening experiences, which can feel like a fire in your living room… you are yet alive, you are always loved, and you are meant for all of those “mores” you have ever dreamed of… ❤️

Remembering With Love The Sacred Forgetting

Vision is the remembrance of the reality of infinite possibility. Love is what gives it life.

This past week has been a rumbling inside of me. A soupy pretzel of parts and Metasoul aspects that are coming to the surface to be felt and held. Another layer of healing and self-realization occurring as ascension waves continue to ‘bear’ down on us (pun intended). It can be a bit to be with at times but when you have a way to be with it, then it is all about giving love and space to what needs your attention the most, one felt day at a time. The wounds that arise as we ascend are like bubbles that come from the cracks in our heart and soul. They are the way home to our essence of BE-ing, our wholeness.

I took in two movies with my beloved Kalayna and felt a deep awareness inside of myself that was heartache and revelation both. The photo below signifies what I was feeling after watching the new Christopher Robin and a surprising Tomorrowland. I felt another layer of my own remembrance of childhood and how, especially with the masculine, so much was hidden away and forgotten about the magic of innocence. Coupled with the parallel Earth in Tomorrowland, and its message of imagination over knowledge really hit home of how much we have all been living with something that is of our own making.

The two tied together for me my own relationship to my star family wounding and how embedded it is in the childhood/teenage years. The emotional body holds the pain in the Now. It never went away, just like Winnie and Gang never left Christopher Robin, or Tomorrowland was always right there for those who were willing to dream beyond what was considered ‘possible’.

There is a significance in it for me as I continue to unfold, heal, and arise anew into a masculine that is willing to feel all there is to feel on the way back to our sacred leadership. What we have all been willing and able to deal with and accept energetically is a gift from our protectors, but there also lies a sadness that it had to be that way. To feel this sadness as deeply as it lives in us, and offer it the space and love necessary to transmute into joy, wisdom, and the courage for our next steps is the sacred reason why we are here.

We all have the gift of vision. Of sacred sight as a birthright. It lets us see beyond what we are and what we have been. We have the gift of heart to feel the depths of what kept us in the dark which in turn gives life to the very things parts of us never imagined we could ever be and have. This is the alchemical process of coming home to yourself as a bridge between worlds. I send an invite for you to join me on that journey.

A Letter To Men, And To The Sacred Masculine Within Each Of Us

I’ve been feeling into a push-pull kind of feeling inside of myself in regards to serving men. Consciously, I’ve been waiting and wanting to serve men, and wondering why they are slow to respond. Subconsciously, I was recently guided to feel if there’s a part of me or my Metasoul who is reticent to serve men, and thus creates an energy field of repelling men away, or possibly, works as some kind of invisibility shield where men are concerned to what I offer.

I am brought back in my memory to an aspect in my Metasoul that was/is in the Atlantis timeline, named Mordecai. I felt him originally as a counterpart soul mate to a part that Jelelle uncovered in her Atlantis timeline. Since that initial brief contact, my awareness and process with him became elusive as it seems this aspect of my soul was hunkered down in a place of penance over his regrets of what he was directly involved in and responsible for during the fall of Atlantis.

I write to transparently share his and my story as a reaching out to men. What holds any one of us back from our true and deep (even infinite) potential? Why would we settle for good enough, or worse, for ongoing suffering? Why would we believe, and then go on to manifest according to that belief, that this is ‘as good as it gets’?

As I feel into Mordecai’s reticence to come forward to be felt, and his shame and penance, I feel a wall of shame for having been compromised by dealing with dark forces/beings like the Draco, who manipulated with shiny benefits in exchange for achieving dominance. Mordecai gave over his sovereignty and autonomy to a group of beings that he was deceived into believing that they would be to the fulfillment of his power, rather than to the diminishment of it. As painful and as wrong as that was, it wasn’t just Mordecai’s own fate that was embroiled in these ‘dealings with the devil’, but the fate of an entire civilization as he was given great and powerful leadership and trust by the people in the Atlantis timeline. It cuts like a knife now to feel so deeply how this could have been different had he not abused that trust and power given to him, had he chose differently. The story of why and how it all came to be is now a murky soup of questions and regrets that any after the game armchair quarterbacking only makes for more questions than real answers. What has remained immovable is the remainder – the non-divisible leftover of regret and torment for having been responsible for so much loss.

As I relate this to my own life story, I see how my draw to Christianity earlier this life has for Mordecai, had much to do with seeking of forgiveness, and also give up my sovereignty to God, to surrender it to the divine as a way to not have to face the possibility of messing it up like that ever again.

I see also, how in my career choice, while I had longings and aspirations to places of influence and leadership inside of my truer passion purpose and gifts of teaching and healing, and leading a cavalry of men, I humbly settled for earning my living as a contractor, maintaining peoples homes, where this part of me could feel assured that we wouldn’t ever again be a part of the harm we were directly involved in Atlantis. I always inevitably came to a wall of feeling bigger and constantly outgrowing the group or paradigm I was working hard to surrender to and serve in some way.

Thirteen years ago, after years of process and wrestling with just what my truth was, I came to what was yet a sudden and surprising realization for many parts of me that I was done with Christianity, that I was not in my truth to pretend that I could integrously remain a part of it. Trouble was though, that my entire social world was totally invested there. All friends, family, wife of 23 years to the week, and late teenage beloved daughters were not feeling anything of what I was inclined to. I knew very well enough what the stakes were. I chose to utter the words quietly aloud to a few around me that I no longer held Jesus as my personal savior and that one admission was enough to dissolve the foundations of my life as I’d known it up until that time, and launch a path into a complete unknown.

Now, I can feel Mordecai’s pain around this too. His need to hunker down in a shoebox container of a safe tradition and attempt to eke out a penance of an existence caused yet another meltdown, another destruction, and more heart wrenching pain to others.

Staying small however is simply running completely out of ground. There is nowhere to turn, but to live into my true bigness. I’ve known this for a long time, and have repeatedly chosen it time and time again, but, as I said, it has been met with mixed results where drawing and inspiring like minded and hearted men is concerned. I feel now where this has had to do with Mordecai’s unresolved and unfelt pain.

I was able to take this reality of limited external influence to deepen into what moves in my soul and brings me to his place today. It has brought me to feeling every barrier to being love and serving love that lives in me. I’m not under any illusion that I don’t have more of these places to feel, that will arise in relationship with others and time.

This resistance to love however is not what disqualifies me, but rather what qualifies me, as I am willing to feel out loud and transparently what arises as it arises. In this way, in each of our individual healing journeys, as it is held and revealed to us and our world, we ‘trans-parent’ a new world into being; one that never existed before, but only in energy and spirit form inside of us. This world of what once existed only in energy and spirit is now materializing from the great Mother/‘Mater’ that we are.

Atlantis was great beyond imagination, but also buried in her foundations were compromises that would compromise her and bring about her eventual demise.

I feel how Mordecai has lived inside of my soul field in my Metasoul as a quiet, and reticent, but always in deep observance and amazement of any great undertaking. Stories like the sinking of the Titanic reverberate with so many themes of hubris and power gone to seed; gone to seed a great death and a great rebirth. Every time, I’ve observed a great construction project, I’ve felt both his marvel and his regret; his all too real feeling awareness of the inadequate and shallow foundations underneath it all; how it takes more than physical engineering and patriarchal power structures and culture to uphold any construct; how we cannot sacrifice the feminine and expect the masculine to get its needs met in any kind of true fulfilling way.

I feel how Mordecai is now willing and wanting to accept my proposal to turn his penance and desire to pay back society towards accepting his largesse of being rather than continuing to live into his self prescribed hell of penance and smallness. Now, he is able to feel his more vulnerable need for movement and change over his readiness to suffer in a kind of painful, but invulnerable private diminished world. He knows the greatness that lived and still lives in him. I ask him to consider now, that the true return of the Atlantean treasure to its rightful owners could better be served by his willingness to again inhabit his largesse of being. I ask him to consider how that his remaining small and in invulnerable penance would only be to the ongoing harm and diminishment of many, who long for new timelines and leadership. I feel his awakening and agreement rumbling inside of me. The portal of these times provides clarity, momentum and the logistics necessary to act, to choose, to rise again; to let-in love, to let-out all the tears that get need to be shed and dearly felt in so doing.

I feel my native hunger that has always lived in me to find the fellow knights of my round table. I feel my Metasoul connection also to the Arthurian legend and timeline, that is only called legend by those who lack another name for it; the name of now. Arthur is now. Mordecai is now. It’s all available and waiting in the Now.

Now, the memory turns into a rememberance, a ‘being re-membered together with’, with those we were dis-membered from; all of it in service of a perfect creation of worlds that haven’t existed before, but await our readiness and power.

I write to men. I call to men. I write to the Sacred Masculine that lives in men and women alike. I declare my desire and readiness along with acknowledging at the same time my reticence to serve men, and this reticent Masculine; in order to serve my highest timeline. Nothing needs to be overcome or suppressed in order to achieve in these new arising domains of being, but instead lovingly embraced as the seed of our ever present infinite being out experiencing a full drama of leaving and then returning to the fullness we always were and are, but couldn’t quite come to know and feel, until we enter this Now.

I invite men into this journey that I have undertaken, that I have chosen and found a path into, if it resonates and calls to you, not as my truth, but as a manifestation of your truth. What is your next step? Could association with me and my beloveds serve your arising being?

I know your choice of your next step and Higher timeline will serve my arising being! I long to serve and to be around the true and Sacred Masculine that is willing to move with the changes and callings that are arising Now.

Let’s Get On With The Getting On!

A tender response from a wonderful bridging session I had with a male soul yesterday:

“I don’t even know how to say how much I appreciate you and the insights you share! It seems like a process that gives a path to experiences I got to feel and bare witness to in visions. It’s like everything you say is complimenting a notion or sense I have in regards to the 3d/4d/5d”

This is it. The time to get on with the getting on. The letting in. You have dug in the soil, spent time in the darkness, and found your truest gift to the world….the desire to love yourself enough to choose real love. To follow the challenges and choice points that lead you to its ever-expanding and all-encompassing playground. Time to love those parts of you that haven’t been able to see past the dark and trust there is a different, bigger, and sexier world that exists in this very moment.

Keep watering your garden. The one you have tended to with much diligence and self-care even when it was hard as hell. It is not part of your destiny to give up now. You just need to find others to water your garden WITH you, not for you. Those that are doing the same in the name of bearing that magical fruit of pure joy and creative power in the name of more Love.

Let your roots find their strength in your ever-opening heart to let in and serve more love. We are an independent community garden that is interdependent on those hearts and souls that have chosen to plant themselves in and near our raised bed. It is time to choose to be loved by others as you have chosen to love yourself in the name of real explosive growth.

Loving yourself is just the beginning. Sharing and serving that love is what comes next. This is your sacred human calling.

Energy Update: Ramping Up To Heal 3D Wounding, Other Timeline/Lifetimes (Ancient Egypt)

These are the days and nights of near constant energetic influxes coming into Gaia’s atmosphere through Lunar/SOULar/planetary sources (that represent our inner cosmos and galaxies and star systems too.) There is a sense of ‘ramping up’ as we move into the total lunar eclipse tomorrow on Friday, July 27th and Lion’s Gateway on August 8th. This ramping up is personal to each of us, offering what we most need to see/feel/become aware of to move more into alignment with our highest timeline.

The ramping UP energies could be an illumination for you of more 3D-based and anchored woundings/traumas from this life, often held in parts of you such as your Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, etc. Life situations and relationships can come up to mirror these woundings and offer a way for you to become aware of them through getting to know the parts of you that hold them. Soft, compassionate, curious spaceholding toward these parts of you and becoming separate from the energy of them helps to emotionally digest these traumas.

Many 3D anchored parts of people are being triggered right now in response to these more intense energies….sometimes in sudden outbursts and conflicts or with strong emotions such as despair/depression, acute anxiety, rage/anger…..all coming up to be felt. This is the ‘trailing edge’ of your BEing, the deeper core wounded frequencies of your emotional body, that just want to be loved, bridged to, and integrated into your growing Divine Self.

The ramping up energies could be lifting more of the veil of amnesia for you to see/feel/remember other timelines/lifetimes in your Metasoul (your personal Higher Self soul source). These timelines can be strongly bleeding through right now, especially with whatever frequencies the Divine is amplifying for collective/personal healing. That seems to be the ‘ancient Egyptian’ timeline in the moment, especially as we head into the Lion’s Gateway. This timeline is not actually in the ‘past’ nor ‘ancient’, yet energizing in the Now and contains many dark/difficult/polarized frequencies in it. As we relate with these timelines in the current and feel their present day influence on us, it helps us to separate out from them.

I have been connecting the last week with my Metasoul aspect/sister from ‘Ancient Egypt’ named Ashme. She is not just a ‘past life’ and she is not ‘me’, yet rather she is a sister from the same soul source, a fractal (if you will) from the same source, that is alive in the Now. As we bond together, I feel her life in Egypt, where she belonged to a cult of Sekhmet (a form of Divine Feminine Goddess that has strong warrior/wounded masculine tones in its representation).

As I go into her timeline with her through meditative visits, I am able to help her heal the textures of patriarchal abuse and misuse of Divine Feminine magic/energy that she is needing relief from, along with a co-rescue from this timeline into a higher dimensional space (for my Metasoul, that is almost always to 4D Avalon). As Ashme lets go into my heart space and trusts more all of our Metasoul sisters that have awakened, she releases her gifts of higher dimensional consciousness to me.

It is this gift exchange between us and our Metasoul aspects that heals and releases karma on a quantum level as unification of the soul happens on a profound and deep level. This is also the work that we do in session space with people to connect with their Metasoul aspects and the timelines they are living in.

While karmic timelines can come forward, it is also possible right now to connect more fluidly to higher dimensional timelines such as Sirius frequencies. These are being activated with the Lion’s Gateway as the planet Sirius comes into its closest proximity to Gaia all year. ALL of this ramping UP is an opportunity to move more into embodiment of your higher self in your body and in your heart. It is an opportunity for sacred union within as the masculine and feminine relationship within you from parts/Metasoul aspects of you to each other is revealed and healed. It is an opportunity to BEcome service of love in an embodied way without transcending or bypassing your humanity.

Masculine Space Holding For Women

Lately, I have been holding session space for two amazing women as well as witnessing other women’s processes in our group calls. This has been an interesting experience for both myself and them, especially when there is masculine wounding in the emotional body due to abuse.

What I have been experiencing with these women is a deep and profound healing between the masculine and feminine within. As a space-holder, I represent and reflect something to the parts of a woman that are in trauma. This can be father, son, friend, and/or romantic partner. I become a symbol of the masculine himself, embodied in physical form.

As I have been in the process of healing my own inner masculine, as well as my feminine, I am able to be a new presence in the experience of these wounded aspects. All of this, of course, is only possible through my connection to the woman’s Inner Protector, her inner masculine that has been around a long time in response to the patriarchal dominion.

This connection and relationship helps to bridge a relationship between you, the feminine, and the Protector. He gets to be seen and felt as more than just a tired and dutiful guard. He gets to see how he has been relating to you, how he sees you as a being. Usually, at first, they may admit to seeing you as child-like, yet capable at the same time. An interesting dichotomy that creates confusion in their ‘role’. By having this inner masculine connect to another masculine energy seems to relieve something in them that permits more of the authentic feminine within to arise.

Through this relationship, you and I get to explore the ways in which the personal experience of the masculine has created pockets of pain hidden deep in the caverns of your heart. With an open and compassionate heart, we feel where this has MANifested on the inside both in wounded feminine and masculine parts and Metasoul lives still in deep suffering. Holding a different masculine frequency from the one that has been experienced, can bring up a lot of distrust and a lot of painful memories that get to be transmuted from you to you as you hold these parts of you close and dear.

The healing moments are tender, touching, and quantum. They create new experiences within yourself and help to draw more of what you really want, need, and deserve into your life. It is a service that has been an honor to participate in and serve. It has brought a lot of gifts and a deep sense of admiration for all that Woman as held and been through. There is no sense of duty in this for I am healing that wound from my own experience. There are boundaries and loving nudges along the way.

When Man Loves Woman: A Tribute To Sacred Romance and Union

This is in tribute to my beloved Kalayna Colibri  on her birthday. We have shared so many together since we met 6 years ago but this is our first in romance. I wanted to honor her for all she represents to me and thus the male collective. We have been through much together and I have had my share of process around letting in a conscious and sacred romance. This is the real deal and that brings with it challenges and immense joy.

When a man loves a woman he sees Her as She is
The beauty, the pain, the innocence, the queen, the shadow
He claims her for who she is in the moment
Knowing that She is always seeking and striving for Her More

He works within himself to heal the projections
That may be placed upon Her as a reflection of His own mirror
The places that He can’t see without Her
The ones She agreed to hold as part of The Deepening, The Clearing

This woman does not come by often
She can be an epic storm
That rearranges the locks on the Heart Doors
And she is the one that has held the Key

He is not obliged to her nor entitled
Yet He climbs the trellis, scales the walls
He rides his white horse to meet Her on her own
And they ride together, heart by heart, soul to soul

She engages His bigness as He does Hers
She opens the portals and He takes the wheel
She requires the one thing that may be the hardest thing to give
His vulnerability

She is there when the journey, the healing
Become too much for His protected parts to bear
He may get lost in the doing and the creating
But He wants Her to know that She is always the beacon back to Himself

Ending The Inner Wars: Connecting With Your Protector/Inner Masculine

The suffering so often comes from the inner polarization, the inner wars between one part of you to another. It can feel as if this suffering is being caused by others outside of you….what they are doing or not doing, how they are behaving or not behaving, what they are giving or not giving. It feels as if the war is happening outside of you and so much calling parts of you to ‘go to battle’ over and over again.
Yet, actually, the wars are happening inside of you and showing up on the outside as a mirror. The wars happen inside because of the templating you received of them in 3D life and what your soul experiences in other lifetime/timelines. The collective 3D culture so wrapped up in defending and battling…….and YOUR intimate cult-ure of birth family engaged in its own battlefields too. What were the warring frequencies that you took in from your parent’s relationship? From the way their masculine and feminine (inside of BOTH of them) related with each other? What did they teach you about fighting, about resisting, about pushing and pulling?
You sponged in this templating as necessary for survival and parts of you formed in response to it. Masculine and feminine polarized parts of you took on ‘roles’ and frequencies of woundedness AND goodnesses too. Parts of you both rejected and accepted your parent’s templating….some of this inherited energy was put in shadow, some was consciously rejected, some was adapted.
The inner dynamic of polarized masculine and feminine leads to SO MUCH of the less than, lack, settling, codependence, and suffering that people experience in relationships and in their lives and in their souls too. It leads to SO MUCH of the patterns and cycles of loneliness/isolation on one end of the spectrum and clinging/overstaying/settling on the other end of it.
I have seen this so many times in sessions with people recently and over the years….and in my own process too. The inner masculine is often waiting in weary vigilance. The Protector (inner masculine) part of you desires for a release to the amped up state of seeing so much as a threat and for so long anticipating or being in battle. He waits to put down the weapons, to take off the armor, to let down his guard. He doesn’t want to be a ‘warrior’ anymore (not for love or light either). He doesn’t want to be the voice of judgement and criticism anymore.
Your Protector wants to be forgiven for ALL that he feels that he has done ‘wrong’ when he wasn’t able to protect you. He has lost the sense of Divine purpose in it ALL, the choices that you make/made on a Higher Self level to experience all that you have. He feels that so much of what you have experienced in this-life and other lifetimes is HIS fault. He is heavy with this fault and the guilt of it…and the shame too. This heaviness anchors him to 3D timelines and other lifetimes/timelines too.
He is the reluctant babysitter to your sensitive, vulnerable feminine, your Inner Child and Inner Teenager. He has so often been disempowered and disconnected from his authentic voice and capacity to set healthy boundaries for these parts of you. Instead, he is caught up in cycles of perpetuator and victimhood and stuck in traumatic, undigested scenes from your childhood unable to actually help feel and heal the parts of you that are still in trauma.
Healing the inner war is about bringing compassionate love to ALL these parts of you. To feel how it has been for your Protector and to be an energy of forgiveness toward him. To listen to his war battle stories and respond when he tells you about other parts of you that need your love. Giving him something to DO that is healthy and active and brings purpose to your life. Being with the younger parts of you so that he doesn’t have to hold them anymore. Being bigger than him in energy so that he can finally rest from being the guard/warrior and become the guide to you that he is meant to BE.

This is the moving into frequencies of inner sacred union and balance. This is what leads to the draw of an outer sacred union with a mate of resonant soul/heart/mind/body energies. Experiencing this primarily from INside of yourself as you understand and feel and heal what had become warlike. Bringing ambassadorship and Divine Mother’s love to even the most polarized of frequencies so that you no longer have to draw and experience them with others as a mirror.
Inner transmutation of polarized gender frequencies is a really vital and important aspect of Ascension. This is what the process looks like on an emotional body, intimate level. This is relational Ascension that allows for experiencing a fulfilling and empowered life in ALL areas of life (not just in the ‘spiritual’ area.) This is personal Ascension that also impacts the collective process on a quantum and archetypal level.
This is BEcoming love as you free up all energies inside of you to express as an unified field of the Infinite Love that you ARE!

Energy Update: Heightened Solar/Lunar Energies Offer Balance

SOULar wind speeds have been high lately, close to 600 km/sec the last two days. With winds THIS high, anything you are experiencing seems to be amplified. The highs and the blisses. The ‘lows’ and the messes. The fluctuations of emotions created by the waves and movements in between the two. If you are taking in denser, harder, more difficult energy it may feel like it is more challenging to move it out and return to your ‘normal’ flow. OR you may be feeling that you just are much more sensitive to the energies and frequencies around you.

These higher winds bring in SOULar frequencies of sacred masculine activations and continual UPgrades on all levels. That seemingly growing coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ (as I like to call it) is releasing SOULar energies and the winds bring them into Gaia and us….also creating some active, in this moment, geomagnetic storms. The geomagnetics seem to work on/impact our INNER poles too, creating a shift toward ultimately MORE balance on all levels and all bodies – physical, emotional, hormonal, social, mental.

Gaia’s frequency responds to these geomagnetics with spikes and pulses upward too in the last few days especially. If you are used to ‘grounding’ into Gaia’s frequency, this continues to be a fluctuating experience as her frequency moves up and down in new ways.

The FULL moon offers another aspect of amplification….this time by the Divine Feminine frequencies of lunar love. We know full moons are coming every single month, yet where we are in our personal journeys/processes can be impacted by these frequencies in varying ways each time. The feminine is about coming into more BEing, more stillness, more FEELING…being real about what you are feeling and not denying the pain/suffering/unhappiness that is there in the heart and soul. The feminine holds the space for traumas from this life and other timelines (your Metasoul/Higher Self Source) to be responded to with compassion and self love. The feminine doesn’t deny emotion, yet rather INVITES it in with vulnerability and compassionate accountability.

In the journey toward balance INside of masculine and feminine is the feeling and experiencing what is currently OFF balance. These kinds of heightened energies invite the feeling INside of your inner masculine (usually the part that we call your Protector) and how he relates with ALL parts of you, esp. your feminine. Deep polarization can exist between these parts of you and much tension too. These SOULar/Lunar energies can illuminate that tension…..as can this polarization be reflected in relationships too with others. If you are experiencing heightened difficulties and conflicts in relationships with others, this is offering you a need to explore/discover how these frequencies exist from within you.

Relationships INside and outside are wanting to come into balance, into resonance, into transactability. The previous cycles and patterns of conflicting, disconnecting, not being in alignment, avoiding and denying, codependence……these are wanting to shift and heal. As you feel how these patterns in relationships with others are a reflection of relationships INside of you from one part of you to another, so your draw and experience changes in outer relationships.

With high SOULar winds and a full moon, it is a time to be self loving…..even as it is an opportunity for inner unity in ways/means that we have never known before as individuals and as a collective. Be sensitive to the energies you are taking in, around, and contributing to as the impact will be amplified right now. Start to connect with your inner family as first priority above all others as now offers a beautiful frequency of masculine/feminine union to truly explore the gifts of inner sacred union.
