On ‘Father’s Day’: Letting In Sacred Masculine LOVE Frequencies

I feel Him offering me His arms when my heart responds to my mate in Sacred Union. I feel Him offering me His heart when parts of me need healthy ‘dad’ energy. I feel Him energizing healthy sexuality and beholding of me as a woman. I feel Him in my beloved connections with men, including my mate and my beloved soul friend, who aren’t afraid to go INward, seeking and finding parts and soul aspects of them that need healing, with an undying curiosity and love that then gets to overflow to me in connection with them. I have experienced so much healing and softening because of the love I get to share with these conscious and heart-healing men.

Yet, it wasn’t always this way for me.

In 2011, my birth father passed away. Even then I had a sense of reality around my relationship with my father… that many tones and frequencies that I needed as a growing, budding woman were missing in my relationship with him. I experienced a lot of intense grief when he died, and over time I began to realize that some of this grief wasn’t really about losing ‘him’ but about lost opportunities in our relationship. Parts of me were actually quite angry with him for having ‘bailed’ before he ever became the father to me that he could have been. I’ve had process too around how he could never really see me, especially as a woman, and how he hadn’t been able to energize anything healthily towards me about my budding sexuality, offering me no healthy template for what I was looking for in a mate. I don’t hold my father in contempt around any of this anymore, as this was clearly a contract we both signed up for and quite frankly it feels like without these and many other voids and gaps in our relationship this life, maybe I wouldn’t have been as compelled towards the growth trajectories I’ve now been on that have made me who I am today.

Letting in the Sacred Masculine in the form of guides and as I mentioned, sacred friendship, vulnerable teacher/student, and Sacred Union relationship, has been a deep process for me of feeling through these ways in which my own father couldn’t ‘show up’, feeling how this relates for parts of me to the Divine Father and also to mates, and working with ‘inner father’ frequencies of patriarch and also masculine protectors. I’ve had blocks to truly being able to see, feel and experience the sacred masculine in its beautiful willingness to get messy and tangle with whatever it needs to in order to discover itself anew, its ability to feel and embrace the sacred feminine without wounded frequencies of control, belittling, distancing, or abuse of any kind, and its embracement of the mirror that allows it to go back into itself, finding the shadow pieces it needs and wants to work, coming out the other side with even more sense of personal power and potency. The sort of masculine frequencies that make you go ‘RAWR!’ in response to its lovingly penetrative energy and melt into its open-hearted desire for you to be the woman you are meant to be, in all of your curves and softness and self-discovery and healing of your own, in response, in an exquisite partnered dance, through leaning into the organic (and orgasmic) leadership of the authentic and vulnerable King…

It does feel as if we can miss out on letting in these incredible energies, even as they knock on our heart doors, wanting to come into us, to love up our entire being, if we aren’t willing to look at our relationship with our birth fathers. It’s a brave journey and one that can be quite hard too, yet with the right support from those who have been there, it is held in the sacredest of spaces and at a rate and pace that you and your parts are ready for. The yumminess of what I am able to let in more and more now, only lights me up more as I continue to feel it and feel the unfolding mystery of its unfolding in my life. There is no single definition that describes it and in its ever arising love and creativity, I feel so much warmth and comfort for my healing woman’s heart and my ever-deepening femininity. I feel how this could be true for all women who embrace the process of feeling the mark of their birth fathers and also other masculine influences in their lives, but I also feel this for men, who so feel to be aching for something missing inside of themselves that they long to experience, that is so different than how their own fathers were or are.

The sacred masculine wants to offer you space to explore yourself within it, providing a dock for your self-made container for all of the YOU-ventures that await you. And if it’s truly ‘time’ for you to do so, you won’t be able to ignore the clarion call of the fire and love it wants to gift you with to help you illuminate and be with your personal process of opening your ever-healing heart. ❤

The Precious Pearl Within

In the process of healing our hearts to prepare for the More and the Love, the More Love that is waiting outside the gates of our wounding, there lies a precious pearl in our midst. It lies in the heart of our inner child, both wounded and magical. In every session we have, the journey takes us to an event, a scene, that holds a powerful energy in a freeze-framed moment. The healing isn’t so much in reliving the experience(s), but to feel this child, this part of you, as a pearl within. It is you and yet not you at the same time. He is aching for the attention, the love, that he didn’t quite receive in his formative years. She is wanting to feel held and seen by a new energy. A version of a mother and/or father she didn’t get to experience this life.

By being felt and held in any of the trauma from a place of your higher heart, where the tears can flow and be transmuted into healing, you can begin to reveal the magic that is at the center of this crystal being. You begin to feel Love of this cherub that is loaded to the gills with passion and wonder. Creativity and sensitivity. They are the gateway to our imagination and our star seed wounding that holds so much pain of abandonment and rejection. Our separation from All That Is In Unity.

It is this 3D healing that leads to so much more in the maturation and evolution of our Christ Consciousness. They hold the keys our multidimensional chariot, our personal Merkaba. They are our vulnerability and our strength. They are part of the bridge to this New Earth we all keep talking about. So it is cave dive and rescue mission into our hard to feel places that removes this boy and girl from their looping scene and brings them into a frequency of more prolonged goodness as they sit in the comfort of your loving heart. They, in turn, offer you the gift of ‘seeing’ the world that it truly is and can be.

I feel guided to talk about this in my next live stream, hopefully, tomorrow morning, in regards to men and our inner boy, but I do invite women to come and participate as it easily applies to you as well. There are some differences that a very specific to men and I hope that other men are open to sharing their experiences to add to the discussion. This has been a very big one for me in my process and I have felt it in the process of so many others. Below is a picture of my inner/magical child Christopher for whom life is a discovery, a wonder, and a ton of fun. Feeling The Inner Masculine Q&A & Guided Meditation (Live Stream Video Recording)

SoulFullHeart Co-Founder, Facilitator, Teacher, and WayShower, Kalayna Colibri, held a live stream on June 5th, 2018 to share about her personal process with feeling her Inner Masculine parts and invite you to begin feeling your own, as a man or a woman. She also leads a short guided meditation to meet your Inner Masculine in whatever form or energy he is ready to be seen by you in, and answers some questions about the process of feeling your Inner Masculine.

This process is one of feeling the different ways in which your conditioning from the predominantly patriarchal culture you’ve grown up in has expressed in your life, often in strong suppression of your Inner Feminine, whether you are a man or a woman. This means suppression of your emotionality, of emotions being OK, of flowing with life without needing to try and control outcomes or only a very linear sense of how life should be or should go. The Inner Masculine expresses in the form of many different parts of you, including typically the Inner Protector, especially as a first pathway into this aspect of your being. The Inner Masculine is meant to be negotiated with though, not overridden or ‘fought’ with. There is plenty of need inside of you for the Masculine, especially in an inner Sacred Union experience with your Feminine.

The Quest For Your Authentic Heart Opens Up New Earth Now

Your Heart is a gauge of authenticity, a giver of over-flowing self-love, and a receiver of Divine Grace. It is the container of your multi-dimensional experience where lifetimes of trauma and karma are stored lessons for your journey back to wholeness. It has been shattered and scattered into many different moments wherein lies the parts of your Being. You are the nexus, the hub, the awakening center of your soul’s mandala.

The dissonance, the dis-ease, the physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual turbulence is a calling card back to wholeness. You are being summoned by your soul bigness to move on and into new territory of consciousness that takes into account this largess of being. This arising King and/or Queen of your inner dynasty. The reemergence and remembrance of the power and depth of your soul’s True North.

There are precious parts of you that have been awaiting your readiness and willingness to go into the depth of shadow and time to rescue, recollect, and reintegrate back into your sacred heart. You can hold it scientifically or poetically. The poetry of experience is what makes it a living, breathing, and alive journey. This is where your inner cast of characters we call your Protector, Inner Teenager, Punisher, Inner Mother/Father, Gatekeeper, and Metasoul aspects and guides create a rich experience of self-love that leads you back to the Ambassador of Love you truly are.

That journey begins with a feeling of missing, of lack, or of clarity. There is more to you, to life, to existence than meets the eye. You are a bigger story within a bigger story. It is not happiness you seek but the quest for enlightened discovery that leads to the birth of your Sacred Alignment. This comes at a cost to all that parts of you have held dear out of fear, so very much understood.

New Earth starts with a New You…or the Real You to be more specific. The question is…who is that really? THAT question is the first domino. Dare you knock it over? Trust it is all held in Love.

‘You Are Ascending’: Holding Compassion And Curiosity In Your Journey

You are ascending…

If you had a deep cry, a thrashing fit, or a sense of Oneness… you are ascending.

If you feel lost, like the world is going to hell, or you see the arches of the New Earth….you are ascending.

If you can’t get out of bed, can’t wake up, or can’t get to sleep…you are ascending.

If timelines are colliding, collapsing, and being challenged…you are ascending.

If you feel like you are swimming upstream, downstream, or not at all…you are ascending.

The only key is to be curious, keep asking, and keep feeling

-Message from the Angels

In my last Facebook post, I shared a message from what felt like an angelic/divine/star-being source. A message from ‘the other side’ a part of me would call it. . It had a lot of resonance with people. It struck a chord in many hearts in many different ways. It came to me after I was checking in with my emotional body. A coming together of my inner 3D and 4D aspects that have been a part of my healing journey lately. Calling them to the Round Table of my Higher Heart, my inner Camelot…a very 5D New Earth vibration.

In that check-in, I could feel a part of me that had a question about whether or not we were ‘ascending’. Even a question as to what Ascension really is. I felt to hold that in my heart and give it to my Higher Self, the Divine, and my angelic/star family. I let that go and just felt all the timelines in which being ‘not enough’ was a theme. Inviting my metasoul aspects to join me in a sacred space of Enough, Full, and Perfect. In that space, you can feel both Presence and The Gap.

In that higher space, whatever feels ‘missing’ or ‘lacking’ becomes a journey and a discovery. It becomes a quest of compassionate curiosity that is not devoid of feeling but going full-frontal into it. The feeling is something that resides within us and can also have external expressions. Many people remarked of not being seen by others, coping with intense emotional swings, and just needing to hear and feel some words of validation and encouragement. It became so evident that we need others in this quest of self-discovery, healing, and becoming.

Going into my emoto-spiritual body was my ‘how’. It was using imagination, intuition, and heart to create the sacred space…along with pen, paper, and music. This creative concert of feeling myself as a sum of parts and transmuter of timelines is the heart and engine of how I heal myself in this divine work that we are co-creating. It is an ongoing process that finds all the places where we need the healing to expand and grow into what our divinity is waiting for us to show up for. Sometimes the healing is hard, but this is why having another to lean into, not rely on, is so important.

I offer my heart space to you to feel what wants to be expressed and felt within you that may be hard for you to feel on your own. We offer bridging sessions that apply what we do in our own healing to see where you may have parts that are resisting, for good reason, the love that wants to come to you through these ongoing waves of ascension energies. 

My love goes to all that are moving through major shifts and changes right now. It can be a very bumpy road for some and I feel you in all of that.

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: The Magical Portal Of Your Own Darkness

How To Draw Your Soul Mate & Masculine/Feminine Balance Guided Meditation (Videos)

Two videos today bringing in the subject of inner masculine/feminine relationships to reflect on ‘outside’ relationships too! ~

One question that comes up very often to me is “how do I draw my sacred union soul mate?” I talk in this video, after being in a sacred union for ten years now with Raphael, about how there is not an easy answer to this question yet rather the core of this goes back to experiencing a sacred union from within. Sacred union within is a balance, depolarization of the masculine and feminine aspects/parts of you so that you can draw/experience this on the outside with a mate.

The other question that is often asked is, “How can the relationship that I am in become more of a sacred union?” I offer in this video that the ground of sacred union is difficult to arise in long term unions as the fusion/merging with different parts often runs so deep and subconsciously. This is esp. challenging when one partner is awakening and the other is not. This often represents a part of you that you have suppressed or put in shadow.

Drawing a sacred union soul mate is also to let go of unions and relationships that are less than that. Letting go of isn’t what you want in order to let in what you do.

Also, to feel and heal the templating that you received (and parts of you took in deeply) about what a relationship IS from your parents, plus what it means to be a woman or be a man. This templating seems to hugely impact what you experience and draw as relationship experience.

In this audio recording of a live Unity Meditation call, SoulFullHeart co-creators, teachers, and facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen teach and share about what has happened since the 5/5 Gateway and how it provided the support to embody your 5D self.

How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Your presence and participation are a gift and a blessing.

The Journey Of Change Is Within

Within each moment there is the potential for something significant to happen that is unexpected by our veiled consciousness and yet “served to order” by our higher consciousness.

You are the boat, the sea, and the sky. You navigate the waters that were created by your own choosing. Talk to the sea. Feel the nature of the waves. Look to the heavens for guidance and direction. Use your God-given gift of curiosity and courage to embark on a journey of self-forgiveness, empowerment, and purpose instead of feeling like you are the play toy of The Universe in the midst of a storm you have self-lovingly chosen to ignore until it has become too much for your heart to endure.

Nothing that you created is beyond your power to change. The depth of your circumstance is only paled in comparison to the size of your soul that chose it. You will not change it overnight. There are no ‘silver bullets’ on the way back to Wholeness. There is pain to feel, choices to own, parts to love, risks to take, and stakes to claim.

You did not come here to watch the world go by. You chose this life to live…to ache…to grow…to ‘fuck up’…to learn…to Love…and repeat. This is your soul’s and heart’s calling. You chose humanity…now claim it with all that it has to offer in the next phase of your evolution as a conduit, creator, and conspirator for Love. Heal all that the world is needing you to heal so that you can BE what the world needs you to be…alive, aware, ascended in Love.
