Imagining Your Way To New Earth Reality Through Suppressed Inner Child & Parts Work

Imagination is your most important tool for healing and Ascension.

 

You need to be able to imagine the New Now, the New Earth you want to co-create. You need to claim with your whole being what it is you want to REALize into REALity.

 

This is yet another ongoing message from incoming love wave Ascension energies that penetrate and activate so many gifts inside of you.

 

Imagination sometimes gets a bad rap from parts who feel disappointed by what it hasn’t brought them in the past. It could be that parts of you try to dampen your capacity to dream and imagine. This can come from your Inner Protector, your Inner Mother/Father, your Inner Punisher, maybe even your Inner Teenager. Feels to me like it’s your Inner Child who has the most capacity to dream of this New Earth/Golden Earth/5D reality. He/She has easy access to the possibilities, actually, and the feeling that it’s already here and happening!

 

So how do you work with the parts that are suppressing this precious part of you?

 

In my experience of it, this isn’t something you can do in a weekend workshop because of all of the parts protecting this energy inside of you and for good reason too. Navigating 3D and even 4D reality has meant that your natural-born whimsical nature has had to be suppressed just to stay grounded and find your way. The most powerful thing you can do is LOVE the parts of you that have held this protective energy and expressed it in so many ways. But even feeling these parts, getting to know and love them UP, is something that requires imagination.

 

Can you see it? Can you feel, touch, taste, smell the NEW reality your deepest heart wants to experience in your everyday reality?

Energy Update: Timeline Bleedthroughs & Metasoul Karmic Transformation Opportunities

The veils are thinning and lifting BIG time in response to these ongoingly strong cosmic energies. These are the veils of amnesia that we chose, each of us, to place over our access to remembering and connecting to all of the timeline expressions of our Higher Self. These veils were always meant to be temporary….until our individual choice in this timeline to dissolve them. There is not a punishment in this being veiled, yet rather a complete dedication from our soul to REALLY experience and immerse in the 3D experience.
 
The picture that I have been offered (and seems to be validating itself with those who resonant with it) is that from your Metasoul source (the first individuated source of you coming out from Divine Source) there are many fractals or fragments projected out into many different timelines, eras, and dimensions. We each have our own individual Metasoul (so this is a reality ‘underneath’ the Oversoul groups) and do not share them with another soul. These fractal projections off of the same Metasoul is what we call, ‘Metasoul aspects or Metasoul brothers and sisters.’ These are what have been commonly called, ‘past lives.’
 
However, there is not anything ‘past’ about these aspects as time is not actually linear in the way it has been presented to us in 3D reality. All of your Metasoul aspects are ALIVE and active in the NOW, which means that they are currently experiencing all the intensities of whatever timeline they are in. With the veils thinning so much on your consciousness, these Metasoul timelines are no longer patiently waiting for you to go see a past life regression therapist or to just engage with them once in awhile for remembering. The scenes and themes and often INTENSE emotions from these timelines are coming through in the NOW and basically demanding to be seen/felt, and connected with.
 
These timelines are overlaying onto your current reality and can amplify whatever is going on there. This can be INTENSE! These timeline bleed throughs can activate undigested emotional wounds and traumas in your 3D self, through part expressions such as the Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, etc. These 3D wounded experiences are actually Metasoul recapitulations and patterns that were chosen to be triggered so that they could be felt and healed. What I have been noticing in recent sessions with women is that with all of this chakra vortexes activation through SOULar energies, they are more able to see, hear, and feel these other timelines. They are experiencing this as sometimes disturbing, intense, and very uncomfortable body pain, emotional pain, and relationship pain/difficulties. They aren’t recognizing or connecting these pains to a Metasoul timeline, so they often suffer in these states without understanding what is going on. In session space, we are able to bridge to these timelines together and connect with the Metasoul sister or brother who needs them, starting with a connection to their Protector/Gatekeeper (more below). This is the beginning of a connection between them that eventually leads to a soul gift exchange AND quantum healing of karma, as I have experienced myself over and over again. You can actually change and collapse the timelines of your Metasoul through loving intervention and ‘rescue’ of your Metasoul aspects when needed. THIS is quantum healing that also impacts the collective experience of these timelines.
 
Here are some ways that you can tell that a Metasoul aspect timeline is bleeding through to your current reality:
 
– Intense dreams that feel very ‘real’ and like they are happening in the Now. This can be the experience of nightmares that are actually scenes that are ‘fixed’ or ‘stuck’ in your Metasoul due to undigested trauma.
 
– Seeing scenes of intense circumstances that ‘overlay’ onto your reality, such as being hanged, persecuted, desire for suicide (or actually committing it.) This may feel more like you are ‘watching a movie’ then actually feeling like something you have experienced.
 
– Being drawn to particular timelines in a strong way, such as studying intensely about Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt, Atlantis, etc. Synchroniticies may connect you to this particular timeline as well, such as meeting people who are also drawn to them, seeing random images that ‘pop up’ on the internet connected to them, receiving ‘names’ with origins to them, etc.
 
– Big waves of emotional reactions and triggers that you wouldn’t normally react to so strongly. The tendency can be to want to ‘shut down’ these emotions or ‘raise your frequency’ above them, yet, actually, these emotions can be felt and digested if you connect to your Metasoul aspect who is experiencing them.
 
– Frequent or chronic body pain, especially in the muscles and joints, that isn’t relieved by traditional or even alternative means. This is increasing as our bodies go through a transformational process from carbon to becoming crystalline. Yet, also, intense body pain can be a manifestation of unfelt Metasoul overlays into your energy field and body. Traumatic experiences in other timelines (such as being hung or burned at the stake) can actually manifest as body pain THIS life. The more traumatic the experience is on the Metasoul aspect’s body, the more possible this is.
 
– Activation of childhood memories of abuse and feeling like you are ‘there’ again. The Metasoul trauma amplifies any unfelt and undigested trauma in your 3D-based parts too. Parts of you can loop in these traumatic scenes so you may be reliving them again in this way.
 
There are also Metasoul aspects that come from higher consciousness frequency timelines and are meant to serve as guides for you and to your Metasoul. These are aspects that don’t have the same need for karmic healing as their consciousness has ascended the incarnational, wound-playout cycle in that way. Examples of these Metasoul aspect timelines that are benevolent and love-based are Star BEings such as Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians, Mantids/Founders, and timelines such as Lemuria. Often what you have related to as a Spirit Guide is actually an aspect from your Metasoul.
 
One of the ways that you can gain more fluid access to your Metasoul timelines is to connect and negotiate with your Protector/Gatekeeper part of your Metasoul who has been ‘in charge’ of them. The Gatekeeper Metasoul aspect is often VERY overwhelmed by all the bleed throughs happening right now and doesn’t know how to modulate or help filter what is coming through. You can start by connecting with your Protector in a loving and compassionate way to allow them to become a guide for you to the timelines that need you, rather than a guard. All of this activation and lifting of the veil is happening to accelerate the process of feeling and transmuting karma trauma. This is a VERY self loving decision and choice by your Metasoul to have this process consciously awaken to you and with you in this Now. The opportunities for TRULY healing karma are huge right now, which is an essential aspect of the Ascension process. Navigating this opportunity through connection with your Metasoul aspects directly and the timelines that they are living in allows for an expedited, often feeling miraculous level of transformation! AND, it just seems to keep getting more ripe, clear, and ready for the transmuting!
 
Becoming 5D is to recognize how multidimensional your BEing actually is and to be OPEN to these other timeline realities as your ‘new normal’. Embracing them with love, inviting them to connect with you. Forming a unifying team of both 3D parts of yourself (that eventually integrate) and Metasoul aspects moves you into a wholeness of BEing.
 
You are coming back together again, one fractal at a time….returning to the Divine essence from which you came and arising into the Infinite Love frequency again!

‘You Are Ascending’: Holding Compassion And Curiosity In Your Journey

You are ascending…

If you had a deep cry, a thrashing fit, or a sense of Oneness… you are ascending.

If you feel lost, like the world is going to hell, or you see the arches of the New Earth….you are ascending.

If you can’t get out of bed, can’t wake up, or can’t get to sleep…you are ascending.

If timelines are colliding, collapsing, and being challenged…you are ascending.

If you feel like you are swimming upstream, downstream, or not at all…you are ascending.

The only key is to be curious, keep asking, and keep feeling

In my last Facebook post, I shared a message from what felt like an angelic/divine/star-being source. A message from ‘the other side’ a part of me would call it. . It had a lot of resonance with people. It struck a chord in many hearts in many different ways. It came to me after I was checking in with my emotional body. A coming together of my inner 3D and 4D aspects that have been a part of my healing journey lately. Calling them to the Round Table of my Higher Heart, my inner Camelot…a very 5D New Earth vibration.

In that check-in, I could feel a part of me that had a question about whether or not we were ‘ascending’. Even a question as to what Ascension really is. I felt to hold that in my heart and give it to my Higher Self, the Divine, and my angelic/star family. I let that go and just felt all the timelines in which being ‘not enough’ was a theme. Inviting my metasoul aspects to join me in a sacred space of Enough, Full, and Perfect. In that space, you can feel both Presence and The Gap.

In that higher space, whatever feels ‘missing’ or ‘lacking’ becomes a journey and a discovery. It becomes a quest of compassionate curiosity that is not devoid of feeling but going full-frontal into it. The feeling is something that resides within us and can also have external expressions. Many people remarked of not being seen by others, coping with intense emotional swings, and just needing to hear and feel some words of validation and encouragement. It became so evident that we need others in this quest of self-discovery, healing, and becoming.

Going into my emoto-spiritual body was my ‘how’. It was using imagination, intuition, and heart to create the sacred space…along with pen, paper, and music. This creative concert of feeling myself as a sum of parts and transmuter of timelines is the heart and engine of how I heal myself in this divine work that we are co-creating. It is an ongoing process that finds all the places where we need the healing to expand and grow into what our divinity is waiting for us to show up for. Sometimes the healing is hard, but this is why having another to lean into, not rely on, is so important.

I offer my heart space to you to feel what wants to be expressed and felt within you that may be hard for you to feel on your own. We offer bridging sessions that apply what we do in our own healing to see where you may have parts that are resisting, for good reason, the love that wants to come to you through these ongoing waves of ascension energies. 

My love goes to all that are moving through major shifts and changes right now. It can be a very bumpy road for some and I feel you in all of that.

Incoming LOVE Energies Reflect Where The Love Needs To Go Within You

All the love waves coming in from Ascension energies really want to show you is where you aren’t loving yourself or being kind to yourself and your parts… especially the ones in shadow.

All the body reactions, all the resistance to change, all the emotional up and down-swings… all of the thick soupy-ness of your non-resonant relationships… all of this is being shown to you by LOVE itself as a powerful mirror with an equally powerful challenge to start taking the steps to experience your life AS love, starting from within you!

Abuses from inside of you that are reflected outside of you are highlighted so you can feel your need for love and the love you aren’t actually moving inside of you or between you and others. This is a big thing too and can be subtle at first until you realize what’s going on and find the courage to see it, to feel it, and then to make some changes.

You can’t escape the love pouring into you from all sides through these energies, and especially during these times of immense SOULar activity and activations. With every wave comes bliss and joy potential and with every drop of love-water, out must come the not-love-oil stored within, not so blissy or joyful to feel, but always leading you to more love for you and your parts if the readiness is ripe enough to take the journey.

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: We Are Not A 3D Generation

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to talk about the different ways in which ‘Millennials’ as a large swathe of younger human beings have engaged with 3D reality and rebelled against it too.

There are many opinions out there about Millennials and how many of them don’t seem able to truly live in reality or find ‘success’ – at least the same sense of ‘success’ that previous generations have had for themselves. ‘Millennials’ is a term that’s usually used negatively. This happens in reverse too, with young people then dissecting the lives of older generations in order to prove something.This creates more of the battle and rebellion energy that was a necessary phase for a while but can be moved on from and healed now. This is what looking at 3D, 4D and 5D reality and the Millennial relationship to this dimensions offers.

On a soul level, what we call ‘Millennials’ are really groups of Indigo and Crystal souls. There could be some Rainbow souls in this group too, but they seem to still be young at this time and not really considered part of the Millennial category. When you look at them as Indigos and Crystals, which is really just another handy label to use for a while, you can feel how there are many reasons why these young human beings haven’t been able to inhabit 3D life the ways that older generations have been. They haven’t come into this life pre-wired for it, as they are supposed to be the leaders of new consciousness.

Many Millennials are entrepreneurial and highly creative. Many of them are naturally multi-dimensional and have little to no barriers to their soul gifts if they are nurtured and seen by those supporting them. There has been an intense generation gap for Millennials and Baby Boomers to navigate together and this has created tension on both sides. There’s a lot to feel about how this is happening on the inside of each individual, from part to part, and Metasoul Aspect to Metasoul Aspect too.

Millennials (or Indigos and Crystals) were never meant to be in 3D the same way that other generations have been and needed to be. Even just being with this realization helps to move something in the collective and we can all start to really appreciate who we have been, who we are now, and who we are meant to become.

The Sacred In The Ordinary

Any ‘ordinary’ moment holds the key to our sacredness….

It has been a while since I have written. There is a way in which a part of me can feel a need to get a little epic with the writing. Wanting to express and feel the depths of something that is moving in the collective heart and soulscape. That is all good. It brings a wider aperture to life. But I am wanting to feel how even what we call the ordinary has so much to offer in reflection.

This past weekend there was a lot going on emotionally between myself and Kalayna, as we have been feeling how parts of us have related to each other in the past that has had an impact on the way we see and experience each other. This lead to some conflict between us that opened out into deeper understanding between these parts, and a new place of goodness, love and awareness between us.

Then there was our poor dog Sara that got a hold of something poisonous not too long after that sent us to the vet and and overnight stay for her. As she was shaking profusely, I could feel an arising sense of “okayness” inside of me. I felt she would be okay. Feeling the young part of me that had concern and didn’t want Sara to be in pain. There was a container of trust that helped bring love into the process and let it works its magic. If the undesirable happened, then I would be with that in all that ways that I need to be. But in the moment, Love and trust were the only thing I needed to feel.

Yesterday, as a community, we had one of the more abundant days since moving to Mexico. We visited a new fancy grocery store that had Golden Earth tones to it in regards to its selection, design, and atmosphere. It was more money than we had spent on a trip like this and our old conditioning to some moments to adjust to. Moving from scarcity to abundance is a process and it is getting used to being in the larger pool of that that is marked by appreciation and gratitude. We also purchased another used MacBook for Raphael on top of it all! That was the mark of continually shifting timelines.

So in retrospect, with introspect, I can feel how there are no ordinary moments. 3D is really a consciousness. A way we relate to things and circumstances. The fifth dimension is something we don’t travel to, but rather something we let in and open up to if we can feel and heal the parts of us that are filtering it out due to a plethora of good reasons. Golden Earth truly resides in You and in front of you. It is realizing this with ‘real eyes’ and real heart that this IS our reality and we are just working our way there….one sacred moment at a time. Blessing to you all in this particular one.

How Do Men Relate To Acension?

I wonder sometimes how we, as men, relate to ascension. How does it live in us? What are our desires and needs? I can read a lot about ascension in regards to religion and men, but there seems to be a dearth of information connecting men with the non-religious aspect. In my limited algorithmic Facebook world, I have read a lot about women experiencing emotional and spiritual openings, awakenings, and deepenings when it comes to ascension, but very few men are commenting or relating their own experiences.

I know that there is a trove of men that are on a path of releasing, healing, and growing. They are striving to ‘better’ themselves, seek understanding and discover Truth, both within and without. I feel the collective spiritual masculine in a lonely place at times. That is certainly something that lives in me, as well as my soul brother-in-heart Raphael. This desire for a community of men to serve, relate, and heal with is alive in both of us. Maybe it is because of the specific process we offer. That can be a turn off for many men as there is something real to parts of us about sovereignty and personal power that is rubbed wrong when it comes to an offering that is emotional and feminine in its offering, yet holds much reverence and need for masculine heart-centred energy.

I feel the ongoing feminine awakenings and their significant life changes will be a catalyst that rumbles in the souls and hearts of men everywhere. The influx of divine feminine, masculine, and galactic energies are shaking the foundation of something that is in much need to be awoken and addressed. As the holders of the larger portion of the masculine, the awakening and spiritual man is a much desired and needed representative in this global and cosmic shift. It is the gift of our penetrative and creative natures that will help build the means for the feminine power to arise and transform. To burn and recreate.

There is a wound that lives in each of us as men. Those that pursue its roots, understanding and healing pave the way for others to awaken to the same. We are the heroes of our own journeys. We have the ability to reclaim the lost power within that we invested on the outside for a period of time. We also have a desire for connection and brotherhood. It is reclaiming the brothers within, feeling their sorrows and rage that heals us to our true gifts as the keepers and handlers of the Divine Masculine expression of Love.
There is an ache and a desire to connect and to serve those that feel drawn into their own inner journey of discovery and reconciliation. To heal the ghosts, the pain, and the fear. To have power WITH and not OVER. Whatever choice is made is only ever determined by your own authority.

I am curious about what is moving in other men’s hearts and souls during this energetic UPticks and showers. How are they affecting you? Are there curiosities and questions? I know I have them. I feel guided to start a weekly live stream that wants to digest what is moving in men during this process of ascension/catching up to ourselves. Feel free to leave some ideas for topics that are of interest. I will feel them through the SoulFullHeart lens and see where that takes us together. Women are very much invited as the masculine in them is in need of the healing as well.  I look forward to a new arising community of male explorers of heart and soul that brings us to a new way of relating to ourselves, each other, women, and love. Physical Body Ascension: Being With Chronic Illness Through Parts Work

Sometimes it feels like pure bliss to be in your body and to be in this dimension… there is so much you get to do with your body. You get to explore your sexuality, get lost in dance, walk, run, do yoga. If you’re a woman, you get to explore if you want to have children or not and have your body become a sacred vessel for new life.

At other times, it’s painful to be in the density of your body, especially in the density of this dimension and going through all of the changes you’re going through.

Your relationship with your body during Ascension is critical. It’s so important to take care of yourself in all ways. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably someone who seems to move things emotionally through the physical body. There is a lot of purging going on with these upgrades coming in, and because of this and the need sometimes to move our emotional and spiritual processes THROUGH our physical bodies, there is a lot to pay attention to, be with, and love (as much as we can) as it comes up.

I’ve had allergies for as long as I can remember. I had childhood asthma too, which I really feel was ‘cured’ actually by star BEing visits (abductions) I experienced as a kid in this lifetime. I really feel like they would visit me, bring me to their ships, to help me find my feet in this dimension and live into my Service-Of-Love purpose. The allergies came up again today. They’ve been moving in and out of my body for a while now, because of upgrades coming in and helping my parts let go of them too. I’ve realized that parts of me have felt my allergy symptoms as ‘love’… a reason to take time off or check-out of life for a while. I’ve noticed that they come up when parts of me feel overwhelmed or I’m going through many changes in my life. They’ve been a heart-rail for them to hold on to. The more 5D Self I grow UP into now though, the less my parts will need them and the less often I’m experiencing them.

This piece feels important for everyone who has had chronic or persistent illness. Journaling with the illness, being with parts of you who associate themselves with it, are ways to find more info about why it’s there and what it has offered parts of you for so long now. It feels like sometimes it’s part of the upgrading and purging process too. There’s an invitation here to not make pharmaceuticals ‘bad’ if you are suffering terribly, yet there is huge value in also feeling what soul pieces could be coming up through your illness as well as this-life emotional pain and what alternatives there could be for some relief, including just BEing with yourself and your parts.

The physical body wants your love and curiosity just as much as your other ‘bodies’ do and it so needs everything you’ve got within you to help it upgrade along with you in all other areas of your sacred life! ❤
