Let’s Get On With The Getting On!

A tender response from a wonderful bridging session I had with a male soul yesterday:

“I don’t even know how to say how much I appreciate you and the insights you share! It seems like a process that gives a path to experiences I got to feel and bare witness to in visions. It’s like everything you say is complimenting a notion or sense I have in regards to the 3d/4d/5d”

This is it. The time to get on with the getting on. The letting in. You have dug in the soil, spent time in the darkness, and found your truest gift to the world….the desire to love yourself enough to choose real love. To follow the challenges and choice points that lead you to its ever-expanding and all-encompassing playground. Time to love those parts of you that haven’t been able to see past the dark and trust there is a different, bigger, and sexier world that exists in this very moment.

Keep watering your garden. The one you have tended to with much diligence and self-care even when it was hard as hell. It is not part of your destiny to give up now. You just need to find others to water your garden WITH you, not for you. Those that are doing the same in the name of bearing that magical fruit of pure joy and creative power in the name of more Love.

Let your roots find their strength in your ever-opening heart to let in and serve more love. We are an independent community garden that is interdependent on those hearts and souls that have chosen to plant themselves in and near our raised bed. It is time to choose to be loved by others as you have chosen to love yourself in the name of real explosive growth.

Loving yourself is just the beginning. Sharing and serving that love is what comes next. This is your sacred human calling.

Masculine Space Holding For Women

Lately, I have been holding session space for two amazing women as well as witnessing other women’s processes in our group calls. This has been an interesting experience for both myself and them, especially when there is masculine wounding in the emotional body due to abuse.

What I have been experiencing with these women is a deep and profound healing between the masculine and feminine within. As a space-holder, I represent and reflect something to the parts of a woman that are in trauma. This can be father, son, friend, and/or romantic partner. I become a symbol of the masculine himself, embodied in physical form.

As I have been in the process of healing my own inner masculine, as well as my feminine, I am able to be a new presence in the experience of these wounded aspects. All of this, of course, is only possible through my connection to the woman’s Inner Protector, her inner masculine that has been around a long time in response to the patriarchal dominion.

This connection and relationship helps to bridge a relationship between you, the feminine, and the Protector. He gets to be seen and felt as more than just a tired and dutiful guard. He gets to see how he has been relating to you, how he sees you as a being. Usually, at first, they may admit to seeing you as child-like, yet capable at the same time. An interesting dichotomy that creates confusion in their β€˜role’. By having this inner masculine connect to another masculine energy seems to relieve something in them that permits more of the authentic feminine within to arise.

Through this relationship, you and I get to explore the ways in which the personal experience of the masculine has created pockets of pain hidden deep in the caverns of your heart. With an open and compassionate heart, we feel where this has MANifested on the inside both in wounded feminine and masculine parts and Metasoul lives still in deep suffering. Holding a different masculine frequency from the one that has been experienced, can bring up a lot of distrust and a lot of painful memories that get to be transmuted from you to you as you hold these parts of you close and dear.

The healing moments are tender, touching, and quantum. They create new experiences within yourself and help to draw more of what you really want, need, and deserve into your life. It is a service that has been an honor to participate in and serve. It has brought a lot of gifts and a deep sense of admiration for all that Woman as held and been through. There is no sense of duty in this for I am healing that wound from my own experience. There are boundaries and loving nudges along the way.

When Man Loves Woman: A Tribute To Sacred Romance and Union

This is in tribute to my belovedΒ Kalayna Colibri Β on her birthday. We have shared so many together since we met 6 years ago but this is our first in romance. I wanted to honor her for all she represents to me and thus the male collective. We have been through much together and I have had my share of process around letting in a conscious and sacred romance. This is the real deal and that brings with it challenges and immense joy.

When a man loves a woman he sees Her as She is
The beauty, the pain, the innocence, the queen, the shadow
He claims her for who she is in the moment
Knowing that She is always seeking and striving for Her More

He works within himself to heal the projections
That may be placed upon Her as a reflection of His own mirror
The places that He can’t see without Her
The ones She agreed to hold as part of The Deepening, The Clearing

This woman does not come by often
She can be an epic storm
That rearranges the locks on the Heart Doors
And she is the one that has held the Key

He is not obliged to her nor entitled
Yet He climbs the trellis, scales the walls
He rides his white horse to meet Her on her own
And they ride together, heart by heart, soul to soul

She engages His bigness as He does Hers
She opens the portals and He takes the wheel
She requires the one thing that may be the hardest thing to give
His vulnerability

She is there when the journey, the healing
Become too much for His protected parts to bear
He may get lost in the doing and the creating
But He wants Her to know that She is always the beacon back to Himself

The Precious Pearl Within

In the process of healing our hearts to prepare for the More and the Love, the More Love that is waiting outside the gates of our wounding, there lies a precious pearl in our midst. It lies in the heart of our inner child, both wounded and magical. In every session we have, the journey takes us to an event, a scene, that holds a powerful energy in a freeze-framed moment. The healing isn’t so much in reliving the experience(s), but to feel this child, this part of you, as a pearl within. It is you and yet not you at the same time. He is aching for the attention, the love, that he didn’t quite receive in his formative years. She is wanting to feel held and seen by a new energy. A version of a mother and/or father she didn’t get to experience this life.

By being felt and held in any of the trauma from a place of your higher heart, where the tears can flow and be transmuted into healing, you can begin to reveal the magic that is at the center of this crystal being. You begin to feel Love of this cherub that is loaded to the gills with passion and wonder. Creativity and sensitivity. They are the gateway to our imagination and our star seed wounding that holds so much pain of abandonment and rejection. Our separation from All That Is In Unity.

It is this 3D healing that leads to so much more in the maturation and evolution of our Christ Consciousness. They hold the keys our multidimensional chariot, our personal Merkaba. They are our vulnerability and our strength. They are part of the bridge to this New Earth we all keep talking about. So it is cave dive and rescue mission into our hard to feel places that removes this boy and girl from their looping scene and brings them into a frequency of more prolonged goodness as they sit in the comfort of your loving heart. They, in turn, offer you the gift of β€˜seeing’ the world that it truly is and can be.

I feel guided to talk about this in my next live stream, hopefully, tomorrow morning, in regards to men and our inner boy, but I do invite women to come and participate as it easily applies to you as well. There are some differences that a very specific to men and I hope that other men are open to sharing their experiences to add to the discussion. This has been a very big one for me in my process and I have felt it in the process of so many others. Below is a picture of my inner/magical child Christopher for whom life is a discovery, a wonder, and a ton of fun. ‘You Are Ascending’: Holding Compassion And Curiosity In Your Journey

You are ascending…

If you had a deep cry, a thrashing fit, or a sense of Oneness… you are ascending.

If you feel lost, like the world is going to hell, or you see the arches of the New Earth….you are ascending.

If you can’t get out of bed, can’t wake up, or can’t get to sleep…you are ascending.

If timelines are colliding, collapsing, and being challenged…you are ascending.

If you feel like you are swimming upstream, downstream, or not at all…you are ascending.

The only key is to be curious, keep asking, and keep feeling

-Message from the Angels

In my last Facebook post, I shared a message from what felt like an angelic/divine/star-being source. A message from β€˜the other side’ a part of me would call it. . It had a lot of resonance with people. It struck a chord in many hearts in many different ways. It came to me after I was checking in with my emotional body. A coming together of my inner 3D and 4D aspects that have been a part of my healing journey lately. Calling them to the Round Table of my Higher Heart, my inner Camelot…a very 5D New Earth vibration.

In that check-in, I could feel a part of me that had a question about whether or not we were β€˜ascending’. Even a question as to what Ascension really is. I felt to hold that in my heart and give it to my Higher Self, the Divine, and my angelic/star family. I let that go and just felt all the timelines in which being β€˜not enough’ was a theme. Inviting my metasoul aspects to join me in a sacred space of Enough, Full, and Perfect. In that space, you can feel both Presence and The Gap.

In that higher space, whatever feels β€˜missing’ or β€˜lacking’ becomes a journey and a discovery. It becomes a quest of compassionate curiosity that is not devoid of feeling but going full-frontal into it. The feeling is something that resides within us and can also have external expressions. Many people remarked of not being seen by others, coping with intense emotional swings, and just needing to hear and feel some words of validation and encouragement. It became so evident that we need others in this quest of self-discovery, healing, and becoming.

Going into my emoto-spiritual body was my β€˜how’. It was using imagination, intuition, and heart to create the sacred space…along with pen, paper, and music. This creative concert of feeling myself as a sum of parts and transmuter of timelines is the heart and engine of how I heal myself in this divine work that we are co-creating. It is an ongoing process that finds all the places where we need the healing to expand and grow into what our divinity is waiting for us to show up for. Sometimes the healing is hard, but this is why having another to lean into, not rely on, is so important.

I offer my heart space to you to feel what wants to be expressed and felt within you that may be hard for you to feel on your own. We offer bridging sessions that apply what we do in our own healing to see where you may have parts that are resisting, for good reason, the love that wants to come to you through these ongoing waves of ascension energies.Β 

My love goes to all that are moving through major shifts and changes right now. It can be a very bumpy road for some and I feel you in all of that.

Sometimes Love Don’t Feel Like It ‘Should’: The Rumble Of Awakening

As you enter the vast universe of our deepest truths and bring those to the forefront of your daily and β€œat the moment” consciousness, the life that was created in service to that hidden reality has no choice but to rumble. As I remember the beginnings of my own awakening journey and those that I have served and am currently serving, this is a very cataclysmic part of the process to the part of us that have kept things tidy and manageable, even as it suffered over it.

As you become aware of the emotional intricacies of the current web of relationship, you can begin to feel the network of cords that were created as a result of this part’s need to conform, follow duty, and be loyal. It was what this part thought was needed to do in order to love or be loved. To protect and be protected. But when you start to awaken to the reality that many of your current connections may be based on something less than authentic to your growing understanding of what you are meant to be and experience, this web cannot be unaffected by coming to terms with your new emotional and spiritual reality.

Pulling out of this old matrix of 3D relationship can be a tough one as it tugs on our inner guilt and shame. It can be hard for the part of us that feels a responsibility in the emotional responses of others. It doesn’t feel very loving to hurt others. It can feel like you are being selfish and uncaring. Think of a spider web and you are at one of the crossings. If you pull on that it affects all those around that are connected in that web. You make waves and rumbles when you begin to realize this arrangement is no longer in service of your highest self.

This leaves others wondering what the hell is going on. β€œWhy are you doing this?” It does change their lives as they have their own agreements with you, and you are changing the game and the rules. Others will get hurt if they cannot feel where you are coming from and are not ready to go to the new places you are. There is only so much explaining you can do. Sometimes love for all involved is about feeling the pain that lies underneath it all and letting the chips fall where they may with as much compassion and care as possible. You cannot cure other people’s sorrows for they are a part of their own journey of awakening.

In SoulFullHeart we feel the parts and soul aspects of you that can feel the guilt, shame, and fear of changing the course of lives. This was all made possible by the higher selves of those involved. You can only own your own responsibility within the web and understand that there is no harm done when it is all coming from real love, the love that is aching for parts of you to be seen and felt, honored and cherished. The experience that others have are for their own learning and growth needs. That is can be difficult when there is an emotional and spiritual bind between hearts and souls.

This is the hard part of awakening and ascension for those that are still in the midsts of realizing the reality of what is before them. By feeling the parts of you INside you can create one courageous choice at a time that is meant to serve the highest good for all involved with compassion, remorse, and real love. The kind that we all have been avoiding as it leads us to worlds we have been so conditioned to fear…the largess of our infinite soul.

Going Yin: How Women Can Help Men Awaken To Their Feminine

Great question today duringΒ Jelelle Awen‘s Livestream this morning from a woman asking, “How can we (women) help men get in touch with the feminine energy more?”

Whenever Raphael and I have written about the topic of men and ascension/awakening there has been a huge response from women around this very subject. There is a deep desire for men to go into their shadow for healing and to encounter and embrace their inner feminine. Now, I do feel there are many men that are actively engaged in this very thing. However, what seems clear is that it is not quite at the numbers and passion of the numerous women that are feeling so much rumbling in their inner worlds. These women are reporting from an individual and collective perspective.

To address the question “How?” really comes back to what each woman feels within herself. When a woman goes into her own heart and soul and connects with her own inner masculine she goes on a journey of finding her deeper feminine. This eventually creates a dance between the two within and offers an inner romance that can be quite profound and exquisite in its own right.

The feminine within a woman can only invite the men in her life to feel what it is she needs and wants, without tug or plea. The choice to Go Yin (as I have called it) lies in his own personal and sovereign desire. When Jelelle and I were divorced yet still connected in heart and soul, as well as raising Raianna, I sensed a great change in her being. I found myself intrigued and curious. I would ask all sorts of questions but eventually, she drew a boundary around that, for it was up to me to go into the work and no longer pull at her for answers for they were within me. We had little communication outside parenting until I chose to do the work.

This landed me back in me, while she advocated and continued to do her own healing and growth. That is the help. That is what you can ‘do’. Go into You. Heal your inner energies (that we offer through parts work) that bring you to the place of being a shining beacon for others to be gravitated to, yet hold a self-living boundary as to how much you give. Continue to invite but not problem solve or care-take.

Raphael and I will be continuing to explore and invite other men into the healing ground that we both hold so dear and believe can offer so much in personal power, self-love, and sacred brotherhood and romance. The courage that so many women are garnering within to shift their personal timelines is an inspiration and deeply needed by men everywhere even as parts of them may react with fear and/or indifference. Thank you for your service of love by embarking on your next steps. They do make a difference.

Being With Your Inner Masculine As A Woman

I wrote a digestion a few days back of the incoming energies really working the wounded masculine – helping us to see it within ourselves, others, the world around us, and in so doing, to help us start to see the emerging Sacred Masculine, which we cannot really start to feel until we can feel what it is NOT first… as always, starting within.

I’ve actually been working with my Inner Masculine for a few years now as part of my process on the SoulFullHeart path. “He” has had many forms – Inner Protector, Gatekeeper (4D protector of your soul, especially your Metasoul Aspects), Inner Father, Inner Punisher, and all in all, my Inner Mate. all in different waves, layers and expressions, all with different names and frequencies too. Nowadays he goes by the name of “Malcolm” and together we are feeling through what feel like some lingering and perhaps finally completing tendrils and ties to 3D reality, which he has held as so dear for so long, and for many valuable reasons.

As a woman, it feels so incredibly important to acknowledge, deeply feel, and profoundly honour the Inner Masculine within, as they are as much a part of what makes up the remaining patriarchal and wounded masculine frequencies and realities in our current world and widespread reality, both within and outside of us. We have as much responsibility to feel these frequencies within as men do… and this world we are experiencing and wanting to deconstruct in order to rebuild into New Earth, is one we, as parts of us, have co-created.

Today I chose to spend a magical and unfolding afternoon with Malcolm, as it was his wish to do this with me… to have some dedicated “us” time where we can feel each other and feel our relationship start to move into higher vibrations together. He waxed metaphysical as we sat in a local (very Mexican, very sweet!) coffee shop and journaled together. I will share our dialogue together, as it offers you a bridge into being with a part of you, and a way in which to be with your own Inner Masculine (as a man or woman!).

Malcolm: I like this place, Kalayna… A/C would be nice, but it’s good…. Coffee is good, new environment is good… can’t get too congested and busy in here because it’s so small, AND they speak English really well! It’s sweet… and it’s nice to not have to hold Spanish with you right now.

Kalayna: Right? And after all that notebook hunting, looking for a small one to fit into a purse, we still ended up with more stuff than will (really) fit in my purse. Hilarious!

M: I know… oh well… I have to get used to letting go of agendas and pictures… or at least any attachment to them.

K: Yes, well, that will come… is here already, actually. You are doing it, little by little.

M: Yes. I’m letting that (and you) in!

I’m sorry I can be such an ass sometimes…
K: It’s OK, Malcolm. That isn’t very common now… you are not an β€˜ass’, my friend. You are protective sometimes maybe, but nothing more than that.

M: Thank you… I do feel like I am changing. Sometimes it’s hard to believe how much I can change actually and AM being invited to change, which really in my case means letting go more than anything else.

K: What does β€˜letting go’ mean to you?

M: Oof… well, control. Letting go of control or any attempt at it. God, THAT alone causes so much stress, because life IS out of control… YOU are out of control.

K: I am?Β πŸ™‚

M: Ummmm, well, your growth is, yes! Your destiny is, yes!

K: What do you feel about β€˜destiny’, Malcolm?

M: I feel like it is a fixed star always on the horizon. Just, I don’t know, the highest point of your highest timeline… where maybe someone may not get to in one particular timeline, but eventually their soul will get there. OK, I am waxing metaphysical right now!

K: Please go on! I love it!

M: (blushing a little) OK… I will continue.

What if β€œdestiny” isn’t a carrot held by Divine forces, but is instead an inevitability? And what if maybe the destiny, the Grand Destiny, if you will, is really just an ultimate return to love, but with ALL of the growth, changes and trajectories you’ve inhabited left intact. A β€œreturn to Source” in a way, but as the mosaic piece you ARE becoming fully carved out and painted in your soul’s unique energies and colours? I get the sense that humans are unique beings because they have and ARE uniqueness… I don’t know. It’s that Conscious Duality piece again, it seems (side note: more on Conscious Duality on our blog, if you’re curious).

K: Yes, wow, that actually opens something up in my heart. Thank you, Malcolm.

M: Yeah… it feels good and purposeful and interesting…. We came from love and unto love we shall return… with significance, not pride or arrogance. Yet significance. And reverence for ALL… wow… Juicy!

Energy Update: Gaia’s Energies Calling For Geography Shifts To Reflect Your Inner Transformations

Gaia is broadcasting BEacons out at all times. Gaia is a grounded frequency of Divine Mother that is just in our DNA and in our cells, easily activated because we are so naturally tuned into Her as our ‘home’ bandwidth. The tones and frequencies of these broadcasts land in your heart and soul at the right time of Divine Align for you as navigated by your Higher Self. In this current phase of Divine Feminine energy upgrades, Gaia is one of the MAIN ways that these are being delivered to us…along with moon activations.

As Gaia’s planetary consciousness ascends truly out of 3D and into 4D and beyond, Her energy lines or ‘ley’ lines vibrate higher…..just like our chakras and energy centers do too. She unanchors from the lower frequency grids connected to our collective consciousness and into the crystalline grids. Where She before has been hostess to our 3D experiment together, She is now shifting her home playing field to a higher frequency.

There is a deep invitation from Gaia to us to come WITH Her. It is not that she is ‘shaking us off like fleas’ as others have offered, yet, rather, She invites those souls who are in readiness and alignment to ascend with Her. She is not against us…..if you have experienced the sense of being deeply held by nature (especially during deep emotional movements), then you recognize this sense of Her complete support for your awakening into your Higher Heart. The ‘damage’ and abuses to Her from so much 3D density expression from humanity’s shadow are forgiven already……and were ultimately Her choice to experience as well. Now, we are being invited to rise above this abusive and polarized frequency that comes from INSIDE ourselves, so that we can then treat Gaia too with the respect and reverence that She deserves.

Her forgiveness is expressed in the offering of connection to Her geographies that most serve us as we show the way and lead the ascension process for ourselves, firstly. We are invited to ask ourselves: which geographies most support my soul growth? Which geographies are a reflection of my Higher Self coming into my body? Which geographies allow me to truly SERVE LOVE as my highest purpose here?

As you tune into these questions, the answers may surprise you. The answers may come in dreams, in synchronicities, during meditations, through connections with sacred union romance and soul family. The answers come, ultimately, in LOVE….meaning, LOVE is the very best reason there is for changing your geography. If you are falling in love with someone and it feels like a sacred union and they currently live far away from where you do…..love may be asking you to move to be with them to serve the love between you and for yourself. If you are drawn to a particular soul family community or spiritual group and their geography is different from yours, love may be asking you to eventually move to be near them to receive the huge GIFTS that come from being near and in a resonant community. If you have repeatedly been drawn to vacation to a particular place for many years, love may be inviting you to live there as your daily reality now that you have acclimated to its higher frequencies through visits.

It can be an interesting exploration to feel into WHY you are in the current geography that you are in. Is it tied to previous connections to birth family or 3D based relationships that you are no longer as drawn to? Is it about convenience, safety, and remaining in comfort zones? Is your Inner Protector wanting to keep you ‘safe’ in a lower frequency geography to limit your awakening process because they are concerned about the next places that you might open up to and remember and inhabit? Are parts of you tied into 3D ideas of mortgages, and ‘set’ geographies out of fear? Is remaining in your current geography keeping you in a romantic relationship that no longer resonates with your heart and soul and vice versa? What does your current geography REFLECT about you and parts of you?

Sometimes people feel that they are guardians over a particular piece of land, to serve Gaia, and decide to stay there even if they are consciously unhappy there. This can feel and be a form of self sacrifice that is actually unnecessary on another level. Gaia has offered to me that She is JUST FINE….meaning, She doesn’t need us to anchor anything at all for Her sake. If we choose to connect to particular geographies and grids that is about us and our process (such as exploring the questions I raised above) rather than about serving Her.

In our SoulFullHeart Community, we are being called to relocate from Mexico to the Glastonbury, U.K. area in the next six months. We’ve been connecting with Avalon as a fourth dimensional timeline for a few years, so the heart chakra energy of the Tor and other spaces is very familiar and comforting. I write about the shamanic visits that I engaged with to Avalon in my book, Keep Waking Up! soulfullheartwayoflife.com/books. Europe as a whole calls us to explore, to experience geographies that trigger Metasoul/other lifetime timelines, to feel and to heal with Gaia as the loving catalyst for it, to offer retreats and seminars serving love through SoulFullHeart there. It feels like the money, means, sorting out details will find its way as our desires for this shift bake inside us as a group……creating a group merkabah fueled by love and desire that allows us to ‘travel’ there.

Our external geographies are a reflection of our internal landscapes. As our inner shifts so, then, will our outer. This may lead to an even more nomadic life phase that is about being ‘called’ to certain places for your own healing process that allows you to serve more love…..and then moving on to the next. Being drawn to spaces that bring out your service of love self and support your energetic growth. Being around other souls in community that resonate with you too. Being on landscapes, inside and out, that reflect the love that you ARE.

Re-Discovering And Loving The Buried Parts Within

Many years ago… I could not have told you that ‘becoming more feminine’ was my goal or intention. I grew up with an older sister who rebelled against femininity and wanted to be like her. I wanted to be friends with the guys that weren’t attracted to me, so at least I could have some way to be close to them regardless, to experience a connection with the opposite gender. I say ‘I’ here because before I was aware that I had ‘parts’ of me running the show of my life, ‘I’ was all ‘I’ had as a reference point for the dramas and desires and pain.

When I was very little,Β however, I wanted only to wear dresses. I liked big frilly ones with flowers. I liked my pretty shoes and white tights. I especially loved going to ballet class as a 5-year-old and being able to wear the pink skirt that represented my level over top of my leotard. I loved being called a ‘lady’ and would have fantasies about being in ‘princess training’. This was all before messaging of ‘being a girl means you’re weak’ or ‘incapable’ started to leak in and take over. This was before parts of me started to form as a casing, an ever-hardening shell over my natural sensitivity and blooming pre-womanhood. The dresses got put away. The tights could no longer be worn without holes being made in them almost immediately – a symbol, I’m realizing, of my young torn-ness between gender expressions. Skirts didn’t fit or feel right either, and I felt very self-conscious in them. Something was shifting out of wanting to be a girl to wanting to be related to, to be made friends with, to be able to somehow find comfortability in any social situation even if that meant being more like a ‘boy’ in some ways. I stopped feeling ‘pretty’ when I was quite young and thus I stopped trying to be, at least until high school.

I remember all of thisΒ in this very moment, especially as I feel a part of me that is my Inner Masculine. I feel how this is a story from him about how he came to be and how he began to form as an Inner Patriarch, coaching and teaching my other parts how to become more masculine in order to survive if not thrive in this world of 3D. I feel the tears of my suppressed, albeit quite young aspect of my Inner Feminine, who it feels like has some pain coming up in response to this… these feelings of being ‘girly’, which was more in my true nature, being deemed ‘not good enough’ so early in my life.

I share this story today because it feels like the story that belongs to so many of us… a story of genuine self-expression, of authentic sensitivity. Unless and until we can begin to feel the parts of us that have (had to) come up in response to life and more often than not, bury or try to dismiss what is actually TRUE about us, it doesn’t really feel possible to feel the layers here and to get to exactly what has been buried for so many ‘years’.

I feel like this extends far beyond authentic gender expression, so much as just what is authentically in our hearts. I feel the richness of a genuine experience of what the sacred masculine and feminine ARE, that can only really be experienced from within, not from other people’s ideas of what it is or is not… in either case when it comes to the masculine and the feminine, we are having to re-learn so much and deeply feel much more.

We have the courage to venture deeper into our own healing, ever-discovering more and more of what has been suppressed within our most inner caverns of what has always wanted to show us the most authentic us we have been waiting and working to BE… and it’s up to us when and if we are ready to lead him/her/them out of the shadows and into the light where they can breathe and play and be themselves again… and this time, without anyone telling them they have to stop being who and what they truly are. ❀
