Energy Update: Solar Eclipse Brings Higher Timeline Activations And Reactions Too

As your higher timeline calls you, it stirs the pot in every area of your life, making your nest prickly enough that you start to fly straight for it as it moves more and more into your heart and soul field.

Energies coming in now from today’s solar eclipse are activating and supporting this process of making space for the feelings that come up as this happens… as this necessary phase of sorting through and moving on calls to you.

The Divine Father/masculine is especially here to help with the activations around finally being able to really see and trust what’s possible even if parts of you are having a hard time feeling worthy of it. The Divine Mother/feminine is here as well, to help with the integration of the activations and to guide you to create a safe space for yourself and your parts to feel everything that is coming up for you and for them and to make choices based in your truly expanding heart consciousness.

Our Divine Parents, however you want or feel to let them in, want nothing more for us than the best of everything we could possibly have… especially love. They are vibing to me in this moment to share that they are here to remind us of the journey that love IS. That it IS a journey, first of all, starting within. It IS a carrot dangling in front of us, a beam of light to pursue, but it is also always what’s possible and imminent, never just a moving goalpost. We have so many choices to keep making in pursuit of love, healing with love, and serving love, and they are with us in all of it, wanting the genuine BEST for us, helping us find the motivation to stick with the inner journey of discovering what that means for each of us individually.

The Year Of Inviting And Loving The Dark: Healing The Masculine Heart

It feels like a new year already. Somehow we made it through a rebirth canal. Some deep pieces were highlighted for each of us to feel and move through. As the UP ticking of energies continues what feels like a maniacal trajectory, you may be starting to feel the epicness of the year to come. The collective shadow is being drawn toward the increasing light that is being fostered within each of us as well as Gaia’s vibrational ascent.

In a recent session, a truly beautiful soul was feeling as if he was a Dark One. This label so feels like the Scarlet Letter of our inner shadow. There is a heavy judgment, a shame, and a pang of guilt that come with that. The reality, the way I see it and feel it, is really about the most forgotten and hidden aspects of ourselves that are seeking solace, compassion, and understanding underneath the heaviness and/or anger. They are timelines that have profound anchoring in our heart and soul.

This Dark One felt as if it had the burden and responsibility to hold the light due to this guilt and penance for all that it had done in its lifetime. This holding and shining the light in the name of fight or penance don’t actually serve Love. They only serve to sustain the fight and the penance. We were feeling how self-forgiveness and self-love are what hold the mantle of the Light in its purest form.

As a man serving other men, I am sensing this to be a big part of our ascension. We hold so much guilt and shame around what has happened and is happening in other timelines, to put it multidimensionally, that we have formed a layer of either penance, control, or both in order to steer clear of the Dark One inside. Neither of which offers an authentic and deeper feeling of true power WITH the feminine. It can be over and under, or a mix of the two. Β 

So for my own process and intention for this new year, I feel to honor and invite the Dark One into the openness of my heart. It is He that holds the humility, the sobriety, and the poignancy of the Light. It is the Sacred King in us all that seeks not to slay his dragons, but to love them. He asks for the help of his inner guides, as well as the outstretched arms of those that are here to hold that space for him when the time is right. Let us do this together and not alone. That is our next level as New Earth Men.

Returning To Divine Mother: A Poem

To truly let Her in… you become the poet and the dancer of heart and the deep journeyer of soul.

To truly let Her in… the sword is dropped as you surrender to the embrace of a love and acceptance you’ve forgotten you were worthy of.

To truly let Her move you… means burning away that which doesn’t align as you surrender to the fire of boundary-setting (with care) and the illumination of that which has been in shadow.

This is what it means to be with the Divine Mother in all of her forms and faces… and to begin to understand that you are part of that too.

Life After 11/11/11: Time To Fall And Flow In Love

Falling in Love is probably one of the most triggering experiences we can have. The feeling is not just related to two individuals but it can also be related to a geography, a vocation, a craft, a community, or a perspective. It also doesn’t have to be outbound. It can also about falling in love with yourself. That one feels like it takes a bit of healing to get to as we are so conditioned to loving Other rather than Self.

I feel as if these current codes coming at, in, and through us are advocating for us to fall in love. Just fall. Surrender. Risk, Explore. When we truly β€œfall”, we are letting go of all that we have been conditioned and taught what Love is supposed to be. We are also confronting all that we have experienced love to be or not be and how we have been hurt by it.

But this fall is not just a reckless abandon. It is a moment-by-moment feeling through. Not so much managed but rather lived into with an open and transparent heart. Connecting with all parts of you that are in fear and joy both. Or fear of joy for that matter. The deepest fear can be of losing it all, being rejected, or losing yourself altogether in oblivion.

I write this as I continue to check in with myself and my emotional body. Doing a spiral scan that is seeking deeper ground with my heart and soul. I can feel the edges of my next steps both in regards to outer leadership, romantic relationship, and deep self-love. I feel the part of me, my Gatekeeper/Protector, that is so very much confused and uncertain about this β€œfalling”. It feels existential and alive at the same moment. Like standing at the edge of a giant orgasm that could swallow you whole. Fear and ecstasy both. What does it truly mean to β€œfall in love”, especially with yourself that gets to overflow into and for others?

This is beyond egotistical selfish vanity. This is a deep meeting of yourself in a way that is like meeting your favorite star, heartthrob, soulmate, and guru all in one package…and its YOU! What the hell? It is also surrounding yourself with those that see that very thing and honor it deeply as they honor themselves. You are doing β€œwork” that can only be described as β€œLove In Action”. This feels like daily life in 5D. It is moving from Falling In Love to Flowing With Love. Yum….

But it takes some deep healing and inner work to get there. It is why we are here. It is part of our DNA to do this work (more on that later). What does falling/flowing in love look and feel like to you? Where does it get constricted by fear and doubt? How can we get to a place where the greatest love of all is truly inside of us? Feel all the parts of you that need love and that is a good place to start.

Your Caravan Of Love Awaits

I see a vision of an etheric caravan. One in which our integrating selves are crossing a Rubicon into a new timeline. A New Earth. While there are thousands of souls that are seeking something new outside of their current home, the same could be said from within each of us. There is a desire for a brighter future, a brighter Now. They are the hidden, veiled, and wounded parts of us that are seeking asylum in the heart of our Higher Self, our closet connection to the Divine that we are currently aware of.

If we ignore this inner migration of Self-union, then we are still in a polarized state. We are still in separation and dissonance. We are scattered and confused. To open the doors of your heart you invite all the aspects of you that are judged as Unwanted. Untrustworthy. Misunderstood. They live in timelines and emotional geographies that are hard to accept as a part of you. Yet there they are. Inextricably connected to you for they are you.

As the continued external energies bear down and shift UP, the inner disclosure of your shadow will be illuminated and exposed. This can be a difficult time for those that have not chosen to do the inner work that is needed to heal and glean from all that has been shielded from our consciousness. It may begin to show up as emotional and physical symptoms. This is the march of your inner caravan making itself known even as they are not even sure how to digest what is going on.

Checking in with our inner world IS the work. It is the most important thing we can all be doing. This can be such a hard thing to do when we are inundated with images and energy. It is sad and triggering. It stirs the collective pot and yet there it is for us to bear a heart witness to. We all have a part to play in these world events. Coming from our healed hearts and clear minds we can make a difference, and a home, for all the lives that live inside each one of us. This is where Love can flow from purely and do its Divine Work.

The Hearth Of My Opening Heart: A Poem

Tremors move from your heart space to mine.
An overflow. A love place.
A warm hut with a burning fire.
I seek to understand what I cannot yet,
what I may not ever,
what I may know in spite of myself.
There is a garden behind the heart door.
A secret wooden manifestation of many years of collapsing memories and ever-arising lessons.
Love waits for me there,
with more surprises,
with tourniquets,
with salves,
with the ointment of new life and renewal of my essence’s light.

As the door creaks open wide,
I feel the dust fall from my shoulders, into my healing palms Where I can see it.
Where I can feel it.
Where I can touch its textures and hold it close
As it cries full tears of rippling red shadow pulses and black and blue figures dusty in their own rite
Peeling off the once invisible armors they treasured for so long.

Disarmed yet newly anchored in the safety of my own now opening heart
I rest amongst the silk cushions and wait by the roar of the fireplace
Until you come knocking.

After filling your pockets with your own dusty past and present
And rimming your heart with the sugar-coated candy of a caramel-filled chocolate,
Bringing your sticky-sweetness out to be tasted,
I will meet you here, my love.

In brightness and darkness, with sweets and savories I will wait.
I will work.
I will pry my heart open first for me,
Then for you,
And together we will find the fumbling and not-knowing
To be the greatest fun we ever had
And the biggest challenge we have ever faced,
And the greatest dragon we have ever owned on our own, Together, and with the Divine.

From Living Room To Loving Room: Celebrating Sacred Group Process Space, Community Shifts And Changes

At first glance, our living room is a mess, yeah? Well, if you could vibe yourself here to be in this room right now, the mess wouldn’t matter… this is the best room in Gabriel and I’s house right now. The warmth as I sit here and digest what moved between Gabriel and I as well as within us individually and within the hearts and souls of my other beloveds in this space today, I feel the warmth of the love container that held us all… the love energies coming from our hearts to our parts, our hearts to each other and each other’s parts. It’s a powerful energy to be in and around and not one that comes without cost, without constant and consistent choice, without courage and a deep trust within that love is carrying us to our next layers within and within relationship to each other too.

This was one of our last group healing spaces together before Jelelle, Raphael and Raianna go back to Canada, where we all came from 4 years ago, nearly to the day. It was a beautiful weekend of connection and process. It was a time of bittersweet celebration and abundance of love… digestions of our journey together so far and how much we are going to miss each other too.

We are choosing this next phase of separation so that Gabriel and I can build our kingdom together as a Sacred Union couple, an arising King and Queen. Jelelle and Raphael have their next phase of leadership too, moving on from this geography to be in a new phase of grist for their own processes and also to continue expanding our community. Raianna will be making connections of her own back in Canada too. In all cases, the intention holding all of it and all of us is to serve love… to ourselves, between each other, and with others. We ultimately want more of YOU to be able to access and experience what we experience together… the gifts and growth crucibles of soul family connections and the catalytic nature of this work.

So, a messy living room to some… but a warm LOVING room to me. And you’re all invited to take part in your next steps, feeling how they may even connect you more to us in the ways you’re ready for.

What Does It Mean to Love ‘Authentically’?

The conditioning is deep around what we’ve been taught real love and care is and looks like. It’s challenging to feel it in different ways, to take a deep look at how we’ve related to love and how we’ve been convinced we’re supposed to embody it.

So often what we think of as loving or caring can have more of a negative impact on others than a positive one. False apologies, empty promises, tugging and grabbing at others… these frequencies can be obvious or subtle. And in any case, we aren’t genuinely caring about our impact on others, only what parts of us want and are afraid they won’t get or look like on the outside. I so know this one from my own process too, and learning to see and feel even the subtle ways in which this happens is illuminating and invites you to shift these patterns for good.

I think so often we (or parts of us) are actually terrified to deeply feel what it would be like to be someone else and genuinely feel our impact on them, whether or not we feel we’ve been ‘loving’ toward them.

This is tricky… and hard to feel too. It can be hard to look inward and challenge how we have been holding love and what it means to love another, whether in official ‘service of love’ or in everyday relationships. It’s amazing what it illuminates within though… which is so often an untouched inner reality of how we ourselves, and parts of us, have felt incredibly unworthy of real love, abandoned somehow, and in a void space that has never been filled by genuine self-love and the journey of unfolding that within.

So what does it look and feel like to actually care and love another person?

To me, it feels like giving space for another’s growth without tugging on them to join in on yours. It feels like inviting someone to share with you what they need and want, but not with a commitment from you to make it happen for them. It feels like the overflow of good inner-parenting, of relating to yourself and getting to know your own quirks and shadowy aspects and energies within you as well as your gifts and growth and flowing this energy to another to support their own inner-parenting to grow and blossom too. It feels like being willing to let go even when your heart really doesn’t want to.

It’s a lot to feel into these pieces and truth be told, I’m not sure any of us can truly master this skill of loving another in the purest way… we and parts of us all have understandable investments in relationships of all kinds and hopes that they will last too. We all have desires and dreams and don’t really ever want to feel lonely (though really landing in the loneliness has so many gifts too)… we all have what we want to experience from others and in our lives in general. Yet love asks us to trust… to invest in the process yet divest of the outcome. To feel what we want most and understand that it won’t always come to us in ways we can control.

Above all, love wants us to remember that it is never against us or anybody else, though it can feel that way at times. It only ever wants us to experience more of it within so that we can share it with others. This flow of love is really all the ‘service of love’ is anyways, though it can be dressed up in many ways and be given many labels and is not always easy to truly embody for ourselves, let alone others.

Much love to you as you continue to experience your own journey into more and more REAL love, and the path of learning to embody love in the most authentic way possible. ❀

Real Love As Impassioned Advocacy

Sometimes Real Love can feel like a bully.

Real love presses and invites with compassionate passion. It wants more of Itself to shine and be shown. When it feels that it is being hidden away, defended, or downplayed, Love goes for the cracks. The places that it can sneak under to find more of Itself to heal and flourish.

To the part of us that takes a defensive stance to being “infiltrated” in the name of self-preservation, it is just wanting what is known to stay in stasis because it is all it has ever known…even if this is suffering or crisis. So if love is advocating for itself, which lies on the other side of those walls, then Love would feel like a bully to this defended part of us.

This can only feel true if there is a bully inside that provokes that response. An experience of being punished or persecuted, either this life or others, creates a knee-jerk protective stance toward anything that feels encroaching our inner sanctum of vulnerability.

β€œTough love” comes to mind when I ponder this more. Tough love has an edge to it that can be a punishing part of one person that is using this term as an excuse to off-gas abusive energy. There may be a true loving intention, but this energy can be tainted with some toxicity. If there is an experience of this within a spiritual or psychological framework, a part of you most certainly can have some reaction to when Real Love is being offered.

What is the difference? It comes down to feeling our own inner bully dynamic and how that may be being projected out and even drawing these situations. It is also about being vulnerable with the feeling of being bullied that draws out this inner energy. There is a sorting out that takes place to parcel out what is β€œtough” and what is β€œreal”. Real love can be intense and may be tough to a part of us, but it is never toxic or rough. It does not pry or demand, but invites and passionately advocates.

In any authentic and safe healing space, the healer must also be in tune with their own emotional and spiritual bodies and be willing to feel and see their own β€œstuff” that may be a part of any advocacy or difficult love offering. This allows the protective part of the one receiving healing and guidance to feel safe and open.

This is why those of us in SoulFullHeart are always asking ourselves, and each other if where we are coming from has tinges of an energy that may feel β€œoff” so that we can feel how that may be affecting our facilitation. As a community, it is a system of checks and balances that is about our own personal growth as well as our commitment to the most authentic healing modality out there.

If you have experienced this wound of toxic love, my heart goes out to you. I am sorry that happened. I want to invite that part of you to experience something different and possible. Something genuine and real. Something that leads you to experience a new relationship to the pain and trauma, with transparency, honesty, and heart-open advocacy.
